(00:02):
All right, welcome now our numbertwo at Home with Gary Solvin, taking
you through well another hour of homeimprovement problems and hopefully a few solutions.
Not a bad day to get outsideand do a little decorating too. It
sounds like it's gonna continue to geta little cold, so maybe get that
done this weekend. Our phone numberfive one three seven, five hundred will
(00:25):
take your call, still one righthere on fifty five KRC the talk station.
Well, it's the weekend. Welcomeat Home with Gary Salvin. This
hours brought to you by Aeroceal Sealingyour air ducks. Well, I'll help
your furnace run efficiently and that meansyou save money on your energy buill.
Up to thirty percent of air leaksthrough unsealed air ducks. Well that's a
(00:48):
whole bunch of air, isn't it. You can visit aerow Seal it's a
E. R O S E AL dot com and you'll find a qualified
pro who can do that for you. In fact, we'll have Zach Framarcio
as a guest at the bottom ofthis hour, so if that's an interest
to you, had it done tomy home probably about twenty years ago.
(01:08):
I guess he will be joining usat the bottom of this hour. In
the meantime, you can grab aline. That'say one hundred and eighty two
three eight, two five five andDennis. Welcome. Yes, Gary,
thanks for the call. Taking thecall. I've got a basement from about
the fifties, and I've uncovered aproblem a tile. I like a CMT
(01:32):
type tile with a tar like andhe says, under it, you know
when you walk around it, yourfeet can of stick to it. It's
really tacky. I've tried a twentyfour inch three m type commercial scrubbing pad
and a detergent and it's it cutsabout twenty to thirty percent of it.
(01:57):
Any better ideas than a closed environment, which well, yeah, my guess
is that adhesive probably has dispestus init, as does the tile, so
you're gonna have to be really careful, and any type of agitation or mechanical
removal may create a bigger problem onceyou put those asbestos fibers in your air
(02:20):
and through your air handling equipment spreadthroughout the home. So there are adhesive
removers that can be brushed on andsoften and then removed with like a big
huge ice scraper, I don't know, four and a half foot handle,
(02:42):
metal plate on the front and removeit. That way, I would say,
would probably be the best way.Okay, do you have a name
for a product? I guess yeah, don't laugh too hard. It's called
Beanie Do. It's actually made fromsword It's actually made from soil, soybean
oil. You can find Beanie Do. I think it's on the same website
(03:07):
as a product that I've spoke ofcalled blue Bear product. But I agree,
I love the name. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes, I
think the CMT the title is gone. So whatever I've exposed myself to,
it's what I've done self inflicting.Yeah, yeah, I think that's gonna
(03:28):
be the safer way to do it. You know, if it's really hard
and I know a lot of peoplethey once had hardens and I'm surprised it's
still soft, so I don't reallyknow. You can actually test that if
you want to see if there's asbestosfibers in it, you can go to
a hardware store and get an asbestostest. Basically, you'll scrape some of
(03:51):
it into a container and mal itto a lab and they'll let you know
if asbestos is in it because alot of that aspecially adhesive was used with
that type of tile. But usuallythat type of adhesive, usually from what
I'm familiar with, is very dryand almost very brittle. I mean,
(04:14):
it'd be the last thing that itwould be sticky. Yeah, this is
ever you walk around on tennis shoes, it's like stick sticks sticks. Can
it does it track or is itjust sticky? Nope, it's just sticky.
So you might want to test itfirst, you know, rather than
(04:35):
going to all that work, becauseif there were no asbestos in it,
you could probably take one of theseand you know, if you get a
floor grinder, you can get diamondcut pads on there. You can also
get screening where the screening wheel, you know, if it's a sticky substance,
(05:00):
it'll it'll remove that pretty effectively.But I don't think I would do
that discotch break. Yeah, yeah, well it's the screen is almost like
a if you know what drywall sandpaperlooks like. They make a pad like
that where it can actually you know, filter through. But I just wouldn't
use that till I know what itis. Okay, all right, test
(05:25):
it out first and then search forbeanie do yeah, or search for Beanie
do yeah. All right, Dennis, thank you, take care. All
right, Let's go to Terry.Terry, welcome, Thank you. Gary.
Just want to say that we enjoyyour program very very much. Thank
(05:45):
you, sir. Just wondering ifthere's any hope for some all stains in
my driveway. It's been there acouple of months. Would you recommend anything,
if you're any hope to get thatup. Yeah, there is.
