Clay and Buck predict the Hunter Biden pardon back two and a half years ago! But the mainstream media never believed it. Because Joe Biden told so much of the mainstream media he wouldn’t pardon him. And if Judge Noriega hadn’t voided the sweetheart deal Hunter Biden was supposed to get the pardon never would have been needed.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Monday edition of The Clay and Buck Show kicks off
right now. I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving.
I enjoyed mine very much. Clay, you enjoy your Thanksgiving.
I feel like I haven't talked to you in many days.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Yeah, we had an awesome time down in Florida. A
lot of beach football, lots of good times had by all.
So I hope everybody out there has gotten safely back
or will be getting safely back to their homes and
had great time with friends and families. Really good getaway.
I'm sure there was a lot of celebration among our
crew still with the election outcome, probably a lot of enjoyment.

(00:38):
Maybe we can have some fun stories about left wing
Kamala voters and how they handled Thanksgiving.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
But I thought it went pretty well. A lot to
be thankful for this holiday season, particularly if your name
is Hunter biden Acual. We jump right in. We got
a lot of things were gonna talk to you about today.
We have Miranda Devine joining in the third hour, so
if you can stick aroun for that. She's Laptop from
Hell author filed the Hunter case more closely than really anybody,

(01:05):
and I think you'll want to hear what she has
to say about this. And Clay, the big news that
just broke last twenty four hours that Hunter Biden has
been pardoned. We're going to dive into this. I was
in New York City a lot of stories about the
crime and migrants specifically and migrant crime, which I want
to talk with all of you about. And you see

(01:26):
migrants in the streets begging for money, and this is
really affected New York. As I was up there visiting
my family for the holiday, Cash Patel announced officially as
Trump as his next pick for FBI director. Cash is
a friend of ours, a friend of the show. It's
who we had said we wanted. So when you get
what you want, you've just got to be happy, I think,

(01:46):
and thankful. So let's just see if he can get confirmed.
That's a whole other part of this. Oh and then
a bunch of terrorists, gee hottists in Syria overran Aleppo
and people are a little bit concerned about what's going
on there. We'll see if we have time to dive
into some of that. Today I got to start Clay
with because there was a lot going into today and

(02:07):
then yesterday with the Hunter Biden parden. We knew this
was going to happen, we actually said many times on
the show, and I'm sure so many of you agreed
with us. But what was fascinating here as we see
this whole situation unfold, was that they pretended that they

(02:31):
didn't know in the media because they wanted Joe Biden
win the election. They acted like they were so dumb.
We even have here here's well, do you want to
play our prediction? First, let's do the prediction. This is
one of this is going back in time, old school.
I believe this is May nineteenth of twenty twenty two,

(02:51):
US saying that Hunter would get the pardon from Joe
Biden as one of his final official acts. This one,
I gotta say, nailed. Let's listen to it.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
He's going to pay a fine and he's going to
plead to some misdemeanor. There will be no jail time, right,
that's the like you think, like he's not actually gonna
go to trial and face.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
I think he's gonna get charged, as you keep saying.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
But like, but what I'm saying is he might. Oh
you're saying he might get charged criminally.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Yeah, I think you get charged criminally.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Well, I think it's gonna look, the reality is, I
think they'll try and and and drag it out because
I really think there's a strong chance that one of
his final acts in office, because I just I keep
watching Joe Biden buck and I just find it impossible
to believe that he's truly.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Going to be able to run for re election.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
And so I think one of his final acts may
be pardoning his son.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
That was two years ago. But I mean, so that's
a great call in advance. But I'm talking about Clay
the media after he was charged, and it was a
real thing, right, So you were getting that was an
ants that was way in advance of the whole story.
The past six months, we've been hearing NonStop or something
like that, six months that Joe Biden's not gonna pardon

(04:11):
his son even though he's already been found guilty. Okay, ye,
you're you're talking of So to just to be clear,
Clay here is projecting out two years and what's correct
two years in advance. But the story from the from
the media side of things is that Hunter is found
guilty of multiple felonies, is facing time in prison, and
we have can we just get some of these, uh

