I'm telling y'all media, media, media right. Shout us the
email for pulling up. Shouts to my brother King fireh
shout us the billy right. We're gonna we're gonna be
getting this shit started. But we're gonna be talking about
from likes, two leads, social media and unleashing your content.
(03:34):
So you know, you know, the last time brother Tenji
was here, we was just ripping it up.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
Man.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
We had a lot of different guests, a lot of
different people come by, and we're gonna do the same
thing I told you. In Media Mentors, we limited the
rooms maybe two to three rooms out of the week,
but every time we come by, it's gonna be nothing
but heat. Though we're not we're not gonna play with
it though. When we come in, we're gonna dive in.
We're gonna make sure we understand the value.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
Right.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
So y'all know, you know, we used to be you know,
an XP and then we switched it up. I got
medium mentors now right. Everybody went to go through their
own thing well wishes, and now we're here growing bigger, right,
So I love you guys. I appreciate you. Tenj corey Emon,
Billy King Foul my brother. We we fresh back from
(04:20):
the New York right now, so I got the energy
is lovely. I want to you know, pass it to
ten G and check on everybody on the stage as
well as we you know, dive in. Butten any words, man,
how are you feeling about this topic? Brothers? Go ahead?
Speaker 2 (04:33):
I love it. I think now we're just talking about
leads and using social media to really you know, gain
It is becoming the new a new way of not
having to have to spend ads now because this is
the thing the days of like if you start to
watch where a lot of like some of the big
(04:55):
marketers are what they're doing, they're they're they're using content
and on social media platforms now to draw an audience
and using it from that perspective of not having it
put out so much money in a sense of Facebook
ads or YouTube ads or just you know, just a
traditional way where that was like the holy grail of
(05:17):
a really you know, scaling your business. But if you
could do if you know how to make content, you know,
you're going to get that You're going to get that
organic traffic, and you're going to get that way of
people knowing you and liking you and just seeing because
at the end of the day, people buy from people,
you know, when it's all of a sudden done. If
you got to think, if your card.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Say that again, say that again, tenji, So people buy
from people? Can you explain why you say that?
Speaker 6 (05:42):
Bro?
Speaker 1 (05:42):
Please?
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Okay, It's like this. Before it used to be what
you what you know, Then it was who you know,
Then it was who knew you, and now it's who
likes you. And when you could put all those together
and and frame it for the the knowledge that you
have in whatever industry, whether it's a product or service
(06:05):
that you're offering, and people know you know your stuff,
you know they're gonna go ahead and spend money with you.
And not only are they just you know, because they
want to learn or but it's also a way how
you make them feel because you know, when people spend
time with you on your socials, they get to really
know you. They live vicarious lead through your post or
(06:27):
whether you do lives or they stay syy and the
you know, the progress that you're going through to get
where you're at at that time. And you know, we
all cheer for people when we see them, you know,
starting out early and all of a sudden, next thing,
you know, they're taking off what they're doing well and
they're gonna support that. So, you know, thinking of a
way now not just to purchase leads, because the thing
(06:49):
about it, a lot of times when using Facebook ads
and YouTube at all other ways of paid ads, you
know that doesn't that person doesn't really get to know
you like that. They're investing in the systems that you've learned,
and you know they've watched your journey and they feel
like they're part of your community. So now with the
(07:12):
way we're using social media, it's just using it with
content and just letting someone know that like you all legit,
like you have to. I always say, man, the biggest
thing in more people, especially when you get to an agent.
You've been in a certain industry or you know certain things, right,
you have skills that is tested already, You've been out there,
(07:38):
so it doesn't matter. It's just not like you're reading
the textbook and you're telling someone. You know, when we
see all these like somebody comes from college and they
learned psychology, but they never really been out there in
life to really experience it from understanding emotions, or a
drug counselor who never used drugs and doesn't know what
(07:58):
it means to be in a hallway and you know,
in a pissy hallway and understand those feelings and those emotions.
They're gonna be able to teach it better. So you know,
these are these are lived experiences, and when you have
lived experiences, that's what's going to be able to build
out more of the base too. So I just think
using your social media for leads and letting people know
(08:21):
who you are, and you don't even have to sell.
If people people will buy you and pick you because
they know that you know you're gonna have to because
sometimes we always look at it from this perspective as well.
You can give everybody all the answers. Still people still
just want would rather just go and pay somebody to
just that done for you deal, you know, and it
(08:43):
makes it that much easy, or you could teach them,
you could give them the implementation on how to do things.
So I think the day and age of just you know,
spending for AdSense that those are over. It's it's how
do you get organic leads or you know, earned you know,
when we talk about it with media, it's either paid media,
(09:04):
earned media, or organic media. So that's where the things
are right now.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
I love that tang and make sure y'all opinion this
up and you know, sharing the room up. Whoever else
wants to chime in, we can chime in. But today
I love what you're talking about the content being out
the using. If you don't use your social media, that
SIT's gonna leave you behind. Ten g I've seen a
lot of people think they know what they're doing with
the social media, but bro, you gotta use it to
(09:30):
the best of your capability. Don't just get on social
media and think you know what you're doing. You need
to tap into somebody like ten G Stackpack right, people
on stage that you know been using their social media
to the best of their capability. And I feel like
it's all about focus too. If you got a lot
of focus on what you're doing, ten G, you're gonna
get shit done. You guys, Just look when I'm doing things,
(09:51):
I stay focused. I can't let other things get in
my way. If you let other energies and other environments
getting your way, you're gonna get knocked off. So I
like to stay focused ten G and staying focused on
your journey. Welcome even to the stage, Billy King, my
brother Corey love doctor Clarissa. Today we're talking about from
likes to leeds, social media, unleashing content. Don't be the
(10:14):
best kept hidden secret. A lot of people to be
on social media and be the best kept hitting secret.
Why are you not posting your content? Why are you
not posting your shit? You have like the best gift
you have like a lot of things to offer post
more right, I want to check on Emon real quick,
Tenji before we continue, and then I'm gonna check on
a few people on the stage even over to you.
How are you feeling about this topic? Real quick from
(10:35):
likes to leeds and then I'm gonna continue some things
I want to talk about. Welcome to the stage, sister,
all the way from Cairo.
Speaker 7 (10:41):
Let's go hey.
Speaker 6 (10:42):
It's like, hey everyone, Hey Tanji, it's been a while since, say,
last heard your voice. A man, it's it's always great
to have you here. Well, actually, I feel that there
is something very important that we have to be aware of,
what which is how much of value you're given. Your
(11:08):
presence wherever you want to be is going to be
very very impactful and influencing people around you. And as
you just said, Seck that it's just about don't be
the best head and secret, because if you want to lead,
you want people to believe in your value. Especially for
(11:31):
those of us who are offering services. This is something
completely different than products. Products can can be measured, the
quality of the products can be measured easily by quality
control systems. But when you are offering services you want
(11:53):
to another you'll go to the next level, which is
the validation, the reviews, the testimonials. This thing is not
going to be known or visible for anyone around you
unless you say it, unless you do it, unless you
(12:15):
just show and give. And why I really find them
title brilliant because leads.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Is there.
Speaker 6 (12:29):
The monetize the monetized version of lights. If you have leads,
it means that people believes in you. And moreover, what
Tanji was saying right now that Google ads or whatever
ads we are using is not that popular model anymore,
(12:55):
especially when with the new generation of AI, the generative AI,
and every and everything else around us. They are learning
machine and systems and and the algorithms changing all the
all the time consistently, which makes it very easy yet
(13:18):
very hard for people to believe in your content. And
and this is something very critical that I wanted to
highlight here. Don't choose AI as is that's a no
no no for me, because there's studies that shows the
(13:41):
people believes in human beings more when you are original,
when you are genuine, when you're showing all of your
not your content, I mean your goodness, give what you
(14:03):
can and karma will take it over. People believes more
in human beings.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
That I was doing.
Speaker 6 (14:16):
Analysis on videos the human form and the AI form
because you know, there's a lot of AI tools that
is used for creating movie videos and and voices and
stuff here so people stay. The view time in the
(14:40):
Humans video is twenty persons more than the AI ones
for the same content, for the same even for the
same words, and and that that is telling a lot people.
(15:02):
We are still attending saying people buy from people. I
will always say that selling and buying is an edge
to etch human to human. This is something be it
B two C, B two B, whatever it is is
going always to be edged to edge because the human
(15:27):
people beings are the decision makers. We are buying based
on emotions, justifying by our brains just to to justify.
