Speaker 1 (00:03):
This is Your Pain Game podcast where we talk about
the game of living in and with chronic pain and trauma,
getting to the heart of how to heal. I am
your host, Lindsay Soprano. On the show, I plan on
discussing with doctors, chronic pain patients, holistic practitioners, loved ones,
and anybody that is interested in having their voice.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Heard in the chronic pain and trauma world that we
live in. Purpose.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
You know, we're here for a reason, right, I mean,
at least that's what they tell us, that we're here
for a reason. I certainly hope that we are here
for a reason, because I don't know why the heck
we're going through all of it without a purpose?
Speaker 2 (00:51):
Right, So what's yours? I mean?
Speaker 1 (00:53):
I never had one, And putting this episode together, I
was thinking about purpose, thinking about mine, thinking about my life,
my background and everything that I've been through, and I'm like,
have I never had a purpose driven life? My purpose
was always like work and things and getting things done
and being.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
Busy all the time. That was my purpose.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
And then a few years ago, when I started this show,
my purpose shifted because life happened to me and continued
to happen and when I started talking about my personal
stories of trauma and pain and resilience through it all
on this show, my purpose started giving pain purpose. And
I know it sounds convoluted to give pain purpose, but
(01:34):
what else am I going to do with it?
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Jump off a bridge is one option.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
We've explored it. It did not bode well, but even
more so, you know, getting out of bed gets harder
and harder and harder when you live in pain. But
my purpose is sitting here right now with my guest,
with you, my audience, and myself because every single time
I sit behind this mic and I talk to you guys,
(01:59):
I learn more about about myself. I learn more about
my soul, my spirit, my heart, who I am, what
I'm all about.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
And that is why we are here today.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
And one of the things, though, that we're going to
talk about today is big pharma. A bunch of other
things as well. But man, does big pharma make me squirm?
And you guys know that it does. Like how many
pills do we need to take that do not heal us,
that do not truly help us, They mask it, they
harm us, They cause us every other problem on the planet. Like,
(02:27):
oh great, now I have to lose thirty pounds because
I'm taking something that's for my depression or whatever causes
so many other problems in our bodies. And I am
not saying that there is not a purpose for big
pharma when it is necessary, but the ongoing, every day
taking it to mask I'm over it right.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
My personal experiences have.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
All been negative, every single one of them have been negative,
and let's talk about it. So I'm an epic guy
here today to talk with me about this amongst a
bunch of other things, and faith is one of them.
And you know, I don't talk about religion and politics
on this show, but faith is what also gets me
out of bed. We all have our different types of faith,
(03:09):
and I would love to talk to my buddy Rob
about this today.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Hey, Robin is so good to have you. Hear my sweet,
how are you?
Speaker 3 (03:15):
I am fantastic. It's gonna be a lot of fun.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
Oh my god, we're gonna have We're gonna have a blast.
Let me introduce you. So.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
He is a former high level athlete and near death
survivor turned a natural health advocate as a keynote speaker, herbalist,
and molecular hydrogen researcher. Rob shares his insights on living
pain free through frequency medicine. We're going to talk about
what frequency medicine is and natural healing. He hosts the
im pain Free podcast, which is getting a quick rebrand,
(03:42):
and we're going to talk about that too, tackling topics
like natural health, censorship, frequency medicine, and biblical healing wisdom.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
And I know my audience knows that was hard for
me to say.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Through his company, Exit as Strong, Rob aims to help
people break free from big pharma and embrace natural solutions.
I am, I'm so glad to have you here. I
am rolling out the red carpet for you, babe. I
start talking about what happened to you in the beautiful
state of Utah that turned your world upside down, and
let's take it from there.
Speaker 4 (04:12):
All right, sounds good. That was a very very interesting
part of my life. And I call it the first truck.
So you know, I used to be I used to
be a runner, and I loved running, and I was
my goal in life to be a professional runner.
Speaker 3 (04:24):
And I was pretty darn good at it.
Speaker 4 (04:26):
And one of the things that's important to my story
is when I was young, I learned how to eat
well and fuel my body well. When my competition's eating
hot dogs and hamburgers and the popcorn, I'm eating really
healthy and I had energy at the end of my races,
and I would typically OutKick my competition and they got
really mad. I was like, how come he can always
(04:47):
beat us at the end because I know how to
fuel my body.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
And I hope they were all twenty one.
Speaker 4 (04:54):
And so just important part of now who I've become.
And I am so passionate about health, but you know,
that story is a big part of my life.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
I was out on a ten mile run.
