Speaker 1 (00:05):
Come jigned up fun.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Thrills that'll make Yester come chigned up.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Fun s, come tied up fun, only they're friends.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
Welcome to this week's episode of The Silverwood Show podcast. Uh,
we got to keep Jordan awake over here. I think
he got worn out yesterday.
Speaker 4 (00:22):
Well it's maybe, but it's also that time of year
where it's busy. It is busy.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Even finding time.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
To record a podcast can be a little bit difficult.
But we found time to do something really fun yesterday.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
We sure did.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
And because of that, we're going to dedicate that this
episode to that. What would you call it an extravaganza.
Speaker 4 (00:42):
Well, we'll give a little background to this. Yeah, so
we were going to record a podcast yesterday and the
idea is we're going to rank each attraction in the
water park. Yeah. So I told Sarah and she goes,
I've only written one ride in the whole water park,
and so we needed to change that. Yeah, So we
grabbed swimsuits and we went and we did everything and
(01:04):
how much time well a little over an hour.
Speaker 5 (01:08):
Yeah, but so my apologies to apologies, but we got
through everything quickly, very quick.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
We took some liberties there, yes.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
But but we got it done.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
We got it done for everybody. Yes, to understand them.
Speaker 4 (01:23):
We're going to rank them from mild to wild, Yes,
coming up in our big drop Yes.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
So that's gonna be.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
A lot of fun. So stay tuned for that. But
let's kick things off with park Pulse.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
Park pools.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
All right, Park Pulse.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
So the number one thing, and the reason we're doing
this episode really is, is the last weekend of Boulder Beach.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
I know, summer's like over, well yes, I mean unofficially,
unofficially over. The water park ends, yes, but there's still
a weekend. I mean, it still goes through Labor Day,
So get out and write those water slides one more time.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
Also, we have Coaster Classic this weekend, and so that
is our classic car show. Come out and see all
the i mean hundreds of cars that line the main
street lawn. It's a really fun event, a really fun weekend.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
It is kind of a traditional way to just kind
of take by to summer, but then more fun things
on the horizon. Obviously, our schedule changes, so we're going
to go from seven days a week to just weekends, correct,
And that first weekend is Grandparents Weekend, So Grandma Grandpa
get in free with the purchase of a ticket, So
(02:35):
bring Graham and Grandpa out here for a great day
of fun. And then we head into community appreciation weekends
where a portion of your ticket proceeds goes to our
local food banks and so.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
We absolutely love that.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
So if you want to help out the community and
support local, that's a great way to do so is
by coming one of those weekends.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
And then we're ready for skiing secure time.
Speaker 4 (02:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
Yeah, In fact, you just got out of a scary
wood meeting. Yeah, everything scary wood. There's masks everywhere. Again,
the office is a mess. Yeah, a great mess though,
a great scary mess really.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
But yeah, so we, like.
Speaker 4 (03:10):
I think we talked about we announced that we were
making the swine bigger and badder, and so all that
is happening right now. And I don't know if people
really realize how long it takes to set all this up.
And we started concepting and going through this, and we
knew back in February this is kind of the direction
we were going to go. So getting ideas and then
(03:33):
really starting to build intensive was probably been the past.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Yeah, three weeks.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Can't really develop everything, and it's it's going to be bigger,
then it's going to be better.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
It's going to be scarier, batter in a good way.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
Yeah yeah, I never thought of it that way, but.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Bigger and bad is the best way possible.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
Are own sale, yeah yeah, go get your scary Wood
tickets before they sell out. They are for reserve dates only,
and you could save some money if you buy them online.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
Well they're only yeah, only available online.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
But you say money if you buy one day and
then outs.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
Yeah, so go get that done. You don't want to
have that perfect day and have it get you know,
sold out exactly. So that's park polse. Let's move into
the mil train train. Okay, some great questions from our listeners.
If you have a question to ask us, you can
email us at podcast at Silverwoodthingpark dot com or head
to the website and become a loyal listener at Silverwoodthepark
(04:28):
dot com slash podcast.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
So let's just dive right in.
Speaker 3 (04:32):
Megan Evans wants to know the RV park is filled
for the whole summer almost immediately, Yes, within like an hour.
Are there any alternative RV parks in the area? And
I was just going to say, get a campsite at Farragut.
It might not be an RV park per se, but
lots of r V camping there is.
Speaker 4 (04:49):
Yeah, so Farragut and then Ravenwood, which is right down
the street from us, is the closest campground, but there's
so many in the area that it's hard to like
nail it down to just a couple. Obviously, ours, if
you can get in, is the closest. You just walk over,
which is really convenient, but you do have to be
on it, and those usually go up as far as
(05:10):
like reservations in January. So just sign up for our
newsletter because that's when we blast out and watch us
on social media because that stuff does go out and
it's usually like in a couple of days, they're gonna
we give it a warning and then it goes up
and then in six hours the summer is really full.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Yeah, it really really is.
