(00:01):
It was connected to the wrong camera.
I'm in my pajamas right now. I just had a really tough
call, so I'm in a. Not in a great headspace
right now. Just full disclosure, I was very excited to connect
with you, and then I just had, like, a big buzz kill, so just

(00:23):
letting you know. Okay, well, are you.
Would you like to postpone? No.
I mean, I still want to check in with you. This is. You'll. You're probably.
This conversation, you know, is probably gonna be helpful
in picking my spirits back up. I'm just letting you know, like, what I'm coming
out of right now is, like, just big

(00:48):
disappointment. A big, disappointing conversation.
I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry.
I am more than happy to do whatever works best
for you. In full disclosure. I don't know if you can tell,
but I'm fried, so I'm

(01:08):
not operating at my best either, because I couldn't do hair or makeup or anything
for you today. Well, I'm jealous.
I haven't had sunshine in a very long time, and I'm
wilting. Neither have I.
And yesterday, my son. I went out with

(01:28):
my son. I'm trying to get my Bluetooth to hook up so I can
hear you better. I went to the beach.
I live in central Ontario, so because we've
got the Great Lakes around us and then up, it's almost an
hour and a half in any direction. We have the most amazing
beaches all around. Whether you go north, south,

(01:50):
south, east, west, it doesn't matter. And so we
were at. At the beach, and it was a hot,
sunny day, and I have two grandchildren,
four and three. And so I spent too
much time in the sunshine with them. A.
Well, it sounds like a. A. A price.

(02:13):
The price you paid was worth it.
Absolutely. Absolutely. My. My grandchildren
don't spend a lot of times outdoors,
and actually, neither do I. So for them to experience,
you know, the waves and the splashing and. And to

(02:34):
go from timid to just diving in and,
you know, it was. It was fantastic. Ah,
that's awesome. So has
this disappointing call that you've had, has it affected
what. How you want to move forward with your podcast or.
No. Where. Where are you with this. This project?

(02:59):
Well, I.
I've had, like, the wind knocked out of my sails,
like, big time. Like, in. It's just one of those seasons
where, like, life is lifing. And I.
I just found out, like, one more thing in my life that I

(03:19):
was, like, hanging on to is,
like, disbanded. Like, just after I
did the retreat. It. I just kind of got,
like, slapped in the face with, like, the.
Let me rewind. So I decided to back
out of buying the property in Charleston, my, like, dream retreat property,

(03:43):
because it was just feeling like a little. It was just starting to be,
like, really forced and stressful and, like, not manifesting vibes.
And then I was kind of distracted with the retreat
that I was hosting. And so
once that ended, it was kind of like, okay. The reality of, like,
this goal I've been working towards this whole year kind of falling apart

(04:07):
set in. And I also felt like with
That I needed to end things with my boyfriend.
So I'm going through a breakup right now.
I've released this big dream.
I know that it's gonna come. Like, it's. That's gonna work out in a way

(04:27):
that's more aligned, but, you know, I'm out a substantial amount of money from
that. Not a big deal.
A women's business group that I invested in this year, I.
That's just kind of dissolved, so. And I don't. There's no refund
for that. Like, that's the news I got in my last call.

(04:49):
And, yeah, I mean, I just.
I think naturally one would be kind of down and
unmotivated given the circumstances that. That have been happening.
But I know I am able to zoom out and remember the
times in the past when everything's kind of falling apart. It's always

(05:10):
because there's something so much better. So right
now where I am, like, I don't have a clear picture of what I'm
calling in right now. Like, I don't know what I want next. I.
I've had so much focus on. On what I wanted and
what I was building, and it. It's not happening. So right now I'm just
kind of recalibrating, licking my wounds and. And simmering.

(05:34):
But I still know what the hell yeses are,
you know, and the working
with you and Virginia is still a hell yes. I'm just not sure,
like. Like, what I'm trying to do.
Like, what am I trying to create with it? Like, I'm still applying to
be on podcasts every day. I'm still doing, like, certain things that I enjoy

(05:58):
in my business, but. But, like, do I want to focus my energy
into creating this women's business group?
Do you want to continue to build Morgan Manifest? Like, I don't know.
I don't know what I want to do next. I'm just doing what I.
Is a hell yes on, like, a minute by minute
basis, right now, if that makes sense, like, right now, like,

(06:19):
all I can make space for is if it's nurturing me,
nourishing me, filling my cup, or if it's something that's making money.
That's it. Like, those are the only things I can make space for. So,
that being said, it kind of doesn't make sense to invest in a
podcast thing, but on the other hand, it's still a hell yes. So. And.

