I was just reading a story last night, and now
I've realized that it was a story from like over
a year ago. But I must have missed it. Oh,
but I think it's very interesting. Are you ready to

year ago. Two? Two, I'm sure you missed it too.
Two new species of ancient sharks were found deep within
Mammoth Cave in Kentucky. Oh wow, Okay, I did miss this. Okay,
so did I. So apparently these fossils were found and

they they basically say that there were sharks living in
Mammoth Cave in Kentucky, which, by the way, is I
think the largest under underground cave system in the world. Wow. Yeah,
but literally these sharks lived, it said, over three hundred
and forty million years ago, were actually alive and roaming

Mammoth Cave before dinosaurs were on the earth. Isn't that crazy? Insane?
And they say that basically the discovery showcases Mammoth Cave
as a site of one of the most diverse shark
faunas from the Mississippian period in North America and understanding
these ancient sharks can help scientists learn more about the

evolution of modern sharks. A rights, Is that not so
cool that a cave in Kentucky held fossils of ancient sharks? Oh?
I'm blown away? Shut up, you know with you. By
the way, the sharks reached up to ten to twelve
feet in length, so they were rather so mammoth caves.

They were mammoths. Okay. So, by the way, Mammoth Cave
is actually near Bowling Green, Kentucky, actually closer like towards Nashville, Tennessee,
if you're going that way, right, yeah, four hours or so.
I want to go visit Mammoth Cave now, and I
want to know what's in there, and I want to
see everything. Do you want to go swim in there?
But I don't think there's still water in there. Okay,
it's a cave now, gosha, But I mean there might be.
