I feel pretty good, man. We just got all of
our Christmas decorations out last night. We got a little
bit overwhelmed and putting them up, so we haven't done
that yet, but we're gonna try and do that sometime
in the next couple of days.

We were lifting up one of our trees. We have
like two or three trees. We've just collected trees over
the ears and put them in different rooms and stuff,
so it's like a Christmas village. And I'm lifting one
of the trees and my wife had brought it in
for the garage. Got lover and I'm lifting it because
it joins together, it's led and it kind of works
out well that way. And I'm like, oh, this is heavy.
Like am I that age now where I started lifting

things and go, oh god, this is heavy. When you're
a young guy he's lifting and go whatever. And now
I'm like it's kind of heavy. Yeah, it's just like
I brought it in for the garage. I'm like, oh no, shoot, yeah,
hey give me my last Christmas. This is Howvy went.
I lifted a Christmas tree, and that was it.

Because you're losing weight.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
I was thinking the same thing.

Speaker 7 (03:04):
Yes, maybe it has something to do with that. What
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Whatever you're saying isn't gonna be good.

You're losing weight, yeah in your arms.

Okay, maybe a little bit of that is muscle mass.
Yeah that's not good. Oh, don't say that, okay, because
that's what happens with the weight loss pills. If you
are drugs, you can lose muscle mass too. So you
now putting that in my head is not great. Let

I'm a suffer engineer for automobile industry company.

Right, So you do the stuff that works with the
dash or something like that, and all those little programs
you put inside there.

Speaker 11 (08:07):
Yeah, so all the communication between the vehicle to the
you know, our servers, you know how they connect to
all your devices and all that does.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
Do you have to drive the car of the car
company you work for?

Speaker 11 (08:18):
I don't have to, but they give it to you.
You know, you get one as an incentive.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Oh well yeah, yeah, call me whatever that car company
is at that point then yeah, that's awesome.

So what's your day to day like, like when you
go to work?

What are you are looking for a new job or something?
Try to switch what's your day to day.

You never close the door if it contents itself.

Oh yeah, okay, day to day, you know.

Speaker 11 (08:43):
Just working on cars, making sure the environment's you know, stable,
it's it's able to support our customers driving their vehicles,
making sure, you know, the functionality and the testing of
the vehicles is great. So just all around, just insurance
overall vehicles as it should as designed.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yeah, that's what we do basically here too.

Speaker 7 (09:04):
Yeah for sure.

Yeah. John's like, no, dude, and I listened yesterday, I

I know it's not I'm a long time listener. My
kids and I we drop them off to school, and

Stefani on the show yesterday and in case you missed it,
we wanted to play a little bit of that chat
with her right now, and we started off by asking
how the family was.

Speaker 12 (09:51):
Everyone's great. Yeah, I think everyone's excited for no doubt,
Like right rights are kind of like because they remember
they were little, I did the Vegas Resident and see
the Just Girl Residency whenever that was twenty twenty. Their
memory was, you know, this big hotel room and like
they would go to time, they would do like the
light to get me on stage and go on the

like they were part of the crew. They could go
under the stage. So they remember all that and they're like,
when are you going to do that again?

Speaker 7 (10:17):
When are we going to go on?

Speaker 12 (10:18):
You know, like I'm never going to And then all
of a sudden, here we are and we're doing it.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
But isn't it great? And I'm sure this is your
experience and we're all human beings with all different experiences.
For your kids, it's like, this is what mom, does
you know? My son hears me on the radio, he
talks to his friends, and obviously in Los Angeles, so
many people do so many amazing things for careers and stuff.
It's like, yeah, so my dad does. He did a
college essay and one of the essays a supplemento was

writing about your father and what he does for a living.
First time he read it to me, of course, I'm
bawling and stall. But these are your kids, remembering like
holding a light for you to walk up on stage
so you don't trip or something. And now it's just
what mom does you know?

Speaker 12 (10:56):
It's so and their dad and yes and yes, yeah.

Speaker 7 (11:01):
It's like kind of what they're used to do.

Speaker 12 (11:04):
But but I haven't done it in a long time,
so it's gonna be it's gonna be pretty fun to
I mean, I do shows all the time, but I
don't do like a like a show where it's like
one after another kind of thing. And this is six
weeks in a row, and it's gonna be pretty.

