Speaker 1 (00:00):
Please, somebody at your work complains about our show. Please
relay this message to your HR department.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Go yourself and start your piece, and also go kick
your mom. Now back to rovers morning Glory.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Dougie, someone texted me that they believe your sweater looks
like a slice of bacon.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
It is brown and white.

Speaker 5 (00:53):
There.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
I don't know if I've ever seen Dougie wear this
sweater before. As we were before, Yeah, because quession about it? Well, yeah,
just a couch from a grandmother's couch. It does look
like an afghan. Yeah, I have a picture of my
grandma's afghan. Yeah. Wow, that's yeah, that's very similar. Yeah,
thank you, thanks for bringing that back. That's awesome.

Speaker 6 (01:14):
The couch in my r V from the seventies is
actually I think that's in color scheme.

Speaker 4 (01:18):
I like my I don't just like it back and
style ripped on it.

Speaker 7 (01:23):
The first time I woreants, I didn't wear it for
maybe a year.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
Yeah, so we'll see it twenty twenty six. You rather try.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
There's a commercial that Nike has put out that I'll
show you here in just a minute. You know, I guess,
I guess they've had declining sales for the past year,
although the last quarter was okay, but their growth total
growth over the past year was like one percent of
growth as opposed to Adidas.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
I think they had.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Twelve percent growth or something and Hoka had eleven percent growth.
Now there's still you know, Adidas brought in seven billion
dollars as opposed to Nike's twelve billion dollars and Poka
brought in six hundred and thirty nine million as opposed
to the twelve billion dollars that Nike is bringing in.
So maybe it's a little easier to have that big
growth when you're a much smaller sized company. But they're

(02:16):
trying to find new ways to expand their reach and
get more people to buy their shoes, and they've decided
we're going to lean into gaming, so they have a new.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Gaming division.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
It is a collaboration with somebody named Martine Rose I think,
who is a British designer, and this gaming division. This
is an interesting commercial. If you fire up our MGTV,
you can go to roverradio dot com and always watch
the show for free, or you can download the Rover
Radio app on your phone, your tablet or your TV
and watch the show for free as well. If you want,

(02:55):
you can sign up for RMG Plus and get the Aftermath,
the Friday Leftovers and more right there as well. Sign
up for that at roverradio dot com. But you can
always watch RMGTV live for free and on a twenty
four hour loop for free as well. So this gaming division, look,
I'm not much of a gamer. I'm not a gamer

(03:16):
at all. As a matter of fact, I do recognize
one guy from this commercial as a famous gamer, old
school gamer, but the rest of the people who are
in this I have no idea who they are. One
of them is named Dominique McClain, who's twenty seven years old.

(03:36):
He's a professional esports player. He is a non binary furry.
I guess he has a first sauna that he goes by,
which is a I think a sonic fox is the
name of his first sauna, and I'm going to put

(03:58):
that in a program too.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
But there you go, there go, there there good cool.
So is he trying to listen to this in queue
or what's he trying to do?

Speaker 8 (04:08):
Church?

Speaker 4 (04:08):
I think you said in the wrong program. I'm not sure.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Okay, all right, well there we hear some videos, okay,
LR on SFX today anyway, so this is this is
I guess Nike's attempt to get into a new market
space with a gaming division. And here is the commercial

(04:31):
for this. It's a little a little bizarre. Let me
know what you think of this. Here that's the Sonic Fox.
There's Billy Mitchell. That's the guy that I know Peter.
Don't know who any of these other gamers.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Are, but it's all like, how would you describe this, Like.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
The atmosphere of this commercial, how would you doky eighties,
very dorky eighties kind of retro vibe.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
That's what the werewolves.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
I don't know who I am, isn't is that his
persona or sna?

Speaker 6 (05:24):
I know his first sauna from what I saw. It's
a big helmet. It goes by Sonic Fox, a big,
big like what do you think when you see a furry?

Speaker 4 (05:32):
A furry?

Speaker 8 (05:33):
Right?

Speaker 4 (05:33):
If I'm really happy I do.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
Millie Mitchell that is the guy from the King of
Kong documentary.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
Isn't that what it was called? Am I getting this right? Okay?

Speaker 3 (05:47):
And he was a a I mean that's a pretty
good documentary if you've ever seen this. But he is
a guy that was from I guess from the eighties
or seventies when he started playing these video games like
pac Man.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
He was in like the.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
World of Video Game Championships or whatever they would call it,
with having a high score in pac Man and Miss
pac Man and Asteroids and all these classic arcade games
when they started getting big back in the eighties. And
then he was in this documentary where he supposedly said
there was a lot of controversy.

Speaker 6 (06:25):
What was it exactly a high score? Well, okay, then
a model board. No, no, that was way after the documentary.
That was after the documentary. In the documentary, he was
battling I don't remember the other guy's name, but he's
battling another guy and they're like, Billy Mitchell has the record.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
This other guy buys it. I think he loses his job.

Speaker 6 (06:46):
He buys a Donkey Kong, he sets up his garage,
he just plays NonStop, and he goes, this is what
I'm going to dedicate my life to. I'm gonna I'm
gonna beat this Donkey Kong record. I'm gonna get to
the kill screen and that's the ultimate screen. So their
rule up. He does it, but they go, I no, no,
you videotaped that.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
That's weird.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
You got to actually come to do that in person
at this weird arcade.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
We have something Galaxy or something.