Speaker 3 (05:28):
And it's like midnight that we put those like, so
by one am, all the best sites are.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
There's a lot of them, yeah, which is crazy.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
So people are setting their alarms pretend it's like a
concert somebody who've been just like dying to see and
you're not going to miss out on those, So set
that alarm and keep an eye out for that. You
can sign up for a newsletter on our website at
silverwoodthemepark dot com.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
So thanks for that.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Megan Tiffany wants to know, is there anything new and
exciting coming to Silverwood for summer twenty twenty six.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
Always, well, there's things that are being worked on. All
the details are not quite in place and approval is
not quite there, but there are things that are being
worked on behind the scenes. We're always trying to improve
and that's why we listen to everybody who gives a
survey and trying to improve that guest experience. And that's
where like tremors happen this year with adding the second train,
(06:21):
and that has helped immensely on just the throughput, how
many rides you can ride during the day, and so
we're always looking at that as well as like what
can we do new and different.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
Exactly exactly, So there are new things on the horizon,
more to come on that.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
We'll leave you with a little cliffhanger there out of that. Okay.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
Beth Any Dabbling wants to know do you still do
high school band and choir trips?
Speaker 5 (06:45):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (06:45):
Yeah, sure do the whole beginning of the season is.
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Yeah, a lot of May trips and then they come
back in September typically, but that can be booked through
our group sales department. So groups that's over withthepark dot com.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
You can reserve a.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
Spot a time on like our concrete pad out in
the grass watch and then you get you get some
chairs and you get a play and then you can
go enjoy the park. So yes, we definitely still do that.
Email that email, or you can call in and ask
for group sales.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Yeah, so hopefully we'll see your band out here next year, later.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
This year, next maybe September.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Still all right, right, Bethany, thank you for that. I
want to give stuff away though, you always want to
give my favorite part. So let's call this week's loyal listener.
Speaker 5 (07:30):
Okay, we have a winner, all right.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
So they're telling me number nine three six, so let's
give them a call.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
Hello. Hey, this is Paula. This is Paula, Paula.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
This is Sarah, Jean and Jordan from the Silverwood Show
podcast here at Silverwood Theme Park.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
How arey?
Speaker 4 (07:59):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Oh, I'm Gooday, Hey guess what you're this week's a
loyal listener And so We've got a pair of tickets
for you, and don't worry, you don't have to use
on my seat that you're in Portland, right, Yeah, so
we're not gonna make you run out here this season,
but yeah, we're gonna give you your tickets for next season.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
You've booked our trip for next year already.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Okay, well this works out, so you probably I do.
It's like we knew, Paula. You just we are aligned.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
That's great.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
Perfect.
Speaker 3 (08:28):
So, hey, you want to try to win some silver
Wood cash to go along with those tickets. Yes, okay,
So this is what we're gonna do. We're gonna play
a little game with you of true or false. So
I'm going to give you a statement. You let me
know if it's true or false. So fifty percent chance
of getting it right. You're gonna get five dollars every
time you get it correct, and then Jordan is going
to give you a chance to win fifty dollars.
Speaker 2 (08:49):
Yeah excellent, Yeah, I like it.
Speaker 4 (08:51):
We have a little SoundBite that we will play when
we get to that, and if you guess it right,
you get an extra fifty dollars. Oh excellent.
Speaker 1 (08:57):
Okay, I'm going to stay focused focus.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
All right, Paula, here's number one aftershock is one hundred
and ninety feet.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
False.
Speaker 3 (09:08):
Yes, good, It's like she knew I was going to
throw out a trick question.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
The one ninety one. So that was closed. That was rude,
but you gotta right, you gotta rite. Good job.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Okay, five dollars in the bank. On to number two.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
Stunt pilot is based off of a Pits Special biplane.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
Say that again, stunt pilot.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
The roller coaster is based off of a Pits Special biplane.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
Pits Pits Special. Yeah like Armpits.
Speaker 2 (09:38):
Wow, I'm going to say false, that was true.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
Really true? Yes? Whoa give the little background on that door?
Speaker 4 (09:46):
Dan, Yeah, So the Pit Special is an acrobatic plane,
and when you actually go in the queue line, there
is one hanging above the queue line that's a Pit Special.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
Oh I didn't know that that was an actual airport.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
I was singing arm Pits.
Speaker 4 (09:59):
Yeah. Wow.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
It kind of what we're all learning today. But now
you have.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
That fun fact. So when you visit next year, you
can tell everybody's favorite. By the way, that's my favorite.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
We love it to us too.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
So okay, we still have five dollars onto the next one.
Cotton candy is the top selling food item.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
I'm gonna say false.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
Correct, Yes, it is Jordan's favorite.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
No, it's not.
Speaker 4 (10:26):
I don't feel like candy. But no chicken chicken strips. Oh,
you're saying chicken strips is favorite. Chickens?
Speaker 2 (10:31):
What is the number one? Chicken strips is the number one? Yeah,
chicken strips. Yeah, pizza, pizza is good. I would have
got ice cream ice creams up there. Yeah, but chicken.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
Strips and those numbers might change this year. This was
based off of last.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
Year's da chicken strips. Next year they are really good.
I'll say that.
Speaker 3 (10:49):
Okay, So we've got ten dollars in the bank onto
number four. Tremors solo riders must be four d What
why is Jordan doing that?
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Because it's changed this year.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
It did change the same on the web.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
We just give it to We're gonna say, we're gonna,
we're gonna change. I'm gonna change it. Okay, So Tremors.
Speaker 4 (11:10):
Tremor's minimum rider height requirement is forty two inches false. Ah, play,
it's not playing, it's sorry, it's actually true. Forty two inches.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Yeah, I think I thought that was with us somebody
that is with someone?
Speaker 2 (11:26):
Yes, but you have a solo writer. I know it's
forty six solo.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
Okay, okay, okay, okay, get it on the door.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
It's okay. We have ten dollars.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
Okay, there's still plenty more. Okay.
