Speaker 1 (00:48):
Person that you are. So let's elevate our lives one
episode of time. Now, let's get started. All right, my
beautiful people, welcome back to this Season and Self Love Podcasts.
I'm yalls, Noami, Thanks and today today is something different.
Today is sacred. Today is a completion of something that

(01:10):
began many months ago and my altar, it has grown
into something that I never could imagine. You know, I
was right now, I am sitting twelve days away from
my explan journey twelve days away, and I wasn't sure
if I was going to do a final episode. You

(01:30):
see my symptoms, they have intensified. My body had been
asking me to rest, and I have been listening. I
have been listening. But something happened this morning. I said, no,
you gotta go do this. But it really happened. Because
something happened this weekend that changed everything for me, something

(01:52):
that reminded me on why this work, on why these stories,
on why this journey is so much bigger than just
me removing two foreign objects.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
From my body.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Before we get into this topic today, let's take a break.
A right, it's a gurty goud, it's gonna being too
on the season and stuff of a podcast, and we'll
be right good.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Washington wells into two focuses on healing. Always for me,
if I look good, then I feel good. If I
feel good, then I share the good. If I share
the good, then I celebrate the good. If I celebrate
the good, then I live the good. So I can
be paid to be my greatest. But I have to
learn the good to be the good.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
So what does it take to be the greatest.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
It's as simple as a free fifteen minute consultation. Be
kind to yourself and you'll always.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
All right, rebe to fool people, but welcome back. Well,
before we get into the topic, you know, let me
just ground us together for one final time. Before I
am to share my heart, I'll write to it for you.
All can just eyes right now, if you can, And
I want you to take the deepest breath that you
can take, and I want you to feel your body exactly,

(03:10):
exactly as it is in this moment. Maybe you're tired,
maybe you're strong, maybe somewhere in between. That's perfect. Now
I want you to play both hands on your hand
and feel it beating. That heart has carried you through

(03:33):
every moment of your life, every celebration, every loss, every decision,
every transformation, and it's still beating. You're still here and
you're still be coming. Now. I want you to imagine

(03:53):
this moment as sacred ground, not because it's perfect, but
because it's real, Because you're here and you're witnessing your
own journey, you're honoring your own story, and you're preparing
for your own transformation. Now, in this next breath, I
want you to breathe in gratitude for every step that

(04:16):
brought you here, and I want you to breathe out
any fear about what's coming next, because you are exactly
exactly where you need to be. Then where you are ready, Jimmy,
open your eyes and let us complete this journey together.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
All right?

Speaker 1 (04:36):
All right? So if you are new here to the
season and the Stuphaler Podcast, it's something we do every
day Monday through Friday, just the ground us. Before we
get into our topic ahead, I writememb beautiful people, Well,
I have to share with you on what happened this
week is because it's connected to everything, everything that we've
been talking about this month. It's connected to why this

(04:57):
series exists, why these stories matten, and why I'm sitting
here today even though my body is asking me to rest.
You see, last weekend, I was blessed to have my
family come into town. We're supposed to have been celebrating,
spending time together, just enjoying each other's company, but life

(05:17):
had other plans. I watched one of my favorite uncles,
a man who I loved dearly, go into two seizures
from what he thought was just an energy drink. Y'all,
I watched this man almost lose his life right in
front of me. I called now one one twice. I

(05:38):
watched my aunt's eyes filled with terror as she tried
to help her husband through this life threatening moment. I
watched fear. I watched love and desperation all mixed together
in the most real way possible. And then early this
Sunday morning, I got another call yet from another one

(06:00):
of my aunt's calling me to tell me that her grandson,
just a few days shy of his twenty seventh birthday,
I passed away from a car accident. Twenty seven is
what she told me. He will be twenty seven in
a few days. Yeah. I spent this past weekend watching

(06:25):
life hang in a balance, watching it to be taken
too soon, watching how quickly that everything can change. And
when I say, it changed at a drop over time.
That Thursday, we were looking it was a weekend. They
came out. I hadn't seen him in a while. They