(06:40):
And maybe there's a reason that that's still a hell yes. Maybe me having this
conversation with you is going to open up some insights, you know? Like,
I'm. I'm just putting it all out there so you know where I'm coming from.
All I. Another thing that I do know is I'm tired of
doing this shit alone. Like, being a solopreneur is not aligned.

(07:00):
I'm a leader. I'm a planner. I'm a problem solver. I love
building teams and creating things that are greater than the sum
of their parts. I just don't have clarity on what that looks like right
now. So. I don't know. That's all I have to say,
Kathy. Like, I feel like I just dumped a bunch of stuff on you that
you probably weren't expecting. But on the other hand, like,

(07:24):
all we can do is be real and honest. So.
Yeah. And I totally respect
and honor the fact that you have opened yourself up and
shown your vulnerability and your rawness,
and I. I thank you
for trusting me with that.

(07:50):
From somebody who has been
in that exact place, all the things that
I thought I wanted, all the things I put time,
money, energy, and everything into,
and when they fell apart,
obviously not by any thing with my own.

(08:13):
It always, Always showed me I was going
down the wrong path.
Yep. Yeah.
And I'm wondering if you're
in that exact place. Oh, for sure.
Like, I. I know. I don't believe

(08:36):
things happen to me. They happen for me, even when they. It feels like a
dumpster fire. Like, I. I know that I. So that's
my North Star right now, you know? Like,
I. I don't see where I'm going, but I know that it's
all working out in the long run.
Okay, so how can I help? And it's

(09:00):
really sounding to me like you need to catch your breath right
now for sure. But I would
like to know, like, where are you in this process?
How. Like, how is your. Like, are you on
your scheduled? Like, have you.
Have you gotten to check all the boxes that you intended to check? Like.

(09:23):
Like have things Changed at all since we checked
in last? No. Things have gotten bigger and better.
I gotta figure out I accident or. Oh, my Bluetooth
tooth is off. That's why my speaker is not connecting.
You sound so faint that I'm struggling to hear you,

(09:44):
so give me a second. I took my speaker.
I took. Is it connected?
Can you say something, Morgan? No,
no, it's still on the old one,
but.

(10:06):
Now I can't hear you.
Can you hear me now? Yes.
Okay. Because it. It moved the microphone to my speaker.
That is so weird.
Yeah. Let me put my microphone

(10:26):
back. I was trying to hook up my.
There we are. I put it back on my microphone.
Can we hear me now? Yes.

(10:47):
I took my speaker with me to the beach yesterday and
I didn't sign in early enough to get it all connected, so. Forgive me.
Okay. So. So what has happened since we last spoke with.
What I'm doing is Virginia has
gotten so excited by what I'm creating that

(11:09):
she has designed a brand new podcast studio.
We're in it right now, which is why I wanted to meet.
And so it is going to fully integrate
into the system which is going to remove
even more steps and

(11:32):
automate the process even more.
So things have gone from the
majority automated to almost 100% automated
except for the things like the recording. And so
I am still looking for Client zero. I've been.

(11:55):
I. I knew that you said you wanted to be that beta person
and go through the process, so I wanted to
see where you were. I do have a quite a few other people who
are want to come on board when we get it ready,
but all of the technical things
are being adjusted. It's just a matter of actually onboarding

(12:19):
somebody into the system. We rather than me who's been
building the system and integrating as I go. I want someone fresh
who has nothing within the system and to be able to see.
I do have a complete tech team that will be onboarding
everybody. I have decided to no longer offer

(12:40):
a diy. It will only be
a service. And the reason is because
of the amount of automations in there now it's no longer
feasible for a diy. Yeah.
And so when I looked at how amazing everything

(13:00):
was becoming, I did not want anyone to
feel overwhelmed or frustrated because of the technical
systems that are involved. Yeah. So.
So it's. It's bigger and better. I've got some
amazing partnerships and affiliate partners

(13:23):
and everything all ready to get started. So I will be
launching full force in September. Okay.
But August is when I'm looking to onboard somebody
Yeah, I mean, I'm still. Like I said,
this is still a Hell yes. I just don't know what,

(13:45):
like, what generally one does a
podcast with a goal of like an outcome, like driving,
driving clients to your business, like, brand awareness, that kind
of thing. And like, I don't know what the purpose of my podcast is,
except that, like, I want to do it, you know, like, and maybe that's something
that we could connect on and explore.

