Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, yesterday was a big day. Yesterday was our little
James's birthday. Little sweet baby James's growing up right in
front of her eyes. This kid fifteen ways a full
one nine.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Now that's accurate. Yeah, it's one twenty one thirty two.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Thank god?

Speaker 1 (00:20):
What happened? Cut down on your sweets, bud. Can you
imagine my leg doesn't weigh one hundred and thirty two pounds?
I shit you not. When I was in junior high,
I was on the wrestling team and would cut weight
to make one thirty five.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Oh wow wait junior.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
High, seventh grade.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Yeah, James, he's a full.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Grown fucking man. Sorry, that really triggered me.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Well, I think we need to check his drivers.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Oh he's not fully cooked.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
He does eat oreoles for breakfast.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Good on him. Yeah, anyway, it was his birthday. Wow,
that's cool. There is some controversy though, on whether or
not Emily deserves credit for her birthday present.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
We ain't done yet.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
It's time for the one podcast over.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
A year, completely uncensored and unacting filtered except for that part.
The show's after show starts now.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
So you know, I take birthdays and most holidays very seriously.
I like to get presents and things like that for
people for their birthdays and things like that. Uh, and
so it's a it's a big deal and it's somebody's birthday.
And so yesterday was Jamie's birthday. Now the I'll be honest,
the only way I even knew it was Jamie's birthday
is in our hallway. We have this TV up that

(01:44):
tells everybody's birthday for the month. And I looked up
there one day and I went, who is that June? Oh,
okay whatever, so is his birthday?

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (01:58):
I was like, okay, mental note, Yes, Jamie's birthday. And
then Sky asked me like a couple of days ago, like, hey,
you know it's Jamie's birthday, right? I didn't know, And
so we were good, we're covered. So make sure that
I got Jamie a card because didn't.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Last year. He start like a week before his birthday.
It was really close, and we're all like, he's too
new to get him a birthday gift. That's like one weekend.
It's like you've gone on one date with the chicken
a year.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Just over whoa, Yeah we didn't sell you didn't go
to the anniversary dinner.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Yeah, we wasn't invited.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Well we know why.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Yeah, that's so true.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Me and James get along.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
That's great. What did you get him for his birthday?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Technically I didn't get him anything. But technically I didn't
get him anything but one of the gift cards Eddie got.
I had a thought you did.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
I bought it way before.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Technically I was like, dinner in a movie, Eddie.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
That was my idea.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
That'd be great. I think that'd be great. Did it? No,
technically I did it.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
So you were saying, I did you are part of
his birthday gift? Even though you gave me no money.
You didn't talk about it. I don't even know even
sure you you knew it was his birthday until I
told you it was a birthday and then you chimed
in and said happy birthday to him. But I do know.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
I was like, what, maybe Jamie could take uh his
girlfriend now for dinnering a movie.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Wait, when did you say that?

Speaker 3 (03:27):
You did say that? He was like, oh, that's a
good gift card.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
That didn't happen.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
I was like, and I was like, man, what, I
wonder what Eddie's talking about? Because you know, no, I think.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
You heard what Eddie got him, And now you're trying.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
To remember any of you guys are best friends.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
Apparently they like succession and Sabrina carp.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
First of all, its severance and the studio, the three
S's studio, Sabrina Carpenter. Yeah, yeah, and we both know,
we both think Chaparone has a right ass.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Oh that a whole conversation.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Jamie and I aren't connected.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
So much in common, thank you. I don't know. Okay,
so thors out of the pure. But you know, yesterday
Sky and I got Jamie's birthday present, you know whatever,
no big deal.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Well, cards all ready to go.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Now. I had assumed that Emily she was out sick. Yeah,
I didn't even think she knew it was Jamie's birthday.
But she is claiming she got him something, which is
which is shocking.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
She's normally the birthday leader. I would say. Now, as
far as decorations in you know, that has kind of become.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
Her thing, that's kind of died down.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
I fel like, thank god.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Yeah, we were kind of so. I was wondering if
she was going to have any sort of little banner.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Or barely feeling better off the stomach flu. I don't
hear cut. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
I know you've got a little craft bin at home. Okay.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
No, I was so warped from my flu that I
wasn't thinking about anything.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
I was really bad fatigue.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
No one has ever had fatigue in their life.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
You can't hang a banner if you're fatigued. Eddie.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
Remember there's a very famous football game, the Kellen Winslow
game where he had to get carried off the field.
The Chargers won, and he was so double overtime, double
overtime and he had to get carry off the field
because he gave it us all. Always been hard. Emily
has more fatigued.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
That was. That was Emily after the show.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Had the carrier car.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Last night, so my family we watched Old Survivors. It's
our thing. So dude, yeah, so last time almost caught up.
We're almost got up.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
So last night we're watching the same episode every show.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
And this guy, you know, he's been swimming forever. He
barely climb up the ladder and then like drops on
the platform and Jeff Probes goes, I've never seen someone
so fatigued. I laughed out loud and thought to myself,
clearly didn't.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
See him never met.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
He's clearly a banner banner. No birthday?

Speaker 1 (05:59):
What did you? What did you get, baby James?

Speaker 4 (06:01):
I did get a text from Sky in the middle
of my like hayes and like on Wednesday. Sky was saying, Hey,
not sure if you know this, but it's Jamie's birthday
on thurd tomorrow, tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
You gave her the heads up?

