The Only K Morning Show. Good morning, I'm ellon.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Hey, I'm right mano, I'm social Queen Darlene.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
Hi, I'm producing Mike Ramos.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
Big Night in Hollywood. Last night, cleanup begins today. I
want to thank Elton John and the Elton John AIDS Foundation,
ELF Cosmetics. I had a great time. Got to do
the white carpet for the Elton John viewing party. So
after the during the Oscars, we were in a big
ballroom and we all watched together and there were a
lot of celebrities there, and then the ones who were
at the Oscars all came over for the after party

(00:27):
with chapel Ron and Elton. So it was this great performance.
Elton was up on stage playing the piano, singing with
chapel Rone, just playing around and his auction items raised
another million dollars, so over six hundred million raised for
the AIDS Foundation worldwide.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
And I love that you shared that this just used
to It started as like a little tiny party at
a restaurant.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
It was. It was at Maple Drive in Beverly Hills,
and now it's this giant, huge thing. So it was
fun like wright right after the Oscars were over and
I heard the broadcast ended ten minutes early. Is that
even possible?

Speaker 5 (01:05):
You know what?

Speaker 6 (01:05):
Yeah, because then we switched to the Laker game, and
I was like, this is a weird time.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
And then the Lakers one. I wonder if any Lakers
came later to the party.

Speaker 7 (01:14):
They were joking on the Laker announcers.

Speaker 6 (01:16):
They were saying like, oh, there's a couple of people here,
came straight from the oscars.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
I think they were joking. It was so awesome, though,
you looked amazing. Yeah, it was so much fun. I
got a spray hand and then I got addressed. Finally
Ryan was worried about me. Yeah, and then.

Speaker 7 (01:34):
We were there. Yeah, your whole look.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Thanks boots.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
The boots were kicking.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Actually, listen, I got a voice note about you this morning.
No way.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Also, oh my god, Ellen looked stunning, absolutely gorgeous.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Yeah, so she keep nice?

Speaker 1 (01:56):
So nice? Is that your mama?

Speaker 4 (01:58):
No, okay, I'm literally getting messages about how great you
looked that official Ellen k goes.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Now, come on, no, it's serious. I liked Hallie Vary's dress.
She was my favorite, and Demi Moore's Oh my god.
So anyway, we'll get into all of that. But I
think The highlight of the night for me personally was
Walton Goggins. Now, if you don't know who Walton Goggins is,
he is in White Lotus season three. He plays a

(02:26):
really unlikable character and I chased him and I pulled
him over on the white carpet and I gave him
a ticket.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
Yeah, and this all happened live on Twitch.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
I understand you were live.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Yeah, we were live on Twitch. Anyway, he plays Rick
on White Lotus. So more on Walton Goggins and why
he will be on the Ellen k Morning Show. If
you don't know Walton, I didn't know his name. I
just knew his character's name.

Speaker 6 (02:54):
He's like the grouchy boyfriend. Yeah, was he a grouch?

Speaker 1 (02:58):
No, this is what I said to I said, You're
character is so unlikable and tortured, but your real life
character is beautiful because you're here for the Aides Foundation
giving back. And then he likes it. Oh, and he
was wearing us smiled. Oh, you smiled. So he was
wearing shoes without socks and the world with me.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Getting up with birth.

Speaker 8 (03:29):
And no, it's going to be.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Oh love and Mo Baby's Mo drama. Someone just had
another one he I think he is the most kids
of all famous daddies. So we'll get to that. I
don't think you'll be surprised when I tell you who
it is, all right. We also, oh my god, we
have so much for you this morning, Holy week, holy prize.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
And Kylie Jenner switched her seat last minute the Oscars.
She was next to Timothy shallow May, but she switched
right before that category came up and put his mother
there just in case he won, and he did not.
But still, what did you think of his yellow suit?
It was a yellow Yeah. I loved all the fashion

(04:36):
last night, like from the weird to the really I
don't know, glamorous, to the normal.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
To the Adam Sandler.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
To the Adam he was so cute, all right, Yeah,
he showed up in shorts and sweatshirt. All right, Kur
and cocaine one an oscar Durry's acceptance speech, the actor
reminded his wife of a vet that she made with
him in a parking lot after the Emmys.

Speaker 9 (04:59):
And she turned me us swear to God this happen.
There's just over a year ago. She said, I will
give you four when you win an Oscar. I held
my hand out, she sook it, and I have not
brought it up once until just now. You remember that, honey,
you do?

