We've been talking about raising your vibration, and we've been

talking about it on and off the air. It's been
a wonderful experience and journey as we journey through this
conversation about raising your vibration. We went from encouraging you
to raise your vibration and then we talked about the
importance of it. Why it's important to have the high

vibration going on in your life and not you know,
below being on below, Why it's so important to you know,
to be on the right phrase and see here. So
what are we talking about when we are talking about
raising the vibration. We're talking about simply changing your energy,

changing the environment around you, changing your energy personally. And
as you change your energy personally, you're going to change
the energy of your environment and even the people around
you are affected. It's all about changing your energy. Go

So we simply talking about raising the vibration today, we're
talking about how do you do that? How do you
raise your vibration? And stef we put, I'm going to
set again. Raising your vibration is simply changing your energy.
It's all about going within and embodying the new high

your version of yourself. It's simply put, that's what it means.
And it's about changing your results, changing your emotions, your
emotional patterns, changing how you respond to things, your actions,
changing your beliefs you know, to more positive, seeing the
positives and things, and just ultimately changing your environment. It's

about stepping into vibrational, that vibrational match to your life
and what you desire and how you desire to live,
if that makes sense. So I'm excited about getting more
into this on today and talking about habits that you
can change so that you can raise your vibration. And

when it comes to becoming your best self and manifesting
that best life and creating that high vibrational habit, those
habits you are doing the most essential thing to living
the life that you desire to live and to have
that prosperous and happy life. And the habits that you

develop as you go along and you journey through changing
your energy, these habits say that actually equal who you are,
who you really are, who you are being on who
you are really on the inside and causing you to
be that person. Your vibration actually determines what you manifest
(03:53):
in your own life, what you manifest into your own life,
and if you really want to raise your vibration aligned
with the life that you love and that you want
to live, you must take a look at what habits
what you're doing daily. The practice is that you give
the most of your energy to what you've given most

of your time to, your energy, your attention to So
that's important. So bear that in mind as we go
along and we talk about the different ways to rage
your vibration. Meditation is something that I talk about all
the time. Meditating, taking that step back and taking a
purposeful pause to meditate. It's a great tool for raising

your vibration and business because it's a great tool because
it allows you to quiet your mind, It allows you
to focus. It allows you to focus on what's important,
what's behind your mind, what's what's pure to you, what's
(04:58):
pure love, and what pure peace to you? You begin
to find that thing what gives you great joy. You
begin to focus on those things. You begin to can consider.
You know that which makes you a better person. You
know what works for you and not what works for
(05:18):
someone else or what pleases someone else. But what if
you find the importance of sealth care, the importance of
taking care of yourself, and how taking care of yourself
effects your day to day affects your life. That was
number one, number one way, the number one way that

