Speaker 1 (00:14):
Yo, that was supposed to be a howl for Halloween.
But what's up, everybody? It's too much fantasy football. Brian
and Brennan here to break down the Week nine matchups,
going through all of them except Thursday night obviously, because
we just watched that. What a great game that was.
I hope.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
I mean the Ravens won, right.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
Oh god, We're so bad this one time no I did.
I will say the one time we did this, I said,
the Eagles won and they lost the Giants.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
So I've been very optimistic, like it's a it's a
seven and a half point spread. Ravens won, right, I.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
Mean, Lamar's back, right, folks. He did you well. He
did you well. Whether or not you started the right
players or the wrongs gets pulled out, but whether you're not,
you started the right one or the wrong one. We're
here to go through the rest of the matchups. Make
sure your Sunday goes great. We're gonna thir three minutes
on the clock, go through each and every matchup here
on the Sunday and of course the Monday night game.
(01:09):
It's without further ado. Here we go. Starting off, it's
the four and three Bears, visiting the three and five
Bengals two and a half point favorites. Chicago is in
this fifty one point over under. Let's go starting off
with the quarterbacks here, I mean Joe Flacco. We're still
waiting to see returns to practice on Thursday, so fingers
(01:30):
crossed he's playing because it plays a lot into our
start sits here. But Caleb Williams Joe Flacco is the
one you like over the other.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
I mean, I want to really say Caleb because like,
obviously I've been pounding the table for him, but like Joe's.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
Kind of been playing good football and Caleb hasn't. I
guess I would probably lean Joe for this matchup just
because at Chicago their defense is a little bit underwhelming
to wide receivers.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
Yeah. Percent, you can definitely pass on Chicago. Ever since
they lost their their stud corner, you've been able to
throw on them. The quarterbacks have done well with wide
receivers have done well. I do have Caleber in my
top eight this week. I'm confident I'm ready to play
in the Bengals. Joe Flack has comes in out as
the fringe QB one for me, So I'm cool with
either play. As we get into the running backs, Chase Brown,
I think we found our guy. He's finally dusted off
(02:21):
what we expected to see this year, So full starts
for him.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
Yeah, you're I mean, you're still expecting RB two numbers.
But again, like unless you have some crazy depth at
that position, Like, I think he's a good start this week.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
Samaj P Ryan found himself in the top twelve last week.
Nine rushes, ninety four yards and a touchdown. Do you
like desperation is kind of where you find him.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
I'd rather talk about the other guy on the other
team before we talk about samajp.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Right, understood, understood. We've got DeAndre Sweet Swift and Kaylemanung
Guy over there. The last few weeks, Kam Wanung Guy
has eaten quite a bit of work from DeAndre Swift.
We're also dealing with bit of an injuries from Swift.
Didn't practice again on Thursday, so looks like he's out.
Let's say, if Swift is in, are you willing to
flex Manong Guy?
Speaker 2 (03:09):
I'd know they have Mung Nung Guy flex than sma
JP Ryan flex. Yes, that's where.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
I'm yeah, And if Swift is out, when on Guy
is an easy start.
Speaker 3 (03:17):
It should be raster and just because Roshawn Johnson also
isn't practicing either, so it's literally just a young guy
at that point.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
Travis Homer would be the next guy up, their fourth
one on the depth shot.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
That's the name I haven't heard in a while.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
No kidding, going to these wide receivers. Roman doonsday. We
finally got the bounce back from him last week. Still
didn't find the end zone, but seven catches one hundred
and fourteen yards he finds himself in his in the
top twelve for me this week? Are you touching the
rest of it? Like Burden's banged up right now? DJ
Moore is just gross.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
No, because like we all thought Lovelin would have this.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
You know, kind of decent game, and he didn't really
have it a decent game. It was underwhelming to say
the least. So it's just Rome and DJ Moore is
a flexim okay with and that's really it.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
On the other side, Jamar Chase, he's an easy start.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
T Higgins, I guess I'd rather play te Higgins, especially
if flackers in. T. Higgins is a start for me.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
Yeah. T Higgins over DJ Moore for sure, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Cool, that's where I was looking at, and then you
brought up Colson Loveland. I do have one my streaming article.
I do have him as a streamer. But again, folks,
this time of the year, it's hard for me to
find streamers that aren't owned. All the good ones I
can't use anymore. So Colson Loveland break Glass in case
of emergency is gonna be the best matchup he's gonna
have all year, So you really need to I'm willing.
But outside of that, yeah, I'm fading.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
Yeah, no Offense or Loveland.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
I think I'll take Lovel and give me my shot
on Loveland. I want to see them get the top
ten pick involved a little bit more. I think he
has a little bit more to gain than fan does.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Okay, what do we say.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
It's a two and a half point spread to uh Chicago,
you're taking it?
Speaker 2 (04:54):
Yeah, I think I'm gonna take the Chicago in this game.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Nice, I'm right there with you. I think they get
pull off the dub Next up, this will be a
good one divisional matchup three and four Vikings. That's rough
taking on the five and two lines forty eight point
over under. Detroit's favored by eight and a half in
this point, Jared Goff's at home. Does he get the start?
Speaker 2 (05:14):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (05:14):
Actually, I think it's all all wheels up for Jared
Goff on this week.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
I feel pretty good of this one. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
I've got him ranked at thirteen this week, so that
finds him way into a start. JJ McCarthy super flex.
You can add him, but I'm not playing him.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
I'm not.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
I'd rather leave them the labor wire from me, Like
I just I just don't think he's a good quarterback.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
So it's a schedule. It's so enticing. If he can
get this figured out, if he can just be half
of what Mullins nick Mullens was, If he can just
be half of that, he's gonna be good.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
But I don't know.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Three seven quarters is all we have had from him,
so it hadn't looked great. No running backs Aaron Jones,
Jordan Mason. I think it's Aaron Jons my lineup.
Speaker 3 (06:01):
Aaron Jones, Yes, because I'm the way I'm projecting this
game is Detroit's ahead and they're gonna want to try
to keep up and other have Aaron Jones and like
the two minute offense and everything else like that.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
Yeah, completely agree with that. On the other side, gives
him Monty, They're gonna run up this spot, that's what
that's what he does in these, uh, these divisional matchups.
So both those guys are starts for me. Heading down
to the wide receivers, We've got great matchups, absolutely great
matchups for both of these wide receivers in the corners.
Really excited for Justin Jefferson. We were missing both the
(06:32):
starting corners for what you call it for the for
the line, so it looks like a Meek Robertson's is
going to pull the card playing Justin Jefferson. So I'm
excited for both these guys, Addison and Jefferson.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
I don't know if I'm excited for Addison.
Speaker 3 (06:48):
I just he's been good, but he's been good with JJ.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
McCarthy, we don't know. They haven't played together yet.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
You're right, and it's like if I just feel like
there's got to be better off, Like where do you
have Addison rank right now?
Speaker 2 (07:03):
What wide receiver do you have him ranked as?
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Uh? Addison right now for me is scrolling scroll. Oh god,
I'm at thirty one right now.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
Okay, tell me the receivers that around him.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
And I'll tell you yes right now, xavier' Worthy, Exeter Worthy,
Romeo Dobbs.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
It's a push, but I mean that I might do
qj oh.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Gross, Jamison Williams.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
On the other side, Jamison Williams, they just came out today,
so they want to get the ball to him more.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
So that's even more of a push for me.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
So I guess. I mean, I'm on raw should absolutely
feast the the This lot corner from Minnesota has just
been hemorrhaging points right now. I'm over those last four games.
