Enda Brady: UK Correspondent says it's clear Clarkson crossed the line in column about Meghan Markle
Jeremy Clarkson has apologised to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, after widespread backlash to his column about the Duchess of Sussex.
He stated he was dreaming of the day Markle would be paraded naked through the streets, among other controversial comments.
Clarkson says he sent the piece in a rush without showing it to anyone else.
UK Correspondent Enda Brady says it's clear Clarkson crossed the line, with calls for him to be cancelled and no longer feature on TV or radio.
It's being reported Clarkson's likely to lose his shows on Amazon Prime Video, with the streamer looking to part ways with the broadcaster once his deal ends next year.
