Speaker 1 (00:01):
Shrock Innovations presents the midwest number one independent computer repair
company with service centers and Lincoln pall Maha a billion
des moines and across the country via the Shrock desk.
This is compute this.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Good morning, folks, welcome into compute this. My name is
Thor Schrock. I'm the owner of these Shrock Innovations computer
company with four count of one, two, three, four Uno
dos tray squattro. I can count in Spanish. I learned
that on Sesame Street. Four locations that can help you out.
You know, I can't go past ten though I don't know,
like is eleven and twelve weird in Spanish like it
(00:37):
is in English?
Speaker 3 (00:38):
Is it like diezi uno or something?
Speaker 2 (00:40):
I don't know. That's the thing I don't know. So
maybe you call in and tell us how to count
to twelve in Spanish and we'll put you in the
draw for a twenty five dollars. Shock Innovations give certificate.
I don't know how many pesos that is, but we
do have four locations to help you out when your
computers are actually having trouble, and we actually know how
to fix computers, unlike our Spanish skills or my Spanish
skills anyway, we have native Spanish speakers on staff and
(01:01):
there's always chat GPT if we get in trouble. So
but the og Shrock Innovations, the original located just south
of fourteenth and Pine Lake Road in Lincoln, Nebraska. In
Omaha one hundred and sixty eighth in Burke, across the
street from the Village Point Shopping Center in Papilion eighty
fourth and Highway three seventy in the Midlands Place Shopping Center.
And of course ninety five hundred University Avenue in wester Moine, Iowa,
(01:23):
right on the absolute edge of West de Moines where
Wester de Moines becomes Juaqi. Right there, ninety five hundred
University Avenue in Western Moine for you. All four locations
are open seven days a week to help you out
with your computer needs. Four zero two five five eight
eleven ten is the number to join us on the
program this morning. You can also reach us outside of
(01:44):
the metro area. Eight eight eight two five zero two
zero nine to one. That's eight eight eight two five
zero two zero nine to one. Last week. If you
missed the program, you can pick that up on our website.
Schrockinnovations dot com. Just click on radio show and all
the previous show up there for you. But last week
on the program, we told you about this Windows eleven
(02:04):
two five h two update, big update that's coming. We
told you we introduced the concept of two five h two.
We didn't go into the weeds on it too much. Today,
we're gonna go a little deeper on this and let
you know some of the things that are changing, some
of the benefits your computer may or may not be receiving,
some of the code your computer may already be downloading
and installing on your computer for you. We're gonna go
(02:26):
through all the details so you know what to expect
from this epic update. These updates are usually a real
pain in the tucks, and I don't I don't know why.
Apparently the few a few weeks back, I was hauling
something with a trailer and something, you know, something went
not not terribly wrong, not like, oh my gosh, the
truck's upside down wrong, not jeep wrong, but you know,
just something went wrong. And I had my seven year
(02:49):
old in the truck with me, and I'm officially that
dad that makes up curse words. So you don't say
real ones. And apparently I don't even remember saying this,
but my son insists that I said chicken nugget juice.
And I'm like, that's disgusting, you know, like, oh, chicken
nugget juice. I mean, I can see if you're dealing
with chicken nugget juice, that's pretty disgusting, right, And so
(03:10):
apparently I said chicken nugget juice and it's his favorite
curse word now. He says chicken nugget juice to everything.
I'm like, We're at the High V Service Country and
he's like, oh, chicken nugget juice, and everybody just looks
at him, like, oh God, what is that? That's nasty.
I'm like, somewhere did you come up with this? Because,
like you said it, Dad, you were calling something with
the trailer and it went blah blah blah, and you
said chicken nugget juice. I probably wanted to say something else,
so I didn't say that. Well, a lot of people
(03:32):
after the two five h two update are gonna be
saying chicken nugget juice because stuff goes sideways on those updates.
So it's important we get into that and talk a
little bit about that. We also talked a little bit
last week about the benefits of Wi Fi seven. In fact,
the segment last week was so good i went out
this week and bought myself a Wi Fi seven mesh
router system for the house. I'm gonna tell you about
(03:54):
the installation, how it went from a technician's perspective, like
is this something you could do on your own in
your home or is it something you should have Shock
come out and do for you. I'm going to tell
you how it went for old man Shrock at his house.
That'll be fun there. Also, we told you about the
two point five billion Gmail accounts that were compromised in
the latest hack. If you're a small business user or
a micro business user that uses Gmail for business, you
(04:17):
were in that hack. So two point five billion Gmail
accounts there. We are seeing lots of phishing attacks in
our Shock Business clientele where a lot of our Shock
Business customers are micro and small businesses and they're getting phished.
We had a couple that got their accounts compromise because
employees probably got tricked into giving out banking or routing information.
(04:37):
So just be really aware that you're going to be
getting a lot of emails password resets, things like that.
If you don't initiate a password reset yourself, don't assume
that one of the people in your organization did it,
and just respond to it. If you get a two
factor code, don't text it to anybody else, you know,
just basic stuff. Make sure your two factor is turned on.
There are some simple things that you can do to
(04:57):
protect yourself in that situation. If you are an avid
Gmail user, just make sure you take those steps out
of an abundance of caution. Also, last week, just in
case you really really wanted to know how to do
something nefarious in life, you know, resist we told you
how to crash the Taco Bell drive through. So that
that was a good story too. So you can check
all that out on the website Shocinnovations dot com. Click
(05:18):
on radio show. While you're there on the website, check
out that specials page at shrocannovations dot com go to
shop and specials. We do have some one time one
off computers there that you know, everybody asked, well, how
do these open box items become open box? Like did
somebody get them and return them? You know, what was
the deal with that? You know, once in a while
that might be the case. I think we have we
(05:39):
have one unit right now that has a bad screen
that somebody returned to us, and we're going to put
a new screen and it will become an open box item.
We're usually pretty upfront about those. If this was a
returned item versus this was a display model, versus this
was something that we lost on the shelf for a
year that actually happened this week, Well, like, how do
we have how do we have this? We ended up
finding just finding a twenty twenty four holiday special laptop
(06:02):
in the inventory shelf in the back, and we're like, okay,
so this never made it out of the shop, So okay,
we're about to do the twenty twenty five holiday special here,
so it's probably time to blow this guy out. Put
it on the specials page. It didn't last a week,
So that specials page is where things up here. Don't
just wait for the radio show for me to tell
you what's there. Do check it out regularly if you're
(06:22):
looking for a deal on a new computer, something that's
cheaper than our normal price points, also pretty good technology. There.