Speaker 4 (05:07):
I just made a US Junior team, so I was
the second best miler in the country, and I was
just on my way to being an Olympic athlete like
I had planned to be. And that winter, I was
out on a ten mile run with my friend and
he was running behind me, and we're on a backcountry
road and the winter and it was just all snow
covered and icy, and all of a sudden, my friend
(05:28):
yells of my name, and I turn around and I
see a four by four truck sliding into me, and
I had no where to go. Just the only thing
I could do is say, I'm gonna ge hit. I'm
gonna get hit, and boom is four by four truck
hit me in the hip and threw me thirty six feet.
So my you know, hit me in the hip and
my legs flew out from underneath me and flying through
(05:49):
the air and landed her straight on my face and
then my knees, and it was knocked me out unconscious,
and just I'm blessed to be alive because that was
one of my My family kind of jokes at me,
like I'm on my probably my ninth life, and I
need to be careful with this one because I've had
experiences like being hit by a truck that was that
(06:10):
really was very close to ending my life, and so
I'm hugely blessed that I was able to survive that.
But man, it was a difficult recovery period and you know,
losing my passion in life and all of a sudden,
it's it's all gone. That is, you know, something I
don't wish on my worst enemy.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Right.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
It was really really, really tragic part of my life.
But now I can look back on it and I
can see purpose in that, and that's what's interesting to
me now that I'm older and I can look back
at my life that man, I really honestly believe. I
am a faith based person, as you can tell, but
I really honestly believe that God has been training me
(06:53):
for what I'm doing today, and I'm finally walking in
my purpose, which is totally bizarre. You had that told me,
you know, twenty years ago, I'm doing what I'm doing today,
ten years ago, five years ago, I would have said,
you're absolutely nuts.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
There's exactly I'm in no agreement with that.
Speaker 1 (07:10):
So okay, So after all of that, what kicked you
into getting into the natural side of medicine instead of
the big pharmacide of it.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Let's go there.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
It's so interesting because I literally went through a decade
or a couple of decades actually, of just doing what
the world told me to do.
Speaker 3 (07:28):
Right.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
The world told me to go get a job, and
so I got a job at a large corporation, and
I moved up the ladder and a large corporation, and
I had a beautiful family and three kids and a
white picket fence and a dog, and you know, I
did everything that the world tells me to do. And
then there was the second truck hit me. I call
it the second truck. It wasn't a physical truck this time,
(07:49):
but it was the pandemic. But it just sweeped, you know,
sought my legs out from underneath like my first one did.
And the respect I lost my job for the first time,
and I was like, holy smokes, what am I going
to do?
Speaker 3 (08:00):
I'm in my mid forties and I'm like, what do
I do? And now what? Yeah? Now what?
Speaker 4 (08:07):
It was really an interesting situation. That's something I'd never
been experienced before. But the beautiful thing about it now
that I look back on it again, is that I
learned how to research topics on my own. And during
that process, I really uncovered. You know, what a lot
(08:27):
of people are understanding now is how corrupt our health
system is and how back in the early nineteen hundreds
that got our medical system in the United States got
really taken over by the Rockefellers and the Flextionner reports
and things that happened way back in the early nineteen
hundreds that just changed our medical schools, and they started
(08:48):
vilifying all natural health practitioners and just woke me up
to a really bad part of our society that, you know,
And I realized that our information is totally control and
that really frustrated me because I'm like, man, we live
in the greatest country, and you know, I wanted to
be an Olympic athlete. Were on the run for the
United States, and I wanted to celebrate and you know,
(09:10):
wear my flag and just be super excited about it,
and like, we're the freest country.
Speaker 3 (09:14):
In the world.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
We're the you know, most prosperous country in the world.
And I thought we had freedom of information, and oh,
my gosh, you know, I realized how untrue that really is.
Speaker 3 (09:25):
And that's just me.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
You got that, right, Buddy boozled.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
It's so bizarre, and they're really really good at it.
They're really good at it, you know, that's crazy.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
But when you start to uncover that and you go
pull open the layers and you start seeing the corruption,
and then you start navigating it and like, oh my gosh, wow, this.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
Is this is really really interesting.
