Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello, I'm you happy people, Neil Smith and old Buck Buddy.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Are you hearing Neil?

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Neil?

Speaker 4 (00:09):
I miss you, Man Donnes, I have a question. We
respect for me.

Speaker 1 (00:13):
Down by breaking a major story.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Chris, congratulations. Listen to a single score podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
I very much like the Vice President of the United States.
He doesn't take a lot of guff up of people.
And I see his energy, I see his youth, and
I'm I'm really hopeful about the future. And as I said,
he doesn't take a lot of guff in particular from
these left wing, these committed leftists who are in the
biased press. He was appearing on ABC Fake News with

(01:06):
George Schnuffalophogus and jd Vance. Just hands Snuffalopogus his lunch
on his bias. Check this out.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
I don't know what tape you're referring to, George. I
saw media reports that Tom Holman accepted a bribe. There's
no evidence of that. And here's George, why fewer and
fewer people watch your program and why you're losing credibility
because you're talking for now five minutes with the Vice
President of the United States about this story regarding Tom
holm and a story that I've read about, but I

(01:34):
don't even know the video that you're talking about. Meanwhile,
low income women can't get food because the Democrats and
Chuck Schumer have shut down the government. Right now, we're
trying to figure out how to pay our troops because
Chuck Schumer has shut down the government. You were focused
on a bogus story. You're insinuating criminal wrongdoing against a
guy who has done nothing wrong, instead of focusing on

(01:55):
the fact that our country is struggling.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
You get that, folks, You get what enough Upgus is doing. Right.
If the Democrats do bad things, we don't talk about
it in the biased press. That's the snuffle up against
ABC fake news, CBS fake news, NBC fake news playbook.
If the Democrats are screwing the pooch and the American
people should be upset, nobody inside the biased press is

(02:20):
going to focus on that. Let's find some arbitrary story
to try to make the Republicans the bad guys. It's
what they've done time immemorial, folks, and frankly, thank god
jd Vance, the Vice President of the United States, is calling.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
This out because our government's shut down. Let's talk about
the real issues.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
George.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
I think the American people would benefit much more from
that than from you going down some weird left wing
rabbit hole where the facts clearly show that Tom Holman
didn't engage in any criminal wrongdoing.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
It's not a weird left wing rabbit hole. I didn't
insinuate anything. I asked you whether Tom Holman accepted fifty
thousand dollars, as was heard on an audio tape recorded
by the FBI in September twenty twenty four, and you
did not answer the question. Thank you for your time
this morning.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
No, I said that I dozed up.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
Next we went back. He cut it off. He cut
it off. The President of the United States subsequently, folks,
after this, ABC fake news has been trying to ask
questions of the president. He said, no, I'm not going
to take ABC's questions. After how you treated the Vice
president of the United States. No, you don't get any questions.
Screw you, and that's how you treat these leftists. The

(03:28):
Vice president went on NBC fake News. I guess they
allowed him to continue his thoughts here. They didn't cut
him off.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Listen, well, I do Christian, We're going to have to
do a lot of work to make sure that it
stays ended. But I also have to give your network
a little bit of grief, Kristen, because last night I
was watching NBC. They were covering this, and they mentioned
that during a rally last night in Israel, when Steve Witkoff,
our great special envoy, mentioned bb net, Yahoo, the crowd booed,
But the broadcast didn't mention that when Steve Witkoff, which

(03:59):
mentioned President Trump, the crowd actually cheered. And why is that, Kristen?
Why did the crowd cheer Because this moment came from very,
very deliberate and consequential diplomacy from the President and the
entire administration.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Yeah, and they're talking about this Israeli hostage release from Baijamas.
There's accusations flying around today that both sides have violated
the peace agreement. But these types of bumps in the road,
I think everybody was anticipating. But President Trump got the
hostages out, and only President Trump got the hostages out.