There are some new things up on that specials page
at Shrock Innovations dot com. Also, you will find the
opportunity to purchase your license for Windows eleven two five
h two. And I'm gonna do a search for this
real quick because I want to see how many we
(06:43):
have left. I didn't. I should have done this before
the show, honestly, but yeah, Bing knows what shock Safe
upgrade is. That's pretty cool, So specials do shock Safe
upgrade to five h two version we started out. Keep
in mind, guys, this update's going to drop in October,
so the early movers among you. We started out with
(07:04):
six hundred copies. That's the that's the most that we
can support. If something goes sideways like Major Lea sideways
and all six hundred people need help, so we cap
it at six hundred. We have five point fifty five
left in stock, so that's not bad for like early
movers forty five copies in the first week we did.
We haven't sent an email yet. We haven't done any
kind of promotional stuff early I haven't. You know, the
(07:25):
lovely Kimberly did make me Facebook content. I haven't uploaded
it yet. Been a little busy, so you know, we'll
get to the promotional side of it. We're going to
explain it a little bit better today on the program.
So coming up on the show today, we have a
lot of new faces to welcome. We're gonna go through
some of the names that you're going to see in
the service centers. Also, Wi Fi seven. I told you
that last week. We talked about all the benefits, and honestly,
(07:48):
I knew Wi Fi seven was going to be better
than Wi Fi six, right, and Wi Fi six, of course,
is better than Wi Fi five. And you know, Wi
Fi six was just like a you know when they
upgrade the iPhone and it's like it's got a slightly
better camera and a slightly faster processor, and the corners
are slightly more rounded and it's another two thousand dollars phone. Yeah,
(08:11):
you know, that's kind of the Wi Fi six upgrade.
It was slightly better than Wi Fi five in every way.
Wi Fi seven is mando different. Wi Fi seven is
dramatically better in every way, like thirty forty seventy percent
better in speed through put, connectivity at distance, for connectivity, everything.
(08:31):
And so it was after I did a deep dive
myself into Wi Fi seven and the lovely Kimberly comes
to me in one day and says, I think our
router's flaking out, because I need to. When your wife
sends you a message saying how do I reset the
modem or how do I reset the router, that's the
time you need to buy a new router, guys. So
just men of the house, that's when you have to
(08:52):
do it. So I went on and I ordered an
Asus Zen Wi Fi seven. The not the big daddy dog,
not the thousand dollars but not the four hundred dollars
kit either, was the mid range kit. It was a
six or six ninety nine something like that, so it
was expensive. But now that it's installed in running, it's
(09:12):
better in every every flip and way. I mean, wow,
why did I wait so long?
Speaker 3 (09:17):
Good?
Speaker 2 (09:17):
And yes, all of our new phones, the iPhone sixteen,
my Fold, my Fold five, they all have Wi Fi
seven chipsets, so I actually have devices in my home
that can take advantage of the Wi Fi seven. Already,
my computer popped up a little a little message saying congratulations,
your security is now better because you have Wi Fi seven. Wow,
that was just a little Windows notification that popped up.
(09:38):
I thought that was pretty cool. So yeah, they just
crazy stuff, but I'm gonna set up was not smooth,
So we're gonna talk about that a little bit. Also,
we had some iPhone seventeen rumors. Speaking of the iPhone,
iPhone seventeen is dropping on Tuesday. There are two brand
new models that Apple is rumored to be releasing. We're
gonna go over some of the details of those, as
well as what you might expect from Apple Intelligence and
(10:00):
iOS twenty six as well. I think they're coming out
with a new Watch Ultra also, we'll talk about that.
And then finally on the program today, Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO,
I guess, the leader of Meta formally known as Facebook,
because you know, because that's how Twitter is. When you say,
actually have to say formally known as Twitter, you know,
everybody should know by now that X was Twitter or whatever. Well,
(10:21):
Mark Zuckerberg, who runs Meta, got caught in a hot
mic moment with Trump at an event, and so we're
going to tell you what was captured on the microphone.
And some of these numbers that you hear in the
newscasts that are being thrown about by the CEOs, there's
some reason to maybe look at those numbers with a
little bit of skepticism with you know, the amount that's
going to be invested quote unquote in the United States
(10:44):
and development going forward. There's it's not true. It's probably
the best way to put it. I won't call it
fake news because you know, these CEOs are telling the
president a number and the number is not plausible. But
the President, of course doesn't have time to deep down
into every company's book work, so you know, you is
he gonna call him out at the table or what
(11:04):
you know? So it's kind of interesting to hear what
Zuckerberg said to the President after he set a number
out loud for the cameras. So that was pretty funny.
For zero, two, five, five, eight, eleven, ten is the
number to join us in the shot in the shop,
I'm looking at the I'm looking at Dave, and he's like,
let's talk about the Lincoln Service Center. I'm like, that's
the number to join us in the service center today.
I'm like, oh, what are you live on site now?
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Dave?
Speaker 2 (11:26):
Please save me for myself. Welcome to compute this. How
can I help you today?
Speaker 4 (11:31):
Good morning?
Speaker 3 (11:31):
So, good morning.
Speaker 5 (11:32):
I'm the guy that was having trouble with my computer
crashing all the time and I just want to thank
you and and Andrew and Muhammad, and I can't remember
the young lady's name. That's the most pleasant person I
talked to at Elena. Yeah, they did a wonderful job. Yeah,
they got it, got it up and running and brought
it back home. And with the RAM upgrade, I'm zipping
(11:52):
through my photo editing really good now. So I just
want to just shout out your linking service center.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Great job, well, thank you, thank you for the call, Dave.
You know, it's really it's really amazing when customers are
doing things with their computers and you just it's amazing
what you can get used to, isn't it Like how
much of a slog And you're like, this is how
it is, right, And then all of a sudden, that barrier,
that limitation is gone, and you realize, like, how much
(12:18):
of my life did I waste trying to just waiting
for waiting for my If I had up all the
minutes I waited on my computer, how much of my
life would I have back? So thank you for the call, Dave.
I really appreciate it. I appreciate the shouts out in
the service center.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
It tells me that my people are doing the job right.
And we just love Andrew and his team and Lincoln.
