What do you do when you’re in the messy middle of a life quake?
My sweet friend Alyssa is a counselor, provides soul care, and hosts women's soul recovery groups just south of Nashville, Tennessee.
She also happens to be in the middle of one of life's shake ups right now, and in this episode she opens up about the health concerns she is currently facing.
Alyssa shares what's helped her on hard days, how her faith is playing a role, and what she's doing to keep herself from slipping into “the dark place” (as she puts it) as she rides out the storm.
