up all that. Here's the thing over the weekend, on
Easter Sunday, we had plans to go to church and
Wheelersburg Church we've been going to. But his friend Cassie,
Tyler's friend Cassie had invited him to go to the
early service, seven am sunrise service, okay, because it's it's

what they do on Easter seven am. They meet outside
to a quick little service and then you go home
and get ready for church, okay, and then you come
back and right, yeah, it's just a short, quick little service,
you know, okay, and then you go home and have
like the real main Easter service okay, okay. And he

had planned to do that well, Cassie told him, we
all know your track wreck, the oversleeping situation, it's happened
a few times, especially in high school. And uh. In fact,
I have told Tyler, you know, he's going to play
football at you pie. Oh, I've told him. The coach

there has a policy that if you oversleep, you miss
a class, you do anything basically to get in trouble,
your punishment is five miles at five am. Oh, buddy,
I said, here's the thing. T Uh, I'm calling it now. Yeah,
you're gonna have to do that at least one, at
least one hopefully, just one, hopefully, and you learn your lesson.

But I kind of feel like that's gonna happen. You
didn't know it won't. I'm okay, okay, Well I hope
it doesn't. Yeah, I hope it does, but I bet
it will. Here's the thing. He oversleptur sunrise service, and
I said, Tyler, what happened? Why didn't get up? He said,
I swear my alarm never went off. Was like, Tyler,
he just turned it off exactly. You don't know that

you're doing it. So he said, no, watch and he
sets his alarm for like one minute, and he shows
me his volume is all the way up. I sat
on his phone and sure enough, like it is so light,
like barely even playing. I'm like, well that's crazy. That's

and sure enough, there was a setting that took his

alarm volume all the way down, so I had to
slide that little bar back up and fix it. So basically,
he did have a legit excuse this time, and there
was there was some setting in his phone. He probably
made that setting. He said, it's been like that for
over a month. I said, well, how have you been
getting up for school? He I just wake up. Oh

that's bad, that god at all for real? Wow? Okay, wow,
he wasn't lying. I know. I am surprised the heck
out of me.
