Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello, I'm you happy people, Neil Smith and old Buck Buddy.
Are you hearing Neil?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Neil?

Speaker 1 (00:09):
I miss you, man Donnes, I have a question.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
We respect for me.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
Down by breaking a major story.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
Chris, congratulations, a single score podcast.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
My friend's still battling whatever this stuff is in the
air in Texas. And so a little bit of a
shorter than normal preamble here, but I I really want
you all to know about what is what has transpired.
By now you've all heard of Operation Arctic Frost and
Operation Arctic Frost. I'm going to begin by saying this,

(01:04):
and I will end by saying it and fill in
the blanks in the middle about what has actually happened here.
But Operation Arctic Frost is a complete betrayal, a traitorous
act in my opinion, by degenerate leftists that have infiltrated
all three branches of government, the legislative, of the executive,

(01:25):
and the judicial. And this is what has transpired. It
started off as what we found was illegal surveillance of
eight sitting US senators. Then it turned out it was
illegal surveillance of Republicans, from senators to other politicians to

(01:46):
individuals who were influencers to other individuals and government who
happened to be conservatives or opponents of Democrats, to the
tune of one hundred and sixty people. Now, according to
Catherine Herrid Arctic Frost, dragnet expands plus four hundred GOP targets.

(02:07):
According to new records provided through legally protected whistleblower disclosures
Truck Grassley, one hundred and ninety seven subpoenas were sought
seeking testimony, records, and communications quote related to at least
four one hundred thirty named Republican individuals and entities. Some

(02:27):
of the records Special Council I call him Special Inquisitor
Jack Smith. Subpoena from banks, individuals, and businesses included communications
with media companies such as CBS, Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax,
Saint Clair and others. Communications with any member, employee or

(02:48):
agent of the legislative branch of the US government. Communications
with the White House advisors such as Stephen Miller, Dan Scavino,
Jared Kushner, Laura Trump, and others. Statistical data and analysis
relating to donors and fundraising efforts. Broad financial data relating
to conservative individuals and entities. Plus one thousand seven hundred

(03:11):
pages of subpoena. In other words, folks, this is the
Democrat Socialist party that had infiltrated and infected our government,
had turned the government against basically the entire Republican apparatus
with no probable cause. They did this because in the

(03:32):
minds of a leftist, in the minds of a Democrat,
being an opponent of a Democrat or a leftist is
the crime. And they weaponized government, and they went after
people illegally, And we're starting to see the full depth
and scope of what they did.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
To this country.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Now, you just heard me detailing the possible what I
believe is actual, actual malfeasance and illegality from the legislative
executive branches, the political classes. But you might be saying, well, Chris,
where is the judicial malfeasance? Who signed off on these

(04:11):
subpoenas and how could they justify legally doing so? Well,
here's the dirty little secret, folks. According to Senator Ted
Cruz and subpoenas from the likes of Judge Boseburg James Boseberg,
there was no compliance with existing law. They just did.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
It in just one tweak. The judge didn't say I
may destroy evidence. The judge signed an order that says,
the Court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure
will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence, intimidation
of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy to the investigation. And

(04:54):
that is utterly without basis. In fact, there was no
evidence to support that. If the prosecutor made that representation,
the prosecutor perjured himself. And I'd bet twenty bucks this
judge cranked out an order like that for every single
senator down up here. We just happen to have mine,

(05:17):
But it's boiler plate. If you're a Republican, you're on
the enemy's list. I find that you will destroy evidence,
and so we're gonna let the executives surveil you without
Congress ever knowing about it.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
On what legal basis did Judge Boseburg determine that we
shouldn't have to disclose to individuals who are being investigated
because I know they will destroy evidence. How can he
legally make that determination? Well, we know Judge Bosberg is
a leftist, and we know Judge Boseburg believes that every

(05:53):
Republican is evil. So in his pee brained little mind,
his leftist Soviet style, communist China style. Mind, he didn't
have to justify it. He just needed to attack his
political enemies. So the law went out the window. Gee,
if there was only an entity in the United States