I suggest that you raise your vibration. That's through meditating, meditation,
breath work, breathing, taking this step back, taking a deep breath,
going into our breathworking meditation session for yourself. And I
tell people that you should five minutes of the day
that will change your life. Send you to give your
(06:06):
time reading. Find some time to read and not just
on the screen. The old fashioned way open a book,
step into a higher frequency by just building that habit
of reading, like choosing. Even if there's personal development books.
I like to read personal development books. But most of all,
(06:28):
I like to read the Bibles. I like to read scripture.
That's important to me. That's my go to in the
morning for my meditation time. You do what fits for you.
I encourage you to engage in that you know and read.
You know, read and study, and you know, it's okay,
(06:49):
just girls the Facebook and do all the social media
those things. But sometimes we stand way too much time
and we get caught up. And that's why we get
should I feel the long frequency we get on a
loan because of some of the things that we see
and we engage in and we don't even realize it's
time to become much that stuff is affecting us. So
(07:13):
find that time to committing daily growth in reading or
you know, spending some time off that screen reading but
reading a book. You know, find something that you like
to read that would be good for you. Movement. Movement
is good. I teach dance meditation and it is such
(07:34):
an amazing thing. It helps you mentally physically. It is
amazing what the dance meditation would do for you. But
you do whatever you that works for you. You know,
working out, love to work out. You know, moving and
how your body feels it actually plays a huge role
in where you are energetically. It affects your energy, it
(07:57):
affects it. And one of the most loved, one of
the most vibrational habits is just spending twenty forty five
an hour work moving, just finding the type of movement
that works for you, whether it's dance, whether it's walking,
(08:20):
or you know, practicing some type of exercise. So I
suggest that you take this second thing that I'm talking
about here, a movement to moving your body, taking that
time out of your day and just move your body
and in a way that feels good to you. I
(08:41):
love to dance. That is one of my favorite things
to do. And so even if I'm not teaching a
meditation class, you know, I find time during that day
to have that type of movement in my life. And
as I'm meditating and doing the meditation of dance, you know,
(09:04):
I am taking myself into a place that keeps my
vibration high. And that's what's important. Numbers three, find something
that you love, love, love. Love to do something that
that makes you happy, brings you joy, brings you a
(09:24):
feeling of freedom that brings you that state of being
in the now, you know, of doing something that you love.
You know, some people love to sew, make things. Some
people they love to sing. I love to sing, you know.
And that's another thing. I find myself finding time every
(09:47):
single day to sing and sometimes singing. And you know,
as you're singing throughout the day or humming, you're raising
your vibration. You are actually stirring your vegas nerves and
destressing your life. It's important. And you're keeping yourself over
in a pair of sympathetic and away from the sympathetic
(10:09):
side of the nervous system. You don't keep yourself in
flight and fine. You are bringing yourself over into pair
of sympathetic, which is your rest and didst which causes
you to handle your day to day so much better
or less stressful. You make better decisions, You're able to
step back and read and be mindful of your day
to day, and then through out the day are things
(10:31):
that you have to do, you're doing it mindfully. It's
just important. Make it a habit to spend less time
doing the things that don't fulfill you, and more time
doing those things that cause you fulfillment and causes you love. Okay,
it's important. And as you do this, you're going to
see your vibration transform and you're going to see great, great,
(10:54):
great results on this. Okay. So I am so excited
about about the journey that you have decided to take
with me through reading and learning more about your vibration, vibration,
how to raise your vibration, and you find your daily
rituals that you do those things that you do. And
(11:15):
you know, people are afraid of that word ritual. They're
afraid of it, but you shouldn't be. I have found
that if I have a daily routine, not that you're
doing something religiously, but if it's a daily routine things
that I do, I always say, these are the things
I have to do that I do that does this
(11:36):
for me. You know, I tell people people asking them,
why do you do this? Fight, I said, it just
do it for me. It helps me to stay in
a place in my life that I love. So these
things are you can call it a ritual, or you
can call it a routine, whatever you want to call it.
It's something that I do on a daily basis, and
(11:57):
these are things that help me keep my vibration, shouldn't hide,
to keep me on the right frequency, to keep me
in line, that keeps me balanced. So these things that
you do, you find those things that work for you
and cause them, allow them to cause you to be
in that place, in your happy place and that place
that keeps you balanced. And showing up for these things
(12:21):
that you do, showing up for what you committed to
doing in the morning when you first get up, when
you show up for these things, it's it's pretty powerful.
It's a powerful way to have control of your life
and not be all over the place. It's a way
to control. It's just that enters your life. You're in control.
(12:43):
It's the best thing to do is to have that
control and be able to say I do this and this,
you know, when I wake up in the morning, this
is my morning routine. Of course, some days you know
it's life. You're going to be interrupted. But as long
as you're able to bring your stuff back to what
we call that's a center, bring yourself back to those
(13:04):
places and being able to put those things into your day,
to plug them in purposely, on purpose and so it's
important because how you start your day. It's important how
you start your day create so riple effect for the
energy of the entire day, however you start it. So
(13:27):
you want to start your day out in a way
that benefits you, that helps you to have a great
start and a great day. You're in control of that.
So if you wish to raise your vibration and you
want to stay in that high vibrational place, I recommend
on a high level, I recommend that you create and
(13:49):
begin to practice a virtual a way of life that
helps you to do just that. So I want you to,
just where you are right now, to take about five
deep breaths, and that's your own pa. I'll give you
(14:11):
time to do that, and through the nose, out the mouth,
take five deep breaths in an ouse. And when you
release that breath, I want you to release all the
attentions and stress that you're seeing right now. And on
(14:35):
that sense initial breath, I want you to hold that out.
That's as long as you can hold it. Now, I
want you to take a deep rescue breath in on
the count of three, and when you in heal, I
want you to inhale all the positives that you desire,
(15:00):
those things. Think of those things when you inhale, I
want you to breathe them in and not let them
go hold on to us. And when you exhale, I
want you to exhale out everything that does not serve
you and make a quality of decision that you're going
to do this for yourself to keep yourself on a
high vibrational level. One two three, inhale deeply and hold
(15:26):
on to that brand, holding on to the decision that
you have made today right here with me, right now,
making that decision that you're going to stay on a
high birational level, and you're gonna do it by creating
a way of life for you that works for you
with those they individuals that you create for yourself. When
(15:47):
you're counting to exhale and blow out everything that does
not serve you, any excuses that would try and use
you from doing this, and anything else that does not
serve me, make a decision, a dose and allow yourself
to return to your normal breath and your normal breeding tanners.
(16:09):
Concentrate on that breath what you mean, and experience the
common I know you're feeling right now. I think that
calmness with you for the rest of the day, makes
a cause of decision, and you're gonna raise your vibration.
(16:30):
You're gonna do whatever it takes to keep yourself on
a high vibrational level, and you're not gonna let anything
take that from you. You're gonna do this for yourself
to better your life to what other life that you desire.

You're gonna meditate, you're gonna read more, you're gonna move
your body. You're gonna find something that you absolutely love
to do, and you're gonna do it. We're gonna keep
hearing my at a high vibrational level until next time. Guys,