It's uh, he's been putting a pifty numbers, so I'm
really like him. You take Jamo over. I think both
these guys can be started, but you're starting them in
your double flex. You're hoping that you have a nice
baseline so you can shoot for the moon one both
(07:58):
of them.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
Yeah, tight Ends Laporta. I'm out on TJ. I just
I can't. It's just been bad worse two.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Yeah, he's been consistently ranked right around tight End eighteen.
For me, I think there's just so much more juice
you could find elsewhere. I agree, I'm gonna Detroit eight
and a half rough.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
I just I think they're I think they're one of
the teams.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
In my Super Bowl can win the Super Bowl category
for sure, for sure.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
Yeah, they're definitely looking more complete than a lot of
these other NFC teams, So you give it to them,
all right, Next up it should be decent game. Maybe
hopefully it's the four and four Panthers taking on the
five one and one Packers forty four and a half
point over under Green Bays favored by thirteen and a
half in this one point dude, niss Jordan Love really
(08:48):
putting on a show this past week. He finds the
lineup for you again this week?
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Or do you have him ranked? I want to say,
I want to say he's a fringe. He's so like
I'm looking through the games.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
Sixty centers the yards last week came after the catch?
Speaker 3 (09:06):
Yeah, Tucker or not Jordan Love or Jackson Dart.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Ooh, I have them back to back at ten and
eleven right now? Okay, yah, kind of what you're looking
for in your lineup?
Speaker 2 (09:23):
One more name, Matthew Stafford or Jordan Love.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
I have it's literally Love, Dart Stafford.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
I'm ranked all right?
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Go running backs, Josh Jacobs if he's healthy, he's in
your lineup on the other side. Look, the coach was nice.
He came out and said, we tried to give it
to Hubbard, but right now Rico Daddles absolutely shredding Hubbard
as far as five times the amount of ten plus
yard runs that Hubbard is putting the expected fantasy points
is just blowing Hubbard out of the water. He got
(09:54):
the touchdown that saved his day. But like, Rico's an
easy start chew boom fading this week.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Yeah, the words he was being as nice as he.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Possibly could to say, it's it's it's Rico's team and
Cuba is just gonna spell.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
Him here and there. I mean, it's it's.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
Just Rico looks so and it doesn't like it's just
I don't know if it's it's just the player itself.
But like because Rico wasn't like this with Dallas last year.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
No, you know, it wasn't.
Speaker 3 (10:20):
Yeah, so it's it's just you gotta ride the hot
hand and this is it's Rico's team until it's not.
And obviously Tuba's trending towards being possibly traded, which it
makes sense because again we've talked about this before, Like
they just put a lot of stock. They traded up
in the draft last year to get Jonathan Brooks, and
I'm sure they're like, yeah, it's a tourny acl it sucks,
but like, I'm sure they have a lot more stocking
(10:41):
than that, and they went in Cuba.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Yeah, I agree with you. Looking on the wide receivers,
Technicmillan last week for target shares twelfth highest of any
player this season. This is when they start coming on.
We're gonna say it for the next month, but rookies
start blowing up in the second half of the season.
So te's an easy play for me.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Is Bryce you playing? I thought he was practicing, right.
Speaker 1 (11:03):
Uh yeah, it's my everything I've seen. I believe he
is starting logs full practice again on Thursday as of
just a few minutes ago.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
Okay, Bryce, I don't look at like Ted.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
I think Ted would have done the same against Buffalo
with Bryce and within, I think they're at the same play.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
But basically so, Bryce.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Shings looked better as of late his he's top three
in deep ball percentage and uh one to nine one
to nine yards He's actually a top three as well,
So bigger scross for Ted there on the other side,
take the lead. Otherwise we're gonna talk about Christian Watson
for the remaining segment.
Speaker 3 (11:35):
Yeah, man, it's it's hard not to say Christian Watson
won just because of what happened.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
I'm gonna I will go Watson, Dobbs, then Golden.
Speaker 3 (11:47):
I honestly, you can drop Golden like, yeah, he's just
not utilized. He's just not what we thought he would
be there spreading the ball out.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
That's what Jordan Love does really really well. And it's
Tucker Craft first.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Yeah, I mean, Golden's at this point can be compared
to like Kashawan Boody, you know, except Booti's producing on
the a semi regular basis, but like same arch type
of player deep plows. So Christian Watson led the team
in or wide receivers in yards, receptions, and Fantasy points
last week on just sixty percent routes run.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
So I can't make Christian Watson baby no kidding.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
Oh, I can't believe we're here. I can't believe we're
here Green Bay. Do they get the thirteen and a
half points?
Speaker 2 (12:29):
I want to say, I want to say no, so
it makes me want to say yes. Now, yeah, it's.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
It's thirteen and a half. It's hard to go with that.
I mean, I'm just gonna take the easy chalk and
you have money line for green Bay on that one.
Speaker 3 (12:41):
I'll say green Bay obviously wins, but I'll say Carolina covers.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Yeah, it's quite a bit. And uh, hey, Carolina shows.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Up every now and then, Yes, exactly.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
Next up, we have six and two Broncos taking on
the three and four Texans in Houston. Just a mere
forty points is the over under. Houston's favored by one
and a half in this one, and uh we figured
out why they were favored last week against the forty
nine ers. So C just Droud, I mean, do you
even consider him this year? Not really, It's more Bonix
(13:13):
you're looking at.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
I'd rather start Bonix than cd C.
Speaker 3 (13:17):
Stroud had his best game, I feel like, so far
of the year, and I think it will be the
best game of.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
His season, just because they were milking the clock.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
Man, it was like I felt like each drive was
they had was like eight minutes long.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
So they that's a game plan worked for them. But no,
I don't. I don't want to start just Drought this week.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
Hey guys, I have ranked above bow Knicks Aaron Rodgers,
Sam Darnold, Joe Flacco, Jared Goff. I'm I'm fading bo
Nicks this week. Houston's defense is for real. They're getting
it done. They're shutting them down.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
Yeah, I like the under in this game.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
Two really good defenses. One defense has a really staggering
defensive line that they won.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
I mean, I think they're both good defense at the
end of the day.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
So yeah, when it comes to the running backs, I
mean JK. Dobbs, I think is the only confident one
out of this bunch. What he marks R J. Harvey,
I think he can make an argument for in these
twelve team leagues as you're like looking to fill in
some flex holes. But where I mean you just look
at him as kind of like RB three's with upside.
Speaker 3 (14:10):
I'd say what he marks is RB two I think
is closer to two than he is three. In my opinion,
Harvey's more to three than he is two.
Speaker 1 (14:18):
Yeah, for sure, we saw three touchdowns come from Harvey,
but Dobbin still outtouched him two to one last week.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
And he had hundred yards rushing.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
Yeah, this was the explosive plays of R. J. Harvey.
And we've we've seen consistently. You know, Sean Payton likes
to work them both. What he marks Nick Chubb actually
took away quite a bit of work from him last week.
