Speaker 1 (00:01):
Yeah, I think it's about that time. Bro, Oh my god,
I think it's about that time we get mentorship back
in the hallway. You know what I'm saying, Like it's
time to turn up man, upgrading skills, right, getting up
in there, actually letting people know. You know what I'm saying, like, yo, right, Like,

(00:22):
let's get up in here and actually make something of ourselves.
A lot of people say do some shit, but they
ain't doing nothing. A lot of people say they want
to do something, but they ain't never did nothing, right.
I love when people come around and really do what
they say they gonna do, or really be about what
they You know what I'm saying, It shows respect, It

(00:42):
shows yo. You know what, We're gonna make it real
fire today, Right, We're gonna be going crazy today with
the media, mentors, the family, the people that's gonna be
pulling up Like, yo, you know what I was just
thinking about too, I was thinking about just upgrading my
whole lifestyle. Right, Anything that I acquire to do or

(01:06):
want to do, this shit will always get done. I'm
telling y'all, your mindset is powerful. Every time I think
about what the fuck I'm gonna do, this shit always
gets done twenty four to seven. It don't matter if
you want to be a part of it, somebody else
want to be a part of it. You make sure
this shit gets done yourself. Bro, you gotta get this

(01:28):
shit done. Nobody else can tell you what to do.
You gotta get this shit done. I can't force nobody
else to do no shit. You gotta force yourself. You
gotta feel like, all this is my opportunity, this is
what I want to do, and this is what I
look do it. Nobody gonna tell me that I'm not
gonna do this shit because I'm gonna do it to
the best of my capability at all time. That's the

(01:49):
motivation you gotta have. That's the mindset you gotta have.
A lot of people don't want to have that mindset.
A lot of people don't want to share that energy.
Stingy energy. That's what I've seen from a life of
people nowadays. Stingy energy. You can't motivate and upgrade any
skills if you have stingy energy. You know what I'm saying.

(02:11):
I ain't never seen nobody succeed and they have stingy energy.
I ain't never seen nobody get to the next level
and they got some type of weak ass. There's no
way I'm gonna have weak energy. I'm not gonna go
in here like this right. I'm not gonna be like
all right, I'm gonna get everybody together, I'm gonna do this,

(02:32):
I'm gonna do that. But then I'm gonna have weak
energy with my shit. There's no way I'm having a
week energy. You wanna know why, Because there's too much
fire behind what I'm doing. There's too much motivation behind
what I'm doing. There's too many people that want to
see the things grow. I'm always I'm always motivated to
do better, motivation to do better, motivation to motivate others

(02:56):
to do better. Because sometimes you are the motivation for
somebody else in it, in their whole journey. And that's
what people fail to realize. It's like, okay, if you're
the motivation for someone else's journey to come up on fire, Bro,
you go in there and dive up on fire. You
don't tell nobody that, oh, okay, there might be no
there's no setbacks on this journey. There's never been a

(03:17):
setback for me. Anytime I want to reach a new
level or something freaking huge. Man. I'm not even looking
at the roadblocks. I'm saying, screw the roadblocks. I'm saying,
there's no roadblocks. There's no more roadblocks in what in
the journey. You gotta take them all out. Anytime I've

(03:37):
took out a roadblock or took out something that I
didn't need in my business, I've always thrived taking things
that you don't need in your business out. That's another
important thing that I've learned on this journey too. I
took out a lot of different things in my business
that did not work. It was certain things that I was,

(04:00):
you know, hammering on and doing, and the shit didn't
work for me. I had to remove it. Anytime I
removed something or get it out of the atmosphere, it's
always better off for me. Like, Okay, that ain't work
for me, that didn't work for us, or that didn't
work for the team, or that ain't gonna help anybody.
That's the motivation you gotta add, Man, it didn't help us,

(04:21):
so remove it. Anytime that I've seen you know, it
doesn't matter what level you're on. Anytime i've seen someone
from a different level do that or you know, remove
some type of negative energy. It's always been success for them. Wow,
you removed the negative energy you you know, made the

(04:42):
thing different for yourself. You turned around the journey. You
turned around you know, something that somebody didn't believe in you.
That's the most important part is turning shit around for
people turning things. Yeah, I'm telling you, every time I've
turned something the ground, bro, it was always fire like.

(05:03):
I turned this shit around. I didn't let nobody be like,
you know what, that's negative or that's not gonna help
you win, or that's not gonna you know, do anything
for you. Nah, I've always known I was gonna be something,
even if the journey's loanly. I'm telling y'all, listen, when

(05:23):
I go this way and certain people go that way,
it's better off for us both. Word. Now, I don't
have to worry about this certain energy around me, or
I don't have to worry about that around me. Right,
it's certain things that you don't want to worry about.
I'm not worrying about, you know, certain energies or certain
people around because it will throw you off. Let me

(05:44):
say that again. It will throw you off. It will
throw you off if you let it. There's nothing that
could throw me off though, especially on this damn journey.
Too much shit going on, too much energy, right, especially
for the mentor, Like every Monday, right, it's a chance

(06:05):
for somebody to reset and get back in the game
and kill it. Reset, get back in the game and
kill it. That's the best thing you ever resetting the
game and killing and not exerting all your energy anytime.
I preserved my energy for myself for others, right, I've

(06:31):
always made bigger things happen. Don't let anybody suck your
energy up. Sucking up energy. Who the hell wants to
be around energy vampires or people that want to take
away the energy. I'm not being around people like that
this year. I'm always going to be around motivation, people
that want to grow, and people that love to grow.

(06:53):
This is like, like, when it comes to growing, you
gotta have this certain type of mindset. That's what I
noticed too. It's like you can't just say you want
to grow. To grow, you gotta actually really, really really
want to grow. Because when you're on this grind, it
can see how much time you put in, It can
see what you're doing on the other side. Okay, maybe
you're not that consistent. Okay, speed up to consistence. Bro Okay,

(07:15):
you don't. You don't want to be consistent. Find something
to motivate you, Find something else to motivate or get
something done, because there's nothing like staying behind. You stay
behind you want if you want to motivate no one
else in this world I can man and being around
people that want to just stay still. Don't stay still.
No way I'm staying still. I'm gonna go hard in

(07:37):
anything I do. I'm not gonna just stay still right now,
especially with all the shit that I got going staying still.
If I stay still, none of this shit would be
happening right now. Nothing would be actually going up for
me if I stayed still. If I stayed still, my
whole life, bro let me tell you what would have happened.
Everything would not work out. If I stay still, everything

(08:01):
would not work out if I didn't stay consistent. I
gotta stay consistent, because you know what, there's more people
that want to see me win, and it's more people
that want to see people in the community that I've
helped out when it's well. But it's up to you, though.
Are you really gonna put your mindset there? Are you
really gonna be that person to be you know what
I mean, You're gonna do it yourself at the end