But be genuine, be yourself, and you will never lose
that traction when you are really having that good intention
(15:52):
to serve, because at the end of the day, selling
is serving and that's a gem over there.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
You heard that serving the world. It's not just about
you know, the selling. What you got to say about
that before.
Speaker 2 (16:12):
No, definitely, it says when it comes to you know,
selling and serving, you have to give your expertise and
sometimes it's now I'm saying this with the social media too,
because you can deliver it so many different ways to
get an audience. Some people feel like they might not
(16:32):
be good in front of the camera, but they got
great rights and skills, so you know, and I think
when getting the social media, the fastest and easiest way
is through Twitter or LinkedIn, because it's just you know
your thoughts and how you write things, and you can
make you can tell stories with your words. You know.
(16:54):
My favorite thing now is man words earn money. And
if you know how to speak words or right words,
you gonna make money. You're gonna build an audience, and
you're gonna build something to show your expertise in the
way you organize, whether it's a closet, whether you organize
a book seller, whatever it is, you can think of
(17:15):
ways of putting it out there. Or if you're good
in front of a camera, you know, when you when
you're doing different types of videos, you know, calling out
and getting your right audience. So that's the that's the
skill set what most people don't have these days. And
it's hard because you know, it's still relatively new to
a lot of people to ask for, uh, well, ask
(17:39):
for somebody to join their community, or ask somebody to
buy a product or service, and they feel like they
don't just don't want to be selling, but you have
to think of it because your skill is something that
you put in time in whether you paid you know,
because like I still invest in myself and my education.
There's people who are invested in college. So you've paid
(17:59):
to in yourself, so you know, and whether it's time,
it could be the same thing as time. You know,
you can you spend eight hours learning a simple thing,
or you got up early to really obsess about, you know,
posting a certain way, and you've learned all the skills
from the next people, from the next person who's doing it,
and they're growing. You know that that takes time, so
(18:20):
when you pass it on to someone else, you know,
I think the fastest and easiest way to grow right
now for people is like when you just get online
and it's almost the showcase where you're just basically giving
an example of you know, how you get someone from
a point A to point Z, and you know, you
(18:41):
go in between and you just show it to them
and using your laptop and just you know, switch to
put the frame over where people can see how you
do it. This is what gets clients now, This is
what gets you a following following on social media as well,
because there's like there's there's a guy on YouTube now
that and he has probably he might have had probably
(19:03):
fifteen hundred followers, right, and he does one thing, he
does it great, and he builds funnels. And now I'm
watching all through his through his videos. So now if
I wanted to go and reach out to him, now
I know what he knows the stuff because he's literally
broken it down and showed it through the YouTube how
he does it. And you know, that's the best, you know,
(19:26):
way of basically letting people know you're an expert in
you know, your skill set is on a certain level.
And I will always say, for me, you don't have
to be a level ten, right, You're gonna be a
level eight and somebody's at a two. They're gonna pay
to get to that level, you know, and then you
get better as well, because the more clients you get
and the more people you deal with, you're gonna have
(19:48):
to start getting better because it forces you now to
up your skill set and kind of wanting to just
really obsess about that industry that you're in and anybody
when you're a passionate about something, because there are a
lot of people who are passionate about specific things, right,
but they don't think it earns money or they don't
think it's useful because they know it really good and
(20:10):
it's just like whatever, they don't realize how much money
they're they're leaving on the table. So, you know, just
the way you do on social media now is you
just basically show what you know. And when you show
what you know, and then you start understanding how to
reach out to people and say, hey, you know the
easiest way I would say if you don't if you
(20:31):
don't have money, you have time, and if you have
a lot of time, you can do projects for people
for free. And all you got to do is actual
a recommendation afterwards, and if they really like what you do,
they gonna they gonna pay you. Because I know, if
somebody does that for me, freend is really good, I'm like, shit, heah,
let me, let me, let me pay you monthly to
do this. So if you're confident in your skill set
(20:51):
and what you do, you can give it away. It's
the same theory what they do in costco when they
give out the samples right by their product, you know,
and then people say, hey, where is that after they
go and taste it, you know. And it's the same
with social media. It's just like you know. And the
thing about it not when to discourage people from just
getting on social media just to post, you know, just
(21:12):
regular you're not really trying to grow an audience or
you're not really trying to sell a product or service.
That's cool, but if you are, you have to be
intentional in this day and age, and I think the
biggest way now you have to start saying and letting
people know how good you are. You got to be
bold about saying it. You got to be like, I know,
my shit, I'm really just good and letting people know,
(21:35):
showing stuff, getting people to vouch for you, given testimonials,
show examples.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
You know.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
It's that proof of concept that people pay for, you know,
or people smart people and our face. They look for
talent when before people even realize how talenteday are, because
they know they want to keep you in it.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
Oh that's called So that's something you do, Tenji, Have
you ever did that before? Let's talk about that. Man.
Speaker 2 (22:06):
I've done that in my career and in media. I've
always looked at who's up next or who looks like
they got potential to get a certain position or they're
really good at I'm going to build a relationship with them,
so before they even getting on TV, before their managers
and get booked up, and you know, you build that
relationship with them right on early, and you know, you
(22:29):
support them with something first, and it's just like you know,
letting them know, like I know you going places now,
you know, I flat out with say it sometimes like yo,
I want to be associated with you early because I see,
I see you going real far and I can do that,
so I can do that, or you know, you just
letting them know because people will know and they recognize
(22:50):
people who believed in them early on or they helped
them get to where they're at.
Speaker 5 (22:54):
You know.
Speaker 2 (22:54):
And I think when you start like looking and under
and and you know, we we call a scout and
we call it being of what is it a four
C n il force or something where where you can
basically see it heaven. Sometimes you don't pick it right,
but you also can inspire other people as well, you know,
(23:17):
because most people sometimes they don't believe that they're that
good until they see somebody that's at that level that
has been doing it or been in the business for
a while or something, and really sit down and look
them in the face and look them in the eyes
and say, yo, you are fucking could you know? And
there's people on this platform. I've told that I took
(23:38):
stat I've told you that when man.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
I'm not playing hold on, let me tell y'all something.
Let me let me tell him, ten G, let me
tell him yo. Ten G already knew what the fuck
was going on when he seen me. He already, Yo,
ten G. I'm telling them right now, Bro, they don't know.
You already have my number in the background years ago, right,
ten G already seen the young energy, what was going on?
(24:04):
How the hell I was doing just coming the industry
and see what you've already seen the potential? So ten
GV had these conversations, bro, and you doing exactly what
the hell you're talking about.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
So expand on a little bit and this and this
is why I too when you support other people too,
like same thing how you did with Lindsay early on.
And you know, I like, I've learned some things from Billy,
you know, just being and you know, asking them a
bunch of questions and yo, how do you do this
how you do that? Because you know, I think sometimes
(24:36):
we let especially with men, our ego is our biggest downfall.
And how you like, you'll never get ahead having a
big ego in the sense of like you feel like
you can't ask somebody or you don't want to feel
like you're you know, you're too above that level to
somebody that may have X amount of followers or you know,
(24:56):
or you make way more money or something like that,
because I've never to get I had a billionaire literally,
you know, a couple of times asked me different questions.
But one time, this is just he literally asked me
how much money do I make? He's like, sirus, He's
like how much do you get for doing this? You know,
and stuff like that. And I looked at because I
(25:16):
was assured, like I didn't even know how to answer
that question. But I see he was serious. And the
reason why I say it is because when you're curious,
and it was a I know it was a reason
he was asking me. You know, it was something either
he's investing in or he want to know how people
get paid for that. You know, what what what what
do you have?
Speaker 6 (25:35):
Then?
Speaker 2 (25:36):
You know, what's the breakdown? What do you have to do?
So it was something that he was looking for. And
I've still watched him through this time now to see
if he has anything. He hasn't done anything in that field,
in that space, but I know in the back of
my mind he asked that question for a reason. And
it's the same thing when we see people who are
getting to that next level and we say something to
(25:59):
them or we see if we can help them if
they you know, is there any way we can support
I can support you and what you're doing to even
let you go faster because I just want to be
associated with you and what it does. Now when that
person does get to that level, you get those opportunities.