(14:08):
Yeah, I would love that. Because, you know, what's popping into my head?
What is that Morgan manifests
is in the process of manifesting. And if
you're able to capture that process, the confusion,
the excitement, the open to possibilities,

(14:31):
the. The rawness that you are in right now
and being able to pull your expertise
into all the different areas, I think you're
really going to resonate with people because what you're
going through right now is what I think

(14:52):
the majority of your country is going through, if not the majority of the world.
Totally. We are in massive paradigm shift.
There are things happening so fast.
People are lost and they're confused. They know there's
something more, but they don't know how to get it. Things that they've been going

(15:13):
after, it's like the rug has been pulled out from underneath them and they
don't know what's going on. I think your
exact experience right now sounds
like divine timing. Oh, for sure, for sure.
And the fact I'm willing to be transparent and still

(15:36):
be of service to others as I'm going through the trenches and making meaning
out of this, so I can help others,
you know, go through the same we all are going through.
So, yeah, I mean, that, that really resonates what
you're saying. And yeah, I mean, like I
said, I'm still game. Like, I. I don't know. I can't explain why.

(15:59):
Like, I don't know. It just. It is what it is and that's what I'm.
That's all I can afford to, to give my energy towards is. Is what.
What lights me up, what is fulfilling to me,
what is exciting. And this is. This is that, you know, like,
despite everything else falling apart,
this is something that is, is. Has not yet.

(16:22):
Yeah. So do you want me
to work with you to help you create
a format and a show system,
or do you already have an idea of
what you want to do or do you want me to just help guide

(16:44):
you through the technical and the onboarding?
So I want to, I want to be able
to help fulfill what
it is. Like, I want to be the best guinea
pig for you too. I guess. So.
Like, and I. The collaborative

(17:07):
opportunity is, Is needed.
Like, I need to be able to have someone to, like, lean on and strategize
with and collaborate with. I don't, I don't want to be on an island.
Like I've said a million times, and I know the whole point of this thing
that you created is automation and like, so it can be as effortless as possible,

(17:29):
which means you, it doesn't have to be hands on for Kathy,
It's. Yeah. So if
there's a way that we could structure it just, just to like,
talk through, like, what. What makes sense? Like,
what, what. What do you. From your experience would be

(17:51):
most worthwhile? Like, does that make sense? Like, if we're,
if I'm gonna invest in doing a podcast, the time and money. Like, what.
What's the best way to go about doing this to make it worthwhile?
Like, what's the best format? Like, what's the best.
Like, how is this going to put money

(18:13):
in my pocket or visibility or credibility or whatever the.
In the purpose of having a podcast is in the first place does.
Okay, now I know what you're asking me. Okay. I wasn't
100 sure what you were asking, so I was processing my thoughts.
Podcasting is, if I remember

(18:35):
correctly, projected to be a 6.5 billion industry
this year. That is only from advertising
revenue. Okay.
That does not include sponsorships. That does not include affiliate
affiliate programs or creating client

(18:57):
offers or selling books or speaking opportunities or
any other ways that you can monetize it.
Okay. Yeah. So it.
It. And that is what I am focusing in on,
is no longer using podcasting as
a hobby for your voice, but to really

(19:19):
develop it into a place where you create
a large enough loyal audience that
the show is not only paid for by
the advertising or sponsors, but it creates
its own source income, becomes your

(19:39):
visibility engine that drives all the other projects
that you want. Yeah. So the exciting thing
about what you're saying to me right now about these other projects
is that gives you the time right now to build
that engine and, and really

(20:00):
hone it so that as those opportunities evolve,
you can then seamlessly plug them into
this machine. Yeah. You have a puppy.
Oh, she's. She's scratching in
the chair. I hope that didn't help you see her anymore.

(20:24):
Yeah. Beautiful. Well, and,
you know, it's kind of wild what you're saying, because that's.
That it seems like my
question has been answered. Like I said, I can't Explain why this
is a hell yes. I just know it is. And then you just answered why
it's a hell yes. Because this is something I can nurture and

(20:47):
invest in while I'm still simmering
on, like what, what my next direction is. So yes,
isn't that interesting? Very manifesting, Kathy.
I believe in divine timing and how things
just synergize and come together. So the way

(21:10):
my system is set up is the first part is called the
core produce and publish. So this section
is the, the recording, the bringing on guests,
the marketing, the email,
newsletter, social media, the graphics, they,

(21:33):
all of that main core stuff.
That is what is ready to go.
The next section is about growing and converting.
And so as I put the final touches on
this core and hand it over to
the team to onboard, I will be beginning to build out