Speaker 6 (07:11):
Twin Galaxies is the record keeper Rover, that's the keeper
of the records. He goes to this arcade, he does
it live in person, he beats the record. Everybody goes,
oh my god, that's awesome. Billy Mitchell has a tape
that he's been sitting on since the nineties of him
beating even that guy's record that they wait to unveil,

(07:32):
which is weird because they told, well, the first guy
he had to do it in person. But Billy Mitchell
was in cahoots with Twin Galaxies at the time and
he had an inside guys and they were able to
then say, well, no, Billy Mitchell already has he has
your new record. Actually, Billy Mitchell has a videotape of
him beating your new record. We've never shown anybody. Yes, yeah, exactly.

(07:54):
And then and but also he was allowed to just
do it over video over tapes instead of having to
be in person. And if documentary is great because while
the guy's doing it in person, Billy Mitchell's like in
his Florida mansion talking on the phone, like he's got
a big cordless phone and he's talking back and forth
with the inside guy that's like, Hey, what's the scoop?

Speaker 4 (08:14):
What's happening there?

Speaker 6 (08:15):
And he's like he's got to level thirty two, Donkey
Kong and Mario's doing this or whatever, and Billy Mitchell's
is sitting back like doctor Evil really, which is weird
because it's in this because he's like that in the
commercial in this Nike spot. After that, people started going,
WHOA that board you had was moded? Because I guess

(08:35):
a lot of accusations he's actually suing a bunch of
YouTubers or he was over their claims that like he cheated,
not just in that he might have cheated in pack
me because you said the pac Man record and people
are really disputing all of his things.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
And apparently they can look at the video and somehow
determine whether it is a moded board, which I don't
know exactly if you do mod it what happens if
it doesn't speed it up, slow it down, whatever it does.
I don't know exactly what the mod would entail, but
there are apparently telltale signs that were analyzed. People would

(09:16):
go through this video literally quite literally, frame by frame,
I go, oh, look at this. This is wrong or
that's wrong, and he cheated and so it's been an
ongoing dispute. Now he was banned from holding these records
for a while.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
They did they lift that ban as he vindicated Charlie.

Speaker 6 (09:34):
I don't think so, but there was He sued one
YouTube guy, Ben Smith, also known as Apollo Legend, over
defamation because he said, Hey, this guy's cheater. That Ben
Smith guy ended up committing suicide. Oh my dad, you're
kidding me because I guess I didn't know any of this. Yeah,
they need to follow up documentary for all. There's great
YouTube videos Carl jobs if you watch jobst if you

(09:56):
watch that. Okay, well he's got a bunch of videos
on Billy Mitchell that are pretty good. Anyways, that Carl
guy's getting sued too. I don't know if that's ended
or not.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
So do you think that this Nike spot with all
of Billy Mitchell's in there as a as a you know,
an old school famous gamer, but all these other people
are are newer people I've never heard of going to
make an impact on Nike sales at all. With Nike
even appeal to e gaming people, is that do you
need do you need.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Athletic wear for that? I don't know, it could work
to some kids. I think it's mostly Adidas. Okay, I'm jeed,
so I think I have never seen Nike people were
in Nike stuff. Yeah, it could, I mean, that could work.

Speaker 6 (10:39):
I mean when a Nike skateboarding first came out, I
don't think people people were like, that's stupid. Nike's aren't
That's not a skateboard shoe. And then now they're popular
to some degree. I believe people don't look at it
as a joke anymore. But you have to say, kids
don't play sports as much anymore.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
They're playing games, so why don't you all the time?
They're not going out in real life.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
This is what they do now for entertainment and for
to pass the time and for a you know, sure,
but the joke or the the commercial kind of makes
it look jokey to me, like if they want to
be taken seriously, I mean.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
I don't know, it just seems like it's seems to
look more like they're goofing on the gamers almost. I mean,
they're in on the joke. But they haven't.

Speaker 6 (11:20):
I think they have a sense of humor about themselves. Yeah,
and they're like, oh, that's funny.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
You think the guy in the big furry head who
games in a furry head, do you think he has
he has a he is aware, he's on the joke.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
He's this guy in the beginning right here.

Speaker 9 (11:37):
Yes, yeah, so I think they're how big is his
following because I'm sure they have a huge following. We
just don't know about them because I don't watch people game.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
I game, I watch people. But my daughter knows.

Speaker 9 (11:53):
Some people all bring up somebody who's She's like, oh yeah,
so she's obviously see these people and her.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
Yeah, this guy, this Sonic whatever his name, Sonic Fox,
he has just from his video game victories, he's earned
over eight hundred thousand dollars. Now, I'm sure he has
endorsement deals and streaming stuff that he's making, but from
actual video game earnings over eight hundred thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Dougie, are you ready for the shizzy? Sure? Here we go.

Speaker 7 (12:27):
JiTT is Shizzy on Rollers Morning Glory the House of Representatives.
They're preparing to vote on a measure that could end
the shutdown.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
This week.

Speaker 7 (12:35):
Law Makers are expected to consider the Senate approved funding
bill later on today, so hopefully we can get everything
moving along, because we do still have a record number
of air traffic controllers who have been taken on taking
unscheduled time off or calling off sick because they're not
getting paid, which then, of course, is just continuing to

(12:57):
trigger the law.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
And I don't understand how anybody could fault them for
doing that you're not getting paid. I get everyone wants
to hold out for, you know, as long as you can,
but at some point you have a kid to feed,
a wife to feed, or a husband, you know, whatever
you have to do, and you got to go out
and earn some money as an uber driver or something else.
So please, they've got to end this. And it was

(13:20):
all for nothing, nothing got to accomplish. This is a
complete joke go on.