You know, there's plenty of times with with the with
the you.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
Know that that.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
Let the elevator back up for me type of thing.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
So you know, you know what it is to you
gotta you gotta definitely like you see how Ting like
was like yo stag like he knew it. I'm gonna
always come back like yo, ten g this is what's
popping or this is what's going on or this is
what I'm doing right. Same thing with King Farah right,
because he already seen what was going on like way
way early on, like with the with the whole music
(26:46):
career when I was making music, music production and stuff
like that. When you got people like that that see
your potential right and then pour into you and give
you the words like, yo, you're doing great, or you're
gonna you're gonna become something. The ship happens and I'm
proof of it.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
And and second I'm glad you used that word potential right. See,
this is what that was what I was Luca Bess
world and I was looking for. So the thing about
people will pay for your potential, right, this is what
a lot of people underestimate your value. People will pay
where you're going to be at, not right now, but
at the level that that you're going to be at.
(27:26):
And you can start launch in that way as well.
You know, when you settle for the normal price for
everybody else is paying, but you know your five x
better than them, you start charging that way. It don't
come right away, but it will come because the people
and that's the people you want to surround yourself with anyway,
because they're going to get the value from me. So
(27:47):
no one will potential. That's that's it, man. And I
always believe that. You know, people pay because they they
don't like this is this is like when we look
at sports, these general managers right there, they get all
these millions of dollars and they get at that level
(28:09):
just they have to pick for potential, you know, they
don't pick up the talent that they're at now. They
know in three years this kid is going to be
a superstar, you know, so just let me give him
that opportunity. Let's draft him now. So we're gonna overpay
him all this money, but we're gonna get it on
the back end. He's going to deliver for us. He's
gonna live up to everything the expectations, and you know,
(28:30):
he has a good work ethic, you know. And all
of the things is what you see now when you're
putting out content, when you're choosing people to become part
of your team, and this is how you can grow.
And I think when we're looking at getting leads, and
you know, the first thing I said earlier, man, is
about personalization your brand right now, that is the biggest
(28:52):
thing going to be in twenty twenty five. If you
wait then, you're not building your brand now. It's going
to be so hard later on because of AI, because
of all these different things people like personalization things.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
Now the one in the chat, if you agree to
for the one, let's go.
Speaker 2 (29:08):
This is this is this is the era of AI.
And you got to figure out how do you stand out?
Why Why am I going to hit up Lindsayah when
I want to know these certain things? Why am I
reaching out to a stack when I got to meet
a certain person? You know? Why am I reaching out
to Billy when I'm trying to get on live and
(29:29):
really fell products? Or how do I get people just
send me products for free?
Speaker 5 (29:33):
You know?
Speaker 2 (29:34):
This is this is now when people just know exactly
what you do. It's the time you're investing in letting
people know exactly what you do, how you do it.
These are the results I'm getting and you become that
go to person. So if you if you're gonna wait
till twenty five you're looking at getting a low, go
you do it now. Start building your brand now. And
(29:56):
it's so it's so easy now to do it because
you have all of these tools. But it's gonna get
crowded when everybody else is using the same tools, or
you don't know how to differential differentiate yourself from you know,
somebody in your industry, it's gonna be harder. So you know,
when we look at the opportunities now, man, it's just
(30:18):
like you know, it's it's a reason why just notice
these last two years, you start seeing Jeff Bezos becoming
more and outside of not just knowing not Amazon, he's
starting to showcase his lifestyle. You're starting to see him
on the yachts. So before he and I tell you
you would not see him. Nobody would see if you
wouldn't get photos of him. He's doing all that stuff
(30:40):
now because he understands where brand is. He understands that
people are paying more because they know who you are
before you even get in the room. And that's what
we all want to do. And this is you know,
and I'm not saying it has to be on that level,
but you start at this level where we're at now,
and then you get to those levels and people start
recommending you to get on stage, people recommending you to
(31:01):
work with specific clients. They know your skill set, and
if they don't know what you do, you know you'll
never get that opportunity. You know, they're gonna think.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
If they don't know who you are.
Speaker 2 (31:14):
You know who you are, you will not get that
opportunity if they don't know what you do. It definitely
not the opportunity because the first thing is gonna do
top of mind, the person that comes to the first
person they think of, and they're gonna say, oh, yeah, yeah,
I got somebody for you. Who's gonna do your funnel.
This person is real good. She you know, she did
my man's and you know he's he's five excellent just
(31:36):
because she she put one certain thing in that funnel.
So just letting people know exactly what you do, who
you are, and you'll start seeing you know. And this
is the thing too, You don't you don't have to
have a big following on social media. That's people that's
you know you. You can you can grow to that.
But to make money and to build your brand, you
(31:57):
can just have small accounts. But you're reaching a right
piece people and those are the ones that's gonna pay.
Those are the ones that's gonna you know, building, and
you're gonna be able to have impact their business or
their lifestyle off or whatever, you know, industry that you're in.
You be able to give that impact that's gonna be
you know, help like people give you more, uh, certify
(32:18):
you in certain things when just you're helping them.
Speaker 8 (32:21):
From that, from that perspective, listen, First of all, if
you guys are enjoying this conversation, can you put some
fire motions in the chat for brother Tenji we in
the building media mentors, uh, you know, two media gods come.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
Together once again to teach about this stuff. Speak our
minds right, This is this is ship's fire to me, man,
put a fire mode in the chat, share the room out,
picking the room out, because I want some more people
to chime in.
Speaker 2 (32:49):
I gotta.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
I got a lot of people on here, KBS here,
I got my boy, miss the Mota here, I got
love here, I got saying doctor Clarissa. Y'all got to
share this ship out. Y'all know what KB doing? Shit right,
Share this ship out?
Speaker 6 (33:08):
KB? What we doing?
Speaker 9 (33:13):
Let's go, hey, man, listen, what's how y'all doing? First
of all, how y'all doing today?
Speaker 2 (33:18):
Everybody?
Speaker 7 (33:19):
Man, it's too many. There's too many of y'all man,
for the only be seven ships.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
What did y'all don.
Speaker 7 (33:30):
People of people? It's all these miles up here, man,
it's more than eight miles.
Speaker 9 (33:34):
Man, it should be way more seriously here. We got
people at the bottom watching. Man, if you didn't turn
that pink ticket in man JOHNA mentioned above, Man, we
expanded media mentor I'm glad to be back high tgs.
Speaker 7 (33:45):
How y'all doing, Hi everybody that's up on stage. But listen,
I picked up.
Speaker 9 (33:50):
ONCEO something you said, like when you say that you
don't have to have a lot of followers to actually
you know what I mean, bringing the people. I just
feel like whoever you are is going to stay it out.
If people mess with you, they're gonna they're gonna adapt
to what you bring in. If they can learn from you,
they're gonna adapt to it. It's so easy to grow
social media nowadays because everything goes on social media, you
(34:10):
know what I mean, Like far as you can meet people,
it's always somebody that knows something that you don't know
that can help you grow. So stop being stingy, stop
being stubborn, step out on faith, you know what I mean,
Step out in the environment, get to know more people.
Speaker 7 (34:24):
Explain.
Speaker 9 (34:25):
Man, you gotta it's so much content out there that
people not seeing it because people scared. Don't be scared, man,
take that leap on faith. You don't never take that leap,
You ain't gonna never know. You gotta take that leap
of faith. If you don't, man, you're just gonna be
stuck forever wondering if you could. Don't wonder if you
could do it. Guess what only boss is gonna be you.
(34:48):
You gonna be your own boss, do it.
Speaker 6 (34:52):
All.
Speaker 9 (34:52):
You gotta be wondering what it feels like to be
somewhere that you wanted to be and you ain't there
because he ain't take that leap on faith. But I
yield my mic, you know what I mean. I just
wanted to come here and get my thought facts about it.
Pull this ship out, man. We got nine shoes man.
Speaker 1 (35:10):
Right listen, this is the type of energy we need
to come out. Yes, Jamie, I love you. I want
to check on my brother, mister motor right fresh from Brooklyn,
right New York. I know what time it is, right
y'all see this coat on right now? Yeah, yo, mister
motives on.
Speaker 2 (35:30):
What's what's going on?
Speaker 4 (35:31):
Man?
Speaker 1 (35:32):
I'm here live from Red Hook and Brooklyn right now.
Speaker 10 (35:35):
Hear me connect.
Speaker 1 (35:37):
What we're doing?
Speaker 2 (35:38):
What's going on y'all? Yeah, I'm good I'm good. I'm
here with the curators right now.
Speaker 10 (35:42):
We're actually running into Low's picking up some material for
the show and my exhibition.
Speaker 2 (35:47):
Going on with Say Adams and Cam.
