April is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month. Mike Mason and Lupe Nambo with Placer County’s Kids First are in studio to discuss child abuse prevention, how to spot signs of abuse and how to report abuse if you see it. We’ll also highlight the resources Kids First in Roseville and Auburn have available to local families.

Join The Old Town Elk Grove Foundation this Saturday as they proudly present the first annual Beats on the Boulevard! This 21 and over only event will feature music from several genres including rock, country, funk as well as having beer, wine, spirits and local gourmet food trucks. All ticket proceeds will go back into the Elk Grove beautification project.