(04:35):
President Auto Pen or Beijing Biden, wherever was pulling his strings,
couldn't manage that. But then there's NBC, fake news, bb
Netanyah who was not popular in his own country. That's
the polling shows that. And when Witcough is over there
saying hey bb netanyah, who they boo? But when they

(04:56):
said President Trump, they cheered. But NBC didn't show that part.
It didn't talk about that part.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
The reason why we are at this moment, Kristen, is
because the president of the United States, he gave unusual
authorities to people who had never been in diplomacy before.
He actually broke the mold. Instead of doing diplomacy the
same old way that it had failed for the past
thirty or forty years, he gave Steve Wikoff and Jared
Kushner a remarkable amount of authority to go and get

(05:22):
a piece deal done. And he worked hard on everybody
from the Israelis to the golf Arab States to make
this happen.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Yeah, you know, and that's folks. How many years have
we spent in this country where people have been doubling
down on stupid, tripling down on stupid, washed away we've
always done it. Well, you know what, the way you've
always done it has led to some pretty bad outcomes.
So perhaps you ought to be rethinking, as President Trump
has as a businessman. Well that's not working. Let's do

(05:51):
something else Jade Vance also discussing how the Democrats have
been promoting crime. Oh lo these many years.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Listen, why are we talking about this, Kristen, Because crime
has gotten out of control in our cities, because our
ice agents, the people who are enforcing our immigration laws,
have faced a one thousand percent increase in violent attacks
against them. We have people right now who are going
out there who are doing the job the President asked
them to do, who are enforcing our immigration laws. They're

(06:19):
being assaulted, they're being beaten, they're being shot at. The
problem here is not the Insurrection Act, or whether we
actually invoke it or not.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
By the way, the Insurrection Act has been invoked by
several presidents from both political parties to quell these types
of uprisings. From Bush, I think Clinton did it a
few times. I think even Obama did it. Don't quote
me on that, folks, but I think I remember reading Obama.
But well known Democrats, well known Republicans have invoked the

(06:48):
Insurrection Act to put down these crazies.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
The problem is the fact that the entire media in
this country, cheered on by a few far left lunatics,
have made it okay to tee off on American law enforcement.
We cannot accept that in the United States of America.
We want everybody, black or white, rich or poort to
be safe in the United States of America. But to
do that, we have to empower our law enforcement agency.

(07:13):
That's what we're talking about doing.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
Yeah, well, that's that's exactly what we've got to be doing.
And you know what, folks, I've got to laugh at
this past weekend as as these no kings protests, that
this is what the left calls a king if you
dare to enforce the law. We don't want any kings.
I don't get it. It's folks, it's narrative. It doesn't

(07:37):
resemble reality. But that is the Democrat Party, folks, right.
You know what, I think maybe maybe our side ought
to be doing some no rallies of our own. How
about no criminals, no illegal aliens, no leftists, no tyrants,
no socialism, no communism, no censorship, no anti God apparatriics,
no anti American freaks, cooks and nuts. How about that?

(07:59):
How about no unconstitutional government? How about that? How about
a no unconstitutional government set of rallies all over the
country if they're going to be in this whole no no,
no think no kings right, Okay, fine, fine you do
you will do us. We real Americans will do us. Folks.
I'm going to be visiting with an old friend used

(08:21):
to work over there at Newsmax with me. His name
is Eric Bowling and he comes your way. Next on
the Salcedo Storm podcast.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
And now a word from our sponsors.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Oh jeez, if I hear another Obamacare commercial telling me
how great it is, I think I'm going to vomit.
In reality, folks are paying out the nose for crappy insurance,
meaning those commercials are just as much BS as Obamacare is.
What if you're under sixty five ineed quality affordable health coverage?
American Medical Plan specializes in under sixty five health insurance
plans that have zero copays at the doctor and no

(08:50):
deductible on all outpatient services, including surgeries. You pick your
doctors and hospitals. There are private plans and roll any time,
and there are thirty to sixty percent at less than Obamacare.
If you're paying too much for your own health insurance,
call American Medical Plans. They are the answer to the
cancer that is Obamacare.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Let me bring in the host of Bowling. He's the
author of two New York Time bestsellers, Wake Up America
and The Swamp, exposing the dangerous drift away from America's
core values of freedom, family, and individual opportunity. The One
the Only, Eric Bowling, my friend welcome.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
Thank you so much for that intro, Chris. I've also
just launched a brand new show which I think is well,
it's already monster. It's called the edge. And I talk about, Chris,
you like this. I talk about men being allowed to
be men again. You know, for the last you know,
maybe almost eight ten years now, we've been told we
shouldn't hold doors open for women. We're supposed to be

(12:42):
kind of don't be toxic masculine around us. I go
the other way with it. I'm interviewing people men who
really got their kind of asked handed to him in
one form or another. I came from professional baseball, then
I was on Wall Street, did very well on both
of those, and then television at Fox, and I've been
through the inferno a few times. And I'm interviewing people