Speaker 7 (13:24):
So in the middle of the night, I couldn't sleep.
I grabbed my phone and I'm scrolling through Instagram, and
I see all of these people from all across the
United States posting beautiful pictures of the Northern Lights, and
I wondered if Snitzer saw any where he lives any
of the Northern lights.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
I didn't. It was is a cloudy thing. Okay, I
wasn't looking for him. It's crazy.

Speaker 7 (13:49):
There's a severe solar storm that's painting the northern lights
in the sky as far south as Texas, Alabama, Georgia,
and even northern Florida. And people were just posting was
trending last night and they were posting these gorgeous Oh yeah,
it's so so pretty long exposure. These are nice, yeah,
very very cool. So and again a wide area of

(14:13):
the United States was able, from Minnesota to Florida.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
Like, it's crazy.

Speaker 7 (14:18):
I've always wanted to see this, but I was wondering, God,
I wonder if Snitz was able to see any of
the northern lights.

Speaker 4 (14:25):
So very cool.

Speaker 7 (14:26):
There was a postal worker who had got a little
accident at work. She the postal worker died after getting
stuck in a.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
Male handling machine and.

Speaker 7 (14:38):
God, yeah, his body was only discovered after his fiance
turned up at his workplace. So this guy was in
his thirties and he was trapped for several hours inside
this large male handling machine at the United States Postal Service.
This was in Detroit at the distribution center. And police,

(15:00):
what did one of.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
These machines look like exactly. Can we find a picture?
What is it?

Speaker 3 (15:04):
How does it? I'm just curious what you get stuck
in and how that looks?

Speaker 4 (15:08):
Go on? I mean with the story.

Speaker 7 (15:11):
I'm sorry, that's okay. Police believe that death was accidental.
The exact circumstances of how the worker became stuck remain
under investigation. His body was discovered by firefighters who responded
after the worker failed to return home from his shift.
So they think he was dead six to eight hours
before being located.

Speaker 4 (15:28):
He was lodged inside the machine. Wow, so geez, Yeah,
very scary.

Speaker 7 (15:35):
A Florida driver in a little bit of trouble. They
got caught speeding. They were clocked at one hundred and
seven miles per hour. And why do you think they
were going that fast? What did they tell the cops?
They were the reason they were going that fast.

Speaker 4 (15:48):
They had to poop their pants. No, they actually going
to No.

Speaker 7 (15:52):
They needed to get to Little Caesars for pizza before
the pizza place closed. Yasmin Areso, twenty one years old,
allegedly hit one hundred and seven in her Kia just
minutes to midnight before the pizzeria closed, and they got
the police were there. They clocked her, so she got

(16:14):
in a little bit of trouble. She was taken into
custody and she did tell them that she's trying to
get some food. She was booked into jail and later
released on bond. Interesting story about Wendy Williams. There's a
neurologist who reportedly concluded that Wendy does not actually have
fronto temporal dementia. This is two years after she was

(16:37):
diagnosed with the condition.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Now Williams is sixty one years old.

Speaker 7 (16:41):
She was diagnosed with this dementia and aphasia back in
twenty twenty three. But she's insisted she is not incapacitated
and she wants out of the guardianship, claiming that she's
being controlled against her will Well, now there's a neurologist
was determined, ah, you've had this wrong.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Williams does not actually have the disease after she.

Speaker 7 (17:03):
Underwent a series of tests and the results were submitted
to her legal team. According to numerous experts, they say
those with the condition never improve and only continue to decline,
and that's not what's going on with Wendy Williams.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
Yeah, I saw a thing where you know, of course
we've paid attention to her over the years, and she
I don't know what was going on with her, if
this was alcohol, drugs, whatever, something was going on, and
she was like way out there, whacked out. And then
I saw a video of her, maybe about six months ago,
I think maybe her son or somebody had posted this thing,
and she was getting into the back of a car

(17:39):
and they were talking to her and she was completely.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
Normal, like carrying on.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
It was a short but completely normal conversation. Now I
think she says that some assistant or somebody or whoever
it is, they're the ones who have taken this guardianship
and she's being taken advantage of.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
But don't even how does that even? How does that
even happen? How does somebody?

Speaker 3 (18:04):
I mean, you must have been out of it to
some extent in order for somebody to rule on this
and hand over your life to somebody else. But maybe
there is some sort of weird shenan against going on.

Speaker 7 (18:14):
Yes, h apparently demonstrated remarkable neurological resilience since she became
sober three years ago, so that might be why she
is showing improvement, because the alcohol does kind of get
in there and make things a little walking.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
And finally some sad news.

Speaker 7 (18:33):
Jimmy Kimmel has lost a great friend as his band
leader has died fifty nine years old, five days after
the late night host abruptly canceled his show.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
So he is heartbroken. Jimmy is heartbroken.

Speaker 7 (18:47):
He announced the death of his childhood friend and his
band leader, Cleto Escobatos.

Speaker 4 (18:52):
A third I'm saying that correctly.

Speaker 7 (18:55):
He shared on social media that he lost his friend, so.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
Very sad news for him. There you go. This is
and this.