Speaker 3 (11:37):
Silverwood used to have a tiger named Tigger.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
These are hard ones.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
I know, job, thanks, I mean that could be trademarked.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
I don't know better.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
I must say.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
I'm gonna say false. It's actually true back in the nineties.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
And it was actually one of the pilots, right.
Speaker 4 (12:02):
That one of our pilots owned a tiger. Yeah, and
and cougar cougar.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Yeah, Okay, we're gonna get Okay.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
Don't worry.
Speaker 4 (12:17):
We still have You have ten dollars, yeah right, ten
dollars yeah, okay, Well we'll throw in another fifty if
you can guess this right. So this is a ride
in either the water park or the theme park side.
The one guess that has been wrong is Eagle Hunt.
So I'm going to play this for you right now here.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
It comes. Do you know what ride that is?
Speaker 1 (12:48):
What's that one called in the back with the big tube?
Speaker 2 (12:52):
What is that called?
Speaker 4 (12:54):
There's two, there's Avalanche Mountain and Ricochet Rapids back there.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Ricochet Rapids.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
That is incorrect, but that's okay. You still got ten dollars.
You still get your tickets. Yeah, that sound is going
to move on to the next person.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
So, and you got your tickets, and so I'm going
to reach out to you here after the podcast and
we'll set up getting those tickets for you for twenty
twenty six.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
You guys are so awesome. Now, summer's going to be
our third summer coming up. Oh all right, and i'd
love you to take that road trip. That's yeah tag. Yeah,
well we hope we get to mean yeah, coming.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Some righteous vibes.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
Thank we love you, all right, we'll see you next year, okay, okay,
good bye bye, Okay, Well, well, righteous vibes, righteous.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Vibes, we got righteous vibes. I love it like that.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
I'm I'm down for it. I'm sure Jay is down
for it. He is definitely down for it.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
Like righteous.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
That's yeah, righteous vibes, that's.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
Just that's righteous.
Speaker 4 (13:52):
Sure.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
If we can and do that, it's all the same.
And she did.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Okay, okay, okay, okay, So let's talk water park.
Speaker 4 (14:01):
Yes, let's talk about our experience. Yeah, got the big drop.
Speaker 3 (14:10):
Drop all right, we're going mild to wild and we
are basically commemorating an amazing season at Bulder Beach and
our final weekend with our personal rankings on everything.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
Well, and Sarah's been begging to ride all of these rides.
Speaker 4 (14:27):
If you've listened to any of the podcasts last couple
of weeks, She's wanting to go on these rides.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
And we did it.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
No, you can go by yourself.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
We did it.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
We did it.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
It was spontaneous, which is always the best.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
We had a bestI day, Yes, it really was. It
was just what I needed.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
It was so hot yesterday, my Feeter, weren't you Peterburg?
Speaker 1 (14:46):
Yeah? I know. It was great though.
Speaker 3 (14:49):
Okay, it's nice to not be in an office. Yeah,
you know, it was so wonderful. So let's I can
put this way because okay, so mild the mildest thing
we did. Okay, what is yours?
Speaker 1 (15:00):
Toddler Springs?
Speaker 2 (15:02):
Yes, Toddler Springs is for sure?
Speaker 4 (15:06):
Man.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
I well, from mild to.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
Wild, yeah, it was the mildest. There were there were
two others that were not that mild.
Speaker 4 (15:15):
Great, Okay, well, I would agree with that Toddler Springs. Yeah,
we went and we I'm sure people.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
Were like, what are these people doing? We went, We
got splashed in the face a couple of times. We
have some video of the whole day. We frolicked a
little bit.
Speaker 4 (15:29):
Yes, we went through the splashes and we came out
the other side saying that was the most mild.
Speaker 1 (15:34):
Yeah, for sure. So I actually, but.
Speaker 4 (15:37):
You went into the salmon run splash pad that looked
more mild than what we did.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
We went down the water.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
But those are two separate things.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
Oh no, I think the.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
Splash pad a salmon run is a step up. Okay
I do, okay, yeah, turned into.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
The water slide.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
Okay, got it.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
So yeah, so it kind of.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
The most mild is Toddler Spring, hence the name Toddler Springs.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
Yeah, exactly, we're.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
Gonna move up one's notch. What's next? Salmon run, salmon run. Yeah,
the whole entire, the whole entire, and we're gonna Yeah,
so as adults, people over fifty four inches, we could
go down one water and we both went down and
Sarah had her hands up.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
It was so fun. It was like my warm up.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
Yeah, it was the very first.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
Thing we did, Yeah, and I still got water in
my nose.
Speaker 4 (16:28):
We've learned yesterday Sarah does not know how to hold
their breath without plugging her nose.
Speaker 3 (16:32):
Yeah, And it's so funny because Jordan's daughter Quinn has
taught me and she told me, like, this is what
you have to do, and I promised her like I'm
not going to do it anymore.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
And the first time I didn't.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
Do it yesterday, I ended up basically almost barfing on
the GoPro.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
Because I was choking up water.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
But I was also screaming with my mouth open, with
my eyes shut and trying to hold my breath and
it just didn't work.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
So that's yeah, it gross visual.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Yeah, well we've got it.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
We do have it.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
We happened and inside, So what was yours?
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Yeah? I think I would. Man. I actually am going.
Speaker 4 (17:08):
To go Lazy River okay as the next Miley, mostly
because it's just lazy and there's no drop to it.
