Glenn Brandon from the Central Pennsylvania MusicHall of Fame is over there and one
of the missions, if you will, of the CPMHOF is youth music Education,
and you guys really do a greatjob of cultivating the young artist and
the young talent around here. Tellme about this project that you have coming
(14:24):
up with rock Lititz. Yeah.Absolutely, This is kind of the world
premiere of talking about the details here. We haven't really spoke much about it,
but it is a project that isnow fully completed. We actually got
together eight different teenagers from ages thirteento eighteen and comprise the Central Pennsylvania Youth
All Star band Nice. We tookthose eight individuals out to rock Lititz to
(14:48):
do a professional recording of a coversong in Baba O'Reilly, which is also
known as you know, teenage wasteLands. Yea, they're actually teenagers,
so that's even more appropriate out andwe filmed a music video out of it
as well. And this is somethingthat we're hoping, you know, goes
viral and an effort to promote theCentral Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fames work with
(15:09):
Youth Music Education on helping these kidsout. But more so we hope it
goes viral to um, you know, better the careers of these young individuals
who are who are really going forit and really talented, and what an
experience they got to have at Rocklit Its like the premier place to go
record a song and do a video. I'm sure it's just I can't wait
to see it and hear it.Absolutely yeah. I would imagine we'll be
(15:31):
featuring that on an upcoming episode ofthe local show Will Yeah out at rock
Lititz. We recorded at Atrium Audio, which are Grammy nominated producers Carson Slovak
and McFarland out there and in thatstudio within the past year. You know,
they had big names like Mariah Careyand Justin Bieber. So to have
these kids in here, some ofwhich was their first experience ever recording in
(15:54):
a studio period, but man,it was it was. It was really
an awesome experience for the kids andsomething that I myself am am most proud
of that we've accomplished with the Hallof Fame. So we're actually going to
do a video launch party at theEnglewood on Thursday, August tenth. Oh