Speaker 10 (35:49):
Say Adams is a create found and creative director of
Depth Jam. So you know, it's a defining moment for
me as an artist, a naive artist in the last
twelve years. Man, really loving that first off, just shout
everybody in here. Man, really loving the energy going back
and forth from here with the curators. Like I said,
so you know you're gonna hear me moving around and
getting into the action. But you know, one thing I
(36:11):
wanted to just piggyback and to just even say there's
two points one just getting out there KB just following
up with the main speaker that that was amazing, Like
you're getting yourself out there.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
That's something that I.
Speaker 10 (36:23):
Myself still kind of struggle with because I'm more of
an introvert extrovert, you know what I mean. I don't
like to go out there. I'm not really a social
social butterfly, but I do like what I like and
I like to try and put myself in those spaces.
One thing that I would like us to maybe talk
about is how one can identify their how one discovers how.
Speaker 1 (36:49):
Did you hear his question? Yo, motor, try to go
in a different area real quick, bro, so I can
hear you going to sorry? Sorry again that question?
Speaker 10 (37:02):
So so a question that again that question is how
does one find their real worth?
Speaker 2 (37:06):
Like?
Speaker 1 (37:06):
How do we?
Speaker 2 (37:07):
How do you develop?
Speaker 10 (37:08):
You know you understand that, especially for somebody like me,
is I'm an outsider, you know what I mean. I'm
coming in to the to the industry, growing up in it,
but I wasn't taught anything particularly, I've just been picking
up and learning.
Speaker 2 (37:20):
And there's many people like me.
Speaker 1 (37:21):
You know what is?
Speaker 6 (37:22):
Uh?
Speaker 10 (37:22):
You know something that you could be willing to share
in this space and time anybody here?
Speaker 1 (37:26):
How do we?
Speaker 2 (37:34):
I'll say this, man, the one thing w I've learned
and I've noticed people know your worth. They just hope
you don't. And the longer you don't know your worth,
the longer you're gonna stay at that same position. And
when you start realizing like I can do X, Y
and Z or I'm learning and they seeing you learning,
(37:55):
You're gonna get paid different, You're gonna get looked at different,
and those opportunities gonna start coming. You know, when when
it comes to identifying who can do what. When you're
someone who can do a lot of different tasks and
whichever industry you're in, you know, it gets noticed and
it's just like when someone's an earner in any business.
(38:19):
The end results is, you know, is the financial department
is going to say, hey, you know this person is
bringing in this person is that So they're already identifying you,
you know, but you have to know where you're at
on that letter or what are you trying to go
to and when you start like having it and just
mapping out, like in three months, I need to have
(38:39):
learned this. I need to learn this because it's gonna
get me closer to my dream or it's gonna put
me in a position where I'm making you know, three
thousand dollars a week or you know, I want to
be making one hundred k, you know, within you know
a month. So you know those opportunities and you start
pushing yourself because you start you got to know what
(39:00):
it takes to get at that level too. You know,
you're going to start seeing if I want to make
if it's a financial benefit that you want from what
you do, you're going to know if it's an impact
that you want to make that you want to have
more people, you know, whether it's followers, whether you want
to be speaking to more people where you want more opportunities.
You know, you got to do X, Y and Z
(39:21):
things to get to that. So when you start realizing
it's everything is the numbers game in the beginning because
it helps push you as well. It's like if you're
trying to say for something, you know, your career is
just like that. You know, you got to you gotta know,
like I only make this amount of at work on
my nine to five, so if I want to go
on a vacation, I know I'm taking two hundred dollars
(39:42):
out every week because I'm paying for a five thousand
dollars trip. So you know, and it's the same way
with your career. When you start like really mapping it
out to get those things, you'll start you'll start noticing.
You'll get there faster than just you know, winging along
and expect to be noticed. You're not going to be
you know, people will keep you in that same position
(40:03):
because they feel like and and I remember, and I'll
never forget this right and and the TV company I
was with at TMZ, there was somebody who was really good,
really good. He used to crush it and he was
doing everything. He started learning different parts of the jobs
and everything, but he stayed at that same position. He
(40:23):
stayed as a programmer and he and I asked him
one time, you know, why is it that you think
you know, they haven't moved you up or anything like that,
And he didn't know, And then I asked the supervisor,
what was it? He said, he never asked, He never
showed that he wanted to get to another level. So
we just kept him there until sometimes you have to
(40:46):
come out of and shell and you have to let
people know, Yo, I belong. I actually be playing with
the big boys, you know.
Speaker 1 (40:53):
I don't want to say again put it on in
the chat, because that's what I had to do. Say
that ship again to your what you saying.
Speaker 2 (41:04):
I need to be playing I need to be playing
with the big boys, you know. I want to be
on that guy damn first starting team. I want to
be the starting five, you know, because what is up
happening is you get mad at the organization you with
because they're not pushing you or they're not promoting you
or they're not giving you the opportunities, but you haven't
said anything.
Speaker 1 (41:23):
And then it cause you closed mouths don't get fed.
That's what you're saying right there. You don't talk, feel
me motive? What you got to say?
Speaker 2 (41:36):
No, I fell out, man, That was That was That
was a good one. I like how y'all led into
that one, man, because that's really been my mantra.
Speaker 10 (41:42):
Man, closed mouths don't get fed, and you gotta know
when to open your mouth and just speak about things,
you know, And that's really how I've been able to
get a foothold in any part of my life along
with my career. So you know, just even right now,
like speaking of you guys, man, really give me a
lot of motivation behind doing that more because you know,
you don't you don't never want to.
Speaker 1 (42:02):
You want to get your research up.
Speaker 10 (42:03):
You don't want to just be saying any old thing,
you know what I mean, and doing any old things,
stepping on people's toes. And I'm a little aggressive, so
you know, that's how I believed my way in the game,
you know. And it said, but I've learned a lot,
you know what I mean, So you know I appreciate
this insight right here, just even speaking and.
Speaker 1 (42:18):
Motor, I appreciate you for sending that piece up. Bro.
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (42:22):
You know what it is, absolutely king bro.
Speaker 1 (42:25):
You look.
Speaker 10 (42:27):
Yeah, man, yep, yeah, And I got that yo. You
you look good in the pieces. Man, you gotta hold
presence that I really really like. And I think that
is what we need to be showing in the culture
of you know, just men's style. Even on top of that,
you know, I feel like men aren't dressing anymore, men
aren't really putting that ship on for real and just
doing what the last goy did and doing the last
(42:48):
God did.
Speaker 2 (42:49):
You know forgetting this style?
Speaker 10 (42:50):
So many different styles we have and have coins, so
you know, it's really won't be refreshing, y'all.
Speaker 2 (42:55):
I hope y'all stay tuned for that one.
Speaker 9 (42:58):
Let met Hey, man, I want to piggyback off of
something that TG said. He said, clothes mouth don't get fair, right.
You know a lot of people downplay themselves. They be
too scared, like they be like, oh yeah, man, I
need to learn. Let me tell You'll never know what
you could do until you try to do it. You
can't you can't not try to do something and say
(43:20):
you can't do it. You gotta try, man, You could
be a jack of all trace and not even knowing
because you're so scared that you you're gonna fail.
Speaker 7 (43:28):
But let me tell you.
Speaker 9 (43:29):
Something, bro, failures make you who you win. You know
how many times I felt but I ain't stay my
eyes down there. I got up every time, brushed my
knees off and kept it moving. You gonna fall, bro,
You're gonna learn who you is from your mistakes. This
shit is to walking apart for real.
Speaker 1 (43:43):
You just gotta be.
Speaker 7 (43:43):
Willing to put in the work.
Speaker 9 (43:45):
And sometimes it takes more work than less, and sometimes
it takes less work than more. But as long as
you put in the work, man, your outcome is on you.
You your own boss. You move at your own speed.
Speaker 6 (43:55):
Man.
Speaker 7 (43:56):
And just like what you said about the closing, everybody
trying to just like the man.
Speaker 9 (44:00):
That's just like with a business, everybody so focused on
what the next person doing and how they got it
so good, and how they get it so fast that
they ain't worried about them. You could be that same
person and you could get noticed. You can get noticed faster,
but you'll never know if you don't try, you know
what I'm saying. So Man, keep trying, Bro, And that
Jackie is tax y'all is fired.
Speaker 7 (44:19):
So I need to be here because that's fire like man.
But keep going, Bro, Man, sky is the limit. Bro,
keep going. It ain't no limitation how far you can go.
Keep going, Bro, And this all free games if you.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
Guys are just KB. I appreciate that, man, appreciate that.
Speaker 1 (44:38):
Man.
Speaker 2 (44:39):
Y'all love I love your energy.