Speaker 3 (17:19):
Despite despite in the booty, You're right, I don't know
there's no sharks in there. There was a child who
thought that they were a shark. They decided they were
going to come up and give you a little bump.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Give me a little bump bump in the boot.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Okay, Well, so I didn't experience that.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
You're right, And you also pushed me into every single
one of the waterfalls, so.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
That's true too.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
It was a little more.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
It was a little more intense for you for me.
Speaker 5 (17:44):
Yeah, But so okay, here's a.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Little story on the Lazy River.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
So we're going around and I was like, let's go
over here so we can get in the current. And
Sarah goes, there's a current in here, yes, how do
you think we're moving?
Speaker 2 (18:00):
And she goes, she goes, I think I thought it
went downhill, and I was like, how do we get uphill?
So it goes.
Speaker 4 (18:06):
Downhill both ways. The whole time is downhill magic. It's
just magically.
Speaker 3 (18:10):
Downhill magical chase overre crashing up right.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
Now, Like I really hadn't ever thought about it.
Speaker 4 (18:18):
I hope that whole the conversation on video because it
was like your brain was an overdrive trying to get
that to work.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
And then he showed me the current. I was like, whoa, yeah,
there's a current.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
There is a current.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
Yeah, and there's like a fast light.
Speaker 4 (18:31):
There's a fast lighting. Yeah, you gotta know it. So
and then the outside. It's always on the inside. On
the I think it's always on the inside. Maybe it's
on the outside in some.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Spots maybe, but it doesn't go downhill.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
It definitely does. That's the one thing we know for
sure is it doesn't go downhill.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
If anyone thought that with me, please just reach out
so I don't look so completely naive.
Speaker 4 (18:52):
Okay, moving on to the next. Okay, so your second
mild was Salmon Run. Mine was Lazy River.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
Your third, I think I would go to Lazy River
at that point.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
And an all flip flop and I'll go to Salmon Run.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
Okay, Okay, so let's move to the next one.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
Yeah, we're like, we're like going more and now medium.
We're bumping it up a little.
Speaker 1 (19:15):
Yeah, because Polybog Park was Craig.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
Craig, Yeah, that was that was true.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
I lost an earring first of all, so because I
was getting shot in the side of the head non stop,
we were literally targeted.
Speaker 4 (19:28):
Yeah, so we have to give a little context, so
people are just like, what happened. So Pollywog Park has
these water cannons, yes, and we were waiting to do
our little out trow underneath the bucket.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Yes, we missed the first time.
Speaker 4 (19:42):
We missed, Like we're like doing it and it landed
like four feet behind us, and so we're like, shoot,
we gotta do it again. So we moved back and
now everybody has an idea that we're standing here filming. Yes,
and they're just pelting us with water.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
They loved it. They love the parents though.
Speaker 4 (19:57):
Yeah, well and all that, and I will say that
Sarah got hit the most by far.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
And those cannons aren't like, those cannons are hardcore.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
Yeah, massage.
Speaker 4 (20:11):
Here's the thing. Here's the thing. It's like scary wood.
And that's what I told you. It's like scarywood. If
you give them any attention, they're going to just keep
hitting you. And you kept you kept turning around. I'm like,
don't do it. I was telling them to m me
in the backs. It felt like a massage, and they
moved away from me quickly.
Speaker 3 (20:27):
Yea.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
Yeah, And all of a sudden I was the target
and we got to see the video.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
I haven't seen the video.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
Friend got a video. Yeah, and it was hilarious.
Speaker 2 (20:34):
I'm sure it was.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
So we waited there probably for ten to fifteen minutes,
just waiting for the.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Perfect still didn't get the second one.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
The second one it hit us, but it was not
really hit in front of us.
Speaker 3 (20:45):
Yeah, so the third one. So it took three takes
for us to get our outro correctly.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
But we did it.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
We did it, even if I lost an earring and
a lot of pride, the whole entire thing.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Okay, So what fun are you saying? That was fourth?
Speaker 1 (20:58):
Fourth?
Speaker 2 (20:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (21:00):
What about you?
Speaker 2 (21:03):
Yeah, I think I would put that up there. I
think I would agree with.
Speaker 1 (21:05):
That, Okay, Okay, so five, Gosh, it's I.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
Think this is actually a tie for me with Polly Walker.
Speaker 3 (21:12):
I was gonna say, probably a tie for you if
not flip flopped, because you were like mister Mermaid yesterday.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
And I know what you're gonna say.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
Waypool, Yeah, yeah, Waypool.
Speaker 4 (21:21):
The way Pool is fun, but like I mean, getting
sprayed in the face is a whole different experience. So
I think there's a tie between the Waypool and Pollywog
aparts from you.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
Yeah, and I like just jumping in.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
The waves and Jordan and the waves. He literally looks
like a Mrman. I guess it would be a merman,
not a mermaid. You were just like so like you
look like a salmon swimming upstream.
Speaker 4 (21:43):
I appreciate all of these, what I think are compliments.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
They are here.
Speaker 3 (21:48):
I am terrified, just like I don't want to How
deep is it?
Speaker 1 (21:52):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
Yeah, but we got to get a little under water.
You have to get yeah, I did. You have to
give a little background on your waypool tag. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (21:59):
When I was a little girl, when I was like five,
we went to.
Speaker 3 (22:02):
Edmonton Mall, Edmonton Mall way up in Edmonton, Alberta. Who
Calgary and that would have made sense Alberta. Yeah, Yeah,
And I got caught in one of the little rip
tied things and I almost drowned in the wavepool.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
My dad had to save me, so she was scared
to even step foot in the way pool.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
That's the first time I've done it since I was five.