What he mars looks better and less work, and I
think that works for him. But Nick Chubb slowed the
fuck down.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
And uh, do you know, Hey, you're gonna play the
head coach of the Texans.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
I'm gonna be reporter. Any news on Joe Mixon.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
Who Yeah, Joe Joe Mixon. Yeah he is on the team.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
Yes, yes, you can drop Joe Mixon if you still
have Joe Mixon.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
That have him an eye our spot right now.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Yeah, my home league, my little brother's got him for
whatever freaking reason.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
I'm like, dude, Marshawn Lloyd or Joe Mixon Marshaw Lloyd.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
And that's not biased at all. I've like, go my
love for marsh On Lloyd all right, wide receivers here.
I I'm not telling people to sit Sutton in Collins,
but I'm okay sitting Collins and Sutton this week.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Ah what luxury?
Speaker 3 (15:29):
If you have that luxury and you have better options,
Oh cool.
Speaker 2 (15:33):
But I like Sutton still. I like someton weaked weeks.
Speaker 1 (15:35):
So, oh Man Suddon, they're shutting them down. They're absolutely
shutting him down in Houston, and I just worry unless
he catches a touchdown, You're gonna be severely disappointed.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
My other options.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
So I have sudden in the league, So well play
a scenario because I have something in a couple of leagues,
Kayshawn Booty or Sutton.
Speaker 1 (15:58):
I think I play Kashawan Booty.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
Wow, I can't say that. I cannot say that to
the fans.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
So and Nico Collins, he has been on my bench
for over the last month because I've just found better
options at wide receiver. It's It's sad. It sucks Jale
Noel Noel or Noel whatever, whatever the hell his name is.
You know, we've seen some excitement from him, but I
think this is another fade game for him.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
Who wins it?
Speaker 2 (16:30):
Houston? Yeah? I like that.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
I Denver there. They're hot and cold team. They're they're
not as good as they were last year.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:40):
Next up, speaking of Booty, so let's go to New England.
Let's talk about the three and four Falcons taking on
the six and two Patriots forty four and a half
pointing over under. New England's favored by five and a
half in this one. Kirk Cousins move out of the way.
Michael Pennix looks to be back this week. We don't
even consider starting him. But Drake May it's.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
Just he kills up. Yeah, it fills up.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
Yeah, he lucked into it and you're really happy about it.
You don't have to worry about the position, So kudos
to you. Hey, Brian, we were talking crap on the
win loss.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Bet for the Patriots. We are looking like idiots right now.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
Yeah, you know, you know, you know, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
We're Colts fans, folks. We're always gonna choose the Patriots
to lose.
Speaker 3 (17:24):
To be fair, they are way out exceeding expectations and
so are we.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
I'll be as transparent as possible.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Yeah, absolutely, Bjon Robinson does he find the lineup this
week after the stinker he dropped? Uh?
Speaker 2 (17:37):
Yeah, you know, I guess pivot towards it.
Speaker 1 (17:40):
Yeah, Jon's an easy play. Yeah. Despite this being a
rough matchup for running backs here Ramandre Stevenson. Though they've
been trade rumors all over the Patriots for a running back,
he did not practice Thursday, Folks. Fingers crossed Can we
finally start Trevion Henderson with confidence?
Speaker 2 (17:59):
No, because I bet you it's gonna be the other guy.
I bet you it's gonna be Jennings.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
Jennings.
Speaker 3 (18:06):
I bet you he has more rushing yards than Traveon Henderson.
Speaker 1 (18:12):
I'm not playing jen I'm not playing if they.
Speaker 3 (18:16):
Name him the starter, hold on, wait, if they name
him the starter, are you now?
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Are you still not gonna play him?
Speaker 1 (18:21):
I don't think so.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
I'd be tempted. I would be tempted.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
Would you play them? One of those guys? Are what
he marks?
Speaker 3 (18:31):
If they tell me Jennings is the starter, I'm gonna
play Jennings, Aaron Jones, Jennings.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
God, that's gross. I don't conversation.
Speaker 2 (18:43):
It's a weird conversation.
Speaker 3 (18:44):
And if you don't feel weird in my pants too
about it.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
But you know I'm gonna roll with it.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
Drake London was out last week. He's a limited practice
on Thursday. But all field, you know, all the the
fields around camp or the facility, seems like he's gonna
be a good to go. We're playing him, Darnell or
I guess him and Digs. London and Digs are easy
plays for us.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
I think for me this receiving core, it goes London
digs Booty and then Dad Mooney.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
Yeah, okay, right there, Mooney.
Speaker 2 (19:15):
Craise him all you want, Coaches, I'm not touching him anymore.
I can't do it.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
Yeah, I feel Kashan Boody or Jameson Williams, Jameson Williams,
Josh Downs are Kishon Boody.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
M Josh Downs. Josh Downs has been more involved in
the offense lately.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
We've seen some some hype from the rookie in Tennessee
a little bit shimmriy DK, you're playing him or Kishon Boody.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
Oh, I kind of like DK just gets a ton
of receptions.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
Man, as long as if Ridley's out, I think he's
going to keep absorbing targets.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
So how do you think it really comes back.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
He's just gonna keep cause they move the ball with him.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
This is true. This is true, And we haven't seen
that offense move whole lot come to tight ends. Kyle
Pitts is a play hunter Henry if you're really desperate, Yeah,
Hunter Henry's in the same breath as me, as like
Coulson level. And I think, okay, not exciting, but there's upside.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
Yeah, New England, New England.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
Yeah, five and a half roll them. Next up we
have it's the five and three forty nine ers. Take
it on the two and six Giants in this forty
seven and a half point over under. San Francisco is
two and a half point favorites, folks. The Mac attack
is gone. Rock Party looks to be back this week.
I mean we've got some glimmer hope out of this game.
(20:39):
We've lost other big names, but Brock Party, Jackson Dart,
you're playing them both.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
No, I'm playing Jackson Dart, but I'm not gonna play
brock Party.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
Yeah. He's more of a mid or QB two for me.
This week. I've got him right around that same breath
of like Sam Donald, Aaron Rodgers, Bonix, that kind of stuff. Yes,
running backs, CMC, easy Play, Easy Tyrone, Tracy Waiver Wire
Darling of this week. Everybody picked him up everywhere. I uh,
(21:07):
you don't have to play him, but you probably should.
Speaker 2 (21:10):
Where's he at with you? Let me give your name.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
Bam Knight or Tracy bam Knight versus the Cowboys?
Speaker 2 (21:18):
Where Tracey versus San Francisco.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
Yeah, I think it's gonna be Bam night for me. Okay, Uh, Tyrone,
where are you Tracy.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
Etn or Tyrone?
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Tracy coming out the BUYE Call me crazy, but I've
got all this hype for Toton to start eating out
of Etan's workload. I might take Tracy. I might take
Tracy's there.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
Okay, I'm trying to find that line of where he's
at for you.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
Yeah, Bam Knight's coming in at nineteen for me, and
then yeah, I've got I got him a bit lower
wide receivers here, dissect this.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
He's back. I think Ricky's back from I think he
was practicing. They said he was practicing.
Speaker 3 (21:58):
Well from the reports, so like it sounds like he's back.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
He was absent wednesday West Coast team, so we're not
going to have the reporting for today in time, but yeah,
he did miss Wednesday unable to practice.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
Yeah, so I thought I saw a report where I
said he was practicing well or he's improving well. So
if he plays like I kind of want to roll
him out there. He looked good.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Jennings like, I don't. It's George Kittle for me. It's
George Kittle first, and then.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
I out of the receivers for the Giants like Wandale, Like,
I can't even really rank them. They're all like just
it's really a four sided coin flip for me.