(08:22):
of the day. Like a lot of people always say,
oh I want to do this, I want to do that,
but I ain't never seen no action or I ain't
never seen no action. Like I feel like life's all
about action. Like like yo, yo, if you're not taking
no damn action, like what are you doing? Stop doing that?
Because every time I come around people that are straight

(08:42):
action takers, they ain't got a question why they hear
on you, firse, they ain't got a question, Oh is
this person for me? Or am I gonna do? You
know what I mean? Am I gonna attract this? Or
am I gonna do this? You already know that it's
in your destiny, You already know it's in your soul,
in your heart, bro to do this shit, especially what

(09:05):
it's like like mentorship too. Anytime I think about mentorship,
I think about the right people. I don't want just
any any any mentor other people are just hiring anybody,
And then wonder why shit don't go right upgrading your
skills the motivation part, the motivation piece, it's important for me, man,

(09:31):
like y'all know, man, you know, like motivation, IP, when
I did motivational speeches. When I did my first motivational speech,
let me tell you, it was so powerful because there
was too much fire on the stage. There was already

(09:53):
fire on the stage from other people wanting to learn too,
So people really respecting you. You have buyer within yourself.
But then you take that buyer and you keep it
going every single day. You don't let nobody tell you
that it's not possible, or you don't let nobody tell
you that, oh you can't do this, or you can't thrive,
or you can't get people together, because you can thrive

(10:15):
and go wherever you want to go. I was just
talking to you know, someone about that having a direction.
Let's talk about that robe. You know, like the direction
is important to where you're going. If we ain't got
no fucking direction, how we're gonna get there or how

(10:36):
we're gonna get to the goal. Direction is key. Having
a sense of where I'm going, all right, this is
where I'm gonna go, This is where I'm this is
where I'm not gonna go. Right, I'm not ever gonna
let myself be you know, held back from anything, because

(10:56):
when you hold yourself back, you're only holding back your dreams,
your aspiration and other things that you want to acquire
in life. And I'm just I'm not holding it back anymore.
So lindsay, welcome here, sister. I just opened it. It's Monday.
I'm feeling real like I want to upgrade my skills.
I want to be motivated. I want more people to
know about you know, what other people's powers are.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Like.

Speaker 1 (11:19):
You can talk about yourself all day and talk about
what you do, but when you can pour a motivation
and upgrade other skills and not just yours, it shows
what type of person you are. So I'm talking about upgrading,
I'm talking about motivation. I was talking about the direction
before you got here, too, and it's really important to
know a direction. If you don't have a roadmap or
a path or anything, everything's just going to fall to

(11:39):
the waystside. I don't want to, you know, be shooting
at something or doing something and that I don't have
a goal. I don't have anything that I'm looking forward to.
So a path, a direction is everything for me right now.
I love paths, I love direction, I love being organized,
and I know Lindsay appreciate that too, you know, just
being organized, being together, having a well put together, the

(12:00):
world to put together, you know, team at the end
of the day too, and people supporting you. So I
love that direction, having a sense of path, having a
sense of self. Right, Welcome to the stage, brother, Alvin Lidseay,
you got any words for this, you know, motivation, upgrading
your life, skills or Alvin whoever you guys can happen.
How are you feeling?

Speaker 2 (12:22):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Oh oh, they got your mike, Alvin, you might have
to come back in and come out. Brother. The clubhouse
does that sometimes they'll like snatch your mic and snatch
your audio and then you gotta like, oh, man, see
what's going on? So come right back and close the
app and see if you can come back off mute.
But we're talking about direction, upgrading, some skills, Motivation. I
want to upgrade myself every Monday, anytime I do something

(12:45):
I'm loving. I want to motivate up myself. I want
to see what I can learn more. And I've been
like I was telling, you know on Andrea, and I
was telling the couple of other people, and I was
also saying it inside of Linzaya's room. The astrology is important,
studying the sky. Culture is the different different you know,
people that believed in different things. And that's how you
know I've been upgrading some skills. Is just studying different

(13:08):
aspects of life. Study different aspects of life, study different
parts of life. You know, I'm not from everywhere, so
you know, experienceing a different culture or different you know, something,
always upgrading my skills. But Aaiah, welcome to the stage. Sister.
You got any words for this motivation on Monday?

Speaker 3 (13:26):
Yeah, well, you know, I mean, it's funny because here
shortly you're going to see on the Wellness Warrior blog.
Actually it's not by me, it's by our sweet sister Sarah,
and she really calls in the idea that motivation is bullshit,
which I think is super funny to consider. And I

(13:51):
say that in the same way that you know that
comes from mel Robbins too in her five second rule.
And I do think, you know, I think there's room
for all of it. So I'm going to lean into
this and just talk about the fact that you know,
there's often this idea. So I do think we've been like,
I don't think that motivation is completely bullshit. I understand

(14:14):
what they're saying in it. My point being is that
if we're waiting to be motivated before we move, we're
going to be waiting a long time for a lot
of things, like we're not always going to be motivated.
And I don't know about you guys, but right now
I'm taking part leading a walking commitment, warrior walking commitment,

(14:36):
And you know, I would be lying to you if
I said I was motivated the other evening after I
came back from a wedding still in the dress that
I was wearing, to head out walking to finish out
the steps I had committed to myself this month. I'd
be lying if I said I was motivated the day
after because I don't drink often and I did drink

(14:57):
at that wedding.

Speaker 4 (14:57):
I'd be lying if.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
I said I was motivating to get off of the
couch at eight forty five when I had less than
twelve hundred steps and my daily goal is ten thousand.
There was zero motivation. I was cranky about the whole
dang thing. So you know, yes, motivation is amazing, especially
when it happens like it's you know, it's like an

(15:19):
extra octane in the gas tank. It gives momentum for sure.
And if we're waiting on motivation before we move, then
the reality is we're not going to get very far
because the people who make it and really you know,
get the success or the goal or the life or

(15:40):
the thing that they are desiring. While those are the
people that are doing the work even when they don't
want to, even when they're not motivated, even when we
have zero desire to be doing that damn thing that
it's in those moments that success is built. And so
motive is amazing when it appears, and when you've got it,

(16:04):
I definitely think like if you can somehow fuel that flame,
you know, if you can keep it going longer, it's
going to mean that you're more productive for sure. So
you know, ride that train like zero zero recommendation to
try to put out that flame and give yourself permission
to move fucking step even when there is zero mote.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
What's the important what's the importance in moving in that step?
Was there a motivation? Linda? Can you break it down
there further detail, because I feel like more people need
to break out of that right Like, Okay, you you
may be scared, but you've got to push yourself, right,
what's the importance? It just got to do it. You
just got to do it.

Speaker 3 (16:44):
Yeah, well, I mean, actually you don't have to stack.
I mean, think about how many people get to the
end of their life and they haven't done it. Like people,
you don't have to do shit. And so if you're
looking at it like you have to do it, it's
probably gonna feel pretty icky to you, and you're even
less likely to. So, no, you don't have to, but
you sure sell can choose to. And the importance part
of you know, persevering in the moment when you don't

(17:07):
want to, Well, that's where muscle growth happens. That's in
every single muscle in our body, including our brain. So
whether it's in a physical endeavor where you're going to
take that last step or going to take that last rep,
or you're going to take you know that do that
last jump or whatever it may be, that last breath
like that is where the greatest growth in training comes from.