Speaker 7 (19:04):
Explains why Jimmy Kimmel he had abruptly canceled this show
last week because of his friend.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Something was going on with that, So there you go.

Speaker 7 (19:11):
That is the simzy on rovers warningory.

Speaker 4 (19:15):
When the yit goes down, you better be.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Watching RMG TV watch it live at Roverradio dot com.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Ed and Williamsport, Pennsylvania says, if you missed the northern lights,
you can see them again tonight as well. It is
cool how you can see different lights by simply moving
your phone, he says, And eleven fifty seven says, this
was at my sister's house last night in Yellow Springs, Ohio.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
I don't know if since there has gotten this yet.
But I said, very beautiful, that's nice, that's cool. Look
that's neat.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Now where's the best place to go to see the
northern lights of Canada?

Speaker 4 (19:58):
Or is it somewhere.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
In Alaska, Finland or something or.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
Alaska? Where is that? I don't know. They want to
see that. Yeah, it looks dark like without city lights.
That's sure best best.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
Anyway, So I take a look again tonight due and
see if you can see anything.

Speaker 6 (20:23):
What time I mean, because it gets dark now at
five thirty, So can you see it at five thirty
or you got to wait till midnight or something?

Speaker 7 (20:29):
If you can go out in an area where there's
not a lot of buildings and lights and Christmas decorations
and stuff like that, I know one person was not, Yeah,
you got to.

Speaker 5 (20:40):
Get away from Jeffrey's house with that street lamp. That
street lamp is currently in storage right now. It's do
you think that this has nothing to do with a
solar storm? And that signed this has now determined. The
origin of this is Lakewood, Ohio. Christmas decorations. My son
has already put up the Christmas in his bedroom. Oh wow,

(21:02):
my wife all right, put out some of the Christmas
stuff on her manful of saw.

Speaker 4 (21:06):
What time to see the northern lights? I don't know.
Oh so you said that, you said, if you.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
Could go out where you where there's no lights, that's.

Speaker 4 (21:16):
A great put your time. I don't know.

Speaker 6 (21:19):
Oh, I know that, I know it's dark and no lights,
but I mean.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
It was all no particular time, like, I don't know.
All right, I've got to take a break.

Speaker 3 (21:29):
Our number is eight sixty six, yo, rover, eight sixty
six nine six seven six eight three seven.

Speaker 4 (21:34):
We'll be right back. Hang on.

Speaker 8 (21:35):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
You know when you're driving and you see the person
laughing and screaming in their car, you can bet your
sweet ass they're listening in the rovers morning Glory.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
Here's the answer to that Aurora Borealis question. Scandinavia, Norway, Sweden,
and Finland, Greenland, Alaska, Canada and Iceland are the places
where you can see this and between says here, according
to between ten thirty pm and one am is when
you have the best shot of seeing the norther lights.

(22:19):
Somebody was flying. They sent me a picture. They were flying.
Bruce actually in Pennsylvania said he was flying over Saint
Louis headed to Las Vegas and he took a picture
of this out of the window of the plane.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
That's pretty wild, isn't it.

Speaker 7 (22:37):
Yeah, Wow, that's fantastic.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
It's almost like it's beautiful. It looks fake.

Speaker 3 (22:42):
It looks like you're in some sort of sci fi
movie or something.

Speaker 6 (22:45):
Can you see this with your eyes? There's this only
long exposures. I think, no, you can see this with
your eyes. Now what people are some of these pictures.
I don't know about that one. I'm assuming you would
see that. That's why you took a picture at your
plane window. You'd see that with your naked eye. But
somebody says that it.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
Is more pronounced or more I guess maybe the camera
lens picks up more visible spectrum than you can see
with the human eye, so it makes it a little
more vibrant or something. But speaking of visible spectrum, I
don't know what's going on with our friend Tucker Carlson
and our friend Alex Jones, but they've been talking about

(23:25):
things like electromagnetic spectrum and how we are antennas for
various frequencies that are coming and how everything is that
we are being acted on by interdimensional forces.

Speaker 4 (23:40):
Now a couple of years ago, probably about a year.

Speaker 3 (23:42):
And a half ago, maybe two years ago, we talked
about Tucker Carlson. Right before he was let go from
Fox News, he had claimed that he was attacked by
a demon.

Speaker 4 (23:54):
Do you remember this claim from maybe about two years ago.
He was.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Asleep and he was attacked by a demon while he slept,
and it clawed him up. A very crazy experience. But
he's back in the news because he is talking about
that again. I know he talked about it with Megan Kelly,
and I know I think he was. I saw something
on one of those what is it Fox? Is it
Fox Nation? Is that their streaming thing? I saw him

(24:22):
talk about it with somebody on Well, maybe it wasn't
Fox Nation. Maybe it was because if they let him
go from Fox, I don't think they put them back
on there.

Speaker 4 (24:30):
I don't know, some sort of streaming service.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
I saw him talking about this an interview where he
was talking about being attacked by demons, maybe a month
ago or something. So he's going all in on being
attacked by a demon. He claims his wife and his
four dogs witnessed his demon attack. Now, TuS, I know
you believe in this. I mean this is just I

(24:53):
find this to be utterly ridiculous, and I wonder who
could take Toctor Carlson seriously on any thing that he says,
because this is just wacko kind of stuff. Do you
have the clip from Megan Kelly where he's talking about Yeah,
he's actually demon I'm.