There's there's a lot of products thatI've had relatively decent luck with. I
mean, you go to the bigbox store, hardware store. There's a
(06:08):
product called oil stain driveway oil stainremover. It's made by crud Cutter.
It's with a K k R UD and k U T T e R.
People have told me less toil er. I think it was less toil
works. I haven't used that. There is one product I always call it
(06:28):
my last go to product, Terry. It's called a c t act cleaner,
and it is a living microbe thateats oil. So they've used that
product in oil fields. They've usedit in the BP oil spill in the
Gulf of Mexico a number of yearsago. And you can get that online
(06:54):
only at act Cleaners dot com.I believe that's the website. I'm doing
that by memory. They have itlike ten pound bags. That's about the
smallest amount you can get, andthey got it up to you know,
drums. But you just sprinkle thispowder on it, Terry, and it
literally eats the oil out of theconcrete and eventually the oil disappears, as
(07:19):
does the microbe the powder that you'reputting on there. So it's there's no
rinsing, no scrubbing, no nothing. But that's kind of my go to
product. It works very well. That sounds great. Is that act ad
act So it's just like act Ohokay, okay, okay, well,
(07:43):
thank you very much, very good. Thanks for the call. Appreciate it.
I do want to bring up onemore every time I'm talking about that
particular product. It's a very uniqueproduct obviously, But I'll tell you another
thing that that works really well onand that is if you have a wood
deck or even a composite deck thatdoesn't have a PVC cap on it,
(08:09):
and you've got to grill up onthat deck and you get oil from meats
from grilling out, you get theoil that stains that wood. That act
cleaner will actually eat that oil also, so it's just not motor oil that
that devours it. Also, youknow oils from meats and grease from meats,
(08:33):
it will devour that also. Andagain you sprinkle it on, the
oil stain disappears, as does theproduct to make the oil stain disappear.

Go ahead, grab a line andDan welcome, Good morning, Gary
morning. Hey, I have akitchen table that we love the way this
thing is set up and I couldn'tfind it was getting tired, so we
had it refinished and with a probablyyour thinge top code on this are arias.
(11:54):
Unfortunately, some of that areas arestill packing and I you know,
I've tried wiping it down that onlyonce. I might try it a second
time with odorless mental spirits. Thatseemed to help for a bit. But
if you have a better suggestion, shy of having it refinished again. I
(12:16):
think the bigger question is why isit still tacky? Well, I would
assume he either hand it on ahumid day or he didn't have his mix
right or something. Yeah when,But you know, I'm still the one
has to deal with it, right, So have you contacted them? No,
(12:37):
it's been a while and at thesmall shop, you know, so
I don't know if I can getrelief that way. Well, I maybe
not so much relief. But myguess is they've probably run into this before
because my suggestion was pretty much online. What you were using is to you
know, use a odorless mineral beer. It's something along those lines, get
(13:01):
off some residual. But without reallyknowing what kind of product you used a
lot of times, I mean, are you sure it's a your athane?
I only assume so it seems tohave that that's kind of schene and feel
love you well. Sometimes on tablesand things, people with finishers, I
(13:22):
mean, we don't really know whatto use. That's kind of what I
was talking about talking to them.Sometimes they'll use lacquer. So what I
would do, I mean, inall seriousness, I mean, you're right,
you know, they may not beable to fix it for you,
but they might be able to giveyou some advice about a solvent. I
(13:45):
don't know if a xylin all wouldhelp remove that surface or at least remove
the residue, because I don't reallyknow what's on there, you know.
So yeah that that painting or helpthe little or middle spirts up the little?
Can we go to something stronger thatwould get that relief off? Is
there something that they could put itunder a curing lamp or something along those
(14:11):
lines. I we just don't knowwhat to use. So that's what I
would do. Dan, I justcall him and say, hey, you
know, you refish this table forme for you know, if you plied.
Well, he has since moved, but I just happened to be close,
okay, so I'm inspiration to swingon by and get his best suggestion.
(14:35):
It be coming something great. I'lllet you know that would be great.
