Speaker 2 (02:06):
Deep breath, Okay, yes, deep breath, then hold for four
exhale out reset. We are ready. We are ready.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Wow, You've been You've done so much and you have
so much more to do.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
I do have so much more to do. I am
definitely on a mission for everybody to be clear of
any turmoil they're experiencing, any preoccupation, any loops that they're in,
especially after you know, a life change like divorce, or
even if somebody is in mourning and experiencing grief. There

(02:46):
are so many modalities out there. I know. I love
your show. I've listened to some of your guests. There's
so many options out there. I am about speed. I'm
about speed. I'm about get getting people resolved of whatever
they're preoccupied with, whatever is hindering the manifestation of that

(03:08):
life that they want. Let's just clear it. Let's just
clear it fast. That's what I'm about.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Okay, So describe yourself as a vibrational energy coach and
rapid turmoil resolution specialists for those that don't know or
may not be familiar, and explain what it means in
like everyday life.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Okay, sure, I think you know. We'll start with what
unites all of these things, and that is that we
are energetic beings, molecular structures with electromagnetic frequencies running through
us and walking around in these bodies. We not only
are contending with everyday stressors, but depending on what it

(03:50):
is we're going through in life, or what our profession is,
or what's going on in our relationships, we often have
like energetic blocks, and in terms of our energy and
our electromagnetic frequency being blocked, you know, think of the
energy as in us and around us, and also your

(04:12):
physical energy in your body that goes to where it
needs to so that it's running at its most efficient. So,
for instance, I'm a reiki healer, and in reiki, I'm
manipulating the energy around and within you, and you're like
a passive participant. Usually people will reach out to me

(04:32):
for physical healing for things like that. But with r RT,
which is officially Rapid Resolution Therapy created by doctor John Connolly,
we are having a conversation during which I am actually
communicating with both your conscious and subconscious mind at the

(04:56):
same time, and we're working together. And then when it
comes to mindfulness, ultimately that's your practice, and in your practice,
you are consciously controlling your thoughts, which with practice lead
to both mental and physiological change in your overall health
and how you relate to the world. I am very

(05:19):
interested in sharing with this audience specifically about r RT,
and I've blended all of these modalities into one type
of session, and I call it rapid turmoil resolution. Okay,
and it is. You know, technically it's trauma resolution coaching

(05:40):
to clear your subconscious blocks, but energetically, it's the moment
your system stops gripping a memory and an anger or
an upset or a grief or an anxiety that it
didn't realize it could let go of. And you know,
from a practical standpoint, it works fast, and it's permanent.

(06:00):
And the reason besides me wanting you all to feel better,
I want everybody to feel better. When you are clear
of this stuff, you are fully resourced and your eyes
are open and you are open to all of the
possibilities coming your way, new relationships, career, good things going

(06:23):
on with your kids. You're more open and you become
more who you are. Long winded, but that is sort
of encasing all of this stuff together in a description
that I hope will resonate with people.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Oh my god, so you don't have to talk it
out to clear it out. Yes, that is true, amazing.
I wanted to say yes, I'm gonna yes, and healing
in ninety minutes one session might be ten years of therapy.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
What uh huh. Yeah, it seems controversy, I know, but
I will tell you a lot of people. Yeah, a
lot of people come to me as the absolute last resort.
They hear about me, they don't believe it, but nothing
else is working. So then they come a callin.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
So and they're like, why did I why did I know?

