Potty Training Leo 06/13/25

Sure, little John and Luda.

Yeah, y'a.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
It is key one hundred with Dave and Jin.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
So we are in the midst of potty training. Oh yeah,
it's not easy, right, And Heath even said, you know,
when Presley was younger, I definitely don't remember this being
as difficult.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Okay, Well, yeah, they do say girls are quicker than boys. Yes,
at the old potty training Sarah was definitely, she was
definitely first. Yeah R three exactly.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Yeah. So you know, and I have friends that have
little boys, you know, Kelly and Anna both have little
boys of brown Leo's age, and so they're just now
doing really well on potty training too, and they're a
little older. And so Kelly was like, listen, they'll get
it when they get it, I promise you. Sometimes it'll
just like click. Okay. So we have been reading potty
books and we've got a Miss Rachel potty book okay,

(00:54):
and we read it every single night. Leo knows it.
Leo can read it back to you, and so last
night it's so cute. So in the Miss Rachel book,
they you know, she's very uh yes, yes, she says,
you know, when we have a poop feeling or a
pea feeling in our body. We have to go to

the bathroom, and our body tells us what we want.
And our body even tells us if we're hungry or thirsty,
or if we have a poop or a pea feeling.
So last night, we're in the bedroom. I'm putting away
some clothes. Leo's jumping on the bed and Heath was like, hey, Leo,
I have a poop feeling in my body. Oh, he goes,

(01:34):
do you have a poop feeling in your body? And
Leo just shakes his head like no, sure, don't even
like dad, And he was like, well, buddy, like, what
if we went downstairs and you know, we went to
the potty together, We could be potty buddies and we
can even read the potty book while we're using the potty.
And so I was like, oh my god, how adorable

(01:54):
is this? First of all? Okay, and sot Leo did agreed,
and I was like, awesome, good deal. So I, uh,
I wait, you know, I'm still putting away closed they
go downstairs, and then I do go downstairs eventually, and
I do see that the door has been left open
to the bathroom, and I do see that they're both
oh my, on their respective potties and uh, and they

are reading the book again and it's just adorable.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
I hope you got a picture.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
I wish, I wish, I what have on social media,
but with the world, I'm just so afraid that they're
going to wreck my phone and be like, oh, well,
look what you're doing, and then they'll charge me with
some crime. Lord only knows. But oh my gosh, it
was adorable.