Speaker 4 (09:50):
So I don't trust anybody with when they tell me,
you know, anything anymore. You know, I have to take
in their information. I say, thank you, that's good information,
and then I go have to I have to go
research to myself because it's just it's just there's too
much information out there that's just either controlled information where
somebody wants me to think that way, or it's the
wrong information. It's a scientific report that says something that's
(10:13):
totally bogused, right, or you know all the above. So anyway,
now that I know that that that corruption exists, I
can start doing my own research on things that are
topics that are important to me, and then I can
come up with what I believe is the truth, and
you know, maybe it's not, but that's what I believe,
and then I want to share that information with people
(10:34):
because I think it's important. I think health is key
to our existence. I think God made us incredibly and
wonderfully and fearfully, and that we have this temple of
ours that man, we don't have one of them, right,
It's like the only one you're going to get, So
you better, darn world take care of it because if
you if you don't take care of it, you're going
to suffer and it's going to be a difficult period
(10:57):
and difficult life for you. So why don't we just
learn how to take care of our bodies? Is like
the way God intended. And then man, he made this
thing so cool that our bodies heal itself if we
give it the right nutrients and the right order and
the right process, and we don't take in all this
this drugs.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
Like you mentioned.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
You know, the average senior is on fourteen different prescription
or at least they take fourteen different prescription medications in
a year. Right, So yeah, it's my sweetie.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
In fact, I do all of his pills. He's a
big farmer guy. So he and I do not agree
on this, right he does. I have his little am
in his pms, and he does this thing in each
morning and each evening. There's probably six or seven in
the morning and six or seven in the evening, and
that's what he does. And he's okay with that, and
(11:47):
I do. I do my job as a little whitey.
That's totally not how I am, dull, but I but
it's something that that's his his thing. And you know what,
he is healthy as an ox and he takes complete
crappy care of.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Him right right.
Speaker 2 (12:01):
Drives me batshit.
Speaker 3 (12:05):
Here.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
We are working so hard on not getting cancer and
getting pain free and all of these things.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
And I'm doing all the right things, eating.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Eating as healthy as I can when I eat, and
I know I stink at that. But and then this guy,
you know, he just puts whatever he wants in his mouth,
takes whatever he needs, and he's seventy three years old,
and he is healthier than I probably have ever been.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
There. Yeah, that's amazing, right, it is it is. You
want to bottle him.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
I want to bottle him up and make him into
a supplement.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
There you go, there you go.
Speaker 1 (12:38):
Well, let's get out of the medical cartel after, you know,
let's get out of it.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
Man.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
So let's talk about the biblical wisdom side of what
you've been doing and why you went this route with
going about creating a product for people to help them.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
This is really really interesting, So talk.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
To me about that frequency medicine and the ancient wisdom
that you've put into your products.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
Yeah, it's really fun because I got I really got
passionate about nutrition again when that the pandemic hit, like
we mentioned earlier, and one of the doctors that I
was following was talking about vitamin D and I was like, Okay,
vitamin D is like the sun. I know, I know
that it's like natural thing, and why why are they
vilifying this guy? And that started me down the rabbit
hole on why they were attacking and trying to sue
(13:24):
this guy for billions of dollars to talk about vitamin
D and I uncovered that he wasn't bad, and I
knew vitamin D wasn't bad, and so then I helped.
It helped me uncover how corrupt our healthcare system is.
But that being said is that got really interested in
in nutrition again, and I'm like, I'm got to help people.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
How am I going to help people?
Speaker 4 (13:44):
Then I got introduced to this quantum energy frequency, you know, technology,
and when I first heard about it, I thought that
was absolutely crazy too, because it was like, this guy,
so I'm gonna put a patch on your skin and
there's no medicine in it, and it's going to help
you with maybe you say, allergies or pain, and I'm
just like, come on, yeah, yeah, right, you know exactly.
(14:07):
But then guess what. This new skill set that I
learned was super exciting to me. So I'm like, Okay,
I'm gonna go prove this guy wrong, right, I take
I take his information and I start doing research. I'm like,
oh my gosh, the human body is made up of
energy and even down to the cellular level, ourselves interact
with each other via vibration, which then gives off guess what, frequencies,
(14:30):
And he told me that there was frequencies on this
pass that helped I'm like, well that's bizarre. Okay, So
frequencies aren't as strange as I thought, and the body
can actually interact with frequencies. And then the frequency word
just confuse me because I'm like, what the heck is
a frequency in?
Speaker 1 (14:45):
Well, yeah, it doesn't sound like something that would have
anything to do with our bodies or our health or
anything like that. For me, it's like TV or radio
or getting your wife FI like, what's your frequency, babe?
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (14:56):
Exactly, And there's so do you you realize that frequencies
are everything and your body actually gives off frequencies and
receive frequency. So once I started understanding that, and I'm like, okay,
so maybe this isn't.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
As weird as I thought it was.