Speaker 2 (07:22):
What? Yeah? Well, and this isn't to say therapy, I
mean therapy traditional talk therapy obviously has its role in
its place, and it's very helpful for a lot of people.
But when it comes to sort of an ongoing turmoil situation,
you know, the difference between talk therapy and one session

(07:45):
of rapid turmoil resolution is I'm doing the work for you.
So when you're in therapy, you're having a conversation. So
you're having a conversation with your therapist a lot of times,
and I'll bring in that sort of last thing that
you touched on. You're reliving whatever it is, you're talking
about it and probably repeating it, staying in the staying

(08:09):
in the past, yes, but not just staying in the past.
For some people, it's really painful whatever that past, like,
we're super painful, so heartbreak, anger, resentment, grief, and if
there if you're going through other things such as trauma, fears, phobias, OCD, anxiety,

(08:38):
panic attacks, all of this stuff, you're having a conscious
conversation with your therapist. Here is where this we take
a different tech. I believe that where we are experiencing
these emotions, thoughts, and behaviors is different from where they

(09:00):
are being generated from. And if they're being generated from
inner mind subconscious levels, you can talk about it intellectually
all you want, but you're not making change down at
the bottom. And that's what our RT does and that's
why it works so fast, because you know, get over it,

(09:22):
Get over him. Oh you've got so much to look
forward to, plenty of fish in the sea, you know
all these things. Don't be sad. You've got so much
to be grateful for. We hear these things, of course,
we know this, we know this, We know all these things.
If it were that easy, everybody would be walking around
to having a party because moving on but intellectually does

(09:46):
not affect where that stuckness is. So that is why
if I'm having a conversation with you and I'm taking
responsibility for your healing. We're moving along at super fast.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
So so okay, so you're doing the work for us,
So what are we doing?

Speaker 2 (10:07):
Well, of course there's a little bit of conversation in
the beginning, right, you got to tell me why you're here? Yes,
what is what are you preoccupied with? How is it
affecting your life? Right? Where are you seeing it? Show up?
And I would one up it and say here's here's

(10:27):
more of what you could be experiencing once that loop
is gone that you're in, and then you're sort of
a participant. And like I said, it's a blend of
some mindfulness. It's a I think the closest thing we
might make an analogous to might be hypnotherapy, but it's

(10:50):
not because you're you're here with me, like just like
you and I are now. So I'm just I am
just able to speak to and in ways that affect
your inner mind at the subconscious level.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
What if someone doesn't know how it's affecting them, but
they know something's going on.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
Does that make sense? Yes? So, very good question. A
lot of times people will come with the sort of
feelings of overwhelm or feelings of mistrust right, they don't
feel like they're making connection with people, or lack of
motivation or intellectually they want to be in a relationship again,

(11:40):
but they don't see they can't see any potential in
any other person or they you know, it could be
something like that. It could just be feelings of pressure
they don't know what it's from. Or they might have
a tremendous fear of you know, when there's loud noises,
they get real anxious, right, and they don't know why.

(12:02):
I don't know why. It all really doesn't matter. We
just get to where it is residing and in our
mind and we clear it. And people tend to When
they're done, they feel better, relaxed. There's nobody that says
I don't feel better. But it's not till like they

(12:23):
hit the pavement and go out into life a day later,
two days later, a month later, where they see they
are approaching life differently. They're not reacting the same way.
They have an overall sense that they are smarter or
thinking more creatively or sensing possibilities, and they realize that

(12:47):
it has had a tremendous effect compared to how they
were before. So that's where the you know, where the
rubber hits the road is when they go out into
life and they're like, wow, what is this witchcraft?

Speaker 1 (12:57):
And they're like, wait, Mary, what did you just due
to me all of a sudden. It's that hits them later.
It's fascinating mm hmmmm.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
It is because you want to be happy. You know.
We sometimes, you know, we go through life and we're
doing the things and we're we're taking care of the
kids and doing what we have to do what we
have to do, and we go to bed and we
go in the cycle and they're like, well, I'm doing
all the things, but boy, something isn't right. Just something

(13:30):
I'm feeling like I'm missing something, or I'm constantly in
feelings of guilt or shame, like I feel ashamed, or
I don't want to engage with other people, like there's
something this leaky. And a lot of times, while yeah,
I get the people that are have been in crisis
for years, let's say, with OCD or trauma or things

