AD welcome to wake Up with Marcy.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Thank you, min Sa. I'm so glad to be here.
I truly appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
It's awesome to have you here. And really, mindset is.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Everything, absolutely absolutely.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
And we do have so much control, and I don't
think people understand that we do have that control, that
we have the choice the way that we think. But
the thing is is that we have been programmed and
so that is why we think in a certain way,

(02:18):
whether it's negative or positive. And we do need to
rewire and shift the way that we think. And you
offer so many tools as to how we can do that,
and I can't wait to dive deeper into that. So
why was this work so important to you? What sparked

(02:40):
this path for you? This healing coaching and hypnotherapy path?

Speaker 3 (02:46):
Now the path itself you know, as you've this is
so eloquently said, I've been at this for a really
long time. I started off, you know, as an entrepreneur,
having succeeded and failed and succeeded again, owned mortgage companies,
real estate investment firms and did really well. But I

(03:08):
always found myself having that our sales meetings would turn
into motivational seminars and workshops and.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
Stuff like that. And so every organization that I was connected.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
To, I used my platform as a vehicle ten power
and a lift. So it's always been a passion of
mine to speak and to empower and that's just who
I am where I am, and have been that way
for a really, really long time. I was doing this before,
like coaching was a thing, and you know, we didn't

(03:45):
have a name for it. And I created this thing.
I'm gonna call myself a success coach. And I remember
back in Oh my goodness, god, I was only I
was like thirty three.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
And I had hit this really.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Tough place of depression and I didn't know where it
came from. Honestly, you know, I was doing really well.
Business was going well, relationships were good.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
But I just hit this space and this space, and
I just didn't understand it. And you know, I left
the country.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
I went away, And how I justified being in Jamaica
for three months.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
I said, Okay, I'm gonna come back with a book.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
But what I found when I got there, I was
able to unearth the true cause or true nature of
that depression. It was that I was not living my life,
but I was living my compromise. Even though I was
great at finance and investments and did really really well
and my clients, you know, loved what I did, there

(04:53):
was something in me that really wanted to just focus
on helping people get to the space where they could
experience the best.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Version of themselves.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
And so that was the actual foundation and that's it
was my own traumatic season, my own dark night of
the soul that unctioned me into that space to where
I'm like, there have you know, there has to be
other people like me. And you know that first book
that I wrote, Our Spirits Renewed, it was really dedicated

(05:24):
to people who wanted to come out of their dark
spaces and to actually walk into the light and to
be a better version of themselves.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
I like what you said, as far as your life
was going well, and everything looked great on the outside,
right you really you shouldn't have had anything to complain
about or feel bad about or be sad about, but
you were because something was missing for you. And I
think there's a lot of people out there that are

(05:57):
living life and I was included in that at one
time that everyone from the outside might have been looking
in and saying, why would you be depressed? Why would
you have any issues with how your life is going?
But you know, when something that's missing. And what I'm
hearing you say, and this is what I had to do,

(06:19):
is that instead of like going outside of yourself, you
had to take a pause and go within and connect
with yourself to realize that you had to create this
change for yourself and connect with yourself and what your
passion and mission and purpose were in this life.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Absolutely I had to there there was no way that
I could continue moving in that vein. And because see,
I've always been one who who tried my best to
be authentic, even though you know, sometimes we kind of
shade our authenticity so that we can be accepted.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
By the tribe.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Yeah, and there was no way that I could continue
just doing investments in finance and knowing that I had
this passion and I would see people struggling and having
their moments, and people were always coming to me and
asking me for advice, and it was just a natural
process for me.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
So me honoring what was happening to me was that
foundation that I needed in order to take that next
step to become a success coach, to empower people in
a real practical way.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Yeah, we're talking about how we're programmed, right, and you're
going to share with us how we can change and
shift how our minds are programmed. One of the things
that we are programmed to believe is that we go
through schooling the way that we're supposed to, and then
we go to college and we're supposed to get this

(07:52):
certain kind of job and then you make money and
that's just how and get married or whatever the case
may be. That's how we are programmed to think success
looks like.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
I love that we are now having these conversations that
that is not necessarily success, right.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Yeah, I agree, I agree one hundred per I like
to say, especially to the gen xers like myself and
a few Baby boomers, that that you know that I
was raised by baby boomer and I love to say,
especially in my talks when I have an audience, that
that that's around my age.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
I'm in my fifties. Now the world that we were
raised for no longer.