(21:56):
the next section, which is the grow and convert. So that will
be out outbound, inbound,
lead generation, converting, building the audience,
getting you to a hundred thousand monthly listens,
plus plus which then opens doors.
Got it? So that as you do that first stage,

(22:18):
that next stage will be ready for you. And then the third stage
of this is about monetization.
So as you build, get the podcast up
and seamless and you're getting your voice and you're growing and building an
audience, now you're ready to monetize so that monetization core

(22:38):
automations will be done where again, it will be inbound,
outbound. It will have all of the. You'll have
like an agent that will go through every. When I
say agent, I'm talking all about technological
automations so that all of that work will
be done and you're only doing the human part. But that'll

(23:02):
be creating sponsorships and affiliate
programs and selling products and maybe writing books,
whatever it is. And then the fourth final is
about. Now that you've built all this, it's time to go into CEO
method, which is let's look at the KPIs.

(23:23):
And I'm creating a dashboard that will analyze everything,
help guide you so that you can make intelligent decisions. What's working,
what's not working, what's coming in the future, how to
really monetize it, to be able to create partnerships
and collaborations and all the rest of that into the business.

(23:44):
So that's where I am. Okay.
And I'm looking for my first five people that
I can walk through this entire system handhold,
do the conversations of
minor coaching, where I help

(24:05):
guide and help you get structured.
So which is not a service I'm ever Going to offer again.
Yeah. So it's only for those first five, so that I can really
see and hone in on. Oh, I didn't think about this
because that doesn't apply to me. But it applies to you. Exactly.
So I can really build this into a really

(24:30):
organic, cohesive system.
Love it. Yes. I think that's
a really good plan as well, because you don't know what you don't
know. So getting some guinea pigs is essential. And yeah,
I mean, I'm. Like I said, I'm still down. So I'm

(24:50):
curious if there's like an estimated timeline
for like each of the, each of the sections or is it just dependent
upon how much one invests their time and energies?
It's going to be very much dependent upon
how many episodes a week you do as to how fast

(25:11):
an algorithm can pick you up and pull you forward.
There's a lot, there's a lot of different variables. Do you have
a specific timeline? No. I don't even know
what I want, Kathy. Okay. I am,
I am very fluid and, and along for

(25:33):
the ride, like right now. Like, I don't know if that makes sense. It's very
opposite of my normal way of being, but I'm, I'm here for it.
Awesome. Awesome. My,
my idea is that by 2026,
the entire system will have been built, tested and

(25:55):
onboarded with my first 5 beta.
Yeah. And I will be able to bring more people
on for the core because once the core is fully
stable and proven, then I could be bringing more
on and then all of the rest will be
able to get the benefits of it in 2026.

(26:18):
And so the way, the way my product
is set up is like I said,
I totally changed all my pricing, my whole core of everything.
I've gone to the first section to be $5555.
Okay. And that will include full onboarding

(26:41):
so that no technical needs to be done.
Huh. Because you want to be client
zero, I would like to offer you a thousand dollar
discount. Okay. Does that work for you?
I'm not going to be able to afford it if it, if it's that

(27:03):
price yet. Okay. So if there's a
way that we can like figure out how to like,
I see the value and I'm willing to pay you for what
you're offering. I just like, if I were to start, I wouldn't be able to
start today at that price point is what I'm saying. Like, I have to wait
until probably like beginning of September.

(27:27):
Okay. So let it,
let's you and I figure out what works for both of us. Yeah. Because as
client zero, that means you and I are going to be building a trusting
relationship where we're going to deal with the bumps.
Yeah. And there's going to be bumps on both sides.
Yep. No, it's, it's important to me

(27:52):
to, to compensate you for your efforts. I just like
fully full transparency. Like I'm, I'm gonna sell
one of my properties. It's set to close or August 29th and that's going
to free up more money to spend. But right now I've spread very
thin financially. So if there was a way to like

(28:13):
make a couple payments between now and whenever I get
paid again, like that would make it a lot easier.
But it's up to you.
Absolutely, absolutely. The other thing that I
can do, if you know of anyone else, because built
into that is a very strong affiliate program which

(28:38):
all affiliates will be paid a thousand dollars
for each client they bring on board. Which is why I was able to say
I can give you that thousand dollar discount because. Yeah,
wipe that out. So if
you know of anyone, that would definitely help. Oh for sure. If you were
able to help with the hard costs of

(29:01):
the onboarding because I have a technical
team that will be doing that. I can't,
I can't offer to postpone their payment,
of course, but I can put all of my on hold.
That's not an issue. Okay. Yeah,
I mean like I said, I'm should be getting paid at the

