Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello, I'm you happy, keep book Neil Smith and old
Buck Buddy. Are you hearing Neil?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Neil?

Speaker 3 (00:09):
I miss you, Mannes I have a question.

Speaker 4 (00:12):
We respect for me downs breaking a major story, Chris Congratulations.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Listen to a single score podcast. There is growing pressure

(00:43):
on Governor Gray Gabtt to fire the Secretary of State
of Texas. Her name is Jane Nelson. She is a
political appointee for those of you outside of Texas. She
does not stand for elections. She does not face the voters.
She is only accountable to the governor of the State
of Texas, and there are calls growing louder and louder

(01:04):
and louder for that accountability to come from the governor's office.
The reason those calls are getting louder is because Jane
Nelson has come out in the wake of the Attorney
General Ken Paxton saying that his evaluation of the Texas
law that states that Democrats can vote in Republican primaries
and Republicans can vote in Democrat primaries, that that violates

(01:27):
the US Constitution. It's called an open primary process, and
it allows both political parties to interfere in the other
political parties elections. There's a problem with that. The problem
is is that these groups, the Republican Party and the
Democrat Party are private organizations. Now, Apparently, back in the

(01:49):
day the political parties, when it was run by Democrats
in this state, the political parties agreed that as a
condition of the State of Texas allow allowing them helping
them to administer their elections, that they would keep their
primaries open to both sides. Of course, this would ensure
the Democrat majority would be able to always stimy and

(02:12):
stifle and thwart any Republican challenge. Now that the state
of Texas has turned decidedly read, the entrenched Democrat interests
who call themselves Republicans are trying to basically bide their
time make sure that there is nothing that is passed
that implements, you know, too much freedom and too much
freedom of association in the state of Texas for the

(02:34):
one day the Blues will take over, the Democrats will
take back over the state of Texas. So there's an
effort among the Republicans to say, look, we've got far
too many Rhinos who are elected into office courtesy of
those in the Democrat Party who say, you know what,
I don't want staunch conservatives in the Republican parties. So

(02:54):
the state of Texas is saying to the Republicans, Hey,
if the Democrats don't like your conservatives, we're going to
give them the power to come in and vote against
conservatives so that the Democrats can get their chosen, squishy,
fake Republican of their choice, so that the Democrats can
you stay in the game. That seems to be what's

(03:16):
going on here. Jane Nelson, in the wake of the
Attorney General saying this is unconstitutional. You cannot. We have
a right of association in the United States, a First
Amendment right as a firm by the Supreme Court, Jane
Nelson came out after that and said, nope, I'm going
to hire a high priced attorney, by the way, at
taxpayer expense, going to hire a high priced attorney, and

(03:38):
I am going to sue. I'm going to challenge the
state of Texas to make sure that it cannot close
its primaries because Jane Nelson apparently wants to keep Democrats
voting in Republican primaries. And I don't support it. I
think it's it's a bat guano crazy stance to have it.

(03:59):
Let me tell you why. Charlie Kirk is dead because
of a lunatic leftist who decided to take his life.
We have a gubernatorial candidate who refuses and actually every
other high profile Democrat who refuses to condemn an attorney
general candidate in Virginia who said he wants to see

(04:21):
his political opponents dead and the children of his political
opponents dead. He actually put that out in a text message,
and no Democrat has condemned that and called for him. Well,
they've condemned it, but they have not called for him
to step down from the race. They think that he
is the best man for the job. Somebody who's wishing

(04:43):
death on his political opponents. That's who Jane Nelson believes
should be voting in Republican primaries. You have Abigail Spanberger.
She's out there. She is the gubernatorial candidate in Virginia.
She has taken a fifty thousand dollar donation from Common
Is China. So called businessman. As you know, in communist countries,

(05:05):
there's no such thing that is separate from the government,
So businesses are run and owned wholly owned subsidiaries of
the government. The CCP runs this businessman as they run
every businessman in China. So this businessman gave fifty thousand
dollars to Spanburger and Jane Nelson, appointed by Republican Grey
Gabbett believes those kinds of people should be voting in

