Speaker 1 (00:10):
Hello, beautiful souls. Welcome to wc t W Coach Taylor's
Wellness Radio. I'm your hosts Coach Taylor, your guide and
all things radiant, resilient and real. Each week just a reminder,
we gather here for a few minutes of soul fuel, encouragement,
a sacred pause to reset your mind, your body, and

(00:33):
your spirit. Whether you're driving work, setting up your treatment room,
or sipping on a morning cup of tea, whatever you're
doing and the space that you're in, this is a
space for you to relax, to regroup, and to get
your day started if you haven't already started your day,

(00:54):
or to end your day with relaxation and calmness. Each
week I'll share a dose of wisdom from the world
of holistic either skin care or wellness, emotional resilience, breathwork,
or metabolic rebalance, all woven together. It will be a
part of wtc W offering you this moment, as I

(01:20):
always call it, a purposeful pause with intention, insight, and
with love. So take a deep breath with me, right now,
right here. Take that deep breath and exhale. So let's
begin this segment with clarity, courage, and calm. So today

(01:42):
we're learning more about how to just slow down and
take that reset, you know. So let's lean in into
this truth about how slowing down is the secret to
radiant energy, even glowing skin. Yeah, we got to throw
some skin talk in there today, because when we slow down,

(02:05):
we're not just resting. We are doing what you call recalibrating.
Our nervous system shifts from that hustle and bustle to harmony.
Cortisol levels drop, inflammation softens, and suddenly, guess what, our
skin begins to reflect the peace that we've chosen. How

(02:26):
we're feeling on the inside, believe it or not, reflects
on our face, on our countenance, in our skin. Slowness
is sacred, guys. It invites deeper breath, better circulation, and
a magnetic presence that others feel before we even speak.
It's not laziness. It is absolutely luminous. Go ahead, guys,

(02:51):
before we get any further, before we really lean into
this and hit that follow button so that you can
be present, be here with me, and be present with
me in this time, in this moment, and we're going
to talk a little bit about skincare along with the
calmness and the piece that we always talk about. Think
of your skincare ritual when you rush. When you rush

(03:15):
through the routine, it's not what you intend for it
to be most of the time. But if you take
your time, it's probably almost what you call perfect anyway.
And when you rush through something, it's just a routine.
But when you slow down, it becomes a ceremony. You're

(03:40):
not just supplying a product. You're activating healing. You're affirming
your worth. Think about it. You're touching your face with
love and not with urgency. It's a part of self care.
And here's the science that meets the soul truth. Thrive

(04:01):
and stillness. Emotional rest reduces oxidative stress. Because this is real, guys.
Joy cultivates through presence. I believe that. I'm gonna say
it this way. That's just thinking about what I said.

(04:21):
Joy cultivates a presence, a presence of peace. It's cultivated
through peace and is the most radiant frequency of all
you ever been around. Somebody that have such peace and
so much joy just kind of rubs off on you.
You may be having a bad day, but when you

(04:42):
get around them, that stuff radiates. Joy radiates peace, it radiates,
and it does ooze on to those around you. So
today I invite you to just pause, take a pause.
Whatever you're doing, do it and mindfully. Don't have to

(05:06):
do things fast. You can. I know some things we
have to you know, require us to you know, to
move a little bit faster. But today I invite you
to just pause and invite yourself to just live in
the moment, be mindful to breathe. If you're drinking a

(05:27):
cup of tea, don't drink it fast, drink it slow,
Sip on it. I challenge you to try it. Notice
how it tastes when you're drinking it. Notice if it's warm,
how the warm makes you, The warmth of the tea
makes you feel when you apply your makeup. Apply it

(05:48):
like a prayer. Just try it may sound a little silly,
but just try it. To walk, I challenge you to
walk like the earth is holding you. If that makes
sense to you, I want you to try it. Walk
like the earth is holding you.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Radiant energy is found and isn't found in the rush.
It's not when you're rush in to do things. You
ever notice you forget stuff, you leave stuff out, You
feel frustrated. But if you take your time, radiant energy.

(06:36):
You'll see it's revealed in the rhythm of a reverence.
This is all about self care, guys, taking care of yourself.
Moving with a rhythm and not with a rush. Moving
with a rhythm and not with a rush. So we

(06:58):
close before we close it today, let's take some deep breaths.
Let's actually close with breath. Let's close with breath. Relax
yourself where you are, close your eyes, and allow yourself

(07:21):
to just embrace the piece that you may be feeling
right now wherever you are. Soften your shoulders, relax your face,
unclutch your jaws, allow your face to just kind of
fall forward, allow your eyes to close, and come home

(07:48):
to your breath. Go ahead and take deep breaths about
three in hells and exhale on your own and on
that last initial grass, just breathe out really strong and

(08:11):
hold it out, hold it out, and I count of three.
I want you to inhale for four, call for four,
and to exhale for six five four, three two one

(08:32):
in help for four, hold for four, exhale for six.
And I want you to do that a few more
times on your own, and you inhale and help peace,

(08:53):
hold on to that piece. Exhale pressure and inhale clarity.
Hold on to that clarity and exhale any doubt. Exhale

(09:17):
you know that last exhale. I want you to take
a deep breath in breathing in peace, holding it at
the top, and then the kila. Three. I want you
to release that breath really strong, just releasing anything that
does not serve you. Let it go really strong. One, two, three,

(09:45):
all the way out, All the way out. Now, allow
your breath to slowly return to its normal rhythm and relax,
allow your breath to do what it does. And just

(10:06):
feel how breath feels as it's coming into your body,
and just notice how it feels as it's leaving the body,
and just breathe normal, relaxed. Embrace the peace that you
feel right now. Embrace that calmness, and as you go

(10:28):
out through your day to day, choose to move with.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
A rhythm and not in a rush, and a rhythm
of reverence of self care and taking care of yourself
and not rushing.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Through life on a daily rushing through life. Enjoy the
moments little mindfully. This is Coach Taylor reminding you your
glow live in your grace move gracefully, stay tuned, stay grounded,

(11:08):
stay radiant, and remember your wellness is your power. Your
breath is your power. Until next time, you have a
wonderful day. Shalom mhm