So we got in, We got in, conquered a fear
kind of you went.
Speaker 4 (22:24):
Underwater a little bit. Yeah, I hope maybe we got back.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
We got it. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
But then Jordan he's just like literally just diving in
and out of waves like he's some magical fish. And
I'm like tripping and slipping and sliding and landing on
my bum and I.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
Was just in people's way.
Speaker 2 (22:40):
We made it out, We did, we did.
Speaker 1 (22:42):
Those waves are intense.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Yeah, so I think I think that's probably the next step.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
Yeah, depending on your swimming level.
Speaker 4 (22:49):
Yeah, true, yeah, but there are areas in the waypool
that you can be a little more mild. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Jordan brought me to the deep end.
Speaker 2 (22:54):
We went to the deep end because we had to
get the full experience.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
Jordan's taller than me.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
Yeah, so yeah, so but you di'd still touch It
wasn't like you weren't touching.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
Yeah, but then they'd pick up my feet and then
I was like it was just yeah yeah, so waypool pool, okay.
Speaker 4 (23:10):
Yeah, so I would agree, we're right in the middle
of the waypool. We're gonna hard to move.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Up to a little more wild slides. Yeah right, yeah, yeah,
now we're into slides, okay, m.
Speaker 4 (23:21):
And so we have to give a little context on
the slides because we did move past the line.
Speaker 1 (23:27):
Yeah, we're sorry. And I told everybody it's podcast, so
if you're a.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
Listener, there's a lot of advertising happening for the podcast.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (23:33):
I was, you know, apologizing because Jordan, he's like he
literally another bit of background contact Jordan wore his polo
like in the water slides.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
So if you saw a guy at a polo and
you were just like, what is this doing?
Speaker 4 (23:47):
Antake on and magically my name Takes stayed on the
whole day, which was amazing. Yeah, really surprising.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
But yeah, so that was how we wedn't want you
to keep were just cutting.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Yeah, we work here, yeah, that's what he kept saying.
I swear we work here.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
And we only had a certain amount of time to
be able to get this done before we had to
be us other places.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
That was our excuse.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
So we do apologize from the bottom, we do of
our heart.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
But we're giving you good content, yes, and stories.
Speaker 3 (24:14):
And now you know what we were doing, so there's
no more questioning.
Speaker 5 (24:17):
But ah, okay number six something like that. We're just
we're just gonna keep going.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Let's just keep going up, I would say, stepping.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
Up into the wild.
Speaker 3 (24:27):
Rumble Falls. Yeah, yeah, okay, that's what I would.
Speaker 4 (24:30):
Say, Rumble Falls experience. We were going faster than I
remember going on that round.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
Yeah, because I gave us definitely a big push.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Yeah for sure, for sure. So and Rumble Falls, that's
the one that's the tube slide.
Speaker 4 (24:43):
So there's two people that sit in a tube and
you go down and there's.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
Like four of them.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
So we chose the open one.
Speaker 4 (24:49):
We chose the green open one, and for sake of
not making anybody even more mad, we only rode one
of those sides. So we didn't write all the slides.
We went on every attraction.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Yes, yes, and that's my yeah, because it wasn't as
intense as the other one.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
No, no, And I think that's the natural step up
for people is to go on that one and then
if you really probably the full dark one.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
It just doesn't lend a video very well.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
Yeah, And we didn't want to cut line more than
we yeah, exactly, so we've already cut patched you once.
We just come yeah, but.
Speaker 4 (25:18):
We we got something, so your fear did get our like, yeah,
we got some up on the walls.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Your fear of that one is going over the edge.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
I don't want to go over the edge.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
It's terrible, which is a natural fear.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
But like when you.
Speaker 3 (25:28):
See the edge of the tube, like getting up there
and you see the sky, it's like, I don't know
about this.
Speaker 4 (25:33):
We didn't we didn't go to the edge, and we
knew we would be safe because Jordan, we take safety.
Speaker 1 (25:38):
Well that very seriously. I'm accident pron So it wasn't.
I was worried about the ride. I was worried about me.
Speaker 4 (25:45):
Okay, well yeah, but we did have a moment yet
rumble falls at the very end because someone got very
stuck in the tube and it wasn't me.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
So it was it was hard, you were, it was difficult.
Speaker 2 (26:01):
I didn't. I just stood up and filmed because it
was hilarious. So you legs straight up in the air,
you were.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
I don't know how that happened, but it's okay. Yeah yeah.
It was like a turtle on its shell, kind.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
Of on its back.
Speaker 3 (26:15):
Yeah yeah, yeah, that's pretty accurate, just like walks away.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
I was like, you can figure it out, thank you, thank.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
You for that. So that's my next one.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
With that, I agree, that's mine.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
Okay, okay, well next we're probably gonna get a little
more debates here.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
Yeah, so going on to the more wild rise.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
Okay, I would say, what's the other one that starts
with an R ricochet rapins, ricochet rapids.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
That's my next that's the green one went down, that's
my next one. Okay, Yeah, why it's.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
Kind of even with Rumble. Honestly, those two kind of.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
Yeah, I was thinking about that too.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Very similar experience, like yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
Yeah, there's really especially on Ricochet is really one part
that has the big halfpipe drop into the big tube.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
Awesome.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
Yeah, And Sarah had no idea what was coming on.
