Okay?
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Five beats beats, Beats beats.
Speaker 7 (00:52):
And we're sure there's no Father Beats out there? Did
anybody even if there is?
Speaker 5 (00:56):
This night, it doesn't matter. I am the original, I
am the o G. I'm the father to every son
and daughter. I am the father to all who get down.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
This would be really fun. I am this beats.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
When he comes on stage. That's his intro. All the
lights are off.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Ye I am the father to every daughter and every son.
I am father. I think we are missing this musical talent.
We have the idea, we have the name, we have
(01:35):
the intro. We just need what are they doing there?
I mean, are they really mixing up there? The little
beams and boops.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Most of them aren't mixing, but they're producing. Essentially they beforehand.
Speaker 5 (01:45):
Yeah, it's like done ahead of time. Then just stand
there in the mic and go full the birds. I
can do that, But who's.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
Gonna do the music? Who cares? We'll hire somebody.
Speaker 7 (01:55):
What are you wearing on stage?
Speaker 8 (01:56):
Like?
Speaker 7 (01:56):
Are you looking like father?
Speaker 5 (01:59):
I am letting the gray beard grow out, the hair
grow out. I want you to think white Russian nice.
Speaker 8 (02:09):
You know.
Speaker 5 (02:09):
I am the big Lebowski. I get that shirt wide open.
I am living my best life with a hairy chest.
For the rest Okay.
Speaker 7 (02:20):
Brand, my mind went more towards like Gandalf when I
was singing A father beats.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
God, that's grandfather beats.
Speaker 7 (02:27):
Like father time. You know, when I think of father time,
I think like a wizard.
Speaker 6 (02:30):
That's not me.
Speaker 5 (02:31):
I don't know if anybody wants a wizard, though they
want wizard would be pretty sick. Okay, I'm not a wizard, right,
Father Beat, there i am, Father Beats, having to drink
with you.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
I'm like a cool father Beats.
Speaker 3 (02:43):
The beat drops your cat and spells on.
Speaker 5 (02:44):
I am not can't stop changing my identity in an
opened robe.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
I'm not doing it now. Brian Harry this morning.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
I'm feeling great, happy, Johnny feeling good.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Studio checking Laura. How are you, Father Beats, Michael Paulman,
New York City, how are you doing? My man?
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Feeling good, feeling good?
Speaker 5 (03:05):
All right, Father Beats and the crew in the house.
It's one of four to three, Mia, fam, it is
Valentine in the morning. Natalia praz has got that morning traffic.
Speaker 9 (03:12):
What's good on to Tellia in boil Heights right now,
ten East reddit Soda Street. Got a broken down car up?
Speaker 5 (03:17):
Oh my goodness, one a four to three, My family,
it is Valentine in the morning. Good morning to you.
Thank you for turning the show on today. Appreciate that
we've got money coming up at seven twenty five as usual.
What's that noise? Come get that cash?
Speaker 2 (03:30):
It can be yours. Uh, this is yesterday's coffee cup.
I just grabbed the wrong one.
Speaker 5 (03:34):
I know, I know, you ever do that all the time.
We're not that great at cleaning up in here. Sometimes
I just grabbed a coffee cup from Starbucks that was
from yesterday. Didn't scare me that much though, because I
go back, I go way back, because I have Father Beat.
Father Beats is my djnam. If you ever came to
one of my gigs, that's who you'll see Father Beats
(03:55):
on the stage up there.
Speaker 7 (03:56):
I have a question about DJs like that. I saw
this video Paris Hill and was djaying at some festival
and there were people in the front row that were
holding up a sign that says you're not doing this live.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yeah, yeah, so that she's not She's not like me.
She's not good. Oh she's just a rich girl that
made a couple of songs.
Speaker 8 (04:15):
You know.
Speaker 7 (04:15):
But she got on the mic and she said she
was doing it all live.
Speaker 3 (04:18):
So there are different ways.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Essentially, there are some DJs who go up there with
no plan and they're mixing everything on stage. They have
essentially no playlist, and hey, there are very few of those.
Speaker 5 (04:27):
Right, And you vibe like what I do is I
vibe on the crowd, of course. So when I'm mixing
up there and stuff, I'm vibing on what I see
in front of me. I change this set list in
my head. Set list is there in my head, but
I change it as I see the people vibe.
Speaker 7 (04:40):
Okay, so first you see Brian Burton in the crowd,
what are you playing?
Speaker 2 (04:44):
Dan Folgelberg.
Speaker 7 (04:45):
Then you glance over and I'm there Disney all right.
Then you see John.
Speaker 5 (04:50):
I'm gonna do an homage my boys dad. Okay, lot
of some clarity and stuff. Laura's out there, and all
of a sudden you hear did you do in the background? Yeah,
and I'm I'm all that man, you know, I got
that all mixed in together and stuff, and people are like,
what is happening?
Speaker 1 (05:06):
But hypothetically people used to do this back in college.
You can take a mix that's already an hour long.
You just go up there and you press play.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
Yeah you can't. Now, a lot of dj just don't
really do that.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
But that's what they're accusing Paris Hilton of doing.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
But like back in college, you'd have some guy at
a party just like pretending like he's throwing down.
Speaker 5 (05:21):
Mixed it yeah, yeah, you can you move the turntables
like you're scratching and stuff. People go, oh, I didn't
hear a scratch there. But you can also put sound
effects over that music, so it looks like you're doing something,
but the music is not being mixed live. I've already
got that from somebody else or pre recorded if it was.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
But it shows they're at least mixing something, like they
have a playlist up there and they're mixing the songs together.
Speaker 7 (05:47):
Okay, yeah, okay, but not Father Beats.
Speaker 6 (05:49):
He's always live.
Speaker 5 (05:50):
Father Beats is live, baby, Father Beats knows what he's doing.
Father Beats put the beat in your heart. He just
goes up there, lays a nasty beat and then just
does a first sip.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Yeah, that's what I'm doing. Words of encourageing, I inspire.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
Yeah, you got any sorority parties coming up? You guys
need some of the that sounds like Father Beats is
a creep.
Speaker 7 (06:17):
He plays for charities as well. Sorry, we're done, I
really think you're still.
Speaker 5 (06:26):
The funny outline was my little life want a creepy note?
No right, And we kept it going and now nobody
thinks it's creepy at all.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
They think it's weird.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
You're listening to Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 10 (06:38):

get that money that's coming up at seventy five today,
a lot of cash. Come get it, Come get it,
come get it, Come get that money.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
What's that noise?