(29:25):
end of the month. Okay. The 29th is
when the closing is. I wouldn't hold my breath because things always change
in real estate. But I would say like by the first week of September I'm
gonna have a chunk of change to play with. So if in the
meantime we can taper that

(29:46):
payment, that would be amazing. And of course, if this is, if this
works, I'm gonna send more people to you. Like that's what it's
all about, you know. So that's a no brainer.
Yeah, absolutely. Do you have any funds
that I could be helping to pay the person who's going to be onboarding

(30:06):
you? Yeah, like, I know originally I think you
had said that it was like $2200 or something like that for this
program. I'm sorry, how much? I, it was
like 22 or 2500. I don't know, I don't,
Oh, I. I, I,
I, I, I don't know where that number came

(30:28):
from because that number has never been. It was for 49.94.
And then I was gonna do double for DIA done for
you, but I, I backed it all off. Okay.
To the 55.55 and done for
you, period. So. No, and that's perfectly reasonable. Like,

(30:48):
I don't, I'm not arguing with the, the price, why, where that number
came from, and it's really not a big deal, Kathy. Like, I don't. It's.
It's not a big deal. So. Yeah, I mean like, I could
pay like if, like 1500, 2000 to
like get started. If we could like do that, that would. Until I
can give you another chunk of change. Like that would be ideal. But yeah,

(31:13):
that would be wonderful. That would be wonderful. That would take
care of the hard costs in the back end. And like
I said, you and I can be working together to bring the podcast
up and running test everything. Because what I would looking for is
oh, I wish it did this, or oh,

(31:33):
I wonder, could you do that? Because that's the feedback that I'm looking
for that can really help turn this into
the, the amazing system that
I'm trying to create. Yeah. And that's just my nature.
So.
Okay, so, so what, what we're gonna do is

(31:56):
the first thing that needs to happen is you need to be onboarded Virginia.
Huh. Okay. Because everything is
connected and integrated within that system.
Huh. So I will have Virginia connect with you.
She is very excited to be

(32:17):
working with you. She thought you were absolutely amazing.
And so you will be part of this core beta team
and then I will introduce you to Antigone,
who is the head of the technical part where
she will get to know you and really be able to

(32:38):
build out. But what we'll be doing in the beginning
is building out core stuff while you and I talk
about what the vision looks like, what the structure
looks like, what the logistics are look like, and so that,
you know, we'll take the rest of August to pull it all together.
How does that sound? Sounds good.

(33:01):
Okay. Do you have any
ideas of what you see your
voice and your brand looking like?
May I give you some thoughts at when you first started talking?
Sure.

(33:27):
If you don't, I thought you were gonna say something.
Sorry. Okay. No, I,
I think like, what,
what I'm passionate about is, is finding like.
Like. Ah,

(33:50):
making meaning out of. Of life. Like, I'm,
I'm passionate about empowering people with like, an alternative
approach to success and purpose and
breaking free from what society tells us to do,
breaking free from our, our limiting beliefs. What we've been programmed
to believe by Our families and the things that are holding us back from

(34:13):
fully activating and accept accessing our like, full potential.
I'm like, what my like, inner motto is,
is I'm here, we're all here to walk each other home
to the divine parts of ourselves. Like, I believe our whole purpose for existence is
to connect, to love, to, to God, to love,
whatever. And I, I think my unique approach is

(34:37):
that I am how I look, who I
am and what my strengths are.
All kind of don't really match. Like, I, like I'm woo woo
and spiritual, but I'm very, very logical and very like math
minded and like in my masculine,

(34:57):
in, in that way, like structure and whatnot. But also like
my part of my journey is learning how to be softer
as a woman, learning that you don't have to do it all or be it
all to have it all. Like, logic says, like, hustle, work harder, like,
get more credentials. And like, I have learned, like all of that is
a bunch of bs and I'm here to help share that with the

(35:20):
world. So I think it is
important to me that this isn't all, the show isn't all about me and my
wisdom. Like, I want to have conversations with people and I want it to be
a platform where I get to learn while I'm having
conversations with smart people and able to feature and showcase them as

(35:41):
well. I know another goal
of mine, if I were to do a podcast is through
the people who I come and connect with them
potentially being some kind of client
in some capacity. Whether it's they're wanting to get involved with like

(36:01):
a, a group that I lead or wanting to work
with me directly. But that's in the, in that's
not an immediate desire. Like, if I'm just like looking
at it from like the very bare necessities
or the, the bare like reason I'm calling called to do

(36:21):
this in the first place, it is so that I can make
meaning out of all the stuff that I've learned and experience, experienced and
share it with the world. It is to also be able to leverage
a platform that I create, to have
an excuse to have a bunch of conversations with awesome people and learn and grow

(36:45):
and better myself and also like repurpose
that to help empower others as well.
So yeah, I don't know. Does that, does that answer your question?
Absolutely. Absolutely. So what I
heard you say is exactly what I was hoping you

(37:05):
would say is that you are debunking
the myths of this is what spirituality
looks like. This is what Business looks like. This is what. Femininity looks
like. This is what. And you're debunking it because you are
a God.