So we by passed the line it's over.
Speaker 1 (27:10):
I'm like, it's not over.
Speaker 4 (27:13):
And we were looking because you could have four adults,
and so we had two and we were looking for
another two and just to happen, the next team going
next group going in was two, and so we got
in with them and they had a blast.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
And we really did make it up.
Speaker 2 (27:25):
Oh week.
Speaker 4 (27:26):
So we were going backwards, right, we were going backwards
down the first and I knew we're going into this
big drop and she did not.
Speaker 1 (27:33):
I had no idea.
Speaker 4 (27:34):
I can't wait to see the footag because I was
in the footage, but I'm assuming.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
I've seen people like in photos and stuff like knowing
now what it feels like.
Speaker 2 (27:41):
Yeah, holy, you feel like you're way up right.
Speaker 4 (27:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
I felt like we were literally the same thing about
to flip. That's what I thought. So and because we
had that weight distribution, it was like, yeah, it was great.
Speaker 4 (27:52):
And as we as we come back around, the guy
on the other side of us was like, oh no,
oh no, pointing at the huge waterfall and we just
got pounded.
Speaker 3 (28:01):
By the absolutely And this was what the second one
of the day.
Speaker 4 (28:06):
No, we went on we went Salmon Run. In terms
of slides, slides, okay, yeah, we moving on this after you.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
Get yeah, okay, yeah, so this was the second one
of the day. And so this was really my first
ever water slide here, well aside from the one at
Salmon Run. But yeah, so aside from yeah, because Eagle
hunts the watercoaster and I've already ridden it. Hmm, So
that was my first experience and so that could partially
be why it was so terrible.
Speaker 4 (28:32):
Right, Well, then you go, it goes pitch black, right,
and so you don't know what's happening, and I kept
telling you, what's kind of over, it's over, there's no
You're like, you're lying, you're lying, And then all of
a sudden we came out at the end.
Speaker 2 (28:41):
She's like you you weren't lying.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
You got stuck in the tube on that one. Next
one is one yeah, one wild, I can't get out
I can't.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
I couldn't.
Speaker 4 (28:54):
My hands were full, I couldn't get out. That was
and then I got a cramp.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
Okay, that's not an excuse, you know. So we're even
or even or even Okay, so.
Speaker 2 (29:08):
Yours is worse, but moving on, my butt's.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
Bigger than yours, and I got stuck in the tube.
Speaker 4 (29:14):
Moving on, I think we're both a great ricochet rapids next.
Speaker 3 (29:19):
And then I would say, only due to the experience,
I'm going to push the next one. I would say
off because it was more scary than I probably normally would.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
And we'll get into that.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
But I would actually say, uh, rip head racer, you're
nervous going down that way. I was really nervous going
face first. That just yeah, I broke my head open
in my twenties. I have a scar that just it
like pulsates when my head is anyone or when I'm falling,
and so that feels like you're falling, you know what
(29:51):
I mean. And so it just and then I watched
y'all just like go ham jumping, and I was like, Okay,
maybe it's not that bad. No, And so I was
like the last one off the starting line.
Speaker 4 (30:03):
Yeah, who won forgetting one out of everybody everybody.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Yeah, and I came what second to last?
Speaker 4 (30:10):
I think you were third. I think you might have
been yeah, maybe second, second or second third last. You're
really close to the littlest of the group.
Speaker 1 (30:17):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 3 (30:19):
That girl next to me, Like I didn't get see
Jordan because we were both in the yellows, which are
on the outside, and so there was a girl next
to me, and I'm not kidding you, Like, I mean,
she was crazy, mean, she threw down her her mat
and then she just like dove onto it, Like I mean,
it was wow.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
I was really really really impressed by her.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
My time was ten point zero or something.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
Point zero two or something like that.
Speaker 5 (30:47):
Yeah, your time was like almost I got down.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
I got down, and I was like, because it's funny
because on that ride, you you're going down, you're like,
I don't know where I'm actually at in in terms
of like the the race.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
You probably knew because there was nobody next to you.
Speaker 4 (31:02):
But but when you're going in like the enclosed part,
you don't know. You're like maybe I hope and you
come out and like no one's next to you, and
it's like the best feeling ever, and then you get
down the end and you're just waiting and I just
was waiting there for you to come by, and all
of a sudden you come scooting in.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
Right right next to me was Mario Kart.
Speaker 1 (31:19):
How I play at Mario Mario Kart too. Last place,
I had a few bananas, you know, a few random.
Speaker 2 (31:26):
Something like that stuff along the way. You do all
the excuses you want, but you lost.
Speaker 3 (31:31):
I was playing the Mario Kart like tunes in my
head as I was going, yeah, totally lost.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
But I would say, that's next.
Speaker 4 (31:37):
Okay, would I would? I would agree. It's one of
my favorites, but it's not the wild.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
Wild Yeah say so, I mean you can make it wild.
You're the girl next to me.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
But yeah, okay, okay, So that's our next one.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
So that leaves I think we have three spots left.
Speaker 4 (31:53):
We have okay, we left is last peak Avalanche Mountain,
and this is okay.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
I'm going to have to say next one though, because
it's normally not this way. I think it was just
this way for us. Avalanche is next, and solely because
there was a guy in our tube with us who
let go.
Speaker 4 (32:17):
We could let go and they clearly say hold on
with two hands, hold on with two hands.
Speaker 1 (32:23):
We also had a lot of weight in that tube.