Speaker 7 (11:19):
Epic, I have to say.

Speaker 12 (11:20):
Because we did Coachella a few years ago, which we
hadn't you know, even spoken before that for.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
A long time.

Speaker 12 (11:28):
I'm gonna talk like this, no, and but I don't
know doing that was it felt like I've described it
like this before, but it felt like this big like
tsunami of like a big hug, Like everybody was so
loving and like into it, and it just felt like, Wow,
we really did do stuff in our life, you know
what I mean.

Speaker 7 (11:47):
I wish you could have.

Speaker 6 (11:48):
Seen the excitement here when the orange appeared on the sphere,
Like everybody was freaking out because we knew what that
meant and we were so excited.

Speaker 12 (11:57):
For me, it was like, oh, we could go and
do Everybody just want to do shows, and I was like, well,
I feel like it's just going to go from this
to like this if we just go do shows, like
it has to be something different, Yeah, like another thing creatively,
something that's going to get me excited, like because if
I'm not passionate or excited, then it's just another show
and it's not.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
It's not just at that point, it's I don't know.

Speaker 12 (12:20):
It just doesn't feel I don't want to do stuff
for just that like I want to do it because
I can't. I'll be really lazy if I don't, like
I'm not passionate. So when this came up, I actually
got to do a couple shows. They are just like
kind of more private things, so I kind of got
to see what it was and technically it's just so
different than It's the future, you know what I'm saying,
And it's it's it's like a film meets a concert

(12:43):
meets it's just so different, and I think it's just
gonna be amazing. It's funny because we were at a
party for Blake's he had like thirty number one radio hits,
and we were doing celebrating him at that and the
Backstreet Boys actually were there and they were just getting
ready to do the sphere they had. They had been
working on it because it takes so long to set
up all the content. And that's what's fun though.

Speaker 7 (13:06):
I'm saying.

Speaker 12 (13:07):
It's like because it's something, it's so different, and they
were talking about it that night. Of course, at that point,
I had no idea that we were ever going to
do this, but and then it came out and I
remember thinking, my gosh, they were just talking about that,
and it blew up. I mean it really blew up.
And so I was just so happy for those guys.

Speaker 7 (13:22):
And then we copied you so.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
With the backsports. When they did it, they asked their
fans to wear all white. That was like a requirement
for the fans coming to the show. Very smart are
you going to ask fan? Now? White is not great
for me. It's not slimmy.

I know you should wear like checkerboard like yeah.

Speaker 12 (13:43):
You should total ska boy, Come on, little like you
could have the like suspenders, little buttons.

that time. I think that's what we're trying to create. Now,
we're in the middle of creating the show still right.
The guys came over the other day. We're like, it's
really you know, you have to nail down the setlist
before because everything is programmed, so it's like it's just

I wear tight clothes all the time.

Your hand on her stomach, like in the very beginning
of the commercial, it's kind of like a little like you.

Know what I've noticed lately because a lot of my
friends are getting pregnant, Like if I don't know, a
lot of them in the photos will put their hand
on their belly and it's just like the telltale sign.
I'm like, oh, she's pregnant. Great, Yeah, But you still
can't say it. I can say because it's TV commercial.
I don't know this person. I don't know if the
hands on the belly, I feel like I feel like
that's permission to say it. Congrast relations dude.

God, I didn't Wow. I still think we can't say it,
but I can say it for the commercial. But unless somebody,
like the old joke was, unless you see crowning. Unless
you see that baby coming out, you don't say your word,
you know what I mean?

Oh god, this was when I was going through like
some major health issues with my stomach, a lot of bloat,
so bloated.

And the woman behind me asked me how far along

And I said, I go, oh no, this is this

I am not pregnant.

I don't know what it sounds like. But he would
get you in and out. And then the worst was

my mom and dad smacked my backside. We would get like,
you know, every now and then they have the pancake
breakfast or stuff, and they'd put on they were different events,

and so it was. It was a healthy church in
that respect. A lot of people don't go to church anymore.
It's sad, Like that particular church in my hometown it's
now part of like the whole parish is like three
different churches, and they cut back in all the hours
and stuff, and the priests travel from church to church
to church. It used to be like dedicated pastors at
that particular church. Now one guy oversees the whole thing

and stuff. They just don't have enough people. Kids aren't
becoming a priest anymore.
