Speaker 1 (00:00):
Key one hundred with Dave and Jen. This is pretty crazy.
There was a recent study done in France that basically
showed that people cannot tell the difference between music generated
by humans versus music generated by AI. I know, right well,

(00:24):
I mean.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
Think about it. There's so many songs that use synthetic
you know, sounds and stuff that no, you probably wouldn't recognize.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
And you can literally go on AI right now and
come up with a song and it'll put it all
together for you.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
So then what does that do to our artists in
this world?

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Seriously? I was just having this conversation with my buddy
Shopy yesterday while we were having a McRib and we
were he was telling me about how studio musicians he
plays studio music. There you go and can play every
instrument known to man. He is incredible. But he was
saying he knows people and friends who are now becoming

(01:05):
out of work of course of AI.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
See that's not okay.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
And then I also mentioned, I think I mentioned it
to Megan maybe that there is a commercial that I
hear that I'm pretty sure are AI voices.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Uh huh.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
I don't know one hundred percent because I was not
there when the spot was produced.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
But but when it sounds like, boy, I'm having so
much fun, that's not.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
There's no election. Yes, it's like bad acting.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Oh gosh, this is awful. It is this is not
a good way to go down this road. Man.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
So it said ninety seven percent could not hear a
difference between human music generated by humans versus music generated
by AI wells. And it said also that most respondents
admitted that they felt uncomfortable. Yeah, I made him uncomfortable. Yes,
tell the difference that a robot was making.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
This is not good. Crazy. And there was a tech boss.
I was reading an article last week. There was some
big tech boss who was like, why are you all
so afraid of robots taking over your jobs? Listen, it's
gonna free you all up to do more of what
humans do and make better things that humans do. And
I'm like, you mean it's going to put us out
of work, so then all we can do is our

(02:27):
happy things because we have no.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Work to go do I mean serious? How we gonna live?

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Bro? Like, oh my gosh, this is this is the
runaway train, y'all. Somebody better pull the rip cord.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
And do you remember back months ago when there was
a story that one of the AI companies had basically
fired or gotten rid of their ethics boards.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Oh yeah, I think that was. I don't want to say,
we're gonna say. I don't want to say I don't
want to get fired from but oh my goodness, I
mean nobody to even keep it in check, no, exactly.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Make sure things are done right.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Listen. Will Smith made a movie about that. It's Eye Robot.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
People have not seen I Robot.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Here's what you need to watch it. You'll learn, you'll.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Realize about it.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
I do.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
All right. Battle on the way at seven forty and
our champ. He's kicking at Aaron Whitley olive Hill looking
for his sixth win today.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Look at him. So we need a female challenger to
take him on in the battle. The ladies, if you
want to play, call right now three zero four six
nine seven wk E or eight hundred and five four
four wk E. That's nine five three three.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
He was even a little trash talking yesterday in the battle. Yeah,
all right, ladies, call right now if you want to
tack on Aaron and good morning

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