Speaker 4 (32:24):
We did have a lot of weight, and we went
pretty high on the side, really really high, and he
was the one going up the side and he let
go and we were we were looking at him.
Speaker 1 (32:33):
Like, oh my gosh, emotion.
Speaker 2 (32:38):
So he came down and then he was just laying
in the middle of the tube.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
Like like starfish.
Speaker 4 (32:42):
Yes, and we were like, hold on, hold on, and
right before we went up the next ride, because if
he would have went up, he held on and he
just stayed in that position the whole It was like.
Speaker 3 (32:54):
Feet tucked in underneath all of us and hands just barely.
Speaker 1 (32:57):
I mean, he was like fingers on the rope.
Speaker 2 (33:00):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 3 (33:00):
And I just think they had a good time flashed
before my eyes.
Speaker 4 (33:03):
I think.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
So they didn't say goodbye, though.
Speaker 2 (33:05):
Well I don't.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
I think they were from Europe.
Speaker 3 (33:09):
Yeah or yeah, I don't. I don't know that they
spoke English very well.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
But we had a great time with them.
Speaker 1 (33:14):
I hope they know that we had fun.
Speaker 2 (33:16):
I think they did.
Speaker 1 (33:17):
Even though I was pretty sure I was going to
get a bear hub.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
At that point.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
Yeah, it was. It was a great right idea memorable.
Speaker 4 (33:24):
I would say as far as like mild to wild
that that's a good number three into that spot it is.
Speaker 2 (33:32):
It's still my favorite. Yeah, it's up there.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
I understand why it was definitely, probably.
Speaker 4 (33:37):
Especially when you have four people that you all know
each other, there's there's a lot more interaction.
Speaker 1 (33:43):
I can have to have redone it like and did
it again?
Speaker 2 (33:46):
We want to go right now? Yeah we can.
Speaker 1 (33:49):
I kept this from super Hair just okay, okay, so yeah,
so that would be.
Speaker 4 (33:53):
Yeah, I agree, Okay, I mean we're pretty pretty in
step with these.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:57):
Yeah, okay, next wild, we have two left.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
I'm going to eagle hunt.
Speaker 3 (34:01):
Okay, it's wild, but I like that it goes up
because it slows you down for a minute. But I
also Jordan taught me the cracked way to do it.
Speaker 1 (34:11):
We lost, we got DIY.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
Probably partially why it's not number one, because we went
a lot slower, like a lot slower.
Speaker 2 (34:21):
People that beat us they were a lot lighter than.
Speaker 1 (34:24):
Yeah, they were a lot lighter than us we were
in the past.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
Thing actually does help is being lighter.
Speaker 4 (34:29):
We came into that first disregard today. We got into
the the first blast session section first, Yeah, and we're
going up and all of a sudden, they just rocketed
by us.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
I didn't even know it could go that No, and
so I've never seen anything like that.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Nique was not sound at that point, but I.
Speaker 1 (34:50):
Didn't know it's supposed to lean forward.
Speaker 4 (34:52):
To give a slight lean forward just to get that
momentum going forward.
Speaker 2 (34:56):
I found has worked the best, and.
Speaker 1 (34:58):
They must have been doing it right because I, honestly,
I didn't know you.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
Could go that fast an equal yeah right, yeah, so
they beat us by kicked our probably like fifteenth.
Speaker 1 (35:10):
Legs, if not more, honestly.
Speaker 5 (35:13):
But it was a blast, and it's still such a
good ride, such an amazing ride.
Speaker 1 (35:17):
It was our first time.
Speaker 4 (35:19):
It was our first big ride of the day, and
so it's a lot to compete against.
Speaker 3 (35:22):
It's kim like a warm up ride, and I'd done
it before. So yeah, yeah, that helped. But that leaves
number one.
Speaker 4 (35:29):
Our wildest ride was Velocity Peak. We got to Velocity
Peak and I said, which one do you want to
go down? And she said the enclosed one, the fully
enclosed one. I said, wow, that one's really fast. But
you also can't film very well on that one. And
so we got up to the top and I said,
you're going down this one?
Speaker 2 (35:46):
And she didn't really know. I don't think what which
one was?
Speaker 1 (35:48):
No idea, And it turns out it.
Speaker 2 (35:51):
Was the straight down one. Whoops?
Speaker 1 (35:53):
Is that the one that goes fifty five miles an hour?
Speaker 2 (35:55):
That's the one.
Speaker 1 (35:55):
So I went like eighty I could tell no.
Speaker 2 (35:58):
I think I went faster because I beat you. I
beat you down that thing.
Speaker 4 (36:01):
Really fact that went on the other one, Yeah, And
I really flung myself and I looked over. I wanted
to make sure that she actually went down it, and
she like pulled herself and like barely scooted it down,
and I was like, is she could even make it?
Speaker 1 (36:13):
I was screaming so low.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
That was the one that like, I'm screaming and all
the water when I hit the bottom just went straight
into my lungs. I've got the go pro and so
I'm just like choking all over the GoPro. Lost half
my shirt, lost half my bikini bottoms. It was just like, wow,
that was that.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
That means you got the full glossy peak experience.
Speaker 1 (36:33):
I definitely did.
Speaker 4 (36:34):
And part of it. So we have this GoPro that
we're filming on. I said, keep your arm straight because
that's good best my mouth, and she goes. Afterwards, I
was like, did you keep your arm straight? And she goes, well,
when I came down, was it straight? I said, no,
it was right in your face. She goes, then, probably not.