(13:03):
who've done the same thing and landed on their feet
of Jordan belfer interview, the Wolf of Wall Street. Today,
big shows, it's going crazy. I appreciate you you give
me a call on today. This wasn't planned, but this
happened to be the moment of the Jordan Belfert interview
going going live. It's just a wild show. But Chris,

(13:23):
it's okay to be a dude again. It's okay to
be mask In fact, I say I'm amping up toxic
masculinity on the show.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
Yeah, well there's no suit back to the.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
Wolf culture, the wolf loser, so to.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
Speak, the idea that masculinity is toxic. There's no such thing.
Masculinity is masculinity and it's it's actually something to be
coveted and appreciated. So the Edge, now, since since you
brought it up and I wasn't aware you were launching
this new this new endeavor, tell me where folks can
see the Edge and partaking this of this particular high

(13:56):
high profile interview.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
It's crazy. It's once a week. It drops once a week,
and it's on YouTube. YouTube dot com slash Eric Bowling
the Edge, and there's a couple of Eric Bowling pages there.
Everything is he confused. Every time you work for another
media company, they make a YouTube page for it. But
so it's Eric Bowling the Edge on YouTube. It's just phenomenal.
It's just they create it. You know, had Brett Favre

(14:20):
two weeks ago. The guy has been hit more times
as a quarterback than anyone in the history of the game.
More more Stacks Hall of Famer figured out a way
to get back up. He talks about his sixteen sixteen
years in the league. I'm sorry, twenty years in the league.
He had an uninterrupted start for sixteen years in a

(14:42):
rows quarterback that's unheard of in these days. And he
talks about his drug use during it. Drugs helped him,
you know, get back up. And at some point I said,
you know, Brett, did you was there a day you
realize you better stop or you're not going to be
a Hall of Fame quarterback. And he goes through all that.
So it's really the trials and tribulations of men who
figured out a way to get through whatever inferno or

(15:02):
arena they're in and and succeed afterwards. But I think
it just plays into today's culture. Chris. We talked about
a lot on media where you know, for too long
the woke culture go well, was they were canceling people
like you and people like me who stand up for
you know, conservative values, masculinity, grit, perseverance, those types of things,

(15:25):
and we're just going the other way with it.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
Cool, So the edge and you're still doing bowling, right,
I got that part, right, Oh yeah, okay, good, all right?
So look, you you talked about those who had been
tempered through the inferno, and I think it describes perfectly
President Trump. He had this gathering yesterday. I'm not sure
how much of it. You're as busy as you are,
how much of you are able to watch? Oh, it's great, right,
but I watched. But it's it's the it's this is Trump.

(15:51):
I believe the showman because aside from the very real
substance that was being talked about about the danger that
Antifa is as a now we're coming to find out
a foreign funded terrorist organization, not only a domestic terror organization.
But he had real journalists, people of yours and my persuasion,
who were dedicated to outing what leftists are doing. He

(16:13):
had them seated in positions of prominence with microphones in
front of them. And the left wing antiquated dinosaur press
who had been running cover for leftists and Marxists and
anti American freaks, cooks and nuts for all these years.
They were off camera and they were relegated to the gallery.
I thought the staging, Now, the substance was great, and

(16:35):
the staging was great. The optics were perfect.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
What do you think, Yeah, it was, and it was.
He kind of framed it as well. It was a
discussion about Paulie Antifa terrorist organization. Now he's already done that.
In fact, we had a conversation with Marjorie Taylor Green
two days ago about this, Like she brought a bill up,

(16:58):
she brought it to Speaker john and said, let's pass this.
Let's codify what President Trump has signed as an executive
order naming antifaz a terrorist organization. And Johnson never brought
it to the floor for a vote for whatever reason.
She's livid. And so what happens is Trump goes around
it instead of like going through the normal channels of politics,

(17:19):
having it, making a deal with the Speaker of the
House to bring a bill to the floor that Trump
wants and most I would say most conservatives want as well.
Let's call him terrorists because they are. He can't get
it through Congress for whatever reason. Rhinos people who are
say they're his friends and they're not. Wouldn't vote for
to fail or something, whatever reason. So he does it
the other way, goes to the court of the it's

