We get a visit from The Food Literacy Center's Chief Food Genius, Amber Stott. We discuss what the Food Literacy Center is all about, how they do it and how YOU can become a Certified Food Genius. Americorps Member “Strawberry Sylvia” will also join us in studio to talk about her own volunteer experience and how the community at large can get more involved with educating our children about healthy eating choices and habits.