(06:47):
actually are going to host me and my husband in
the next few weeks, what they always do when we
come back home to Chicago. But we were getting ready
to just celebrate everybody, just hit being here another year.
They went out to get a cigar, and he needed
an energy drink, one of those little five hour energy

(07:10):
drinks shot drinks. I'm not gonna go in detail of
the story, but but what I'm telling you is that
things change right before your eyes and you never know.
You never know. And as these things were happening this weekend,
all through it, I kept I kept asking God, what

(07:33):
are you trying to tell me? What are you trying
to tell us? What is the message through all of
this pain? And then Monday was my middle baby's twenty
third birthday. My daughter turned twenty three, and all I
can think about was how precious each breath is. I

(07:56):
remember telling her baby, I said, baby, you have to
celebrate every breath. Now. Whatever you don't like in your life,
change it. But first, appreciate that you woke up this morning.
Appreciate that your heart is beating. Appreciate that you are alive.

(08:20):
That's when it hit me. That's when everything came full circle.
You see, here, I am twelve days away from removing
these two foreign objects from my body that have been
slowly poisoning me for over twenty years. I'm twelve days

(08:40):
away from reclaiming my health, my energy, my authentic self,
and just this past weekend, it reminded me that life
is too precious, that it's too fragulent, too short, to
carry anything in our bodies or in our lives that
doesn't serve us for our highest good. You see, my

(09:04):
uncle Sesus and my cousin's death and my daughter's birthday,
they were all messages about the same thing. It's about
the urgency of living authentically, the urgency of making choices
that anor our bodies, our health, and our truth. So

(09:26):
let me take you back to where this all started,
because I need for you all to see the full
picture of what's been happening here. You know, months ago,
I was dealing with symptoms that were disable to meet
my vertigos. Severe headache, shooting pains through my body, brain fog.
You know, it's so bad that I thought I was
losing my mind. I was going from doctor to doctor,

(09:48):
getting real, no real answers, and just being dismissed, being
told that it was stressed, it was hormones, that it
was just life. But my body knew better, and my
body was yelling at me, it was screaming at me.
So of course I went to my actor. You know,
that sacred space where I connect with God, where I

(10:11):
get my clearest guidance. And I asked a question I
was afraid to ask, what do I need to do?
What am I missing? And it's clear as day the
answer say, you need to remove those implants. You need
to take them out. They need to go, not baby,

(10:37):
not eventually, but they have to go. Because here's the thing.
When God gives you an assignment, he also gives you
everything you need to complete it. That same Sunday, as
I was looking for meditation music at the receiving in

(11:00):
that message, Laura Boughten name popped up on my screen. Lord.
She's a patient advocate and had been on OH for
decades ago, and who I remember watching as a young
woman considering implants myself. She's the same Lord who will

(11:21):
become my angel, confirming what my spirit I already knew
about Doctor Sued. Y'all already knew which surgeon was right
for me before I ever spoke to Laura. That knowing
came straight from my altar. God sent Lord to confirm it,
to hold my hand through the process, and to remind

(11:41):
me that I wasn't alone. Then he sent me all
of those beautiful women to share their journey with me.
When my body shut down after my vacation, when I
couldn't even walk or talk properly, the message came again,

(12:03):
this needs to be as serious that you need to
change your life plans and you need to talk about
this journey, you know. And my little mind, I was like,
but I already have a July serious plan. That's what
I was staying in my mind. But I knew who
not to argue with God. I knew that one thing.

(12:24):
I knew that I was set down that week for
a reason. I couldn't talk how you have to rest
from a vacation that you literally didn't do anything during
a vacation. When I tell you, during the whole week
that we were in Miami, it rained every day all day,
so we didn't get to do go out and really
do the things that we wanted to do. So we

(12:47):
just enjoyed each other company inside of the home, which
I'm blessed that it has so many activities that we
can do there. But I wasn't doing anything strenious or
you know, physically nothing. But God the universe knew that
they had to shut me down because I had all

(13:11):
these things playing when I got back and they all changed.
Everyone changed. The fashion show got postponed, the retreat got postponed.
And then he said, because she's gonna get up and
steals still try to work, so I need to I
need to take her legs away. So he had them