Speaker 5 (08:38):
Exists, and in order to understand this new paradigm, we
have to shit the old.

Speaker 3 (08:50):
In order to embrace and to be successful in this season,
we have to ship the old. And what Baby boomers
and Gen xers were taught was success. What that looked
and I mean it just like that. What it looked
like and what it smelt like. It's two totally different
things for us and for generations behind us. Because I know,

(09:14):
I remember when when I told just even like with
my father, I remember I told him, you know, my
dad practiced law for thirty plus years, and you know,
he wanted me to come into the family practice, and
he wanted me to, you know, follow that predescribed path,
you know, go to college, get a couple of degrees,
come back home.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Work in a family law firm, run this practice. I
didn't want to do that.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
I did not want to do that because I'd been
around it all my life. And so but the programming
that you speak of is absolutely true all of us
because we're communal by nature, we're raised in our little clans,
whether it's a big clan or a small.

Speaker 4 (09:59):
Plan and uh, and that clan has a thought process.
That clan created this matrix around.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
You that says, this is how you walk, this is
how you talk, this is how you engage with each other.
These are the types, this is the type of education
that you get, these are the jobs that are available
to you. And this is what we expect from you.
And you need to govern yourself accordingly. And many of
us acquiesced to that.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
We did.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
We just kind of we just kind of fell right
on in line. But there was always something inside of
us that's pulling in a different direction that says, you know,
I want to paint, I want to draw, I want
to sing, I want to be be a creator.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
And it's it's very, very different.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
So one of the toughest things a person will ever
do is to have the courage to define themselves for themselves.
Because the world already has a plan for you. The
world has a dream for you, and a lot of
times that dream is actually a nightmare for you. And

(11:06):
so for a person to have the courage first and
foremost to step outside of that comfort zone that society
has created, that box, that bubble. I celebrate anybody who
has the nerve to do that because it's not easy.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
It shows a lot of strength and it is difficult.
So let's talk about your book, Cracking the abundance Code. Okay,
you teach people how to reprogram their minds. So how
exactly do you do that? And how can we begin
even begin to reprogram and shift our programming?

Speaker 4 (11:45):
Absolutely well, first thing, the first thing you have to
do is to understand what stories you're holding on to
that no longer serve you.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
You have to understand what means are you holding on to?

Speaker 4 (11:57):
What limiting beliefs are you resting with?

Speaker 3 (12:01):
What fears, doubts, trepidations, what do those things look like?

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Because you know, my fears aren't your fears. What I
worry about may not phase you.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
So my story is going to be different from yours,
and your story is different from the next person. So
one of the things that I created, because this is
actually an entire system, the book itself is like the primer.
But the first thing is to assess where you are and.

Speaker 4 (12:28):
When you know. When you know where you are and
what you're wrestling with, what old stories you're holding on to,
then you know what you need to let go. And
so the process. The first step is to do that
self analysis.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
And we created an assessment called the Wealth Assessment, and
that Wealth assessment.

Speaker 4 (12:48):
You know, you go in there, you take it and
it gives.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
Your score, and that score pairs you with an abundance
archetype and so and it tells you, like when your
next big win is, what is it that you've been
rested link with?

Speaker 4 (13:00):
What are some of the typical society influences that you've
dealt with, some of the past experiences that you wrestle
with that have helped to create you know, your persona,
create that personality.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
And so once you do that, then you know where
you know where you are, you know what you're wrestling with.
Here's the thing. You have to understand that all of
those things are held within your subconscious mind and that
because that's what the programming is, that's where the programming lies.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
I'm gonna start be there just for a minute. I mean,
when we're awake and our minds are thinking, we're really
only using like what is it five to ten percent? Right,
everything that's running is in our subconscious which that subconscious
It actually affects how we live in our day today,

(13:56):
and we were sleeping. When we quieter our minds, that's
actually an incredible time. And I think that's where that
hypnosis comes in, that you can start retraining that subconscious
in the way that you're thinking. Is that correct?

Speaker 3 (14:11):
No, you're dead on because just like you said, ninety
to ninety five percent of our life is governed.