(04:34):
you know, the the montage we have of all the
people in the media.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Let me say this too, Buck, I do think this
is evidence of how duplicitous and lying they are. I
don't think that you and I are uniquely geniuses and
analyzing the political landscape.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
It was self evident.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
The only way Biden wasn't going to pardon Hunter is
if there was some sort of Yamala had won. I
think Kamala would have pardoned Hunter and that would have
let Biden off the hook for doing it. Or if
Trump in a handshake agreement they trusted each other and
Trump was going to do it. But the idea that
Joe was ever going to let Hunter go to prison

(05:17):
was on its face absurd to anyone with a functional
brain who is honest with their audience and tem If
we could, could we grab one of the times or
we said the last six months that one hundred percent
he's going to pardon Clay, and I totally agreed on
that one hundred percent he's going to pardon his son.
There's no was It was laughable, and we said it
was laughable on the show that there was any way

(05:38):
that his son was going to go to federal prison
while he's the president.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
It just was absurd. There was no way. Meanwhile, in
media land, this is cut too. Here's what in advance
of the election, mind you, they were all saying about
this play it.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
Presidential promise to put the law before a family, letting
the world know that he will not wipe away the
decision of twelve of his son's peers.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
The President has ruled out pardoning his son.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Major commitment from the President, accepting the outcome of the
trial and also pledging not to pardon his son.

Speaker 5 (06:10):
One side, Democrats and Joe Biden protecting the justice system,
and on the other Republicans and Trump protecting Trump. Our
current president of the United States has so much respect
for the law that he has said he would not
pardon his son. I mean again, it's all about the contrast.

Speaker 6 (06:27):
He is not pardoning his son, which he could do.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
Everyone understands he's a decent man. Joe Biden's gotten asked about,
you know, talking about line order. He's gotten asked if
he would pardon his son. He has said no.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
You heard the President say he would accept the outcome
of the case. I know no other word for that,
but presidential.

Speaker 6 (06:44):
The contrast to how Trump has behaved, how Trump has
treated the rule of law.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
This was a good day for the system. I just
look at this, boy, Can I ask you, I think, yeah,
Do you think they're really the dumb or were they
all just staring into the camera saying I think the
audience is this dumb.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
I think there are many people out there who see
their job on television not to tell you what they think,
but to tell you what their party wants them to
tell you to think. And this is really important, and
I would tell all of you, and you sense it,

(07:28):
because these audiences are collapsing. You sense it. But there's
a difference between you may or may not agree with
everything that Buck or I say on this show on
a daily basis. In fact, it would be impossible for
you to agree with every opinion. But we're not reading
talking points. And I think democrats uniquely left wing political commentators.

(07:53):
They go out and they say as if they are
an advocate or lawyer for their self, as opposed to
actually looking at the facts and being somewhat rational or reasonable.
And so Buck, I think they don't even really worry
about whether they believe it or not. I think they

(08:13):
worry about whether the people in power watching them on
television think that they're doing a good job advancing the cause.
And basically they're propagandist. And I don't have a problem
with this From a legal perspective. Your lawyer should go
out and make the best possible case that he.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
Can for everything that you do.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Like Karine, Jean Pierre is a liar, but she's a
liar because she's being forced to try to cover for
one of the most daft and flagrantly dishonest men to
ever be in the White House.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
And I'm talking about Joe Biden.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
Because Buck, they knew, according to NBC, of course they
did in June, that he was going to pardon Hunter
as soon as Hunter was convicted. Buck, it was self
evident that he was going to pardon. He was not
going to let Hunter go to prison. So if you
went out and argued, oh, this is a sign of
how much he believes in rule of law and justice,

(09:13):
you were either to your point.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
And I do think it's a good question.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
A complete and total moron, which I don't believe these
people are, or such a die hard member of the cult,
which is what I think they are, that they will
not brook any dissent, and so you have to say
whatever the deer leader says is the truth. I also
think that there's some really good things that come out
of this. Okay, let's let's just get to the happy

(09:40):
part of this equation for a moment, or the positive
part of the equation.

