Good morning everyone, So glad to be met with you again.
It's been a little while and I wanted to check
with you this morning to see if you have been
practicing those breathing exercises that I share with you on
the last time. It's a beautiful morning, and I want
you to get off to a great start this morning,
a great positive start for the day. So I want

you to relax and sit in a very comfortable position,
whether it's like I'm sitting, or just find your way
what's ever comfortable for you. And I want you to
take some deep breast with me this morning. I want
you to relax, and I want you to enjoy your day,
have a beautiful day. But let's just do a little
bit of self care. That's what I've been encouraging everyone
(00:46):
in my classes the last eight weeks is to enjoy yourself,
enjoy you, and take that time to give yourself that
self care. Because we deal with so many things throughout
the day that kind of takes that away from from us.
It takes some things out of us, and so we
want to refresh and renew. So let's take some time
right now to just take a few deep breaths and

then you can continue after I'm off screen, do it
throughout the day. Just take a couple of minutes and
just take that time for you. So let's take some
deep breaths. Breathe in for me and exhale. Breathe and
again and exhale, breathe and again and exhale. Now did

not feel really wonderful? Now continue this when I'm done,
because the more you practice it, the more you're going
to want to do it, and the better you get
at it, and the more it just makes you feel
extremely relaxed. I want to encourage you take the time
to give yourself that self care and self love that
you need and deserves. It gives yourself how much strength

it empowers you to be that person that you are
