We check in with Food Literacy Center’s Founder, Amber Stott, for a discussion about addressing food insecurity and healthy eating habits while on summer break from school. And we highlight the Oak Park Farmers Market where FLC students can find all the fresh vegetables they’ll need for their favorite recipes.