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Okay?

The ellen K Morning Show Coast one O three point bot.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
And there is no going back. Katy Perry going to
space and she committed maybe the llen K Morning Show
Happy after the Oscars, Monday.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
Could be a slow start for some, especially all those
people you passed in the SUVs spending on your way
to work.

Speaker 1 (07:50):
Without a fail. There's always the big SUVs just kind
of creeping. Yeah, as we're coming into work at four.

Speaker 4 (07:57):
Where are they coming from? Just different various houses and
home what.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Yeah, Okay, so the after parties there's Elton John party
goes till one am, and then the Vanity Fair party
just as late. So then I guess if you're like
wound up, maybe you go to someone's house. I know
that when you're Madonna did a big party in the
Hollywood Hills, So I think sometimes then like maybe a
celebrity says.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
Come on over, come over, got it?

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Yeah, but out of nowhere?

Speaker 4 (08:21):
Okay, Well, if you like them, are having a hard
time waking up, this morning. Maybe your brain's just not
it's just not cooperating. It happens, you know, no matter
how much coffee you drink. This is really interesting. I
haven't done this yet, so maybe I thought we could
try this, okay together?

Speaker 2 (08:37):
So uh, spin until you're dizzy.

Speaker 4 (08:40):
Oh I'm serious, really, I swear it makes up.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:44):
So there's a few theories here as to why this works.
Sometimes we need this is one theory. Sometimes we need
to create chaos to alter our frame of reference and
allow for new information to come in, which boosts your creativity.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
It almost always leads to new ideas when you spin
in circle.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
Oh okay.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
More scientifically, though, the dizzy and movement stimulates our brain's
vestibular system, and that is linked to spatial awareness, triggering
new connections between different brain regions, ultimately waking yourself up.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
Let's demonstrate with my disco ball. Okay, okay, so this
is your head and it's spinning, and now you're awake.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
I'm actually going to take off my headphones and do
it to you.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
Are okay, all right?

Speaker 4 (09:20):
Get ready because if I would wrap myself up in
the court, if I didn't.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
I'd be I'm dizzy, just watching you and everyone's doing it.

Speaker 5 (09:30):
Wake up with you, guys are the best. I love
listening to you. I listen to you every day.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
I'd love being here with you.

Speaker 10 (09:37):
Post one three point by Top Stories, Top of the Hour.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
Good morning, I'm Ellen k and this morning it's clean
up on Hollywood Boulevard. Following last night's Academy Awards, it
was all about Anora. I don't know if you've seen
it yet or not. Everyone was asking what is it about.
It's it's about Ah. It's about an adult dancer. She
dances in a club and and then she falls in
love with the son of a Russian oligarch. And then

(10:03):
it's think a hangover. It's all about one night, and
it's with this girl and this guy. So it's an adventure.
But it got five of the six Oscars for which
it was not, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Screenplay,
and Best Actress for the lead Mikey Madison.

Speaker 8 (10:22):
I grew up in Los Angeles, but Hollywood always felt
so far away from me.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
So to be here standing in this room today is
really incredible. Yeah, way to go, all right. Adrian Brodie
taking home Best to Actor trophy for his role in
the brutalist. Now what about this? So, after weeks of speculation,
the Rams have made a decision about their quarterback spot
next season. It is Matthew Stafford. He's staying for season five.

(10:50):
The Giants and Raiders were both interested, but the team
ultimately decided they weren't going to make a move. Now
it's time to figure out the rest. The Rams have
announced they planned to trade wide receiver Cooper Cup. So
how is he going to do without Cup? Well, he's here,
Matthew Stafford and Elton John through his big famous party
last night. I had the pleasure of being there. He
sings a song about the Rams. We will be rocking

(11:12):
in La So let's ram it today. Let's ram it.

Speaker 10 (11:16):
We go on our rama.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Rama's all right, let's go. Rams and officials warning and
beach goers again to stay out of the ocean after
our fires. The advisories extend from Los Floris and Malibu
down to Santa Monica State Beach, so do not go there.
And we welcome the week. Still cloudy and cool, we
have some sunshine, blue skuys here in Burdbank. Highs today
up around sixty and right now it is fifty. We

(11:42):
run on Celsius Energy Drinks Kost Los Angeles. It's Coast
one on three point five coming up. We're gonna send
you to Sabrina Carpenter and got a letter to Ellen
Wick to read it to you.