Speaker 2 (22:34):
For these guys, I think Dariy Slaton's last.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Though, Yeah, I think Wondale's probably number one for me.
If Ricky Pearsoll's back, I think I've got him at two,
and if he's not there, Jennings would be two, Darius
Slayton would be three. I really like the matchup this
week for Wandale Robinson though. It looks really good as
far as just the cornerback matchup. You've seen the forty
(22:56):
nine ers let up quite a bit from that area
of the field, and I just just got a little
inkling film film. Feeling good about Wando this week. All right,
George Kittelough, easy play.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Yep, you waited long enough. It's time to play him.
Theo Johnson does he move a needle for you at all?
Speaker 1 (23:15):
I've got him as like a middling tight end too,
like he has the he has the potential, especially now
with Scataboo out, like they need to find somebody. I mean, hell,
they were working out Jontay Johnson this week like that's
how bad it was.
Speaker 2 (23:28):
Uh, they're actually a really good fit. So too.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
They give him to shut his mouth, I think so too.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
Yeah, I'm just thinking of it him like, dude, he's
not bad, he's he's talented. He just has a terrible teammate.
Speaker 3 (23:41):
So yeah, I'm big in San Francisco on this one though.
Speaker 1 (23:46):
Yeah, favorite by two and a half. I think they
get it done. Giants are just decimated as far as talent,
like Jackson Dart, I doubt he gets to the rest
of the season, like just the way their stars have
been going down. Not rooting for it, but you know,
same Francisco. All right, let's get to a fun game.
Let's get to the exciting one, folks, the one we've
all been waiting for. The number one offense in the
NFL right now, Yeah, buddy, seven and one Colts taking
(24:09):
on the four and three Steelers in the Steels City,
fifty and a half point over under, Indies favored by
just three, just three points.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
It's in Pittsburgh, So yes.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
Daniel Jones finds himself as QB one for me, Aaron Rodgers,
like I said, kind of a middling to high end
Q two.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
Where do you do you have Jordan Love ahead of
Daniel Jones or is it vice versa?
Speaker 1 (24:33):
I believe I have. Yeah, Daniel Jones is actually just
once what above Love?
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Okay, Yeah, it's well he's on that same tier. So
that's where I'm at.
Speaker 3 (24:41):
Yeah, i'dother start Love or start Jones before you start Rodgers.
But I will say you can't beat us by throwing
the football.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
So if there's every game where you're like you.
Speaker 3 (24:52):
Need to pick up somebody, Aaron Rodgers actually is not
a bad start.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
I feel like if you're in a pinch.
Speaker 1 (24:57):
No, I don't. I don't think he's a bad start,
just with the even no rushing upside. It's purely on
just the game script fit and it might and he
likes to put up a lot of points. The Steelers
that defense they just traded for Kyle Dogger. Let's see
if that makes a difference. No, probably won't. Running backs
Jonathan Taylor Daylan Warren. You like them both this week?
Speaker 2 (25:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (25:17):
I like both of them. And again this is like
gets two into it. But looks like Colts defensive tackle
might not be there.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Grover Stewart.
Speaker 3 (25:24):
He's missed his practice again, so he is a very
big part of the defense of how it stops spring games.
Speaker 2 (25:30):
So like it really opened up some lames for Jaylen Warren.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
I've got Jayalen Warren as a fringe RB one this week.
I've got him right around the same Kian Williams, Chase Brown,
James Cook.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
Yeah, I'd agree with that.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
I really like the wide receivers in this matchup. Michael
Pittman has absolutely been crushing these last couple of weeks.
I think it continues. You're able to just eviscerate the
Steelers via through the air. And DK Metcalf I think
he should have a pretty good game as well.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
Yeah, I like all of them.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
Josh Dawn, I actually like him a lot more. I
think he's certainly it's just I know we had the
concussion last week. He came back still had a decent game,
even though it was a blowout game. Like, I expect
this game to be a little bit closer, so I
expect the ball we moved and passed Aroun a little
bit more. I'm right there with you, I think DK.
I don't DK's only Pittsburgh Seilire even consider it, there's
nothing else like Calvin Austin all that other Jazz, it's
(26:20):
not worth it.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
I don't mind the matchup for Calvin Austin as far
as like the Colts are letting up. I think it's
five point five points that were.
Speaker 2 (26:28):
Expected to Roman Wilson before I go Calvin austin In
with that.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Yeah, Roman Wilson did finally show up on the stats
board this past week. But those are those are deep plays.
I mean, honestly, Chopley, at this point, I think you're
down to top ten, so you're not even that desperate anymore. Titans,
Tyler Warren, We're out.
Speaker 3 (26:47):
Yeah, because I don't want to play the game of
Darnel Washington getting a touchdown and not Pat Farmuth or
johnick Smith or or the other fourth one.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Heyward, yeah goodness. My wife had to play Washington last
week in a deeper tournament league. She's like, hey, he
gave me zero. What happens? Like, That's what I told you.
He's either getting you a touchdown in six or zero points,
And unfortunately the L she took the L. Who wins it?
And there's only one right answer.
Speaker 2 (27:16):
It's Pittsburgh's Atsurgh.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
No, absolutely not. I refuse, I refuse. I finally bought
into them our boys this year, let's go cold finally,
we're just pessimistic here next up or you know, leading
into the season anyway, having three Chargers going to Tennessee
to take on the one and see one in seven Titans.
(27:40):
It's forty three and a half point over under. Chargers
were favored by nine and a half points in this one. Quarterbacks,
I mean, justin Herbert throw. It's two games over sixty
yards and five games over thirty yards rushing. It's a
hell of a flour for a guy that is leading
the league in passing yards per game.
Speaker 2 (27:57):
I'm very afraid of this game, I guess for them because,
like you, you can run on them.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
So Kamani Vidal could just go bonkers and there's really
no need for Herbert to do anything, ye quarterback that well,
I'm just this is a game where like if you
start Herbert, just know it could be a stinker. Not
because the team is they're losing, but just because they
don't really need him to do a whole lot.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
Yeah, as many pass catchers as they have, I've got
Vitel in the top nine play this week, especially with
Haskins missing practice again with a hamstrung on Tuesday, So
he's an easy play for me, Taji Spears Tony Pollard.
If you have to play one where you're.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
Going Tony Pollard.
Speaker 3 (28:41):
Taji Spears had that forty two yard rip and then
they kept him to play.
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Actually, you know, I take that back.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
I think mulean Spears because I think I think Pollard
gets traded. If there's one player I think he get moved,
it's Pollard. He's got a cheap deal. I don't think
he's a part of the future for this GM. I
don't think this GM signed. If I'm not mistaken, I don't.
So there's no loyalty to him. So I could see
Pollard being moved and Spears getting a little bit more workload.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
Yeah, we're now less than a week away from the deadline,
and at this point the more and more feels like
if we get somebody moved, it's going to be like
a Jerome four to Tony Pollard, an unsexy name like
Breese Hall that him possibly getting moved. It seems like
those days are closing quickly.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
That would be my inkling, right, would you agree?