(05:28):
Republican primaries. In New Jersey, Democrat gubernatorial candidate Mickey Cheryl
is facing criticism after a alleged businessman so called businessman
who is really an operative of the communist Chinese Party
gave her donations. Pen Nie, the founder of Wang Jing
America Corporation, donated sixty thousand dollars to the One Giant

(05:51):
Leap super Pack backing Cheryl's campaign in the form of
two checks, in addition to giving five eight hundred dollars
in Max's donations directly to Cheryl's campaign this summer. So
folks that these are the type of people that Jane
Nelson wants voting in Republican primaries. It seems if you're
an enemy of America, there's a place that you want

(06:13):
to go. You want to go to the Democrat Party.
And it seems that if you're an enemy of Texas,
there are people who are interested and want to make
sure that these enemies of America can continue to exert
their influence in Republican elections, and I fundamentally disagree, as
does our good friend Cambray Cambray Nelson stating this on

(06:35):
one of her hot takes on X Listen to this.
Buckle up.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
Attorney General Ken Paxson just back to the Texas GOP
in his lawsuit to close Republican primaries, and he's calling
out Abbotts appointed Secretary of State Jane Nelson for fighting
against it. Now, right now, in Texas, anyone Democrats, Independence
whoever can walk in on election day and vote in
a Republican primary. Yep, that means the left literally pick

(07:00):
our Republican nominees. Paxson's has said enough. He foullod a
joint motion with the text GOP, saying the open primary
law is unconstitutional and violates Republicans First Amendment right to
free association. Now he's demanding Texas joint states like Florida
Kentucky where Republicans pick Republicans. Now here's the kicker. The
Attorney General isn't just going after Democrats, He's going after

(07:20):
the state's own secretary of state for using taxpayer dollars
to fight conservatives in court. So now We've got two
arms of the same government in the same boxing ring,
the grassroots versus the establishment. If Jane Nelson's office wants
to keep letting Democrats voting GOP primaries, maybe she should
just switch parties and make it official.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Yeah, I I'll just say this what she said, what
Cambry said. Coming up next, talk with my good buddy
at amuse on X about Texas issues, national issues, and
things that are of interest to all of us. Coming
up in this house sades, storm podcasts, and now a

Speaker 1 (11:29):
I have a lot to talk about with my guest
good friend. As you all may or may not know,
there is the third hour of this show that takes
place every Friday. Third hour. It's on X exclusively. It's
called the Third Rail, and my co host is my
next guest. Elon Musk tells X users they are now

(11:49):
the media. One of the most influential members of that
new media folks over six hundred and sixty five thousand
followers is at Amuse. His posts are elegant much needed
counter way to the narrative over news that you're getting
from the mainstream press that's being pushed out there. Welcome
back at Amuse.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
Thank you very much, Chris. It's a pleasure to be here.
Hope you're doing well today.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
And right back at you, my friend. Look, I know
you were listening to the show earlier today and you
heard from one of our Trump haters, Michael, who called
in and was decrying some of these deals being done.
And I think we demonstrated sufficiently that there's a net
intake of income coming into the United States, whereas deals
in the past have been to our detriment where we

(12:35):
weren't making any money. Would you describe what you sent
to me on the Argentina deal, because you were covering this.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
Absolutely. I mean so Argentina is one of our allies,
and Melay is a kind of a hope for the region,
a great patriot, someone who loves his own country, someone
who expouses police that are somewhat similar to our own president.
You know, he's cutting the deficits, he's cutting you know,

(13:04):
absolutely insane laws and getting rid of bureaucrats to do
nothing but you know, basically take control of the lives
of the people of Argentina. So he's a big reformer,
and he has a lot of enemies, particularly from the
Soros class, and they are using the old Soros tactics
of targeting the currency of Argentina to topple the government

(13:25):
of Melee. And so Scott Bessant, who we all know
used to work for the Master Soros, knows exactly what
Soros's people are doing and how they're targeting the currency.
And so what he's opened up and what we're doing
as a country is opening up currency swap lines with Argentina.
And this makes it so expensive for these guys to