Speaker 4 (15:07):
And then we started testing that product out with the
community and they loved it and it really helped them.
And it was like zero medicine, right, so nothing, nothing
interacted with anything else and it was just healthy frequencies.
And I was like, man, this is really cool. And
during that period of time when I was going through
the frustration with a medical cartel, I did a lot
(15:29):
of praying and I did a lot of reading into
the Bible. And so during during that time, I really
developed I'd been a what I call it Creaster most
of my life, where you know, I could go to
church on Christmas in Easter and I'd call myself a Christian.
Speaker 2 (15:43):
Oh my God, I love theme for that.
Speaker 1 (15:47):
Because that's exactly what I mean. I was raised in
a very very right wing Christian home and it was like,
oh my god, I got to go to like Christmas
and Easter.
Speaker 3 (15:58):
You were you were a creator.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
I was a crew star. I don't know what I
am now, but it isn't a crease start right.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
So uh.
Speaker 4 (16:06):
Anyway, that that during that period is when I really
felt I have a I have a direct connection to
God and I believe that He's my savior, and I
believe that the Bible is real and true and living,
which is really exciting to me because as I read
the Bible, it's like I'm I'm.
Speaker 3 (16:20):
Thinking, and I'm He's I believe He's communicating with me.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
And it's just been a fascinating journey because I'm following
what he wants me to do, and I'm having a
having an incredible blast learning and just trying to help
people in this world. So I was researching all the
biblical ingredients in the Bible. I'm like, Okay, there's nutrition
in the Bible, and and the body is you know,
our temple and only have one of them, So how
(16:43):
do I help people? And and I just kept coming
back to those ingredients in the Bible. I was like, man,
there's got to be something special in here. There's there's
one that's components called the Bomb of Gilliad's like the
healing ointment. I'm like, I want to find the Bomb
of Gilliad, like I can save the world, right, I'm
just like, how do I find that? And I couldn't
find it, you know, I was praying. But then he
(17:04):
led me to this practitioner in California who's got this
molecular hydrogen blend that was just perfect. He was looking
for me, I was looking for him, and we married
together my biblical ingredients that match and pair what the
molecular hydrogen component does, and we created this Exodus product
from it.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
You know.
Speaker 4 (17:23):
So it's just a supplement. It's got it's not just
it's amazing. Supplement replaces a lot of other supplements that
you you could be taking. It's got seven biblical ingredients,
organic barley grass and wheat grass. Let's give you energy
and the nutrients that you need, so you don't need
to take a green shake every every morning. It's got saffron.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
I don't want to sip on wheat grass.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
I know.
Speaker 3 (17:49):
Exactly.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
I used to do it every day and I hated it,
you know.
Speaker 4 (17:56):
So then we have saffron, which Saffron is great for stretch.
It's the in fact, it's most expensive element. It's even
more offensive than goal, which is which is bizarre. It's
known for helping with anxiety and stress, so that's in it.
Speaker 3 (18:14):
And then we have.
Speaker 4 (18:14):
Alo and human which help with inflammation, and the gut
help and the frank and sens and mirror. You know
that the two gifts that were given to Jesus, the
baby Jesus are are helpful with inflammation as well. Inflammation
is the source of all disease, which is pretty bizarre.
But when you learn about inflammation and how it impacts
(18:37):
our body, that the all natural health doctors I interview
on my podcasts are like, yes, the inflammation. It's the
source of all disease. No matter what disease you have,
it starts with inflammation in some part part of your body.
So this molecular hydrogen blend is so amazing that it
acts as a master antioxidant in your your bloodstream, so
it will go find the free radicals and get rid
(18:59):
of them. And then it helps your mitochondrial process, which
is the component of your cells that produce energy, right,
and it helps them work better. So you really have
this sustained energy and clean, cleaner blood by using molecular
hydrogen inside your blood. So the combination of those two
components are a product that I'm just super stoked to
(19:22):
take to the world because I believe that it was
created by Him, and I believe that I want to.
I want to change the world by helping them with
their health. And you know, I love the Exodus fifteen
twenty six is like for I am the Lord, You're healer,
and I want to I want to help people with that.
