embracing the healing energy. All right. It's your gurty God, is not

a very divided emotional and these areone of the many amazing conversations that we

Washington Well, come by of ourrelationship. Come by a lot of times

me, if I look good, then I feel good. If I feel
good, then I share the good. If I share the good, then
I celebrate the good. If Icelebrate the good, then I live the

(02:58):
good. So I can be paidto be migrative, but I have to
learn the good to be the good. So what does it take to be
the greatest. It's as simple asa free fifteen minute consultation. Be kind
to yourself and He'll always I readwell. Welcome back to Shakurti Gadis.

(03:20):
Let me banks here on this seasonand South Leblanas and today today word is
healing. You know, the monthis May. It's all about using our
words and today is healing. Solet's do this. Let's embrace this healing
energy. And let's begin with anice guided meditation before we get into the
topic. In handle right, Solet's connect with our healing energy. I

(03:43):
want you to close your eyes andtake a deep breath in yes, filling
your lungs with fresh hair and thishealing energy. And I want you to
slowly exhale, slowly release, seeingany tension or negative activity that is stilled
within you. I want you tovisualize a warm golden light that is surrounding

(04:05):
you, wrapping you in a cocoonof a healing energy. And I want
you to feel this light seeping intoevery cell of your body, soothing and
rejuvenating you from with him. Now, I want you to picture any areas
of pain or discomfort with being envelopedinto the radiant light, gently dissolving away

(04:30):
any block at your barriers to yourhealing. Now, as you continue to
breathe deeply, I want you toallow yourself to release any emotional wounds or
pass her that has been weighing down. I want you to let go of
any resentments or regress forgiving yourself andothers for any pain that was caused.

(04:53):
I wonder you feel a sense ofpeace and tranquility washing over you, like
a gentle wave of a healing energy, Allowing yourself to be open to receiving
the divine healing light and knowing thatyou are so deservant of this love.
And well being. Now I wantyou to take one final deep breath in

(05:13):
and as you exhale, I wantyou to carry this feeling of healing and
wholeness with you throughout your day andwhen you are ready, I want you
to gently open your eyes and embracethe new fountains of peace within you.
And if you are new here tothe Season and stelf Love podcast, first
of all, I want to welcomeyou to it, but also to let
you know this is something that thisis an exercise excuse me, that we

(05:35):
do every day Monday through Friday hereon this Season and Self Love is that
we center ourselves first, ground ourselffirst before we get into the top of
your hand to kind of help toopen us up to where we are willing
to understand and learn whatever it isthat we're supposed to learn during this day.
All right, all right, allright, So today we're talking about

(05:57):
healing. Healing is a word, our impeccable word today and it's all about
the power of the healing words. And see, healing begins with the words
we tell ourselves and others, rightand today we will explore on how healing
words can impact our mental, emotional, and physical well being. For instance,

(06:19):
phrases like I am healing and Iforgive myself and I am worthy of
wellness can have profound effects on ourjourney towards recovering and growth. All right,
so let's break down these three healingphrases. All right, let's explore
how they can positively impact our mentaland emotional wellbeing. Let's start off with

(06:45):
I am healing. I am healing. You see this phrase. It acknowledged
the process of healing and growth. It's promoting self awareness and acceptance of one
journey. By repeating this affirmation,we can cultivate a mindset focus on progress

(07:05):
and resilience and foxstream optimism and hope. But it also encourages us on self
care practices, self reflection and seekingsupport when needing, so promoting overall emotional
well being. All right, Thenext phrase was I forgive myself. So

(07:26):
practicing self forgiveness is and it's veryessential for releasing guilt and shame, allowing
you to let go of past mistakesand negative emotion. You see, this
phrase promote self compassion, it promotesself kindness, and it's enabling individuals to
treat themselves with understanding and empathy. So by forgiving oneself, individual can free

(07:50):
themselves from the burden of self criticismand move forward with a healthier mindset and
improving mental clear in emotional stability. And the last one, the last phrase
that we had is said, Iam worthy of wellness. I am worthy
of wellness, And that's affirming one'sworthiness of being of well being, reforcing

(08:16):
self esteem and self value by promotinga positive self image and empowerment. You
see this phrase, it emphasizes theimportance of prioritizing self care and setting boundaries
to maintain physical, emotion and mentalhealth. So by internalizing this belief,

(08:37):
individuals can cultivate a sense of deservingwellness, leading to increased motivation to engage
in activities that promote holistic well being. So overall, in using these healing
phrases impeccably, it involves us tointegrate them into daily affirmation, mindfulness practices,

(09:00):
and self care routines. By consistentreputation and reinforcement of these positive messages,
it can help reshape negative thoughts patterns, it can boost our self confidence,
and it can enhance our mental andemotional resilience. All right, so
let's do this. Let's take aquick break and when we come back,

(09:20):
we're gonna talk about cultivating inner healing, our integrity. God is now me
Banks here on this season and selfLove Podcasts and I wanna be right back,
Hey, intra gurty, God isnow Meibanks and make sure you tune
needs every Thursday nineteen ax Naomi ReachingGap Podcast where we talk about everything we
love, sex, relationship, culture, differences and so much more by bridging

(09:41):

We have some amazing guests that comethrough You'll never know. Just make sure
you tune mean Thursday night, sixpm Pacific Standard time. Go to Xnaomi
and tell them Naomi sent you.All right, wel welcome back to st

