Speaker 1 (00:14):
Thank you for being here. My name is a Lenova
and it has and is and will always be an
honor to share the practice of yoga nindra, or what
is also known as non sleep deep reast with you.
It is today the lunar new year and the new
moon also in Aquarius, and I wanted to unpack that

(00:35):
a little bit before I share with you something really
exciting that I have been working on and developing for
all of you that are listening and feeling that calling
to bring out more of that practice into your life.
So getting into the full moon or sorry, the new moon.

(00:55):
This is when the moon is in its darkest state.
It's got the sh shadow cast across it. And this
is really beautiful and the idea of symbolically, when we
think about the levels of consciousness, Let's say, for instance,
there's a conscious state. We're in this beta brain wave
state right now in order to be able to listen

(01:16):
and share and receive and communicate in this way, and
then when we go into those deeper layers we can
start to also tap into the subconscious mind. These are
the patterns and the practices that we do, like brushing
our teeth. We no longer need to use so much
of the conscious mind to do that because of the

(01:36):
fact that we've created such a habit with it, it
comes to us naturally, just like knowing the particular route
that you're going to take home from work and those
sort of experiences. Those are programs that we put in,
but that can get even deeper into how we see
the world, how we experience ourselves. And then we go
even a little bit deeper, and this is going into

(01:58):
the unconscious and these are the parts of our body
that are functioning without us having to necessarily think too
much about it. It's operating on that standard program to
make sure that we can breathe, we can eat, we
can feel all the functions of our internal body happening,
not necessarily feel, but know that they are happening without

(02:19):
us having to process. Okay, I'm going to digest my food.
The body just automatically knows how to do that. Now,
when we practice yoga Nindra, we're relaxing those shadow let's say, sides,
the subconscious and the unconscious parts of our body. We're
sending a signal from the conscious mind that we can

(02:40):
begin to relax all of that. And so the new
moon to me is really a time to go inside
to practice yoga, nindra, meditation, all of those inward focused practices,
and in yoga nindra, what makes it quite unique is
that what it does is we in a new program.

(03:01):
It's a what we call a san kalpa or a
heartfelt intension, or in some realms of practice we call
that the inner resource. And when we place that inner
resource into that little liminal space that happens from where
we're awake until we're about to fall asleep, and there's

(03:22):
something dreamy about that. You know that it is because
you've been there before every day, and in that dreamy space,
that's when we can start recreating how we see and
field world. So that's what makes yo get interest so special,
especially in the in the tradition that I have followed.
This is what I have found to be so special

(03:43):
about it. And if you're listening, you probably have to
now to add an extra layer of it being the
lunar new year. In some schools of thought, the new
year started just at the beginning of January. In some
other schools of thought it began the winter solstice, and
other perhaps in the spring equinox. But in this particular day,

(04:06):
I feel called to see what it is within ourselves
that we really want to call in to the year.
What is it that I am becoming? And this is
why I wanted to offer today the beautiful share of

(04:30):
Yoga Nindra, of this beautiful ancient wisdom and ancient practice.
I got on a live today with sharing this with
all of you, and there were some malfunctions with the
Zoom and YouTube compatibility that I had going on, not
because of how their systems work, but because I don't
have all of that tech skill that I wish that

(04:51):
I did. But it's coming along. So I'm popping back
on here to share with you what we went over
during that live session. And when we're going into this
new moon and transitioning into Aquarius, this is a really
beautiful time because this air sign is letting us know,
letting us feel within the air that we're moving into

(05:13):
a more collective awakening of using these practices in compliment
to service of others. And there's so many ways that
this is happening. And you may have remembered maybe watching
videos or movies or listening even to the music that

(05:33):
you know in the sixties and seventies, they talked about
this beautiful awakening of the Age of Aquarius, and now
we're in it. Pluto has made its way in from
Pisces into now Aquarius, and what we might be already
feeling in subtle ways is this desire to collaborate, to
work together, to share for the greater good. So it's