They are some of the some of the just the
best people you can imagine. And you know a fun fact,
you know, we have a lot of interesting characters. So
for example, we had some new hires this week. I
want to welcome Madison to the Omaha Service Center. A
Sean is the new front desk in uh Papillion and
(12:53):
Louis is working in the back room doing a lot
of our new builds and stuff. And now we have
Crystal coming on board Monday in human resource as well,
who's going to help us improve our team even more
and you know, formalize our training procedures and really really
take our HR to the next level, which is one
of those things that this company. As a company owner,
you're all like, HR, the front desk girl can do that,
(13:13):
you know. You know, back in my day, we were
just thankful to have a job. We didn't need to
feel all of fufu about it. Well, you know, now
in the current era that we're in, if you want
good people and you want to keep good people, you
have to actually invest in those people. When you look
at the bookwork and you see, you know, we're spending
like one point seven million dollars a year on people,
(13:36):
just on people, and we have nobody in charge of that.
Do you see how stupid that sounds.
Speaker 6 (13:42):
All of a sudden, you're like, maybe we should hire
a professional person to be in charge of that. That
would be a good idea, right, And so we're well,
we're welcoming Crystal on board on Monday to take care
of that. So lots of new faces in the service centers,
make sure you say hi to them. But one of
the fun facts is I had Madison and Omaha. I
was introducing to the Omaha staff and I'm like, you know,
this is Kyle back here. And Kyle can be super
(14:03):
intense and super serious, but then on the weekends he'll
paint his face like kiss and go headbang in his band.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
You know, he's he's he's actually a really cool guy.
You know, he's just but he needs to work. He's
he's on like he's focused. And then you know, here
we have Ness, and Ness is a really laid back guy.
You know, before he was working for us, he was
working at a subway and he's also a cage fighter.
He'll get in the octagon, like, no joke, like he's
a cage fighter. What yeah? And this is my son Jacob,
(14:31):
and Jacob just waves, he goes, I'm just Jacob. I
don't do anything. Well shoot, okay, moving on. And then
you know in Lincoln, you know, I'm down there in
Lincoln and I'm talking to Mohammed and somebody says, yeah,
mohammedd got his eye injured. And I'm like, mo, what
happened to your eye? And he's like, I got hit
with a sword. Like what he got hit with a sword? Yeah,
(14:53):
And he was like, well it got in just in
the in the the crease in my my helmet. I'm like,
didn't some king die that didn't nostrodamus predict some king
that died of getting a shard through his helmet or
something like what are you doing? Mohammed? He goes, Oh,
I do hima. You know, I'm a I'm a I'm
a medieval combat arts fighter. Yeah, I do that too. Wait,
(15:14):
you do that too?
Speaker 4 (15:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (15:15):
I thought I told you I practice ema too.
Speaker 7 (15:17):
Well.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
I thought it was like yoga or something like. I
practice hima like you know, and I practice weightlifting.
Speaker 3 (15:23):
So historical European martial arts. So wow, maybe I fought
at some point.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Yeah, maybe maybe you stabbed him in the eye. Thanks
a lot for that.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
Yeah, you know, I aimed to please, he aimed to please.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
So yeah, I mean you start to get to know
your your team, and it's just amazing guys. You know,
Andrew comes to me and he goes for Southeast Community
Colleges doing a cybersecurity seminar, and I really would like
to go, and it would probably would be a really
good idea to have Shock represented there. You know, can
I go? He goes, I'm gonna go either way. Would
you like me to wear my Shock shirt? He wasn't
asking me to pay for anything. He wasn't He was
(15:55):
going to take the initiative and go to a cybersecurity
conference so that he could improve his skills to be
a better lead technician at Shrock. So of course we
offered to pay for it for him. Told me has
to wear a Shrock shirt, and then you know, we
offered the everybody else at Shrock business if any of
you want to go to this seminar, will pay your
way as well. Just just great people. You couldn't ask
for better people for zero two five five eight eleven ten.
(16:17):
All right, real quick program note guys, and I know
this is not gonna be popular, but there will not
be an after shock today. After the program, we have
a medical Everybody, the lovely Kimberly is fine, the kids
are fine, everything is fine, but we have a family
member in the hospital and my presence is needed. So unfortunately,
(16:37):
after the program today, I've got a role.
Speaker 3 (16:40):
You know.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
I will make it up to you. I promise. It's
just I can't do one today. I know I'm supposed
to do one today. I just can't today. So I
apologize for that. But we will be back with the
after shock again next week. We're gonna take our first
break of the program. When we come back the two
five h two roll out. How is that gonna work?
What's gonna happen there? We're gonna talk to you about
safe upgrade, also a We're going to tell you about
the experience I had setting up my own three router
(17:03):
Wi Fi Mesh system in my house. How smoothly did
it go? I'll tell you coming up next on compute.
Speaker 8 (17:09):
This everyone has experienced some form of data loss or
no someone who has. It's unfortunate, but sometimes the technology
we rely on simply fails, and the last question you
want to hear at that time is you have a
backup Right When your hard drive, memory card, backup drive,
or flash drive fails, you turn to the data recovery
(17:30):
experts at Shrock Innovations to get those pictures, songs, and
memories back. You know, not all data recovery companies are
the same. Having the right tools and knowledge to get
the job done right on the first attempt makes all
the difference between a successful recovery and the permanent loss
of your important data.
Speaker 7 (17:47):
Sometimes you only get one shot at a successful recovery.
Speaker 8 (17:51):
That's why Schrock has invested in top of the line
recovery imagers, a Class one hundred clean environment, over ten
thousand dollar components, and staff of recovery engineers that are
the best in the business. SHROC has a ninety six
percent recovery rate getting data back from failed devices.
Speaker 7 (18:07):
When the unthinkable.
Speaker 8 (18:08):
Happens and you need your data back, turn to the
experts at Shrock Innovations for professional and affordable data recovery services.
Speaker 9 (18:17):
Today's fragile computers need maintenance more than ever. Your computer
needs a maintenance check up every six months to last
beyond it's eighteen month expected lifespan.
Speaker 8 (18:26):
Laptops are subjected to some of the most stressful computing
situations imaginable. They get dropped, stepped on, flap shut, and
pushed until the battery dies. Sometimes your laptop works hard
for you, so when it has a problem, take it
to the laptop experts at Shrock Innovations.
Speaker 7 (18:43):
Shrock has four convenience service.