Speaker 4 (14:19):
Truly by the subconscious mind.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
You know, the the autonomic nervous system, that part of us,
that everything is on autopilot, that is run by the
subconscious mind. Our ego dwells in the conscious mind. That
five to ten percent, you know, us and our awakened
state as we're having our conversation now, that is you know,

(14:43):
that is us being fully awake and when you understand
the alternate state sub consciousness and what allows us to
tap into the subconscious mind so that we can reprogram
and recalibrate how we think, because you can't you can't
change the outcome until you change the programming. Just like

(15:04):
you know, just like a regular computer, you know that
that program is running code.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
It's running code, and that code is going to have
an output, and that output is will be prerecated by
that program. And so if you want.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Your programming has come from your upbringing, society, the people
that are around you, the circumstances experience traumas, yes, and
traumas which that goes under family and experiences.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
Right, It definitely can't for sure for sure.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Yeah yeah, so you said, now we've got to tap
into that subconscious So how are we tapping into that?

Speaker 3 (15:44):
So the way that there are many protocols that you
can use to tap into your self conscious mind. The
ones that I know that are most effective, they're three
and I talk about them in my book Cracking the
Abundance Code. It is number one is hypnosis. That's going
to give you access to the subconscious mind because we're
what we're doing is slowing down the cycles of the brain,

(16:04):
which allows us to tap into those alternate states of consciousness.

Speaker 4 (16:09):
So where we go from.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Beta to alpha to fata to delt to those and
that literally just shows the cycles of the brain and
how fast it's moving. So when we slow it down
and we get to those alternate states of consciousness, that
allows us to tap into the subconscious mind and to
layel programming.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
You can also do that through meditation.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
When you do mindful meditation, you can you can slip
into those alternate states of consciousness by you know, by
slowing down that cycle of brain doing the same process.
The other thing is also repetition, using using affirmations and
speaking those affirmations over and over and over again to yourself.

(16:52):
Those are very very effective too. The most effect that
that I know is direct to direct to the.

Speaker 4 (16:58):
Point is hypnosis. Go straight to the source, lay the
programming and you're done.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
So that's that's one of the Those are the three
primary processes that I talk about in addressing the limiting beliefs,
because see, here's the thing. In order to attract wealth
and abundance and to create something different in your life.
If you're if you're being challenged by attracting wealth, the
problem is rooted in.

Speaker 4 (17:27):
Your subconscious mind.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
It is in your it's in your fears, it's in
your doubts, it's in all of those things that we're
holding onto. So we have to reprogram that to recalibrate
how you think. Because how you think, what you speak about,
the emotions that you experience, the actions that you take,

(17:50):
all of these things have to be in alignment vibrationally
with abundance in order to experience it.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
So that's the So the first part is to the
first part of the book, and it's really a really
simple and easy read. The book is broken down into
three sections.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
It's the addressing the limiting beliefs first, so we get
that out of the way, you know, we help you
to reprogram yourself to be more positive and to address
the negative stuff that you've been holding on too and.

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Letting that stuff go.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
And once you let that go, that opens up the
gateway for you then to quantum leap into the wealthiest
version of yourself. And then the third part is about
the actual manifestation.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yeah, and so like, so what you're talking about the
limiting beliefs and the programming around money. So when you're
being raised it it's your your family. The dynamic that
you're in is how you're being taught to think about money, right.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
So initially, yes, initially exactly.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
So a lot of times, like when you get older,
it's like making money is a struggle, let's say, or
or I'm not worth having more than X, Y and Z,
or what I make today exactly, or you know, like
me is like I've always got to go to the
sale rack because my grandmother. I was raised a lot

(19:15):
of time during my youth with my grandparents, and they
grew up during the depression, and so then it's like,
you've got to really be tied around your money. And
so I do struggle with that. And now, thankfully, I'm
going say this a d and I think that I

(19:36):
myself attracted something I didn't even realize that I was
going to attract in my life, but I was like,
I am going to have money, I'm going to live
a good, successful life. Like these are things that I
thought of when I was younger, and I just desired.
And then slowly as life I'm not saying life was
easy by any means, but slowly these things came into

(19:58):
my life. And so now I'm like, hey, now that
I understand manifesting and what that means, you know, I
think that I help myself along because that's something I
used to tell myself all the time, is that I
don't want to have to struggle. I don't want to
have to feel this way. And yeah, and so when
someone one of the things that you were talking about,

(20:19):
I'd love for you just to talk about a little
bit more and expand on. Is that energy that you know,
there's a lot of people out there that are talking
about it, but there's a lot of people out there
that don't understand that so much. So can you talk
about that a little bit more as far as like
what you put out is what you attract.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
Yeah, the short and skinny version of it is that
we live in an energetic universe.