(05:55):
been just coming into this state now. So in honor
of the new Moon, really checking into the subconscious and
unconscious parts of ourselves and also into this new lunar
cycle within the year, I wanted to share and formally

(06:19):
announce to all of you that I will be opening
up the doors to the Peace and Rest program Nova
Nidra teacher training. You do not need any previous experience
with yoga, and this is going to be a way
for you to take all of the experiences that you've

(06:40):
had through this practice learn more deeply into the different layers,
the deeper layers of your being through the lens of
Yoga Nindra. And we're going to back this all by
the beautiful modern science that has really supported this ancient wisdom.
So I'm going to hop out over here and go
over the details of that with you. So before we

(07:04):
go into that I would love to hear in the comments,
maybe where you're listening in from, maybe something that you
want to call into this next year, And I'll get
you to check in a couple times with me as
we go along and let me know what you're thinking,
what your questions are, or what might be coming up
for you, so that I can answer those as we
carry on. So again, thank you for being here, and

(07:25):
I look forward to diving into now what I'm going
to review all of this for you. So again, if
you have questions, leave them in the comments below and
I'd be happy to answer those for you. What are
we going to get into here, Well, if you are
feeling called to share this practice, I'm going to come

(07:46):
back to that new Moon energy and just say that
I'm calling in the healers, the feelers, the creatives, the yogi's,
anyone who has felt as though this practice has influenced
their life in a way that has helped them heal
or rediscover themselves. This is going to be your pathway

(08:10):
to sharing this practice with the world. And I'll get
into more of the details really shortly here with you.
So thank you for tuning in as we go through this.
What my first question for you would be is are
you ready to transform your life through deep rest and
self discovery. Imagine releasing years of stress, breaking free of

(08:33):
old patterns, and uncovering a version of yourself you've only
dreamed of. A Piece and Rest program is your pathway
to achieve this. This unique experience combines Novianidraf for Living,
which is a personal transformation that we go through through
the Piece and Rest program, and transfers us into Novanidra
for Leading, which is a heart led empowerment portion of

(08:57):
the program where you yourself get to decide, Okay, now
that I've gone through this, here are the tools that
I need to share it, and that's up to you
whether you decide to share it in your own way.
This is for you to heal and grow, and this
is what you'll gain within this program, the tools to
understand and share the gifts of yogen Nidra NSDR, better sleep,

(09:20):
better rest, and more energy to do those things that
really matter to you. This is also a clear path
to discovering the authentic voice that you have within yourself,
as well as that self that you feel most connected to.
And you know, there's so many different characters that we
hold within ourselves, and I truly believe that all of
them have a beautiful authenticity within them. But it's really

(09:42):
about knowing when you're putting the masks on to protect
yourself and when you're putting on this aspect of yourself
to really share and give out to the world. And
it's through this practice that you can tap into that
voice and that authentic self and really become the director
of your life rather than just one particular character in it.

(10:06):
So let's get into it. This is again what I
want to call in is to bring us through this
process of really connecting to the heart, of allowing for
the gut and heart, these parts of our body that
are working on these systems that are really important. You know,
we're talking about unconscious here. On an unconscious level, there's

(10:30):
more messages, effort, messages that are moving from the body
up towards the mind rather than the mind towards the body.
And so this is not just a way to heal
through deep listening, it's also a really somatic way to
connect with our bodies and under understand ourselves more deeply.
So we're going to be regulating our nervous system and

(10:53):
as we begin to relet. As we begin to regulate
our nervous system, this is to create some profound change
for us. We're also going to be connecting with intention.
This is really empowering us to work with something like
a san kalpa or what in some practices of yoga
ninja we call also an inner resource. And this is

(11:16):
how we really begin to rewrite those shadow parts of
ourselves that I talked about at the beginning. And through
this process we begin to realize, you know, maybe we
were showing up as a particular character in our lives
that wasn't really true. You know, when I went through
my cancer journey, I realized that there was a lot

(11:38):
of myself that was hiding in this anxious state when
really I just didn't feel comfortable being myself. And so
it came out with these you know, kind of tendencies
and urges to you know, be jittery or talk fast
or do these particular things. And as begin to regulate

(12:00):
my nervous system and use practices like yoga Nindra, I
started to realize, you know, there was something which softer
and slower moving that needed attention within myself. And I'm
sure you'll notice these little nuances within your experience too.
So we're going to discover our authentic voice. And that

(12:21):
is through that intention of really tapping into what is
it that I am becoming? Who am I becoming? And
rather than imagining as some destination that you're going to
get to, you can allow that becoming to be a
part of the journey and embody it now. So this
is a way to heal not just for yourself but collectively.