Speaker 3 (29:26):
Like, let's just say Spears out touches Pollard by quiet,
It's just like a that's a lot, like he outouched
him by a lot. Like in this other other guys
that are potential move pieces too, Like I'm trying to
think of some because Breese hal is in a by
so we can't really use him as an example, but
just other guys that are potentially like Jacoby Myers isn't
suit up and play, he doesn't go I think those
(29:46):
are the guys are going get traded.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
So those are the guys that you can be like
you sell high.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
On essentially, Yeah, right now, I've got Spears' is RB
twenty nine on the week, Pollard at thirty three, So
it's kind of a crap shoot whichever when you go there,
RB three ease and I just leaned paular just on
the past catching ability when it gets to wide receivers.
I mean on the other side, we talked about shimmery DK,
the rookie potentially being a good play. Calvin Ridley didn't
(30:13):
practice again on Thursday, so I imagine he's out aomn
or they're using him deep. I don't really want to
like he's good for prop betting if you want to
get into that, but like I think it's DK and
I'm out on the side.
Speaker 3 (30:23):
Yeah, it's just DK for me on the Charger side,
I'm trying to rank them like it's either LADS one
or qj's one and LADS three and qj's three, And
I'm trying to figure out because I think Keenan's just two.
Like I think Keenan is solidified as the number two receiver.
Now it's a matter of this, QJ get the touchdown
and does lad get the touchdown?
Speaker 1 (30:43):
Yeah? Same, Gadston and Lad for me are the easy plays. Keenan.
You know you're flexing him, QJ. I'm fading him right
now at this point.
Speaker 2 (30:53):
Okay, all right, I'll go with that one definitely.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
I mean definitely can be wrong on that one hundred percent, folks,
But you're taking the out like he said, like he was,
Brendan was saying Herbert.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
Yeah, I would start LAD if I if you had
to ask me like a ladder QJ, then like I
would say.
Speaker 1 (31:08):
Lad, nice, do the Chargers get the nine and a
half points?
Speaker 2 (31:13):
They do not, but they win this game.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
I hope they do. I hope they do because they
just went wild toss in the rock. But we'll find out,
all right. Next up, we're going to Vegas four and
three Jags taking on the two and five Raiders forty
four and a half point over under Jacksonsville's favored by
three coming off the bye. Can we see some magic?
Last time we saw this team, they were getting their
(31:38):
asses kicked there in London. But Travis Hunter finally having
a game, finally doing what we wanted him to do.
Just looking back, looking back last year Week six and
seven with Chris Godwin before the injury, Lean Comb had
him sixty three percent Slot thirty seven percent out wide.
Last two weeks for Travis Hunter sixty one percent, Slott
thirty nine percent out wide. Why would Brian Thomas Junior
(32:00):
to be the Mike Evans with Hunter being the Godwin?
I think I like Hunter more this week than Brian
Thomas Jr.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
I agree they said that there. I think I saw
a news article had said they want to feature him
as the one more in a lot of the spots.
So it kind of makes sense. You just invested a
ton of capital in it.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
I think this is ultimately I think I've said it
before on the show. I said, like multitude of ways
where he can go with him, you know, if he
sucks at water receivers, a full time d becomes the
package plays. Ultimately, I think he is going to be
on the field a lot and then he'll go and
sub package plays the defense and that's it. But like,
utilize his skill, Like he gets open. He's very shifty,
so why not put him in the slot.
Speaker 1 (32:39):
He breaks tackles, you know, and uh, Brian Thomas junior
may or may not be dealing with a shoulder ailment.
As far as the yeah, we don't have a lot
of updates coming out of the bye week form. Unfortunately,
both these quarterbacks though QB twos and threes, Like, I
don't want to start either one of them.
Speaker 3 (32:58):
I had to pick up Trevor Lawrence because of Jalen
Hurts in one of my leagues, it was that it
was that or brock Purty.
Speaker 1 (33:08):
God, yeah, I agree with Trevor Lawrence, but brock Purty
just sounds better in my lineup.
Speaker 2 (33:12):
It sounds better. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
I was just like, oh, this sucks, but you know,
I went Trevor Lawrence and I just I don't even
think he'll have a great game.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
I just think he'll have an okay game.
Speaker 3 (33:22):
I can see two touchdowns, the two interceptions and I'm
just like, it could be.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
Better than Brock's one touchdown no interceptions.
Speaker 1 (33:28):
For the running backs, Ashton Gent's an easy play. He
must be in the lineup, you know, despite the the
up and downs you're getting from him. Talk to me
about these running backs, because you know, I'm a little
unfair as far as the Tuton bias.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
This is a make or break game for the Raiders.
I feel like this is kind of like deciding where
their season goes. I think if they don't win this game,
or they don't figure out how to use Gent in
the passing game, you just expect if there if it's
a blowout game, Genty's not like expected to be like
the Chiefs game, where it's just that's what he is.
He's only gonna get touches and not passes. And I
expect I'm gonna say right now, I.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
Think the Raiders win this game.
Speaker 3 (34:04):
I'm weirdly enough, I'm expecting them to come bounce back.
Brock Bowers is fully healthy. I think there's no brace
in the knee.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
I expect this offense to be somewhat fluid, but it
also depends on Chip Kelly to call the right place too,
So I'm asking a lot and sink of for people
to work together here.
Speaker 1 (34:24):
Yeah. So I'm playing ETN as like a fringe RB two,
Tootin Desperation, Flex, and then Rock Powers finally, finally do
we get the rock Powers that everybody drafted.
Speaker 3 (34:35):
I'm playing ETN comfortably. I know you're worried about Tooton,
but I'm pretty comfortable with ETN for us the season
until I legitimately see toot and do something to where
I'm like, oh, this is.
Speaker 1 (34:43):
Scary for sure. Yeah it's not. It's not even Tooton
eating into the work. It's like ETN. He's not looks great.
I know he's getting it done, but like you dive
into the metrics, it's not it's not the best. It's
not something that's not sexy.
Speaker 3 (34:57):
It's not sexy, it's not us just but he gets
it done. Everybody can be Jonathan Taylor or James Cook
if they try hard enough.
Speaker 1 (35:04):
You know, maybe just true that attitude.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
Yeah, that's true.
Speaker 1 (35:08):
Who wins it?
Speaker 3 (35:09):
You taking bags of the Raiders, I'm taking I think
this is the upset of the week.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
I'm taking the Jags this defense. They've finding ways to
get turnovers and Gino has been very turnover fronts. I'm
gonna I'm gonna lean into it. Okay, next up we're
it's the Rams. We have Tyler Shuck and the Boys
one and seven Saints taking on the five and two Rams.
Forty three and a half point over under LA is
(35:33):
favored by fourteen everybody. This one could get ugly. Rookie
Tyler Shuck the second round pick, early draft pick for him.
He is getting the starts. Rattler's taking the bench. Matt
Stafford I kind of talked about him. He's a fringe
QB one for me.
Speaker 3 (35:50):
Yeah, this is this is I'm excited as like a
lobbe owner because I don't know if you saw the game.
Speaker 2 (35:55):
When Chuck came in, he just was peppering a lot
with targets on like this. This is great. It was
a lobby owner.
Speaker 3 (36:02):
The problem I have with this is that the Rams
have a really good defense, specifically our front seven, that
they can get after the ball. Shuck is not a
mobile quarterback by any stretch.
Speaker 2 (36:11):
I would think.
Speaker 3 (36:11):
Rattler's a little bit more mobile than Shuck. So I
am afraid for this game, specifically that this could be
a dud across the board like Alvin Kamara a dud.