Speaker 5 (06:55):
You can hear the noise right now one A four
to three mins for that complash noise and see the
previous five guesses. My fab eight is valence out of
the morning te What are you doing? What's going on?
Speaker 11 (07:10):
Hello?
Speaker 12 (07:10):
Guys? How are you We're doing all right?
Speaker 2 (07:12):
How are you doing today?
Speaker 12 (07:14):
I'm doing well? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (07:16):
What's new and exciting? What's on your mind this morning?
Speaker 12 (07:20):
Uh? You know, I'm just trying to figure out whether
to finish prepping for my wedding or not.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
No, don't do it, forget about it. Pick another guy.
Do you love this guy?
Speaker 12 (07:35):
Absolutely?
Speaker 2 (07:36):
Okay? You want to marry him?
Speaker 12 (07:39):
Yes?
Speaker 13 (07:39):
I do.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
What are you supposed to get married.
Speaker 12 (07:41):
On Friday the thirteenth?
Speaker 2 (07:43):
Oh, Friday the thirteenth? What's up?
Speaker 5 (07:45):
Taylor Swift, Why are you doing Friday the thirteenth?
Speaker 12 (07:48):
So you know, with the military timing being always terrible, Yeah,
they are. It was just the way.
Speaker 4 (07:58):
Yeah, gotcha?
Speaker 8 (07:59):
Who's it?
Speaker 2 (08:00):
And is it him or you? Who's in?
Speaker 12 (08:02):
He's in now. I was in the Navy for six years,
so I'm out.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
Gotcha.
Speaker 7 (08:08):
Your question is should you stop prepping for your wedding?
Speaker 12 (08:11):
I don't want to stop prepping for my wedding. I
would like to continue. However, it's one of those things
where it's like if I finished, then what and he
can't make it?
Speaker 14 (08:21):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Is the chance he may not make the wedding?
Speaker 12 (08:24):
Yeah, they don't. They're going to try and send him
home Thursday.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
Where's he out of right now? Where's he?
Speaker 12 (08:31):
So he was pulled to assist in the fires in
sn Bernardino?
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Oh man?
Speaker 12 (08:37):
Oh yeah, Newsome declared a state of emergency.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Yeah, I know.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
It's also fun to say. I just realized we've never
used that new Some. That's really good. Should that take off?
Speaker 2 (08:52):
You read like the sein film? Yeah, yeah, it's not bad.
Speaker 5 (08:57):
It was Newman then, but new Some it's really good. Oh,
that's amazing that he's helping out these fires. They're devastating,
But I hope they let him out to come home
for a wedding. It's one guy and it's a wedding.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Why not.
Speaker 12 (09:10):
Yeah, but they are you know some both of us
being in the military, we understand that sometimes you need to, yeah,
put your things aside, and there are other people that
need help more than you do.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
No, I mean you're you're good people. Those that are
willing to stand that they're ready so we can enjoy
our blanket of democracy as we sleep in our beds
at night. You guys are amazing people. That being said,
I mean folgers pulled it off for years. They got
people home for the coffee commercials. Remember that, you know,
you open the door and the folders is bruin and
(09:43):
there comes Johnny who's been away at war and the
family goes crazy. Good commercials. Who do we have to call?
Who do you want me to talk to to make
this happen?
Speaker 2 (09:53):
For Friday? Is his unit there?
Speaker 8 (09:59):
Like?
Speaker 2 (09:59):
Is his whole unit there?
Speaker 12 (10:01):
Yeah? They were just recently pulled I believe it's a
Sunday evening.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Is that National Guard then?
Speaker 8 (10:09):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (10:09):
Yeah, okay, you pulled up the guard.
Speaker 7 (10:10):
Okay, Yeah, I understand how you're feeling, because you know,
you just want to just kind of put everything off
right now with that thought of it might not happen.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
It's gonna happen. It's gonna happen.
Speaker 6 (10:23):
It will happen. Yes, keep going.
Speaker 12 (10:26):
Everything had lined up so flawlessly as far as finding
the dress and tailors and man, it's just okay. Now
one big rock in the road and we're trying to
climb over it.
Speaker 5 (10:38):
Well, you do have one other option that I see.
If you want it to happen on Friday.
Speaker 12 (10:42):
Put the fires out.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
You have two options. I think that one. Grab yourself,
a couple of fire trucks hit the.
Speaker 5 (10:50):
Road, and here comes a bride. You head towards that
fire line. There'll be a base camp. You'll be dirty
and sweaty and hot, but you'll have that wedding right
there base camp with all those firefighters. They'll probably do
like the firefighters salute where they spray the water up
over you and everything.
Speaker 12 (11:06):
You know, that sounds amazing, However, that means they have
to take their attention away from the fire.
Speaker 5 (11:13):
Listen, lady, I am just thinking of ideas. Why do
you have to be such a wholesome, smart, wonderful woman.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Well let us know to you.
Speaker 12 (11:22):
Okay, okay, thank you guys so much.
Speaker 15 (11:25):
All right, byebye one O four to three my sm
Good morning everybody, and Valentine in the.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
Morning Money seven twenty five today, and man, are we
like one week basically a week and a day or
two away from the Iheartradimusic Festival.
Speaker 7 (11:45):
Yeah, yeah, a week from Friday. What I said, a
week from Monday. I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
It's a week from Friday, right, Sorry, Nona, be sorry
about messed up. They didn't you didn't mess up.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
Yeah, let's watch the self talk.
Speaker 5 (12:00):
Yeah, you're great, You're amazing. I don't ever want to
do the show without you.
Speaker 12 (12:05):
Thank you.
Speaker 7 (12:07):
Well, we can't do the show without you.
Speaker 6 (12:09):
It's your show.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
Yeah you could.
Speaker 5 (12:12):
My friend back in Dallas died years ago and they
still do the show without him. And it's the same name.
Speaker 7 (12:17):
Well I would never want that.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
Oh you want to be your name?
Speaker 6 (12:20):
No?
Speaker 5 (12:25):
All right, Money coming up seven twenty five. It's Valentine Morning.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
I used to believe one of which three my fam
it is Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
So I get these.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Tech updates to my phone when it comes to like
anything AI or robotics, and stuff like that. Yeah, and
I feel like I always bring the ones that really
like shock me to the show. Like last time I
brought the AI friend that you can wear on your
necklace that talks back to you and you can engage
in conversation.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
I know that was dumb personally, but okay.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
Yeah that's fair.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
So there's this one that's coming out this year, and
I didn't think we were like this far advanced as
we are. There's this company that's releasing humanoid robots into
your home to start doing chores for you. And they're
legitimately releasing the beta ones this year.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Yeah, are we really there? Where it's a life size robot.