(13:52):
like that, but I also get people that say I
don't feel like my issue is worthy. They use the
word worthy of engaging with a therapist and starting therapy,
but I just don't feel right, and so we take
it from there, so.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
You don't have to hit rock bottom to start healing.
Why does so many people feel they need to break
down completely before they rebuild.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
I guess it's part of the human condition, right, We're conditioned.
Some people call it hustle culture.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Right.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Oh well, somebody once said, until my personal life blows
up in smoke, I'm probably not doing great at my job.
Once I'm doing really good at my job, that must mean,
you know, everything else has to suffer. Or it's almost
like we're conditioned to get over it. Be resilient, journal
about it. Just keep journaling, journaling about it. And not

(14:54):
to knock mindfulness because I am the mindfulness Queen, and
mindfulness is such a great skill to make your way
in the world. That's why I that's what I bring
to corporations really is a culture of a mindset of mindfulness. Right.
But if there's deeper issues, we're just kind of told

(15:16):
to navigate it, navigate it. And I think people don't
think that they can feel better. They don't realize there's
this other echelon where they could still be doing all
the things, taking care of your kids, going to work, dating,

(15:37):
whatever it is, but your outlook in here rather than
setting the alarms and looking at your clock all the time,
and you know that you can actually feel so open
and feel all those things like you're on a ride
and what's what's today going to be like? In this
optimistic perspective, still doing those things because now you can

(15:59):
up level things and meet new people, and you know,
who knows where you could take your job or create
a business, or start writing and being creative because you
hadn't thought of it before because you're in your sympathetic
nervous system is on overdrive.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
So much great information. We're going to talk about what
role energy plays and how we're experiencing healing and the
energy that you bring, whether you know you do or
you don't. We're going to take a quick break for

We're back with Mary Petto. Okay, so I want to
talk mostly about mindfulness, energy, manifesting, all that stuff. When
you come up, when some people can, whether they know

(18:24):
it or not, they're bringing energy, whether it's bad or good,
out into this world. Right, that's right. So how do
you bring the good energy?

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Like?

Speaker 1 (18:35):
Talk to us about that?

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Okay, well, let's first not describe it as I like
to think of it, not as good energy, as bad
or bad energy, but more contracted or expanded. Okay, And
actually this this is in my book. I keep it
bookmarked for and I know your listeners can't see this,

(18:59):
but I'm paying sixty seven. I actually have my own doodle.
And that's sort of like a funnel of your energy.
So down at the bottom, that's when you're really contracted, shame, guilt, fear,
and at the top, when you're expanded, you know you're
more in Actually neutral is good, right, there's nothing wrong
with neutral, And then there's acceptance, love and joy, and

(19:22):
that's that's where magic really happens. Even at that level
of your energy's neutral, you can you can do it
a tremendous amount of manifesting with your intention. And actually, Wendy,
this is where all my work started. There with this
book and with the work I was doing was strictly

(19:42):
about how do I get what I want in my
life and really working with the science. I know some
people might poo pooh this talk of the law of
attraction or the law of vibration, but we are this,
like I said in the beginning, you know that we're
we are molecular beings in electromagnetic structures here, so we

(20:04):
are resonating with the electromagnetic field, the quantum field, the
field of potentiality where anything is possible, and we have
billions of bits of information around us all the time,
and so literally anything we want we can resonate with,
but we don't see it because we can't take in

(20:24):
billions of bits of information. So we have this raz
this reticular activating system in our brains that will only
seek out that with what we believe or that with
what which we are looking for? You know, anything like that.
I have something in the book called the purple car theory.
And Wendy, maybe you've heard of this, but if you've

(20:46):
ever been out, Let's say you stop at the coffee
shop and you notice a cute car park there and
you go, oh wow, I've never seen a purple Nissan before.
That's that's pretty cool. And then you take your coffe
and you get out on the highway and there's hundreds
of them. I call that the purple car theory, where
you think, what am I a magician?