(12:43):
If we take a practice like Yoga Nindra and we
start sharing it with the world, then yes, that deepener
healing that we found within ourselves, the ability to tap
into who we are, into what we want to give
out into the world, then that is going to create
healing not just for you, but every heart, soul, every
being that you touch with your words, your voice, your message.

(13:07):
Imagine the impact your deep rest invites. This makes me
feel quite tender because you know, at one point in
my journey, before I became a guide of Yoga Nindra,
teacher of Yoga Nindra, I didn't know if I had
that ability within myself. I was very shy about it,

(13:30):
about feeling like I had something to share. You know,
we call this impostor syndrome, and when I would get
these messages, it would be so overwhelming and stills to
this day it's sometimes overwhelming. But how beautiful is it
that there have been people that have been impacted by

(13:52):
this practice in such a way that I have, you know.
One of the members of the Peace and Rest program
shares a thos community is an avalanche of love and hope.
Another listener of the YouTube channel says, thank you so
much again, Aila, I've been facing liver disease at thirty
three and really need your healing words and work to

(14:16):
comfort my being. You are loved, And then hearing other
messages like I've been listening to you for over a
year for the purpose of sleep. I listen every night.
I usually fall asleep within minutes after years of struggling
to fall asleep. If I miss a night, I don't
fall asleep as quickly and I struggle to sleep. I'm
so grateful to you and these messages. They're not reserved

(14:41):
to me. And it's because of these messages that I
actually felt called to share this practice with you through
the Peace and Rest program of taking us through that
transition of living the practice to leading the practice, because
there's many of you that understand a level of healing
that I might not have connection to. And if we

(15:04):
can bring your voice into this practice, your message into
this practice, you could really impact and heal people's hearts,
heal people's wounds. And that's what the world is calling
for right now. That is what is in the air.
We can do this. We can do it now. Some

(15:25):
of you already know my story, and I'm so grateful
for you to reach out and connect with me on that.
This is actually what I'm sharing with you, a document
that you'll get sent if you decide to enroll in
the program. So I'll let you have a chance to
read over some of my journey. But what I will
share is that the practice of Yoga Ninja has completely

(15:45):
transformed my life. I came from the background of just
really being hard on myself, you know, not feeling a
sense of enoughness. I had wounds that really troubled me,
influential moments in life that really troubled me, and I

(16:07):
didn't know how to really step forward. And Yoga Nindra
allowed for me to lay down. You know. We call
it corpse posts shivasna. And so what we're doing is
is we're allowing ourselves in this practice to access peace
by laying in a full surrender. But that's not where

(16:33):
my journey began. I went to India and I studied there,
and I studied the philosophy of yoga, and when I
came back, I started to live out that philosophy of yoga.
But I was doing it based off of some of
the experiences and the wounds of my past. And so
I've realized as that accumulated, I began to feel such

(16:55):
a level of disease in my body that it manifested
into what was diagnosed as a rare form of cancer,
leukemia was by phenotypic leukemia, and I, after I was
told that it was terminal, I continued on with this
practice and through using intention, through using awareness, and discovering

(17:21):
peace with death. It was this philosophy around the practice.
It was the teachings behind this practice that really were
the light that shone through the dark for meat and

(17:41):
in ways, I went on that journey and it felt
kind of lonely, and I wish that I had had
this what I'm creating now, which is why I'm creating it,
which is a path for us to not have to
go through that light alone, and if you have had
to go through that light, that dark period of your
life alone, this is a way for us to connect together,

(18:05):
to support each other and shine light into those shadows
of ourselves. And so I've shared this on YouTube as
you're hearing it now on the podcast, as you're hearing
it now, and now I'm feeling that in my body
and my bones. It makes me feel a bit emotional

(18:28):
actually that I'm ready and I believe that you are too,
so we can do this. So how does it work?