It's a life sized robot. It's humanoid.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
Now, these ones are extremely dumb.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
They're learning to tell them that.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Like in the Grand Scheva things, it's really hard to
have them fold laundry and stuff. But it is like
having this robot that will eventually take your dogs out?
Speaker 2 (13:26):
Is it the one? This is the guy right here.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
You can take in your groceries. This is and it
looks awfully human like, yes it does.
Speaker 5 (13:36):
I'm betting that's a human in a track suit. That
is Yeah, that is not the real robot.
Speaker 3 (13:42):
Company that did get busted for that because they had
humans in there. Yeah, it was like their test and
they had humans in.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
And they're trying to get investors or something right exactly.
Speaker 8 (13:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (13:50):
I hate it.
Speaker 6 (13:50):
I absolutely hate it.
Speaker 7 (13:52):
It makes me so scared to see that video. That's terrifying.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
What did you see? Like, answer, what time is it?
I guess I can.
Speaker 5 (13:59):
There was article they said that women will be having
more sex with robots than men by the year twenty
twenty five.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
I'm like, like, that's next year. No, I'm not. That
was actually that was a real post.
Speaker 5 (14:12):
Yeah, like one of these ai because I follow the
same I post he does, and people were like, oh,
well they've you know, had things for years.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
It will be a fear, but not in the near future.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
That's why I think these robots that are going to
do your chores and stuff, I feel like when they
first start coming out, that's the best time to have them,
before they start getting super smart and super scary.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
There's one that I saw.
Speaker 5 (14:33):
It looks like a little box, so kind of like
the ones that deliver food on the street, which those
little guys are so cute. They're so cute, they're so cute.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
They have the cutest eyes.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
For no reason.
Speaker 5 (14:42):
I wanted to pick one up and help it get
where it's going, Like, dude, I'm so sorry, Like where
are you headed?
Speaker 2 (14:45):
I'll drive you there.
Speaker 5 (14:46):
Yeah, totally super cute. They made him super cute. Make
all robots super cute. We need that for the future.
But I'm like, look at his robots and I's someone
on TV or something like that. It was like a
little box kind of like that. But it had a
little camera that up and the deal was did I
leave the stove on?
Speaker 2 (15:02):
Did I forget?
Speaker 5 (15:03):
And the guy just remotely drove it to a stove,
raised the little eyeball the check and see the stove
is on, then lowered it back down. Handy, Right, Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
That's kind of cool.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
That world is coming, I know, right, I feel like
it's gonna be really exciting before it gets scary, and
I'm excited for that initial part.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
Yeah, there's good things before they turn on us.
Speaker 5 (15:24):
Yeah, you know, totally. They need to kill switch one
hundred percent kill switch.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
It's just hard, you know.
Speaker 5 (15:30):
Yeah, and then they always figured it out. There's some
robot that gets the brain and he takes a kill
switch out of the other robots or something.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
Yeah, the old they're sentient beings. Okay, I love robots.
Speaker 5 (15:39):
In case you're listening, I know we've gotta be nice now,
I know, get on their good side. Now the Talia friends,
is the morning Trappic? What's going on the Taya?
Speaker 9 (15:49):
Well, and let's go out to Almonte right now, Tyna
West right is it?
Speaker 7 (15:56):
It's Wednesday? The famous babies are coming out. The hump
day has led to a famous baby.
Speaker 6 (16:03):
And we do this.
Speaker 7 (16:04):
Every Wednesday, and we pick a celebrity and then we
give you clues as to something that could have been
said or have done in the delivery room hypothetically that
will give you a glimpse into their career, give you
a glimpse into their life, and you have to tell
us who that celebrity is. So we have a famous
baby for you. I'm going to give you a clue
(16:26):
right now, and then call us eight sixty six five
four four my FM to take a guest at who
this famous baby could be. So imagine this famous baby
coming out and at four years old, see someone performing
on the subway and says, I want to do that,
call right now, eight sixty six five four four six
(16:49):
' nine three six.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Call Valentine in the morning eight sixty six five four
four my FM.
Speaker 5 (16:56):
So sorry, John, yes, so sorry, talk about this before
we jump at the babies here. So texts coming in, John,
what happened to your seductive Wendy's commercial?
Speaker 2 (17:07):
It's heard it. It's no longer seductive.
Speaker 1 (17:10):
I'm trying to think if that's a compliment or not. Now,
you know, didn't we want them not as seductive?
Speaker 6 (17:15):
We did?
Speaker 2 (17:16):
No, yeah, we as in in here in the room
thought it was too much, but that texture likes. Your
seduction was.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
The life to those commercials.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
They're going to be back.
Speaker 3 (17:24):
They just switched to.
Speaker 5 (17:25):
What happened and Wendy's realize that you were violating their
company protocols.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
And no chance. No, we got a good thing going on,
me and Wen. They switched it for college football.
Speaker 5 (17:35):
Okay, well, John, come on, I mean that just writes
itself spice and nugs, spicy pigskin, they go together.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
Let's spice up your game day.
Speaker 7 (17:45):
Right, I mean you want to plow right through these.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
Nusay, oh my god, can you guys stop before they
take it from me?
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Endorsement? Whoa whoa?
Speaker 8 (17:56):
You like?
Speaker 2 (17:57):
No?
Speaker 4 (17:58):
No, no work.
Speaker 2 (18:00):
Today's John game. It's a famous baby.
Speaker 15 (18:07):
All right.
Speaker 6 (18:07):
We gave you a clue right before the break.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
We're gonna give you some more clues about what could
have been said or done in the delivery room when
the celebrity was born.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
All right, Eddie in Corona, you're ready to play the
Famous Baby's coming Out?
Speaker 13 (18:20):
Yes, I'm ready for the saucy nuts too.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
Okay, stop, what have we done? What are we done?
Go ahead?
Speaker 6 (18:28):
Yell all right, Eddie.
Speaker 7 (18:28):
Imagine this famous baby coming out, knowing one day he's
going to start to get a little bit of fame
in the late nineties.
Speaker 11 (18:38):
I my first guess is John Legend.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
It's not John Legend.

And did you ever count? Like trying to count to
one thousand? You're like, what is nine ninety six one?
