Tracy Finally Turns the Heat Up 11/18/25

Dave talks about the temperature in their house, and what Tracy decided the new temp should be.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Key one hundred with Dave and jin last night before bed.
I'm in the shower and Tracy says, oh, my goodness,
there's a winter weather advisory. Oh yeah, she said, I
think we need to turn the heat up. I said, okay,
sounds fine to me. She usually controls the temperature for
the most part. Okay, because that's what she likes to do,

(00:23):
happy wife, happy life. I just let her do her thing.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Well, yeah I did. Oh, but like, wasn't it warm
in your house? It's well?

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Uh So she comes back and I said, did you
turn it up? She said yeah. I said what did
you set it to? She said sixty eight? I said, oh,
I said, what was it on? Sixty six?

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (00:41):
I was like, well, all right, you bumped it up
a whole two degrees. We'll be nice and cozy in
our beds tonight, won't we. Oh my eight degrees? Okay?
Oh yeah, that's the world in which we live. And
I said, why can't we do this during the summer?
She said that costs.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Far too much. Well, and so if they do, say,
you know, oh, stop messing with it. You know, you
got to leave it where it's supposed to be, and
it'll regulate blah blah blah. Matter okay and listen. I
will turn my heat on when I feel chilly. I
don't care. I just like people are like, no, we
can't turn our heat on for like six months until
it's like really freezing and we're about to get frostbite.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
That's tracy. And then in the summer we don't turn
on the ace sa until everybody has sweat beads dripping
off their brow.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Cannot take that. I hate being sticky and sweat ages.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
You know, more about saving the money being comfortable.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Nope, I'm more about being comfortable. Same