Speaker 1 (21:07):
Like?

Speaker 2 (21:07):
What is going on here? Like? I never saw them
before a minute ago, Now there's a hundred. What happened
was because we can rewire what's important. And as soon
as you notice something and decide you like it, now
that ras, the ras will open up and allow more
of that bit in. So they were always there, you

(21:29):
didn't see them because they weren't important to you yet
you hadn't made note of it. So maybe you're a
parking spot person. I'm a parking spot person. That's somebody. Yeah,
I always get a good parking spots name. Yes, I
knew it, Wendy and I And there are a lot

(21:49):
of people out there and they don't know anything about
the law of attraction. They don't know anything about the
laws of vibration or setting your intention. But they don't
have to because this is just how the quant and
field works. When you are confident and make a decision
and you say and you fully believe it, you know it.
I am a parking spot person. Voila, it's Black Friday

(22:10):
and you've got the third spot from the door at
the mall. So that is that's where I had to
share this story. I so when I go.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
I live on this little island. I go with my
girlfriend and we go. She was like, want to go
to Costco. It's not like we need anything, we just
go because it's just something to do. She's like, I know,
I know you're going to get the best spot. I
always get the best spot because I say it.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Because I say it, Well, it's not even and you're
saying it, but you also believe it through and through right,
and so that is the quintessential human experience proof of
this law. You have internalized it. So that's how I started.

Speaker 1 (22:53):
I've never heard of all the purple car theory, but I.

Speaker 2 (22:56):
Made it up.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
I'm going to hear it.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Okay. Well, if you hear it, give me credit. Right.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
I'm Mary Wait, I'm gonna walk out the door today
and I'm gonna be like, oh gosh, Mary, that's right.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
And so, so now you know, I coached people when
I was teaching workshops how to make this lot of
vibration work for you career, jobs, relationship, spiritual, your health,
even your health, so your physical health. So I have
stories and stories of people like meeting their second husband,

(23:32):
getting married, career story.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
I want to hear a story, please, Oh okay, real
life stories here.

Speaker 2 (23:40):
I'm gonna pick a story from page seventy five ish please. Yeah.
So one of my clients, she, let's put it this way.
I knew her, she didn't know she was in a
session with me, but I gave her one. Okay. So
we were having lunch. She went to a horrible divorce.

(24:02):
The guy was awful. It was a horrible marriage, even
worse divorce. So and she's raising two beautiful girls. They
were I think in middle school at the time. And
I said something about my husband and he was so
good this morning, he made me the best breakfast. Well,

(24:23):
she just said it must be nice. I am never
ever ever going to have that again. I'm never going
to have that. I'm never gonna I said, what in
the world are you talking about? Do you want that?
Do you want a relationship like that? She said, well, yeah,
but there's just no way. I've decided I'm not dating anymore.

(24:44):
Every man is the worst, They're ill like. So basically,
what had happened and now this is many years later,
when I have my r RT structure in place. What
I know is happening is her inner mind is generating
these thoughts all men suck and I'm never going to

(25:05):
have it again, And this is this is more comfortable
for me than being in the relationship I really want.
In her mind is generating that because of let's call
it little TA trauma, this bad, bad relationship she was in.
But I just said to her, what if this relationship

(25:27):
is out there for you? She said, well, I would
like to. I don't know. Can we be cheeky on
to your audience today, Wendy, You know, she you know,
I want to have I want to have sex again,
like I want at least that. I'm like, well, of course,
like you deserve that. So what if he is out there.
What if you're wrong? What if you're wrong? She's like, well,

(25:53):
everybody I look at just makes me shut down again.
That's that's in her mind. That is her sympathetic nervousness
blocking it. So I over lunch, I worked with her
on the three components of the law of attraction. Ask, believe, receive,