Speaker 2 (36:22):
It's just nothing.
Speaker 3 (36:24):
I can't think of anything positive that will benefit this
team except they're down twenty one and then Rams just
play prevent defense for a.
Speaker 2 (36:33):
Little bit and let them move the ball. That's about
as well I see the Rams move or the Saint
Swimmer's football.
Speaker 1 (36:39):
Yeah, I've got Kamara RB twenty four. That's purely off
of does he get just dumped off galore? That help him,
you know, keep a decent floor. But this might just
be a Kiren, possibly Kyen Korham game and they just
run the hell out of the ball.
Speaker 3 (36:53):
My question, I didn't look this up, and I should
have rally. Really did not seem to dump off the football.
Speaker 2 (36:58):
Diddy, right? Is that fair to say he was always
looking downfield?
Speaker 1 (37:02):
It was interesting the way the way hes went. We
started off with Juwan Johnson. I think it was the
first three weeks he was getting heavily targeted. Then there's
targets shifted over to Alvin Kamara, and then now they've
shifted back to Juwan Johnson. So Alvin Kamara has seen
nothing close to what he has over the last decade
there in New Orleans. So it's it's fearful that Kellen
Moore is just not using the offense that way. Wide
(37:23):
receivers at lobbies an easy start, just as far as
the floor that you're gonna get with him, yep. And
then Pooka and Adams depending even if Hiron runs away
and gets a three touchdown game here, you cannot sit those.
Speaker 3 (37:36):
Two, Yeah, because if the Saints focus on the game
plan of stopping the run and forcing to throw the ball,
then it's vice versa. You gotta pick your poison, and
you're not leaving DeVante who's been great and Puka who's
also been great.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
You're not taking him.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
Out of your lineup. Absolutely not.
Speaker 3 (37:49):
It's a great matchup for both sides of the football,
so or for both sides of running and throwing.
Speaker 1 (37:53):
You should say, yeah, as long as they keep the
foot on the gas. That's that's really the biggest concern
here in this game.
Speaker 2 (38:00):
Yeah, it's tight ends.
Speaker 1 (38:02):
Jawan Johnson. Is he working his way back into that
like flexn not flex spot, but like that that fringe
streaming spot for you eight and seven targets the last
two weeks.
Speaker 3 (38:11):
Did you mention him in your in your stream cans?
Because I would have because it's just a new face.
Speaker 2 (38:16):
You don't know what it is.
Speaker 3 (38:17):
It's an it's exciting thing, I would say if you
are down on your luck, like I am starting him.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
In a guillotine leagues. I didn't pick up anybody else.
But I also just think, like I mean, because I
had Dallas Goddard, he's in a bye So that's who
I picked up. Is Jawan Johnson. It's all like it
was that or zach Ertz.
Speaker 1 (38:31):
So yeah, sech Ertz is he's rough, He's like touchdown
or BLUs for me. My three guys I highlighted this
week were aj Barner, leveland and Jawan Johnson. So okay,
it's layers of ugly, but like, if you're really streaming
at this point, that's that's what you're dealing with.
Speaker 2 (38:47):
I also like Ferguson.
Speaker 3 (38:48):
I'm waiting for him to break out more. I just
I feel like he should be starting more than Higbee.
Speaker 1 (38:52):
I feel like, yeah, the rookie tight end for the
rams y. So we'll get a sneak a peek at
him there when we're at the I'm buying this past
spring and yeah, it definitely blew off the page as
far as the guys that were there. I agree, because
unfortunately we were cheated and we didn't get Loveland or Warren. Yep,
that's besides the point. Uh did they get the fourteen points?
Speaker 2 (39:15):
I think the Rams too, Yeah, so too.
Speaker 1 (39:17):
This should just be a.
Speaker 2 (39:19):
This might This is a sneak peek. This is my
eliminator pick.
Speaker 1 (39:23):
Nice.
Speaker 3 (39:24):
Yeah, I'm surviving, baby, I'm surviving all the way through,
and I don't care what you do.
Speaker 2 (39:30):
I picked. I have to be fair. I have picked
different teams each time, So don't come.
Speaker 1 (39:37):
Don't believe it's folks school.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
Listen to all the old episodes exactly.
Speaker 1 (39:41):
Next up, what could be an AFC championship battle, the
five and three Chiefs taking on the five and two
Bills in Buffalo fifty two and a half point over under.
Kansas City is favorite by two lines, moved from one
and a half to two, so the confidence is holding
in the the Chiefs favor. Both these guys have to
be started. As far as the quarterbacks go, these.
Speaker 2 (39:59):
Are fun games.
Speaker 1 (40:00):
Man.
Speaker 3 (40:00):
Whenever you get to see Josh Allen and Patri Mahomes
go against each other, they do like to duel it out.
It's always fun to watch. They both they want to
one up one another, and they always try to show up,
and so yeah, you're starting both boys confidently.
Speaker 2 (40:14):
It's exciting matchup.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
I think it was either the last one or the
two matchups ago. It was ugly. I think it was
like seventeen to twenty one. You know, it wasn't quite
what we wanted. The Chiefs have a better offense than
they have in years, forcing Buffalo to really move the
ball with dump it down there. So yeah, I think
we will get a lot closer to this fifty two
and a half over under than we have in the
last couple of matchups. Yes, running backs, we have James
Cook on one side, all right, Yeah, I better throw
(40:39):
something out there. I look, I'm playing James Cook. I
like James Cook for all that he has.
Speaker 2 (40:46):
Yeah, you have to.
Speaker 1 (40:47):
Since the quote from Joe Brady where he said he
wanted to get Ray Davis more involved, Ray Davis hasn't
really been more involved. But prior to that, eighty percent
of the backfield carries for James Cook ten point six
percent target share expected Fanny points a game. The last
three games only seventy four percent of the carries. Not
really that much of a difference, but a one point
three percent target share, only nine point seven percent, or
(41:10):
expected fantasy points per game goes from RB three to
the RB thirty eight and as far as the game
streep looks, so essentially, if James Cook is not a
great game script, if they could be trailing, he could
just be taken out of the game kind of Derrick
Henry esk And that's kind of my worry on this game.
Speaker 3 (41:28):
The last three opponents remind me so it was Falcons Panthers,
who was the one before that?
Speaker 1 (41:32):
Then last three games in Carolina, Atlanta, and New England.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
Yeah, those games are It's like one was a blowout.
Speaker 3 (41:41):
So James Cook obviously ran buck nasty wild against the Panthers.
The Falcons game was bad for just everybody on the
on the Bills, and then the Patriots it was a
got upset at home.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
Yeah, I you're.
Speaker 3 (41:53):
Still starting James Cook, Like I know, we're getting to
this deep diving of it at the end of the day,
You're still starting him.
Speaker 1 (41:58):
For sure. It's more just like temper expectations. I guess, yeah,
kind of what I'm saying, I do I have him
as an RB two this week? I guess that's that's
like I don't have him ranked as an RB one
is what I'm saying. Yeah, it's not that bad. What
do I have got him RB fourteen on the week.
So nothing consulting to the man.
Speaker 2 (42:16):
All Right.
Speaker 3 (42:16):
I was gonna say it's so he's closer there, but yeah, no,
I am. Let's talk about the other side of the
thode because it's Isaibah Check is out. Yeah, cream Hunt
gotta start him.