(13:48):
short the currency. It basically will bankrupt the speculators. And
so we do this a lot in the United States.
It's probably not well known, but probably more than a
dozen times. We've done it more Argentina before successfully and
we made money when we opened up currency swap lines.
We've done it for Mexico, we've done it for South Korea,
We've done it for the EU and every time we
make money or at least break even, and it's a

(14:09):
tool we can use. We don't send any money so
people keep saying we're spending twenty billion dollars Argentina. No,
we're opening up a twenty billion dollars swap line. It
has to be repaid. Do they give us their currency?
We give them our currency. And what it does it
deters the Soros globalists from basically being able to destroy
the Argentinaan currency because it will bankrupt them and they

(14:32):
don't want to lose their money. Well that's kind of
what's going on in Argentina.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
Well, you know, first off, Malay, I would argue, is
more successful at this point at trimming the size of
his government establishment than has President Trump. President Trump is trying.
But the first Foray into that and for all those
who say that we don't have any criticism for those
we support, Yeah, the first Foray and this massive overspending

(14:55):
package that was put through the big beautiful bill added
to the debt. I wasn't excited about that, and I
let it be known. But remember about Soros. This is
how he made his money by targeting Europe, by targeting
the UK, by shorting their currency, and he caused massive
economic devastation for the United Kingdom while making himself rich.

(15:17):
Did he not.

Speaker 4 (15:19):
He did, and it is slightly ironic that you know,
one of the architects of that deal is Scott Bessent,
our own Treasury secretary. The good news is he's on
our team this time, and he's on the team of
FLA at this time, basically fighting off these globalists. And
I've generally been happy with his performance. I wasn't a
big fan of his nomination and appointment, but he's turned

(15:41):
out to be a pretty good ally.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
Everybody I talked to who knows economics says that Scott
Besson is the real deal. And like you said, maybe
he was misguided in the past, but now having his
intellect and his financial prowess in our corner in the
United States corner is nice. And I'm right there with you.
I have enjoyed what he's been doing. Let's talk about

(16:05):
the Republicans here. They are shocked. They are shocked that
the Democrats keep on abusing government, keep on breaking the
law to attack Republicans because, and I have to point
this out at amuse, the Republicans do absolutely nothing to
fight back or deter the Democrats aggression. What is your

(16:27):
take on this?

Speaker 4 (16:29):
You know, it baffles me. I mean, we are the
party of the sternly warded letter. I mean, we are
good at calling you out on what you're doing, but
we do nothing about it, and they know it, and
then that's why they keep doing what they keep doing.
I mean, we just found out that you know, the
Biden administration, through their you know, their their you know,

(16:51):
attack dog Jack Smith was spying on nine members of
the Senate, tracking their phone calls, figuring out who they called,
where they were when they called, and and then don't
get me started on you know, then the the the
ancillary tracking. So if you happen to have gotten a
call from one of these senators, you were then tracked,
and then if you made a call to someone else
that you were tracked to it. He became a spider

(17:11):
web of buying for political reasons. And what are we
gonna do about it? We're gonna write some letters. It's
gonna be oh no, no, no, really get them.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
We're gonna we're gonna conduct another investigation. We're going to investigate,
you know, to make sure that we don't do anything.
But we're just going to investigate.

Speaker 4 (17:29):
And this is a hearing today with Pam Pam Bondy. Oh,
we're gonna really grill her about it. Pam's gonna go, Yeah,
that was terrible. I can't believe they did that. You
need to get the guys who did it. Who did
Arctic Frog? I don't know this guy named Jack, get him,
get him on the hill right now. Let's start talking
to him, and then let's get him into in front
of a grand jury.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
Hey, wait a minute, they've already admitted that they that
they evidenced, tampered they tampered with evidence, among other things
in the classified documents case. The FBI agents who did
that and Jack Smith should have all already had charges
filed against them, should already be behind bars. That is
what's so infuriating about all of this. No, well, and it.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
Just you know, we know that the members of the
House Select Committee, the Democrats obviously because they don't let
any real Republicans on that committee, they destroyed all the evidence,
any evidence resulpatory to the President or the Republicans. They
destroyed it. And we know this, and Biden pardoned them,
or at least an autopen pardon them.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Well, yeah see, and again that's that's another thing we
need to challenge. The auto pen and the January sixth
Committee Republicans say, hey, produce the documents. We don't have them.
What do you mean you don't have them. You can't
destroy them. By the law, you can't destroy Select Committee documents.
So turn them over. We don't have them. Well, what
did you do with them? Where are they? Where we