Speaker 1 (09:44):
I saw you tweeted this, Clay. I you know, I
didn't want to tweet the same thing because but I
totally agree like Clay says it, Buck says, I think.
I think just conditional, I mean unconditional pardons for every
single one. Just this is this is you know, this
is propose because they've already served If they've been prosecuted,
they've already served time, so they've already spent time in prison,

(10:05):
they've already had there, they've already been punished extensively, including
the ones who have you know, punched a cop or whatever.
They've already been punished. So pardons they get out. That's it, unconditional,
full scale everybody get out. And by the way, a
lot have been punished far more already than they should
have been. But that's why so I think pardons for
J six. There's just no reason I can see there's

(10:25):
no feasible reason not to have that. And then also
it just is a reminder it kind of goes with
the Cash Patel appointment, which is the people who are
simultaneously proclaiming how they are the great defenders of the
DOJ and of our justice system have been flouting the

(10:47):
justice system themselves and are using it as a weapon
against their political opponents. And this is just not something
that can be sustained. This is not something that can
continue if we're going to live in a free society.
So I think it gives Cash Patel, assuming he can
get into FBI appointed, you know, or confirmed a mandate.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Oh, I think we need to dive into more of
these details too, buck on not only how much of
liars they were that this happened, but I will say
my jaw dropped a little bit when I saw how
expansive the pardon was.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
It's ten years.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Of basically anything Hunter Biden did, going all the way
back to twenty fourteen. Because they're trying to say, oh, well,
Biden's son is being targeted for political prosecution and this
is unfair and all of those things. Wait a minute,
twenty fourteen, Joe Biden was Vice president Joe Biden was

(11:47):
not running for president.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
We thought that his political career was.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
Over in twenty sixteen when Hillary got the nod from
Barack Obama a full decade of free and clear get
out of jail free card. I'm not sure we've ever
seen a level of pardon that is this expansive buck
ten years. Everything he did, there are no charges allowed

(12:12):
to be brought, and he committed a lot of crimes.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
It's an admission that his son is a criminal, meaning
that it's not one thing that he did. He has
lived his life for the last decade as a criminal,
because he doesn't even know if he could cover all
the different crimes that his son committed, never mind what
may or may not be covered in the statuical limitations,
et cetera. So yeah, it's this just shows you, to

(12:37):
Clay what a fraud the media was by lying about
the pardon that you and I and every we all knew.
We all knew, right, No, this is not I noticed.
We're not even could have gotten four to one. While
we say we all knew polymarket you could have gotten
four to one payout on will Joe Joe Biden pardon
his son? So a lot of people were not betting
this would happen. I know, I know, I know, we

(12:58):
should have put every down. Sad Now, I'm really bummed
out because to me, this was the most obvious thing
in the entire world. But I would just say, not
only do they lie about it so much, but it's
just a really reminder to everybody. Joe Biden's a scumbag. Okay,
he will lie to you about anything. He lies and
lies and lies some more about things that he also

(13:19):
pretends to be honorable about, right, I mean, that's the
thing he's defending, the rule of law. Joe Biden has
always been this way. He has never been a good man.
He has never been an honorable man. And so all
these people lecturing us about Trump and trump Ism and
all the rest of it, look at who they put forward. Yeah,
I just think it's an important reminder of how just
dirty and disgraceful the whole Biden family is. By the way,

(13:44):
there may be other pardons. He may sneak through a
few more for whatever his brother's name is. Else. Just preventative,
just preventive pardons. Who knows no.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
I agree, And that's what we need to talk about too.
Because really, this isn't about protecting Hunter. If you look
at the ten year window here, it's about protecting Joe.
Everybody's like, oh, he's selfless, he's a dad, he's protecting
his son. No, no, no, no, he's protecting himself too. He's
trying to insulate himself from all political charges and all
felony charges, which honestly he should face. Look, if you

(14:15):
need some vinviggor and vitality back in your life, how
many of you be honest on this Monday? After a
lot of excess, a lot of desserts, a lot of alcohol,
I bet, a lot of a lot of turkey, lot
of ham, lots of food out there, how many of

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Find them on the free iHeartRadio app or wherever you
get your podcasts. Welcome back in Clay Travis buck Sexton Show.
Let's play some of this audio because I do think
it's important to let you exactly see what Biden was saying,
because for once they actually asked him about it. This
is David MUIRR, the guy that Trump said used to

(15:57):
have good hair, doesn't have as good hair as a you,
which is one of the really funny lines. Accurate all
of us actually could be said that about as you
age a cut four says he will not pardon Hunter.
This was June sixth, twenty twenty.