(26:14):
and so she I asked her to put a picture
together of what she wanted. What was an example, and
she actually gave me the example that she was at
Target and she was parking the car and she saw
this older couple and the woman was on one of
the scooters, you know, like on one knee, a knee

(26:34):
scooter right like she couldn't quite you know, and the
man just the husband had his hand on her back
and they were moving slow. And she said, I looked
at that, and I said, that is that's freaking love
right there. That's what I want, right. So it wasn't sex.
I mean, she is a beautiful woman, young woman, young girl,
like she's she's got a lot of runway left. But

(26:56):
she saw that and she knew so that resonated with her.
So we had a picture and you know, I had
her describe why she liked it, and what would feel
good about it? You know a lot of people put
their dream person, they make a list, and it's all
kind of this like superficial. Not superficial, I mean that

(27:19):
not that's your being shallow, but just like you know,
maybe there's height, and maybe there's skin tone, and maybe
there's a certain financial echelon. You know, maybe there's economics
in that list and you know that kind of stuff.
But when it comes to this law vibration and meeting
that match, you want to not be focused there, but

(27:41):
what it feels like, What does it feel like to be?
That's where you want to be. And as you start
feeling that, that sends out that electromagnetic frequency that is
you setting your intention. You can't set I mean you can,
don't get me wrong. If you if you if you
say I'm going to meet a tall man and he's

(28:02):
going to do this, and he's going to do that,
I'm gonna I'm going to say there's a sixty five
percent chance you will because you're determined, like I get
good parking spots. But if you, if you if that relationship,
if you want to supersize that, how does it feel okay?
I'll even take that that person's list superficial list and

(28:23):
say that person is next to you on the couch,
what does it feel like? That's where you are, And
that's that vibrational component, right. And then the next part
is where people really get stuck though, and that's believe
I get good parking spots. I'm I'm in this relationship.

(28:44):
I might as well be in this relationship. I know
it's coming, I know it's coming, and saying, and when
I had lunch with this woman, I was saying on
your right to work, say I know it's possible. I'm
going to meet my boyfriend today. I can't wait to
meet my boyfriend. And at first, you know you're saying affirmations.

(29:06):
They sound fake and phony, like you're play acting, but
you are letting inner mind know that it's safe to
say those things. When you purposely go into doing something
rather than avoiding something, you're telling in our mind it's safe.
So if you're telling in our mind, if you're avoiding

(29:28):
men and not looking up and not participating, you're telling
in our mind this isn't safe. So your inner mind
will keep generating things to create this isn't safe. But
if you keep saying, and this is again, I'm sort
of giving a backward story because now I know why
how I coached her worked, because I'm now one of

(29:51):
you know, twenty five specialists in the world in this
RT stuff. Now I understand why the law of attraction
works when it does. And so so she did. And
she had mentioned that there was a cute guy at work.
She was a paralegal, one of the lawyers. He was cute,
but she wasn't and he never looks at her. And
I checked in on her a week later, and she

(30:12):
said her very next day at work, after we had lunch,
she walked off the elevator and he was like leaning
on a file cabinet or something, and he looked up
at her and said good morning. He was there, and
he had never spoken to her. She had only noticed
him for his looks, but he was always looking down
and busy, and he looked up at her and said, hello, there, Wendy.

(30:33):
Is that vibrational energy component her vibration, her openness After
saying I'm going to meet my boyfriend today, I wonder
who my boyfriend's going to be. And having experienced the
vibrational emotion of being in a relationship that she wants.
When she stepped off the elevator, he looked up. And

(30:54):
it's that same vibration. You know when you're at a
party and you walk into a party and sometimes you're like, oof,
I'm going to head into the kitchen and just like acquibate,
or sometimes you walk in a party and you're like wow,
like where do I go first? You don't have to
be smart. We are vibrational electromagnetic beings and we feel

(31:14):
the stuff. Or how you know, somebody staring at you
from behind and you whip your head around and sure enough,
somebody was staring at you. He looked up, and so
they started a conversation and you know, turns out that
they they shop at the same store, Wegmans, and you
know they and he's divorced and all this.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
It sounds so easy, Mary man, is it that easy?
It sounds easy.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
It is, And Wendy, thank you for saying that it
doesn't have to be complicated. You don't have to hit
rock bottom and you don't have to have ten years
of therapy. We over complicate things. But it's not our fault.
It's not our fault. It's our advanced minds. Trying to
protect us and assuming everything's going to be difficult.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Wow, all we need is you Mary, seriously?