(17:41):
called the vote of public opinion. And he really did
put on a great show where you see these young
people talking to the legacy media, talking right to their
counterparts in legacy media saying Hey, you don't have to
worry about this black guy, this young lady, this black
eye I'm wearing today because they got beat up by
NANTIFA member. You don't have to worry about that when
you go to work. I do. We're the ones who

(18:02):
are going into the fire. And but but you guys
aren't covering it because you you want to hide the
narrative that the legacy media doesn't want to put out there,
that Trump is right about yet another topic. Yeah, you
know it was. It was fascinating, Yeah, it was. It
was a great almost two hours.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
Yeah, you touched on something that I wasn't planning on
getting into with you, but I led with his story,
so I'm actually going to go with it. Folks, we're
talking to Eric Bowling. He is the host of Bowling
and The Edge. You can find uh those programs on
YouTube and wherever it's broadcast. By the way, Bowling is
still broadcast on the first right or where it's.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
It's everywhere. It's on the first and real Markers Voice. Okay, bro,
it's it's pretty much everywhere all the digital channels.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
Gotcha, gotcha? Well, this is this is the thing that
that caught my attention. Uh, o MG o'keith Media Group
UH releases this video of an undercover sting with a
an American diplomat in the State Department who admits he's
having an affair with the daughter of a CCP official. Right,
he admits it. This is a guy in our State Department.

(19:09):
And you were talking about how these Republicans they don't
want to they don't want to ruffle the feathers of Antifa,
they don't want to ruffle the feathers of the left
wing extremists. And I'm openly wondering just how deep is
the infiltration of communist China into our government? You ever
stop to think about that?

Speaker 3 (19:25):
Yeah, I think it's extremely deep. They've they've made they
they almost don't even hide it that that they steal
our intellectual property. They're constantly, you know, hacking. It's always
either Russia, someone from Russia or China who's acted. Some
of our major systems who've had the Pentagon hacked, They've
got are major banks hacked it And it's always Russia
or China. China wants they'll take any advantage. There's there

(19:47):
was stories years ago when I was on Wall Street
about there will be Chinese business owners, and that whenever
you're an owner of a business in China, it's you're
you're in bed or your partners with this with the CCP,
so it's it's a always government who's doing it. But
they would send their executives over from China to here
and have conversations and do these reverses. They would invite

(20:09):
our executive CEOs over there to talk about. When they
came over here. They specifically wanted to walk through plants,
manufacturing plants, and what they were very very probably the league.
I'm not sure if Steve in illegal or not, but
what they would do is they would wear, for example,
a manufacturing plant. Let's say they're making certain alloys of metal,
alloys for manufacturing whatever, any various types of aluminiums metals,

(20:35):
and these people would walk around, These Chinese people walk
around and they'd have super soft and sticky rubber bottom
soles of their shoes and they would pick up these
fragments of alloys and they'd analyze it, and they'd steal
the formulas and they co reiate it in China, and
they were just they were so brilliant about stealing and
wanting to do everything that we were doing and doing

(20:57):
it bigger and better. So yeah, China. And then just
think back, think about Eric Swalwell, who's still a very
vocal anti Trump member of Congress Democrat, who we know
for a fact that he was he's married. He'll be
sleeping with the Chinese spy. Bang was her name, and
she this Bang Bang worked for Diane Feinstein, was a

(21:19):
high powerful, high power Democrats senator and and and lunatic.
Eric Swallwell sleeping with a Chinese spy and she gets
exposed and she gets sent back to China. YadA. Yeah, yeah,
but yeah, it is scary how much they probably the
information and really sensitive information they have about us. They

(21:39):
know where to go, they know to go the honeypop route.
Where who were these lawmakers? Who whomever? Administration? People on
both sides, they'll that's what they do. They entice them
with pretty girls and they'll do it and they'll get
their their information that they want. These women turn over
the information to the CCP. I can't image and how

(22:00):
much information they.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
Have, yeah, you know, and it shows you the arrogance
of these leftists. I mean, Swallowell thinks, oh yeah, this
hot Chinese girl's really into me. No, man, she's not
into you, she's into she's into what she can get
out of you. And it's just the arrogance of these
leftists again, not that they have to have their arm
twisted at all. And speaking of infiltration, Look, you've been

(22:24):
watching what's been going on our pale Nick Soretur. He
gets arrested. The DA knows it's so thin now that
he's being looked at by the Feds. He won't prosecute
because it was an unlawful arrest that was happening in Portland.
As they're letting Antifa thugs go. You got the constabutor
up in Chicago under a great deal of pressure from