Speaker 4 (25:10):
On stage here and he's talking about it with Megan Kelly.

Speaker 10 (25:13):
And then I go to bed with my wife and
four dogs who sleep in the bed. My wife said,
four children. My dogs are hunting dogs. All five of
them wake up like that, like they you know they are.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
We have no home invaders in my house.

Speaker 10 (25:26):
I wake up at two three in the morning. I
checked my and I couldn't breathe at all. My throat
was closed. It wasn't like I was at appnear as
strong as I couldn't breathe.

Speaker 4 (25:34):
So I get up. I stand in the doorway of
our bedroom and I'm like, wow, I'm dying.

Speaker 10 (25:38):
I could fill myself turned to gray out, and then
I started walking in the backyard and then it slowly
came back, like my throat kind of opened up a
little bit. I was like, really weirded out. I walk
back in and my wife wakes up she goes, what
is going on? I said, I don't know. I can't breathe.
I feel better now, And all of a sudden, I
had this horrible pain underneath my arms, like on the

(26:00):
side of my chest, like bad. I thought I'd been
like ripped with a knife or something. It just was
very intense. So I go into the bathroom. I flip
on the light and I have claw marks on both sides,
on right and left side on my ribs and they're
bleeding and they're they're literally claw marks, four on either side.

(26:21):
I put my fingers and don't fit my fingers and
I sleep on my side, so how could they By
the way, no one woke up. So I show my
wife and she's like, oh my gosh. And then I
have this like crazy intense desire to read the Bible.
So I read the Bible and I pass out in
like two minutes and I wake up and the next
morning I thought, man, did I have a wild dream?

(26:41):
And then I see blood in my sheets and I
go in the bathroom and I have these bloody marks,
and my wife goes, I think you were attacked by
some supernatural being. And I was like trying to be logical,
about it, and I was like, yeah, I definitely was.
And then I called one of my producers was like, oh, yeah,
that's pretty common. I was like, wow, that's not that's

(27:03):
the Freddy Krueger plot.

Speaker 6 (27:04):
You'd think you got you got cut, and then you
go to sleep and then you wake up and you're
a good thing. That dream was just a dream. And
he looked down, but he did actually scratch you. Isn't
that wild?

Speaker 4 (27:15):
So obviously he photographed all this and documentary, where's the evidence?
Let's see some of this.

Speaker 3 (27:20):
If I was attacked by a demon, I would I
would take photos from every angle. I would have a
little like it would look like a crime scene. I'd
have the little, uh, a little measuring stick there so
we could see how far apart they are.

Speaker 4 (27:33):
I mean, this is not abnormal.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
You would you would immediately I get a weird sort
of like bruise on me, and I took a picture
of it a few days ago, and I showed it
to my wife and go, hey, look at this thing.
What do you think is going on there? I mean,
if you were clawed up by a demon, you would
take a bunch of pictures of that. I have not
seen any evidence of said demon attack. Yet is that

(27:56):
why you got fired?

Speaker 4 (27:57):
I don't understand why you.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
Got let go now. Oh I'm trying to remember. Why
did he get let go from Fox? What did he do?

Speaker 6 (28:07):
Because he's really popular and he didn't I think it
was things or anything.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
It was just one day he was on it. I
believe it was.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
Did this have something to do with the dominion voting thing?
Where look, they kept saying that that the voting machines
were being hacked and that people in Venezuela or whatever
were controlling our voting machines or whatever.

Speaker 4 (28:31):
All this nonsense. It was complete bunk.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
And they were sued by these uh, they were sued
by this voting this ballot company, and they ended up
having to settle. And I know that right at the
time that they settled, the same day they let Tucker
Carlson go and that maybe it was because of some
of the text messages that were in discovery.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
What were the text messages? There was a commodation of factors,
it was that is the lawsuit. They're also content for
colleagues and management internal messages where he talked bad about
colleagues and management.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
And oh my god, hopefully they don't go through any
of our stuff. Jesus Christ, I'll be fired.

Speaker 6 (29:13):
You know, this guy's middle name is Swanson, Tucker Swanson Carlson.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
That's weird. That's weird, and just Tucker.

Speaker 6 (29:20):
It just is a name air to be like this
weird alpha guy that's living in the woods when he's
the most elite of the elite. If your name is
Tucker Swanson Carlson, idiot. Remember that bow tie he used
to wear all the time. Yes, I don't understand where
he's okay, Yeah, with my I'm asleep with my hunting dogs, okay,
Tucker Swanson Carlson.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
He He also went on to say that he he
believes that he is being taken over sometimes by spirits
and demons. And well, this this demon attack occurred after
he had a good demon encounter and maybe it's not
a demon.

Speaker 4 (30:01):
I don't know what the what's the opposite of a demon?

Speaker 3 (30:03):
But a good interdimensional being took over. And that was
when he was talking with his brother a night the
night one or two nights before this demon attack, and
he was talking about somebody, according to him, that he
truly hates. He hates this person, which isn't very christ like, right,

(30:26):
for somebody who reads the Bible all the time, you're
not supposed to hate people, right, So he truly hates
this person. And as he was talking to his brother
about how much he hates this person.

Speaker 4 (30:40):
I know, this son of a.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
He was overcome by empathy for this person that he
truly hated. And he said that I actually felt empathy
for this person, and I was able to have this
profound and beautiful and un expected experience of suddenly understanding

(31:03):
where this person was coming from and why they were
doing something and what their intentions were.