I would I would appreciate that forsure. All right, all right,
thank you, bye bye. Inall not trying to, you know,
dodge the question, but when wereally don't know what chews, it's
really difficult to give the answer.Another thing is, you know, maybe
(14:56):
just taking a a four one hundredor six hundred wet dry sandpaper and scratching
that surface up and putting on anothercoat. I just again, a coat
of what I don't know what's beenapplied first. My guess is it could
(15:18):
be your thing, but it couldbe other things. Also. All right,
it's eight hundred eight two three eighttwo five five. You can grab
a line talking a little home improvement. At the bottom of the hour,
we're going to talk about the duckwork in your home. There's a very
very good chance that the duck workin your home leaks, and it leaks
(15:43):
the heated air that you've paid forbehind the walls. So we're going to
talk about that. We're also goingto talk a little bit right now about
air duck cleaning because I get toask this question a lot, and there's
a company in my city. It'smy go to. I think they do,
like probably most of the heating companiesin our city. But it's high
(16:11):
tech duck cleaning. And you know, if you're having problems with folks in
your home with allergies and things, look at the air ducks. They may
need to be cleaned, especially ifyou have pets, or if you've had
some issues with molds, or you'renot regularly changing the filters. But they
(16:34):
think, you know, a normalsize home probably every five to seven years,
the duckworks should be cleaned. Ifyou're going to decide to have the
duck work cleaned in your home,it's a business that in some cases a
lot like carpet cleaning. In otherwords, they'll give you a price,
(16:57):
but then there's a whole bunch ofadd ons when you're dealing with a company
that's going to clean your duckwork likea high tech What I would do is
I would call them, make sureyou have prepared, how many registers you
have, how many cold air returnducks you have, and go ahead and
(17:19):
see if they will quote you ayou know, a hard price. In
other words, this is what it'sgonna be. We're gonna we're gonna scrape
them, we're gonna sanitize them,We're gonna vacuum them, you know,
blah blah blah. And this iswhat it's gonna cost you because some of
the nobody's going to clean the duckwork in your home for ninety nine dollars.
(17:40):
It ain't gonna happen. I don'tcare if they're advertising or not.
It ain't gonna happen. They can'tdrive that equipment to your house for ninety
nine dollars. So it is probablygoing to be somewhere in the four to
five hundred dollars range. And I'myou know, it depends on the size
of the home, but usually they'repriced by openings. So you tell them
how many registers you have, howmany cold air returns you have, and
(18:03):
they should be able to give youa pretty good solid price. And I'm
just kind of giving you a rangeof where that price will be. And
I think it's a good thing todo periodically. I had probably went almost
fifteen years, to be honest withyou, after I'd bought a house or
built a house, and we hadtrouble with dust in the house, which
(18:29):
is a great indicator that you havea problem with dirty duckwork. And I
was very mindful, and you know, change the filters and all that.
But this dust was actually in there, his drywall dust, and it was
actually in there from the time thathome was built before he might have lived
in it, and I was recirculatingthat dust. And there's probably a lot
of it in there. So mightput that on your list of something you
(18:53):
might want to do, especially ifyou got a busy household and you know
a few dogs running around and everything, that's probably a good idea to have
the duckwork clean. So coming up, that's cleaning the duckwork. Now we're
going to talk about sealing it.You have heatd the air, let's just
not let it leak behind the walls. That's what we'll talk about with Zech.
He's with air a seal. That'scoming up next. We'll continue at

fantastic. Gary, How are yougood? Gee? Too much turkey?
Yes, I did. Thanks forrecovering. I think it's harder to Oh
(22:22):
golly. So I've been chatting todaya little bit about the duck work,
talking about cleaning duck work and howimportant that is, and kind of talked
about leaky duck work, which iswhere we're bringing you in to discuss.
So how much air actually leaks outof the duck work and when did this
become a problem. It has alwaysbeen a problem. So from the point
(22:48):
of adding duck work to a home, you know, brand new construction,
it leaks probably twenty to thirty percent. And that's modeled federally, that's in
all of the energy code, allof the you know, everywhere we know
it leaks. Now is do peopleput that in consideration when they're sizing a
(23:08):
unit? So actually, yeah,if you have a home that you know
got ducted in the forties or fifties, and you know that it was sized
right to begin with. You goto get a replacement system, they'll oversize
it. They know your HVAC contractorknows that your duck's leak, and they
can get away with a bigger unit. The problem there is you're spending way
(23:32):
more, way more money for waymore energy that you don't actually get to
the conditioned space. Plus, ifyou oversize a unit, they seem to
be less efficient too. That's exactlyright, less efficient. You start blowing
out blower motors. All bad news, it is. So, so let's
talk about the leaks in the duckworks. I guess let's give homeowners a
(23:57):
little project. I think think ifthey have a basement, a cross space,
maybe the heating pipes go through theattic or something where they're accessible if
you really examine the duck work thatyou can get to. Of course we
can't get to it when behind theceiling or behind the walls. But if
you can get to some exposed duckwork, you'll see the issue, will
(24:18):
you not? So? Yeah?Perfect, So you go go to wherever
your furnace or ac is and lookat the first connection. Uh, you
know, it goes into a planeand it goes into a big metal box
and right at the corners you'll probablysee some vertical straight lines of dust and
(24:40):
if you if you put your fingeracross it, the dust comes off.