(06:16):
that was outlined in the US Constitution that was specifically
designated to reign in a rogue judiciary. Oh wait a minute,
there is. It's called the US Congress, the US House
of Representatives. Now, how many of you out there, show
of hands, think that the Republican Party has the stones

(06:36):
to actually hold the Democrats accountable for this betrayal, this
treasonous betrayal. Yeah, me either, check in with one of
the Chris Salsado shows Legal Eagles coming up on the
Salsado Storm podcast. And now a word from my sponsor,
My friends, did Bidenomics in the left wing economy really
rock your world? Latin American medical plans relieve one burden

(06:58):

insurance plans that have zero copays and no deductibles. You
choose your doctors, you choose your hospitals. These plans have
nothing to do with your income and are thirty to
sixty percent less than Obamacare. If Obamacare has your paying

(07:18):
Marxists destroy one sixth to the US economy and your
access to healthcare without a fight. You deserve better. You
deserve American Medical Plans the answer to the cancer that
is Obamacare.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
Today, you may or may not know that another domino
potentially is falling in the Obamagate Russia collusion hoax conspiracy.
His name is communist voter John Brennan, and he was
Obama's CIA director and he has been referred by Jim
Jordan to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. We'll

(10:52):
see what happens. Let's discuss this and a lot of
other things surrounding this entire case with Christina bob former
Trump national security attorney who was on site of the
mar A Lago raid and served as custodian of records
during the classified documents case. She is the author of
the new book Defiant, Inside the mar Alago Raid and
the Left's ongoing law Fair, featuring a forward by the

(11:13):
One the Only President, Donald J. Trump.

Speaker 6 (11:16):
Christina, welcome back, Hey, good morning, Thanks for having me.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
Pleasures. Mind, let me talk about Brennan here this case.
Give me your evaluation. I mean, I'm looking at it,
and I'm looking at Pam Bondi's DOJ which has received,
in my opinion, some righteous criticism for their how shall
we say, how shall we say? Lack of aggressiveness in

(11:39):
getting justice for the American people. But that said, what
do you think about the Brennan case.

Speaker 7 (11:46):
Well, I think this is a great start.

Speaker 6 (11:47):
Happy to see it, and I think to your point,
give credit where credit is due, which is Jim Jordan,
I am not the Department of Justice, which it could
have been. The Department of Justice could said hey, we
looked into this. You know, we're prosecuting this. But it
was Congress, which is a bit surprising. You know, you

(12:07):
don't normally see great initiatives coming out of Congress.

Speaker 7 (12:10):
I hate to say, but.

Speaker 6 (12:11):
No, I share your criticism. I think very highly of
Cambondi I like her a lot. But the Department of
Justice is just not They're not bringing the cases that
the American people voted Trump into bring.

Speaker 7 (12:25):
So this is a really good start.

Speaker 6 (12:29):
It kind of feels like, Okay, maybe the wheels are
starting to turn a little bit. You know, what Jim
Jordan referred him to to DOJ four was lying to Congress,
which is likely very simple to prove because he's under oath,
you know, testifying. His words are on the record, there's
no mixing words. What he actually did to this country

(12:50):
is so much worse than lying to Congress.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
That.

Speaker 6 (12:53):
My initial reaction is I hope this is just the
beginning and it actually forces DJ to do a real
investigation into the intelligence community. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:01):
When I talked to you on Newsmax about this, you
said the heavy lift for the prosecution will be proving
that he did this with intent, or that he knew
differently about what he was testifying about. And I think
that's pretty easy to prove as well with published documents
that I've seen. But You're right, there is a bigger
play here, and there are some who have confidence that

(13:25):
the individuals who are like COMBI and Brennan and others
are being targeted for the small stuff to open up
the can of worms. You and I know that some suspect,
and you and I know is this broader left wing
infection of our government that turned our government against our
people and actually broke some serious constitutional provisions and broke

(13:49):
some serious laws in the process. Is that kind of
what you're alluding to, hoping it's a mushroom effect.