Speaker 10 (11:55):
It's the Lank Morning Show.

Speaker 11 (11:57):
You guys do a great job, and thank you for
my morning every day.

Speaker 5 (12:01):
I appreciate you all so much.

Speaker 10 (12:03):
Post one oh three point five right to Ellen for advice,
because she's seen a thing or two.

Speaker 12 (12:07):
She is Ellen.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
All right, Dear Ellen. I'm writing because I'm caught in
a difficult family situation. Could use some advice. I hear
others writing in and getting great advice. My wife and
I've been married for nearly twenty years, and she's always
had her own sense of style, dressing in ways that
seemed designed to attract attention, crop tops, short skirts, outfits
that would typically be worn by women in their early

(12:32):
twenties rather than someone in her mid forties. My wife
is beautiful. I've always appreciated her confidence. The issue arose
last week when my sixteen year old son came to
me privately, clearly upset. He said, Dad, how do we
get mom to stop dressing like that? It's embarrassing around
my friends and at school. I'm stuck on hot to
handle this. My wife adores our son. I know she'd

(12:52):
be devastated to learn he's embarrassed by her. I can't
tell her he said this without betraying his trust. But
if I bring up myself, she'll think I have a
problem with her and I don't, and the advice would
be deeply appreciated. Sincerely, Sam. Hmmm, I don't know. Maybe
the Sun just needs to like make a joke about

(13:14):
it to bring it up and just say, mom.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
Like, but the way, look, the way we dress, the
things we feel comfortable in is very closely tied to
how we feel.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
It's our identity.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
It really is like I was with somebody, I was
in a relationship, and you know I had I wear
some like oddly colored things sometimes and you know, pink shorts,
red shoes, they don't always match, but I like it
because it makes me feel good and I just think
they're fun.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
It's the mano mashup it is.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
And she would she would just just all day say like, no,
don't wear And I couldn't stand that.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
Yeah, yeah, I could see that because it feels judgmental. Yes,
and it feels like, but this is who I am.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Yes, this is what I want to wear. How about
you be quiet?

Speaker 7 (13:59):
It could backfire and she could go sexier.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
Yeah, yeah, I guess you know what silence is golden
in some instances. Yeah, so perhaps perhaps the sun looks
the other way, turns the other cheek, and perhaps the
dad goes to the sun and just said, look, you know,
you know how much we love her. She is who
she is, turn the tables. You wouldn't want her, you know,

(14:26):
being embarrassed by something you did.

Speaker 4 (14:28):
And maybe it's a conversation even brings up with his
friends and he's like, guys, I'm sorry, my mom wore
some weird stuff.

Speaker 11 (14:32):
You know.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
It's just like a simple thing like I don't know,
I don't know what to tell you, but that's why.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
Yeah, I don't know, guys, I think that's going to
cost more damage though. If he does that, it's going
to hinder that relationship.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Well, you have two young girls nine years old, twins
and beautiful Katie. So if Katie were doing this around
your your you know, your girl's friends, yeah, I would.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
Definitely, yeah, they would. I would definitely talk to her
about and say, hey, you know a little too much
to revealing.

Speaker 6 (15:01):
My fifteen year old son is instantly calling me out
and probably making fun of me.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
Okay, so there you go. You could do that.

Speaker 7 (15:08):
Yeah, like mom, mama, what are you wearing?

Speaker 6 (15:11):
Or even just the look he would give me would
make me ask him like, why are you looking at
me like that?

Speaker 1 (15:17):
If I ever had like a tank top on or
there was cleavage, Calvin would just when he was younger,
not like sixteen, but when he was younger, he would
go get something and put it up.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
To just literally dressed. Redress you.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
Anything, kitchen towel, anything.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
That's awesome.

Speaker 7 (15:38):

his wife of a vet she made with him about
babies in a parking lot after the Emmys, and she
turned me.

Speaker 9 (17:21):
I swear to God this happen. It was just over
a year ago. She said, I will give you four
when you win an oscar. I held my hand out,
she shook it, and I have not brought it up

and one of them is pipping so pecking his way
out or her out, you know, way out. The last
one that got out of the egg and hatched was
three years ago.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
Yeah, it's been a rough couple of years, them losing
the eggs, and just be foreworn two. We were all

Speaker 10 (22:37):
Coast one oh three point five.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Lot of traffic this morning, rollover crashes. We've had incidents
everywhere from the ten to the seven ten to the
four h five, just all over the Southland. That's why
when news of flying cars came out last week, we
were extremely excited and also a little scared because if
these things are happening on the ground, you know a

(23:01):
lot of possibilities happening in the air, and then it
would happen over us on the ground, so it would
be double back. But hopefully the flying car will get perfected.