(18:51):
How does it work? There's two parts to the program
and it begins in March twenty twenty five. This is
going to be the inaugural class. And that's why this
is so sensitive and meaningful for me because those of
you that join on this program now are going to

(19:12):
be the bearers of this beautiful light carrying on through.
And I know I keep on saying light, but I'm
not all love and light because if it wasn't for
that darkness, it wasn't for that shadow, then I wouldn't
be where I am today to even share this. So

(19:32):
the Nova Nidra for Living is a foundational phase that
focuses on self discovery. So it's about embodying this practice
and using it in a way that's going to help
you get that deeper rest, but also so that you
can better understand yourself. And I give you the tools
that you need to really explore that for yourself as well.

(19:53):
And in this phase, this is where we can rest
and transform and regardless of whether you want to teach
it or not, there's so much that you can share
with the world through this experience. Then we go into
the second phase of the program, and this is where
we build on that foundation, and this is what we
do to prepare ourselves to confidently share the practice of

(20:14):
yoga Nindra or nonsleep deep reast, either through in person,
one on one sessions if you're maybe a coach, or
online sessions if you want to offer it online zoom calls,
or even perhaps on the platforms that I share them
on as well and record them. And this is really

(20:36):
the part of the program that's meant to empower you
to transform this practice for you in a way that
can give you the ability to be a heartfelt leader
within this modality. And we are going to have an
online program that's listed out for you. I've got all

(20:58):
the different modules within both parts of the program, but
we also have a flexible and supportive format. So if
you are not able to complete all of the components
within that three month container, that's completely fine. I am
there to support you through that three months, and the
beautiful part is that I'll also continue to support you afterwards.

(21:23):
So this isn't going to a training getting all the
material and then being sent out without the support. You're
going to have the resources of connecting with me on
live calls, but during this container, we're going to go
through the materials together. We'll connect on a call twice
a week, and then from there we'll have that ongoing

(21:43):
support where I'll also be offering workshops and ways to
refine and tune into different parts of that program. So
it doesn't end. It continues to support and hold you
through your process of becoming a Novennidra Yoga Nindra teacher.

(22:06):
And this is the beautiful, beautiful part. We heal together.
This is what we're doing. We're healing together. And you know,
I really resonate with this concept or archetype of the
wounded healer, because the wounded healer is one that has
gone through the experience has you know, felt that trudge,

(22:33):
gone through the trenches, and it's that resilience through going
through those experiences and still returning to the why, to
the intention, to the sang kalpa what we call a
heartfelt desire or inner resource, and knowing that this is
a journey of radical self discovery where you're going to

(22:55):
discover the depths of your inner wisdom and learn how
to share it in a way that creates profound change
for the world. And this is because the world is
truly waiting for you to share this, because you know
exactly how to speak to the person that needs to
hear it, because you've been there. And so if you're

(23:19):
feeling called to do this, then I encourage you to enroll,
to apply to the program and get on a call
with me so that we can talk about the next steps.
And if you want to learn a little bit more,
I'll get into some more details here. So Part one,
a little bit more refined details, is that we're going

(23:39):
to have those weekly calls. You're going to have lifetime
access as an inaugural member to the Nova Nidra for
a Living program, and we're going to go over the
eight modules that are in there. This is going to
also have exclusive recordings and the Piece and Rest program,
and there's over one hundred nondras in the library and

(24:02):
opportunities for self practice. In part two, you're going to
have lifetime access to the teacher training as well, and
that's for any member that joins the Novenata for leading
as well as any ongoing updates. And we'll continue on
the two weekly life calls while we're in the container
of the program, and then we'll have workshops and trainings

