People Cannot Differentiate AI from Humans 11/13/25

Dave talks about a recent survey where people are having a hard time knowing what's human vs. what is AI.

There was a recent study done in France that basically
showed that people cannot tell the difference between music generated
by humans versus music generated by AI. I know, right well,

Think about it. There's so many songs that use synthetic
you know, sounds and stuff that no, you probably wouldn't recognize.

And you can literally go on AI right now and
come up with a song and it'll put it all
together for you.

So then what does that do to our artists in
this world?

Seriously? I was just having this conversation with my buddy
Shopy yesterday while we were having a McRib and we
were he was telling me about how studio musicians he
plays studio music. There you go and can play every
instrument known to man. He is incredible. But he was
saying he knows people and friends who are now becoming

And then I also mentioned, I think I mentioned it
to Megan maybe that there is a commercial that I
hear that I'm pretty sure are AI voices.

I don't know one hundred percent because I was not
there when the spot was produced.

But but when it sounds like, boy, I'm having so
much fun, that's not.

There's no election. Yes, it's like bad acting.

Oh gosh, this is awful. It is this is not
a good way to go down this road. Man.

So it said ninety seven percent could not hear a
difference between human music generated by humans versus music generated
by AI wells. And it said also that most respondents
admitted that they felt uncomfortable. Yeah, I made him uncomfortable. Yes,
tell the difference that a robot was making.

This is not good. Crazy. And there was a tech boss.
I was reading an article last week. There was some
big tech boss who was like, why are you all
so afraid of robots taking over your jobs? Listen, it's
gonna free you all up to do more of what
humans do and make better things that humans do. And
I'm like, you mean it's going to put us out
of work, so then all we can do is our

mean nobody to even keep it in check, no, exactly.