(13:31):
so swollen that I couldn't walk, and she's gonna figure
out a way to be able to talk, so I'm
gonna have to take her voice away, trying to make
a sou horse that she can't talk so I can
lay and sit and think about what's going on. And
I know, like for real, Nami, Yes, I wish I

(13:52):
would have took pictures so you all could. You could
have seen how big my legs were. And when it
said you need to make you need to follow your journey.
You need to tell them about this ex plant journey,

(14:13):
and I was like, you know, I don't know if
I can be that vulnerable. I know I'm vulnerable on here,
but that's like vulnerable because at that moment I didn't
think that I was beyond my shame of a choice
that I made that was at the beginning of that
conversation at the altar. But as I continue to praise.

(14:37):
I continue to meditate, it became so much more clearer
to me is that this is the time you've been
prepared for this. Then it goes back to your prayer
that you actually prayed a few years ago, how can

(14:58):
I be of service to women? And it said, this
is how you can be in service to women. This
is how you can help them find their voices, trust
their bodies, and make empowered choices about their health. And

(15:22):
then what happened after that is that those beautiful warriors
began to start showing up. One of the first amazing
stories was Lorie Bowden, Laura thirty three years of fighting
this fight, being the voice of when there was no
social media, when women had to do the grassroots organizing

(15:45):
just to be heard. Laura who has dedicated her life
to helping women trust their bodies over profit driven medical advice.
And then just this past week, Lacy finding her power
and reclaiming her truth after years of symptoms that started

(16:06):
her vitality. Her story about being fully present with her
children again, about her brain clarity returning that gave me
me so much hope that he brought tears to my eyes.
Then there was Siry Jean who walked this past years
ago and came back to whole space for those of

(16:28):
us still preparing, and her honesty about the reality of recovery,
her fierce advocacy for women health, her reminder that we
are not alone in this and Alma de Vaux, who
had to ask friends to help fund her surgery and

(16:49):
showed that there is no shame in needing support for
our healing, her courage to speak her truth even when
in felt scary. And lastly, our amazing guests yesterday, Sonya Dudley,
moving from surviving to thriving, showing us what's possible on

(17:12):
the other side, her ready to energy, her gut health wisdom,
her proof that we cannot just heal, but we have
to flourish. You see, each one of these women taught
me something different. Each story added another layer to my
understanding of what this journey really is. Again, this isn't

(17:36):
just about removing implants. This is about reclaiming our voices.
This is about trusting our bodies over external authority. This
is about choosing authentic living overperforming for approval. And then
doctor Will, my therapeutic guy who kept reminding me to

(17:58):
listen to my body even when I want to push
through who helped me to understand the psychology behind our choices,
the importance of self compassion, and the power of authentic
decision making. You see, every single person who has been
a part of this series has been divinely placed. Every

(18:18):
story has been necessary, every vulnerability has been sacred, and
unbeknowns to my beautiful family. Unbeknown it's to my beautiful family,
from my husband, from my uncle, my aunt's and my
beloved cousin and my daughter that you all were a

(18:41):
part of this series. You all were a part of
the message. So do I want to talk about the
birth of something bigger. So during these three weeks when
my body forced me to be steel, when I had

(19:02):
to cancel shows and rest more than I wanted to,
something beautifully was born. Spent my downs time creating the
structure for a new podcast, Yes, the new podcast, Body
Choice and Voice Healing from the Inside Out, and that

(19:22):
would launch in January of twenty twenty six, and it
would be dedicated entirely to the b II survivors, women
health Choices and body Body Autonomy. Yeah. When I say
I had the full vision, I see it all. The
name came to me clear as day, the colors pink, tan,

(19:47):
spots of gold. Everything downloaded like a complete brand package
to me. The mission, the format, the guess, the movement,
it was just there. All of it came through through
while I was forced to be stealed. So this July
series wasn't just about preparing me for surgery. It was

(20:09):
preparing me for the next phase of my calling. It
was showing me how to hold space for women's stories,
on how to create bridges between isolation and community, and
how to turn personal healing into collective empowerment. You see,
every woman who shared her story this month will be