Can you start again?
Speaker 2 (39:29):
There's got to be computer programs. A AI's right, there
must be something because you can't. Who's no, what's counting
to a million?
Speaker 3 (39:34):
I would think?
Speaker 2 (39:35):
So, thank you John for agreeing with me. What's trending?
My friend?
Speaker 1 (39:38):
Well, guys, it's it's real. Fire Festival two is officially

Speaker 1 (40:04):

to attend. The Chief's tickets are fourteen hundred the most expensive.
Get this okay, one point one million dollars for a
vip tech.
Speaker 2 (40:16):

That's just turning on socials.
Speaker 2 (40:21):
Okay, coming up a chance at eleven thousand, five hundred
bucks with what's that noise? Next?
Speaker 5 (40:24):
Plus, have you ever made up a story to scare
your kids into doing something? Texting three one oh four
to three and kids, maybe you can call up to
and go, oh my mom told me this is it
true or not?
Speaker 2 (40:36):
We'll let you know. Well, fact check your parents if
you want three one oh four to three sex on
your call. Eight sixty six five four four my fab
one of four to three my family, it's Valentine in
the morning. Texts coming in. Stuff you tell your kids
to scare them into doing something.
Speaker 7 (40:55):
This text as I tell my kids, if they lie,
they're going to have bad Dreams. Text says I told
my kids that they don't follow my rules, I'm gonna
give them back to their real mom.
Speaker 3 (41:04):
What used to say that too?
Speaker 2 (41:07):
Really? Did she? Really?
Speaker 8 (41:08):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (41:08):
She tried to give me away to strangers all the time.
Speaker 2 (41:10):
Stop it. I think I remember. I think I talked.
Speaker 3 (41:12):
About this before.
Speaker 1 (41:13):
We'd be out sometimes and if I was misbehaving, She's like,
I will send you home with that guy right now,
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 3 (41:18):
And then they'd make on contact and just like link
and both know what's going on.
Speaker 1 (41:21):
And she would legit like bring me over to some
stranger and he'd be like, all right, you're ready to
go home?
Speaker 2 (41:26):
What do you mean, make eye contact, know what's going on.
I've never really play long with just eye contact.
Speaker 3 (41:31):
I don't know. I was so convinced, like later in
my life, that she just knew all these people.
Speaker 5 (41:35):
I think your mom was trafficking. Well, I came home,
you did, all right? Think of this, go on, jump, oh.
Speaker 6 (41:40):
Becky said.
Speaker 7 (41:42):
The tip of my finger was smashed off a handful
of years back. And my students misuse the scissors. I
always ask them, you know what happens when you misuse scissors?
And then I show them my finger with the missing tip.
Funny how quickly students stop using scissors incorrectly?
Speaker 4 (41:56):
I went out for three wow dead.
Speaker 2 (42:00):
It was a hearty laugh.
Speaker 3 (42:01):
Yeah there mornings.
Speaker 2 (42:02):

Speaker 7 (42:43):
I'm fine, right, that's just that got me.
Speaker 5 (42:45):
The story of Sonny. Yes, I'm sorry, I was talking
about you. Say visit my mom every single day. I
was there for like five hours yesterday. And you meet
so many different people and I'm not gonna say names
because this is people's privacy, right, But this one, gentleman,
is a word search he was working on, and he
would take the pen and he would just dot every
single letter across the entire word search. You know, it's
(43:06):
just a page of jumbled letters, and he's dotted every
single one. Then he flipped an next page, dot every
single one, and he asked me if he was doing
it right, and I said, absolutely, you're doing it great.
But he was finding some activity, enjoying that. My mom
was drawing some pictures next to him, and I was
drawn with some crayons. I drew a lighthouse, destroyed them.
(43:27):
I think they're hanging mine up. Not a competition, No,
it was if John was nailing that word search, or sorry,
the gentleman nailing that word search, I was gonna nail
my pictures too.
Speaker 7 (43:37):
You do draw a wonderful lighthouse before, Yes, that's the
only thing I draw.
Speaker 6 (43:42):
He's done it with chalk at his house. I've seen
that's that's a sight.
Speaker 2 (43:46):
That's my go to, man, that's my go to drawn
a lighthouse.
Speaker 16 (43:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (43:49):
My mom was coloring a birthday cake and stuff, and
hers was all right, it's fine, okay, weather today, sunny, cooler,

Speaker 2 (44:14):
Hi, Katie? How are you today?
Speaker 4 (44:16):
I'm good?
Speaker 12 (44:16):
How are you?
Speaker 5 (44:17):
You're doing good? You're out there in camerio. Yes, we
go to Camerio lot.
Speaker 2 (44:22):
My son plays soccer at Pleasant Valleys at the Name
of the Fields TV.
Speaker 12 (44:26):
Yes, it's a great town.
Speaker 2 (44:27):
Yeah, all right, eleven five hundred bucks. Are you ready?
Speaker 12 (44:33):
Yes, I'm so nervous.
Speaker 5 (44:34):
Who would you like to press the button of the noise? Myself? Jill, John, Brian, Laura.
Who's going to give you the energy you need today?
Speaker 8 (44:42):
Jill?
Speaker 2 (44:43):
Yes, okay, she's got bny.
Speaker 7 (44:45):
I'm kissing my finger.
Speaker 2 (44:49):
That's right, okay, energy, right, well, a big noise. Energy.
Speaker 5 (44:53):
But can I can I say one thing before you
do this? You're now on my side of the controls. Right,
She's kissed her finger, so now we're gonna your saliva
on the button.
Speaker 2 (45:02):
Okay, alright, ready Kelly. Well, her name is Katie.
Speaker 12 (45:10):
Good luck to switch people.
Speaker 11 (45:11):
Please, who would.
Speaker 2 (45:15):
You like to switch to kDa?
Speaker 12 (45:19):
Please send you your name?
Speaker 5 (45:23):
All right, Katie, here we go. This is for eleven
thousand and five hundred dollars. What's the noise that went
in the cart for pressing the button? Here it goes.
You now have ten seconds in the clock. Katie, what's
that noise? Closing a door? Closing a drawer, drawer, she'd
like to switch people again. Closing a drawer is.
Speaker 2 (45:45):
Not correct. I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
Speaker 5 (45:48):
Do play again? Okay, we will, all right, keep trying.
Play for your friends, get some other people's advice. Jis
thanks you call.
Speaker 2 (45:56):
I appreciate you.