Speaker 11 (44:40):
Man.
Speaker 1 (44:40):
I hope.
Speaker 2 (44:42):
Y'all out here man in New York and in a month,
come through.
Speaker 6 (44:47):
Man.
Speaker 2 (44:47):
We're doing something big.
Speaker 6 (44:48):
You know.
Speaker 9 (44:50):
Hey, I'll be up there. I'll be up there at
the end of the month on Sunday, I'll be up
there for Pride.
Speaker 10 (44:54):
So what I'm at, whoa, I'm doing an event at
Ace Hotel.
Speaker 7 (44:59):
Okay, lady, lady, welcome to come if you get here.
Speaker 2 (45:02):
At twenty eighth to twenty ninth.
Speaker 10 (45:04):
Got a lot of stuff for you, man, I got
a lot of We're turning up right now. It's a
hot season right now. You know this is New York
coming back full effect right now.
Speaker 1 (45:13):
You know now we're gonna go crazy. Mister motor KB.
Make sure we make these connections, bro, because you never
know what the hell gonna happen for y'all. I appreciate you. Look,
I'm gonna do a quick reset that we're gonna continue
because we got a lot of ship to talk about.
We're going to I need y'all to ping it up.
Though it's not over. Shout out to Derek, Ray, d Rod, Elijah,
everybody at the bottom to make sure y'all pull up.
(45:33):
It's not over. And y'all tenji, we're gonna go in.
Let's go on in this block seventeen and sent on
water gun. She said it already got cold and she
set it solver. It's easy when you highest, harder when
you solver. But like I'm just trying to.
Speaker 11 (45:59):
Coming on.
Speaker 1 (46:00):
She said, why you don't show love? That's off of me?
Because I want you so much? Okay, let's go. Why
you don't show that's off of me because I want
you so okay, let's go bring it by. She got died,
can't go by, that's die well, She vibe double tibut
(46:25):
if that money you told me on trip and I
told y'all wanted to y'all want that, can't trust But
she really be throwing you off. She said that you
believe in God through your head the law. Are you holler?
Speaker 5 (46:35):
Now?
Speaker 1 (46:35):
Yeah, you're gonna keep going in, Broyes. I got a
few more minutes, bro to go in. But I want
to still continue about what we've been talking about, the whole,
the likes to leads, the content. Bro. It's over to
you man, what we gotta talk about? Brother?
Speaker 2 (46:53):
Yeah, I know when we talk about leads, man, because
in any business, you gotta havequalified leads, right, and the
leads is what is the engine of sales, and that's
what's going to be able to put you. You know,
your skill set, what you do have, you have to
be able to transfer it and monetize in a certain way.
(47:14):
You know, most people will look at just like you're
going to attract people just because you're real knowledgeable on
a specific thing. But it has to you have to
demonstrate it. And being a person who knows how to
demonstrate your talent is what's going to get you. The
leads is what's going to get you. You know, continually
(47:38):
talked about in certain groups when it comes to like
even when when you're talking about style or you're talking
about different things. You know, so in somewhere I got.
I got somebody for that. I know somebody that you know.
So figuring out how do you stand out in a
way to generate leads with the things that you offer,
(47:58):
and how do you offer it, how do you put
it on social media that sometimes it doesn't look like
I'm just selling selling selling, you know. Sometimes always look
at the numbers like this, it's five posts a sale,
you know. So so it's not like you don't because
I and I'm I guess I'm kind of different than
(48:21):
a lot of other people when it comes this way too,
because maybe I should be someone morehen I don't I
get more business when people reach out to me, And
you know, it's a it's a bad thing because I
really think you can be a lot better with more
opportunities for that you're giving to other people, because it's
not just always a transactional thing, you know, and I
(48:42):
never wanted to look like when you know, if you
have something that you're offering people, it's just always about money.
But you're gonna get paid, You're gonna get compensated for
what you know and how you serve other people, especially
you know, my thing is.
Speaker 12 (48:57):
This, So you're saying you get paid for the knowledge. Tenji,
that's what you say, right right, I'm what I'm doing.
I'm selling money. I'm selling money because what I'm gonna
give you is gonna help you make money.
Speaker 2 (49:08):
So if if you come to terms on what you're
offering someone and they're gonna be able to make money
from it, or if it's that they're gonna grow their
brand or they're gonna do specific thing, whether they're gonna
grow their followers, so it's whatever it is that they're
looking for. And how you get compensated is you know,
you're letting people know that you really can do these things.
(49:29):
And when you put it out there and you can
demonstrate it online, you can demonstrate it. This is what
this is. This is my offer and the offer in anything, man.
And this is something that I struggled with in the
beginning and really understand. You have to get a dial
in offer. What you offer and what I mean is
I'm doing this and these are the results you're gonna get.
(49:52):
You could be the smartest person, the most talented person.
If you don't, if your offer doesn't speak to the
person that you're gonna help them with their problem, it's
not going to do good and this is where everybody
fails at and it's the same thing online. When you're
trying to get people to reach out to you, to
put in the comments to do stuff, you have to
your words have to really intrigue them to ask you
(50:15):
questions about how can they get from this point to that?
How are you going to solve this? So having your
offer say I do this specifically, and this is what
I can get for you. If you're having problems with this,
I can get you these results right when that's dialed in.
When you get that your offer, this is when you
really start growing. And this is when you get two
(50:36):
people that you start out with and you you over
deliver on what you're doing for them, They're gonna tell
more people and you continually just put it on social media.
You show the results, you show the different things. You
show people. Because most people will say, I don't want
to give away stuff for free online because then nobody's
gonna buy for me. It doesn't matter, people still gonna
buy for you. You could teach them how to you.
(50:59):
You can sit able to Rubik's cube in your hand
and say, hey, there's a contest to how do you solve.
If you can do a Rubik's cube, you can do
it in five in two minutes. This is how you
do it in two minutes. And you can show them
you can do all that stuff. It's still not going
to do it. They will rather pay you for you
to implement it in them and show them how to
(51:19):
do it specifically yourself. So never think about like you're
just giving them from a way and you know nobody's
gonna need you. It doesn't matter. So and I think
when having that order and having a lead to get
that is just showcasing what you what you're doing, you know, Steck,
and this is what I'm seeing that's working on YouTube,
it's working on TikTok all these places. Man, the same
(51:41):
thing I can club us. You can show when you
can demonstrate like if you do this this and this
actually works for a person, then person will you know,
reach out for you for more coaching or want to
get on a call with you and see what you
have to offer. So you know, I always look at it, man,
when you get your offer down then and you're helping them.
(52:01):
You know, as long as as long as it's useful,
it's unique, it's ultrapecific and that person knows it's urgent
for them to get to that next level. You won't
be someone really.
Speaker 1 (52:12):
Exactly, Tenji. I want to add to that because it's
like if you're if you're a problem solver and you
fix anything in business, you're always gonna be a value.
You're gonna fit righting in the puzzle, being that, being that,
that that problem that fixer right like damn, you said
it right there. I want to check on Love real
quick too, because I know she can't. She hasn't been
on the clubhouse in a while. She was only when
(52:34):
I first started, Tenji, like when I first thought when
I used to be inside hustle hacks, and like just
the start of clubhouse, you feel me like I don't
want to see what she has to say about this
or Love. If y'are around right now, v around the mic,
it'll be cool for you to chime in because I
want to get you in before we roll out over.
Speaker 4 (52:51):
The b If you're here, yeah, definitely, I'm here.
Speaker 7 (52:54):
Oh yeah, y'all go, thank you.
Speaker 5 (53:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (53:00):
Loving everything you guys are saying, the encouragement and you know,
just being about to business. I recently moved from San
Diego to La.
Speaker 7 (53:10):
So just having.
Speaker 4 (53:13):
The network of you know, meeting people in person, but
then also following through to follow and support them. That's
really major because just like Tanji was saying, you don't
want things to be just transactional people like dealing with
real people. So that's really my bottom line. Relationships are
(53:35):
really important supporting them and just being authentic and genuine
about it. And when you are contributing something you know
and working together to get to your goals, that's even
better because you're building together, you're going together, and when
you do need something, you're gonna think of your partner,
right And when I say partner, I just mean other
(53:56):
person that you're supporting genuinely. So that's my two cents
and wishing everyone well.
Speaker 1 (54:04):
Appreciate you V for that chime and come to the media.