Speaker 2 (42:26):
You kind of got to start him, you know.
Speaker 3 (42:28):
I think he's the goal line back, so like that
automatically just makes them more enticing.
Speaker 2 (42:33):
Isaiah Check is not going to eat into the attempts anymore.
Speaker 3 (42:36):
Brishard Smith, I think if you're down in projections, I
want to say you can go up, Rishard Smith.
Speaker 1 (42:43):
If this game lines up the way it should fifty
two and a half point over under, if the Bills
keep it competitive, I think bard Smith can find enough
work in this especially with Pacheco gone, because cream Hunt
they don't want him outside of like once they're inside
the tent, sure cream Hunt shines, but in between that
he ain't pretty. It's not eighteen anymore.
Speaker 3 (43:03):
Yeah, I want to talk about I mean, we and
we went talked a lot about the Jamesick situation with
the wide receivers. I think I'm gonna call it crazy,
but I think key On Coleman is I think yep.
Speaker 1 (43:14):
I'm sitting all of the Buffalo wide receivers.
Speaker 2 (43:18):
You for sure can start kol Shakir. You can.
Speaker 1 (43:22):
You can also start uh Josh Palmer, but I don't
want to.
Speaker 2 (43:26):
Is Josha playing?
Speaker 1 (43:28):
I was just trying to look for a deep name there.
Speaker 3 (43:30):
Yeah, I know, say like I thought it was hurt
but limited.
Speaker 1 (43:33):
On Thursday's practice. You may play, so you may not.
Speaker 2 (43:36):
I like.
Speaker 3 (43:37):
I like Rashie Rice, I like Worthy, I like Kelsey,
I like Kinkaid, I like a lot of the pieces
in this game.
Speaker 1 (43:45):
Are you playing Worthy or Shakira.
Speaker 2 (43:48):
Shakiir? Gross?
Speaker 1 (43:52):
Gross gross? I think I might take Worthy, Okay, I
just I don't want to play any of these these
corners for the Chiefs have absolutely locks up down and
Rashie Rice the King of Kings, He's obviously fine.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (44:04):
I talked shit on Kelsey last week. He he stuck
it to me. In this game, you kind of have
to play both these tight ends.
Speaker 2 (44:10):
Yeah, I like both it ends. I get I broke
my role last time. But against the Chiefs w'en not
doing that again. I don't bet against the Homes Chiefs.
Speaker 1 (44:18):
Ess.
Speaker 3 (44:20):
I think the Chiefs will be in the Super Bowl
this year if this team stays the way that is,
even if the traded them. They make some moves too,
even just moves my point more. But this Chiefs team
is going to be in the AFC Championship again.
Speaker 1 (44:32):
As long as Mahomes doesn't tear Rassie Rice's acl again.
Speaker 3 (44:35):
I think yes, even then they still they still meet
it without him, so.
Speaker 1 (44:40):
Gross gross gross. Yeah, give me the Chiefs take care
of business, all right. We have Sunday Night football. Everybody, right, Yeah,
let's go to Sunday Night Football. Let's get that right,
decal out there there we go. Awesome. We got five
and two Seahawks taking on the three and five Commanders
forty seven and a half point over under. Seahawks are
favored by three. Jade Daniels is back way. I've got
(45:04):
Sam Donald and Jayden Daniels kind of right around the
same spot this week. I like both of them.
Speaker 2 (45:09):
I don't know, I can't.
Speaker 3 (45:12):
I can't like Sam Donald. Man, It's just I can't
started in a fantasy. It's so hard, like and then
but that's not fair because he actually has been he's
been decent.
Speaker 1 (45:21):
Before the rough matchup against Houston before thereby QB nine,
KB two, QB eighteen, QB ten, like out of a
guy who does not run, it's pretty good. He's that
one of the best deep balls in the game right now. Yeah,
he looks like Russell Wilson back there, the way he's
hucking at O.
Speaker 2 (45:35):
He has the best receiver in the game right now.
I mean facts, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (45:39):
Like it's crazy. I'm still saying Jaden ahead of Sam Darnald.
Speaker 2 (45:43):
Though.
Speaker 1 (45:44):
Let's get to these running backs then, because we got
a mess on one side, we got a nasty mess
on the other. I let you figure out which ones
are which, folks. We got ken Walker Charbone on one side,
and then we got Bill on the other side.
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Like gross, bench Bill. Bench Bill.
Speaker 1 (46:03):
Bill is a I'm gonna compare him against to He's like,
he's like Derrick Henry is in the fact of game script,
completely game script. If they are down and out, he
won't be on the field. And that's just kind of
how that works. So Seattle's three point favorite. They've got
a great defense. I'm fading Bill.
Speaker 2 (46:22):
I've Hn the same line as Tony Pollard.
Speaker 1 (46:24):
I have them back to back in my ranks. I
love that kN Walker Charbone.
Speaker 3 (46:29):
Who you picking, O, I'm picking the guy who's on
the goal line.
Speaker 1 (46:33):
Sharvine, God, you're the worst pick my side. For once
I got Kenneth Walker's RB twenty three seven.
Speaker 3 (46:40):
It just sucks because like, like they're they're gonna get
I mean theory they might get around the same points
because like ken Walker will have like eighty eight yards
on nineteen attempts, which is great, but no touchdowns.
Speaker 1 (46:54):
And that's essentially what it breaks down to. Ken Walker's
gonna do do all the ball movement and Kim Walker
and Sharonne's gonna pounder in there. And all you're hoping
by playing Kim Walker is that he actually breaks that
fat last tackle to get in the end zone where
sarbonage is not scoring a touchdown and then running for
fifty yards after that. This is not how that's going
to work. So I think it's a floor ceiling play,
and for me Fantasy football, unless I've got a specific matchup,
(47:15):
I'm always taking the ceiling wide receivers. I mean it's
Deebo and JSN. We're kind of out.
Speaker 2 (47:22):
Huh yeah, no, Terry, he's out. I'm not starting Luke,
I'm not starting the other guy.
Speaker 3 (47:30):
More right, Chris More Yeah, Cooper Cup, No, I can't
do it.
Speaker 2 (47:35):
I'm saying the name, but he can't do it.
Speaker 1 (47:37):
He should be on every waiver wire, like everywhere, Like
Cooper Cup is out there on the field seventy five
percent of snaps, but it's because he's good at blocking,
going back seventy seven, seven sixty three, sixty five, thirty
eighty seven. That is not a start blapset right there, yep.
And then AJ Barnar zach Ertz our break glass in
(47:59):
case of emergency.
Speaker 2 (48:00):
That's some serious breaking glass.
Speaker 1 (48:02):
You're looking for a touchdown from both these fellas.
Speaker 2 (48:04):
Yeah, I think I honestly, I would probably say a J.
Speaker 3 (48:07):
Barner Yeah yeah, Like I've got the streaming thing this week.
Speaker 1 (48:11):
He's been scoring touchdowns. It's the number three in target share, granted,
and number two is Cooper Cup. So you know that
doesn't scare me at all. Nope, who wins. I want
to say commanders. I want to say commanders, but I
like the Seattle.
Speaker 2 (48:26):
Seattle is so good, like they're just there. I put
them in the tier.
Speaker 3 (48:31):
I almost want to put them in that super Bowl tier.
I almost do, but I think they're NFC Championship tier
for me, Like, ye, I can make NFC Championship game.