Speaker 2 (32:04):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (32:04):
For someone Okay, So a couple more questions. So, someone
who feels emotionally exhausted but has to keep functioning, what's
the simple step they can take.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
Somebody who is emotionally exhausted but has to keep functioning,
what is a simple step they can take. I hate
to sound cliche, but to flip the script on all
those things they have to keep functioning on and about

(32:39):
to see them as blessings, right, to look at what if?
What if they didn't have those things right? And what
the reason I say that you could start with just
a basic gratitude list. And I want to switch from

(32:59):
hokey goofy you know everybody's doing that, to the science
behind it, because if I give you the science behind it,
you will do it because it's so easy and fun.
Start a gratitude list. Not it doesn't have to be
a big one. But if you start your day with
my feet at the floor today and I went to

(33:20):
the doctor yesterday and my blood work looks good, boy,
if I think about how many friends are dealing with
health issues, or how much is you know how many
people are sick today and I'm not. I am I
am lucky. I get to get through my day and
get by on all the things I have to do
because my health is number one. What a great way

(33:41):
to start the day, Like, I get to do these things,
and you switch to I have so much to carry
with my family. Oh, I have a family. I know
people that are lonely. I know women that if they
just never connected with anybody. I know couples that never
got to have kids. Say that's that, gosh, because one

(34:02):
day I'm going to have huge Thanksgiving dinners and I'm
going to have daughters and sons in laws and grandchildren.
So I'm going to put up with this shit storm
of middle school crap I have to put up with
because I'm so lucky. I have the benefit of it, right,
And then so you just kind of take it from
there where you can just kind of every time you

(34:25):
say god, damn it, go oh but wait, the truth
is I get to do this, and it starts to
the thing is it doesn't just flip the switch on
your emotion, but it starts opening up that you're more resourced.

Speaker 1 (34:40):
Amazing. Yeah, and as simple as that I'm so grateful
I woke up today. I'm so grateful my feet hit
the ground. I'm so grateful I'm able to get out
and record this podcast today with you and spread all
your knowledge to the world. Like all this is all good?

Speaker 3 (34:58):
All right?

Speaker 1 (34:58):
I want to talk about your book, and I want
to also ask this question. The Quantum Leap Success program
blends neuroscience, quantum physics, psychology, and healing modalities. What's one
practice from the approach listeners can try today?

Speaker 2 (35:14):
Oh my goodness, okay, this and I like, I love
talking about the mindfulness peace because it's it kind of
puts everything together in this little micro way. Right. So
let's say you're just like in the thrust of your

(35:34):
day and you're starting and you realize like you're you
get to wherever you're going, and you don't even know
how you got there because you've got that muscle memory
going and your brain is going in another direction. You
feel stressed, You've got too much to do. In the
same minute, I want you to do just a mini meditation.

(35:58):
So step outside wherever you are, just go to another
room and do a couple of deep breaths in for
four hold for four, exhale for eight. Just do it
a couple of times, and then anything that you want
to change in the moment, you can just say this.

(36:21):
Just say this, and by the way, trademark.

Speaker 1 (36:25):
This on me.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
Everything always works out for me. Actually, I don't know
if I can take credit. I think Abraham Hicks said
it first. Everything always works out for me. As soon
as you calm down and get that those deep breaths
in where you have sort of reset. It's like a
mini nap. You know how you're more productive after the nap.