Speaker 7 (13:54):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 6 (13:55):
I think the whole line to congressing is just the beginning.
Why was he lying to come? Why did he have
to lie? He had to lie because they had weaponized
the intelligence community to assist weaponizing the Justice Department to
take out their political opponents so they could stay in power.
I mean, that is much bigger than lying to Congress.
And so I'm so grateful Tulci Gabbard and her team

(14:18):
are at OD and I because they have done a
fantastic job of looking into the abuses of the intelligence community.
I know they're still doing that. I hope they're producing
more stuff, you know. I know it takes time to
dig through it all, but yes, this is something where
we need to set right the fact that just because
you're in power doesn't mean you get to abuse the government.

Speaker 7 (14:38):
You do.

Speaker 6 (14:38):
The government is not there for you. You are there
for the government, and we need to put the cart
back behind the horse in order to make sure that
the American people are still controlling the government. Because what
good are our elections that the intelligence community is manipulating them,
manipulating the public to think that they were manipulated by Rasha.

Speaker 7 (14:56):
Or something else.

Speaker 6 (14:57):
I mean, the American people have lost can full of
the government. So yes, I hope that this is just
a very very small beginning.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
Christina Bob is our guest right now, folks, The author
of the book defiant inside the mar A Lago raid
and the left song going law Fair So you got
call Me, which we'll get to in a minute. Brennan
Clapper has been mentioned. Of course, we know about Hillary's role,
we know that about Barack Hussein Obama's role. Just how

(15:26):
broad do you suspect that this Obamagate Russia collusion hoax conspiracy?
And I use the word conspiracy on purpose. Just how
broad do you think it is?

Speaker 6 (15:37):
I think it is very broad. I agree with all
the names that you just mentioned.

Speaker 7 (15:42):
I think this.

Speaker 6 (15:44):
Goes very very deep.

Speaker 7 (15:46):
When you use the word conspiracy. I don't just mean you,
like just legally.

Speaker 6 (15:49):
Conspiracy can be anybody who wants to further the conspiracy right,
who sees it and takes part in it and does
something to further it. So that could go all the
way down to rank and file people in the government,
who hid emails or who manipulated information. Who they might be,
you know, four or five people removed from Hillary Clinton

(16:11):
or Barack Obama or Joe Biden or Clapp or whoever,
but they're still part of that conspiracy.

Speaker 7 (16:17):
And for example, I am.

Speaker 6 (16:18):
A criminal descendant as we speak. One of the charges
they brought against us is conspiracy.

Speaker 7 (16:22):
Now the case is falling apart.

Speaker 6 (16:23):
The judge says there's no probable cause, like it's about
to be dismissed. But they're alleged my role with the
Ultimate Electors, saying I was never in Arizona. I never
spoke with anybody in Arizona about the electors. I never
received information from anybody in Arizona about the Electors. I
reported on it, but I never I never had anything
to do with it, and they included me in their conspiracy.

(16:45):
So they have set the standard for how wide conspiracies
can go, and they cast very, very wide nets. I
got roped in because I was a reporter reporting on
the story.

Speaker 7 (16:54):
Yeah, I guess, so's it's wide.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
Yeah, well yeah, I think it's it's it's pretty deep.
And give an example. We know that the Federal Bureau
of Investigation lied to a phis A court four times.
We know it. One dude did six months in prison
and then got his law license back after I know.

Speaker 6 (17:15):
After acense, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Jeff Clark.

Speaker 7 (17:21):
They don't like that is a third but.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
That that I think this goes to the entire, the
entire double standard that that you and I are talking
about here and railing against you had individuals, and you know,
I blame the judges who are also it turns out,
likely corrupt on this piz A court that that who
were lied to, and normally a judge would say, oh,
you lied to me, I'm going to throw the book

(17:46):
at you. But no, that's not what happened. Nobody's gone
to jail for any significant amount of time, and nobody
really paid any consequences for for violating the PISA Statute,
which was set up to protect Americans, as the FISA
Statute was weaponized by Obama and company to target Americans,

(18:06):
and people are wondering, where the hell is the justice.

Speaker 6 (18:10):
Yeah, no, you said it very well, and that's what's
destroying our justices. And everyone wants to blame Trump, or
at least the left wants to blame Trump.