Speaker 2 (54:09):
And no, I love what she was saying, and especially
like when you like say hell I love and she
going going to like new places and stuff. The number
one thing where I will say and this has helped me,
I don't know, you know, I only say what works
for me, and I've seen it work. Like when you
meet people and even if they're not in a position
(54:31):
to do anything for you, you know, never leave just
walking away without saying, hey, if there's anybody else I
should meet, man, please let me know or just send
them my information or stuff like that. You know, we
take it for granted, but that little time that you
constantly say that all the time, it's going to be
one time somebody's gonna really send somebody to you, you know,
(54:52):
or recommend it right there on the spot, can say
you know what, you will be perfect for this person,
or you need to really meet this person, so you know,
just telling somebody is if it's you know, even when
we leave this meet later on and you think about it,
anybody I should meet you know that's in my industry
or you think I can help or they can help me,
feel free to reach out and let me know sending
(55:15):
my way or you know, you don't even have to
be the middle person in it, whatever it is, just
let me know, and you know, you're opening yourself up
for an opportunity. Most people, you know, especially if it's
genuine and they know exactly what you do. Or let's
just say, for instance, you're at a big level when
you're already trying to scale and they know they want
to show grace to you, and they want to be
(55:36):
you know, known later on because they look at you
and somebody's about to blow up, they're going to help you.
If you're somebody and you're struggling, they want to see
you come up. They're going to help you. So you
put yourself in a win, a win win situation, and
that's what it's all about. You want to be in
a win win situation. And you know, it doesn't always
(55:57):
have to be transactional. It can be just meeting a
person because the relationships are just as important as the
work itself.
Speaker 1 (56:04):
Well, Tenji said something right there, bro just meeting people.
There's plenty of times that I've just met you know,
individuals or just meet people and then you know, sometimes
right then and there it might not be anything, but
then later on down the line, the ship blows up.
That's how a lot of different things happen for me
on this journey, Tenji, is you know, just meeting individuals
just simply you know, networking and being who I am,
(56:25):
not pretending to be anyone else, but just being stacked,
not worrying about anyone else, knowing who I am, knowing
the opportunities that I deserve, and shit, so it's always
you know about you know, you bro you know, the
inner work at the end of the day.
Speaker 2 (56:39):
Yeah, and we sometimes you know, especially if you know
you're talented, you really get to that point where you
feel like, you know, my work gonna speak for itself.
I know it doesn't. He your work does not speak
for itself. You have to speak with your work.
Speaker 1 (56:55):
You know.
Speaker 2 (56:56):
If you want to be a diamond in the rough
and you want to be discovered, you got to be discoverable.
You got to be in a position where people are
going to discover you.
Speaker 1 (57:05):
You know, you say that again. Don't just skim over
that one by positions for people to discover you. Ship,
damn see that ship again.
Speaker 2 (57:14):
Please, you have to be in a position for people
to discover you. They're just not going to pick you
out of a blind bowl, you know what I'm saying there.
It has to you know. It's when we say the
matches exactly like what you do and they need you
and you have it where you have all the goods
(57:37):
and it's just the right link with the right person,
you know. It just it just doesn't fall in your
lap like that all the time. So you have to
work just as hard at how you got to the
level that you are as far as meeting people and
letting them know exactly what you do, and you'll start
seeing those opportunities because you know, like and don't.
Speaker 1 (57:57):
Be shy to ten That's another thing we want to
put in there, is like, when you know you got
fire and shit, don't be shy.
Speaker 5 (58:04):
Like.
Speaker 1 (58:05):
There's plenty of times I've seen people, you know, individuals
with you know, a whole lot of potential. You see
how my brother Danny comes in here and he's like, Yo,
you know Stack, you know sometimes I need you to
write like y'all know, and I Danny be having heat
bro be on TV, Bro work with mad different people.
But he don't pop his shit like that, and he
and he needs people like me to keep like Yo, yeah, Bro,
(58:28):
I'm doing this. I'm doing that. That's gonna keep his
momentum alive. So Danny comes through too, Tenji and says, Yo, Stack,
I'm glad I got your voice and your energy, bro,
because I wouldn't even be talking about half the amazing
shit that that I've been doing bro, like recently, you
know what I mean, because he would he was on
social media and on all of this shit before you know,
it was digital and he was already doing things you know,
(58:49):
in real life and shit. So the fact that you
know he can come in here and get that motivation
just to talk about what he's doing to motivate someone
else is good shit. So I'm always motivating Danny, like, Yo,
come in here, bro, talk about that shit. What are
you doing? What's popping? Because anytime I hear it's going
to motivate me to set the world on fire. And
when you're setting the world on fire, you can't worry
about anybody else either. That's another thing that a lot
(59:09):
of people get fucked up is when you're on this journey, Tenji,
you cannot worry about what the what the next person doing,
or your friends or this. Nah you gotta worry about
You gotta put all your energy and your lane right.
And when you're in your lane, you can't crash. Man.
There's a lot of plenty of times people try to
come in my lane and and you know, try to
get Nah, this shit ain't for you, right, So you
(59:31):
got you gotta stick to the strip. And another person
I want to check on Tenji is ny name right,
because she been having some fire ass rooms on the
app Tenji about you know, how to make a million
dollars and how to get to it? And you know
I shared my story and her space is on you
know how I got to it and how me? You know,
me and Fire are doing the conversions and going to
different countries and and really putting that shit where it
(59:53):
needs to go so we can get to the bag.
So Nan Nay, I appreciate you for pulling up. You
got any words for you know, anything we've been chiming
in with or you know, just to keep the conversation
going before we wind up out here. N name over
to you. Thank you for pulling up.
Speaker 11 (01:00:06):
Hey, I'm getting my nails done so you might hear
some background noise people ping up the room, ping people
into this room. I want to see more rooms like this.
The other day I did a room and I said,
why don't more black men on clubhouse do business rooms.
I'm sorry, but we need more leaders. We need more
black men building businesses, infrastructure instead of sitting on clubhouse arguing,
(01:00:29):
talking about people's deceased family members, docsing it's a shambles.
I'm embarrassed, but stack keep doing what you're doing. I'm
proud of you, and you restore hope that there are
men out here that are living in their purpose, that
are leading building And let me give you a horn.
Keep doing what you're doing.
Speaker 1 (01:00:49):
Appreciate you, n name, let's go.
Speaker 2 (01:00:54):
That's what's up and is true. And you know the
thing about what you do as well, stack you give
other people opportunities, right, and when you understand, like you
know how that works, right because you know, my my
thing is like when you give other people opportunities, it's
like you want to see their success sometimes, you know,
(01:01:16):
I always feel like I'd rather see people do real well.
And knowing like you're a part of it, it gives
you some type of joy, you know, because you helped
solve a certain problem or you know that they needed
that one little you know, a connection or one little
boost or strategy to really grow and take them to
where they're trying to be at versus getting stuck and
(01:01:37):
being in the same position and going through the hamster
will and you know, so just the opportunities that you
create for people and you know it's definitely worthwhile. And
that's why you know, anytime you ask me to support
what you're doing, you know I'm there now.
Speaker 1 (01:01:52):
I appreciate you too, Tenji, because bro, it's all about
because when I first met T Tenj, he was doing
media just like me. Well, one thing I really respect
about you know, Tenji, is because he's done it, you know,
a long time before me, and he's seen already you
know what's going on with the digital ship and how
much I keep up with it and how you know
I'm on top of the game. So Tenji seen that potential.
(01:02:13):
I appreciate you, bro, because it's it's it's the heat, bros,
the fire. And then same thing, you know when she's seen,
you know, the community and you know she does the music,
and it's just great to have you guys support because
I'm always gonna keep doing this. Like before you guys
even met me, I was already grooming myself to be
who I was today, Like already doing this shit, but
(01:02:33):
nobody knew who I was until you know, Clubhouse came out,
opportunities came out, and more networks start to come out.
So don't let you know anyone tell you it is
impossible to get to a huge level. And same thing
with Emon too, Tenji. She's been supporting me ever since
we've been over there, So she knows that's the family.
Speaker 6 (01:02:56):
Yeah. Let me let me just say something that is
very important to me is that support is priceless yet
is very precious because here here's the signs behind why
we love to share people their success. It's because the
(01:03:18):
doba mean that we feel like we have a part
of this achievement. So I'm genuinely proud of you. Every
single thing that you do, you share with me a lot.
You're being working so.
Speaker 2 (01:03:33):
Hard, doing great money together, and this is it.
Speaker 6 (01:03:39):
This is it because here's the thing. He's not the
best the best kept secret. He's genuinely loving, supporting and
sharing goodness with everyone. So everybody around you, Sack knows
exactly who you are and they love to be around you.