Because you talked about Bible versus and stuff, at least
(19:44):
we did before the show, and it.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
Was because I'm going to say it because one of
my girlfriend's lobby I know you're going to listen to
this episode because she's on it as well. Rob, thank
you again for sending me and my girlfriend who also
has CRPS the products.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
But she and I have been taking it now.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
As you guys know, I'm not a big Jesus, but
I am. I have faith in the universe and the
spirit world and all that. I believe that we are
here for a reason. I believe that there's a reason
why we are created. I believe that there's a reason
why you and me, Rob right now are having this
conversation and how you came into my world. And so
with the with the product delivery, came this card and
(20:20):
it's Monday through Sunday. You know, it's the every day
of the week that you're supposed to take it. He's
holding it up. Oh my goodness's crazy. And there's a
Bible verse that you read with each one, and I'm like,
I can't even believe I'm doing this. I can't even
My Sweetie's like, Okay, go for it, babe.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
I'm like, damn it.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
If this heals me, I swear to God I to
be a believer, And so I have read the Bible
verses inside myself and out loud.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Which was weird.
Speaker 3 (20:53):
And so I'm doing it.
Speaker 2 (20:56):
I'm doing it, Rob, I told.
Speaker 1 (20:58):
You I would, and I'm doing it, and I'm I'm
actually it feels weird to do it. But what's so
strange to me, and I believe this whole heart of
the universe speaking to us is the day that I'm
taking it and the Bible verse that is there with it,
even though it's the same one that was Wednesday last week,
it applies totally and completely to whatever the heck that
(21:19):
I was going through during that that evening before or that.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Moment when I'm taking it. It's so weird, it's amazing.
Speaker 1 (21:29):
I don't like it, Rob, but I also love it.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
It's so cool.
Speaker 1 (21:35):
So Okay, now we've got you've got this product and
you're putting it out there. Now, how has this helped
you and your family and people around you? Like, have
you legitimately seen the health benefits of this, because that
is I mean, you're here for a purpose. But for me,
it's like there's so many freakin supplements that are out there, Rob,
(21:55):
I mean, there it is, and so it is a
slippery slope when we're all going through it, especially when
you're living in pain or you've been diagnosed with cancer,
right for example, where you're like you're trying everything. I
remember my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer many many
years ago, and he basically locked himself in his office
for six months, didn't talk to my mom all that much,
(22:17):
didn't really talk to me all that much, and he
had a spreadsheet of I feel like.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
It was like, well, he and I are so alike.
It's like we have spreadsheets for everything.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
I have spreadsheets for everything, and I got that from him,
So thanks Dad. And he created the spreadsheet, and he
had all these supplements and he had cupboards full of them,
and he was like, I am not going to do chemo.
I'm not going to do radiation. I'm going to heal
myself naturally. And he went down the same kind of
road like you, where he was like, I'm not going
to do it. I'm not going to have my prostate removed.
(22:47):
I'm not going to do these things, and bam. He
was like the cottage cheese, hobanaro, peppers and flax seed oil.
He ate it every morning to sweat out the cancer.
Been cancer free.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
That's amazing.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
No pills, no pills, no big pharma, no surgeries, none
of that, and he did it his own way, the
natural way, and he's very very faith based man as well.
Speaker 2 (23:14):
I don't know if that's where that came from.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
I never asked him about that particularly, but probably because
he's much more on that on that side of things.
Speaker 2 (23:21):
But man, oh man, I love its amazing.
Speaker 4 (23:24):
I love that story because there's so many I'm obviously
digging into that a lot now as well, and I
believe that there is a lot just in faith that
you know, Lord the Lord could heal you at any moment, right,
you could be reading that prayer guide and he could
He could heal you, right, that's that is a potential thing.
But he also could be using your pain for a purpose, right,
And you're doing an amazing job of really impacting thousands
(23:46):
of people's lives by doing what you're doing. So maybe
for a period of time you're going to continue to
do that. Right, Who knows what his plan is, but
just trust that he does have a plan for your
life and that it's exciting when you step into that
and it's just fun to try. Our goal with Exodus
is to try to get a million new people to
read the word through their health, right. I want to
(24:07):
help people with their health. That's the core thing of
what we're trying to do because I think our world
is really messed up and.
Speaker 3 (24:13):
We need to get people to be.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
Yeah, and I believe the Exodus product has transformed me
in a dramatic way. I have a slow beating heart
where my heart rate is average is thirty two beats
a minute, right, which is like really low.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
Yeah. I go.
Speaker 4 (24:29):
I go to the doctor's office and they're like, holy smokes,
we need to take you to the room. I'm like, oh, seriously,
I as part of the treatments I'm going through right now,
I had to wear a heart monitor, and the heart
monitor place call me five times, or like the doctor
the cardiolos wants to go to the emergency room.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
I'm like, I've been living this way. I'm like, come on,
I'm fine.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
But I go to the I go to the emergency
room and they literally rush me right into the as
soon as they took my vitals, They're like oh. The
doctor came out and said be okay, are you okay
and took me right back. Anyway, long story short, you know,
they they had the paddles literally right there ready to
to you know.