(22:44):
their governor, and let's go Brandon Johnson, the mayor of Chicago.
They are siding with the rioters. How concerned are you
that and left wing jurisdictions. You've got the police actually
in the corner of the criminals.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
More than a little concern. Had this conversation yesterday with Patrick,
that PbD, that David on the show. It's the concern
is that there folks, the liberal posse, the woke mob,
the cancel culture folks, they're just they're they're there, you know,
And it does it goes all the way into the
cities of Portland, in Seattle and some of the more

(23:25):
liberal city Chicago, New York, et cetera. That there's an
undercurrent of let's just wait till Trump's let's just kind
of lay low until Trump's done being president, and then
we're just kind of ratcheted up back to where we
were before and then some And I think it really
is important that you know, there are folks that want
Trump to run a third time, which would be a

(23:48):
lot of legal challenges that, but just someone who carries
the torch of the of the America first. And I'll
be very very frank with you guys here, and this
may not be sound great to a lot of people,
but I don't know who that is right now. I
don't know that it's Jade Vans yet. I'm just not
convinced yet in who that is. But I certainly do

(24:09):
want whoever follows Donald Trump to be as aggressive America first, yes,
as Trump has been.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
I'm with you folks who were talking to Eric Bowling.
He's the host of Bowling and the Edge. You can
catch that programming on various publications. Just jump on the
net and you can find the distribution for that. Let's
talk about something that dropped yesterday, because James Comy was
allowed to walk in turn himself in as if he

(24:40):
owned the joint right. And you can trast that with
what happened to Navarro to what happened to Roger Stone,
what happened to Mark how Cain Pennsylvania, where the FBI
showed up in full tack. Hear armed waving their guns
in the face of kids to terrorize under Democrats. Rush Limbaugh.
This is some years ago, so he had Camy pegged,

(25:02):
and this is making the rounds on social media. I
wanted to get your reaction because it's right in line
with what you and I are talking about about infiltration.
Have a listen to this.

Speaker 7 (25:11):
How many of you have thought, I mean, if you've
thought about it, how many of you have heard or
thought that James call me was a lifelong Republican.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
I have.

Speaker 7 (25:22):
I've always thought that James Comey was a lifelong Republican.
I've been told that James call Mey is a lifelong Republican.
Turns out not to be true. Are you wearing that
James Comey used to be a communist? In a two
thousand and three interview with New York Magazine, James Camy
said before voting for Jamie Carter Jimmy Carter nineteen eighty,

(25:43):
he'd been a communist. He admitted, I'd moved from communists
to whatever I am. Now now we know that John Brennan,
Obama CIA director, was a Communist, or at least had
voted for the Communist Party. But I had never heard
this about Komi. Now we find out that under Obama,

(26:06):
the CIA director and the FBI director both had histories
of not just flirtation, but serious immersion into communism. And
like the KGB always said, no one ever leaves the KGB,
nobody ever leaves this way of thinking.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
So what do.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
You what do you think about that? Doesn't that explain
a whole hell of a lot about after what we've
been through and in this theme that you and I
are talking about about government infiltration by left wing extremists
who hate America, it is amazing.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
That's that's an amazing sound by I completely forgot about that,
or maybe I never knew about that. Said the same thing.

Speaker 1 (26:47):
I said, The same.

Speaker 3 (26:48):
Thing explains, It explains a lot, and it also explains
you know, I can't remember who I was talking interview
with someone, Chris. There's so many interviews that we do,
and I just said, when did when did the FBI turned?
When did to become a product of the Democrat Party
and the deep state, so to speak? And because I
grew up remembering, you know, badass, you know those are

(27:10):
those folks were the ones that they kept the law
and order in the country there. They were always they
always lined up with conservative traditional values right in the
in the FBI and CIA law enforcement. And at some
point it became well, Strack and Page are two people
who were going to rig the election to make sure
Trump doesn't get elected. And then we're finding out that

(27:32):
Christopher Wray was I don't know less than you know
forthcoming on a lot of things that that he did
as the FBI director. I don't know it changed at
some point. Maybe it was then, maybe it maybe it
was when Cone brought communism into into the FBI along
with whoever the CIA director was at the time that