Speaker 8 (18:44):
Centers in Nebraska and Iowa with more than one hundred
total bench spots to get your technology up and running again.
Shrock has the largest supply of replacement components in stock
and we fix more laptops than any other nearby repair center.
Why wait weeks to get your computer fit when Shrock
can diagnose the problem, provide you with a friendly and
accurate estimate, and fix it usually in two days or less. Remember,
(19:07):
if you have never been into our service centers before,
new customers get.
Speaker 7 (19:11):
Their first hour of labor free.
Speaker 8 (19:13):
So the next time your laptop screen gets cracked, the
keys pop off your keyboard, or your two year old
decides a glass of milk is exactly what your laptop
needs to cool off.
Speaker 7 (19:23):
Take it to Shrock and let your local.
Speaker 8 (19:24):
Laptop repair experts get it back in top shape again.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
All righty folks, welcome back into compute.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
This.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
My name's Thor Schrock. I'm the owner of the Shrock
Innovations computer company, where we are anticipating one of the
biggest events of the year is going to happen in October. Well,
there's two big events happening on October. Of course, Windows
ten is going bye bye, and yes, there are super
advanced things you can do to keep your Windows ten,
(19:55):
but you must act before October fourteenth and create a
Microsoft account and add a payment method. Go buy the
Extended Support, which is zero dollars, and then check out
and charge your debit card for zero dollars so that
you can have a payment method on file in the
experience of checking out and everything like that, so they
can sell you future things and just charge auto charge
your card. That's all great, but here's the thing. If
(20:17):
you choose to go down that path with Windows ten
and buy the Extended Support, your internet service provider is
going to discontinue support for Windows ten in October, whether
you have extended support or not. Your email provider is
going to discontinue support for Windows ten. Whether you have
bought extended support or not. You're not going to be
(20:39):
able to buy a new printer or scanner or digital
camera that works with Windows ten. Whether you buy extended
support or not, you're investing money in a dead end solution.
So unless you have a legit reason for doing that, Like, Hey,
I've got this computer. It's running Windows ten, It's running
a piece of software that only runs in Windows ten,
and the software is ten thousand dollars to buy new,
(21:01):
So I'm gonna spend a little bit. I'm gonna spend
forty bucks or whatever to keep my Windows ten going
for one more year, two more years. You know, then Okay,
I get it. That makes sense. There are certain isolated
circumstances where this makes sense. Ninety nine percent of you
are not in that circumstance. You should not use Windows tans.
We had a customer in the Papillion service center who
(21:22):
you know, brought his laptop in because his window, his
Windows ten wasn't working right, It wasn't connected with the internet,
wasn't doing all kinds of stuff. The whole operating system
was just corrupt, as I'll get out. He didn't really
have any information on the computer, so it was just
a single hour of labor. Let's wipe up, let's reinstall
Windows ten. But I'm looking at the ticket. I'm like,
we're asking this gentleman to spend one hundred and fifty
dollars on a laptop that next month is dead. Did
(21:47):
anyone at least talk to him about that. He's literally
lighting one hundred and fifty dollars on fire here to
keep himself warm for less than thirty days. And so
I called him. We talked about a new computer. We
had a whole plan put up, and he was like, well,
new computer's kind of expensive for me right now. So
I think I'm gonna wait, and I'm like, for what,
(22:09):
I get it. You know, it's expensive as expensive. You know,
maybe he wanted to go shop and check some other places.
Totally get it, but still, you know, don't he put
one hundred and fifty bucks in his Windows ten laptop
and called it good. I don't know if he talked
to somebody, Oh, yeah, you can extend the support on
that for another year. Well, then I can put off
a new computer for another year. That's a great deal
until you need help with something else, and then you're
(22:30):
you're screwed, and you don't realize it until you need it,
and then you're buying a new laptop anyway, So don't
don't fall into that trap. So two five H two
is the other big event that's happening in October two
five h two. Now the reason it's called two five
H two. What is two five H two? It's like
R two D two What is this twenty five? It's
coming out in twenty twenty five. That's the two five
(22:52):
and H two means half two. Microsoft used to do
two of these updates a year for your pleasure. Now
they're back down to one per year, and they just
kept the nomenclature the same. The name is the same,
so it's always H two. They don't release one in
the in the first half anymore. That one would have
been called H one, So H two is the second half.
It's kind of like when when the score gets over
(23:13):
forty points, that's H two. Yeah, Nebraska game. Yeah, my
son has never seen that in his life. He literally
told me, Dad, I've never seen Nebraska do this in
my life. And I just looked at him. I'm like,
this was the nineties, this is when I was in college, man,
this is this is Nebraska like, this is what it's
supposed This is how life is supposed to be. Yeah,
(23:34):
finally COVID's over and things are getting right with the
world again. So anyway, uh, two five h two is
a giant update. So right now your computer is running
two four h two and everything is right with the
world and working. Upgrading from two four h two to
two five h two is not simply a Windows update.
It is a It is the same thing as remember
(23:56):
some of you might remember this, but back in the day,
if you had Windows seven and you were going to
go to Windows eight, you had to install it and
upgrade it and move all your stuff. And some programs
were compatible and some weren't. Some drivers were compatible and
some weren't. Heaven forbid if you were going from Windows
seven to like Windows ten, and then you know now
Windows eleven. So Windows eleven two five h two is
(24:17):
a whole new version of Windows eleven. It's like you're
getting Windows twelve.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
Essentially.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
There are Boku AI features coming into five h two.
AI has been slowly You probably even haven't noticed it,
but it's been slowly infiltrating your computer. Open up your
paint program. You now have AI options in Microsoft Paint
to automatically do things that you couldn't do automatically before.
(24:43):
Check out Copilot. It'll run on just about any Windows
eleven computer, even if you don't have an AI processor.
If you do have AI processor or a graphics card,
it could do really amazing things. Photoshop has all kinds
of AI assistance, So artificial intelligence is seeping its way
slowly into every thing we do on a daily basis.
Windows eleven two five h two is going to accelerate
(25:06):
that process dramatically. It is chalk full of AI. The
better part here, better interesting whatever. Microsoft's got a whole
new way to roll this one out, just like there
was a whole new way last time. They've improved it
even more now because they want to be able to
say time to upgrade, and everybody's upgraded like poof, it's done.
(25:27):
So what they're doing is right now, they are downloading
chunks of two to five h two into your computer,
and when your computer is rebooting to install updates, normal
security updates, it's also installing this new code base for
two five h two, But the code is disabled. It's
just turned off inside the computer, so it doesn't change anything.