(17:30):
That's where our capacity becomes bigger when we you know,
stretch the seams of what we were you know, able
to do or accomplish previously. It's also the most painful
rep of them all that last one. I think we
can all you know, agree that when you're when the
only thing you want to do is stop moving, is
the most challenging thing. Also trains the muscle aka our

(17:55):
brain to be able to continue to persevere even when
in physical, emotional, spiritual keep stepping forward because we train
our brain to be able to when we repetitively do
so step in the uncomfortable part. Otherwise it's like you're

(18:17):
dropping the weight when the rap gets heavy. The bicep
is so you know, get the reps in. Do the
things that are challenging. Yeah, Dach, That's what I'm.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
Saying, do the things that are challenging. I like that
because I've always did that, Like did everything that was
challenging overcame and then you know, came out to where
I needed to go. It doesn't matter who was on
the journey. It's like sometimes the you know, the journey
may be lonely on that side and you may not
be you know, surrounded with a lot of people. But

(18:46):
as long as you're surrounded with the hope the faith
that you're going to be successful, it's okay, you know,
but always, always, you know, motivate yourself. Love that share les.
Let's keep going right, Brother Nick's hit, Cynthia's hid. I
appreciate you, guys, because motivational Monday. Every time on Monday
always given more energy than I had on the weekend

(19:07):
to do what I need to do on Monday to
make more things happen for people and for myself. So
energy Monday is more Monday. Right, Let's tappen. Sister Cynthia,
you hed before I check on. Brother Nick, Cynthia, you here,
talk to me.

Speaker 5 (19:22):
Yes, I'm here, Hey, guys. I hope everybody's doing well today.
That was powerful what Lindzay was saying. And military used
to call that muscle failure. When we were out doing
our pet in the.

Speaker 4 (19:38):
Morning and running. I had a first sergeant. I liked
to run.

Speaker 5 (19:42):
Uphills, and I shared with him why they're not designed
to run uphills.

Speaker 4 (19:50):
He's like, why not?

Speaker 5 (19:51):
They're there, so you know, So I got to run
and then he said, we'll enjoy the rundown and so.
But the rundown was harder to me than going up
because you still have to keep your balance, you still
have to stay in a certain momentum, you still have
to focus because if you don't, You're gonna fall on
your face. So eventually I learned, you know, grew the

(20:11):
stamina to run, learn to love to run. But we
used to call that muscle failure. So when you've done
all that you can do, then you.

Speaker 4 (20:19):
Go a little bit further, and then you do a
little bit further. And that's how life is, and that's
how starting a.

Speaker 5 (20:25):
Business is, and that's how ministry is, and that's how
relationships are.

Speaker 4 (20:29):
And so I'm learning that whether I'm doing it.

Speaker 5 (20:31):
By myself or doing it with someone, it's all about
what we see, what we want.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
How bad do you want it? Do you taste it,
do you live it, do you.

Speaker 5 (20:39):
Dream about it, do you wear it? Do you see
it everywhere you go? It's about how bad do you
want it? And even in ministry, when I'm fasting for
myself and I'm fasting for others, it's about how bad
do you want this thing? How bad do you want
to break generational curses? How bad do you want to
be able to go to the beach at any time
of the year, not just pack up the family and

(21:01):
do a vacation. How bad do you want to live
a different life than your mother? How bad do you
want to do create different legacies for your children and
your grandchildren. How bad do you want this thing to
be able to walk out what you tell people when
you become a coach. How bad do you want it
after fourteen years of being clean and sober? How bad

(21:21):
do you want it? Because that's going to decide the
kind of clients that you get in your business. And
that's going to decide the kind of people that you
minister to. Because they're watching your every move. They watch
what you eat, what you drink, what you drive, what
you say, what you do, how you smell, what you wear.

Speaker 4 (21:37):
And we have to think about that when we're going.

Speaker 5 (21:39):
After our goals and our dreams, because people will watch you,
watch what you do, to imitate what you do. It's
about how bad do you want this thing? How bad
do you want it for other people? But you have
to put you first and learn to pour from an
overflowing saucer and not a halfway field cup. It's about
how bad do you want this thing? How bad do

(22:01):
you want it? Better than what your mother had? And
that's the place I'm in right now. How bad do
you want.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
This thing sitting?

Speaker 5 (22:08):
Even though what your bank account says one thing, and
your your taste and your and your mind says something else.
And you might smell like versace, but you're feeling like
a dollar store perfume. How bad can you can't fake
it anymore because it doesn't fit anymore? So how bad
do you want this thing? How bad do you want
the louis? But how bad do you want this thing?

(22:32):
And so that's where I am today, And the answer.

Speaker 4 (22:36):
Is I want it. I'm gonna get it, and I
see me in it.

Speaker 5 (22:41):
I smell it, I taste it, I'm driving it, I'm
wearing it. I'm wherever I want to be, whenever I
want to be, however I need to get there. That's
how bad I want it. That's my motivation for Monday.
That's why I'm still in the room. That's why I
got up this morning. Despite how I feel in my
I still want this thing. I want it more than

(23:05):
I want the pain that I experienced in my life.
That's how bad I want it. Say, that's how bad
I'm motivated, and I'm still here. Thank you for allowing
me to share.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
Dang that energy for the Monday. The motivational You gotta know,
you gotta know what you want. You gotta know who
you are. You gotta get it out of the universe, Cynthia.
We appreciate that share for the Monday, ping the room up,
share the room up, have some more people come by it.
But I appreciate that right there because it ain't nothing

(23:39):
but motivation. It ain't nothing but energy. I want to
see what's going on with my brother Nick on this
Monday checking into the media. Mentors, we'd be busy in
the background just handling so much, man, but I'm glad
to be, you know, checking in, popping in with you guys. Right, So,
my brother Nick, over to you, man, how you been feeling? Man,
talk to me real quickly. You're talking about to.

Speaker 6 (24:00):
Tell you pak was going on?

Speaker 7 (24:03):
Brother Lindsayah, CYNTHI everybody in the space is pleasure to
be here.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
Is Monday.

Speaker 7 (24:07):
There's another day six feet above the soil.

Speaker 6 (24:09):
I'm alive, I'm breathing. I cannot complain. Let me start
by saying one thing. I heard a lot of beautiful
things that have been said thus far.

