we use this start getting out of scarcity mindset when
it comes to our health, wealth and our love life?
As single moms, and how do we get into the
abundant mindset when everything seems so hard. It's called the
Ladder of Believability. I've been testing this, I've been using it,
and I know that it will work for you. I

I think the reason why most people don't achieve their goals,
it's not because they don't want it bad enough. It's

that you don't believe it's possible for you. Right. I
definitely felt like that when I was a newly single mom.
Anybody else agree with me. I didn't believe that great
love was possible for me again. I thought I would
have to settle. I didn't believe that owning my own
home was going to be possible for me. Right. I thought,

(02:54):
I'm just going to be a renter until I get
remarried again. Or I thought I don't believe that I
could get to twenty percent body fat and you know,
I just should just give up on my body. No,
I was able to get all of those things. So
that's the problem, though, is we get in this mindset
and we're listening to culture and we're listening to other

(03:16):
people around us, and we think we can't. We want it,
but we don't believe it's possible for us. Maybe your
nervous system right now is screaming nope, nope, Bamanda. Every
time you set a goal or I try to challenge
you on one, and you think I'm never going to
get there, but today, today, we're changing that. All right,

(03:37):
let's go. So the latter of believability, I feel is
the key to unlocking your next level. If you can't
believe in something, you won't get it, period. If you
can't believe in something, you won't manifest it period. This
is why most people set goals, get overwhelmed and quit

(03:59):
before they even start, because their subconsciousness calling bullshit. Right.
The ladder of believability, though, is about working with your brain,
with your body and your energy, not against it. You
don't go from zero to millionaire overnight. You don't go
from never working out to being a bodybuilder in a

(04:20):
week right with flat abs. You don't go from a
painful breakup to a thriving love life in twenty four hours.
But you can build belief step by step. See where
I'm going here, So here's the method. You start where
you are, not where you wish you were. You set

(04:43):
goals that feel just a little out of reach, but
they're still believable. Like your brain goes, that's possible for me,
I could lose two pounds this week. You build momentum
and then you stack success and before you know it.
You're at a level you never thought was possible. That's
why it's called the ladder. Think of it like climbing

(05:04):
a ladder. Right you don't jump from wrung one to
run ten. You move up two, three, four, five. You
don't go from making twenty thousand dollars a year to
one hundred thousand dollars a year right away. You go, Okay,
I could do one thousand more. I could do two
thousand more, I could do three thousand more. I could

(05:24):
get this next level job. I could get this next
level job. We're climbing the ladder. So how does this
work in all these different areas. We're going to address
how to use the ladder of believability for your health,
for your wealth, and for your love life today. So
let's start with manifesting our best health. It's not about

(05:45):
chasing the perfect number on a scale, girl, It's about
becoming the strongest, most energized version of you. And the
first step is setting a goal your body can achieve
and your mind can believe. Okay, so what's next on
your ladder of believability? When it comes to your body,
If you haven't worked out for a couple months, or

(06:08):
a couple of years. Maybe our first goal isn't I
want a six pack by summer? Right, Like, we could
get you there, but it feels impossible, right, And you're
like you look at women on Instagrams and all those
doctored photos. I don't believe any of them anymore. And
and you're like, that's impossible for me. I might as
well not even start. Give me the tortilla chips and margaritas. Right,

(06:30):
we just quit because we get too overwhelmed. This is
where our belief comes and the ladder comes. So if
working out feels really hard and impossible and like, then
just go on a walk every day and then pretty
soon you're doing a thirty minute walk. Then you're doing
a sixty minute walk every day, and you're like, I
can do that every day this week. Yeah, Like, sit

(06:53):
and think about it. What's your nervous system. Say I
could go on a walk every day this week, five
days this week. That's let me do that, and then
a week from now, by this time next week, you
proved yourself that you could do it. So then you
go up the next step on the ladder. We're not
going to stay stuck. Then we're like Okay, guess what. Now,

