there was a mobile City Council meetingand it was brutal. It was a
brutal almost a two hour meeting.This is something that if you're interested in
as a citizen, you can watchthe YouTube video. Of course, if
you're a working person with a jobor a business of your own, it
would be very difficult for you totake time out to go see any of

this or participate in it because themeetings are held in conveniently before noon or
around noon every every Tuesday, sovery difficult for the citizen to really get
involved. And I'm sure it's notby design. I'm sure it's just an
oversight. But anyway, city councilmeeting brutal, just a long meeting.

I'm sure a real awakening for newcity councilman Josh Woods, who newly installed
on the Mobile City Council after beingduly elected by citizens. Now he's being
brutalized with two hour meetings. Ifyou run into Joge Woods this week,
just show him a little a littlekindness because his brain. I'm sure if

you have to sit there and actuallypay attention like a council person, there's
no telling what it might do tothe brain, just having to sit there
and actually pay attention to it.Now, there was a lot of discussion
at the Mobile City Council meeting aboutthe bodycam footage. There was a citizen

some time ago, John Dallas,had an altercation with police. Died as
a result of the altercation with police, and the family and concerned members of
the community have been asking for weeksto see the bodycam footage. Now,

in Alabama, the Alabama Supreme Courtruled that no one has the right to
see bodycam footage in Alabama. Thiswas kind of a surprise to some of
us because bodycams were sold to thepublic as this is a way to increase
transparency. Yeah, things will bebetter if we take the time and the

expense to put body cameras on allthese police, then we'll have transparency and
we'll all know it's a better governmentto have transparency. Well, it hadn't
really worked out that way in thestate of Alabama, where Supreme Court says,
no, you don't. You don'tget to see it. If the
whoever takes the footage doesn't want youto see it, you don't have to

see it. You don't get tosee it. So really, I don't
know if this is the case,But to an uneducated person such as myself.
It seems set up so that thebodycams are only worn to exonerate police,
and that would be in case theyneed to be exonerated for something.

So lots of people, several showedup to ask about the bodycam video.
So many signed up that before theyeven spoke, the mayor had the city
attorney make a statement on the bodycam. So let's listen. This is the
brief statement by the City of Mobile'sattorney on the release of the bodycam footage.

I see that we have a lotof people here signed up to ask
questions or make comments, really makingcomments about the body cam footage footage,
so at this time I would callhim the City of Turning Ricardo Woods to
make a statement thank you here soin reference to focus on mister Dallas and

the body cam and first and foremostdon't say anytime there's a loss of life,
it is tragic indeed, and wegive our condolescence to the Dallas family.
We are in the process and havesubmitted this body cam along with other
evidence to of course the grand jury, well to the DA's office, and
they'll be presenting to the grand jury. And then of course there's a corresponding

federal investigation in addition to the MPDinvestigation, so it's tripartite. But in
reference to the grand jury submission,we're not allowed to give that information out
because you have an ongoing criminal investigation. As soon as that criminal investigation is
concluded, it's our for you thatthe family and their attorney is entitled to
see it, and we will sitdown with them and allow them to view

it at the conclusion of the criminalinvestigation. Accust Woods, all right,
So the family will get a chanceto look at it eventually, and it
may be they said in the meaningit maybe a few months before the process
is going through. But it's stillmany people wondering why bodycam footage is so

hard to see in the state ofAlabama. Why is it being Why our
taxpayers not allowed to see these?It always has to end up in court,
but this sounds like it won't endup in court at least for the
family to see it. But Igot to thinking about this. Many people
seem upset at the fact that bodycamfootage can't be viewed as a public record

in the state of Alabama thanks tothe Alabama Supreme Court. So if Joe
Biden gets re elected president. Nowdon't now stop laughing. Please look,

know. I mean, who knows. Maybe he could drink some jaritall and

he's president again for another term,or Kamala Harris's president, or Gavin Newsom
is president or Cornell West is president, maybe someone should petition the next Democrat
president to create some type of vouchersystem so that if someone feels profiled by

law enforcement in our country, thatthey could receive some type of federal citizen
body cam. Yeah, why not? Well, in Alabama, law enforcement
gets a body cam and then thestate Supreme Court says taxpayers can't really see
it. So why not ask oneof these left left leaning presidents or senators