Speaker 12 (23:11):
In the mid morning shows. Your rains all, Ryan Meadow,

(23:35):
did you pay something to make it? I did? Okay,
I thank you Dave.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Our creator? All right?

Speaker 9 (23:51):
Do you like it?

Speaker 4 (23:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 12 (23:52):
I love it.

Speaker 10 (23:54):
It's the l m K Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (23:55):
Good morning Coast QTI. That's my new name for you.
Coast qutie, Oh you buy.

Speaker 10 (24:01):
It post one oh three point five all right, Anora
takeing it home.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Five of the six Oscars for which it was named,
including Best Picture Honora Samantha Kwan except that debt Oscar
for Best Picture just last Night. I love her message
to all of the dreamers and the young filmmakers out there,
Tell the stories you want to tell, Tell the stories
that move you. I promise you you will never regret it,
nor did the box office. A Noorra cost six million

(24:28):
dollars to make, it has brought in almost forty million worldwide.
Adam Sandler was wearing a one hundred and seventy five
dollars hoodie to the Oscars and it was turquoise. It's
a by La based designer Aviator Nation. It is nearly
sold out, so everybody buying up that zip up hoodie.
He said he likes the way he looks because he

(24:48):
likes the person he is. And a hot cheeto shaped
like the iconic Pokemon charizard recently sold for almost ninety
thousand ad auction. The one of a kind Cheeto is
a fixed to a customized Pokemon card and preserved in
a clear card storage box. It was discovered and preserved
first by Goal Collectibles just a few years ago, and
then the Cheetah went viral and social media, propelling it

(25:10):
to Internet stardom. Ninety grand for that Charizar Cheeto and
beloved in our city for over one hundred years. One
hundred and one years, La Staple Original Pantry Cafe closing
the stores for good despite efforts to save it. Loyal
customers waiting last night with a line around the block
to eat one more time at that iconic diner. While
news of the trust selling the pantry has been ongoing

(25:32):
for months, the union Local eleven, representing restaurant employees, is
trying to negotiate a contract. The union announced the trust
wouldn't say if they had a buyer lined up or not,
so they are holding on to hope that it won't
close for good. Maybe there'll be a reopening. We'll see.
And a toddler in Oklahoma made what he thought was
a very important nine one one call over the weekend.

(25:52):
The young man named Bennett was in desperate need of donuts.
Here's part of his emergency call. Yeah, very act. Well,
the police Department's running everyone to only use nine one
one for actual emergencies. They did show up at Bennett's
house with a dozen from Duncan.

Speaker 5 (26:11):
How are you well?

Speaker 3 (26:12):
We brought you some donuts.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
Yes, all's well. That ends well, Okay. We do have
a sunshine here in Burbank. It's going to be on
the cool side today. You're getting to get highs around
sixty maybe sixty five in some areas. It is fifty
right now, and we run on Celsius Energy drinks. It's
kost Los Angeles Coast one of three point five. We
have your cash on Coast. The easiest way to win
one thousand dollars is right here between eight and nine

(26:38):
Poker Faced by Lady Gaga's going to play when it does,
call us for a thousand Akama Food, Fruit Loving.

Speaker 6 (26:47):

fabulous day and I love listening to you guys in
the morning on my way to work.

Speaker 10 (26:53):
Make us a preset on your iHeartRadio app. Coast one
oh three point five.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Right to Ellen for advice because she's seen a thing
or two.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
She is Ellen, Darryln. I'm running because I'm caught in
a difficult family situation. Could use some advice my wife
and have been married for twenty years. She's always had
her own unique sense of style, dressing in ways that
seemed designed to attract attention. Short skirts, maybe crop tops,
things like that, clothing typically worn by women in their

(27:23):
early twenties rather than mid forties. Last week, my sixteen
year old son came to me privately, clearly upset. He said, Dad,
how do we get mom to stop dressing like that?
It's embarrassing at school. We read that letter from Sam,
and we're getting so many opinions and some great advice,
I think, so far.

