The Sacramento SPCA was founded in 1892 and has been providing comfort, shelter, and love for animals in need for over 130 years. Sarah Varanini, PR & Social Media Specialist, joins the program to highlight the many programs and services available to the public, volunteer opportunities and upcoming pet events. And right now is a great time to get registered for the 30 year anniversary of Doggy Dash – happening Saturday, April 22 at William Land Park! It’s the SSPCA’s largest fundraising event of the year and a great time to consider adopting a companion animal.