Speaker 3 (25:11):
Pump me.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
I'm like, I'm fine, but anyway, So but the crazy
the reason why I mentioned that story is my heart
is I don't have as much oxygen in my body
as the normal person does. Until about two o'clock in
the afternoon. I'd always get exhausted. I'd have to take
a nap, you know, and I'd have to take a
nap for a half hour, and then I'd feel a
little bit better and I could power through the rest
of the day. And so Exodus was so transformational for
(25:35):
my My personal life is that, well, I take Exodus
every day and I don't have that crash anymore. It's
just so Bertar. I just feel I feel normal, I
feel fine. I don't have that have that crash. And
my brother who's a partner of mine in this business,
he also he would he's a very faithful man. He's
much more spiritual than I am. And uh, he has
(25:57):
his own online ministry and he would have his a
loan time with God and he'd be researching the Bible
and he would fall asleep. And they make him so
mad because like I'm supposed to be having a spiritual
time and I'm falling asleep, you know.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
I mean it's it's it's a slow read, Rob, I
mean the entire Bible, by the way, a good job,
not not since I met.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
You, but I have, and it is a slow it
is a slow reading. My god, the paper is so thin.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
Yeah, I know, my gosh, so thin.
Speaker 4 (26:31):
Well can you imagine how big the book would be
if but it was like a normal You have.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
A bunch of men writing about things that happened in
the past in a book.
Speaker 4 (26:40):
Yes, yes, yeah, there's lots of it. But anyway, so
that that those are two transformational stories just us, right
of Yeah, really helped us in a dramatic way, give
us sustained energy throughout the day. And we even have
people who it's really helped in a dramatic way, where
there's one woman whose daughter was in uh, really bad
(27:00):
state from a mental perspective and then a physical perspective.
Speaker 3 (27:04):
She would literally she would.
Speaker 4 (27:07):
Sleep like twenty two hours a day and she would
only be awake for a couple of hours and then
she would just boom to be out and she was
just exhausted. And this molecular hydrogen blend that she used
just transformed her body and she now lives as a normal,
normal teenager and this functioning fine, and doctors can't figure
(27:28):
out what happened. And really the only thing she changed
was using this molecular hydrogen pilot. So it's just like wows.
So it really can help in a dramatic way. And
there's thousands of scientific studies that have been done on
hydrogen in the body, and so it's not something I
have to prove because it's already been proven, right, And
(27:49):
I know all the biblical ingredients in our product have
been proven because each one of them has been scientifically studied.
So it's just fascinating that we're able to put this
together in a way that's really transforming people's lives in
a really positive way. And I'm super excited to, you know,
just make a difference. And I think that's why I'm here,
(28:10):
is to step into this point. And you know, like
we mentioned at one point maybe before the show, you know,
my podcast is called I Am Pain Free, And because
I've had a pain free or I have a pain
free product, I try to help people relieve their pain.
And our Exodus product helps people really pain, but it
does so much more than just pain, And so I
(28:31):
want to open that discussion up, and as I'm having
conversations with people, I want to talk a lot more
about integrative oncology, you know, like your dad's stories are fascinating.
I want to hear lots of stories about people who
are helping cure themselves with cancer, because cancer is just
on the rise, like crazy.
Speaker 3 (28:48):
I think that we need to help people.
Speaker 4 (28:51):
And then just we're calling this new show Biohacking vill
and it's going to be.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
It's gonna be neat.
Speaker 4 (28:59):
We're gonna have neighborhoods underneath it that talk about integrative oncology,
and we're going to have a faith based component for
my product and other other products similar to ours. And
then we'll have a bio hacking community that just talks
about you know, cold plunges and all the cool new
techniques that you can use to help yourself naturally. So
(29:20):
just going to be going to be a blast creating
this community and really helping people thrive and use you know,
use faith as part of it if you, if you.
Speaker 3 (29:28):
Are so inclined.
Speaker 4 (29:30):
If not, there's gonna be awesome resources there for you
for all all sorts of bio hacking tips and tricks
so it'd be awesome.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
It's an interesting conversation for me to have on this
show because and I told you this, we didn't like,
Oh my goodness, it is and and and you're not
the first person that's come to me that's that's come
from a faith based place.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
And I've just been like, oh.