Speaker 4 (20:42):
It's just that simpolet. I mean, if you go to
if you go.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
Back in time to your first year in chemistry class,
you know, you learned that the smallest rudimentary element of
the universe is an atom, and then you know that
atom is broken down into particles and all that kind
of stuff. But once you really get down in it,
it really is just a wave and then that wave
actually is turned into a particle by virtue of your focus.

(21:07):
Always teach my clients that where your focus goes, energy flows,
and where energy flows, manifestation soon follows. What we experience
as reality is truly an expression or reflection of what
is transpiring or has transpired on the inside of us.
And energetically, we have our hearts literally create an electromagnetic.

Speaker 4 (21:31):
Field around us, and that lets electromagnetic feel.

Speaker 3 (21:36):
You know, it works in two different ways. It receives,
it repels, well, I'll say three. It receives, it repels,
and it also projects. So as we think a particular thought,
that thought is a thing. Thought literally has weight to it.
You can actually measure the weight of a thought, and

(21:57):
because of it having weight, that means it has an
effect on gravity. And so as that the heavier the thought,
the more energy you give that thought.

Speaker 4 (22:08):
Follow me, The more energy you give that thought, the
weightier it is.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
And if you can imagine a beautiful blanket being stretched
out and your thought being like a big like a ball,
placed on that blanket, it weighs the blanket down. Right,
if it's suspended in air, it weighs it down.

Speaker 4 (22:26):
So your thoughts. The more energy you give a thing,
the more beingness it has, the more weight it has.
From a quantum perspective, it is literally bending the fabric
of space and time and calling things to it. So
if I were to put a marble on the edge
of the blanket, that thought that you have is weighing
it down. So the deeper it is, it is creating

(22:46):
a gravity what we call a gravity. Well, you place
that desire on there that marble on the edge of
the edge of the blanket, and guess what it's going
to do. It's going to be attracted to the depth
because it's dipping down.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
Now, if your thought is light and free and not
very focused, then guess what. The weight of it is
not going to be strong enough to bend the fabric
of space and time, so it's not going to attract
as fast as you would like it to. So energetically,
it is so important for our thoughts, our words, our emotions,

(23:22):
and our actions to be an alignment because it gives gravity.
And you literally bend the quantum field and you call
out to the quantum field, and it gives back to.

Speaker 4 (23:31):
You what it is that you ask for. You co
create in this energetic field, this universe, and you experience
the reality based upon the reflection of what's going on
inside of you.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (23:46):
That was like the forty five second version, and you
did a great job.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Ady. I just have to say, like, that's a good
love because it's not like all this woo woo stuff.
I mean, there is science that proves oh yeah, this is.

Speaker 3 (24:02):
Once upon a time it might have been considered Google,
but where we live now, I mean, there is quantifiable
data that when you understand quantum mechanics, and you don't
have to be a physicist to understand this stuff.

Speaker 4 (24:14):
You know, get your a nice book.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
My first introduction to quantum mechanics was actually through Depok
Troper and a book that he had written. Oh goodness,
I'm not gonna I'm not gonna try to remember it
right now, creating a creating affluence, That's what it was.
It was creating affluence, so something like that, the a
disea to creating wealth and influence. Yeah, and it was
back in the nineties, and it was the first time

(24:37):
I had heard this idea, and it just made sense
because I you know, I always pride myself on Yeah,
I like moobile woof stuff. But you know, if you
can back the wooble woof stuff up with some logic
and some science behind.

Speaker 4 (24:49):
It, you got me done. You know, I'm sold.

Speaker 3 (24:51):
And so when I understood how quantum mechanics brings everything
into our space and that we co create with a
univer verse. Back to your original statement, your mind and
our thoughts are everything, and it cause it calls for us.