And those who who doesn't want to be here, it's
(01:04:01):
fine because they are not aligned. If you're not aligned, aligned,
get out of the line. Remember if you're not, if
you if you're not in them on the table, you're
you're not, You're in the menu. So it's just you
go out and find your your lane. So I'm so
(01:04:23):
proud of you. I'm so everyone here around us, Tanji
is I've been learning from you since day when I
met you. I still go to your tiktoks and see
and and and I'm learning something that is more than
social media. It's the carriage to be out there with
(01:04:47):
with this positive attitude through it all, that positive attitude
within everything that happens in the world. Whoever you're speaking to,
what read the question you have, you are approaching them
with that amazing positive act to do that really teaching
(01:05:10):
me so much. It's about how to navigate life with
all you you have, whatever you're going through, it's s
tell you and you go so courageous and unapologetically. So
I'm really grateful for having you guys in my life.
(01:05:32):
I love you guys back to say, hey.
Speaker 2 (01:05:35):
Man, you definitely want somebody who support and genuine with it.
And I'll also say to number one thing, man, you
can't be afraid to reinvent yourself. You know, some people
get stuck in like you become a one trick pony
and you feel like, you know, I'm just known for this.
So I don't want to try that because people are
(01:05:55):
gonna say you're reaching you know, the best ones. They're
gonna pivot and they're going to see how time things
are changing with time, and you have to be those
type of people who like obsessed with learning and constantly
you know, up in your profile and things that you
learn how to do and know like if this is
(01:06:16):
what's happening right now, I should learn is maybe I'm
not using it right away, but I'm gonna know it
just in case I have to, you know, add this
on to my repertoire. So it's just like you know,
putting a bunch of tools in your tool belt as well,
and you'll be surprised how you become well rounded with
so many different skill sets that's going to really get
(01:06:37):
you to the level like you may want to be at.
And it might not just be with the one thing
that like you really love doing, but it could be
something else that unders you know, later on just becomes
the vehicle that just really supports you. It starts creating
generational wealth. So you know, never be afraid to you know,
reintroduce yourself, rebrand yourself. You know, just think about it
(01:07:01):
in a way where like if just you know, you
have to do your due diligence when it comes to
making sure it makes sense because the number one thing
and if nothing else that I learned from some of
the high profile people. Man, they will always say your time,
how you manage your time is your biggest asset. And
(01:07:23):
I just know that's so shallow when you hear it,
but when you hear it from people who is meaningful,
like if you know, I will always ask off camera
for like advice on some things, man, And I swear
I've heard this from about twenty different people. How you
use your time, and if you look at it, it's
the same reason why a president his minutes are detailed
(01:07:47):
for the whole day. Some of the big c eos
or these big companies Fortune five one hundred companies, there
is minutes how they're detailed with their time. So how
you're using your time and what you're learning with it
and what you' and then not what you learn, how
you apply it. You know, give yourself the opportunity to
grow somewhere else from what you already are trying to master.
(01:08:08):
But just know, you know, if this is the bread winner,
I'm gonna focus eighty percent on this, then I'm gonna
give ten percent on something that's new. Then I'm gonna
gamble on ten percent something that I might think, might
you know, be a hit or something that I love doing.
Just it doesn't bring me anything, but it brings me enjoyment.
So understanding how to utilize your time, you're gonna start
(01:08:30):
seeing bigger results and you know, you just feel better
about what you're doing overall as well. So that's the
one thing I think. You know, most people don't look
at and we look at it as like you know,
as you know, it doesn't really matter. You know, people
just say it just it's fluff. It's really it's really
not fluff.
Speaker 1 (01:08:52):
Love that Tenji listen man today is freaking amazing. Bro,
Like everybody chimed in with some fire ass shit down,
you know from the social media, the leads the content. Right,
I'm gonna be having brother Tenji come in here. Like
I said, we'll be limited the rooms for media mentors
because I got other projects and other things and other
(01:09:12):
places that I have to travel to that's gonna be
taking up some time. So if you guys need me,
book with Stack dot com so you can get a
fifteen minute call so we can level up on social
media billboards, articles. You know, this shit don't stop for me.
It never ever, ever, ever stops. I think I got
a new magazine feature coming out soon with a big
(01:09:35):
magazine and it's gonna be dropping any day, so be
on the lookout for that. Also shout outs to Bele,
the biggest family on the fucking planet. Tenji, Oh my God,
gave me one of the most biggest deals I've ever
had right now, right with Belle, Champagne, Ross Whiz Right,
(01:09:56):
all the all the partners that surrounded with it's a
it's a blessed and right and now my name could
be right in there, Black Bottle Boys, Boston, all that
shit that I'll get to, you know, do And I
can't wait to release this new wine flavor that I'm
gonna do with Wanna. It's gonna be an epic, right,
We're gonna do a light flavor. I had a red wine,
but I'm gonna do a light flavor coming up soon. Also,
(01:10:17):
I'll be back and and why coming up soon, So
I'll be having missed the motor around with me, Black trucks,
you know what time it is, We everywhere everywhere outside.
We'll be able to do a lot of different content.
He got a lot of different pieces that I gotta grab,
so I'll be doing that. And also, Tenji, before we
get out of here, what's up with this right here, man,
(01:10:38):
grow rich slow dot com. Can you tap this in
man before we roll up out of here, because I
got some things to attend to today. So tenji, what
do we What's going on when I when I when
I click this link? Brother, what's popping right here? Let's go.
Speaker 2 (01:10:54):
Yeah, that's just some programs that I have that you know,
if you're trying to really help yourself in a way
of understanding how to how to monetize, how to really
grow in your industry and the things that are available
for you. You know what when it comes to not
just grants, but opportunities and how to get in front
(01:11:15):
of the right people, how to you know, you know
when we talk about media staff, it's just about really
getting getting that publicity, so pushing it that way and
teaching you and you know a lot of things. Sometimes
the implementation is what really works for people. When you
have people that's gonna you know, be in a room
with you that's going to teach you and coaching and
(01:11:38):
what you are invest in, how you invest in yourself
is what's going to take you to that next level.
Because we look at the ones that go and the
ones that whether you can learn from me you can
learn on YouTube, you can learn from college. Whatever it is,
I would just say invest it doesn't it doesn't matter
to me that you who you you know, get to
(01:11:59):
teach you, well, who to get you is going to
motivate you in a way of bringing out your skill set.
But you should just get it done. And that's that's
always been the biggest thing, you know. And if it's
any way I can support anybody in what they're doing.
Everybody know they can reach out to me. I'm a
person that's easy to reach out to. So that's just
what I have with that that's going on. You know,
(01:12:19):
I start things, I take it down, I close it,
and I open back up. And you know, this time
I'm grace because I know coming up when Sooner's September start,
you know, that's fourth quarter time. That's when the you know,
the big deals start coming in.
Speaker 1 (01:12:33):
But it's the fourth quarter. I thought it was fourth
quarter right now. I'm on fourth quarter, right now, fourth quarter.
You're right, you're right, fourth quarter right now.
Speaker 2 (01:12:41):
Every day, every day is fourth quarter. Every day is
game seventh. For me. I treat it like it's game seven.
You know, people people wait till wait till later to
start doing that. I'm game seven.
Speaker 1 (01:12:55):
I got fourth quarter energy right now. Like a lot
of people wait to get the energy on fourth quarter,
I'm not waiting for fourth quarter energy. I got my shit.
Now get out my way too, if you ain't got
fourth quarter energy, fucking like I'm in the Patriots, tenj.
If you ain't got that energy on, get out my way, yo, Billy.
(01:13:16):
Before I get out of here, bro right, I need
to talk to you real quick. I want to see
if you got any words, Steve too, Nick if you
want to chime man laser Yeah, before we go, I
want to talk to you guys real quick about you know,
likes to leaves with anything Tenji's been talking about before
we get up out of here. I push back my
meeting real quick so I can talk to you guys.
So Billy, real quick. Brother, talk to me, man, what
(01:13:38):
you been how you feel about this topic?
Speaker 13 (01:13:39):
Man?
Speaker 1 (01:13:40):
If you're around, over to your brothers.
Speaker 13 (01:13:41):
Hey, what's up? Stack?
Speaker 2 (01:13:43):
What's up?
Speaker 6 (01:13:43):
Tenji?
Speaker 13 (01:13:44):
Always always good to see men. It's been a while
since we connected on here. Stack, same to you and No.
I love it, man, I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:13:52):
You know.