Speaker 7 (24:16):
You know, Stak, It's funny that this conversation is being
brought up because I was thinking to myself today, right
and there have been many moments in my life where
I've been in the quote unquote struggle. Now, we've all
had some sort of struggle. And the only reason why
I say that is because when you go through a struggle,
if it doesn't excuse my language, if it doesn't piss

(24:38):
you off that you're in that struggle, you are not
hungry enough. And I only say that because a lot
of times I see so many people complaining that their
situation is not how it should be, that they should
be in a better spot, but they don't have the
work ethic of the drive to match what they're saying.
I see it so much on social media, and social

(25:00):
media is a fictitious reality that people live to not
only just impress others, but they're living a false reality stack.
And I think where people go wrong is that over time,
time reveals what isn't authentic. And I only say this
because if you if you want to upgrade your skills,
if you want to upgrade your life, if you want

(25:21):
to upgrade your attitude, if you want to upgrade your approach,
you have to be authentic. You can't keep putting on
the funk. Like since Cynthia was saying for so long,
because people are gonna see right through that, people are
gonna see right through all the crap that you're putting
out there, that you live this kind of lifestyle, that
you have this kind of persona and it doesn't add up.

(25:42):
And I said that to start my share when I said,
if you, if you, if you don't get pissed off
and you know you're down bad and things are not
working out for you right now, if that doesn't piss
you off to want to change your life or to
do better, to be better and act better and to
think better, I don't.

Speaker 6 (26:00):
Know what will. I don't know what will.

Speaker 7 (26:03):
Because people always say, oh, well, you know, that should
be me on that billboarder, that should be me on
that social media post, or that should be me on
that TV screen. Okay, well you don't have the work
ethic to match it. Then that person got there because
they put hours and days and weeks and months on
end to better their life, because they took a chance
to bet on themselves, because they had the drive and

(26:25):
the work ethic.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
To do it. Now, a lot of us have these
big dreams of reality stag.

Speaker 7 (26:30):
Now, we all want to be famous, we all want
to be seen, we all want to have credibility, but
if in order to get those things, you gotta have
the work ethic to match it. You can't keep saying, oh, well,
I'm gonna be there in ten years, or I'm gonna
be there in twenty years, I'm gonna be there in
six days, I'm gonna be there in two months, but
you don't have no you have nothing to show for it.

(26:50):
And I'm not saying this to bring anybody down. I'm
only saying this as an accountability partner, because we all
need somebody to give us that reminder that we are
not where we should be, we are not where we
need to be.

Speaker 6 (27:02):
And it's okay.

Speaker 7 (27:03):
So some of us have been there before, some of
us might even still be there right now, but you've
got to remember that your approach, your attitude, your mindset, Jim,
the way that you think, feel an act, your daily habits,
that determines what you will be moving forward. That determines
what you will be for the rest of your life.

Speaker 6 (27:26):
That's how other people will perceive you.

Speaker 7 (27:28):
If you don't show up every day and make this
the best life possible, you're giving people access to shame you,
to ridicule you, to downplay you to make you think
you're not doing enough, and then you start to believe
that you're not good enough, and then that's when those
negative thoughts creep in.

Speaker 6 (27:45):
Now the choice is on you. You could either have
a ton.

Speaker 7 (27:47):
Of excuses or a ton of results. Me personally, I
choose results. And as long as you're making a better
life every day to be the best you possible and
put your best foot forward, not knowing what may come
from it.

Speaker 6 (28:01):
I praise you for that.

Speaker 7 (28:03):
I really do, because some people just give up when
the first amount of adversity hits. They give up and
give in and they don't find the sting to keep going.
But I applaud anybody in this room that even though
it may be dark right now, you still find the
strength to keep going.

Speaker 6 (28:19):
You still found a server lining in your struggle.

Speaker 7 (28:21):
Because there's better on the way, and you got to
remind yourself that it's better on the way. Truth be told,
it may be tough right now, but let me tell you,
when the tough gets tough, you keep on going. So
stat great conversation, brother, Let's keep it going.

Speaker 1 (28:36):
Yeah, live in reality. I want to take something for that.
You know a lot of people saying they doing this
and that, and I ain't seen shit. Nick. You know
what I'm saying. No, live in reality, bro, live in
what you're doing right now, right and be authentic.

Speaker 2 (28:54):
Right.

Speaker 1 (28:54):
If I say that shit's going jump, it's going jump.
If it's going move, it's going move. He love that, nigga.
Let's continue, sister, Andrea, and we're on the stage right.
We've been talking about this mental ship Monday. Just really
really want to dive into this, like, you know, upgrading
your skills, motivation, given more people more energy to do

(29:16):
what they gotta do. Because if you have energy, you
can give other people energy. If you guys believe in
you know, energy transfer. Put it one in a chat
real quick. You see who you guys is at. Let
me see what we're gonna talk about real quick. Energy transfer. Yeah,
you got enough energy? Spread it. It's like a it's

(29:38):
a good thing, y'all Ever seen that before, Andrea, talk
to me, sister about that spreading good energy? You ever
seen it? You know, effect or have a good effect
on people. I'm over to your sister.

Speaker 8 (29:49):
Hey, everybody, yes, uh, you know when you show up
and you're down and you're like just unimpressed, and just
like just just basically unhappy. The energy changes, right, But
when you show up in yourself, you're you know, authentic,

(30:10):
you're excited. You know that affects everyone. And my mother
used to tell me when I was younger, she said,
you know, just because you're not having a good time
doesn't mean that you need to make everybody feel that way, right,
And that was the first time I was I think
I was a little a little girl, I think nine
years old when she said that, and I realized, Wow,

(30:33):
like we consciously the way we feel really rubs off
on other people. And it's like, what's the point. Life
is short enough? You know, you don't know.

Speaker 9 (30:45):
Tomorrow's not a promise, you don't You just don't know.
And so if we're going to show up, we might
as well show up happy at motivated, adding value to
someone else, you know, instead of pulling the energy down,
because it really does have an impact. So, yeah, motivation
and energy, I believe in that.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
I love that. Andrea, motivation, energy, all of that, everything
wraps up into one. Right. The more motivation and energy
you have, the more people you're going to motivate. In
this world, we need more motivational people. I think Nick
would agree and say it would agree, right, Cynthia. I
think we need some more motivational, you know, more motivational individuals.

(31:26):
Too many people alike, all right. When I used to
talk to people when I was coming up, I felt
like not a lot of people gain me motivation to
do the things that I wanted to do. Right now,
a lot of people looked, looked on situations and probably
seeing it impossible. But just because it was impossible for you,
it wasn't going to be impossible for me, I understand.

(31:49):
So sometimes you got to get out of your environment
so that way you can throw, you know, flourish. I
had to step outside of, you know, the city. I
had to step outside of what I knew to get
to where I'm at right now. People wasn't teaching me
crypto ax Nick. I sent exttreen shots. I got bands
sitting on Crypto right now, just sitting there because I've

(32:10):
worked so hard to get the account to a certain level.
But it was so much work that I had to
do and so much grit and determination. But nobody was
teaching me that shit. Nick. Nobody was teaching me like
I sent it to you and KD. That was it.
But nobody was to teaching me that, you know, showing
me the way with crypto XRP. And now I found

(32:31):
a whole lane where I'm good, like I don't even
got to come on clubhouse like you know what I'm saying,
I'm straight, like, we can do marketing, we can help
out mad different people, but then I can have this
crypto extra passive income asset that I can just eat
off for life. And I felt grateful because everybody's always
been a part of their journey like ah, Stack, you
can do it, or hot yeah, Stack, you can do it.