Speaker 4 (25:09):
To really have if we can have.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Control over our thoughts and our emotions, that we can
begin to attract and draw into our space what it
is that we want and not what we don't.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Love it, love it? So it. What's something that someone
can do right now? They're feeling stuck and so many
of us don't move forward or create the change because
we live in this sphere. What can they do to
just start today? I know the meditation that is fantastic.
So many people out there say I can't meditate my

(25:44):
mind and so yeah, what if you if you already
put stockgate, how are you supposed to create the change?

Speaker 4 (25:53):
Right? And see, here's the tough part. You have to
do the work.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Thank you? Yea.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
Too many people they want the quick fix. They don't
want to do the work, and you have to. This
is building and creating wealth. It is a process and
a journey. Is there a shortcut? Absolutely, there's absolutely a shortcut.
But at the same token, you have to discover do

(26:26):
the inner work, do the shadow work, find out what
you're holding on to, what is it that you need
to let go of?

Speaker 4 (26:31):
Then how do you project what's the internal dialogue that
you now need to speak that will place you in alignment.

Speaker 3 (26:37):
So that you can experience all of the things that
you want, so asking, you know, what can a person
do today?

Speaker 4 (26:44):
Just you know, my first mentor would always say.

Speaker 3 (26:46):
He would remind me that, you know, how do you
eat a ten thousand pounds elephant ad? You know it's
one by the time, yeah, one one by at the
time and so the so you know, so starved.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
So just get pen to paper and just journal.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Write down what you're feeling in the moment, write down
what it is that you want to experience, and see
here's where the magic begins. And make sure you use
a pencil when you do that, and do it on
real paper. You know, these digital devices are cool and all,
but there's something about the moment pin or that pencil
touches the paper and you're literally manifesting that thing into

(27:28):
the third dimensional reality. You're birthing it, and it starts
off with that list of wishes and dreams and hopes
and all.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
Of those aspirations. That's the first step is to write
it down.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Be aware, be aware of who you are, where you are,
and what it is that you want to experience. So
that'll tell you, well, this is how far I am
from what I want. You may realize that you're a
little closer than you thought.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Yeah, you gotta have patience. Things may not go in
the path that you think it should go.

Speaker 4 (28:00):
To most of the time it's not. It's not going
to go the wait and think exactly.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
And I also want to ask you about affirmations because
I hear a lot of times people say that affirmations like, well,
I don't really believe what I'm saying right, or affirmations
don't really work for me. And and this is something
again about taking action takes time. You're reprogramming, building a muscle.

(28:31):
So can you expand a little bit more on how
affirmations really work? And if you are feeling that they don't,
how can you expand on how they do work.

Speaker 3 (28:46):
One of the things is when you understand neuroplasticity that
you know you are, you are hardwired in a lot
of ways for a lot of things. So it is
because of that hard wiring that when you begin to
when you just start you know, speaking or using affirmations,
it feels awkward, it feels funny.

Speaker 4 (29:05):
And guess what, understand that that's normal, It's okay.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
So I don't want you to get frustrated because you're
starting to do something, because what are you're doing now,
You're starting to create path new neural pathways that it's
stretching that.

Speaker 4 (29:19):
Elasticity, so that that neuroplasticity that you're that that that
you're operating under. It's so vital for you to do
this work.

Speaker 3 (29:30):
So in the beginning, when you look at yourself and
say I am wealthy, I am healthy, I am wise,
money flows to me easily and effortlessly. It may feel
awkward initially, but you keep speaking it, you keep looking
at yourself, and you keep.

Speaker 4 (29:45):
Having that internal dialogue.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
It's just like when you began to drive, when you
first got behind the car.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
You know, but got you know, got behind that staining
wheel for the first time. You weren't comfortable.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
No, no, you were afraid and you it took a
minute for you to kind of get get into the groove.
Now when you so so when you first started, you know,
you had to check your mirrors, you had to put
on your your your seatbelt, you had to look all
around and now listen, I guarantee you, I guarantee you

(30:17):
you can drive your car, yell at kids in the back,
drink coffee, put on the lipstick, talk on the celf
talk on the phone at the same time and all
while driving.