Speaker 1 (29:51):
I'm just not really sure because I don't turn some
people off to my show. And I know that sounds
kind of self suffered. It's not just I want to
be like holistic with my audience. And everybody has their
own belief system and all that, so I always want
to make sure that I'm careful of that. But coming
from somebody that was raised in a Christian home, that
(30:13):
kind of backfired on me. I don't have a good
taste in my mouth for the Christian community. I just
don't certainly under our current administration as well, which is
certainly hurting it from my perspective. And like I said,
I don't talk about religion or politics on the show,
but I just did it in one sentence.
Speaker 3 (30:31):
So let's just throw all do all the things.
Speaker 2 (30:36):
I said I was never going to talk about all
in one episode. Let's do it.
Speaker 1 (30:41):
But you know what, I do feel like this season
in particular is a little different. And I was talking
about it with somebody yesterday that's going to be on
the show in a couple of weeks about how this
season feels more healing, coming from a completely different place,
and I can't even really explain it.
Speaker 2 (30:59):
It's it's so weird. So you being here right now
is an act of God.
Speaker 4 (31:06):
Yeah, yeah, it has to be right for me, Yes, exactly,
I understand.
Speaker 3 (31:12):
I understand.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
I'm so happy that you are here with me.
Speaker 4 (31:14):
You are just and allow me to have the conversation
because I think it's an important conversation. I do that
our country is coming together, and they've been trying to
divide us, and so they've been divided by by color,
by by religion, by everything they're trying to divide us.
So we're all the same.
Speaker 3 (31:35):
Man.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
I don't care what religion you believe, and I still
love you, right, and I want other people. I want
other people to feel accepted. And I think it doesn't
matter whether you're green, yellow, orange, white. We're all created
in the image of God, and so I want to
come to that as a central police.
Speaker 3 (31:51):
But I do.
Speaker 4 (31:51):
I'm excited about the country and where we are headed
because people are awakening to the big farm of problem
much more so than they ever have. And the MAHA
movement Make America Healthy Again is a real movement that's
getting people that like, oh my gosh, there are alternatives
to these medicines that they're trying to force down me.
And that white coat that I used to always trust
(32:12):
and believe in doesn't know as much as I do. Right,
you can go research in a couple of hours a
topic and you can know just as much as your do.
The doctor, for example, on nutrition, they'll go through twelve
years of medical school and they'll have maybe one class
on nutrition in twelve years, so they maybe spend a
couple of hours on nutrition in twelve years of study,
(32:36):
and they don't remember that, right, because they never focus
on that. But that's so key to who we are.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
And for those of you that are not that are
more like me, right, that are a little apprehensive of faith,
specifically when it comes to you know, the Lord Jesus.
Speaker 2 (32:50):
Christ on high.
Speaker 1 (32:51):
All of that, we all have to have faith in something,
and the number one thing that I have to have
faith in is myself, and without that, I don't know
where I would be, so I start there.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
At least.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
I have faith every morning when I wake up that
I am not going to jump off a bridge because
of pain. That is a faith that I have to do.
So you can use faith in all kinds of different ways.
You can use that word. You can, you can embrace
it the way that you will. But I do believe
that we are all here for a purpose. We are
all here for a reason. Rob and I are having
this conversation together for each other and for you, and
(33:27):
I'm so happy that you came into my world.
Speaker 4 (33:30):
Yes, I'm so happy that I did as well, because
I think it's important, right, I really, I really do.
And I like I told you, you know seven years
ago if it told lot of so. I hated talking
about politics, I hate to talk about religion, and I
just like, no, no, no. And now that I'm I'm
so comfortable in my shoes and who I am as
what God who created me, and what He's put me
(33:52):
on this earth to do, I'm comfortable talking about an
uncomfortable topic because I'm comfortable in my shoes now and
I'm okay with people not agreeing with me.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
That's okay.
Speaker 4 (34:03):
You don't you don't have to agree with me, but
I still love you. I really do. That's that's what
what the Lord tells us to do, right, And I
really honestly believe that. And so I just want people
to understand that we you know, Christians aren't crazy. They
may are, some of them.
Speaker 1 (34:18):
Are everywhere and every religion and every group, it doesn't
matter what it is religious or not.
Speaker 2 (34:24):
There are crazy.