(07:14):
I'm going to do those meal prep plans that Amanda
sends out in the emails, and I'm going to do
like some high protein maybe even just swapping one meal
or like this week, I'm going to meal prep and
walk And does that sit good for you? It does?
And then you achieve it, and you gain the confidence
and your body's able to achieve it and your mind

(07:37):
is able to believe it. So the bye the time
you get to the third step and the fourth step,
you're like, I'm lifting weights. I'm not just walking. I'm
wearing a weighted vest on my walks. I am meal
prepping like crazy. I love this. What else you got?
So when you think about all these options, maybe I
freaked you out, You're like, what a weighted vest? I'll

(07:59):
get there, but don't if it stresses you out. That's
not the thing I want you to focus on, right
because as you're thinking about this and manifesting it and
building your belief in it, I want you to feel
good about the goal. So if stress is draining, you
start with just a deep breath in the morning before
you kind of think about, Okay, this is what I'm

(08:20):
gonna do Okay, yep, I'm going on that walk today.
I believe that I can right stack the wins. Let
it feel really good because your body and your mind
thrives on momentum. How good does it feel after you
achieve a goal? So why do we wait to celebrate

(08:42):
by setting like a twenty pound goal? Can we just
feel good about losing one pound? Like? And let's just
set a one pound goal and then feel good, and
then set a two pound goal and then feel good.
Then set a three pound goal and feel good, right
because we thrive on that momentum. So let's give ourselves
the gift of momentum and not wait three months to celebrate.

(09:03):
Let's celebrate every freaking week. So that's an example how
we can use the ladder of believability for our health.
What about our wealth? This is the one we always
love to talk about, and I'm always going to challenge
you girl. This is not about a new budget or
what you can cut. This is about making more money

(09:24):
so that you can add to your life. How do
we use the ladder of believability to manifest wealth and
financial freedom? Money is energy. Money flows, and if you
are constantly saying I'm broke, I'm never gonna have enough.
Guess what, You're gonna be broken and never gonna have enough.

(09:46):
Your thoughts provoke your life. Your thoughts become the things.
You are reinforcing that reality in your brain every day,
and you're going down the ladder of believability. Right, So
let's shift that. What's the next step on your ladder?
What feels good to you when it comes to making
more money and adding Maybe if saving one thousand dollars

(10:08):
feels impossible, why not just start with five bucks a
day and automate it. Maybe you like, I want to
get to this bottom line you know, we talk about
this in metamorphosis, is having like a rule that your
account never goes below this number. So say you want
to like, my account is never going to go below
five K, or my account is never going to go

(10:30):
below ten K. So how do we get there? Just
a little bit at a time. So every week, maybe
it's like one hundred bucks a week, look at what
I was able to do, and then you end up
getting to that bottom line number that you want, that
baseline that you hold in your account. Let's think even
bigger though, right, If building a business is something you

(10:54):
want to do, but it feels absolutely huge. I was there,
start with one client, start with one sale, start with
one conversation. You know, there's another business. Some of you
may know that I have and some of you may
not know. I also help women build their Instagram to

(11:14):
start their own communities and their courses, just like I
have done here for the Single Mom Collective. And there's
a client I'm working with right now. Her name is Holly,
and she hired me to learn how to grow her
Instagram and she's starting a community for brand new moms
that want support in the first year of life. I
was like, I love this. So she's doing a lot

(11:35):
of the things that I do. I'm teaching her Instagram
and today and she was feeling very overwhelmed. She was
stuck for a year. She had a whole two posts
on her Instagram. Now she has fifteen in one month
by doing one a day. And she just booked her
first client and it only took her thirty days. Does
she have a community over of one hundred and fifty

(11:58):
women like? We do yet know? But she's is she
able to celebrate the one?