Speaker 6 (16:12):
Four, your son Hunter is on trial, and I know
that you cannot speak about an ongoing federal prosecution, but
let me ask you. Will you accept the jury's outcome.
They're verdict no matter what it is. Yes, And have
you ruled out a pardon for your son?

Speaker 1 (16:29):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (16:31):
That was from D Day, Buck, because remember the anniversary
of D Day was taking place as Hunter Biden was
being prosecuted. Because Jill flew back and forth cross country
to be in that courtroom, I do think it's important
to play these direct I will abide by.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
The jury decision. He also said that again.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
And we'll react to this a bit coming back, but
this is cut five said the same thing again.

Speaker 5 (16:59):
I am satisfied that I'm not gonna do anything I said.
I added, by the jury decision.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
I will do that, and I will not partner him.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
Okay, just straight up on the record, June lies in
the kind of note that this was also an unnecessary lie.
If I were advising Biden on this, you know, I
would have said, I'm not speaking about an ongoing investigation.
And now you could say, oh, everyone would know that's
a dodge. Yeah, but it's not a lie. Yes, everybody
knows you're going to pardon your kid.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Everybody knows you're gonna do it unless you're really, really dumb.
But basically everyone in the media who was going along
with this, they used it as a propaganda tool to
try to convince people that Biden wasn't the most dishonest
and scummy guy to hold the presidency since Bill Clinton,
which is saying something, so we shall, we shall get

(17:50):
back into this in just a moment, and also talk
to you about migrants and what's going on in New
York that's coming up in the next hour. For the
gun owners out there, which is a whole lot of you,

(18:57):
Clay and Buck. We had mentioned this before, or the
Hunter Biden part in the most obvious political black eye
that we all knew was coming. But somehow the people
that wanted you to vote for Hunter Biden, I'm sorry
for Joe Biden didn't know that it was coming, and
yet we just assumed. Clay, I'm telling you, if you

(19:18):
had told me about the polymarket thing, oh is it?
Am I able to do that or even know? Because
to me, it's there was no way around this. He's
not gonna let his son go to federal prison. There's
absolutely no way. He's also gonna want to cover up
this whole thing as much as he possibly can. Here
are this is Clay and Buck, the two of us
here talking about this. I think it was back in

(19:39):
back in June. So this is after there has been
a conviction, not just charges. So Clay took us back
in time two years. Hey, I think bart Biden's gonna
eventually pardon his son after their criminal charges. That was
an advance of all that stuff. Now we get to
he's been convicted, he's actually facing federal prison, and we're like,
this is the most obvious things. He's going to be

(20:00):
pardoned by his dad. Play It would look pretty bad
if this process went through. Hunter got convicted and Joe
Biden pardoned him before the election. I don't think he'll
do that. I think he will certainly wait till after
the election, because why not. I do think if you
are the judge right now in either of these cases,

(20:21):
you should sentence him to prison before the election, because
as soon as the election happens, whether he wins or loses,
Biden is one hundred percent pardoning Hunter. I mean, here
you go, like we were just having a conversation as
to the obviousness of delaying the pardon until and this

(20:43):
was six months ago, delaying the pardon until after the election. Meanwhile, wait, Clay,
I think this is important. We got this guy over
at CNN, Harry Harry Enton, right, He's like, I'm so
upset Joe Biden. Joe Biden has been lying to us
this entire time about the Hunter party. Can we play
this one, guys, it's absolutely ten cut. I'm sorry, Eli Honig,

(21:06):
not Harriet and Eli Honig played ten.

