day one is critically important. When I first arrived in

with teachers, with counselors, in knocking on doors. In fact,
two days ago I was knocking on doors with my team.

We knocked on thirty four thousand doors, and our average
daily attendants is now back to pre pandemic levels, which

which is a ma and parents ought to know that
no matter how great our teachers are, they cannot teach
the apbsent child right. So attendance is important. Secondly, schools

speaking as well as mental health. So we have the
resources parents bring us your child. Let us know what's
going on in your child's life. We have great wellness

psychiatric social workers to address the whole child. The next
thing is this year we are launching universal transportation for
all at no costs, even if you are half a
mile away from the school.

but I wanted to just spread a message and encourage
all of our kiddos going back as well as our
adult students, you know, to always practice empathy as you
head back to school. It's so important when you encounter
someone who might be a little bit different, maybe they

have a physical difference or anything that makes them a
little bit different, practice empathy. You know, try to put
yourself in that person person's shoes, and it really it's
beneficial to help everyone understand what it's like to be
a little different. Include in addition to that inclusion, if

you see someone that's maybe eating alone or doesn't have
a group of friends yet, be that person to approach
them first, invite them to come and meet with you
this week, and a lot of friendships can be formed
that way.

fifty percent. We've done great work in collaboration with principles,
with teachers, with counselors, in knocking on doors. In fact,
two days ago I was knocking on doors with my team.

We knocked on thirty four thousand doors, and our average
daily attendants is now back to pre pandemic levels, which
is great. Quanic aps andiism has decreased by thirty four percent,
which is a ma and parents ought to know that
no matter how great our teachers are, they cannot teach
the apbsent child right. So attendance is important. Secondly, schools

are safe places. This is where we screen, diagnose, accelerate,
remediate not only academically speaking, but also social and emotionally
speaking as well as mental health. So we have the
resources parents bring us your child. Let us know what's
going on in your child's life. We have great wellness

anders and clinics. We have medically trained professionals. We have nurses,
psychiatric social workers to address the whole child. The next
thing is this year we are launching universal transportation for
all at no costs, even if you are half a
mile away from the school.

all of our kiddos going back as well as our
adult students, you know, to always practice empathy as you
head back to school. It's so important when you encounter
someone who might be a little bit different, maybe they

have a physical difference or anything that makes them a
little bit different, practice empathy. You know, try to put
yourself in that person person's shoes, and it really it's
beneficial to help everyone understand what it's like to be
a little different. Include in addition to that inclusion, if

you see someone that's maybe eating alone or doesn't have
a group of friends yet, be that person to approach
them first, invite them to come and meet with you
this week, and a lot of friendships can be formed
that way.