or something if we could maybe getvouchers for citizen bodycams. If you if
you feel profiled, if you're worriedabout your encounters and you want to make
sure that there's a record of whatevermight happen in a traffic stop or something,
maybe it's maybe it's time for thecitizen bodycam provided with some type of

we possibly afford to have a bodycamfor citizens that requested one? How could

two City of Mobile LGBTQ plus liaisons. The City of Mobile had hired two
liaisons or LGBTQ plus. I don'tknow exactly what they were doing. They
were liaison ing, whatever that is, and then after hiring them decided to

of me. This was weeks ago, but there was a statement from the
mayor or the administration saying that therewere other there were other groups that did
not have their own liaisons and theyfelt like having specific liaisons for one group

was counterproductive or something like that.Anyway, Mobile does not have LGBTQ plus
liaisons, at least not right now. So someone showed up to express disappointment
in this, and I don't rememberthe person's name, but you can see

were representing some kind of committee orsomething that was part of the Mobile County

council person to talk about putting togethera plan for something. I don't know

together a plan. Now I don'tknow if the city is going to go

didn't quite understand, and that wasthat people under the age of thirty they
loved to watch television with the closedcaptioning on, which annoys me, but

in and explained to me why thatyoung people have been raised watching garbage on
their smartphones and they sneak the smartphonesinto all kinds of places like school,
businesses, placed like places like that, and they have the close captioning on

so that they people don't notice thatthey're watching. So they've gotten used to
close captioning on the screen. Wellthere's another new, another new stat about
all that older people, many ofthem like watching television while they eat.

The generation of people that were raisedon TV dinners, the horrific frozen TV
dinners, Well now that has flippedto the smartphone. And somebody came up
with the stat that sixty percent ofmillennials stare at their phones while they eat

dinner. And that generation Z it'seighty percent when they're eating their meal.
Eighty percent of that generation is staringat a phone. This is something that
would have been hard to I don'tknow, would we have imagined this when

we were all kids, that oneday future generations would sit at a table
and not talk to each other.They would be looking at a small device
and they might even send a messageto each other on it while instead of
speaking to each other. Eighty percentGeneration Z stares at a phone while they're

eating, and of those people,about seventy percent of those people stare at
their phone while they're cooking the foodthis song. Eventually, for that generation,

there's just gonna be there's gonna besome great awakening. Eventually, somebody's
gonna stumble on the fact that there'sa real world. I know that sounds
silly to say, but think aboutit. They're staring at the phone all
day, even when they're taking ameal, even when they're cooking the meal,
they're staring at the thing. There'sgoing to be a movement. These

people are gonna get a little bitolder and one of their peers is going
to find out that there's a world. And I know, I know it
sounds silly, but at all it'sall about perspective. They're going to discover

outside and going out and exploring line. And that'll become more prevalent because you've
noticed big tech keeps trying to getus to go into virtual reality. You

there's going to be some people thatonly want to live in there, and
there are other people that are goingto want to live in the real world.

how can it go any other way. People are used to what they're used
to, and they're raised the waythey're raised. And there's some people now
raised looking at a phone almost attheir entire waking day, and they're going
to be they might be excited tofind out there's an actual real world out

at the football game at lad Stadium. Henry saw that there was a disturbance

then uh, one video I sawon their social media showed all the people
there hitting the deck army man styleas if they're in a firefight. But

They need to keep it open.You see, Henry, some people want

seemed to be many many youth disturbancesall over the country lately. Now we

never knew existed, but it wasNational Cinema Day in the United States,
and AMC theaters offered four dollars movietickets nationwide at their theaters. And there
are news reports from all over thecountry about big disturbances wherever these theaters were,

where a four dollar movie ticket suddenlyturned into some kind of a just
nutty. I mean, for example, you may have seen this story.
It was in Pensacola, Pittsacola policesay around three hundred juveniles gathered and began
fighting at the theater Sunday night becauseof all this. So that was Pensacola.

Let's see in California towns, Californiapolice there say a thousand, more
than a thousand juveniles swarmed to watcha fight among other juveniles at a mall
near a movie theater there UH inNorthern Carolina, Northern California. Around the
same time, fifty young people UHwith a big disturbance at another mall in