(32:51):
And now I found an alley where I can just
upgrade other people's lifestyles and their skills and then also
continue to do it for myself. So that's why I
haven't really been on you know, the media mentors and
then on clubhouse like that, because I've been on on
boarding people onto the XRP platform so they can start
making you know, financial freedom decisions for theirself. So I

(33:12):
love you guys, far we supporting, but it's always another step,
something greater to do, more room for growth. I was
talking about this with my brother Nik. I was saying,
there's always more room to love, learn, and grow. So
when you learn and grow, you may you may outgrow things, right,
the different habits that you had, different situations, You'll outgrow
certain things. I want My brother Nick talked about that

(33:34):
real quick outgrowing situations, maybe learning different things navigating. And
then I'm gonna check on miss M two and we'll
continue the conversation. Nick, what you got to say about
that brother?

Speaker 7 (33:43):
You know, Sack some of you said man before, but
before I even expand on that a little bit, something
that you said made me think about this man is
that whenever we go through a struggle, we think that
life is punishing us, but it's actually holding you accountable.
Say that again, when we go through a struggle we
think that life is but in all actuality, it's holding
us accountable to.

Speaker 6 (34:04):
Say and act and think for the life that we
pray for.

Speaker 7 (34:07):
And it's funny when you when you start to get
a little bit ahead and really locking on your life,
certain people you grew up with are not gonna be
happy that.

Speaker 6 (34:17):
You're gaining momentum.

Speaker 7 (34:18):
They're gonna be They're not They're not satisfied with you
gaining any sort of traction and momentum or credibility for
you wanting to better your life, and if people don't
want to better their life, don't keep yourself on fire
just to keep others warm.

Speaker 6 (34:33):
I'm gonna say that again. Don't keep yourself.

Speaker 1 (34:36):
Yeah, you gotta say that one five million times and
bring that back.

Speaker 7 (34:39):
Hold on, don't keep yourself on fire just to keep
others warm. Now, some of you look at me like, well,
what do you mean by that? Some of you are
the plug, the resource, the communication standard, everything, and you're
basically the vocal point for everybody around you. People wouldn't

(35:01):
be them if it wasn't for you, is what I'm saying.
And once you limit that access and allow people to
fall in love with your heart and not your hand,
you see where I'm coming from. There have been many
instances in my life where I constantly gave people the
benefit of the doubt, and I constantly wanted to help
so many people, But in all actuality, they.

Speaker 6 (35:20):
Were using and abusing me for what I had to offer.

Speaker 7 (35:23):
They didn't really care about Nick, didn't really care about
what Nick had inside of his heart, his mind, his spirit.
They just cared about what I could give to them
as far as resources, access, something that could bring them value.
But made me feel less of myself because now I'm
supposed to be helping these people. I'm supposed to be
looking out for them, but they were looking out for me.

(35:45):
But once I outgrew these people, they called me the
bad person. They call me negative, They said I was
no good. But stay away from anybody that has a
victim mentality and lacks accountability. That's why I said in
the beginning. Life isn't punishing you, it's holding you accountable.
Certain people can't go with you on this journey. Some
people can't go with you on the path to righteousness.

(36:06):
Some people can't go with you on the journey to
start them. They can't go with you. Stop dragging people
by a leash behind you and you keep checking over
your shoulder every five seconds, saying, oh, is that person
still with me? Is that person still holding on? The
more you worry about others, you're worrying less about yourself. Now,
I'm not saying you can't be a good person. I'm
not saying you can't look out for people. But when

(36:28):
you have to be very protective of your energy and
your spirit, because if you allow everybody access to that,
they'll abuse it. At the very first second stack back
to you bro.

Speaker 1 (36:41):
Abusing it at the very first set. Man, If you
guys are just joining and Nick coming in talking about
this mentorship, Monday motivation, upgrading those skills, upgrading your life. Yeah,
it's a great topic for Monday, Tay. I appreciate you guys.
Let's continue this conversation, right. I want to see if
ms EM's here before I continue. Some things I want

(37:02):
to talk about, miss m. Wh Are you buy your
mic right now? Are you? Ms M's probably busy, right,
It's okay? So Nick, I love what you were saying, man,
because a lot of people will get access to certain
situations and they'll abuse the situations or abuse and take
advantage of certain things. Like you're never supposed to take
advantage of different things. If you get access, if you

(37:25):
get granted certain things, don't take advantage of things. It
shows who you are taking it and to take that out.
That's how you upgrade your skills and not taking advantage.
That's why I want to dive into not taking advantage always.
You know, respect, Cynthia, can you talk about that? You know,
having respect for certain situations? Are you buy your mic?

(37:45):
Over there? Over to you?

Speaker 5 (37:46):
I am having respect is the ultimate. I often say
not to have what you It's like driving car. It's
a difference in a car and a vehicle. To me,
it is a very nice vehicle. You'll know how to
drive a nice Mercedes. You know, you'll know how to

(38:10):
drive a nice something abhor Sasani into that needs.

Speaker 4 (38:14):
Great maintenance on it.

Speaker 5 (38:16):
You don't eat it, and you don't smoke in and
you don't do all these things.

Speaker 4 (38:20):
That's respect.

Speaker 5 (38:22):
You treat your body that way, you treat your mind
that way. And so it's just like business and anything.
You cannot have what you don't respect, and you end
up abusing it. And then once you abuse it, you
lose it. And I've learned people bring that back.

Speaker 4 (38:45):
When you start to abuse it, you lose it.

Speaker 5 (38:48):
If you have a very nice Mercedes, you've paid one
hundred thousand four and you don't do the maintenance on it,
and you don't keep the right kind of fuel in it,
you don't keep it clean, you don't do anything. It's
gonna start to fall apart, is gonna wear and tear,
and it's gonna look like you don't appreciate it. The
value it just goes away. And people will know that

(39:10):
you don't appreciate it, and then you start to lose it.

Speaker 4 (39:12):
And once you lose it, you've lost it for me.

Speaker 5 (39:15):
Even though the person that I am, you're not gonna
keep disrespecting me. You're not gonna keep abusing me. And
you know, once you show me who you are, I'm
cool with that. You stay over there that, But once
you start to abuse it and disrespect that, you lose it.

Speaker 4 (39:31):
You lose it.

Speaker 5 (39:32):
How many chances I know you forgive, but y'all never
read and that where it says in the Good Book,
it says that you have to I have to keep
allowing you to disrespect me. So then when I start
doing that, I'm disrespecting myself. So then you start abusing
your own self. So you have to draw the line there.
You have to know who you are, who you are,

(39:56):
why you're doing what you're doing, and what your mission is.