Speaker 4 (31:10):
And oh, it was truly beautiful.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
So that was that's why he was visited by the
demon the next day, because he was getting too almost
too close to God, you know, with this good interdimensional spirit,
and so.

Speaker 4 (31:23):
The evil demon had to come in.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Now, Alex Jones is also in on this, and Alex
Jones has talked about this and published a full report
about Tucker Carlson's.

Speaker 4 (31:37):
Interdimensional things.

Speaker 3 (31:38):
And Tucker Carlson has basically done extensive personal research on
this subject and believes that we are being controlled by
these interdimensional beings and that even the United States government
might be in cahoots with these interdimensional beings.

Speaker 4 (31:57):
I mean, this is.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
All crazy stuff that they are talking about. I'm gonna
fight you. I'm gonna kick your ass. Duke Nukem yeah,
oh yeah. What does that have to do with anything aliens?
Still back on video games? Yeah no, it's aliens, I
got it.

Speaker 4 (32:15):
Aliens.

Speaker 6 (32:16):
Inter dimensional beings, right mm hmm yeah yeah yeah, Duke Nukem, Yeah,
that's who's fighting his demons. Yeah that makes sense. Follow follow,
follow on sure, sure, Okay. Now there is a chew
gum and I'm here to chew ass and blow bubble gum.

Speaker 4 (32:32):
All right, you play that one.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
Oh, that's that's try Rody.

Speaker 4 (32:37):
Piper say, he goes, I'm here to kick ass too.
I'm all out of gobble bubble gum. It's time to
kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out
of gum. Oh yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (32:48):
There is a I think someone put together a montage
or a highlight clip of some of the things Tucker
has talked about with this interdimensional beings.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
Listen to this. Is there a bunch of different interviews
where he's talking to demons.

Speaker 10 (32:59):
It's my person don't belief based on a fair amount
of evidence that they're not indience.

Speaker 4 (33:04):
They've always been here, and I do think it's spiritual.
Can you articulator the belief that.

Speaker 10 (33:13):
Supernatural beings take physical form? They all believe that the
Greek myths Jesus most famously, but they take physical form.
That they're not just like some ethereal they're not just
shadows floating around specters fog. That they're physical, like there's
realist the arm of your chair, and that they reproduce

(33:35):
with people.

Speaker 4 (33:36):
Again, Christianity believes that Jesus.

Speaker 10 (33:39):
A maculate conception, spiritual reproduces with human women.

Speaker 4 (33:43):
That's that's what the story is.

Speaker 10 (33:45):
Yeah, No, I was on February twentieth, twenty twenty three.

Speaker 4 (33:48):
It was attacked in my bed by a spiritual being
physical walls, then a spiritual attack by a demon. Yeah,
by a demon.

Speaker 10 (33:57):
And so I talked to a lot of people, and I
was really shocked by what incredible people told me. The
US government has in fact had contact, direct contact with
these beings whatever they are, told you what I think
they are, and it's entered into some sort of agreement
with them.

Speaker 4 (34:15):
I can't prove the government's emailing with the demons.

Speaker 6 (34:17):
I can Carlson I'll say that that they were not
how do you communicate with these demons?

Speaker 4 (34:24):
How does that work? Exactly? They've entered an agreement with that,
and they've almost reached like a you know, I think.

Speaker 3 (34:29):
There was a there was a perhaps a threat that
we were going to place tariffs on the demons if
they didn't do what we wanted. So we were able
to negotiate, and we've come up with the most beautiful
agreement in all the world you've ever seen.

Speaker 6 (34:43):
When he was attacked, that was when Joe Biden was president.
So I assumed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and everybody
was sitting around a Ouiji board communicating with the demons, saying,
you got to take out Carlson.

Speaker 4 (34:53):
He's a threat. He's a threat.

Speaker 6 (34:56):
But now, you know, that sounds like the demons kind
of stop since trying showed up, right.

Speaker 4 (35:02):
I mean, I don't know if that's what he's claiming,
but I mean, this is just this is so wild.
Here's what happened.

Speaker 3 (35:10):
And I remember talking about this when he first came
out with this ridiculous story about being attacked by demon.
I said, there's an explanation for this.

Speaker 4 (35:18):
This is sleep paralysis.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
And most people have experienced sleep paralysis at one point
in their life.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
I've experienced it countless times.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
And what he is describing is sleep paralysis where you
have a very vivid I mean it generally starts out.
Not everybody has it the same way, but it generally
because I've read into it, because I've had it so
many times.

Speaker 4 (35:47):
And it starts.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
You feel as if a being is in the room,
an evil spirit, hat man lurking, that's what they call him.

Speaker 6 (35:55):
There. Everybody's hat man. They see the same kind of guy,
the hat man. Well, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (36:01):
I mean, sometimes people see.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
A not like a werewolf, but I don't know how
to explain it exactly. But you know, whatever kind of things,
you know, people may see it first. Oftentimes it feels
as if they are sitting on your chest and you
can't breathe and they are about to attack you or

(36:24):
do whatever. And what I believe happened to Tucker Carlson.
And it's weird because he's like, oh, my wife and
my dogs, I thought at the beginning of that interview,
He's like, my wife and my dogs.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
They woke up.