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (12:04):
So if that's what you're thinking, just instead of thinking
I want to have this huge business. Just have one client,
get one sale, have one conversation, and then the next week,
get another one, and then the next week get two.
Sit and manifest this ladder of believability. So let's talk

(12:29):
about maybe you're like, I don't want to do the
whole business thing, but I am climbing the corporate ladder.
So maybe it's like a six figure income. Maybe a
six figure income feels out of reach. I get it.
We'll start by just seeing yourself earning ten percent more
than you do now. See it, see the number on
the check, on the deposit in your bank account, think

(12:50):
about it, sit there and believe it, and then take
the next steps to get it. And before you know it,
you go up the ladder of believe it and you're
at that six figure income instead of feeling like it's
out of reach. When you train your brain to see
money flowing in, you create momentum and momentum that's how

(13:14):
you become the woman who attracts wealth effortlessly. And this
is going kind of deep here, but I want you
to think differently about money. I used to think that
money was attached to men. Money was attached to whoever
the old guy was that was sending me my paycheck right. Instead,
money's attached to your energy. Instead of feeling like it's

(13:38):
constantly scarce, think about it is constantly flowing every time
you get in the shower. Imagine it's just like money
flowing down every time you think about getting that next client.
Instead of oh God, I need another client, you just go, hmm,
I'm just going to practice how good it feels to
get another client right now, right, And when you think about, man,

(14:03):
I want to be up for that next RaSE. I
need that cost of living like we're not just going
to deal with the cost of living increase. Imagine yourself
sitting in that nicer office, that corner office. Visualize it
and know that money is an energy and it flows
because let me tell you, when you're visualizing yourself getting
that promotion in that corner office, you're going to dress
better for work, you're going to show up better at work,

(14:25):
you're going to perform better for work, and you're more
likely to get that job. You see how this works.
Money flows, and as women, we are receivers. We are
not chasers. Same thing with your love life and we're
going to get into that. But I think money and
love life is very similar. High value women receive. So

(14:49):
when you present yourself in your business, you present yourself
at work like that high value six figure woman, million
dollar woman. You dress like her, You hold your head
up like cur You don't go to you know, work
with your hair pulled back on a ponytail, no makeup on.
You are showing up like that million dollar that's six

(15:09):
figure woman. Guess who they think about for that next promotion? You?
Money flows. Money is an energy, and when you believe
that you have that energy, you show up differently. Same thing,
which leads us to step three. How do we use
the ladder of believability to manifest a better love life?

(15:31):
This is really goods fun. Okay, I believe that love
is not about luck that anyone else use to believe
that love is about luck. Love is about alignment. If
your nervous system doesn't believe in love, and you think everybody,
all men are bad and dating apps are terrible, then

(15:52):
you're going to sabotage your love life because nobody wants
that on a first date. Nobody wants to talk like
that to somebody in a messenger. You can feel that
bad energy, right, we've all talked to one of those
guys that all he wants to do is complain about
is X. We're like, this is terrible. If your self
worth isn't in check, you will accept less than you deserve.

(16:14):
So how do we start climbing the ladder of getting
the best love life? You have to love yourself. How
are we possibly going to love anybody else? If we
don't love ourselves, then it's a transactional relationship. And we're
trying to be in a relationship with someone so that
we feel more loved, that's toxic. We need to love

(16:35):
our self enough so that we choose someone who is
our equal, who we get to love. That's how to
be a high value woman. So if opening your heart
feels scary, I want you to start by loving yourself
a little more today. Take yourself out to lunch, buy
yourself a new dress, put the kids to bed early,

(16:58):
and make a beautiful Bubba bath. Spoil yourself. Love yourself
even those times the kids are with dad, instead of
just scrounging and seeing what's left in the refrigerator. We've
all done that. Make yourself a delicious meal just for
you because you love you and you are worth it.