Speaker 4 (40:00):
Okay, I'm not going to did you.

Speaker 1 (40:01):
Figure out your mission, Cynthia? Was hard to do that tape?
A mission? You know what I'm saying, because everybody got
to figure out something, right, how did you find that mission?
I feel like people will find it when they need to,
But was it hard to find a mission for you.

Speaker 5 (40:18):
For me, I can say that my purpose saved my
life because my purpose is ministry and my purpose is
helping people in addiction and dealing with suicide, domestic violence
and that type of thing and mental health issues. So
I can say my purpose saved my life. But it
can be found. You just have to be sincere and
wanting to find it. So it is for difficult. Everybody

(40:42):
was born with a purpose. Everybody is. But what's hardtag
it is not the purpose. What's hard is what Nick
was saying, is when we want to start shedding that
old skin and old people in old habits, in old
places and old faces, because naturally we want to bring
mom and the dog, damn the bulldog, the pit bulls

(41:02):
and everybody else. You can't come with me on the
eighteenth floor of my conduct, well, I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (41:08):
Everybody can't live there with me.

Speaker 5 (41:10):
Everybody can't live there, and you know you, everybody can't
come with me. And that's the hard part is you
know when you realize everybody's not for you, everybody's not
gonna respect you, everybody doesn't have the same goals, everybody
doesn't have the same dreams. Everybody don't want to come
with you, and not that they can't, they don't want to.

Speaker 4 (41:29):
And that was the hard part for me.

Speaker 5 (41:30):
Stack when you ever the mentality because you don't want
anybody around you to live less than what God said
that we're supposed to live. That that was the hard
part for me, is like, why why are you giving up?
We were all raised the same way, same same everything.
But you're here and I'm here. Why can't you see
it my way?

Speaker 4 (41:49):
Why?

Speaker 1 (41:50):
Why?

Speaker 4 (41:50):
Why?

Speaker 5 (41:51):
And once I got tired of asking why, and you know,
and if I may say, the scales, so to speak,
were removed from my eyes, a blindness. Now, okay, you
need to step out and do this thing. And like
Nick was saying, you, you know you, I'm not changing,
but I'm going to do what God has told me
to do. And when I flourish and it, don't hate.

(42:13):
Don't hate the player, don't hate what. Don't hate the player,
hate the game because.

Speaker 4 (42:27):
And put the work in. Don't hate me because I
put the work in. Don't hate leave me alone.

Speaker 5 (42:34):
And I said the first of the year, I'm going
straight through the middle, taking no prisoners.

Speaker 4 (42:38):
I'm done with that.

Speaker 5 (42:40):
And once I started shedding the old and I put
everybody in their place.

Speaker 4 (42:44):
I don't know how to play chess. I always wanted
to learn how to play chess.

Speaker 5 (42:47):
But everybody has a place in our life, and when
you learn where their places are, then you get focused.
That's the hard part, is that the purpose is the
hard part.

Speaker 4 (42:57):
Because we want everybody to win. Everybody's not designed to win.

Speaker 5 (43:02):
Since the beginning of time, everybody doesn't win, but we
want them to win. That's our heart. And then they
disappointed because we want more for others than they want
for themselves.

Speaker 4 (43:14):
And so that's the hard part.

Speaker 5 (43:16):
In our families, our relationships with our husbands, what our
mad and what our boo, with our whatever we want
to call them.

Speaker 4 (43:23):
We want them to come along.

Speaker 5 (43:24):
But that's the hard part because we're disappointed in them,
not wanting more for them. I know that was for
me because they settled. Settled, that's the word I'm looking
for it. They settled and they didn't have to because
they had potential. That's the hard part, sack for me,
it was, and I know people around me because God
did not intend to us for us to live in lack.

(43:45):
He didn't intend for it. And all you have to
do is do the work. The same way he was
talking about the negative energy. If you put that same
energy and don't get me wrong with and I respect
any man's hustle, don't get me wrong. Do what you
gotta do. While you do it, see your way out
of it. Because the sister gotta eat, You gotta eat.
And as they say, the baby need a new past shoes.

Speaker 4 (44:07):
Do what you gotta do.

Speaker 5 (44:08):
But if you take that same energy and put it
to something positive, you could build an empire. And I
used to tell my nephews that and they look at
me like, yeah, that' for me. And once I say
it one or two times, I'm done with it. I'm
done with it, you know. So that tells me, Okay,
you cool where you at, You get what comes next

(44:30):
in the flow of things, and then I'll let it go.
And so that's the hard part for that was the
hard part for me. Stack purpose if you work it,
and once you find it and you do it the
right way and you have a plan, then you follow
it to the end. You can't go wrong with that.
You cannot go wrong with that. And I'll start right there.

Speaker 1 (44:56):
Yo, Cynthia just burnt it up, Dick. Does she just
burn Does she just burn it it up. Cynthia, You
always burning it up. Somebody bring up our brother Crypto.
Thank you very much. Listen, Cynthia, you just burned it up.
You always give us the motivation, the hope to drive. Right.
That's why I love talking with Cynthia.

Speaker 2 (45:18):
Right.

Speaker 1 (45:18):
And you know what, that's another thing that's gonna upgrade
our skills. We talked about this with brother Nick, you know,
a couple of rooms ago, maybe like a month or two,
but we were talking about that digital detox, Nick, getting
off social media, handling the things you gotta handle right actually,
you know, diving into the things limited your screen time
social media, taking those regular breaks off them digital devices,

(45:40):
and improving that mental health. And you know, I want
you to expand on that, Nick, But that's what I've
you know, been seeing, is I take my time off
of social media, dive into you know, some you know,
some frequencies, some sounds, and limit my screen time over
to you, Nick that I'm gonna check on Crypto and
Sister Valerie and I'll see if ms EM's here and
all you want to come back and you can come

(46:00):
into so Niko. Ridding you brother, what you got to
say about digital detoks if you're still.

Speaker 6 (46:04):
Here, Yeah, absolutely, brother.

Speaker 7 (46:07):
Listen, man, you know one thing I can say about
the digital detox is you can't continually show up for others.

Speaker 6 (46:13):
And your business and your endeavors. If you're not showing
up for yourself.

Speaker 7 (46:16):
You cannot make sure that everything else is straight around
you when you are not straight in your mind and
your heart. And I know some of you are looking
at me crazy when I say that, but I'm saying
that genuinely because taking time to relax and decompress and
get your mind, your body, your soul right.

Speaker 6 (46:34):
And just to take a deep breath.

Speaker 7 (46:35):
It's so refreshing and relaxing. Now some of you think, oh, well,
we always talk about no days off, and listen, you
can still be productive when taking a day off. I'm
not saying you gotta be sleeping all day or whatever
the case may be. You can still make some small
progress to better yourself in small ways.

Speaker 6 (46:54):
You can't.