Speaker 7 (46:00):
Because of Katie's wrong guests, we add one hundred dollars
to the jackpot. So now at eight twenty five, you
are playing for eleven thousand, six hundred dollars with Valentine
in the mornings. What's that noise?
Speaker 2 (46:10):
All right? Eight sixty six five four four?
Speaker 5 (46:12):
My fam texting three one oh four three, we're talking
about scaring your kids into doing something. Text in three
one oh four to three, Mallory, what story did you
tell your kids.
Speaker 16 (46:22):
Well, okay, So I'm a teacher and I can't stand
when kids.
Speaker 12 (46:27):
Like draw on themselves.
Speaker 17 (46:28):
And so I told my kids that you can't draw
on yourself or it'll make your skin sick. And so
in their heads that meant they're gonna throw up if
they get any ten or marker or anything on them
while they're drawing.
Speaker 12 (46:39):
So they're kind of sadly overly paranoid. And the other day.
Speaker 17 (46:44):
We saw a girl that had a lot of tattoo sewing,
and so my daughter was like, oh my gosh, did
you draw on yourself?
Speaker 8 (46:51):
Oh my, oh yeah, look at all.
Speaker 10 (46:53):
These pictures I have on me.
Speaker 12 (46:55):
And her first reaction was, oh, did you throw off?
Speaker 2 (47:01):
She gets back in the car. Mom, that girl's not
gonna make it.
Speaker 12 (47:06):
Oh my god. But I feel like it's gone on
too long.
Speaker 11 (47:09):
I can't say it now.
Speaker 5 (47:10):
No, you gotta tell them what south for. They're gonna
grow up thinking that, and then you know, something weird.
Speaker 2 (47:14):
Is gonna happen.
Speaker 17 (47:15):
I know, but then they might think that I'm a liar.
Speaker 4 (47:18):
You are.
Speaker 7 (47:20):
I didn't say that they would throw up.
Speaker 12 (47:22):
I said it would make your skin sick. You know, like,
what if it's not non toxic.
Speaker 2 (47:27):
What is even skin sickness?
Speaker 12 (47:28):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (47:29):
I didn't want them to draw on them, so.
Speaker 12 (47:32):
But I promise they're not paranoid.
Speaker 14 (47:33):
They're little bug dirt loving kids, just afraid of ink.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
They playing the dirt a lot, do they?
Speaker 8 (47:40):
Oh?
Speaker 16 (47:40):
All the time?
Speaker 2 (47:41):
Yeah? Tell the watch out for that valley fever.
Speaker 14 (47:43):
Oh gosh, don't get me paranoid.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
All right, thanks mall. We have a great day, Love
you too.
Speaker 8 (47:49):
All right.
Speaker 2 (47:49):
Bye? Hey Brenda, what's going on with you?
Speaker 17 (47:52):
Hi? Not that much?
Speaker 14 (47:53):
Does that work? How about you?
Speaker 2 (47:55):
We're doing all right? What do you do for a living?
Speaker 14 (47:56):
I am a social worker?
Speaker 8 (47:58):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (47:58):
Very good? What lie have you told your kids? What
made up stories?
Speaker 14 (48:02):
Well, when my son and my daughter was starting school,
they didn't want to go, so my husband and I
told them that if they don't go to school, the
police are going to.
Speaker 12 (48:11):
Take us to jail.
Speaker 2 (48:12):
Paul, are going to take you to jail?
Speaker 14 (48:13):
Yes, me and my husband.
Speaker 2 (48:15):
Oh but doesn't that seem like a nice getaway at
certain points?
Speaker 17 (48:19):
Well, I worked in the jails.
Speaker 5 (48:20):
With not really okay, so you know, all right, But
for the rest of us were like three square meals.
Speaker 2 (48:24):
You get your own bed.
Speaker 7 (48:24):
I don't know how long did it take for them
to want to go to school?
Speaker 6 (48:28):
After you said that?
Speaker 14 (48:29):
They started going, but they wouldn't have their cries in
the morning. But eventually they're like, well, I don't want
the police to take you guys. Oh, then they started going.
Speaker 2 (48:37):
When did they catch on the cops weren't coming to
take their parents to jail?
Speaker 14 (48:40):
They haven't because they're five and three.
Speaker 2 (48:43):
Here we're going.
Speaker 5 (48:52):
One of four three, My fam, it's Valentine the morning. Cura,
Thank you very much, appreciate that. Have you ever made
up a story to scare your kid into doing something?
Texting right now three one o four to three calls
eight sixty six by four FOURFM Brandon goodhead buddy.
Speaker 8 (49:07):
Okay, so this story is actually about me when I
was a kid. The story my mom made up for
me while I was potty training. She would buy me
ThunderCats underwear and would threatened that if I didn't learn
to pee in the potty, Lionel would bite me in
a not so pleasant place.
Speaker 2 (49:25):
Wait, hold on, it was ThunderCats underwear, yeah, and the
characters called Lionel.
Speaker 8 (49:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (49:33):
Yeah, I didn't have I didn't have ThunderCats, but oh
my gosh, and what was Lionel? What was he? A thundercat?
Speaker 8 (49:38):
Yeah, and one of the baddest ones. Man, you definitely
didn't want to get bit by.
Speaker 5 (49:42):
Yeah, and he would bite you in a not so
pleasant place if you didn't learn that to pee in
the party.
Speaker 8 (49:48):
Oh yeah, I wasn't trying to have that, man learned
right away.
Speaker 6 (49:51):
Yeah, I just had to google.
Speaker 2 (49:53):
Thundercat looked like it.
Speaker 7 (49:54):
He's got incredibly large arms. But those teeth, those teeth, Yeah,
they could do some damage.
Speaker 2 (50:00):
Oh God, were you like so happy when you got
out of those underwear?
Speaker 12 (50:05):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (50:06):
Man, never had to look at him again.
Speaker 5 (50:08):
Right, you know, a bunch of grapes or bananas biting
you for fruit of the loom wouldn't be the worst.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
Nowhere. Yeah, Brandon Man, thank you very much. What do
you do for living? Brandon? All right, let me know
when you want to do radio?
Speaker 5 (50:24):
You got you got that voice.
Speaker 8 (50:27):
I'm working on it. I'm right behind you, guys, I'm
working at it.
Speaker 2 (50:29):
Well, not behind usk, Yes, you guys. Let me ask you,
(50:59):
guys in the room, do you feel like you clenched
up a bit? One O, four to.