Speaker 7 (18:18):
It's not Donald Trump.

Speaker 6 (18:19):
It's the fact that you exactly what you said. You
have the left punishing innocent conservatives for even if what
they what they're accused of is true, which is not.
It's so much less than what the left is doing.
It's to the point where in the judges involved are
destroying our system because they're so heavily favoring the left

(18:42):
the other side that for example, and I maybe I'm
contributing to it, but I like the president. The President
has his mug shot framed right outside the Oval office.
I have my mug shot framed. It's in my background
when I do media hits. I'm proud of it because
it demonstrates that I within the fight. I'm being wrongly targeted,
I'm standing against corruption.

Speaker 7 (19:03):
That's what it signifies me.

Speaker 6 (19:05):
We should not be proud to have munks to us
if we want the community to fear law, not fear
the people, but fear the consequences. Right, criminal prosecution is
something that needs to be taken very sericely, and it's
just not anymore. And that's because the less has come
so hard after us that we have gone to the

(19:27):
point and think, God, President Trump is willing to do
this where we say, Okay, enough is enough. We're coming
for you now. We're pushing back, not restribution, but we
have to push the standard back so that we stop
getting targeted. And as I mentioned, I'm currently a criminal
defendant right now, along with about fifty other people in Nevada,
Michigan or well Michigan just got thrown out, Wisconsin, you know, Arizona,

(19:48):
those states, we're still being prosecuted, and it's not.

Speaker 7 (19:51):
Being covered by the news.

Speaker 6 (19:53):
The fact that these judges and these prosecutors are corrupt
in ruining families and destroying life unfairly all for according
Donald Trump as a candidate five years ago. People aren't
talking about it, and so they don't even realize. I
don't even think Americans realize how aggressively the left and
the media are coming after you if you deviate from

(20:13):
their desired political outcome.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
Exactly rested its fears, and it's devastating and it's illegal.
Can we just put that in there. It's illegal, it's unconstitutional,
and it violates so many principles of the US Constitution
that that's why so many of us are pushing back.
And it is folks, what you're hearing is America barreling
toward becoming the Soviet Union, are becoming modern day communist China,

(20:40):
and that's why we're fighting so hard to push back
against it. Christina bob is our guest right now. She's
the author of Defiant, Inside the mar A Lago Raid
and the left's ongoing law Fair I mentioned Komy as
one of the Obamagate, Russia collusion hoax cons conspiracy guys. Now,
this is what Komy was saying when the two charges

(21:00):
were brought against him. Again small by comparison to what
he did, but here's what he had to say. I
want you to listen.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
My family and I have known for years that there
are costs to standing up to Donald Trump. But we
couldn't imagine ourselves living any other way. We will not
live on our knees, and you shouldn't either. Somebody that
I love dearly recently said that fear is the tool
of a tyrant, and she's right. But I'm not afraid,

(21:31):
and I hope you're not either. I hope instead you
are engaged, You are paying attention, and you will vote
like your beloved country depends upon it, which it does.
My heart is broken for the Department of Justice, but
I have great confidence in the federal judicial system and

(21:52):
I'm innocent. So let's have a trial and keep the faith.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
Yeah, So let's have a trial, he says, and then
his defense wrench team, Christina, proceeds to do everything they
possibly can to avoid a trial. Going after Lindsey Halligan's
appointment rather than proclaiming James Comey's innocence. What does that
say to you as an attorney?

Speaker 6 (22:14):
Well, I mean he's throwing everything he can at the
wall to see what sticks.

Speaker 5 (22:17):
Right.

Speaker 7 (22:18):
He obviously doesn't want to go to trial. Nobody wants
to go to trial.

Speaker 6 (22:21):
I'm innocent. I don't want to go to trial, you know,
for my case, Thank god, I'm not going to have to.
But he doesn't want a trial.

Speaker 7 (22:28):
He's just a weird, creepy dude that puts that weird videos.

