Wellness Radio. It is so wonderful to be here with you. Guys.
Go ahead before we get started and hit that follow
button so you can be here with me and be
present with me while we chat a little bit here
on the broadcast. When we fill our thoughts with things,

the right things, the wrong ones have no room to enter.
I love that saying that is something that George Myers
said in one of our books, and that caught my attention.
It really caught my attention because we've been talking about
fixing your thoughts and actually we've been talking about testing

(00:46):
your thoughts and taking control of your thoughts because your
thoughts affect your mindset and guess what, guys, your mindset
will control your life. Your mindset will determine how your
life goes. And we're going to talk about that just
a little bit today. And in the last broadcast we

talked about testing your thoughts and learn to take them captive,
which is a huge part of the mindset battle, the
mental battle that we have with our thoughts. So when
we learn to do that on a regular make it
a practice, we'll gain control over those thoughts, and today
we'll talk about just a little bit how to fix

those thoughts now. Sometimes when we're engaging in our day
to day, we have plenty of opportunities to engage in
conversations that are not so pleasant, that does not bring joy,
that does not bring that doesn't serve us. Sometimes we
have opportunities to engage in television or social media that

(01:55):
can cause our thoughts to waiver from what we would
normally be, you know, thinking about a situation. It affects us,
and so we allow ourselves to engage in these things,
and we feel our thoughts with a whole lot of negative,
our disappointment or fearful things which affects our life. And

(02:18):
we don't want to do that because it affects how
our mindset is about life going forward, and it causes
us or hinders us from accomplishing what we want to
accomplish in life, and we don't want to do that.
I want to encourage you to set your mind on
those things that are positive. And we have control, as

(02:38):
I've been saying all along, we have control. We can
fix our thoughts and cause our thoughts to be on
the positive and line up with where we want our
lives to go. That's what's important. You know, we can
have that conversation with ourselves. You know, what's hindering me
from moving forward in life and doing what I want

(02:59):
to do life, or having these down days, or you know,
what is going on with my thought life? Because I'm
understanding now that my thought life affects my mindset, and
my mindset affects my life, how I see life or
where I'm going in life. So what if, you know,
we choose to be more proactive in our thoughts, you know,

(03:22):
because negative thoughts cause you so many times to digress
from progress. You know, you don't see yourself achieving what
you can achieve because of things that you allowed to
go through your mind, or from hearing something or seeing something,
listening to that conversation that you had with someone that's

(03:46):
not so positive that maybe not believe in you. You know.
So we have to fix that, you know, and we
have that control. We want to strive to make sure
that we are controlling negative thoughts and not allowing them
to enter because they will hinder So I have a

(04:08):
challenge for you today because there's plenty of things that
we can see every day in life. So much going
on in the world. Now. You can focus on those
things or you can focus on the positive. I got
to make life good for myself. I have things I
want to accomplish, So I'm going to think on those things.
I'm going to think on how I'm supposed to get

(04:29):
to where I want to get to in life. So
just a little bit of encouragement today, I want you
to instead of focusing and selling your mind on what
you see all around you in the earth today, in
this world, instead of seeing and focusing on those toxic
thoughts those things because it causes toxic thoughts, Let's be proactive.

(04:52):
I challenge you to be more proactive mind and mindful
of what you choose to put in front of you,
mindful of what you choose to hear. If it doesn't
serve you, then slide away from it. And when you
choose to do those things and honor your thoughts by
engaging in those things that are positive and not in

(05:13):
those things that doesn't serve you, you take control of
your thoughts and you begin to fix your thoughts. So
a reflection here today is you know and the challenge
for you just have a seat and just be mindful
of what tends to what tends to be your struggle

(05:34):
in your thought life? You know what? What are you
maybe engaging in or watching on TV, listening on social media,
or reading even or having that conversation what is causing
you to have if you're having negative thoughts in your life?
You know what is? What's your biggest the biggest thing

(05:54):
that you need to eliminate from what you normally watch
or listen to. And chances are you may not even
have to think about this. You may already know what
it is. And I'll challenge you to give up these
things or that thing for twenty one days and see
what a difference it'll make in your thought life. That