(36:48):
Oh yeah, or a little if you you know, if
you have to like go to work, you commute, you
have an eight hour day, you start to like slow down,
and then you go to lunch and you come back
and you're okay, roll up your sleeves. You just need
that reset because the energy is starting to contract. Mindful
breaths and then just say, everything always works out for me,

(37:11):
get back to work, and more magic will come your way.
I'll tell you this, I'll use this all the time.
I was about five years ago. Was the first time
I did it, and then I just started doing it
all the time. I'm in the car, I have to
go pick up my new glasses. I'm supposed to meet
somebody for lunch and my daughter just called, and you know,

(37:32):
just everything Like my daughter had called and I she
needed me to go back to the house and get something,
and my lunch date had said, this is my only window,
and we had planned it for so long, and I
was just like ough, took a deep breath, just said
I really wish I had an extra fifteen minutes, but

(37:53):
everything always works out for me. Bootoop text from my
girlfriend Mary, I'm so sorry, I'm running late. I need
an extra fifteen So that is the these little mini
ways where if you just got to get yourself to
neutral and taking those breaths and saying everything always works

(38:14):
out for me, no matter what you're doing in the
middle of that day, try it. Try it. I'd love
to hear how you do it that.

Speaker 1 (38:22):
Oh my gosh, amazing. What's the most inspiring rewrite you've
ever witnessed? Am sure?

Speaker 2 (38:29):
There's many?

Speaker 1 (38:30):
Can you come up with one?

Speaker 2 (38:31):
Can you?

Speaker 1 (38:31):
Can you just share one and then I'll have you
come back to share probably all your hundreds. I mean,
I talk to you all day and then tomorrow and
the next day, and can you just be my best
single week. This is so inspiring. I mean because it's
it's it's not a lot to do, it's not it's

(38:52):
not your energy at your mindset. Greg Boudoulas, I don't
know if you know him. He's a former monk. He
lived in isolation for seven years. I did two parts
of an interview with him. It was mind blowing his experience.
And he has a ted talk as well too, but
he's a great one. You should too. We did a

(39:14):
meditation actually on the air, which was amazing, and he
said to me the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me,
there's so much light around you. And I feel like
that's what you were talking about with the vibration, the energy,
Like you and I had energy right away, Like right
when we started this interview and we were looking at
each other, was there was great energy there. So this

(39:36):
has set my day for the whole day just talking.

Speaker 2 (39:39):
I get it. Yeah. Yeah, I felt that too, Wendy,
Like you're best friend in my head, like yeah right.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
Like we we're gonna finish this interview, I'm and it
talks for all day. But isn't it amazing? Like people
don't realize they're walking around and you could, and I
say that too to people. I said, God, she has
such good energy or he is you know you can
you can tell that about people. Yeah, and some while
walking around without that you feel it if people take

(40:09):
time to notice, right mm.

Speaker 2 (40:12):
Hmmm hm m hm. And I do I tend to.
You know, I've decided I used to feel kind of
like I don't want to intrude on people's lives. So
if an acquaintance is talking to me, but you know,
if they say, oh, I have this problem or I'm okay,
I'm going through divorce, so you know I'm not feeling

(40:34):
good about dating right now, I will immediately start having
that RT conversation. Like they won't even know I'm doing
it because I don't. It's like, if you have the
money you want to and somebody needs the money, you
give them the money. So like I have the skills
and I see someone suffering, I just want to, Yeah,
let's just do this. Let me just set them up

(40:56):
for a better day. And when somebody can and when
when there's sympathetic nervous systems experience the better day, then
they feel safe and they stop locking down on this
meaning you know the rewrite question that you ask me,
is interesting. I look at people's lives as like, you know,

(41:16):
we're all this is the story of our life, right,
this is the story of our life. And we if
we are resourced, you know, if we are approaching life,
if I'm a resourced capacity, then we keep adding chapters
on exploring new things, experiencing contrast. I like this, I
don't like this. This didn't work out, But here's what

(41:36):
I've learned. I just discovered something new. I want to
do this. Right. You're adding on chapters. We can, though,
get stuck on part one or this chapter, and we loop.
We loop because of grief, because of heartbreak, because of anger, resentment.
We loop, and we're not We're not writing that story.