Speaker 6 (22:30):
But I mean, his defense team is going to do
everything they can to avoid a trial, avoid exactly what
he's saying. But isn't that what the luft does, right,
They say one thing and do another. They gaslight people
in one area and then do exactly what they're gaslighting about.
So you know, I'm not surprised the hypocrisy of it.
If he really wanted to trial, he could request the
speedy trial, and I considered that heavily. My case is

(22:52):
a little bit more complicated, but we very much were saying, hey,
if you think I'm guilty, if you think you can
prove it, let's go to trial tomorrow. That very much
is a tactic the defendants often used when they're when
they truly believe they're innocence, they okay, let's see if
you can prove it.

Speaker 7 (23:05):
Prove it.

Speaker 6 (23:06):
Yeah, I've done that before and one as a defense attorney.

Speaker 3 (23:09):
So yeah, when when folks are when folks know they're innocent,
and they come on, it's it's the burden of proof
is supposed to be on the state, So come on,
you think you can prove it, let's go. And I
understand that, I understand the mentality and about this trying
to get Lindsay Halligan, who, by the way, folks is appointed.

(23:29):
She hasn't been confirmed. She's in there by statute, the
Attorney General can appoint a US attorney by I think
it's one hundred and twenty days, and then three hundred
days if the person is appointed by the President without
confirmation from the Senate. So she's in there legitimately. Tell
the folks what the difference is, because the Left is saying, well,
Comey's tactics are just like they did with with Inquisitor

(23:52):
Jack Smith, who was a special counsel who it was
determined by courts he wasn't properly appointed. What is the
difference between Hallan and inquisitor Jack Smith.

Speaker 6 (24:03):
Well, ha Long is awaiting appointment. She has been presented
to the Senate to confirm. Jack Smith never was, and
so she's lawfully appointed under the Vacancy Act because she
is the interim us Attorney, meaning she's waiting to be confirmed,
and she's allowed to serve in that role for one
hundred and twenty days prior to confirmation. Actually, in this one,

(24:24):
like you said, I think it's longer because I think
she was officially appointed by President Trump, so that gives
her a lot more time in that role. So she
is being presented to the Senate to confirm, and the
Senate can act on it, immediately confirm her right now,
or not confirm her. The Senate has the opportunity now
to weigh in. They were never given that opportunity with

(24:46):
Jack Smith.

Speaker 3 (24:46):
Absolutely Jack And by the way, there's a special Council
statute that Jack Smith had to comply with that his
appointment had to comply with. And he didn't comport with
that statute either in his appointment. That's why I was
That's why I was ruled to be an unconstitutional, unlawful appointment.

(25:07):
So I guess we'll put a bow on this one.
Christina bob By just asking this question, how confident are
you that the current Justice Department and those in Congress
can can right the ship in what we've got three years?
We got three years left to do this. You think
that a lot of good can be done at that time?
Do you trust the people who are in charge?

Speaker 7 (25:28):
I think it can be done. Yes.

Speaker 6 (25:30):
I think it's really really important that the American people
and folks like yourself, thank you for using your platform,
need to continue to do their job and nip at
their heels because it's a lot more comfortable to just
not do it right. And so I think it can
be done. But I think we need to continue to
keep pressure on and make sure that they do what

(25:51):
the American people want and that they work for us,
not the other way around.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
As I say, folks constantly, every accusation is a confession.
You heard James Comey saying, oh, oh they want you afraid.
It's the other way, it's the other way around. It's
not Trump who's trying to use fear. It's what Obama did,
It's what Komi did, It's what Brennan did, and all
of these people who weaponized government against our people so

(26:14):
that they could get away with unlawful, unconstitutional betrayals of
our people. I firmly believe that Christina Bob everybody the
name of the book Defiant Inside the marolog Or Raid
and the lefts ongoing law Fair Christina, folks want to
catch up with you. Is there a website they can
go to?

Speaker 6 (26:29):
Yep, you can go to Christinabob dot com Lasen Bobb
Christina solve normally.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
And yeah, you can think it out that all right, girl,
Thank you very much, appreciate the time and expertise is
always Thank Chris that puts a wrap on the Salsado
Storm podcast till we visit again. My friends, remember this,
A society's worth is not measured by how much power's
stolen by an out of control government. A society's worth
is measured by how much power is reserved for you

I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
