Amber and her team work tirelessly to teach elementary children how cooking and nutrition can improve health, environment and economy… and of course, inspire kids to eat their vegetables! We also discuss the new facility under construction as well as ways to get involved as a food helper, food genius or make donations to sponsor a child through a Food Literacy Course.