(25:48):
What's going to happen is Microsoft when they release two
five h two, they're going to push an activation update,
a very small program that just says turn all this
stuff on, and when it all turns on. The idea
here is everything will be fine with the world and
nothing's going to go wrong. There isn't going to be
any unintended consequences to activating a whole bunch of new
code instantaneously across an entire user base of various complex
(26:11):
systems that are not identical, that are not the same,
that are even the same generations of hardware. Of course,
there's going to be issues. We're going to have customers
that call us because their computer reboots after installing this
really simple small update, and all of a sudden there's
a blue screen now a black screen, or they reboot
and all their data is gone, Like the computer rebooted,
(26:32):
but all my stuff has gone corrupt. Profile the computer
is going to reboot or just won't reboot. It'll just
come up and say no, hard drive can't do it.
There's gonna be all kinds of weird situations that happen.
Some of it's going to be because you might have
hardware that's already in a failure status and you don't
know it because you haven't had maintenance done to your
computer to figure that out. You know, I'll tell you
(26:54):
you go into the hospital because you feel like you
have a gas paine and they do a CT on
your abdomen and they find a whole nother problem. You
don't want to find out your hard drive is bad
like that, especially when it's something that a simple maintenance
check could tell you it's bad or it's approaching bad.
We can fix it before it dies. So two five
(27:16):
h two is going to roll out. It's going to
be installed incrementally, and then when they snap their fingers,
everybody's going to supposedly have it at the same time.
That's how it's supposed to play out. Microsoft says, of course,
you are not forced to install two five h two.
You will have an option to I guess, not install
the activation update to activate the software that's already installed
in your computer. I don't know how that's going to work,
(27:38):
but they say you're not going to be forced to
do it. You know, last month we had a story
two four h two is now a required update. You
if you don't have it, you get it, and if
you don't get it. You don't get any other security updates.
Once you fall two versions behind, you get no more
security updates. So in October, if you're running to three
h two for whatever reason, two four h two never installed,
(28:01):
we still see this in the service center, you'll be
two versions behind and you won't get any security updates,
and now your security is compromised. So this sounds like
a really stupid technical thing that you need these updates
to keep your computer safe. And unfortunately this big update
roughly twenty percent of the time we see. So you know,
eighty percent is fine. Eighty percent of you are going
(28:23):
to have no problems at all, but twenty percent of
you are going to end up in the service center
with a one hundred and fifty to three hundred dollars
bill because of this update. And it's the same people
every time. I don't know why you're so lucky, Seriously,
the same people get hit every time. It's like Karma's
after you or something. What did you do in your
last life? Maybe good golly, So the same people come
(28:44):
in and people get a little upset and there's no
one to direct that upset and us at but us
because we're in the room. Microsoft's not in the room.
You can't yell at Microsoft. You can shake your fist
at the sky all you want, but it's sure is
better to be like it's somebody who can you know,
look back at you and you're not yelling at us.
You know you're frustrated with the situation, and you know
we're just trying to help and fix the situation. And
(29:05):
we understand that that's very frustrating. That is why, because
of that particular situation, we don't We're a service company
that happens to do it. We don't like getting yelled at.
We feel like if we're getting yelled at, we did
something to deserve it. We did something wrong, we did
we made a mistake, we could have done something better
that there is no way to do this better. We
know twenty percent of you are going to epically fail
(29:28):
at this update and lose all your baby pictures. You're
gonna end up in the data recovery lab sixteen hundred
dollars later. You're going to be really upset about that.
You know, it's not fun on our end. So we
came up with an insurance policy for you called Safe Upgrade.
Safe Upgrade is a piece of software that you download
to your computer. You purchase it online at sixty bucks.
(29:48):
You buy it on our website at shrotcinnovations dot com.
Go to shopping Specials, you'll find it there. It's sixty bucks.
It's limited quantity. We only sell six hundred of them
because if something goes terribly wrong with two five h two,
which it could, it's all new, we don't know. That's
how many people we can support in a single day maximum,
with every all hands on deck, all Shock desk seats filled,
that's how many people we can support. So as we
(30:11):
as licenses become available after we install two five h two,
we might be able to make some more available to sell,
but six hundred is the limit. We are forty five
into that right now, so there's you know, five hundred
and fifty five left. So it's not like you have
to hurry up and buy now or you're gonna miss
out or something. But you should do this while you're
thinking about it. So with two five h two, you
(30:34):
download the software, You click run. It says log into
your Shock account, which you should know the username and password.
It's just your email and your password, the same one
you use to buy it in the first place, log
into your account, buy the Safe Upgrade. When when October
comes and this is released, we'll we'll send up smoke signals,
we'll go on the radio, we'll talk about it. We're
gonna send you Facebook messages, we're gonna email you, we're
(30:55):
gonna text message you, we're gonna call you. We're gonna
do everything we can do to tell you it's time
to install two five h two. You're gonna run your
Safe Upgrade software. And if something goes sideways, if something
doesn't work, you now have a warranty because you bought
a product from Shock that was guaranteed to make it work.
So what we're saying here is I would rather have
(31:16):
sixty dollars in the bank and a happy customer than
having three hundred dollars in the bank and a ticked
off customer, even if they're not mad at us. Our
job is to make your technology work for you, and
this is how we do it. So there are some
people in this world that buy insurance and there's some
people who don't. And there isn't a whole lot you
(31:36):
can say to somebody who doesn't buy insurance or warranties
or things like that to make them buy one. But
for all of you guys out there listening, if any
device in your house goes to install two five h
two and fails, this is a fat fat I told
you so.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
Come and right at your forehead.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
Your wife is gonna smack you upside the head with
an I told you so because she told you to
go buy Safe up Grade, but you didn't do it
because you knew better.
Speaker 3 (32:03):
So here's the thing.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
Any this is only applicable to Windows eleven computers. Of course,
we don't want you to put a dime into your
Windows ten computer at this point, so do not buy this.
You don't need it for Windows ten. You shouldn't have
Windows ten anymore anyway. But if you do, you don't
need Safe Upgrade. Take that sixty dollars and put it
toward a new computer because you need that. Safe Upgrade
is only available or only required on Windows eleven computers.
(32:26):
There are five hundred and fifty five left in stock
at Shock Innovations dot com. Click on shopping specials. Check
that out for zero two, five, five, eight eleven ten.