Speaker 4 (21:08):
This pardon will tarnish Joe Biden's legacy. I mean Joe Biden.
Let's be clear here. He lied to us for a
long time. He said categorically, I will not parton my son.
He said, I will take it off the table, and
he couched it in very high minded terminology. I respect
the Justice Department, I respect the juries very well. Now
he's gone back on that. I don't know how many
people actually believed him. I certainly didn't. There's tape of

(21:29):
me saying there's no way he's gonna make good on this.
He's absolutely gonna part it Hunter Biden. But as to
whether this tarnishes the justice system, I don't think I
would go that far. I think this, like I said,
will go down on the list of ignominious.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
President now in the camp of Oh, I saw this
coming too. Meanwhile, he lied to us for a long time. Yeah, man,
we all knew he was lying.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
So I don't even so this is really I think
there are several things at play here. There's the politics
in there's the legal talked about this a lot, Buck
with Trump and how you almost had to be playing
sort of four dimensional chess because sometimes what you would
say politically would not help you legally, and sometimes what

(22:12):
you would say legally would not help you politically. And
the Biden team, according to NBC, which is self evident,
of course, they did had a discussion in June when
the first conviction came down, because I think Buck, they
really thought that he might not get convicted in Delaware.

(22:33):
In June, they thought, oh, he's a Biden, We're going
to get somebody on the jury. They're going to see
this as political. They're not going to convict him. Remember,
he then didn't even go to trial, if I remember correctly,
In September, he just pled guilty to the charges in California.
Team in New York can correct me if I'm wrong
on that. I think that's the way it went down.

(22:55):
But the first conviction happened in June. Soon after that,
what was at the eightieth anniversary of D Day, after
Biden had traveled overseas and the June twenty seventh debate
hadn't happened yet, So it's important to go back in time.
They still thought at that point that Biden was running.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
And they would do anything to help him, including make
utter fools of themselves, which of course ties into the
pretense that Biden didn't have dementia and Joe Scarborough's he's
the sharpest he has ever been, all of it right,
So they were in full blown propaganda mode with no
hedging because to your point, they hadn't seen the collapse
happen on the air, you know, Clay, I think the

(23:33):
Eli Ellie Eli Honig guy actually said something that was
worthwhile in that little clip we played, which is the
Biden team and the Democrats are also the ones who
use all this high minded rhetoric around, like the glories
of our impartial justice system and Biden is beyond this
and we're the good guys. No, the Biden's are scum.

(23:56):
This is what this has been obvious all along and
all this stuff, you know, whether it's Homie or McCabe
or these people the FBI. This is why Cash Pattel
and we should get into this some more is such
a good pick. These people have done irreparable damage. I mean,
maybe you can start to fix it, but it will
take generations to the sense that we have a non
partisan DOJ and non part as an FBI.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
That's completely true. And I do think going back in
time to that June commentary, they knew to your point, Buck,
they had two real arguments against Trump. One was abortion,
and you all know, basically Kamala ran maybe a billion
dollars in Trump's gonna drag your pregnant daughter or your

(24:40):
your your pregnant family member out by her hair, and
there's gonna be a national pregnancy registry. And it just
didn't work because I think people have gotten used to
Roe v. Wade being overturned in individual states or making
their decisions. But that was one of their prongs. The
other was democracy, and Biden actually never was as hard
on abortion as he was on this side idea that

(25:00):
Trump was a direct threat to American democracy and.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
Our rule of law.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
And they knew even though most reasonable people out there Democrats, republicans'
independence would have understood that Biden was likely to pardon
his son, they knew they couldn't make the anti democratic
Trump argument if Biden said that he would.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
Even consider pardoning his son. So it's important here.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
They lied because it benefited them politically to lie, always
knowing that as soon as the election happened, either Biden
was going to win.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
In their mind in June when he.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
Said this, either Biden was going to win and he
wouldn't have to worry about it, you know, he could
pardon him going down the line and he's never going
to have to stand for election again. Or Biden was
going to lose and he was going to pardon him
and there would be no consequences for Biden politically, because
Biden's political career would be over. This was a calculated, dark,

(25:58):
dishonest decision. You and I could see through it. Most
of our audience could see through it. But to your point,
if you went out on the air and you praised
Biden for saying he wouldn't pardon his son, you are
a complete moron or a propagandist. There's no other option.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
I think to my questioning before on that, I think,
depending on who, it's probably seventy thirty propagandists. I think
thirty percent of the people in the media are so
stupid that they will believe whatever their own team says.