Speaker 4 (51:05):
Three my FM. Here's what's coming up in entertainment? Headlines.
Speaker 7 (51:10):
In a new interview, Beyonce says, no amount of money
is worth this.
Speaker 9 (51:17):
I'm gonna tell you present that's your traffic with Valentine
in the morning.
Speaker 2 (51:19):
A right, Natalia.
Speaker 5 (51:20):
My mom used to say that an orange juice stunted
my growth because I used to drink like a gallon
a day. This is a texter and I'm short. I
didn't find out until high school that it wasn't true. Okay,
I'd blister my tongue. Bre I scroll that I had
a blister on my tongue, and I asked my mom
what when I was eight years old, what is from?
She said, it's from lying. Small part of me still
believes it the stuff we tell our kids. Natalia tells
(51:44):
her son that it doesn't brush his teeth, monsters will
come out of his mouth and invade the world. And
he's into it. He's a little anarchist. He wants the
monsters to come out of the mouth.
Speaker 4 (51:57):
One four to three my sm in headlines.
Speaker 7 (52:01):
In a new interview with GQ, Beyonce says her priority
is her family, and as she's taken on new business ventures,
she's had to work on new boundaries and carve out
time for her family. She has Daizy of course her husband.
They share her daughter bou Ivy, who's twelve, and then
twins who are seven, and she says, one thing I've
worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can
(52:22):
have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my
personal life isn't turned into a brand. So it's very
easy for celebrities to turn our lives into performance art.
I have made an extreme effort to stay true to
my boundaries and protect myself and my family. No amount
of money is worth my piece and the movie it
(52:42):
ends with us, starring Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. It
is now the highest grossing romantic drama since A Star
Is Born came out in twenty eighteen. It has now
made more than three hundred and nine million dollars in
global ticket sales. I'm Jill with their entertainment headlines A right.
Speaker 5 (52:59):
Jill, thanks very much. It't a seven fifty three, it's
Valentine in the morning. This is one of four to
three MIFM. How about this text The things we say
to our kids, we scare our kids into doing something.
Speaker 2 (53:09):
This one just came in during your report when my
kids were little, I would tell them if they weren't
in bed by midnight, they would turn into pumpkins. Oh
that's all you have for music that was in it
was trying to if you hit the next thing, well.
Speaker 5 (53:24):
I didn't know that. Okay, you kind of ruined the vibe.
When my kids were little.
Speaker 2 (53:28):
I would tell them if they weren't in bed by midnight,
they turned into pumpkins. One night, we were particularly exhausted.
It was getting very close to midnight, with a lot of.
Speaker 3 (53:36):
I need a drink of water claims being made.
Speaker 2 (53:39):
They were running to bed and I was counting down
the clock, and I told my son to hide under
the covers, and I screamed from his room in despair
that he didn't make it.
Speaker 6 (53:48):
That an't like that.
Speaker 2 (53:50):
His sisters were so upset and crying from the other
room and wanted to jump out of bed to go see,
but also didn't want to turn into a pumpkin.
Speaker 5 (54:00):
I carried the pumpkin into their room in tears. It
was made and hilarious all the same time. My kids
are now.
Speaker 2 (54:08):
Twenty and still remember the night their brother turned into
a pumpkin old vividly.
Speaker 3 (54:16):
It's incredible.
Speaker 5 (54:17):
Wow, don't get any ideas. Parents. The children are listening.
Speaker 2 (54:26):
Could you imagine you scare the heck out of the kids?
Speaker 5 (54:29):
Scared be scarred for life thinking their brother was a pumpkin.
All right, we've got the Battle of Sex is coming up,
and also eleven six hundred bucks at eight twenty five
sort go to one.
Speaker 7 (54:37):
Four three my fm dot com slash noise. You can

Here's your gamy gu Jeff Happy news on Valentine in
the morning.
Speaker 2 (55:03):
Okay, happiness time. What do you like to do? Go ahead?
Speaker 13 (55:05):
I like to play video games with my wife. That's
what makes me happy all the time.
Speaker 2 (55:09):
Okay, is that it? Or is or anything else?
Speaker 13 (55:12):
She might be pregnant. We just found that out.
Speaker 2 (55:15):
I'm loaded with questions. Yes, yet, is she pregnant? You
guys take a test.
Speaker 13 (55:19):
We're going to. But we're seeing a lot of symptoms,
you know, like the mood swings, you know, throwing up.
So we don't know. We've been trying for a really
long time.
Speaker 2 (55:28):
Gotcha.
Speaker 5 (55:29):
I love you man, but you just said the call
us sensation might be pregnant when you guys haven't taken
the EPT yet.
Speaker 13 (55:34):
No, not yet. But I have a big feeling that she.
Speaker 2 (55:37):
Is got Listen, sometimes people have a good feeling, right,
And it's nothing to do with you guys playing video
games for an hour late at night, eating a big
bag of Cheetos or something like that, and having a
couple of Mountain dewsy.
Speaker 13 (55:47):
We do that all the time.
Speaker 7 (55:48):
Man, When do you think she'll take a test?
Speaker 13 (55:52):
So my son's birthday is coming up on the twenty fourth.
We're taking land, so we're planning on doing it on
the twenty fourth.
Speaker 5 (55:58):
You guys are interesting, man, I'll tell you that you're
very interesting. If I thought I might be pregnant, I
think I probably wouldn't wait till the twenty fourth. I
might do it ahead of time, right, I don't know.
This is your life, and you guys are happy together.
You're living your best days. You do what you gotta do.
But she probably should know if she is pregnant or not.
Speaker 13 (56:17):
Yeah, I've been telling you, but telling her, but she's
just nervous, you know.
Speaker 17 (56:21):
Sure?
Speaker 5 (56:21):
Yeah, I understand in some respects why you're saying that
because hope is still there. You're hoping you're pregnant, you're
hoping you with child, and the test is definitive. So
sometimes you want to kick it down the road a
little bit, to hang out to that hope no matter what, right, yes, sir,
all right? Let us know though, and we wish you
nothing but the best.
Speaker 10 (56:38):
Okay, thank you, I appreciating O Kbig, Los Angeles.
Speaker 15 (56:44):
We started back at the nineties, all the way till now.
Speaker 4 (56:56):
In nineties now one O four three Maya FM listen
everywhere with the free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (57:03):
It might have sounded interesting what he was saying there,
but there is something about the word hope. Sometimes you
don't want a definitive answer in life because you're just
hoping on something so much. You don't want that yes
or no? Did I get the job? Did I not
get the job?