(42:00):
So what I want is for people to get clear.
And when they get clear of whatever that loop is,
they are now starting part two, the next tome, the
next chapter. And I don't want them to rewrite chapter one.
I just want them to be able to talk about

(42:23):
chapter one from a neutral perspective. Because when we can
talk about our experiences without applying meaning to them, without
them having some traumatic triggering feeling, we can share our
story with others. And that's what it's all about. Our
vibrational connection to others. When I can tell the story

(42:43):
about when this happened, or this happened in my relationship,
or this happened with my kids, I'm helping somebody else
realize that they're not alone. Turmoil lives and it thrives
in solitude, but it can't live in a share open space.
So we need people to not just keep building on

(43:05):
their stories because they're clear they're not looping, but to
be able to tell that story again. And yes I
do have and actually, if it's not inappropriate, I have
a little gift for your listeners.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
Yes, please, you are a gift, A gift I have.

Speaker 2 (43:26):
I have something called the loop Locator. So I want
to give this to your listeners for free. So and
I will tell you what it is, but it's Portable
visions dot com slash gift. Portable visions dot com slash
gift is where you can find this free loop locator. So, like,

(43:48):
if you've been spiraling in anger or grief or heartbreak
or even like shame or fear, like it's just as
it could be really like right there present, you're just
kind of hens and angry all the time, more fearful
or it might just kind of you feel it like
it's just there. It's a leaky energy. Your nervous system

(44:08):
isn't sabotaging you. Like I explained about that woman I
worked with. It's just stuck in a loop. So this guide,
the loop Locator, helps you find in your body where
that loop lives and what makes it come out and
what to do about it. So it will help you
find the signal your mind's been replaying. Okay, and show

(44:31):
you how we can clear it together.

Speaker 1 (44:34):
Amazing. We'll have the link up on all the social Okay. So, Mary,
your book, The Family Guide to the Law of Attraction.
What do you want us to know about that? There's
so much in that book, and I can't wait for
everyone to read it. We don't have much time to
share with us that And please come back again.

Speaker 2 (44:52):
Oh my gosh, I would love to. All Right, there's
what I'll say about this book. It's short, it's got
big fonts, it's got my deal. I it is ages
nine to ninety nine. And when I when I call
it the family got into Law attraction doesn't mean you

(45:13):
have to be in a family, but it is based
on the law of attraction. And I always Like, what
I realized is when I was individually coaching people, they
might come back six months later. You'll learn the skill,
but maybe then you'll lose it. But when I was
teaching in groups, they would like there were like running
buddies for each other. Up, don't say that, say it

(45:36):
this way instead, remember affirmations intention. And so the book
is intended to share with your tribe. So yes, your family, Yes,
share do it as a family with your kids, or
take it to work and have a little book club
on it, or gather some friends. And maybe it's your
basketball team or you know, your pick a ball squad.

(45:59):
I don't know, but that's what I mean by family,
it's your tribe. And basically it just sets up what
we mean by ask, believe, receive, those three steps to
manifestation and otherwise. Oh there's some cool experiments to do
in there too. I mean, just to like play with
it a little. But it unfolded within a story after

(46:20):
story of my clients. I have a fourth grade girl,
I have an executive VP man. They're all in there.
What how they made a shift using ask, believe, receive,
And that's really what it's all about.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
I'm going to share it with my majon Group two. Yay,
hide's my audience here. What a wonderful time with you.
I can't thank you enough and definitely Kim, thank you
so much, so much more. We'll have to do this

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