We're gonna take a break here. I'm a little bit
behind schedule, so when we come back from the break, Rex,
I'm gonna take your call, and then i'm gonna jump
through the real quick summary of what it was like
to set up that Wi Fi seven system, and then
we're gonna get into iPhone seventeen rumors, all kinds of
(32:47):
stuff about what's dropping on Tuesday in the Apple quote
unquote awe dropping event. It's not jaw dropping, it's awe dropping,
yeah boy. And the Apple has like a little orange
tinge to it. I don't know. Is it like a
pink Lady Apple? Is it a Gala? I don't know,
but it's got a kind of an orange tinge to
It's kind of foolish. So we're going to tell you
(33:07):
what's coming up with the iPhone seventeen rumors coming up
next on compute this.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
Remember the good old days when virus detection worked like
where's Waldo? Spot the virus in a striped shirt and
you win. Today's infections are changing hourly to avoid detection
and use social engineering to trick you into making mistakes.
Using yesterday's security to defend against today's threats is like
using leeches to stop an infection. It just doesn't work.
(33:33):
We recommend Sophos intercept X anti virus backed by Shrocks

If you're running outdated programs.
Speaker 8 (34:35):
We all run common free software like Adobe Reader, Dropbox, Firefox.
Speaker 7 (34:40):

Speaker 8 (34:42):
There are critical security updates for these common programs that
don't get automatically installed for up to two weeks. That's
an eternity in today's world. That's why Shrock created Secure Updata.

All right, folks, welcome back into compute this. We're gonna
move through some stuff expeditiously here as we try to
regain some of our time the hours flying by. But
let's jump into those phones first four zero, two, five, five, eight,
eleven ten, Rex, Welcome to the program. What can I
do for you on compute this today.
Speaker 4 (35:51):
Good morning, How are you doing this morning?
Speaker 2 (35:53):
I'm doing great, Rex, how about you?
Speaker 4 (35:55):
Oh there to Midlands. My brother lives out of state
needs a new computer, and I told him to call
you guys, which I doubt if you will. Would it
be better to ship his old one up to you guys,
because at first he said, just stick me up one
and bring it on down. Okay, But then you know,
(36:19):
the data transfer off his old one onto the new ones.
What how would be the best way to do that?
Having ship this old one up to you.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
Yeah, that's gonna be the easiest way, would be to
have him ship the computer to us. You know, if
you know, is it a laptop or a desktop that
he's got right now?
Speaker 4 (36:40):
It's a laptop, okay, you know.
Speaker 2 (36:42):
One of the funny things, you know, Obviously having the
whole computer would be easiest in a laptop. It's not
that much different to ship a laptop than it is
to ship a hard drive. Sometimes shipping a big desktop
is a little costly. So all we need is the
hard drive, you know, all we need need is the
hard drive. But if he wants to send the laptop
to us, we can do the data transfer in shop,
get it all done, and then when he receives the
(37:03):
new we can ship both computers back to him essentially
in the same box, so he'll get his computer back
which we which we like. So that way, if there's
a mistake during the data transfer or something goes weird,
you know, we have some options over the shock desk.
If we can remote into both computers at the same time,
we can transfer some stuff and fix things. If the
computer is you know, dead to him, recycled, then we
(37:23):
can't do those things. And you know, in the local
service center, we tend to keep computers that are recycled
for you know, a few days to a week or two,
you know, so there's plenty of time. If if there
was a data transfer that went sideways, we can fix it.
Being that he's out of state, though time is a
little bit different. So yeah, honestly, the easiest thing. Buying
the computer online is super easy.
Speaker 4 (37:42):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (37:42):
If he buys a data transfer, of course, what we'll
do is we'll get the computer built and ready for him,
and then we'll be like, oh, we have to do
a data transfer. Where's his source? Oh he's in you know,
Tucson or whatever. Are you gonna ship us the source
and then then we'll have it. So essentially, uh, you know,
we would probably our Papillion service center as the service
center that we would ship that to. That's the one
at two four to nine Olsen Drive. The full address
(38:04):
is on our website. But yeah, if he wants to
ship us that computer buy another one on the website,
he doesn't have to call in or do anything else
send you in to do it for him. He can
take a look at our offerings and buy whatever he
wants there. The other thing that's interesting too is we
are going to be We're not going to be heavily
marketing it up front, but there's so many people who
are going to need to buy new computers because of
(38:25):
Windows ten dying in October. The holiday specials are going
to appear on the website a little early this year.
They're just going to be on the website. There's not
going to be a catalog, there's not going to be
a whole hubbub and emails and radio shows and everything
about it. They're just going to quietly go up there
so that they will be available to people who want
to take advantage of them. For a computer that's going
to last them for the next decade or so. So
(38:46):
if he's looking for something a little more advanced, that
might be an option.
Speaker 4 (38:48):
Also, Oh okay, darn, I'm going down there at the
end of this month, so he's in New Mexico.
Speaker 2 (38:57):
All right, Rex, just give us a call, give us
a call in the service, and we'll work with you.
We'll make it happen. All right, Hey, thank you, thank
you for the call.
Speaker 3 (39:04):
Rex.
Speaker 2 (39:05):
I appreciate you. That's one of the benefits of dealing
with a local company, you know, it's like we yes,
there are rules and there are setups. But I mean,
if you're going to Lulu La Man and you're buying
the sexy leggings, which apparently they're not doing so well.
They crashed badly, crashed and burned. Those leggings are way
too small for the profit margins anyway. So if you're
(39:25):
going to buy the leggings and they tell you the
sale doesn't start till till Friday, and the sale doesn't
start till Friday, that's all there is to it. If
you're Rex and you're going down South and you're leaving
a week before the thing is launched, and we have
them sitting right there, we'll make it happen. Okay, that's
the benefit of dealing with the small company. So one
of the other things, guys that we that we make
(39:47):
happen is we explore new technologies and new concepts and
new ideas for products and services that we can offer
in the service centers. Now, most of you are not
dropping seven hundred dollars on a home router. Most of
you are not doing that, which is why we don't
carry large mesh router systems in stock in the service centers.
If we have somebody who needs one, we can order it.
(40:08):
We usually get it within a day or two, and
then we can take it out and install it for
you and everything's right with the world. There's no need
for us to carry them in stock. But I went
ahead and bought the mid range a sus Zen router.
I did you know tp link was all over the place.