(37:29):
Where's the word? Where's the word? The word's coming into my head is compilation,
but that's not the right word. Amalgamation. You are the. The.
The center of all of that because
you have so many polar opposites,
and we've been living in a world of polarity, and so you're.

(37:50):
You're showing people how to merge it all together. And so.
Messy middle. Yeah, you're in the messy middle.
Totes. I know. I.
I know you what you reflect back
for me, like, in all the interactions we've had, like,

(38:11):
I feel seen. I know that you are a
good steward of my mission because you mirror back to
me exactly what I'm hoping to reflect.
Does that make sense? And you're going to do that
for your audience. Got it.

(38:31):
You're gonna do that by walking the walk and
talking the talk and showing up.
Sounds good. So I think
what our next steps need to be is I
will have Virginia contact you, get you onboarded into

(38:54):
the SOL software and the new studio and everything.
I want you and I to set up an appointment where we can,
you know, talk about structure, logistics, branding, all of
those other things that you're going to need that we are going to feed to
the tech department to bring that

(39:15):
up to speed, because, you know, we're going to create your email
sequences, and that needs to come from your brand voice.
And so we'll play with all of that and then
get you into the studio where you start recording.
And I'll help work with you on how you want

(39:38):
to do it. Do you want to do it once a week? Do you want
to do it once a month? Do you want to do a daily. Like,
what do you want to do? So we'll go through all of these questions and
help you hone in, that you now
have your action steps to start making
this happen. And at the same time, we will pull all the pieces together simultaneously.

(40:00):
Together at the same time. Okay,
Sounds good. You are
on. You're on.
You know the song that's popping into my head? I didn't hear what
you said. Oh, okay. That's. That's very interesting timing.

(40:20):
Do you. There's a song.
I think it's Lady Gaga.
I'm on the Edge of Glory. Oh, yeah,
yeah. That's. That's what I'm seeing with you right
now. Oh, thank you. You've got that trepidation
of being on the edge, but the vision and the

(40:43):
passion of the glory and it's.
It's really cool that this has been
recorded in the new recording studio. I will
be able to share this with you in six months
and have you see how much
has happened in the next six months. Yeah,

(41:06):
Yeah, I, I feel that. I know that like I am, I am
like, so, like I am a blank
canvas right now, but it's
not. I'm not fully blank because I have the foundation of everything
I've done thus far.
But in a lot of ways, yeah, I'm very blank canvas.

(41:32):
So why don't you and I meet next Monday,
same time, same place? Okay.
Okay. In the meantime, I'm gonna have Virginia
connect with you and I'm going to ask you to just
scribble everything thought, every vision,
every. Every guest you want to have on

(41:56):
unnamed or unnamed. Like just brain
dump everything so that I can help hone
you into our starting plan.
Can we do. I have a 2 o' clock
next Monday, so let

(42:19):
me double check.
I just want to see. I purposely emptied my
calendar for the month of August, so I wasn't
taking recordings, I wasn't taking meetings, I canceled everything to
open my month of August for this system for

(42:41):
you, for my own podcast.
Because just
just to be fully transparent,
I'm also in a rebuild.
Okay. My podcast, when I started
it, I was. I went into a partnership with a

(43:05):
distribution company and they
did not fulfill their end of the bargain. So even though I
got the show to over a hundred thousand monthly listens and
75,000 downloads and,
you know, I, I created some great buzz and success,

(43:26):
I did not receive one penny from them. Wow.
And we have parted ways and they've gone out a bit slightly business.
So I'm, I'm, I'm building this system
to, to rebuild that
success. Uhhuh. And grow it without all

(43:47):
of the work that went into getting it there the first time.
Got it. Yeah.
So I am in the trenches with you. Got it.
Yeah. Well, and to be honest, like,
I've invested in a lot of stuff this year and like,
I. Only one of of the many things I've invested

(44:11):
in has actually paid off like directly.
So I do have a little hesitation. I mean, I paid a sales
coach a thousand dollars a month this year and I haven't even worked
with her. Like, I'm still just paying her out of all my commitment,
even though like, like I'm not, I am
not getting value from her. So that

(44:36):
being said, like, I, I think it does give Me a
little concern to invest in something else when, if you
have, if you haven't been able to like prove that it works yet,
you know, so if that,
if, like, if you.
I, and I understand what you're saying, like the way that you did it

(45:00):
before, like you weren't able to monetize it because of the relationship that you had
with this girl. No, no, let me, let me. Okay.
So I probably put the cart before the horse. Okay. The podcast
got monetized. I didn't get it. Yeah, they took it.
Got it, they took it. And they kept saying, the check is in the bank.