Well, where does dust go.It goes where air is moving, and
that's coming directly from the corner orwherever that joint is on your h vacuum.
And of course you could, youcould seal that upright then you've got
access to it, right, ButI'll tell you it's every single joint all
the way through your house and yourwalls right up to the registers, and
(25:04):
you can't access them all. Yeah. What were you described where the planem
was? I had the aerocol appliedto my duck where I almost say,
twenty plus years ago, where thatplanem was and where it was connected.
It was almost the hole. Therewas a hole. It wasn't just a
seam. There was a hole.I could almost put my finger in it.
(25:25):
It was unbelievable. And that's thatstandard manufacturing. That's how how these
things are put in your house. And it's always been good enough, right
Yeah, But good enough isn't goodenough? Right? I'd rather save that
thirty percent of energy that I'm throwinginto the walls. So if I sealed
the inside of my duck work,I should notice that on my fuel savings,
(25:48):
correct, I mean that's exactly right. Okay, So you'll notice it
on your bill and you'll notice itin your comfort. So I've got a
room on the top floor of myelse that is always a little bit hotter
than the rest of the house andalways and right now a little bit cooler
than the rest of the house. After I aero sealed, it felt way
better and my bill went down aboutten percent. Average across the country is
(26:15):
fifteen okay, so you'll say fifteenpercent off your actual energy use of your
total house, not just energy ornot just heating and cooling bills, but
you're total electricity or total natural gas. Do you get delivered gas that too.
It's a big deal. So everyhome has this problem, right,
(26:37):
you have duct work, it leaksperiod. Well that's confidence. So and
that got everybody excited about this.Yeah. So when I contact Aeroco,
I'm assuming this is a product thatis applied professionally. I'm sure at your
(26:57):
website Arrows, Oh, you havecontractors that can take care of this issue.
But what is the process? Dothey do an analysis of how much
leaky'd you have? So from thatsame statement, right, every duck leaks,
(27:18):
they're not going to waste the timeto come and check. They know
it leaks if it hasn't been donebefore. Okay, So what you'll do
is we'll probably get on the phoneand talk to them and tell them how
many HVAC systems you have. Ifyou're in a bigger house and have two,
they're going to want to know that. Just like a duck cleaner.
They might ask how many how manyregisters or events you have. And if
(27:41):
they don't ask any of that, they'll come out and look. Now they're
going to look at everything, seeyou know, if it needs cleaned first,
if there's a ton of dust anddirt, we don't want to see
all that in right, but that'sit. Right, they'll give you a
quote, they'll tell you how muchit is, and what they'll do is
they'll come and they'll bring the machinein. They'll it up to your system
and before they blow any sealant, before they do anything that you could change
(28:04):
your system, they're going to measureit and if it's too low if it's
you know, the one in amillion houses that doesn't have any leakage,
they'll stop, they'll tell you, they'll say thanks, but no thanks,
and they'll leave. So you're notgoing to get charged for a system you
don't need sealed. And I recallas a home owner having done this,
that you could actually see the leakage. Yes, so yeah, so they'll
(28:30):
they'll measure it to begin with, they'll tell you how much it is.
The equivalent square hole. That's theone that I like to talk about.
My house started with the equivalent ofa thirty square inch hole, so a
six inch by five inch hole allspread out through the ductwork, and we
reduced that down to two point sevenso just a little tiny hole out of
(28:52):
the entire system. Well, Iremember mine is a four ton unit and
I was getting three tons of air, so twenty of it, and I
think I got it to three andseven ace tons. I mean that's a
huge Yeah. So well, andyou're paying for it either way, so
you might as well get it whereyou want it to go, right,
So how do you seal ductwork? So what we do is we block off
(29:19):
all of the intended openings where youwant the year to go. We use
a big foam block and shove itin there. We protect the coil and
the heat exchanger in the system sowe don't get ceiling on it. And
we'll cut a hole in the systemand we'll inject aerosolized ceiling through it.