You can buy the tp link ones way cheaper than
the Asus ones. But they're all made in China, all
of them are. They're all Chinese chipsets, and I just
(40:31):
out of an abundance of caution, I chose a Taiwanese
chip set. Okay, that's the difference. I paid extra so
I can have it made in Taiwan because there is
no American chipset. So I get the the Zen Router
box system. It's got three different devices in it. I
take the first one. There's a QR code on the side.
Scan the QR code. It says install the Asus Router app.
Which I had an Asus router before, so I had
(40:51):
the app already, so that's great. So then it says, okay,
plug me in. So I plug it in, do everything
like that, and it doesn't do anything. Well, I mean,
it lights up, but I mean it doesn't appear in
the app for setup. Well that's interesting, I power cycle.
It doesn't appear in the app for setup. What in
the heck? I flip it over to hit the reset button.
I noticed there's a scratch on the bottom of the device,
(41:12):
like a like a gouge, and I was like, huh,
I wonder if this was a return Maybe somebody set
this up for their network and then returned it for
some reason. Let's do a factory reset. So I hold
down the factory reset button and it does nothing, Like, okay,
how do you what's the official way to reset this?
(41:33):
Because of course I tried to do it before reading
the instructions, because that's just you know, how men are.
So I'm like, maybe I need to turn the device off,
hold down the reset button while I turn the device
back on, because long pressing it didn't work, short pressing
it didn't work, double tapping it didn't work. All these
things I tried before I looked it up. And so
turning it off, holding the button, turning it on, hit reset. Great,
(41:53):
now just stay red m okay, And it didn't show
up in the app. What is the red light? So
I look up the light codes okay, so it means
give up more time, so I did. About five minutes later,
the light turns to like a pulsing blue. It shows
up in the app. Yay, everything is right with the world.
Downloads a firmware update, yay, reboots good going good, and
while the kids have internet again. This is amazing. So
(42:16):
then I take the other two devices and you have
to connect them with a cable to the original device.
So you connected with a cable and it programs the
first one on. Each one of those has a firmware update. Also,
once they're all programmed, you install them. There's three different devices,
so I have one in the basement, one on the
main level, one on the second floor, and so each
floor essentially has its own router now, and the signal
(42:36):
quality across my house is phenomenal. I have signal across
the backyard now, I have signal out to the end
of the driveway. Now all of our ring doorbells and
camera systems and everything. There's no more low bandwidth warnings
or connectivity warnings, or dropping up and down off the internet.
Everything is super duper stable now, way better by. My
phones have a little WiFi seven icon. The wireless speeds
(42:58):
are phenomenal. The sun was gaming on it, he goes,
I didn't notice much of a difference on wired, but
he goes on my phone, I'm noticing everything is faster.
Everything is faster on my phone. So just a phenomenal increase.
So I would very much recommend the asus Zen system.
It works really well. There are three different levels you
can buy. There's the two router. If you only need two,
(43:19):
like one for two levels of the house, you can
save a little bit. That one's about four hundred and
something four hundred change, so still pricey, but four hundred
and change. Then there's the one that I bought, which
was the mid range one. It had three devices, but
it was not the Pro model that was seven hundred dollars.
And then there's a pro model that's three devices and
it's one thousand dollars and it has got a whole
(43:40):
bunch of extra stuff in the Pro Model. You can
tether it to five G and everything else for backups
and things. Way more than I needed for a home router, Okay,
way more. So I just said, you know what, we'll
keep it at the seven hundred. That's bougie enough. Okay,
it's pretty frickin' bougie for a modem and a router,
so or just a router, actually, not even a modem.
That's pretty boogie for So we're gonna leave it at
(44:01):
seven hundred. So that worked out real well.
Speaker 3 (44:02):
Guys.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
So iPhone seventeen is dropping on Tuesday. They're gonna have
a big event. It's an aw dropping event. There's going
to be a new ultra thin iPhone called the iPhone
Light as well as the iPhone Air, so there's gonna
be two new iPhones. They're going to be much thinner,
dull than the current iPhone. So what does that mean?
(44:25):
That probably means a thinner, smaller battery, and that also
probably means reduced capabilities on the camera because you need
room to put those lenses in there. So my guess
is that these phones will have some reduced capabilities, maybe
some lower battery life, but they're going to be very stylish,
very thin, very much like a like a not a slab,
(44:46):
but more of a piece of glass. Like they're gonna
be very thin. So it's gonna be interesting to see
how sexy they are. It's gonna be kind of cool.
So those are some of the trade offs there's gonna
be the iPhone seventeen Pro and seventeen Max will will
definitely have improved cameras, which come on how many every
time they improve the cameras every iPhone and it's like
to get better and better and better. How good of
(45:06):
a camera do you need on a phone? At some
point at some point you're just like, is it better
than real life? Should I just live on the camera
lens on my iPhone? Also, there may be a new
orange color color that's dropping to the Pro and the
Pro Max, which is why the Apple logo may have
an orange tint to it. We're going to see if
that comes out that'd be a neat little new color
they haven't done. They haven't done an autumnal color ever,
(45:28):
it's kind of neat. There's gonna be a new Apple
Ultimate Watch expected to be released last year. They really
didn't do anything with the Ultimate, the Apple Watch Ultimate.
They just kind of refreshed it a little bit. This
is gonna be a whole new redesign. Probably also the
iPhone's seventeen this is important, will obsolete all iPhones older
(45:49):
than an iPhone eleven, So your iPhone x's are all
obsolete now. They will no longer get security updates, so
if you have something older than an iPhone eleven, you're
gonna need to get a new So finally, iOS twenty
six will be released as part of it will be
announced as part of this won't be released quite yet
a lot of people were expecting a whole bunch of
(46:09):
new offerings from Apple Intelligence. My prediction, honestly, guys, Apple
Intelligence is kind of a bomb. Apple's actually being sued
by its own customers for false advertising over Apple Intelligence
because it just doesn't do what they said it was
going to do, and it never has. In fact, it's
so bad that Apple's actively exploring partnerships with Open AI
to take over the AI functionality of the iPhone. So
(46:31):
I don't expect a whole lot of new Apple intelligence
stuff to drop an iOS twenty six. But we'll see.
We'll find out for sure, all right, final break of
the program, guys four zero, two, five, five, eight, eleven
to ten. When we come back. Mark Zuckerberg caught in
a hot mic moment with President Trump after promising six
hundred billion dollars of investments in the United States before
twenty twenty eight. That's what he said to the camera.
