the last show, and Fancy was here with some so

the last show, and we are still talking about vibration.
We're still talking about raising your vibration. Today, we're going
to talk about why you should why should you raise
your vibration? You know, we've been talking about vibrations for

us maybe the last couple of shows. And I appreciate
all the responses. Want you guys to know that I
do appreciate the emails and the text messages as well
as the calls that I received after the vlogcads last time.
It was very interesting some of the questions that you asked,

and I hope that I answered everybody's question. I tried
to make sure that I cover everything for everyone. So

we're going to get started here today why should you
range your vibrations? You know everybody's been here and that
you know that has been like I'll just use this
phrase to talk of the town. You know, getting on
the right frequency or low frequency, or getting the right
frequency or you know. So we hear that a lot.

We hear that a whole lot, and most likely you've
heard that that phrase range your vibration. Someone come to
you and they're telling you what's going on with them,
and you know, that's what we tell them. We share
what there's the things that makes me change. So here
we go. But here's the whole thing. Actually, this is

how it works. You know, this world that we revance,
it's made up of what energy, and it responds to vibrations.
The vibrational physicency that we as humans sings as we
carry the vibration. We respond to each other's vibrations. Our

personal vibration or our vibrations are collections of what of
our thoughts, of our beliefs, of our actions and habits,
and all of our emotions makes up how we vibrate,
how we our vibrational frequencies are going out. So when

you make those changes in those areas that I just
called out your emotions, your beliefs, your actions, your habits,
and your thoughts. As we talk about all the time
about controlling your thoughts. So you make changes in those
areas and you raise the vibrational frequency that you are
are emitting out, that you are getting out the bye.

Since you're getting out you know in the world it
makes sense happen good are bad. You're sending out the good.
It's making good changes. If you're sending out negative vibrations gifts,
changes are not so good. They're not making things happen good.

And that's what you want to do. So you want
to be aware of of where you are. You begin
by examining yourself and if you're making things happen that
are positive for yourself and for others, begin to feel
better about life. You feel that you're living life, that

you're you're highest, you're getting there, you're being your best
self in your manifesting in your life what you want
in life. You're a bondance. You know all the blessings
are coming in your way and and you're happy and
you live in your life, your best life. And that's
what happened when you raise your vibrations. So let's go

ahead and be a self check. Go ahead, right where
you are, sit there, close your eyes and examining yourself.
How are you feeling for Army today and your feelings?
Where are you today and your God? In your emotions

and your belief? What about your actions throughout this part
of the day from to this point in your belief?
What are you think about it for just a moment
now you thought about it? What changes do you need

to be or are you there? You may be where
you wanna be? What changes do you need to make
in your life? If you should be in the right
pass free to be in the right place you want
tu You are balanced, You are in balanced, your center,

the rating, the vibration is key and there is the
ultimate key to actually you even those things that should
cause that you're living best life. And when you choose
to do that, you just choose to examine yourself and
you choose to take that time to sit back and

examine yourself. And when you evaluate things in your life,
in your thoughts, to believe, in your emotion, your act,
when you take those times, take that time to do that,
you begin to see those positive changes in your life.
You begin to see and experience high ring in your

vilation and you begin to see your life change and
you start feeling it differently about yourself and about your
life because you begin to live your best life. So
now if you get that stuff examination, caluse your eyes
again and I want you to think about the changes

that you need to make just a moment in your
life that will put you in that safe of've having
that positive vibrational frequency going on in your life. Just
think about it for a few moments. That changes. Do

you need to make him? You make real? You make?
Now want you would change the channel and I want
you to see yourself being living during that life, seeing

yourself after these changes have been made. Or did I
say if you can see it, you can believe it,
then you can have it. You can see it, then
you can believe it, and then what you can tap it?
So again, raising your vibration is the key ultimate key

for living your best life manages in that life that
you want to live. And when you choose to focus
on your energy, you focus and sorry you focus that
energy in the right place on the key to raising
that vibration of vibrational frequency. You begin to reflect that

high vibration that that state of the bless You'll feel
that your experiences that's all things good and great in
your life. Beside someone saying all things magical. It will
feel that way, but it will be you living in

your best life. So raising your vibrations. By raising your vibrations,
changing your energy. Basically, it's what that means, changing your energy.
It's all about going within, go within and bringing out
your higher self, being who you really are, being who

you really are. As I've heard someone say, the universe
doesn't give us what we want to give us who
we really are. That makes sense. So it's about changing
your thoughts. Here we go again, your emotions, changing your
beliefs and habits, changing your actions, and sometimes even changing

your environment changing Unfortunately, who you are around surround yourself
is you need to surround yourself with wide minded people
and not negative but positive. And also maybe your environment.
You may need to make some change within your environment,

stepping into that best person that you are, who you
really are. So it's about changing those things and again
I'm gonna say them again, your thoughts, being in control,
your thoughts, your emotions, your believes, your actions, in your habits,
and like I said, sometimes even in your environment. It's

about stepping into the new you, stepping into basically the
person that you already are. You really are, allowing that
person to come out and be and not the person
who you really are, so that you can be the
best persons that you are. And it's just stepping It's
(10:49):
about stepping out. It's about being that encourage you, she's
been there or he's been there, the version of you
that is the best, and not allowing the best of
you to be suppressed. We all desire to live our
best life, and you do so many things that will
(11:11):
help changing those habits, changing those actions, changing your patterns
of emotions, your thoughts, your the least and sometimes heaven.
Your environment needs to be changed. So you do not
(11:31):
manifest what you want, You manifest who you are, who
you are being. So within this broadcast, I hope that

at some point and like down some positive affirmation. I
love affirmation. They will definitely raise your vibration. It helps
you to feel better and it helps you to to

bring those good buyers that you have into the forefront,
and if they're in your forefront, then you begin to
pursue them. It causes your energy of the shift. So
your affirmations gives you hope, it gives you excitement and

something to look forward to. It helps you in your
belief in yoursults. And what is a good affirmation? They
start out with something like I am grateful for or
thank you for. I am so grateful for Okay, just
to just to give an example, I am a high

vibrational being of love, a high vibrational being of light.
That's just an example that things are coming to me.
But I'm sure you can create your own information. It's
