Retired police officer Chuck Bergman is from Salem, Massachusetts currently residing in Middleburg, Florida. The detectives who had been working on the case for six years had hit a dead end. With only one day of taping, Chuck could provide enough information that the case was reclassified from Missing Person to Murder. Airing the show resulted in the case being closed.