Speaker 4 (27:42):
Anyway, we've had a lot of mixed opinions, even in
this room.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
Yeah we have, you know.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
Yeah, Like I think that someone's sense of style and
what they wear is their identity, and I think to
take that away from them is terrible.

Speaker 1 (27:56):
Yes, totally.

Speaker 6 (27:58):
The other Just a couple of weeks ago, I was
going to hang out with some girlfriends and the theme
was pink or red for a girl's like get together. Yeah,
and my husband and my fifteen year old thought that
I looked too dressed down, kind of boring.

Speaker 2 (28:14):
Oh basicly okay, Like I just wore jeans and.

Speaker 6 (28:17):
A tea yeah, yeah, you know, yeah, that's my stick,
and they picked a shirt out of my closet which
was a crop top, which was way more sexier than
I'm used to and they were like, yeah, we're that Okay.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
He encouraging the dar to show some skin.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
If it was my wife and it was too revealing,
I would just tell her like, hey, look, let's just
cover it, cover it up a little bit.

Speaker 4 (28:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
Yeah. Sam wrote a letter to l and let's gout
to mom. Lynette and son Harrison.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
Hi.

Speaker 11 (28:45):
Well, Harrison and I were talking about the situation and
he's a teenager, so we were kind of talking about
how he would manage the situation, and he thinks that
he should just talk to his mom in private. Okay, yeah, yes, yeah,
you know, yes, mom in private, Like, Mom, that makes
me feel uncomfortable if you can turn it down a

(29:06):
little bit. But if he doesn't feel like he can
talk to his mom about it, then he should just
take it as a joke with his friends and say, hey,
don't be DELI go pick on somebody else. Yeah okay,
I mean, you know, just kind of turn it around
and make it a joke because he doesn't really have
that many choices putting the dad on the spot is
going to be a little awkward and there, you know,

(29:27):
and their relationship, I think, Yeah, thank.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
You so much, great advice, Lynette, and thank Harrison for us.

Speaker 11 (29:33):
Also, all right, you have a great day guys.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
You too. Yeah. I like to be able to have
that open communication. I like to be able to want
Calvin to feel my son to feel that he can
tell me anything he wants to. Sometimes I've asked questions
and I always know when to stop, like just to
stop the questioning. Like you said, he went to a
hoedown last weekend?

Speaker 10 (29:57):
What right?

Speaker 1 (30:00):
And I said, oh, who did you go with? Where
was it?

Speaker 9 (30:04):
Like?

Speaker 1 (30:04):
What's a hodown? And it was actual like western hodown? Okay,
and it was a sorority party that he was invited to. Yeah,
but that was all I got. Well, I think that's
a fair question. Was college campus? What is a hoedown?

Speaker 8 (30:22):
Mare of your comments coming up find your feel good
here on the L and K Morning Show Coast one
O three point five.

Speaker 10 (30:28):

Speaker 1 (30:40):
Thank you for being here with us. Do you know
that to March equals best sectomies?

Speaker 4 (30:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (30:47):
I didn't know that until just this morning.

Speaker 2 (30:49):
Wow, it's because of March madness.

Speaker 1 (30:51):
Uh huh.

Speaker 4 (30:53):
So the idea is that guys when they have to
rest them and ice them, they need a day on
a couch, and what better time to do it than
watching basketball?

Speaker 8 (31:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (31:02):
I just I didn't know that. It's like really in
real life. Yeah, that's a real.

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Thing, fifty percent more in March.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (31:10):
My husband did his in March, now that I go,
and it was fascinating. I wish I could sit in
on all of them.

Speaker 4 (31:16):
You know.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
I felt like I said it on his dark all
the detail, right down to the iodine.

Speaker 7 (31:23):
It look like a statue.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
Oh lord, Okay, all right, it's your letter to Ellen.

Speaker 7 (31:29):
It's easy, people.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
Sam wrote into us. Him and his wife dresses provocatively.
She's in her mid forties, but she likes to wear
things that maybe twenty year olds would wear. And now
the sixteen year old son is embarrassed in front of
his friends. Basically, let's go to Rodondo Beach Art. You've
got the drop on all this right.