Speaker 8 (57:17):
You know?
Speaker 2 (57:17):
Are we pregnant? Pregnant? Stuff? You're hanging up for hope.
Sometimes you just wait till last second.
Speaker 6 (57:23):
Oh no, good judgement.
Speaker 2 (57:29):
One of four three my family.
Speaker 5 (57:31):
It is Valentine in the morning, coming off at eight
twenty five eleven thousand, six hundred bucks.
Speaker 2 (57:35):
If you want to play what's that noise?

Speaker 5 (57:38):
If you want to play, just hop on our website
one of four to THREEMIFM dot com slash noise, then
you gotta I forget it. So one A four to
three MYF dot com slash noise has previous five guesses

O four to three MYFM dot com slash noise.
Speaker 7 (57:56):
And right now you're playing for eleven thousand, six hundred
dollars at eight twenty five. It's a lot of so
much money.
Speaker 5 (58:02):
Also, later on this hour, what are the best tricks
and tips your therapist has taught you?
Speaker 2 (58:09):
Text ind A three one oh four three.
Speaker 7 (58:11):
I was so excited when I found out we were
doing this topic because I've seen a bunch of different
therapists throughout my life, but one that really sticks out.
Something I learned was because I thought something was definitely
wrong with me, and she assured me that it was
actually helpful what I was going through. So I did
EMDR therapy and not to get too much into what
exactly that is, because I could talk for hours on it,
(58:32):
but it's basically helping you process trauma and helping you
process like a really difficult memory or situation. And so
when I went to her, I was saying, how I
felt nothing. I didn't feel sad, I didn't feel mad,
I didn't feel happy. I wasn't feeling anything. And I
was like, what is wrong with me? I feel I
feel yeah, completely misuse.
Speaker 5 (58:51):
I felt like you should have some reaction and you
weren't having any reaction.
Speaker 7 (58:55):
Was having anything?
Speaker 2 (58:56):
Trauma? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (58:57):
And she said this is good right now because your body,
your mind is protecting you. You need to feel nothing
right now to be able to do the next step,
to be able to do with And because I was
thinking what is wrong with me? And then it was
that hope like you were talking about earlier. It was
that little hope that she gave me of like, that's good,
that's okay right now, and let's process this. And so
(59:20):
I thought, okay, because when you think like what is
wrong with me, it can actually be a good thing
that's happening to yourself in that.
Speaker 2 (59:27):
Very well do you know what EMDR stands for? Did
she tell you she.
Speaker 7 (59:31):
Is when I get it wrong every time? Let me
hold on it is I movement, desensitization and reprocessing. It's
it's very interesting.
Speaker 2 (59:39):
How does she get you through stuff? I mean, if
you have a second.
Speaker 7 (59:42):
I do, so you think of a specific moment, let's
say a specific traumatic moment, and you're replaying it in
your mind, but your eyes are moving back and forth.
Like with me, I held two things in each hand
that would vibrate, So when my right hand would vibrate,
my eyes are closed, I would move my eyes to
the right, and then when my left hand would vibrate,
I would move my eyes to the left. So your
(01:00:03):
eyes are going back and forth while you are processing
this memory.
Speaker 2 (01:00:07):
I've never heard of that before.
Speaker 7 (01:00:08):
It helped me. It really helped me a lot, and
it changed my path and I was able to process
things and be able to move on.
Speaker 5 (01:00:19):
And I'm not looking for comedic relief because I'm it's
very intelligent what you're saying everything, and I just I'd
never heard of that before. But is there anything to
this is really a true question. Now, it's not comedic relief,
and there was no comedic relief necessary for this to
be honest. But I do notice that your eyes go
back and forth between you me and Brian sometimes like
dart back and forth. That's not some left over.
Speaker 2 (01:00:40):
Anything, right, I'm just looking at my friends, okay, but
they they do dart like back and forth.
Speaker 6 (01:00:46):
No, no, no, hands.
Speaker 5 (01:00:49):
We weren't the people in your hands, right, You weren't
holding pictures of us up or anything.
Speaker 6 (01:00:52):
No, all right, no, no, no, you guys.
Speaker 5 (01:00:55):
No, all right, Well, I just getting but I'm glad
that worked and you haven't had to do that every since.
Speaker 7 (01:01:00):
No, it was just that that a couple sessions.
Speaker 2 (01:01:02):
When you were going through some trauma. Yes, right, yes,
oh that's awesome.
Speaker 7 (01:01:05):
But I just I loved that. I'm told, No, it's okay,
right now.
Speaker 2 (01:01:09):
You needed to hear that.
Speaker 7 (01:01:10):

It says, I've also done EMDR is quite effective. I'm
in graduate school now to become a trauma and forum
therapist and I'm planning to become licensed in EMDR. Another
text Jill, I've done that too. Another one, I've done

the same therapy as Jill. It works really really well.
Another one I've done this also, Jill. I agree, I'm
so into it. Yeah, great.
Speaker 7 (01:04:03):
I would look into it. If you've ever experienced any
any type of trauma or anything that's just really hard
for you to process and get past. Yeah, i'd recommend
looking into em DR therapy.

Speaker 5 (01:11:27):
Jill did this at seven twenty five and it was
a bit of a train wreck. Yes, so here she
comes down to press the button for you. It'll be
on fader number three if you're curious. Here it comes,
and you have ten seconds to identify your noise. Ten
seconds in the clock. What's that noise?
Speaker 12 (01:11:48):
I'm thinking a wooden cabinet that slides left to right.
Speaker 2 (01:11:51):
Okay, wooden cabinet that slides left to right. That is
not it. I'm sorry, so sorry, Thanks you.
Speaker 5 (01:12:02):
But do play again and keep checking one of four
three minds from that complash noise for previous guests too.
Speaker 4 (01:12:06):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 2 (01:12:09):
You too, love, best of luck.
Speaker 6 (01:12:12):
Money.
Speaker 7 (01:12:14):
We have another one hundred dollars to the jackpot, so
now eleven seven hundred dollars at nine to twenty.
Speaker 2 (01:12:19):
Five, Sarah, good morning. How are you doing today?
Speaker 12 (01:12:22):
Good?
Speaker 11 (01:12:22):
How are you?
Speaker 5 (01:12:23):
We're doing great? Well A minute ago, I was like
doing okay, and now I'm like, we're doing great. I
ebb and flow during the entire show. But we're talking
about therapy and what you've learned from your therapist.