Speaker 13 (01:13:52):
Today was a cool, pretty fun day in my business.
I hit three thousand brand deal or three thousand, three
thousand posted pieces of content on the Amazon platform in
twenty four months.
Speaker 1 (01:14:05):
Not as fire, Not as fire, Bro, that's hard.
Speaker 13 (01:14:09):
Bro, yeah man. And most of the brand and most
of those our paid collaborations. So we've been I say
we it's just me and my other two personalities just
hav a lot of fun before that. I own a
teacher printing business that went under in twenty twenty, and
I learned a lot from that business was one diversification,
(01:14:29):
like and you can't pivot and you can't change. And
what you said Tenji about building your own personal brand
is Billy on Clubhouse. Has been a lot of things.
I've been a podcast expert. I've been a sponsorship monetization
expert for podcasters, and I don't been the guy who
makes Amazon videos gets a bunch of product deals and
stuff for free. And so don't be afraid to go
(01:14:50):
out there and mess around until you find out what
really you know is going to propel you to the
next level. And so that's one thing that I would
to leave this audience with today is continue to show up,
because every time you show up on SO and listen,
I don't have a huge following. Go check out my phone.
I don't have a huge following, but I'm in the
top four point three percent of content creators when it
(01:15:13):
comes to financial income in the United States because I
keep showing up. I showed up when everyone else quit.
I got people in my Mastermind group right now who
said I was an idiot for the model of business
I chose to do. But I understood that I can't
rely on the platforms to pay me. I got to
rely on me to pay me, and I got to
(01:15:33):
rely on brands to pay me, and so but I
kept showing up quality content quickly and I do one
hundred deals a month with Amazon sellers. So yeah, that's uh.
I love it, man. I think you just show up,
take action, and do you know what I mean, make
your money, keep doing it. Who gives a crap what
everybody else is doing. Figure out what you're doing and
(01:15:54):
scale from there, and then pay somebody else to do
what they're doing.
Speaker 2 (01:16:00):
Right there, bro Billy.
Speaker 1 (01:16:05):
By Billy, because I feel like you know what it
is to just like, stay focused, man, stay focused on
your on which on what works for you, What's gonna
work for me? Ten g emon or Billy or anybody
else on the stage may not work for you. This
shit's not like you gotta figure out what what you're
good at, what's gonna flow for you. There's plenty of
(01:16:25):
times I tried things Billy and I was like, damn,
now I know not to do that shit no more.
Or now I know not to go down that path
because you got to see what works. I want to
go to ny name too. Nay, have you ever tried
something real quick that worked or that didn't work that?
She was like, Okay, maybe I gotta just readjust real
quick over to you.
Speaker 4 (01:16:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (01:16:43):
Absolutely ins to me all the time. What Billy said
really resonated with me. The fact that I am deciding
to focus more on me being the brand, me being
the product, instead of because I'm gonna close my Shopify
store just because I don't want to. I can only
focus on one thing.
Speaker 13 (01:17:00):
So it did work.
Speaker 11 (01:17:01):
However, I think it'll be I be a lot more
successful just creating content I being a musician. So yeah, no, definitely,
so we'll see fingers crossed, but no. Really inspired by Billy,
I followed Tenji. I just followed Billy on Instagram. So
let's connect. Let's tap in for sure.
Speaker 1 (01:17:24):
Look, man, we in up building, Tenji, I think we're
still going with this conversation. I got Steve on stage,
still got Nick Elijah. Miss m Elijah just came back,
So if you guys want to continue this conversation, we
can still tap in. Me and Steve's working in the
background right now on some cool shit, so we'll be
doing something. Steve, are you around, Man around the mic
right now?
Speaker 6 (01:17:43):
Man?
Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
If you're around, brother, you can chime in. Miss m
eli Ebony Elijah. If you guys are there, you guys
could chap in. If not, Tenji, you give his final
words and then we'll roll out of here. If nobody
else wants to take the mic on twice? All right,
miss am, you got any words? Talk to me? What's up?
Speaker 6 (01:18:04):
So I agree.
Speaker 2 (01:18:05):
First of all, Hi, everybody welcome.
Speaker 3 (01:18:07):
I'm happy to be back.
Speaker 2 (01:18:10):
Been real busy and everything. But Billy, you had you
really hit the hammer on.
Speaker 3 (01:18:14):
The nail about that. Because I was doing podcasting, I
was doing this, I was doing that, And then while
I was out because I had knee surgery, I came
up with some ideas about having.
Speaker 2 (01:18:25):
My own business.
Speaker 3 (01:18:26):
So now I officially started my breast cancer care package business.
So you just gotta keep trying and keep being consisting
what you're doing and just try different things. So I
just wanted to piggyback off of that from saying the
white term.
Speaker 2 (01:18:42):
I just want to agree with you what you said
about that.
Speaker 13 (01:18:44):
That is so true.
Speaker 3 (01:18:45):
And I'm very excited because I just launched this, uh
what in the month of May.
Speaker 7 (01:18:50):
So yeah, thank you.
Speaker 1 (01:18:55):
Wait, miss Em, I can't wait to connect with you
to see how we can do something. Miss me and
miss em got to do something podcasts and social media
something right, not.
Speaker 2 (01:19:03):
Definitely to talk to you about business, definitely, all right.
Speaker 1 (01:19:06):
So this is what I'm gonna do, Miss him. I'm
about I'll put my link in the chat real quick,
so that way you can go ahead and just book
a time for whatever you need. But yeah, we gotta
definitely bring you on a podcast, article, something. But get
that link right there, Miss m and I'll talk to
you like later this week. Ebony, you got any words
from me, Steve before I get up out of here.
You guys there on your mic. Nobody's there, all right,
(01:19:31):
Ebony and Steve iscause tenji An you find the words,
my brother ahead.
Speaker 2 (01:19:35):
Find the words, man, I'll just say before I get
to twenty twenty five, man, you got a personal brand
is with everything is going to be coming out. And
I said, people buy from people. And when you can
start building out your personal brand strong, now you're gonna
see it can be product, service, whatever it is, people
(01:19:55):
are gonna know you for it. And it's not like
they don't want to buy from companies more. And if
you have a story with what you're doing and how
you got there, and you put it through social media,
people live vicariously through you right now, whether they're following you,
whether they're commenting, whether they're liking, they do it. You
just you just don't see it. People are going to
(01:20:16):
know your story, and when you resonate with them, you
gotta remember they are gonna be people who say, you know,
I've been through that same situation, this is why I
vibe with this person, or you know I was shut
down or I didn't get that opportunity. I love how
you pushing that. I wish y'all had the courage to
do it, and they're going to support you. So just
building your personal brand, and it doesn't come easy, it
(01:20:38):
doesn't come fast, you know, but when you stick to it,
and that's something that you're always going to be able
to cash in later on in life through family, through
you know, right now, I look at with my YouTube
and all these other profiles that have these these residuals,
that's going to be more than what houses I have.
It's going to be worth. You know that that that
(01:21:01):
it's timeless and when you make content that's gonna generate,
you know, different situations for other people as well. And
you still solving problems and you're helping, You're gonna see
a lot of that stuff change. And I promise you,
if you build your brand and you concentrate on it,
you're gonna see the difference. It doesn't come overnight, but
people are gonna recognize you for certain things and you're
(01:21:22):
gonna be wondering why you're starting to get all these deals,
why these opportunities are coming. And it's because you took
that time to really obsess about yourself versus building it
for somebody else.
Speaker 1 (01:21:34):
And this is where we're at right now, Benji. I
love it. Man. We don't slice and dice the room
up to as much as we could. I appreciate everybody
for popping by. We'll have another room that I'll come
back next week. I got a lot of different projects
I got to focus on for the rest of the week.
But I will be supporting others that pop up on
(01:21:55):
the AB that may have rooms or anything else that's
going on. We'll make sure you connect with ten g.
He could have been doing and anything else, but he
pop oy here, you know, to talk about you know,
unleashing the content the social media, that likes the leads
and all that good stuff. Make sure you connect with him.
Send them a message on Instagram click this link at
the top. Book some time with him and get a consultation.
Send me a message, book some time with me so
(01:22:16):
we can see how we can all level up all together. Right,
I'll be tapping in with you guys, you know, offline
and make sure you guys have a good rest of
your Tuesday. I'll be back next week or maybe a
pop up room this week, you never know, but Tenji,
I'll be hitting you up man, getting another schedule, see
how we can keep another media room rolling right, no doubt.
Speaker 2 (01:22:36):
All right, y'all have a good one. Appreciate you