(24:23):
that are happening afterwards that will be a part of
your practice. You'll have novascripts to work with as well
as templates that I'm going to offer to you. And
you're going to get hours for self practice, but also
for practicum to have peer reviews and become certified as

(24:44):
a Yoga Nidra noven Nidra Non Sleep Deep Breast Guide. Now,
this also includes credits. If you are someone that is
a yoga teacher that has wants to continue your education,
this is also going to be available to you to
continue those credits onward. But I want to remind you

(25:07):
if you are listening and you don't have a teacher training,
that's completely fine. Once you are done this, you will
nearly have a bachelor's degree and you'll get address. So
this is really going to support you in this practice
and how to share it. So you'll be certified under
the Peace and Rest program. Andrea len Nova the modules again,

(25:31):
I'll just go over those briefly with you. In Part
one Nova Nature for a Living. We're going to go
through ceremony, which is really creating sacredness around our practice,
sacred being, which is creating sacredness with ourselves senses in Sankalpa,
this is understanding the senses of our practice as well
as what the inner resource or the heartfelt intention is

(25:55):
to really understand ourselves more deeply. And then we go
into the layers of being. The layers of being are
what we call in the Yogic realm the koshas, and
the koshas are these layers of ourselves that really are
what make this such a holistic way of approaching our
inner healing, making peace with the past, or being able

(26:17):
to create and live into a manifesto of our future
in real time, so it all will come together so beautifully.
And then we're going to go into this beautiful moment
where we shift from that living space into the leading space.
And when we make that shift, this is when we

(26:40):
step into the seat of the teacher, of the guide,
of the leader, the heart led leader. This is this
is now where we're going to access the source of
our creation, this creation being our yogan intra scripts, whether
we share them through our writing or transmission, which is

(27:01):
when we share it in the moment as what is
being called to us and understanding heartfelt intention, how you
can help others discover their heartfelt intention or hold space
for them to do that. You know, it's not that
I'm here to tell you what your intentions are. I'm
not here to tell you what you're about to create.

(27:22):
I'm here to hold space for you to shine and
begin to brighten the horizon with your expression, your authentic
expression of this practice. And that's why we're going to
move into a module around your words, using the words
in the way that this beautiful practice in technology is

(27:44):
meant to be used. Your voice, how to access your
voice in a way that's going to command groundedness within
your body, but also expression for everyone around you. And
community module on how to create community, whether that's how
you're going to share that with the world, around you,

(28:05):
or how you can bring that world around you closer
so that you can really foster an environment where people
begin to appreciate this practice in a way that you
can share with them what it is that they need
to understand more deeply, whether it's the koshas or they're

(28:27):
san kalpa, or ways that they can position their body
so they feel more comfortable. This is really just you
stepping into how to bring it all together. So really
that collective feeling that we're feeling in the air. So

(28:49):
why choose the piece and rest program? This is really
something to answer for yourself. I know there's a lot
of programs out there. I know that a lot of
programs are going to give you a lot of the
basics of what you need to know in order to
kind of understand yoga nidra. But what I feel separates
this program, at least in my eyes, from my backing

(29:10):
of taking other yoga practices and trainings, is that and
meditation trainings, is that this is one that isn't really
just meant to give you information. This is meant to
embody the wisdom of this practice and really transform through
this practice. And you know, when I first took my

(29:34):
Yoga teacher training Yoga Ninja teacher training. It was a
three month process and I didn't even feel as though
the transformation even really began until it was over, and
then I could start to feel everything begin to shift.
So this is why I wanted to offer to you
a lifetime access to this, And as a founding member,

(29:56):
you're going to have access to both portions of the program,
which is beautiful because this is really going to be
shaping and lighting the way for those who decide to
learn and share the practice themselves. And because this is
focused so deeply on the nervous system, this is a
space that when you need to bring that energy, those

(30:19):
energy waves down and really get back into your body,
this will be here to support you. And what makes
it even more unique is that I know I've mentioned
this is that it's not all loveingly. You know, I
didn't go through my cancer journey just looking at the
positive side of things. You know, when death confronts you,

