Amber Stott, Chief Food Genius and Founder of the Food Literacy Center, returns to the program to highlight another amazing year of accomplishments for the organization! Amber and her team work tirelessly to teach elementary children how cooking and nutrition can improve health, environment and economy… and of course, inspire kids to eat their vegetables! We also discuss the new facility under construction as well as ways to get involved as a food helper, food genius or make donations to sponsor a child through a Food Literacy Course.