(18:50):
go find them? We don't know. What do you mean
you don't know? So this has been going on for
two years and Liz Cheney is still walking around free,
and Benny Thompson is still walking around free. Where are
the documents? Republicans don't want to talk about it. They
would rather kick George Santos out rather than pay attention
to where are the January sixth documents? Many of us
believe exculpatory to President Trump, But the Republicans just don't

(19:13):
seem too motivated. It's it boggles the mind, my man,
it really does. Folks were talking to at Emuse on
X That's how you find him. At Amuse. Make sure
you follow him if you want to be informed. You
put out a video and we echoed it and put
it up on the NEWSMAC show yesterday out of Portland.

(19:33):
We asked the author of the video for permission to
air it and they wanted. They wanted an ungodly amount
of money for it, so we just had to describe
what was going on. But it was the dampest thing
I'd ever seen. You had a Portland Liaison officer talking
with talking with a motorist who wanted to go through
a road that the motorist had paid taxes for and

(19:55):
the motorist wanted to use and that's where vehicles belong
on the road, but the road is being blocked by
Antifa leftists who were breaking the law. And the Portland
Liaison officer, who was apparently a liaison for criminals and terrorists, said,
if you go through and you and you do the
lawful thing, and you disrupt those people that are unlawfully

(20:15):
blocking the road, we're going to arrest you. And this
this also goes back to our friend Nick Soortor, who
had some things to say yesterday. Let me play that
and I want you to react what's going on in Portland.
Here's Nick after none of the charges that he was
arrested for were filed by the DA. Listen here initial reaction.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
To hearing them the charges against you were going to
be dropped.

Speaker 6 (20:38):
And why do you think the DA decided to do.
I think it was a smart move because all of
the evidence was in my favor. There was no evidence
against me at any time. So the whole that everybody
there has a camera for the most part, at these
demonstrations or whatever you want to call him, in the
streets and all of that, all of those videos that
came out showed that I was the victim. I was
the one that was jumped, I was the one that

(20:59):
was thrown into a hole. I was the one that
was punched. I didn't punch anybody. I didn't break anybody's camera.
I simply my crime was filming in public, filming people
that don't believe in First Amendment rights for conservatives, I guess,
And that's where this whole thing started. I should never
have been arrested, I should never have been put through

(21:20):
the ringer, and I shouldn't have the chief of police
on TV slandering me during the day. Instead, he should
be focused on pulling the rot out of his police department,
and maybe this will make him think twice about I
have another direction.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Of the rocket funny. So Ali Adam muse, what do
you think about all this?

Speaker 4 (21:41):
No, I think Nick's analysis of the situation is correct.
They didn't want to undergo discovery, so that case would
have been a big loser for the city. I mean
with the case of the police cooperating with Antifa. The
Antifa individuals that were on site basically rolling traffic on
that road were given safety vests and presumably given safety

(22:03):
vest by the police, and they were the ones encouraged
to direct traffic. And when the when the local people
came to them, the residents said, hey, what's going on.
Why are these guys running running the streets, And basically
the Portland police said, well, we just don't have enough resources,
so we're letting them do that. So that that's what
how they described it to the residents. And then when

(22:24):
there were circumstances when they were dispute between the motorists
and the Antifa road control people, the police would come
in and take the side of Antifa, basically saying, if
you don't follow his instructions, I'm taking you to jail.
It's the most insane thing going on. And then those
same police officers, these liason officers who aren't allowed to

(22:44):
interact with Antifa, only local residents and independent journalists. When
those guys were asked by the court I either judge
or banned Trump from bringing federal troops to Portland. They
actually said, there's nothing going on. Every Thing is perfectly peaceful.
The only problem we see are people like Nick down
there causing problems.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Yeah, it's journalists detailing all the problems. If we can
get these journalists to stop reporting on all the problems,
then we'd be able to bs the entire country and
allow Antifa and left us to take over and continue
to harm and break the law, harm American citizens, law
abiding citizens, and break the law. Folks. We're talking to

(23:26):
Adam Muse on X. Make sure you follow him at
a muse And that brings me to Chicago. Here's the
Chicago police chief after the standdown order was confirmed, as
screen captures of the computer aided dispatch were leaked showing
Alec Adam Use that these individuals who were charged with

(23:48):
enforcing the law, they said, guess what, We're not going
to come and rescue our fellow officers. We're not going
to do our duty, so we can allow these these
thud hugs to harm. ICE agents listen to this.

