I took my puppy dogs to Duke's Dog One grooming yesterday.
They needed their summer shaved down. Now, Kelly doesn't get
shaved down, you know, she's she's a short hair, but
she definitely needed a bath.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
And some the short haired dogs shed.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
She shed so much, and the long haired and they
have like this high powered like dryer that kind of
gets that hair off. Not awesome, yes, And then of
course Oscar did need his shaved down. You know, he's
a big fluffy black border Collie and it's like, well,
you know, you're solid black and you're super fuzzy, you
need to be shaved down. So he did. He got

his shaved eyes.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
He's cooler in the summer.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
And I gotta tell you. They also painted Callie's toenail.
They're purple. Now, Dave, oh my goodness. I love what
they do and it makes me so happy because she
likes some cows. But so when I get to pick
the dogs up, it was so funny. So Destiny is
who always works on them, and she was so cute.

(01:08):
She was like, oh gosh, you will just not believe
what Oscar looks like.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
I'm like, ah, really.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
And then I look through like this little window area
where you can see other dogs being groomed, okay, and
I see this black dog sitting on this table and
he's fully groomed. I'm like, oh, oh my gosh. I'm looking.
I'm like, that's got to be Oscar. And I'm thinking,
how did they make him look so skinny like Oscar?

You know, he's twelve and he's a chunky monkey.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Oh fine, And so I thought to myself when I'm
looking at this dog, Ty'd be like, oh my gosh,
they must have like shaved him in a way that
makes him look like super flip and skinny.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
What is going on?

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Oscar suddenly fit?

Speaker 2 (01:54):
I mean seriously. And then they opened this back door
and here comes Oscar and Kelli run and I was.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Like, ah, it's like, there's Oscar boy.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
It was so funny.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
They were laughing at me.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
I was like, I just thought that was Oscar.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Sorry about that, weird. I thought, when you gave him
the shavedown, you have shaved off a few pounds.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
I mean, seriously, if anybody can you know shave