(30:40):
when mortality, your immortality confronts you, you are brushed up
against the shadow. There's you know, some people may want
to avoid it, but for myself, I felt like I
didn't want to when I was under the impression my
end was near. I didn't want to leave with all

(31:03):
of that luggage, you know. I wanted to empty out
the suitcase a bit and let it all air out,
get some air, making the clothes breezy and feeling like
sunshine again. And that's why this is so beautiful to
do in community, because we can work through these the

(31:23):
shadow parts together. And this is backed by my experience
of doing that. I have the I have that experience
of going through the dark night, of really having to
meet my endings, and through that I feel I have
something to share with you. Let me help you process

(31:47):
that as well. So this is going to be an
intimate container. It's going to be a sacred container where
we transform perhaps those wounds that pain into something really beautiful,
something that can blossom into the community and into the
world around you. And this is going to be done

(32:10):
in a creative way. This is going to be done
in a meaningful way for you to experience it. The
Dark Knight method is something that came to me in
my Dark Knight that helped me process those experiences, and
a lot of my writing and a lot of my
scripts came from that space. So this is also going

(32:30):
to incorporate some other sort of fun things like walking
the dog, which is more of a metaphor, and I
really am looking forward to diving into that with you,
and I'll just give you some insight and that walking
the dog is the reminder that we also need to
take ourselves out. You know, lying down in shavasana and

(32:52):
laying in corbs pose or in this process isn't necessarily
the only way that we can move through this. We
also have to balance the yin yang energy. So walking
the dog is like reminding ourselves that we need to
get out there too. So I look forward to sharing
more little techniques like that through this process as well.

(33:13):
And again, as I mentioned, the layers of our being
are not avoiding any part of our humanity. So when
we're going through this process, it's really looking at it
in a holistic way, and that's what makes Yoga Nidra
Non Sleep, Deep Breast really special. The program features are
you're going to have lifetime access. There's a global community.

(33:35):
We have someone from all over North America. There's people
that are from Iceland, there's people from different parts of Europe.
We've got someone from Thailand, Australia. I'd love to bring
someone on that's in South America. That would be so beautiful.
And we've also got flexible learning, So like I said,

(33:57):
you can learn well you're at home, reading through the
materials or on your phone or tablet, but you can
also take your time with it. The three month containers
there to hold space for you and do this together
as a collective. But if you need a little extra time,
you can do that. And this is also not just
based in the ancient wisdoms, but also some of the

(34:22):
more modern science shares that are coming up now about
the neuroscience space around yogin intra, around the way that
it affects our nervous system, all of the different ways
that it helps our body restore and replenish. This is
really such a beautiful time where science is beginning to

(34:44):
really back up a lot of this ancient wisdom and
I'm quite excited to share that with all of you.
So you might have a couple of questions and I'd
love to answer those for you now. So I'm going
to go through some of these, but if you find
that there's none, that there's one that I haven't mentioned,
please leave it comments and I be happy to answer
that for you. So will you have live opportunities for mentorship. Yes,

(35:08):
we are going to be doing those weekly zoom calls
and I will be there to support you, answer questions,
give you guidance if you if you require or ask
for that, and also opportunity to practice teach. When do
you start training and how long does it take? So
again I've mentioned this before, March eleventh, twenty twenty four

(35:31):
is going to be our start date. This is a
three month container, but it can extend onward if you
need it, so it's quite flexible. When are the live calls?
The live calls are going to be twice a week,
one on Tuesday, one on Wednesday. But know that they're
recorded so you don't actually have to attend them, but
I would love it if you did, because I just
love connecting with all of you and seeing your faces,

(35:52):
and they will be able to be listened to afterwards
as well. On average, what are the weekly time commitments?
So there's live calls, you can watch those at your
own leisure, and then after those calls, I would suggest
probably practicing yoga nidra a minimum of three times in

(36:15):
a week so that you are feeling really relevant with
the practice, and this is going to ensure that you
have a nice, strong foundation if you're going to share
that with the community. And what if you can't attend
a live zoom call as mentioned, They'll be recorded, not
to worry there and you can watch them as many