Speaker 7 (46:55):
You can't enjoy bigger wins in life if you're not
willing to enjoy the smaller ones either. Taking time off
social media that's a wind. Breathing, that's a wind. Drinking
your water, that's a wind, changing your diet, that's a win.
Making sure you create some content outside of social media,
that's a win. Something that helps you become better every day,

(47:16):
that's still a win, even if it doesn't involve clubhouse
or social media. People need to understand that Stack. I
don't think they don't. They really don't, because this is
why I said in the beginning, So people social media
has killed people's mentality. They they social media has allowed
people to think that you gotta be posting eight times

(47:37):
a day just to be relevant.

Speaker 6 (47:40):
People that don't post, the.

Speaker 7 (47:44):
People that don't post every day, they are still relevant.

Speaker 1 (47:47):
Stacked.

Speaker 7 (47:47):
That's what That's what I need you guys to understand,
is that as long as you're being productive in some
small way to better your life in your situation, that's
still something. Like I said, the small wins matter too.
You can't enjoy the bigger ones without enjoying the smaller ones.

Speaker 6 (48:03):
Take some time.

Speaker 7 (48:04):
Social media is always gonna be there, take some time
to go for four or five days. I'll tell you
what something I do every month, and this is only me,
I can't only speak for myself. I shut my phone
off for one day every month just to decompress from
everything around because I'm always on my phone. And let
me tell you, when I come back, I feel so refreshed,

(48:25):
I will feel so rejuvenated, I feel back in alignment.
But you can't make sure that everything else is good
around you if you are not good in yourself, because
I know a lot of you are mentally and emotionally
burnt out. You may not, but you may not. You
may not be honest about it. But listen, I've been
burnt out myself too, But that is that does not
make you weak, that does not make you believe that

(48:47):
you're not showing up enough to Burnout is real, and
you gotta take time for yourself. Don't give so much
of yourself to everything else around you if you're not
giving it back to you, prioritize yourself.

Speaker 6 (48:59):
I mean that when I say that.

Speaker 7 (49:01):
If you don't, you're gonna feel the repercussions later down
the line. You may not feel it now because you're young,
or you may not feel like because you haven't done
it in a while, But let me tell you that
burnout is real and it will catch up to you
if you don't take that time for yourself.

Speaker 6 (49:14):
So stack back to your brother.

Speaker 1 (49:17):
Take some time for yourself. I hope y'all heard my
brother and Nick. Take time for yourself. Don't just dive
into this shit. Don't just be on social media all day.
Do some real shit. That's why I haven't been on
here like that. I was telling my brother Nick, we
was dropping it over. I'm like, Nick, man, I've been
busy as shit because I've been helping other people and
putting money in their pockets, you know, through cryptocurrency and
do different ways. Bro. Like when you when you when

(49:40):
you become busy and things become you know, more large,
you will have your time, you know, consumed. You will
have your time consumed. And I was telling you know,
Andrea this, I said, Andrea, it's only a matter of
time before I cracked the code with you know XRP,
with the big coin. And I've already done it multiple
times at a high ass level like it. And it's

(50:01):
becoming a thing where it's taking up more of my
time every day. It's taking up more of my time. Nick.
It's like somebody else that wants to call on what's
this about? What it's like intrigue? Right when you guys,
stay intrigued, that's how you're gonna upgrade your skills. That's
what I've seen Nick staying on intrigued brother, Like when
people wonder and they're like, okay, what's this about? And
then they reap the benefits after cause, Andrea, you know,

(50:22):
people when we talk to them about you know, cryptocurrency
and all that stuff, they don't really understand it and
they automatically think it's a scam. As soon as I
dived in to the right shit, I reaped the benefits.
And I'm telling y'all, you know, I'm not gonna do
nothing if it's not beneficial. Same thing with my brother Crypto,
Like he's been in the crypto lane for a while
and he's been teaching me everything he knew, you know
about XRP as well. Nick. And I know my brother

(50:44):
Nick has been you know, invested into it, you know,
a couple of years back as well, before a lot
of people was even on it. But right now, you know,
I found a glitch man where it's just every day, bro,
every day, I got some X on me every day,
and I feel like it's a time to you know,
take advantage of digital assets, take advantage of digital things
that are around you, so you can you know, unlock

(51:06):
financial freedom. So Nick, you know what it is man,
do things offline, even if it does consume your time,
it's only for the better. It's only to help out
more people in the long run. So love that, brother.
I want to check on Valerie and welcome System Alika
to the stage. I'll be checking on her as well.
So System Valerie, are you around. You want to talk
about some motivation and upgrading some skills today if you're
buy your mic, welcome to the stay and sister over there.

Speaker 10 (51:31):
Hey, Hey, everybody kings and queens in the building. I'm
so glad to be here today on this motivation Monday. Yes,
of media mentors, it's very very important, oh man, to
keep that motivation alive, right, stay with the people surround your,

(51:54):
people who are doing it, who's doing it, who's taking
those steps to you know, keep elevating and being where
we need to be, where we deserve to be. So
it's like, I loved all the tips I was just listening.

Speaker 4 (52:09):
I was like, yeah, yeah, so true.

Speaker 11 (52:12):
You know there's pros and cons to these social media
I love it.

Speaker 10 (52:18):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (52:19):
This is I'm gonna keep it real with you.

Speaker 11 (52:21):
This is what really keeps me going and motivates me
is social media, because if I didn't have this, I
probably wouldn't have no motivation. Because I'm gonna keep it real,
the community that is around me at the moment is
not doing the damn thing, is not on the same mindset,
not on the same level. So I do have to
go to these platforms to get the motivation to see

(52:44):
where I could find the resources to upgrade my skills.
So yeah, it's pros and cons for show. But yeah,
I know we shouldn't be on this thing like it's everything,
But man, it's money. Our phones are money.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
Okay. It's like a digital goal old machine valery.

Speaker 11 (53:02):
So you've got to use it to your eventage. Don't
let it just sit there and let somebody else take
the opportunity.

Speaker 10 (53:08):
Okay.

Speaker 11 (53:09):
So I just love all these you know, I just
make sure that you're surrounding yourself with boss babes. Just
making sure you're surrounding yourself with you know, positive things,
positive anything that comes inside of you, like in your ear,
you know, whatever you're looking at, your eyes, anything that

(53:31):
you just have your hands on.

Speaker 10 (53:33):
Needs to be positive.