(46:53):
But what did he say privately to Trump. We're going
to tell you coming up next on compute this.
Speaker 8 (46:57):
There are enough unused computers in storage to give every man, woman,
and child in the US an old, outdated, and useless
computer system. Obsolete tablets and smartphones are nearly as bad.
Most people know not to throw them into the landfill
where they leak and contaminate, but it's hard to find
a place to safely recycle electronics. That's why Shrock Innovations
(47:17):
offers free recycling for computers, laptops, phones.
Speaker 7 (47:21):

Speaker 8 (48:18):
You would probably rather drink the water at Camp La
June than get another call about the desperate need to
renew your cars expiring warranty.
Speaker 7 (48:26):
Who actually responds to those calls.
Speaker 8 (48:28):
Everyone wants to play the warranty game where you pay
money now just in case you need service later. That
everyone hopes you won't need or use. It's such a waste.
It's no different with computers. Major manufacturers warranties have more
subscript crosses than a Sunday morning church service.
Speaker 7 (48:45):
Batteries are exempt.
Speaker 8 (48:46):
Hard drives must be completely dead, and forget about anything
that they can remotely claim.
Speaker 7 (48:50):
As physical damage.
Speaker 8 (48:52):
That's why Shrock warranties are different. When you purchase a
modular PC or a solid state laptop and extend your warranty,
we offer a no risk money back guarantee. If you
need the warranty, you will be thrilled to have it
if you don't use it, and we refund your money
automatically every time.
Speaker 7 (49:08):
That's right.
Speaker 8 (49:09):
We are so confident in the quality of our products
that our extended warranties are refundable. Many Shock customers use
their refunds to purchase another warranty or pocket the savings
and move on.
Speaker 7 (49:20):
We all know you'll need it to cover that expiring
car warranty anyway.
Speaker 8 (49:24):
Shocks refundable extended warranties just another way the Shrock Innovations
computer company makes your computer work for you.
Speaker 7 (49:30):
You know.
Speaker 2 (49:35):
Some of the funniest moments of this show actually happened
during the commercial breaks. Guys, if you're watching at Facebook
dot com slash Rock Innovations, you just see us rolling
and you're like, why are they laughing? What's so funny?
I wish the mics were on?
Speaker 3 (49:45):
All right?
Speaker 2 (49:47):
My wife like this was maybe Thanksgiving, Like she was
talking about how like grandpa's and grandma's need like a
special name, like you know, it's not just grandma or grandpa.
That was how it was when I was a kid.
It was grandma and grandpa. But you know there's you know,
Gigi or Nana or you know whatever, you know, like
a special little name. And my wife was saying, I
need to think of what my boogie grandma name is
(50:08):
going to be, you know, because you know our kids
are getting you know, my son's nineteen, you know, he
put it, He put a you know, I can't say anything.
I almost let something slip there, but yeah, I say,
my son's nineteen, and you know, so you know a
few years from now, maybe you know, maybe we'll be
in that grandparents stage, you know. And so they're talking
back and forth and I'm just sitting there, you know,
quietly thinking about this, and I just out of nowhere
(50:30):
pipe up and say, I think I will be known
as all father, all father, all father. Yes, and little
little Johnny would come to.
Speaker 7 (50:39):
Me, Oh father, can I have some more candy? Please?
Speaker 2 (50:44):
Yes you can because you called me all father. You know,
he soul father.
Speaker 3 (50:48):
Here's it, here's a snickers.
Speaker 2 (50:51):
Yeah. And so we're going and like, you know, and
then imagine, you know, when Thor Junior comes up to
me and asks for candy, and I'm looking at my son.
I'm like, when Thor Junior comes up and asks for candy,
because there's a whole story there about my son when
he was little, you know, you mean, Mom wouldn't let
you name me Thor Junior. I could have had a
cool name instead of this stupid Bible name. He says
that when he's six, and we're like, oh my goodness, Jacob.
(51:14):
So anyway, so yeah, so like, of course you're gonna
name your kid Thor Junior because it's what you wanted, right,
And I'm like, and if you have a girl, you
could name her thorret like Smurfet, but thor you know
thoret or you know Thorina, Thorina. That could that could
be a thing that you know, and it's a you
know at all, And I mean his girlfriend is just
(51:34):
like no, no, no, and I'm like, yeah, yeah, let's go.
So yeah. So anyway, if you're thinking, you had to
think about your boogie grandma or grandpa name. If you
haven't thought about that, you gotta figure that one out. Now.
One of the things that Mark Zuckerberg needs to figure
out is exactly how much money is he pledging to
spend on developing technology infrastructure in the United States. Because
(51:59):
at a at a big, a big wig tech dinner thing,
Trump was sitting next to Zuckerberg and the cameras were rolling,
and he, out of nowhere just was like, yo, Mark,
how much are you talking about spending in America this year?
Zuckerberg was completely unprepared for the question. Uh ooh uh uh,
mister President, I think it's like six billion dollars between
(52:19):
now and the end of twenty twenty eight.
Speaker 3 (52:22):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (52:22):
Trump says, that's a lot. Zuck says, yeah, that is
a lot. And then after he was done talking, I
think he started to do the math, because you see,
Facebook only spends a total in twenty twenty five budgeted
total of one hundred and eighteen billion, so six hundred
billion between now and twenty twenty eight will require they're
(52:44):
only growing by twenty to twenty four percent a year
on their spend. That would be a huge, impossible increase
on their spend. So he looks to the say he
understood he was kind of caught there, and he was
apologizing to Trump wants. A discussion concluded. Zucklin's to Trump
and privately admitted to the President that he'd caught him
off guard. He said, mister President, I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (53:05):
I wasn't ready.
Speaker 2 (53:06):
I wasn't sure what number you wanted to go with.
In other words, we're just making this stuff up as
we go. Yeah, Oh, come on, all right. Today's winner
twenty five dollars Shock Innovations give certificate is Rex. Congratulation Rex.
I guess you could give that to your your brother,
maybe buy a new computer and ship it to him.
That might cover the shipping. Twenty five twenty five dollars
(53:29):
give certificate Eleana will get that out to you here
on Monday program. Note no Aftershock again today, guys, I apologize.
I will be back with you next week on that one.
But until then, we'll see you next weekend. For another
exciting addition, of compute this