Speaker 4 (30:28):
You may not you know, you may not supposed to
do that, but.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
You can do it.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
Not like that, but yeah, right, So it's the same thing.
It's the same thing with your affirmations.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
So of course, just like you weren't comfortable when you
got behind the steering wheel the first time, when you
start your affirmations.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
You may not be so comfortable, but just keep doing
it and it will get you get there.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Just trust that process now and you can quantumly and
and and the way you the way you show up
to the affirmation that's going to be important too.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
I'm gonna encourage you to be bold, be bold, be daring, you.

Speaker 3 (31:02):
Know, speak speak that thing, and I mean, you know,
like you know, like the kids says, you know, say
it from your chest, you know, really be powerful in
your affirmations.

Speaker 4 (31:11):
And so the more you do it, the better it'll get,
the easier to get for you.

Speaker 2 (31:15):
Mm hmmm, one hundred percent. I agree with that. And
whenever I get scared or things aren't I feel like
they aren't going my way, or I don't think I
can get through something, I always just tell myself Marca
you're going to get through this. You can do it.
You can do it. And I take that deep breath,

(31:35):
I take that you know call my nervous system, and
just that little bitty fix right there, and it does
shift the way that I think in that moment.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
It truly you have to.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
Yeah, so the CTA system, can you tell us what
that stands for?

Speaker 3 (31:54):
And this is the book Cracking Abundance COLD. So it's
just an acronym for Cracking the Abundance Code.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
Because it's a long name. So so like to keep
saying the Cracking the Abundance Code system.

Speaker 2 (32:10):
You short just show it.

Speaker 4 (32:14):
Yeah, we just shortened it. So that's so what I did.

Speaker 3 (32:18):
So again this started off as is just a book,
and it grew because I was like, Okay, we need this,
we need that. And so the entire so the actual
entire system is is one that is centered around what
I do best is hypnosis. So that system is a

(32:38):
twenty one day system. It's not a challenge and it's
not that kind of thing. It's a twenty one day roadmap.
You actually get the roadmap inside of the book, but
when you go to the go to the Cracking Abundance website.
You actually you actually have access.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
To do one.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
You start that journey by doing the wealth assessment. You
gets your score. It pairs you with the abundance archetype.
You know what you're wrestling with. Then you start your
twenty one day program. And that twenty one days. The
first day you have some guided meditations. Have you have
the first seven days. Then you each seven days you

(33:19):
have a hypnosis program. The first one is of course
moving beyond those limiting beliefs, letting those limiting beliefs go
so that you then can prepare yourself for the next
seven days. And the next seven days is about quantum
leaping into your wealthy identity, and that is you walking
and being and living as if. And so we go

(33:43):
through a series of exercises and protocols and all of
these things for the next for that seven day period
to help you prepare for that quantum leap, you're.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
Doing your visualized and you're actually walking it. You're you're
walking it, you're dressing as.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
You feel it, you're visualizing it.

Speaker 4 (34:02):
Yes, yes.

Speaker 3 (34:04):
So then then at the end of that seven day
period is another hypno secession, and that hypno succession is
about quantum leaping into that wealthy identity. And I'm literally
going to take your subconscious mind on a journey to
take you there to where it is that you want
to be, from here to there, to embody your version

(34:25):
of your wealthy mindset. It's not my version, it's not
Marcy's version, it's not mom or Dad's version. It is
abundance according to you. And so you do that for
the seven days, and we move into the last seven days,
and that is about preparing your mind for the actual
manifestation of it. How do you how do you put

(34:48):
those practices into action, and how do you also do
The most important thing is to let go. You have
to let go because the more you hold on to
the dream and the more you push it, the more
you fight, the harder it is to manifest. So I

(35:08):
teach you to put the intention out there vibrationally align
yourself with the vision that you have seen for yourself.
And then once you've done all of this work, you've healed.
Because the first seven days is about releasing those limiting
beliefs and the things that have been blocking you. Then
the second seven days is you actually embodying the best
version of yourself.

Speaker 4 (35:29):
And then the last seven days as we move into
the twenty one day.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
Twenty one is releasing, allowing, letting go so that everything
that you have seen for yourself you can bring into
your experience.

Speaker 4 (35:45):
And that's the see Tex system. That's it from beginning
to end.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
So you talk about abundance and what that really means,
I mean, I know it means many things out there
may think that that's just money. Can you share other
ways that we can think of abundance? Oh?