Speaker 2 (01:12:35):
What can you bring to the table well as.
Speaker 16 (01:12:37):
A trauma survivor. I learned from my therapist that a
good coping mechanism when you're having thoughts of your relived
traumas to walk outside, take a deep breath, look at
the clouds, talk it through, talk about the birds, talk
about everything you see, look at textures, and it'll pull
you out of that anxiety moment and bring you clarity
(01:12:58):
and give you some peace.
Speaker 6 (01:12:59):
Yes, I love that.
Speaker 7 (01:13:01):
My therapist to the same exact thing. Yeah, it really
does work because you're focused on everything around you. So
in here, i'd be like the curtain. The soundproofing curtain
is a dark blue John is wearing a white shirt
with red and blue stripes, like you just you say
everything out loud and so your mind is now focused
on what's around.
Speaker 5 (01:13:17):
So you can do that here in this room. What
I was wondering, I was going to ask you, Sarah,
and you ask you Jill. And I've done therapy too,
but I haven't had necessarily the deeper traumatic experience perchance
that we're talking about here. Is there something too when
you see to go outside looking the sky? Is there
something therapeutic to not being confined to looking at the
vastness of the world around this from the ocean, Because
(01:13:40):
that's where I find my therapy, when I go to
the ocean, where the vastness of the sky and how
the clouds dance and the big blue sky above you.
Speaker 2 (01:13:47):
Is there anything to that?
Speaker 12 (01:13:48):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (01:13:49):
Absolutely.
Speaker 16 (01:13:50):
Then when you're going through a trauma and you're reliving it,
you're just closed in this small space, right. I feel
like when you go outside you can see there's so
much more than what has happened to me. Yeah, world,
it is so much bigger and beautiful, and you don't
feel things hang outside help, Yeah, because.
Speaker 5 (01:14:04):
I would suggest that then you're not feeling things compressing
upon you and the emotions compressing upon you because you
feel like you can release that into the world that
is so big and vast around you. All right, well,
thank you for that. We appreciate your call.
Speaker 16 (01:14:20):
You take care, have a wonderful morning you too.
Speaker 5 (01:14:22):
Thanks Sar, Bye bye eight six six five four four
f text and three one zero four three. Any tips
or tricks that you've learned from your therapist reach out
three one oh four three.
Speaker 2 (01:14:33):
This is Greetcarpter, It's espress me, my fam It's valent
in the morning. Therapy, we believe on our.
Speaker 5 (01:14:46):
Show is a fantastic thing. If you have the ability
to find a good therapist and go through that process,
it really can be helpful. And we talked about hope earlier,
how sometimes you live life with sometimes false home hopes
and sometimes real hope. But within the therapy world, what
I'd kind of taught myself, which is probably not healthy, right,
(01:15:08):
what I'm about to tell you, so I'm sharing here
years ago, my wife and I had broken up. This
is before we got married. Now we're married twenty six wonderful,
beautiful years. But before we got married, she had broken
up with me. Reasons don't matter, nobody did anything bad
or anything like that, just she felt like I wasn't
ready for marriage. So she broke up and I was
super depressed about that. I was really bummed about it
and stuff like that. But because there was a time difference.
(01:15:29):
I'm living here in Los Angeles, she was living in
Texas at the time. I would go to bed with hope,
and the hope was this. When I laid down and
put my head up on that pillow, I knew because
of the time difference it was like, you know, nine
o'clock or ten o'clock here, That meant it was like
midnight or something there or whatever. I said, Well, nothing
else is going to happen tonight. Nothing else is going
to change in this night in my life. So I
(01:15:52):
still have hope. She's not gonna call and go.
Speaker 2 (01:15:53):
I've really decided I never ever, ever, ever want to
be with you or anything.
Speaker 5 (01:15:57):
I had that veil of hope for eight hours, for
ten hours that nothing in my life would change, and
that got me through some darker nights.
Speaker 2 (01:16:04):
Is that good therapy?
Speaker 5 (01:16:05):
Probably not, But that's just an insight into the mental
state that going to therapy, which I did later on,
can be incredibly impactful and helpful.
Speaker 7 (01:16:13):
And that helped you, and that's good We're getting other
texts too, whether the best tricks your therapist has taught you.
Raquel said, setting and maintaining boundaries will always make you
feel guilty until you get used to doing it. So
now when I feel guilty, I remind myself that's normal
and okay. Another text says, I learned you don't have
to attend every argument you're invited to.
Speaker 6 (01:16:34):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (01:16:35):
That's funny.
Speaker 7 (01:16:36):
And then this text says, I learned that it's okay
to treat myself like I would a friend. If I
wouldn't get mad at a friend for doing it, Why
am I mad at myself?
Speaker 2 (01:16:45):
One O four to three my FM.
Speaker 4 (01:16:47):
Here's what's coming up.
Speaker 7 (01:16:48):
In entertainment headlines, Richardton has officially announced Benedict's love interest
for season four one four.
Speaker 4 (01:16:57):
To three my FM Entertainment head Lines.
Speaker 7 (01:17:02):
Jessica Simpson is ready to return to TV so good.
She just announced that a new documentary series is going
to be coming out about her life, and she said,
it's entirely real, raw and more personal than anything I
(01:17:23):
have done before. And apparently we're going to have multiple episodes,
but a release date has not been announced yet.
Speaker 2 (01:17:28):
I so know jess quite well.
Speaker 5 (01:17:30):
Like I haven't talked to her in a number of years,
to be honest, but we did USO shows together, used
to hang out with her and her family.
Speaker 2 (01:17:37):
I knew quite well. I just haven't talked her in
a while.
Speaker 3 (01:17:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:17:39):
I was obsessed with her and the TV show and
her music. So I'm very interesting, great voice. And Bridgerton
has officially announced Benedict's love interest for season four. Now,
if you are a fan of Bridgerton, you know it
follows the books, so we all pretty much knew who
his love interest was. But fans have spent over eight
(01:18:01):
hundred and forty five million hours watching the latest season.
Speaker 6 (01:18:05):
They're ready for this.
Speaker 7 (01:18:06):
So season four, what is that.
Speaker 2 (01:18:11):
I didn't like the whole three people things?
Speaker 7 (01:18:13):
Yeah, well this there's just one love interest for Benedict
in this new season. It's Sophie, who's ye we don't
know yet, but she's just being introduced in this really yes.
Speaker 2 (01:18:25):
What about that older woman? She's gonna be all mad
about that.
