" I really struggle in groups of fellow men. I'm a heterosexual male, comfortable in my own skin, reasonably successful professionally and with a happy marriage but I find myself shrinking away from male friendship groups as I feel inferior and as a result I've pushed lots of friends away and now have no social life."