So we'll see how that footage turned out, but I'm
sure it was.
Speaker 3 (36:51):
It's gonna be like the cartoon where you see the
little the tonsils probably probably, So that one's terrifying.
Speaker 1 (36:59):
I don't know that I partake in that one.
Speaker 2 (37:01):
Again, well, you could do the other. There's two more
for you to do there.
Speaker 1 (37:04):
No, I'm good, Okay, okay.
Speaker 4 (37:05):
So there's our mild wild now on knowing that which
one is your favorite?
Speaker 1 (37:11):
Favorite? Avalanche?
Speaker 2 (37:12):
Avalanche was your favorite day?
Speaker 1 (37:14):
I really did enjoy Avalanche.
Speaker 3 (37:15):
Yeah, that was a lot of fun, even though I
saw my life flashed before my eyes.
Speaker 1 (37:19):
So yeah, I get I get it. And that's one
I'd been begging you to take me.
Speaker 4 (37:23):
It's true, and that one, that one's always been my favorite.
Over there yesterday, I I think eagle Hump might have
taken over.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
And just because I love the race aspect you too.
Speaker 4 (37:33):
It's super fun, especially if you had someone next to
you that, like, you know this one. We didn't know them,
but they were interacting with us.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
There was fun.
Speaker 1 (37:41):
Yeah, they were so fun. It's it's really a close tie.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
It is close. It's like one A, one B.
Speaker 3 (37:46):
So there's our ranking, I mean, and let us know
what you Let.
Speaker 4 (37:51):
Us know your thoughts on where you rank things. I
feeling you might be close, but you might be switching
some things around.
Speaker 3 (37:57):
But leave a comment. We're gonna we're gonna pose. Leave
a comment. Let us know what your favorites are. And
please come out and visit us this weekend. Don't let
someone sip away before getting.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
To do what I did. Yeah yeah, oh do we
have an ice cream truck?
Speaker 2 (38:11):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (38:12):
We experienced everything. There's got to be inside scoop somewhere.
Speaker 3 (38:16):
Okay, you do yours first, let me think. Okay, inside scoop.
Speaker 4 (38:20):
My inside scoop is if you're writing, let's do Avalanche Mountains.
If you're writing Avalanche Mountain, it is imperative that you
have four people in the thing because it is such
a better ride.
Speaker 1 (38:34):
I can't imagine doing too wo happens when.
Speaker 2 (38:36):
You do too, you don't go up the sides as much.
Speaker 4 (38:38):
And so what I would recommend if you have two
is maybe trying to find an extra two. Maybe, and
maybe if you stand off to the side and kind
of wait and say for another two.
Speaker 2 (38:48):
That's what we did. We just waited.
Speaker 4 (38:50):
Yeah, And so that might be a good option to
try to get a full ride.
Speaker 2 (38:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (38:54):
Yeah, and the splashing. I didn't mention the splashing.
Speaker 3 (38:57):
Splashing we got, Oh my gosh, they literally the whole
entire lifeguard team came out and decided, oh, they work here,
so we have.
Speaker 1 (39:05):
No choice splash of their life. So that's how we
kicked out.
Speaker 2 (39:08):
And we had a pretty it was it was a
tube that was weighted.
Speaker 4 (39:11):
Yeah, and so we got stuck on the hope to
go down, and so they just kept splashing us.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
We're like, so that is a good to ask for
a splash.
Speaker 4 (39:21):
Unless you don't want it, then say don't I don't
want to splash it yet, and hopefully they listen.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
You want to splash? That's fun. It is definitely fun
inside soup, inside scoop.
Speaker 3 (39:30):
If you go on Velocity Peak, make sure that your
bikini and your shorts and whatever you're wearing fit. That's
a good because otherwise you're going to give everybody a show.
Speaker 2 (39:41):
Yeah. So yeah, well, and that's a good point.
Speaker 1 (39:43):
It's very important.
Speaker 3 (39:44):
And I remember when we went to go get the swimsuits,
mine was mixed up and I thought it was a
different size. And I'm so glad I didn't get the
guys that was a size bicker, because that's a go
pro moment we didn't need. We would have had to
have put like the holes.
Speaker 2 (39:57):
No, we would never have shown that.
Speaker 3 (39:59):
Yeah, but I've been like Jose member Jose when he
was a guest and he lost his shorts in the wavepool.
So I guess with any ride, really make sure that
you are wearing something that fitted apparel, yes, and that
you can maybe tighten a little bit because things get
going fast.
Speaker 4 (40:15):
And I'm going to bring up this other inside scoop
is we talked about this before, but the hidden cabana. Yes,
at the exit of Avalanche Mountain and Ricochet Rapids, there's
a cabana down there that no one is ever really
in and when we walked up, sure enough yesterday, no
one was in it. So if you're looking for a
spot that secluded that is pretty much always available.
Speaker 2 (40:36):
That's your spot.
Speaker 1 (40:37):
Yeah, and it's it's in a great.
Speaker 4 (40:39):
You just have to It's a little awkward because he
had to walk down the exit of the tube slides
the family rap slides.
Speaker 1 (40:45):
To get there. Yeah, but it's money. It's money.
Speaker 3 (40:47):
If you've ever found that spot, let us know, because
we're thinking nobody is listening to us because we've talked
about it. We have so many times, and nobody was
there on a busy day. So so yeah, we do
what we can.
Speaker 1 (40:57):
That's a rap.
Speaker 3 (40:57):