Speaker 2 (24:04):
Please, General Agents Ice hs I are officers, they are
agents of law enforcement. If you box them in with vehicles,
it is reasonable for them to believe that they are

(24:27):
being ambushed.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
Yeah, this is Larry Snelling, the superintendent.

Speaker 6 (24:35):
What are you?

Speaker 1 (24:35):
What are you doing in there? I'm all right, are
you making breakfast?

Speaker 4 (24:40):
Are you getting getting Yeah?

Speaker 1 (24:42):
Yeah, I'm getting a lot of mean, it just sounds
like you're making breakfast? What what? What's what's on the
menu this morning?

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Sorry, I was cleaning my desk.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Off, no worries. So look you got Larry Snelling here,
the Chicago Police superintendent trying to put the toothpaste back
in the bottle after his department was caught basically ignoring
the law and their responsibilities and in order to let
a mob hit ice, to basically ram ice and not

(25:14):
protecting ice. This is this is a huge problem. Yes, yeah.

Speaker 4 (25:19):
The week before, the ring leader of this little whatever
you want to call it, you know, insurgent cell got
on Facebook and told everybody or I think it was into
I mean actually X got on and said, hey, we're
not going to do this, We're going to fight back.
Get with me, got gang, you know. And then the
next week she in about ten of her compatriots basically
box in DHS agents she's the kind of the ring

(25:41):
leader of it. She rams the DHS agent's car. They
end up getting out. She's got a gun and the
DHS officer see the gun, see her that she's just
assaulted them in the vehicle, and then they opened fire
defensively and she ends up going to the hospital, which
she's ultimately arrested. Now, but after that happened, the basically

(26:03):
the patrol chief told all officers issue the standdown order.
And you could hear the nine one one operator basically saying,
do you want me to send all of the like
everybody's coming, because this is an officer in need situation,
So you want me to send everybody out and send
them home? And he goes yeah, and it's.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
Something Yeah, the chief of patrol made that decision, and
it is insane. And again they were willing to sacrifice
to a neglect their duty, to neglect their citizens, to
neglect their local laws, to so they could prevent ice
reinforcing federal law. You're right, it's sick and this is
what this is what happens when democrats and leftists run

(26:39):
your city. Last thing the government shutdown. You watch X.
You are a digest of X. You understand the you
have your I think, better than most your thumb on
the pulse of how the public is responding to what's
going on. Who do you think is getting the blame
the people responsible, the Democrats, or are they successfully shifting

(27:00):
blamed for the Republicans who are not responsible for the
government shutdown.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
I think that.

Speaker 4 (27:05):
Normal people who hear what's going on and see what's
going on are assigning blame to the Democrats as it's appropriate.
I think that if you are a hardcore partisan and
you hate Trump, I think that no matter what happens,
you're going to blame Trump, blame the Republicans. And so
I think that the you know, the normal people what
we think of as independence or you know, swayable Democrats,

(27:27):
I think they're seeing the truth. I mean even MSNBC
CNN hosts are sort of calling out how Keen and
Schumer and saying, well, you know you, I e. The
Democrats only need four votes to reopen the government. Can
you not have four senators? Just go ahead and open
the government so that we can negotiate these important issues
that you have brought up for the next I don't

(27:48):
know what is it nineteen, you know to the nineteenth
is what they've what they've agreed to so far, and
I think that's that's the truth. The Democrats are choosing
this shut down and choosing.

Speaker 1 (27:59):
Not to Yep, I hear you, and I think anybody
who's paying attention recognizes that. So at a muse, would
you do me the honor of not only previewing what
you're covering today on your fine X channel, also preview

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