Speaker 5 (31:51):
Basically, whatever a baron does, a high school kid is
embarrassed of whatever it is. I have a short story
to tell you. Well, my kids were high school. They
would tell me, Dad, can you please drop us off
a block away from the school because they're embarrassed of
my nineteen eighty age Ford bronco And it has a

(32:11):
lot of slate that says walk in bronco. So what
I do is every time I drive by and her
friends are around, I would start shaking the bronco and
they would get more red and embarrassed. Okay, So, no
matter how sexy the mother addresses, that's her character, that's
her personality. You cannot change that, So be you and

(32:32):
just live with it. Be you accept your parents because
that's the way they are. If you don't like your
parents to change you, don't try to change your parents.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
By the way, your bronco sounds super cool.

Speaker 2 (32:43):
Do you still have it?

Speaker 1 (32:44):
It was?

Speaker 5 (32:44):
It was No, I had a good rid of it
at over two hundred thousand miles.

Speaker 4 (32:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
Yeah, Oh well that's so that's great. Well, we're glad
you stuck to your you know who you really are?
You have to Yeah, and Ryan, you said the same
thing you aiding a girl who criticized your wardrobe.

Speaker 2 (33:03):
Yeah, because I don't know. I like to wear what
I like to wear.

Speaker 4 (33:06):
I would just I don't know if they're on a
pair of flamingo shorts or red shoes and they maybe
didn't match. But it made me feel like I wanted
to feel. And when someone says, hey, don't do that,
you feel like they're robbing your identity.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
Yeah, it's Jedgi. We judge you too, just I know
you do.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
But you didn't say it as much as she did.

Speaker 4 (33:22):
It was horrible.

Speaker 8 (33:22):

Dodgers up today, Back at it tomorrow against the Reds
Opening Day two weeks from tomorrow in Tokyo, and Harry
Styles of One Direction ran yesterday in the Tokyo Marathon.
Among the thirty seven thousand entrants, Harry plays six thousand
and tenth. He finished the twenty six mile marathon in

(36:04):
three hours and twenty four minute. Is not bad. It's
holding a mile pace of under eight minutes seven forty
seven to be exact. Runnard's World magazine complimented Harry for
keeping a metronoma tempo. He ran the second half of
the marathon only one second slower than he ran the
first half, so really really good way to go. Harry
and a woman found Carrie's wedding dress from Sex and

(36:24):
the City at a thrift shop for nineteen dollars. She's
selling it to pay for her divorce. This beautiful dress
by Rara Owang retails for thousands of dollars. She's put
it up online and she's hoping to get about eight
grand from that iconic wedding dress. Wedd a thrift shop find.
And we welcome the week. We've got sunshine. High's around sixty.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
Yeah, it's amazing.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
It was fun. Thank you, Yeah, Welton Goggins. He was
wearing this really cool tuxedo and then his tuxedo pants
were just a little bit on the shorter side so
you could see that he'd have me socks on with
his shoes. It was such a cool look. And there's
so many beautiful gowns. Jane Seymour. There was a woman
named Belinda from Mexico City in this white jeweled dress.
I was like, who are you to blue eyeshadow on?

(38:34):
And I don't know there's so many, so many amazing
fashion moments on the way.

Speaker 2 (38:39):

Speaker 1 (38:42):
Oh Ryan, you never compliment me? Thank you?

Speaker 2 (38:45):

Speaker 1 (38:50):
Oh by the way, Neil Patrick Harris right, so he
kind of like hosted the Elton John party during the viewing,
and I got a chance to talk to him and
tell him that I was cast in Dougie Howser back
in the day. Did Yeah, I got to tell him,
so he loved it. I said, I was in the episode.
I can't remember the ninth episode. Oh you can.

Speaker 2 (39:07):
Nothing compares to.

Speaker 1 (39:08):
You, that's right. And I chose Dougie on the Dating
Show as one of the panelist girls. So we got
a good laugh out of that. You know. The thing
about Dougie and Neil Patrick Harris is that that was
back then when he was starting out in television with
that successful series, and now look at him now with
years of success, well everything, and he's exactly the same person. Yeah,

(39:36):
all right, John Chappel round getting on stage so much fun.
Doja Cat was performing Diamonds are Forever in a million
crystals on that dress, so it looked like it was
nude with just crystals. I thought that was cool. And
Sean Baker made Oscar's history after winning four Academy Awards
in a single night for the same movie. And That's Anora.

(39:56):
He gave a really great speech. One of my favorite
moments of the night was when they honored the l Firefighters.
Yes take it away, LAFD Captain Eric Scott.

Speaker 3 (40:13):
Well, our hearts go out to all of those who

Speaker 2 (41:49):
I'll explain it later if you know, you know, it's