(17:19):
The more you love yourself, the higher your expectations are,
and the higher value partner you're going to be. Because
if you're really good at loving you, somebody sucks at it,
they don't get to be in your aura or your energy. Right,
So think about this too. If dating feels overwhelming right now,
I want you to start by believing a high value

(17:41):
partner exists for you. You exist. Don't you think God, Spirit,
the universe, what you believe in made someone for you.
You exist. There's evidence that your partner does too. That's
how this world is designed, the beauty of love and relationships.

(18:01):
We're not designed to be alone. That's why it's so painful.
The loneliness even can cause major health problems because we're
designed to love and be in relationship with each other.
So I want you to just start by believing, writing
in your journal about the high value relationship that you want,

(18:22):
not necessarily what that person will do for you, but
what you will do for each other and what you
will do together, that that partnership exists, and sit and
imagine it and know what it feels like, and meditate
on it until you feel the emotion as if it's
already happening to you. And you're going to call it

(18:43):
in if a dream relationship feels out of reach. Start
by setting one new standard for you and how you
let people treat you. For example, set the standard that
you don't say yes to a date unless somebody gives
you a specific location and a time. Right, do you

(19:06):
want to go out sometime? Sure? What date did you
have in mind and where? If they respond, great, then
it's a date. If not, that's not a date, girl. Right.
Set the new standard of I'm not going to be
in a sexual relationship with someone unless they're committed to me.
That's it. Set the standard of no situationships. Set the

(19:27):
standard of no breadcrumbs. If someone's going to date me,
then then I'm going to ask for commitment within three
to five dates and watch who responds. That's what a
high value man wants in a partner. That's how to
level up your love life, just one step at a time.

(19:49):
And I can't say this enough. The first step is
getting really good at loving you. I just want you
to know that love starts with you. So raise your
staf on how you treat yourself, feed yourself well, get
dressed up every single day, put yourself to bed, really
early and get a good night's sleep and take your vitamins. Girl, right,

(20:10):
raise your standards for how you take care of you,
and then open up your energy and raise your standards
for how others are going to treat you. And watch
how everything shifts. Now that you kind of understand this
ladder of believability, what do we do with it? Okay,
it's time to make it real. This isn't just about

(20:30):
setting goals and hoping they happen. It's about training your
mind and your body and energy to expect success one
step at a time. So those of you that have
done metamorphosis and you're like, all in, we do this
thing in the metamorphosis method for newly single moms about
owning the first hour of your day, So we give

(20:52):
ourselves an hour before the kids get up before we
do anything to really set our day in motion. So
this is one way you could do it, and you
could add or tweak your morning meditation. You're owning the
first hour is this morning manifestation practice to work on
this ladder of believability. All kinds of words there aren't there.
So it's to just sit down with your vision. Okay,

(21:13):
you're like, okay, Health wealth, love life. Those are pretty
much the three things that every human being wants to improve, right,
So let's start with health. I want to get to
you know, personally, I want to get to one hundred
and fifty pounds and twenty percent body fat. And that's,
you know, an elusive goal. So what do I do?

(21:34):
Ask yourself when you're sitting there and you're doing you
got your breath on, you breathed, you have listened to
some meditation music, and you're like, what feels good to
me this week? I could do two pounds, maybe I
could get down a half under perconut of body fat.
That feels good this week? Okay, Now I'm going to
believe it. I'm going to see that number on the scale.

(21:55):
I'm going to visualize it by the end of the week,
and then I'm going to feel like, oh, who did
I attend? Well? How did I feel when I saw
that number? I felt really good about myself? And then
you're like yes, then you go on with your day. See,
it's not overwhelming, it's not too big, and it's achievable

(22:16):
for your body and believable for your brain. Let's talk
about money. This is what I've done in this business.
I've built this business from scratch. It's been a little
bit less than two years now, and it was scary.
But this is where I use the ladder of believability.