(45:21):
Oh my gosh. Yeah. So I had proven
everything that it does work. That and what I'm doing
right now with this is all of the work that I was doing
manually. I'm automating.
So I'm freeing up the time. So all of the systems and

(45:42):
everything that work to get it there is now being
automated, including something as simple as graphics.
Okay. So if I in any way,
shape or form made you feel anything other than that,
you are in good hands. Who knows exactly the pitfalls of the

(46:04):
industry. Yeah. And I want to make. The reason I'm
doing this is because I never ever want anyone to put their
voice, their brand in someone else's thing. This is about
empowering you so that you own it, you get the money, you get
the expert, you get it all. Yeah.
Because I never ever want anyone to. This company

(46:27):
had well over a hundred podcasters in their portfolio,
and 100 podcasters have now been dropped without
receiving. Without receiving a penny because they,
they didn't have a system that supported them. They put
it into somebody else's hands.

(46:49):
And so that's why this is so important to me,
that it become part the system that holds
your voice. Yeah. Not. Not trusting somebody else.
Gotcha. Because the system can't, like,
the system can't betray you. Yeah, that makes sense.
Well, and the, there's a. The other reason I was interested in

(47:12):
doing this is because I feel like I'm going to learn a lot what's
out there for automations and systems and whatnot that like I
might be able to use in other areas of my business.
So I, I think that's a fair reason
to be called to it as well. You will have full

(47:35):
access to everything that is built for you.
And of course you are going to have Virginia,
me, and Antigone is the tech
person, all of that expertise to be able to say, how does this work?
How does that automation work? How does this work? So you can apply that knowledge
to anything you want. Yeah,

(47:57):
sounds good. You're in a safe container
and I. I probably over shared
with you, which I. Which I know you didn't.
That's not. Don't, don't second guess what you said.
You. Okay? It's just based

(48:17):
on like getting. I've been burned, like big time.
And you have to. And I'm glad that we know that it's going to help
us have a deeper relationship, you know?
But. Yeah. Yeah. That's why I
wanted you to know that I love the
idea that you are client side zero and

(48:40):
that we will be building this together. And then we can
be going to the world and saying you are even more empowered
because your voice, you own it. You own your platform, you own your
brand, you own everything. You do not need to put your trust and
faith in anyone else because that is a system

(49:01):
that can be built that supports you. Yeah,
sounds good. Awesome.
Awesome. I will put all the necessary documentation
together that spells out what we're going to do,
how we're going to do it. You and I will work together to

(49:22):
make sure that it meets your needs and my needs.
Okay. I'll make sure that Virginia gets in touch with you.
When do you want to meet again? I.
I'm flexible. I've. I've cleared out my schedule. I mean,
aside from like, I have to do some like
projects to start making money in my investment property.

(49:45):
Like that's the only other focus I have.
But yeah, I have a lot of time. Like, I mean, I don't. I don't
have a boyfriend anymore. I don't. I don't have like many
commitments, like at all. So I need stuff to
fill my time with right now. That's okay. Yeah.
So do you want to meet on Friday or you want to meet a Monday?

(50:07):
Like what works for you? I just wanted to give you some time
to process your thoughts, your feelings,
everything that you've been going. That's why I picked a week.
But that was just picking a date
out of Friday works. Friday?
Yeah, I'm free after 12:30.