(27:53):
that Russia was just pointing out, But that is fascinating
that CIA director and the and the FBI director about
the same time had had communist or socialist backgrounds. Certainly,
does me answer the question that I had post when
when did they change from a law enforcement lining up
with our right leaning conservative values to whatever they are

(28:15):
now a weapon of the Democrat political machine.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
Right ravency. It was Obama straight down the middle constitutional
values was you know, was how I defined at least
after the Hoover era, that the FBI, it had built
up a sterling reputation after that. Last thing I have
for you, it's not really political. I want you to
dig in deep to your financial background. Because we have

(28:39):
a sponsor on this program, we talk about crypto currencies.
I talked to Don Junior about this the other day
on the NEWSMAC show about cryptocurrency, and this is something
that's real, and there's a lot of folks, particularly in
the baby boom generation that are skeptical of it, are
just understand it. I'm a gen xer. I'm not completely

(28:59):
on board with understanding what it's what it's Uh. I
think it's like anything else. It could be dangerous or
it could be really really good. What can you explain,
maybe just a cryptocurrency for dummies, why it's.

Speaker 3 (29:12):
A good thing. Yeah, this is an amazing conversation. It's
it's the right time to have it. It's probably the
I would call it even the first inning of the
ball of the crypto baseball game of nine in a
game I think crypto is absolutely for real. Look at
so the world is nervous, right and in first of all, listen,
everything is based on the US dollars trajectory. Let's call

(29:36):
it that. So for the last probably with the exception
of right around COVID, coming out of COVID dollar, it
showed a little bit of strength. But for the better
part of the past two or three decades, the US
dollar has has lost value, sometimes slow, sometimes fast. When
of the US dollars loses value, things that are purchased
in dollars gain value, takes more dollars to chase after

(29:57):
those things that would be gold traditionally gold, oil commodities. Well,
crypto came along and became another asset class, and it
came along kind of on the dark web, right, the
silk roads and drug dealers and prostitutes were using it
to transact illegal activities, and then it became mainstream because
people realized, people like me, libertarians, realized that we don't

(30:19):
want government into everything we do. And it's this push
for a digital total digital currency, which means government will
have an idea of every single dollar you have, where
you have it, how you spend it, where you keep it,
And people like me want to push back on that.
And the only way to do that, the only feasible
way to do it isn't carrying around gold in your
pocket and transacted you know, you know, buy a loaf

(30:40):
of bread with a flipper of gold. It's by crypto.
Because crypto, I believe, will be the currency of the future.
It'll be an international currency now it needed. It's this
this period that's called pregame period to get legitimate right
because it was it started. It was started for new
various reasons likely, but is now fully mainstream. Crypto right

(31:02):
now is approaching about two trillion dollars in total asset
value in the world. Gold is twenty seven trillion dollars
in total lasset value in the world. So crypto can
go ten times higher and just catch up to the
value of gold. I believe right now, goal's making brand
new highs. It's a great investment. I'll never sell my goal.

(31:26):
I will never sell my goal, Chris. But I own
a lot of crypto and I will continue to diversify into
it only because I think there's going to be a
push where governments want to get more involved in what
we do financially, like more involved, but the point where
they can probably just take taxes that they want from
you instead of you filing your taxes. I don't want that,

(31:46):
and I want to be on the team that says
no way, governments, stay out of our personal lives, stay
out of our financial lives. Crypto is the answer to that.
I think it's a legit asset class. And look at
what's going on. The biggest, the most profitable exchange traded
fund by the biggest company financial company in the world,
black Rock. The most profitable ETF that they have is

(32:10):
ib it T and it's it's their big poin exchange
trade of fund. So in other's you get a stock account,
you have a four own K, you have a pension, whatever,
you have a stock account. Most let's say seventy percent
of Americans do. You can now trade crypto by just
buying ib it T rather than having to open up
a coin base or you know the Robinhood accountant and

(32:31):
these these wacky wallets that you used to have to use.
Now you can do it straight through the mainstream Wall
Street avenues of major major banks, investment banks. So it's legit,
it's real, it's here to stay. The only thing that
could really screw it up is is government. At this point.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Yeah, it's going to get easier to participate in the
two folks. And and because government doesn't want it, because
they want to control it, means that we should keep
the government the hell out of it and maybe really
really give a serious look at it. Eric Bowling, folks,
he is the author of two New York Times bestsellers.
He's the host of Bowling and the Edge. Make sure
you check it out, buddy. It's great to catch up.

(33:08):
Come back soon.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
