her dad was battling cancer and he said, hey, Lola,
I have something for you. He gave her the page
she'd torn from her diary. He had found it in

Anderson competed in her first Olympic Games as part of
the women's quadruple skulls rowing team. They got the gold

So Lola decided to take up the sport herself, and
her dad was always there. In her diary, she wrote down,

was only twelve years old. So she threw it away