It won't coat the inside, it'lljust go to the leaks and drop off
(29:44):
at those areas and seal it up. So it takes I don't know,
forty five minutes to an hour. They'll be there for two or three hours
to you know, set everything up, do it, clean everything back up,
and make sure you're happy. Butit's a really simple process. Sure,
now this a ceilant is this isthere off gassing and tell me about
(30:04):
the safety of using this. Sothis ceialent is acrylic based. It's just
like an interior paint, household paint. It is no voc and it's inherently
safe. I wouldn't recommend it,but you could eat it if you need
it to. Yeah. So,and you can do this in a day,
(30:26):
right, Oh yeah. So allof our dealers they do both the
supply and return on your on yoursystem. That was the question I had
was the return. Do they dothe returns Is that equally important? I
would say the return is more andmore important. Talk about getting do you
get a dust and dirt and everythingin the system, Well, how do
(30:48):
they get in there? It eitherfalls into you know, an open register
or it gets sucked into the returnthrough those leaks that you have in the
basement or the cross space. That'sthe biggest deal to me. Right,
you're signing an outdoor air places whereyou don't want it to come from.
How about all the efficiency and heatpumps and electric and all that does that?
(31:11):
Does that make duck leakage less importantmore important? Or because you're asking
us everything it is, it ismore important. So if you consider a
gas furnace, it's still avering onehundred thousand btu. If you lose ten
(31:32):
percent of that, okay, whatever, you're still way over the load for
your house. A heat pump onlyprovides thirty six thousand to forty eight thousand
btu. A leak there makes abigger difference. Ten thousand btu out of
that is twenty five percent. Sowhen a heat pump goes under load,
right that it's asking for more heatingthan it can require that it can serve
(31:56):
can serve. It does electric resistance, and the least efficient way to heat
your house is electric resistency. It'sthe blue light special. That's exactly right.
That's there's a run for the hills, the blue lights on energy modeling
on this. Yeah. And ifyou go from an eighty percent furnace to
(32:20):
a whatever standard heat pump, yourbill can go up one thousand dollars an
electricity use if you don't duck seal, but if you do, you can
end up with about the same bill. It's that big of the difference.
So what's the payback on heaven theduckworks sealed? You know what the savings
were getting. I'm seems like yougot all those statistics, you got something
(32:43):
on that. Yeah, So nationalaverage prices around twenty five dollars. And
if you're in a house with aheat pump, the paybacks two to three
years. If you're in a housewith a furnace, the payback's more like
five. But in any case,it will outlast your system. So the
(33:05):
ceiling lasts so long and it sealsup your duck work forever that you know
when you replace or you get aheatpump later, or you change out your
furnace with another one. You don'thave to duck seal again, it's still
there. How big of a holedoes that seal? I mean, I
mean it's not going to steal ahole the size of a fist, but
you probably won't have a hole thesize of a fist in duckwork. I'm
(33:27):
just curious, you know, isit just gaps where the pipes are just
kind of shoved together. Is thatwhere the leakages? That's where most of
the leakages. Yet, especially ona crimped connection, right, every little
ridge in there is a little leak. So it'll seal up to five eights
of an inch wide, but ayou know gap that could be two feet
(33:49):
long, it'll still still seal itup. Yeah. The thing I like
to talk about though, is aerowseal. You know, the technology is
super cool and really and no oneelse does it. But duct ceiling is
a job itself, and aero seelis just one tool in that tool delot.
So when you call someone to comeout to do aero seal, they're
(34:10):
going to fix your duct work. They're not just going to blow ceiling and
go away. They're going to makesure you get the most of your money
and if there is a disconnection,if there's a hole to the size of
your fist, they're going to fixthat for you. Okay again, folks,
the website is aero Seal. It'sa E. R O S E
A L dot com And Zach,I have another question because I've been asked
(34:34):
via email by several people it said, Hey, how do I become an
aeroseeal contractor Oh very interesting. Soactually it's the same process as getting a
quote for your house and go tothe website and there should be a button
this is connect with us, anduh, we'd be happy to talk to
anyone that's interested in getting started. This is this is going to be something
(34:58):
that's probably required in the future fornew building code and for utilities, and
it's better to get in now ifyou can. And I know you've been
on the cutting edge on it,even looking at aeroseal for other parts of
the building or the house, andsomeday we'll get into that. But yeah,
it's definitely sealing up our homes andmaking more energy efficient. As things
(35:21):
change and prices go up, arecertainly going to be on the forefront.