Speaker 6 (26:28):
That.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
I mean, they actually, you know, they are the bleeding
sheep of animal farms, so to speak, like you know,
four legs good, two legs bad, Like they don't care,
They'll just go along with it. One other thing though,
that I saw this from you know, a supposed left
wing intellectual Ezracline on Twitter, and there are others who
are taking this argument too, which is that well, yeah

(26:50):
it's not great, but they really were persecuting Hunter. Persecuting Hunter.
This is had to Jesse Kelly for pointing this out
on Twitter the second time that the system has wiped
away obvious, repeated, and egregious crimes. Okay, go into a

(27:11):
federal prosecutor's office and say tax evasion, money laundering, never
mind the prostitution and legal gun charges is not serious.
Your your ass is gonna end up in prison, Hunter, Biden.
This is the second time noodle Baby Hunter has had
it wiped away for him Clay the idea that he
was being persecuted. It's the opposite. He's had a lifetime

(27:34):
get out of jail free card. Buck.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
What about the I'll just use myself as an example here.
The IRS is all over me over my taxes. At
one point they demanded that I had underpaid my taxes
by thirty nine dollars and seventy five cents.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
Many of you out there who are.

Speaker 2 (27:52):
Listening to us right now have gotten IRS notices that
you're being audited for way less than millions of dollars
in underpaid taxes. What percentage of Americans have ever gotten
away with not paying millions of dollars in taxes?

Speaker 1 (28:11):
I think it's I think it's even a little worse
than that Constra Clay because he got paid into LLCs
specifically as a tax of vis as an avoidance, right,
I mean it's not like, Look sometimes you know, if
you're a general contractor and like you got paid by
somebody by check, you for got five hundred bucks. That
can happen, right, I mean, it happens to people all

(28:32):
the time. No harm, no foul, no big deal. He
set up shell companies to get paid by overseas interests
who were using his dad to buy influence in the
United States government and hid that money from the federal
government intentionally. This is money laundering, tax evasion, wire fraud,

(28:53):
all of it.

Speaker 2 (28:54):
But he's They also wiped clean the first several years
of that because the statute of limitations aspired. Remember that's
what I mean about how this is the second this
is his second get out of jail free moment.

Speaker 1 (29:07):
Which is astonishing.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
If the judge, and again I give her credit, Mary
Ellen Norrieika in Delaware had not refused to sign off
on this sweetheart deal, then Joe Biden would have never
had to pardon his son.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
That was the plan. Yeah, yeah, The.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
Only reason this came up was because the sweetheart deal.
And this is important for everybody to remember that Hunter
Biden got clarified him, cleared him from all charges for
anything related basically to his past behavior for perpetuity, and
the government got embarrassed when she started asking questions about that, like,

(29:48):
wait a minute, this is not just an agreement on
these particular charges. This says there will never be any
charges brought for any of these other cases forever.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
You know, what they gave him they gave Hunter the
Justse Smollette treatment. You are a favored person within the system,
a favored democrat within the system. So not only will
we choose to go easy on you, will prevent other
people from trying to other people within the system for

(30:21):
pursuing justice. We are giving you effectively unilateral immunity for
all of your acts because you are just like they
did with Jesse Smollette when Kim Fox, not only did
she decline to prosecute, she had it sealed right, so
she had the whole case sealt so no one can
even reopen or look at what happened. I mean the
thing with Hunter, Biden was meant to give him an

(30:43):
immunity deal for everything that he had ever done. And
these are the people who lecture you about Trump's guilt
on the business records case in New York, Yes, you know.
These are the people who tell you that Donald Trump
should be how owned by the state of New York
for saying that mar A Lago isn't worth fifteen million

(31:05):
dollars or whatever idiotic number they came up with. You
know what I mean. Not bot can be taken seriously intellectually,
but they should be taken seriously as a threat to
the system and a threat to the Republic because they'll
do anything and they'll say anything.