(36:36):
times as you need to in order to understand that material.
Is there a practice teaching component? Absolutely, Each module is
going to build your confidence in the practice and create
a way for you to feel confident in delivering your yoga,
Nindra or NSDR sessions. And the program includes opportunities for

(36:57):
you to do this so that you're going to really
feel quite supported while you move into that wherever you'd
like to share it outside of the program. Do we
offer scholarships Currently there are no scholarships. I do believe
that this program is going to offer everything that you
need and support you. But I want to make sure

(37:19):
that this is something that you can work with in
your budget, so I have payment plans that are available
to you and when you get this, you'll have all
of that information once you have enrolled. And then of course,
if you want to hop on a call and get
some clarity with some of the questions, need some additional
support before enrolling fully into the program. Feel free to

(37:40):
do that. I'd love to connect with you and make
you feel really empowered about your decision. And how long
do I have access to the training? As mentioned the
inaugural class, the first class that's joining is going to
have a lifetime access to both the programs, the Living
Program and the Leading Program. Will I receive a certificate

(38:02):
upon completion? Yes, you will. You will get a certificate.
It will be sent to you. It is going to
have a seal on it there. It is legit you.
I am so excited to have Nova Nidra support your
offerings moving forward. And also for those of you that

(38:25):
want your certification to be uploaded into the Yoga Alliance,
you have that option to one hundred credit hours, although
I do believe this program could probably be worth more
of those. I'll determine that after the first inaugural class
and of course update you if you need those hours too.
So thank you for tuning in. Let me know if

(38:47):
you have any other other questions, one of them during
the live. I'll share some of the questions that were
during the live that I can remember. One of them
was asking if it if they can share Yoga Nindra
in another language than English, or use their own personal
language to share in practice. And yes, you absolutely can't

(39:09):
as long as you feel comfortable with the teachings given
by myself in English. Then I am so happy and
actually quite excited about the opportunity to work with you
and support you in sharing the practice in your own
another language. Another question that was asked that I had

(39:30):
from someone was about if they had to use their voice,
because they wanted to make sure that they could still
participate even if they were unable to speak. And I
wanted to let you all know that I would love
that for you because there is so much that you

(39:51):
can gather from this program, and even if you don't
share it vocally, you can share it by writing scripts.
And honestly, I would love to read one of your
scripts and share one of your scripts with our community.
So yes, please please join even if you are unable
to speak. And then the other question was is Yoga

(40:13):
Nidra is something that you could use towards a profession,
So for those of you that are in therapeutic settings,
whether you're in therapeutic settings, coaching, even some in the
medical realm would be interested in this too. This is
all an opportunity for you to take what you know

(40:33):
and share it in a beautiful way. So yes, you
can use that within other professional fields. Another question was
if you could make a living doing yoga nidra, and
that is completely up to you. I know that I
love sharing this practice, and you could coach people with
this practice and use it with other modalities like somatic

(40:57):
work as well, or there's it's unlimited what you can
do with this. I know that for myself I'm now
sharing it with all of you through this lens. So
I'm really grateful to be able to have this opportunity
and to have touched your heart in some way that
you have listened all the way through to this part.

(41:19):
I hope that I answered everything that you might have
been wondering, but that's okay. If you feel like there
was more that you wanted to inquire about, please book
a call. You'll just need to go to alen nova
dot com and I'll leave all of those links in
the notes below so that you can book in and

(41:43):
get enrolled to come into the program. You'll get this
pdf sent to you when you enroll and a link
to book in so that we can chat about the
next steps. So, since we are closing with the new
moon in Aquarius, it being the lunar New Year, I

(42:04):
can feel in the air that we are calling to
heal together, and so I am this moment encourage you
to call in what it is that you want to
see moving into your future, into that light. I'm calling
in the healers, the feelers, the artists, the creatives, the yogis,

(42:27):
and anyone who wants to take their yoga najer practice
and begin to share that and express that in a
way that they never have been aviul to before. So
have a wonderful evening and thank you for being here,
Rest well, be well. And that's