Speaker 2 (48:40):
I just don't see them beating the Eagles, the Lions,
or the Packers. I think they're four and the NFC.
Speaker 1 (48:47):
You get to the playoffs, anything can happen. So I
see them above the playoff contender and just below super
I think they could make it to the super Bowl,
but I wouldn't call them super Bowl contenders, if that
makes sense.
Speaker 3 (48:56):
Yeah, Like out of the four team they said, you'd
probably put them forth though, right, the Packers, Lyons, Eagles,
and Seahawks.
Speaker 2 (49:01):
Would you put them four?
Speaker 3 (49:03):
Or where you put them three and put the Eagles four?
Speaker 1 (49:06):
I think it depends what day you ask me. I'd
probably give you a different order every day.
Speaker 2 (49:10):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (49:10):
I could see them beating the Eagles. I could see
them beating the Rams, you know, especially that being more of.
Speaker 3 (49:15):
A disy the Rams, Like, I'm like, I can't wait
for them to play each other.
Speaker 1 (49:19):
Yeah, there would be some good games coming up. So yeah,
give me Seattle. Yeah, it's Seattle, even on the road,
flying across the country. I like, I'm taking the care
of it alrighty, last game we have just the one
Monday night game. Oh, it's too giddy about just the
fact that we have a one Monday night game back
in normal and hopefully this is a goodie. Cardinals two
(49:40):
and five going to Dallas take on the three four
and one Cowboys in a fifty three and a half
point over under. Dallas is favored by two and a half.
The lines moved from three a little interesting. I don't
know if everybody realized Kyler's back.
Speaker 2 (49:53):
You know, Kyler's playing.
Speaker 3 (49:55):
They confirmed it, so that probably as a as an
inkling towards the half point move, don't It doesn't change
a whole lot though.
Speaker 1 (50:03):
I have Kyler ranked in my top ten.
Speaker 2 (50:05):
Yeah, where's Kyler Raid?
Speaker 3 (50:07):
Because I'm honestly like I he was on a waiver
wire for me in one of my ten league teams
and I had Jalen Hurts and a buye and that one.
I was like, I'm just saying, Kyler, this is great.
Speaker 1 (50:17):
I've got Kyler, love Caleb as far as my in
my quarterback rankings, there it's Dallas. It is Dallas. It's
not Kyler, folks, It is Dallas. Yeah, Dak Prescott top
five play for.
Speaker 2 (50:28):
Me, easy stinker last week, but still sorry we have.
Speaker 1 (50:33):
Those from time time, folks. Running backs Jon Valante Williams
instead of studs.
Speaker 2 (50:39):
Yes, he's starting.
Speaker 1 (50:42):
I'm gonna drive it in at the ground a dude.
Speaker 3 (50:45):
When as soon as he starts to fall off the cliff,
I'm just gonna be like, it's Dravonte Williams, right, you're starting.
Speaker 2 (50:51):
No, Yes, Gravanti has been very good.
Speaker 3 (50:53):
He's top five and rushing yards because like that's what
everyone said was gonna happen, clearly. Yeah, and then you're
starting banded and I'm starting bad night comfortably.
Speaker 1 (51:02):
Top twenty player for me this week. Yep, I really
like him. Why do receivers? I guess let's start on
the Arizona side because I I I'm doing it giving
my stamp of approval for Marvin Harrison Junior this week.
I am playing him with confidence.
Speaker 2 (51:18):
Oh, I'm so glad you did that. Yeah. I like
Marvin this week again.
Speaker 3 (51:22):
Cowboys are just bleeding points to every position possible, So
Marvin's good. I don't really want to start like Zay
Jones or anything like that. That's really you're getting really
cute and desperate there and trying to top the over
under there. But Cowboys, I like CD obviously, I like
George and Ferguson. That's and then Trey McBride is like,
(51:43):
that's the five names I just said.
Speaker 2 (51:44):
I think that's that's.
Speaker 3 (51:45):
Where you cut it off. There's nothing else there where.
Speaker 1 (51:47):
I'm like, asking Kyler to support more than Harrison at
McBride is just kind of unrealistic at this point. Like
confident DFS. If you got a feeling, go for it,
but like, that's that's not what we're doing here in fantasy.
George Pickens, we haven't found the end zone in the
exciting fashion since Ceedee Lamb's come back, but the yardage
is there, seventy eight yards, eighty two yards. That's money
(52:08):
where you drafted him. What he's doing, so yeah, big
playability Ceedee Lamb. Of course, Ferguson's kind of falling in
my rankings. He's a lot closer to ten than he
is one now that we've kind of seen Ceedee Lamb
come back, and Javante Williams just pounds it in anytime
they get close. It's Davante.
Speaker 3 (52:25):
I could see that, just because obviously there's a no CD.
They had to throw, force the force the ball to
go somewhere else.
Speaker 2 (52:31):
I can kind of see that, but.
Speaker 3 (52:33):
I mean, you're still starting him though he's been great,
and so until you see a skid of three games,
that's when you get really scared. Soguson this skin.
Speaker 1 (52:41):
Yeah, he ruined so many tight end National tight end
parlays last week one target, zero catches before that, two touchdowns,
one touchdown, two touchdowns, one touchdown, and.
Speaker 2 (52:51):
The Tyler Warren he ruined one for me. So yeah, sameas.
Speaker 1 (52:56):
Yeah, this game is pretty easy. Cutting drive two and
a half points, Dallas. I'm taking Dallas.
Speaker 2 (53:02):
I'm taking Dallas in the points.
Speaker 1 (53:04):
Oh oh sorry, Kyler, help.
Speaker 3 (53:06):
Kicker that can keep the ball over sixty five yards.
Speaker 2 (53:08):
So that's just I.
Speaker 1 (53:10):
Gotta go in there and fix our kickers. I've got
a few leagues still. That way you use kickers, I'm
gonna go in there and soup up some of those
points because I want to be able to fully benefit
when you're playing Aubrey out there. I want six and
a half points when he kicks that field goal.
Speaker 2 (53:21):
Folks don't listen to him. Get rid of kickers. They're
not real people.
Speaker 1 (53:23):
Yeah, that's true. The amount of like games.
Speaker 3 (53:26):
Imagine losing because Aubrey decides to put up twenty eight
points off of like, you know, four field goals from
plus sixty or whatever.
Speaker 2 (53:35):
They Yeah, no, no, no.
Speaker 1 (53:36):
It's already happened. My one of my best leagues, I
am six and two. I lost the first two weeks
because I got thirty five points put on me by
defensive kickers.
Speaker 2 (53:47):
Good playing in leagues like that.
Speaker 1 (53:50):
I'm not commits.
Speaker 2 (53:51):
All right, leave, that's my advice, and let's just leave
with your friends. I get it.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
I have the Grand Theft Auto League, Like there's a
few and far between.
Speaker 2 (53:59):
I love those. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (54:02):
Nice? What else you got for the folks?
Speaker 2 (54:05):
Got nothing else? Man? I got nothing else. I would
just say monitor.
Speaker 3 (54:10):
The only thing I would say is monitor the usage
at running back or even wide receiver, because if you
see something odd, I think everyone else is gonna kind
of see it, and those guys probably are gonna traded.
Speaker 1 (54:21):
Yeah, hopefully hopefully we get some trades. Trade deadlines coming
up next Tuesday. That's all we've got for you, folks.