Speaker 3 (36:06):
Absolutely. Abundance is good health. Abundance is having a love
filled home. Abundance is having children that are happy and healthy.
Abundance can be laughter a lot of it. Having friends
that you're able to just kind of be with and
be authentic around. That's abundance. That's abundance. Having having a

(36:30):
peace of mind, having the ability to quiet your spaces,
that's abundance.

Speaker 4 (36:37):
Abundance is all around.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
Abundance is above below, it's inside of us.

Speaker 4 (36:43):
We come from and see, this is the thing that
I teach. You come from abundance.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
You come from a source where there's nothing lacking, nothing
at all lacking.

Speaker 4 (36:55):
And because there's nothing lacking, your design, your build is
for Prosperity is for abundance. That's why I feel so good.
That's why, you know, when you go to the rich Calton.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
It feels nice to be in luxurious, you know, surroundings.
It's lovely to be at home and you have beautiful furnishings.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
And all of those things.

Speaker 3 (37:18):
It feels good when you're in a beautiful garden there,
you're you're at a wonderful resort, or you're just in
your meditation like I'm in my meditation suite at home.

Speaker 4 (37:28):
This is this is actually where I do the work.
So for your right, yeah, yeah, make a space for yourself.
Make it sacred. So abundance is so many things, but
it's just and it's abundance according to you. And of
course abundance is financial too. You know.

Speaker 3 (37:46):
Financial abundance is great because it allows you to do
so many things. That allows you to be a blessing
to so many people, That allows you to take care
of your family. It allows you to if you're having
a tough day, to have that tough day in a
much nicer environment.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
It self care, I'm all about that self care.

Speaker 4 (38:05):
Yeah, that self care. So yeah, that's that's that's my
take on it.

Speaker 2 (38:10):
I love it. I love it, and it's so true.
It's so true to have a real, well rounded life
and money does not make you happy. Yes, it makes
things easier, it does not bring true fulfillment.

Speaker 4 (38:27):
Nope.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
So I want to talk a little bit. When I
was talking about the programming, and one of the things
that you brought up was how trauma affects us. And
that's one of the things that took a real toll
on my life, and I used alcohol to cope with that.
And I'm now almost ten years sober. And when I

(38:49):
started relations thank you, And when I started my sobriety journey,
that's when I started my healing. So I always say
it's one thing to put down the drink, but now
it's all about reprogramming and changing the way that you
live your life. So this work that you now help
others with, I actually had to go through to heal

(39:12):
from my past trauma, right, and to reprogram the way
that I thought about myself. The first thing was the
self hatred that I had for myself, the victim role
that I lived, and you know, putting off all of
the things that happened in my life. Everything looked great

(39:34):
on the outside, but on the inside, I was crumbling
and managing that well. I thought with alcohol that that
was just destroying me. So once I was able to
put that down, I was able to start shifting the
way that I was thinking and rep programming and putting
that action into life every single day. And I still do.

(39:55):
I still have to. So for those that have dealt
with trauma, and I think all of us have dealt
with trauma in something, it's how we've gotten through it.
It helps us to become resilient. You know, there's no
story that's harder than another. Right, we all have something
that changes the way that we think, and trauma actually

(40:18):
changes our brain. So for those that are out there
that have dealt with trauma as a child or as
an adult, how can we start to know that we
don't need these substances to mask that we do have

(40:39):
the ability to reprogram and and heal from that trauma
that we do have, that we are capable and worthy
of you.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
And when it comes to trauma, I'm going to I'm
going to say this, do your best to find professional help,
because you know, with an organization that where the people
have been there and done that, you know, like I've had,
you know, in my my investment days, I've had employees

(41:12):
that that were a part of U n A, that
was a part of AA, and so they would always
bring the you know these beautiful epitads that we're taught
in these organizations.

Speaker 4 (41:25):
You need support. You can't do it alone.

Speaker 3 (41:29):
That's the first thing we lie to ourselves about. I
can fix this myself. I can I can walk this
journey alone.

Speaker 4 (41:36):
No, don't, don't. You don't have to.