So again, it's aerowsealed dot comand Zach, thanks for joining us today.

about nine minutes before the top ofthe hour. Our numbers eight hundred eight
two three eight two five five andTom welcome, Yeah this Tom. I
had a question about the dishwasher withthat one it's running, and then I
guess you'd call it an overflow filethat when it flows, it flows into
(39:00):
the sink. And I was wonderingif does that mean that the drain line
on the dishwasher is clogged or whatdoes that mean when it could be a
couple of things. Quite honestly, sometimes where that that vent is, Is
that what you're talking about when thewater comes out of that vent? Yeah,
I guess it's a little round thing. It sounds about two inches tallen
(39:22):
right, right, right, that'sevent. Take that cap off and see
if there's some food particles that areclogged in there. Okay, that's generally
what it is. If that's notit, open up the dishwasher, pull
out that rack and check the drain. There's a screen above that drain in
the dishwasher. Make sure there's notsome food particles in there also, Okay,
(39:46):
we could do that, yeah, because we were just running and we
were just noticing a moto wasn't alot, but it was flowing out of
that Now what do you call thosethings? Is it overflow valve or what
is it? It's a event. It's event. So whenever you're moving water,
you need you know, it's usuallydone on the gravity, so you
(40:07):
need air and the water and oncethat air, it's kind of like not
opening the vent on a gas canand you know how blurb south comes and
that's kind of what's going on,so check in there. Sometimes little pieces
of corn get stuck in there andthat's the issue. Okay, good to
and we will do that. Butabsolutely appreciate your show. I listened to
(40:28):
you every weekend and thank you forall your help and advice. Thank you.
Thanks Tom, have a good holiday. All right, thank you,
bye bye. All right, let'sgo to Jim. Jim welcome, Hey,
Hi Gary, how you doing,Yes, sir, fine, Just
like the last guy. I've beendoing DIY for forty fifty years and every
time I listen to your show,I learned something, So I appreciate that.
(40:50):
Great. It might be a littlelate that the error steel that you
had. I've got an old farmhousethat I got dual fuel. I got
a heat pump and propane furnace andthe heat pomp. As you know,
it's got to exchange the air. It's not going to be efficient. So
I'm curious with the aerow seal.I think that's what you call it.
Right. I'm doing and then doinga lot of remodeling. But once that's
(41:15):
done, I don't know if it'slike a glue or what that material is.
What if I have to cut intothe duck work and add more,
I mean, does it will itcut out? Just like? Yeah?
Yeah, it's you know the bestway. It's almost like a like a
mist, almost like a hairspray mist. So it's kind of like an aerosol.
(41:37):
That's where the arrow comes from. And the name that by the different
pressures in and outside that duck work. That's how it gravitates to the openings
to the seams. And yeah,it's it's a very thin rub coating.
It doesn't actually get on the dust. Then it's just no, no,
(42:00):
it's going strictly for the holes.Oh okay, good, Yeah, that's
just it won't affect it at all. Yeah, I had a heat pump
on my home when I said,uh that I used it. It was
originally started in the business. Thepeople that designed it was actually the carrier
and you know they were you gotto remember this twenty five years ago,
(42:24):
the lots changing in energy usage andeverything else. And they've sold the company
and then they sold it and airSeals had it. I don't know,
I'll misspeak, but I'll say tenyears and now it's it's there. They've
got the ball and they're running withit and it's a good savings. And
they're even using it when I saidthey're doing other things. They're even using
(42:46):
a new construction where they're pumping itbehind cavities in a dry wall wall where
they're sealing the dry wall seams. It's pretty cool stuff. Yeah, pretty
cool, okay us, because Iyou know they're having the heat pomp that
I mean if it's not if yourducks aren't sealed, right like he I
(43:07):
think he said twenty five to thirtyfive percent, right, I mean right,
it's a big deal on it andit's almost not worth having a heat
pump if it doesn't circulate this hey, hear you. You're exactly correct.
All right, Well, good work, and uh thank you, Mike,