(22:38):
I set a number for my revenue for the business
every week, and I sit and think about it. It's like,
first it is like, can I get one client this week?
And then I get one, and then the next week
I'd say, can I get two? You know, last week
I picked a number for the revenue goal, and I
really didn't know how I was going to hit it,

(22:59):
but I was like, Okay, I put it down a
little bit because I want it to be believable. So
I picked a goal that I knew I can hit,
and I believed it, Like I saw the number on
the website right, I saw it on my profits and
law statement, exactly what the number was that I wanted
to get. And then I believed it and it felt
good and it felt absolutely achievable. So all week long,

(23:20):
I wasn't feeling the energy of stress about it. I
was feeling the energy of I'm receiving this, this is
this is happening. And do you know, I doubled it
because I wasn't in the energy of chasing. I was
in the energy of receiving. That's the secret for that
job promotion. You want that new position, you want that

(23:41):
business goal that you have, don't chase, expect to receive
it and set small, attainable goals and manifest that you
will focus that you will get those. So focus on
the feeling. So we're going to pick one latter step
at a time, health, wealth, and love. And maybe the
latter step love maybe it is I'm going to believe

(24:02):
that a partner exists for me, or maybe it's I'm
going to finally take that full body picture that Amanda
has been hounding me to take to put on my
dating app. Right, all right, we've got those in locked in,
So focus on the feeling of it in the morning.
Your nervous system needs to feel safe and excited to

(24:26):
believe in your next step. Does that make sense if
your goal makes you anxious when you're sitting there in
that morning, you're like, oh, oh my god, I've did
this goal. Scale it down to a level that feels
achievable and peaceful. Because we're building momentum, and you know me,
I'm all about setting big goals, but these are just

(24:46):
weekly goals here. Right, So when we keep when we
have a win one week and we increase it the
next week, and then we increase it the next week,
we're constantly accomplishing things and we're constantly growing. That's how
to get to the big step. Remember the latter of believability.
Goal that you want to focus on and manifest and

(25:08):
visualize has to make you not feel anxious, but it
has to make you feel peaceful. Right. We don't want
to increase our cortisol that adds fat to our bodies anyway.
And I want you to just commit to one week.
Work on that one step all week, think about it,
visualize it, experience the emotion as if it's already happening
every single day, every morning. Nothing more than that, and

(25:32):
build trust in yourself. Feel that success and luck it in. Girl.
And then step four, I want you to celebrate and
raise the bar. When you hit your goal, love yourself
and celebrate it, even if it's small. I hit my
goal and I said, you know what, it's International Women's Day.

(25:52):
I'm going to take my daughters out to a wonderful
dinner and celebrate. And it felt so good, and raise
it just a little for the next week, just a
small stretch to build up that momentum. So let's go
over those steps. I'm not sure if I number them
correctly for you, so putting into practice the ladder of
believability in this morning manifestation practice. The first step is

(26:15):
pick one ladder step at a time, focus on the
feeling no anxious in what peace about it? Commit to
just one week that's the goal, and then celebrate. Be
happy at your achievement, and raise the bar, and your
brain will be so happy that you just keep growing.

(26:37):
I use this exact method in my business. One month,
I set a revenue goal that felt totally doable, and
I hit it. Next month, I raise the goal slightly,
hit it again. Month after month, I keep leveling up
my ladder until I've doubled the revenue for this company
in one year. But more importantly, I don't even think
about the revenue. I want to double the impact of women.

(27:00):
Do you see how many more are coming into this program?
I think about and I manifest the emotion as if
all of these women that are in this program, who
are changing their lives and how they feel. That's what
gets me excited in the morning meditation. The same method.
I promise it works for your health, works for your wealth,

(27:21):
and it works for your love. It works for anything,
because success is really just a stack of small wins.
All right, So time for your next move. Here's what
I want you to do. It's like take a little
deep breath here, Okay. I want you to think about
what goals feel peaceful and attainable to you this week.

(27:43):
Just pick one. You don't have to pick one health,
one wealth, and one love life one, okay, just pick
the one that seems like the most motivating to you
right now. Lock it in and go make it happen. Girl.