Speaker 6 (36:37):
No, no, he's saying, they wake up at the drop
of a hat. That means they'll wake up. All the
time they didn't wake up. It says, I can't seem
an attack. I can't have home. There's no way home
intruders could ever show up because they wake up so frequently,
and they did.

Speaker 4 (36:51):
Not wake up this time.

Speaker 3 (36:52):
Well, the reason they didn't wake up is because there
was nothing going on, and you were having a sleep
paralysis at episode.

Speaker 4 (37:00):
And it is the first time I had it.

Speaker 3 (37:02):
I've told the story numerous times on the show, but
the first time I had it, I I truly believed
that I was almost that I was being abducted by aliens.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
I'm honest to god, I really.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
Believe that because I I went downstairs and I told
my mother, I go, man, something I was asleep. You know,
it was not late at night. It must have been
like eight, you know, I'm a teenager or whatever. And
probably maybe it's five six o'clock in the evening. I
might have still been asleep from the night before, who knows.
But I go downstairs. My mom is in the kitchen

(37:40):
and I'm like, something really weird just happened, and She's
like what, And I sort of know, b like it's
going to sound crazy, and I'm like, I explained the
experience and what it felt like. They had come in
through the window and they were in the room with me,
and that these evil aliens were in there. And she

(38:02):
was the one who explained what it was. And I'm like,
at first I didn't believe her. I'm like, no, this
was way too real. And then could you experience this?

Speaker 4 (38:12):
Yeah, had been wrong? Just because she said that's what
she thinks it is. So you think I was actually
abducted by aliens?

Speaker 7 (38:20):
Well, I think that there could have been a presence there. Sure,
But just because she's like, well, this is what it was,
a dream.

Speaker 6 (38:27):
Or whatever, you take benadryl, I do not you ever
to sleep all.

Speaker 3 (38:35):
I mean, I've probably taken it. I've I've I noticed
that I have more. I don't know about benedryl.

Speaker 6 (38:40):
But if I take nike quill or something ike quill
or something.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
Like that, whatever is in there, it causes me to
have more vivid Well, people dream. People abuse benadryl, and
that's when they start getting the sleep paralysis and they
see the hat man and stuff. Really, yeah, that's specifically
they and they they get addicted to whatever the I
don't even think they like the feeling, but they get
addicted to hang on with the hat man and well

(39:06):
demons and stuff because they see twisted stuff. It's happened
to me so frequently that I can almost I don't
know exactly what lucid dreaming is.

Speaker 4 (39:14):
I think that's where you can control your dreams.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
And I can't control it, but I recognize now when
I'm asleep, and I recognize what's happening because you panic.

Speaker 4 (39:28):
You start to panic, especially because.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
Your brain feels like you are wide awake, but your
body won't move. You cannot move, you cannot speak, you
cannot scream. And now I recognize what's happening in it,
and I go, okay, I can almost tell myself, oh, oh,
this is sleep paralysis.

Speaker 4 (39:51):
I just have to.

Speaker 3 (39:54):
Start basically by trying to move a part of my body,
my finger, my my hand, my elbow, and just slowly
get going moving.

Speaker 4 (40:05):
A part of of me. And it is it's really, really,
it's a weird feeling.

Speaker 3 (40:13):
If you've never if you, I mean, you can't even
describe it if you've never experienced this as some possible listen,
but this is exactly what happened to Tucker Carlson, this
is this is it to a team that was not
a demon about the blood and stuff but just flies.

Speaker 6 (40:26):
Do you think he believes this or he just sees
money people that listen to me. I could probably get
a bunch of money from some religious people if I
become the demon guy.

Speaker 4 (40:39):
The guy that is the demon believes this. You think
he actually believes this?

Speaker 3 (40:43):
Yes, and there could have been blood, but I think
that that blood is that he might have scratched himself
or maybe he was sort of struggling in one of
those four hunting dogs. Yeah, legs scratched him. That's eight now,
sixteen sixteen legs are in that back. Yeah es Crashmaner's dog,

(41:05):
not including the humans. So I twenty legs total, I guess,
but I yeah, I think that that's probably what happened.
But according to Alex Jones, let me just what he
says is that he is him and Tucker they've all
figured it out.

Speaker 4 (41:25):
And that what is going on now is that the
veil gets lifted.

Speaker 3 (41:32):
God is removing his protection and we're going to see
stuff that other people have been seeing for a long time.
We will soon see it soon enough. Hell is being
opened up. According to Alex Jones, only about a third
of the demons are on Earth right now, but more
are being let in through these interdimensional spirits. And then

(41:54):
he goes on to talk about the electromagnetic spectrum and
how our human eyeballs can only see so much, only
one percent of the electromagnetic spectrum or light or whatever,
and therefore we only see a tiny fraction of what's
around us. Now, we do have instruments that can read

(42:16):
these things and pick these things up, and they're not
seeing any demons in the room with me right.

Speaker 4 (42:22):
Now, So I that is not proof to me. But anyways,
these guys really, does Alex Jones believe this?

Speaker 7 (42:30):
No?

Speaker 3 (42:31):
I don't think Alex Jones believes this, but I think
I think Tucker Carlson.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
I think those he believes it to some extent. You
believe this, don't.

Speaker 7 (42:38):
I do believe in spirits and demons and being touched
by having marks on your body by a spirit. Absolutely
totally believe in this. We should go somewhere.

Speaker 3 (42:51):
Do you think Tucker You think Tucker was was was
a demon got to him?