Speaker 11 (53:34):
And man, you're gonna just be able to shoot for
the stars. So thank you so much for letting me speaking.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
Appreciate you, Valerie for coming through. You guys are just
now joining. We're talking about motivation, upgrading your skills right,
diving in, I'm consuming your time. Another thing that I
want to you know, touch on before I go to
Malika and I'll have her you know, feet off this
as well. It's like you know, public speaking as well.
Then I'm gonna go back to Nick too, and Andrea,
I want you guys to tap into this. But public speaking,

(54:04):
you guys got to join more groups, you know, join
the groups like, you know, prove your public speaking skills
improved in front of small groups, because if you don't
got courage speaking here, and you're not gonna have courage
speaking you know, on a big stage or in front
of you know, other people as well. So public speaking
has been something you know, very important, you know to me,
I know it's important to Nick. I think Malika left,

(54:26):
so I'll pass it to Andrea and I'll touch in
with my brother Nick. But public speaking, guys, join groups,
you know, improve it, improve that stuff, Volunteer in those groups, right,
offer your time things like that. So Andrea King tapping
the public speaking and offering your time and maybe volunteering,
and then I go to brother Nick and then you
know we'll probably wind down because it almost three over
to your sister.

Speaker 2 (54:47):
Thanks brother. Yeah. So on learning how to communicate your
value and share that value with others is the most important.

Speaker 4 (54:57):
I think.

Speaker 2 (54:59):
When I first ever started stepping outside and on faith,
I was super super scared, like I am one hundred
percent an intro and my voice would be shaking, I
couldn't catch my breath. And you know what I did.
I surrounded myself with people that would mentor me. And
so when I was standing on the stage, even if

(55:21):
it was just a small group of people, I would
have them sitting in front of me saying it's okay,
you got it. Like I could see their mouths moving
and saying you got it. They're telling me this, They're
feeding energy into me. And so I would breathe and
get through it, and then I'd do it again, and
then I'd do it again, and before you knew it,
I was in front of like you know, classrooms and huge,

(55:44):
huge stages and stuff like that. And then even here,
like when I first came to Cobhouse Stack, Brother, you
welcomed me here you invited me to the stage, you
encouraged me to speak, and that helped me also like
articulate my voice here. And I'm forever grateful for that,
you know, loyal to the core, like I will always

(56:04):
support you because of that, just for giving me that opportunity.
And so if you're sitting in you know, in the
audience or whatever it might be, and you're invited to
come up, you should take that opportunity for yourself because
you do need to practice. Like practice it just it
makes you better. And we don't know start out like

(56:28):
you know, perfect speakers. Nobody does. And I do remember
many years ago I was speaking to a mentor of mine.
He was a friend, he became a mentor, and I said,
he said, what's stopping you from, like, you know, achieving
the success you won. I said, well, I just I'm nervous,
I'm shy, and he said, well that just comes with practice.

(56:48):
You know, like you have the knowledge, you have the capability,
you have the capacity, you have the ability to learn, you.

Speaker 12 (56:56):
Just got to practice it. And I just just want
to say that, you know, I am always grateful for
what you've done, brother, just allowing me to sit up here,
beside you as an honor. Every day that I get
that chance, I'm so grateful and everyone should just take
that opportunity by storm, because you know, when you acknowledge
that you need to improve, you're given that space to

(57:19):
do so, and you're surrounding yourself with people. You just
invite them into your life to help you uplift yourself
through their energy, and then you're able to do the
same for other people. So yes, always practice that communications
the only way that people will be able to hear
what you have to say, because you're in charge of that.

Speaker 2 (57:41):
So yeah, that's that's it.

Speaker 1 (57:44):
I love that, Andrea being charged taking authority of your voice. Hit.
That's what I hear in that year. Love that, Andrea.
And Nick over to you, brother, how are you feeling
about that public speaking? You feel like it ups your
skills and upgrade your lifestyle and your motivation.

Speaker 7 (57:59):
To brother, oh Man one thousand percent, Man, one thousand percent.
And Andrea, I can secondly vouch for what you just
said because I remember when you first came in this
space and the person you were then and who you
are now. Girl, You're killing it. You're killing it. You're
killing it. You know it's funny, man, I'm gonna go

(58:20):
back in a couple of years. Man, when I first
took this journey of public speaking. I'm not gonna make
this a long share, I promise. When I first started
this journey of public speaking, man, and you know how
many people told me that I would not get on
any stage or any classroom or any environment where people
will want to listen to me speak for miniature or
hours on end. And I actually believe these people. I

(58:41):
actually said to myself, maybe no one wants to listen
to me, nobody wants to hear my voice. And the
more I kept believing what these people were saying to me,
it almost tricked me out of my spot. It almost
tricked me to believe that what these people were saying
was factual, when in reality, it's not. If you're speaking
in a space where it's uncomfort you're actually doing public.

Speaker 6 (59:02):
Speaking, you don't even realize it.

Speaker 7 (59:04):
If you're speaking and it's uncomfortable and you feel like
you're stuttering, you feel like you're not getting the right
words out, you think, oh, well, if I started a
mess up with centers, will somebody resonate with me?

Speaker 6 (59:12):
Listen?

Speaker 7 (59:13):
Even the greats have messed up on sentences. It happens.
We're not perfect. We are perfectly imperfect. It is okay
to mess up. It is okay to have a moment
or two where you feel dull, where you think, oh,
maybe I shouldn't have said that stag.

Speaker 6 (59:28):
You know what's funny.

Speaker 7 (59:29):
Every speech I've done I always recorded, and I actually
go back and listen to myself speak. I look at
my body language. I look at the way I present
my speech. I look at the way that I carry
myself when people are looking at me, when a thousand
different eyes are on me. And the one thing I
get from everything that I go back and view, I
stink to myself. Man, I'm my biggest critic. I could

(59:51):
be so much better than what I just did. But
that's the human thing to do. We are our biggest critic.
But don't focus so much on being perfect.

Speaker 6 (01:00:00):
Just get the message out.

Speaker 7 (01:00:02):
Just get the message out, because if you say one
or two hit words that hooks a person and hooks
an audience, you got them right where you want them.
But don't be robotic. Don't be robotic. I've said this
to countless people. Don't be a robot like, oh well,
this is me, and I have to say it. No,
you don't have to be like that. Use your emphasis,

(01:00:23):
use your personality, get people to gravitate to you. Only
then will you hook the right people. Only then will
people naturally feel like they're called to you. Like I
said earlier, your energy speaks for.

Speaker 6 (01:00:36):
You before you enter a room or before you say
two words. I guarantee it.

Speaker 7 (01:00:40):
If you make somebody laugh and you hook them with
something powerful, man, you got them for days, months, years,
they'll be your lifelong best friend.

Speaker 6 (01:00:51):
I guarantee it.

Speaker 7 (01:00:52):
And I hope that helps somebody, because let me tell you,
I'll yield on this man being a people person, You're
gonna win in life. I promise you that if you
can hold a conversation and you can be relatable, let
me tell you numerous doors are gonna open for you,
and doors you never thought would open, Doors that you

(01:01:13):
thought God shut in your face, they're gonna open for you,
and in ways that you couldn't even imagine.

Speaker 6 (01:01:18):
So stack back to you, brother, thank you for that.

Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
Damn y'all killed it. We killed it today. Man, y'all
went all the way in today with the mentorship Monday
to motivations, upgrading your skills. Brother and Nick appreciate that.
Pub We're gonna have like a part two. I think

the car, and we'll all level up on social media