(10:05):
youragurty. God is numbers here onthis season and self Love podcast and the
month of May is all about usingour words impeccable. In today's word is
healing, and so in this segment, it's all about cultivating our inner healing.
And see what inner healing is aboutmore than just mending moves. It's
about cultivating an environment within ourselves thatpromotes continuous growth and self love. So

(10:31):
let's discuss on how journaling our thoughts, practicing gratitude and engaging and self care
rituals can nurture our inner spirit andfaster are profound healing. So journaling our
thoughts and practicing gratitude and engaging inthese self rituals are very powerful tools that
can nurture our healing and promote overallwell being. So here's how each of

(10:56):
these practices can contribute to our healingjourney. All right, One, with
journaling, journaling our thoughts, writingdown our thoughts and feelings can help us
to process emotions and gain clarity andidentify our patterns in our behavior. See.
By journaling, it also creates asafe space for self reflection and self

(11:18):
expression see. This practice can helpus to release pent up emotions and reduce
stress, and it also improves ourmental health. As well as practicing gratitude,
cultivating a sense of gratitude can shiftour focus from what's lacking in our
lives to what we already have.So by acknowledging appreciating the positive aspect of

(11:41):
our lives, we can increase feelingsof happiness, contentment, and overall well
being. You see, practicing gratituderegularly can reframe our perspective and help us
find joy in the present moment. So now we're going to talk about engaging
in self care rituals. You know, with self care rituals, it involves

(12:01):
activities that nourish our mind, body, and our soul. So taking the
time to prioritize self care it canhelp us to recharge, it can reduce
our stress, and it can improveoverall health. So whether it's through exercise,
meditation, hey, spending time inour nature, or indulging in relaxing

(12:22):
bath, self care rituals allow usto show ourselves love in combastion. So
binding all of these practices, journalingour thoughts, practicing gratitudes, engaging in
self care rituals, we create aholistic approach to healing that nurtures our emotional,

(12:43):
mental, and physical well being. So being consistent in implementating them consistently
in these practices, it can supportour healing journey and help us to cultivate
a deeper sense of self awareness andresilience and inner peace. All right,
so let's talk about affirmation for healing. So those phrases that we talked about

(13:07):
before those were a part of affirmations, and we know that affirmations are very
powerful tools for maintaining our healing mindset. Right, so together, let's repeat
some healing affirmations. All right. The first one is repeat after me every
day, I am getting healthier andstronger. You got to say it one

(13:31):
more time every day, I amgetting healthier and stronger. All right.
Here's our second one. I allowmyself the space in time to heal.
I'm going to say it one moretime. I allow myself the space in

(13:56):
time to heal. Be patient withyourself, allow that time to heal,
allow yourself to be in those moments. And the last one, I am
surrounded by love and everything is fine. I want you all to do this.

(14:20):
I don't know exactly where you are. I want you to put your
hands out, why point it tothe front of your hands. And I
want you to take your hands andcross them. And I want you to
give yourself a big hug at thismoment, at the time I know,
like for real, Naomi, Yes, And I want you to take a
deep breath in. I want youto exhale out, and I want you

(14:41):
to repeat this after me. Iam surrounded by love and everything is fine.
And I want you to take anotherdeep breath then while you still hugging
yourself, and I want you toexhale slowly remembering those words, I am

(15:03):
surrounded by love and everything is fine. And I want you to feel these
words as you say them, andI want you to believe in the power
of these words and the power toheal. All right, all right,
next, let's talk about quickly aboutexpressing gratitude and releasing them. So part

(15:26):
of the healing process, it involvesexpressing our gratitude and releasing what no longer
serves us. So what I dois I encourage you to write down or
speak out loud, what you arethankful for and also what do you wish
to let go. You see, with this practice, it can liberate you

(15:46):
to form past burdens and open youup to new healing energies. It's something
that I do often is I havea burn book, and a lot of
things that are negative that I wantto get rid of. I actually write
them down in this book. Itake it out the book, I ball
it up and I burn it andI let the ashes just go and and

(16:11):
win. And then sometimes I doa nice little burning witchual, especially in
the beginning of the year. NewYear's Eve, I do a burning ritual
outside, burning out the bull crapand bullgeit that was in that past year.
I leave it there, it burnit, and I let it go.

(16:32):
So that's when I bring in thenew year. I'm bringing in a
newness to it. I'm bringing inin something new. I'm grateful for everything
that happened in the following year, but also I want to let go of
some of those things that no longerserves me. And then I come back
and I do it in April,Yes, because there is a newness sometimes

(17:00):
things. You know. I justthought about something. I had a situation
or something the other day, andjust in the process of that, there
is some realization that happened for me. Maybe not for the other person,
but for me it has And inthat moment I said, I said,
maybe this no longer serves me,Like this no longer serves me, and

(17:26):
so it maybe it's time for meto move on from this. And so
in the past few days, thisis something that I truly been thinking about
and I think I'm okay with allowingthat to move on from me. Yeah,

(17:48):
and that realization that I have, and I'm thankful for the moment in
time that I had with that, but it's no longer a line for who
I am and what I am doingnow and what I will be doing in
the future. So no, Ienjoy the moment, the time, the

(18:12):
people, but it no longer servesme in what I am doing and how
I am doing. And I noticedthat even in that, some people don't
even respect the growth of it.Yeah, So in that sense, I

(18:32):
feel like I'm going to move onand I'm good with that. I'm good
with that. Just as we speaknow, I might be doing a burning
ceremony on that on Friday, andif I do, I'm sure going to
come back on Monday morning and sharethat with you all. All right,
I heard to my beautiful people. So as we wrap up this episode of