(50:31):
Okay. Does two o' clock work?
Yep. Okay, perfect.
Morgan, I am so excited about.
I'm going to send you a proper invite because last

(50:52):
time we just picked a date and time, but we didn't put it through the
calendar system which is part of what this whole automation
is about is that we never have to be running it, chasing things anymore.
Yeah. Love it.
I am so excited for what your voice and
your mission is going to do, but I'm

(51:15):
more excited about getting to know you, working together
with you, and having you be a part
of something really amazing. Like I said, there's some really strong partnerships
that are affiliated with this that are going to be
a benefit to you and whoever else you are connected

(51:36):
with. Yeah. So.
So I. I feel. I feel
that I. I felt like this is a good
path since the beginning,
so. And then meeting Virginia, I. I just. Yeah, she's wonderful.
I can't wait to be in her or be in

(52:00):
her orbit as well. So. Yeah, I'm excited
too. And yeah, if you. If you wouldn't mind to send.
Send me my assignments. Sure,
sure. I will put it into writing as
soon as, like, in an email. I'll put Virginia and

(52:21):
into the email, have her connect with you, and then I
will recap what we talked about. All right,
Sounds good. Does that work for you? Yep.
How are you feeling? I'm feeling
glad that I have something to hitch myself

(52:42):
to. You're hitting yourself
to you. That's. Yes, yes.
Well said. But I think I need,
like, there's a level of accountability in this
too, you know, and also the

(53:02):
collaboration aspect, like. Like that to me, is probably
pulling me harder than doing this for me, you know,
it's not just about me. I get to help Kathy
with her amazing concept and I
get to help or I get to collaborate with Virginia and be

(53:23):
another client for her and be able to support
you both as you grow and evolve to create services that are only going to
help all the other awesome women I know in the world.
So, I mean, that's what makes this exciting for
me now. It's not so much
like, oh, I'm Morgan manifest and I'm on a mission. It's like, I'm Morgan manifests

(53:45):
and I'm back to the basics of doing the next right thing.
And this feels like that. And it's that
back to the basics that is going to be rebuilding the future
that so many people are going to be affected by.
Yeah. Yep.
Because we're all in that. We're all.

(54:09):
The world is changing so fast.
I. Sorry to cut you off,
but I think one measurable goal that
would make this even more
of a hell yes. Is if at the very least,

(54:30):
I know that the. The efforts
that I'm putting forth are going to help me grow my email list.
I know that's like a. I don't know. That's not something that you've mentioned,
but, like, that is something that I really need to
focus on and invest in. So if there is within this
container that as a promise that that is

(54:54):
going to really help energize me.
That is what the next section is all about. About growing your
audience, converting them and be all becoming lead generation.
Building your email list, building your loyal fan base.
That's what that. So yeah, that is the next section.

(55:15):
So we're going to get your podcast up and running and then it'll turn into
a lead generation machine that will feed your monetization projects
that are the third. Yeah, got it. Sounds good.
And it will be inbound and outbound.
So it will be an attracting system, but it'll

(55:36):
also be an out outsourcing
going and finding it through automation. I don't understand.
Well, I'll know when we get there. Yeah,
what I'm saying is you it the system is going to be dual based.
So you're not just sitting there hoping and praying that you're attracting

(55:57):
people, that there will be a automated
system that goes out and interacts with people
and then draws them in. Gotcha. Okay. That's all going to
be automated. So it's going to be your voice and your
message that has people come and say,

(56:17):
yes, I want to get to know you and add to your email list
and grab your league magnets and all the rest of that. But there
will be another component which is what I'm really excited
about that goes out and knocks on doors and says,
hey, have you heard about Morgan?

(56:38):
Cool. Awesome. Yeah, that, that I
know there's so much ambiguous. Ambiguous.
There's so much ambiguity and right now, you know, like I'm
just coming to you like, oh, I'm a blank slate. Like I don't even know
what the point is of doing this except that it feels like the next right

(57:01):
thing. So putting something measurable to that is
helps me feel like this, this is also going
to yield. It's going to be worth my time and money to invest
in. Absolutely. Yeah, absolutely.
Because that's something tangible. That's one tangible goal I have is growing
my email list. That's about all I have right now. Well,

(57:24):
it'll be what you do with that email list that actually converts it
into monetization. It creates the business and that that's
built into all of this. I can't wait. It's gonna be.
This is gonna be a really fun journey. I can't wait.
I can't either. I love the fact that you are
excited to instead of waiting for the

(57:48):
ship to be built, built and then sailing after everyone
else, but you're in there saying, I want to be part of the architect.
I want to be part of the design team. I want my input,
my needs, my desires, my hopes, thoughts to contribute
to something that is going to make things better for myself
and everyone. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. I was looking for

(58:11):
someone like you. Well, I love it. This is
beautiful. And, yeah, I'll just keep an eye out for your
email and see you on Friday. Sounds wonderful.
Keep smiling. And I don't care if you're in your pajamas. You. You look
stunning and beautiful, and I. I can't

(58:32):
wait for Friday. Oh, thank you. Well, you have a great week, and I will
talk to you soon. You, too. Bye.