Speaker 2 (31:18):
I would also add this, and we can dive into
this sum as well. How about just presuming I hate
that we're here, but I presume that politicians are lying
to me all the time, whether they're Democrats or Republicans.
One reason I think Trump people like is because he
actually does most of what he says he will do,

(31:40):
leave aside his personal failings whatever else you think. Most
politicians are out there telling you what they think you
want to hear, and then they don't actually do much
of anything. Trump is actually saying, hey, here's what I'm
gonna do. Here are the specifics, and then he tries
to do it, which is actually staggering because we're sliding

(32:00):
to so often we're not used to it.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
I think that's one of his primary appeals. I'm gonna
help you guys out with something right now, because Christmas
is just a few weeks wow, just a little over
three weeks away. I can't believe how quickly Live is
coming up. It's time to get going in the gift
purchasing department. Now, you know you could just get another
you know, kind of itchy lambs wool sweater that's going

(32:23):
to end up in the top of the closet. That's
not a fun gift. Really, I'm just gonna tell you
you could get something really cool, really useful, something that
my own family, my in laws used in the really
important and imminent situation of the hurricane that hit the Carolinas,
and also something you can use day to day for
just your own usage of contacting family members. I'm talking

(32:44):
rapid radios. It is such a cool gift idea. These
are the modern day walkie talkies that work on a
nationwide LT network. You can talk to family members and
friends coast to coast. Rapid radios have long lasting batteries.
They hold the charge fro up to five days. Time
really comes in handy, especially if you lose power at
your house for a day or two. So if you're
looking for a gift that'll keep you connected with family

(33:07):
with the push of a button, instant talk to to
instant talk to talk, I guess rapid radios. That's right,
rapid radios. Rapid radios are a great communication device, especially
when it comes to staying in touch with older parents
or with your kids who aren't quite quite ready for
a cell phone. So many great use cases. My family's
got rapid radios and all of our homes across the

(33:28):
country and I can just push the button and talk
to them. Go to Rapid Radios dot com. You'll get
up to sixty percent off as well as free ups shipping,
plus a free protection bag. Ad Code Radio get an
extra five percent off.

I'm drinking my Crocket Coffee right now. We had a
fabulous holiday season. It is Cyber Monday, and I believe
you get twenty five percent off subscriptions today. I hope

(34:02):
I didn't screw that up, but you should go to
Crocketcoffee dot com right now. You do get an autograph
copy of my book if you use Codebook. We had
a fabulous in November, I believe, the best month that
we have ever had, and so we thank you for
supporting Crocketcoffee dot com. It is a coffee for people
who love America and think that Joe Biden is a liar,
and that Democrats are incredible hypocrites, and also that our

(34:24):
history is one of great glory, fun and should be celebrated.
Like Davy Crockett himself. We got a bunch of callers,
John in Stockton, California.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
What you got for us, John? So you guys are
talking about Hunter being cleared of anything from now on
perpetuity and any of any of his dealings. Would that
also include his family members that were included in partial
payments we talked about months ago not yet getting It's
a great question. This is why I said I send

(34:55):
the first hour earlier this hour rather I think there
could be more coming. And this is going to be
something that you see now they're gonna just say, oh,
because of the persecution of the Trump administration, which hasn't
even happened, They're going to start putting out pardons for
people to wipe away any criminal liability.

Speaker 2 (35:14):
One question I would have Buck, is is Joe Biden
going to pardon himself? Because Trump is probably going to
pardon himself in some way when he comes into office.
I actually think, unfortunately the legacy of the law fair
that the Biden regime and Merrick Garland this Department of
Justice created is I would actually advise every president leaving office.
I know the presidential immunity rating or ruling is significant

(35:37):
from the Supreme Court, but if I were White House counsel,
I would advise every president to issue a pardon full
and fair of himself or herself when they are leaving
office to try to prevent being put in prison for
the rest of their lives. And again, what the Supreme
Court has done, and a lot of people haven't really
understood it is deligate between official and unofficial acts, which

(35:58):
is actually the difference, as you and I have said,
between somebody like murdering someone, which would be an unofficial
act in theory.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
Delineate in a very clay way. What was that? How'd
you say that? Delineated? Delineate? What did you delian it?
What did you just say?

Speaker 2 (36:17):
I don't we can go back to the tape. I
don't know how I pounced like clay?

Speaker 1 (36:20):
What was that? That is some Tennessee right there, Oh,
super southern accent. I don't know. We'll go back to
the tape. I don't even know how I sounded.

Speaker 4 (36:27):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
When we come back, Buck question for you as you
prepare to become a dad. You're not a dad yet.
I think a lot of parents out there way in
as well. I put up the poll question, if you
were president of the United States, would you actually have
pardoned your own son. I think a lot of you
would say yes, we'll talk about it when we come

(36:48):
back