Speaker 3 (41:39):
You can try, and that's okay for you, and it's
admirable if that's something that you want to try. But
I have seen the success of people who have found
others that have walked the journey that you are now
on and they can say, hey, you know what about this?
They can they can offer a few steps that might

(42:00):
save you some wrong terms. So connect to people that
have been there, done that, get professional help, connect to
organizations that have dealt with the journey that you're on
to get that guidance, and then be honest with yourself

(42:20):
and those around you. The foundation of it is first
being at first having the courage to acknowledge where you
are and to be honest with yourself and to others
that are around you. And then as you do that,
it opens up this panacea of help because the universe
is going to hear your cry and give you opportunity

(42:42):
after opportunity to meet people, to connect with folks that
have been there too, and that can help usher you
into that place of healing for yourself.

Speaker 4 (42:51):
And you can.

Speaker 3 (42:52):
You can do it because that many There are many
people who have dealt with all types of traumas, whether
there be physical abuses, substance abuse is life life in
and of itself, you know, financial trauma. That's one of
the things that I talk about in the book, is
it's financial trauma.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
You know, there are there are many of us.

Speaker 3 (43:12):
I've been there where I've lost everything, you know, after
you know, after having all of that success. You know,
two thousand and eight, two thousand and nine happened because
I was in the real estate market. I was heavily invested.
I owned a mortgage company. So when the market crashed,
all of us. Oh, I watched my friends lose everything.

(43:33):
I lost everything, I lost homes, cars. The two things
that I maintained was my integrity and my relationships. And
it was my relationship, it was my connection to community.
Those people that helped me get beyond that moment, and
I did the inner work. So I got books the
trauma that I had, I got books. I got Wayne Dyer,

(43:54):
Deepak Chopra, just you know, all of these wonderful luminaries.

Speaker 4 (43:59):
Tony Robbins that that that really just kind of spoke
to me. They were my coaches.

Speaker 3 (44:05):
They were my coaches, and they helped me to move
beyond where I was into a season of being healed.
And it's a it's a step by step journey when
it comes to healing, and hypnosis is a tool to
heal because because when you have access to the subconscious
mind as a hip, as a hypnotherapist, I can guide

(44:26):
you and I can help to reframe how your subconscious
mind holds the trauma. I'm not one of those therapists
that like to wrap a traumatic experience in amnesia.

Speaker 2 (44:38):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (44:39):
Some some therapists do, and and sometimes depending on how
violent the traumatic experience is, you may have to do that.
But I like to I like to reframe trauma. I
like to change the way you see it. And so
instead of it being a traumatic experience, it becomes wisdom.

Speaker 3 (44:57):
It becomes a stepping stool, a step and stone for
you to now walk forward and move.

Speaker 4 (45:03):
On with your life in a beautiful way.

Speaker 2 (45:06):
So now, yeah, And one of the things that I
also realized is that doing the inner child work shadow work,
just releasing the negative energy, I had to release that
from my body that I held onto. So even though
I was trying to not think about it, it still
was staying stuck inside of me. And it was pretty

(45:30):
magical when I let that go.

Speaker 3 (45:32):
So it's something powerful that you say that let that
go from your body, because most people don't realize that energetically,
that trauma oftentimes is lodged in our physical bodies. That's
why many of many of us have experienced tension and
stress and nick pains and back pains and all.

Speaker 2 (45:52):
Kinds of ailments in pain, yeah, right, in pain.

Speaker 3 (45:57):
So so your physical body is an expression of that
emotional state that you've experienced that trump the traumatic experience
that you've had many times.

Speaker 4 (46:11):
Just lodged not only mentally and emotionally, but physically as well.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
So I always say, silence keeps us sick. So if
we're not, we're not talking about it, if we're living
in the shame and the guilt, which we've been programmed
to do, right, not to talk about a lot of
these things or to even understand them. We can't heal.
We can't heal if we don't talk about it, if

(46:38):
we don't get educated, if we don't do the tools
to create the action in our lives every day. So
if somebody wanted to work more with you, where can
they find you?

Speaker 4 (46:48):
Well, if they wanted to work directly with me, you
can go They could go to oasismindspot dot com.

Speaker 3 (46:56):

professional athletes. I work with C suite executives on scaling.

are trying to create a new experience. And you know,
I actually work with women who are going through menopause
and help them to manage manage that and so they

(47:18):
can dive that thermostats so it won't be so hot.
Yeah yeah you so so yeah So oasismindspot dot com
is definitely a way that you can contact me. I'm

a lot of my own d ms and all those
kinds of things too, because I like to be engaged.