Speaker 4 (34:26):
There's crazy everywhere. That's that's exactly right. They can infiltrate
any anything. But it's just an important conversation, right that
I think at some point in your life, I feel
when I wake up, I really believe that I woke
up for a purpose, Like I still have breath in
my lungs. God created, He breathed life into us, and
that that breath is God's breath, which is just fascinating
(34:48):
when you when you research that, and it's like, hey,
I'm I'm here for a reason. I'm still alive. There's
there's a reason for me to be here. And so
I love your attitude because you know, you're you're living
in a situation where a lot of people that just
can't and they have a really hard time getting through it,
and you're wake up and He's like, Hey, I have
faith in myself. I'm going to make a difference today.
(35:09):
I'm gonna do my podcast. I'm gonna talk to people
and I'm gonna help others because other people who are
struggling are going to listen to you, and you're gonna
be an inspiration of them. Is like listen to her laugh,
listen to her, listen to having fun right where inside
you know that you're in excruciating pain. That's incredible, right,
That is so enlightening and helpful for other people. So
(35:31):
I just want to lift you up as just thank
you so for what you do and how you do
help people. I think it is very very important we
have these conversations of life is hard. Life really is difficult,
but there's a reason, right God, God is here for
us and he can help you through it. And if
you want a place to land, you can very easily
(35:53):
open up the book and you can have a conversation
with Him and it's super easy. Right. They don't need
to be a part of a church, You don't need
to go to a to a particular place. You can
have a direct relationship with with God without the chirt,
without a book, without lots of things. You can just
have that communication with him. So anyway, I just think
I think it's important for people to understand.
Speaker 1 (36:14):
That is and and thank you for saying it in
the way that you did, and thank you for lifting
me up. I do appreciate it because I was like,
I always cry on every single episode at some point,
and I'm like, Okay, she's going to keep it together.
Speaker 2 (36:23):
Keep it together right now.
Speaker 1 (36:27):
I'm glad that you said that about you don't have
to go to church, you don't have to do these things.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
You just have a relationship with your God.
Speaker 1 (36:33):
And I think that that's really thank you for saying that,
because that that affirms me and kind of you know.
Speaker 3 (36:39):
I think that's important, right, I really do.
Speaker 4 (36:41):
And I think that you at some point, you know,
you may grow into a more much more faithful person.
Speaker 3 (36:46):
Than you That's okay.
Speaker 2 (36:50):
I'm not shutting them right.
Speaker 3 (36:52):
There you go. I love it.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
I love it God was a little nicer to us sometimes.
Speaker 4 (36:57):
Yeah, there's lots of that, right. I am excited that
you're reading the Prayer Guide and it is fascinating, super
fascinating what you said about it though, that you you
read that verse, You're like, oh my gosh, that actually
applies to a situation that I'm in, which is that's
what's so cool about when I read the Bible. It's like,
I'm reading the Bible, but it's about a conversation about
(37:18):
a topic that happened thousands of years ago. But if
it applies to me today, and it's a living word
where the Lord literally communicates with you as you're reading
the Word and you're starting thinking things are like, where
did that come from?
Speaker 3 (37:31):
Right?
Speaker 4 (37:31):
And it didn't come from your probably mind, It didn't
come from the book. It came from God talking to you.
Speaker 3 (37:36):
That happens. Does it really does.
Speaker 4 (37:38):
I'm not going to say it all the time, but
it just it is a living word, and it's really
fascinating when you start living that way. And I'm having
a blast because I'm doing what He's asking me to do,
and I'm stepping out in faith, and I'm just going
to continue to do it, and I believe that He's
going to bless.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
Me and honor me for doing that.
Speaker 4 (37:55):
And I'm just praying I make a little bit of
difference in this world, and so when when I do
meet him at the end of my life, that he says,
well done. Good and faithful servant because that's what drives
me every day.
Speaker 2 (38:07):
It has been nothing but wonderful hanging out with you today.
How can we find you?
Speaker 1 (38:11):
How can we become exodus strong and pain free with you? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (38:15):
So exitdistrong dot com is the simplest way to get
a hold of me, you know, through that, that organization
that says I live and breathe that every day. And
then the Biohackingville dot com is going to be our
new community. We're just we're just building out. I'm re
rebranding my podcast and we're rebranding a TV show that
my brother's working on, and it's going to be it's
(38:35):
going to be really fascinating to bring a collection of
people together and there's gonna be really helpful information for people.
Speaker 3 (38:42):
So I'm super excited about it.
Speaker 1 (38:43):
I love it, and I'm absolutely and everybody knows this
isn't my jam, but I am throwing you out there, baby.
Speaker 3 (38:51):

a conversation that is none other than hanging out with you, buddy.