(20:29):
invited back to the new podcast. Every person who supported
this series will be a part of that movement. My
beautiful people, this is just the beginning, but none of
it will be possible without this sacred preparation time, without
learning to trust my body, without practicing vulnerability, without understanding

(20:54):
that my personal transformation is connected to a larger healing
that needs to happen in this world. So here I
am twelve days away from my explant surgery, and I
can tell you now I am not the same woman

(21:15):
who started this journey. I'm not just removing two foreign
objects from my body. I'm remove the last, the last
of the living for external validation. I'm removing the final

(21:37):
costume that I've been wearing to be acceptable to the
world that profits from women insecurities. You know, those implants
were never just about my breast. They're about a young
woman who didn't believe she was enough as God made her.

(21:58):
They were about performing infeminating instead of embodying it. They're
about seeking love and acceptance outside myself instead of trusting
the love that was already within me. For twenty plus years,
I carried those symbles. I carry those symbols of not

(22:23):
being enough, And in twelve days, I am setting myself free.
I am setting myself free. But this freedom, this freedom
isn't just physical. It's spiritual, it's emotional. It's the completion

(22:47):
of a journey that started long before I ever got implants,
the journey home to myself. I want to thank everyone
who's been a part of this series. To doctor Will
for his wisdom and this repetitive support. To Lord for

(23:11):
being my angel and advocate, to Lacy Shelley, Aloma and
Sonya for the courage of sharing their stories. To my
husband who has been there for me through everything reminded
me you gotta lay down, baby. I got you to
my listeners who supported me, and they're vulnerable and just sharing.

(23:36):
You've all been a part of my healing. You've all
been a part of this transformation. So just i've been
doing every episode this month is I want to close
this series out the way that we've been closing every
episode this month in meditation. But this one is special.

(23:58):
This one is our Clesian ceremony. So now I want
you to close your eyes and place both of your
hands on your heart. Feel the steady beat, the rhythm

(24:20):
of your life, the drum of your journey, the proof
of your resilience. Now, I want you to imagine every
choice that you've ever made that brought you to this moment,
the ones that you're proud of and the ones that
you were cracked, the ones that felt right and the

(24:43):
ones that felt wrong, all of them that led you
to hear all of them were necessary. Now I want
you to send gratitude to every version of yourself that
got you to this place. The sacred version, the confident version,

(25:06):
the lost version, the found version. They all deserve your love.
Now I want you to imagine the person the woman
the man that you are becoming. I want you to
deceive them clearly, authentic, powerful, trusting in your body, speaking

(25:31):
in their truth, living from love instead of fear. He
she been wanting, waiting for you. He's been calling you
home to yourself. So you say to him, I'm coming,

(25:55):
I'm ready, and I choose you. I want you to
fuel that choice, settling into every cell of your body.
You're choosing authenticity over improvement, You're choosing help overhaven, and
you're choosing love over fear. Now I will do to

(26:20):
take the deepest breadth.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
Of your life and know that you are exactly where
you meant to be, and you are coming exactly who
you are meant to be.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
And when you are ready, gently open your eyes. All right,
my beautiful people, this isn't alkabye, it is not This
is transformation. This is a completion, becoming a new beginning.
I return in October as a healed version of myself,
ready to serve in ways I can't even imagine yet.

(26:57):
And in January we are twenty twenty six. Choice and
Voice will launch as a continuation of this sacred work.
But no, but stay credt because every Wednesday for the
next two months. There will be Wednesday Wednesday with some
amazing guests on in August and September, but I will

(27:18):
return back with Mindset Mondays in October. So until then,
I want you to remember what this weekend talkt me.
That life is precious, that your breath is sacred, that
your voice matters and your choices have power. Trust your body,

(27:40):
trust your knowing, and trust your journey. Again. I want
to thank you all so much for walking this path
with me. I want to thank you for witnessing my transformation,
watching my tears. I want to thank you for allowing
me to witness yours as well. So keep loving yourself

(28:04):
so fiercely and keep choosing to be authentically ill and
keep becoming. It's your gurdie. God is not any banks