Speaker 4 (42:56):
Sure? How do you explain the scratch marks?

Speaker 7 (42:58):
And maybe he didn't want to take pictures of it
and expose it and mock it, because when you start
letting those letting those demons into your portal, then you're going.

Speaker 4 (43:08):
To have a lot of different things visiting you. Well,
why would he talk about it then?

Speaker 3 (43:12):
If he was worried about being mocked, why would you
talk about it publicly?

Speaker 4 (43:17):
He does believe it, he really does. Why won't you
take it that proof? Why don't you take the picture?
You might have it? He just doesn't want to expose
it and show it.

Speaker 3 (43:25):
Eight six six and you're over eight sixty six nine
sixty seven six eight three seven.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
Nobody else believes this, Jeffy. You don't believe in demons,
do you? No?

Speaker 5 (43:34):
I don't take stock and that kind of stuff. I
just go to bed, go to sleep. That's it.

Speaker 4 (43:41):
He dreams you have dreams? Not very uh loose is
the way you guys are describing. But any of me
do you have dreams? Yeah? Like me being top notch
fighter pilot? Yeah you do. Okay, you actually dream that
you have a dream.

Speaker 3 (43:55):
Now, I'm not talking about you thinking about it right
now while you're awake, but you will sleep and you
will dream that you're flying a fighter jet.

Speaker 4 (44:03):
Well, what any you're playing of any era, awesome, that's
cool or.

Speaker 5 (44:08):
That, or I'm judging through the woods like like I'm like,
I'm Rambow trying to rescue the first Lady the United States.

Speaker 4 (44:14):
That was a dream, the first Lady rescue from Trump. No,
just rescue her from from a hostage situation. Coming.

Speaker 5 (44:22):
We go in and they call on me and I
go in and special Agent laroqueah something like that.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
Yeah, wait, so you dream about this, Like when was
the last time you had that dream?

Speaker 5 (44:36):
Probably can't remember, but but it was a while ago.
But it was the first lady. Huh was the first?
Michelle Obama? Come on, you veteran Millennia Trump. Oh all right, okay,
I just go going to see I just go in
there with what I whatever, They give me whatever I need,
whatever resources I need, and I go in and accomplish

(44:57):
the mission. But like like I said, most of my
dreams is just just random stuff that couldn't even describe.

Speaker 3 (45:05):
Here's somebody who says it's sleep paralysis, the tucker head.

Speaker 4 (45:08):
I've had them many times as well.

Speaker 3 (45:09):
Look up soldiers seeing demons with infrared goggles. I what
would I look up? And what would it say? I mean,
they have night vision goggles, they have thermal imaging, all
of that. Has anybody seen any of these demons running around?

Speaker 4 (45:26):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (45:28):
Cemeteryan x Aron Rover, This morning, Glory, Good morning.

Speaker 4 (45:32):
Neil Rover, Good morning Amen. So I mean I live, I.

Speaker 8 (45:38):
Pretty much live at a cemetery. I work here so much,
but I've.

Speaker 4 (45:42):
Never never once saw anything. People ask all the time,
is it creepy?

Speaker 8 (45:47):
You know, it's honestly one of the most peaceful places.
But I do have a question that if.

Speaker 4 (45:52):
Gugi believes in all of this stuff, how.

Speaker 8 (45:55):
Does she couple the fact when she left her sister.

Speaker 4 (45:57):
In her trunk for years?

Speaker 8 (45:59):
I mean, are you not setting yourself up?

Speaker 4 (46:02):
Obviously you don't.

Speaker 2 (46:03):
Believe in it that much if you didn't think there
was anything wrong with doing that.

Speaker 7 (46:06):
But that doesn't just because you have the ash of
a loved one, it doesn't signify the spirit. The spirit's
been gone. That was just her carrier than ortal body.
I mean that that's irrelevant. Come on, next question.

Speaker 4 (46:20):
Well, no, you can do whatever you want affecting the
dead in any way.

Speaker 7 (46:24):
I mean, I do respect my sister loved Rover and
loved my job.

Speaker 4 (46:28):
So the fact that I kept her in the studio.

Speaker 3 (46:31):
In the trunk and would drive to work with her
every day for more than a year.

Speaker 4 (46:34):
Yeah, I would want to come to the radio. We
all ridiculous dream of that.

Speaker 3 (46:41):
I hope when I'm long gone, I'm still in B
two's trunk being driven around the grocery store or whatever.

Speaker 8 (46:47):
Yeah, just the idea that her brother is like chilling.

Speaker 4 (46:50):
Her in her light switch or whatever. It's like, Is
that really what you would want your family to be doing,
hanging out with you?

Speaker 7 (46:57):
Yeah, he's He just told me this morning, change the
damn light.

Speaker 4 (47:01):
It's flickering.

Speaker 7 (47:02):
I haven't had my lights changed because it's too tall,
and he's been dead for years.

Speaker 4 (47:07):
So now down, I.

Speaker 3 (47:08):
Believe your brother is telling you to change the lights
as opposed to the light perhaps just going out or
you know, I haven't.

Speaker 4 (47:13):
Had it changed since he died. I'm down. I think
like two lights out of eight, and the ones that
are there, you like, change me. My light is dying out.
It's too tall. I can't figure out how to do it.

Speaker 3 (47:28):
So I do have the shizy coming up in just
a few minutes. Our number is eight sixty six, Yo, Rover,
we will be right back hang On

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