Speaker 2 (06:13):
I did, really, which kind of makes this even a
little more shocking.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
You didn't give me the head What is that?

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Hious?

Speaker 2 (06:21):
It's literally on a screen that did you not give her?
She hadn't been here for days.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
Yeah, but she sees she saw it on the screen,
the same screen and look at the screen on Monday.
But I probably Sky, remember when she didn't text me
on my sobriety date.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Well, no, I didn't apologize for that. I just didn't
know what I was supposed to. I didn't know that.
I didn't know that was you. I didn't know I
need that. Some people care, Okay, well I do care.
I just didn't know that that was enough.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
I get it. I consider you guys family text.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
That I figured that on either Tuesday Wednesday, when I
wasn't here. You guys were just talking about it when
Jamie wasn't in the No, No, I.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
See where went out of her way to let you know.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
Listen, I see where I stand with Sky.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
Now you were under the weather.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
You did see where I stand with Sky, just where
I stand with Lorraine.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
Okay, Okay, man, Sorry, I thought I was just being
I really appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
Okay, No, I see, I get it. I get it.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I mean he was here. What the fuck is a problem?
And for the record, can I say even if I
did tell him, he would be like, I'm not fucking.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Getting What do I always say? What do I always say?

Speaker 1 (07:37):
What the thought? You would have rushed out easily to
get this man a wonderful I.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
Would have got our full size Sabrina Carpenter poster.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
You would be.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
Listen, I get it, I get it. Hates me, I.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Don't hate you. I didn't think you needed the reminder
she was out.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
I don't expect anything anymore.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
Scott.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Okay, So I did get that alert, but I really
was I was not doing good.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Fatigue.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
We know, I came.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
In tomorrow because I was trying to be a team
player here, and so yesterday, see.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
You're still I'm still fatigued.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
Still fatigued.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
It's a real thing. One fatigue is a real thing. Yeah,
I do the fatigue walk, but you only make it
through like about two crazy.

Speaker 3 (08:24):
Even though she's fatigued, Yes, even though she's fatigued, she
still walks.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
So fucking fast you can't.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
Her sundress looks like a super a superhero keepe. Whenever
she leaves, the wind catches it out. So okay, half
half fatigued.

Speaker 4 (08:42):
Yesterday I wasn't full fatigue.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Never go full fatigue.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
I was here yesterday, and that's when it was alerted
to me that it's sweet baby James's birthday, even though
I knew the day before, but I completely forgot.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
And so that's remind you know, who wouldn't have forgot.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
I would have been in here, here with multiple gifts
you such a ship. Will never know. We'll never know.

Speaker 4 (09:06):
We'll wait till next year.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Jamie is still here.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
You will remind him the board not good enough, not
good enough, not good enough.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
What I saw. I don't need to tell reminding him
next year, he's better get him. He won't know.

Speaker 1 (09:20):
We'll find it.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
We'll find out.

Speaker 4 (09:22):
And so yesterday I when I found out it was birthday,
I got on you knew it was when you found
out again, I found out for the second, when you
re found out. When I re found out, I got
my phone out in my studio and I went on
Amazon and bought him an Amazon gift card that goes
to his text and wrote a nice note in the.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
Nice nice note.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Emily always has to add an adjective to anything.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
She's about to say.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
Everything better earlier today, Earlier today, we were doing sports
dirt and she goes when to watch the Project game
and cook a nice fun dinner. Why is it a
fun dinner? Why can't you just say you're gonna.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
Cook a dinner because it's gonna be fun for men? Note?

Speaker 3 (09:59):
What did your you crazy?

Speaker 4 (10:02):
But it said it's a happy birthday, sweet baby James.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
How is that not a nice?

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Not that that's not a nice honestly wrote a nicer note.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
That there's nothing.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
There's absolutely I put like a joke in there.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Like all your health every day.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
There's absolutely agree it. Actually it's actually kind of it's
actually kind of mailed in.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
Yeah it was, Well, the whole thing is a fucking
mail things. You can't take credit for a birthday present
if you don't know, like it was his birthday and
then you, Oh fuck, I gott to send him something
real quick. It means nothing, That means nothing. Hold on it.
I know you were a fatigue, but let's calm down. No,
I do understand.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
I had the flu before before.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
I've been sick before, not the stomach flue.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
Last time I had the stomach beclue, my dog died,
so I get it.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
But I don't throw up.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
I mean last time, to start with, my dog died,
so I'm not connected.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Stop connecting those two things.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
So anyway, I think it's the thought that counts. I
did think about him, I did get but you didn't
eave a nice note. I did feel bad enough that
I didn't like gave a card like you guys did,
so I got on my phone. I could have just
not got him anything, but I gave him something, essentially.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
Listen, nothing. But but is it better than nothing? That's
what you want to live by.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
No, that's not what it got better than.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
For the record, last year, when you just started, I
was the only one I think that got him a gift.
And I told and I got him and I didn't
tell anybody. I gave him an.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
We had all sat in the room and three that
that's weird.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
We all said we weren't going to do it. It
was too weird.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
Coffee, Oh you all?

Speaker 1 (11:35):
Oh really really I got him?

Speaker 4 (11:37):
Did I not get you a gift card last year?

Speaker 3 (11:41):
He doesn't? Wow?

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Wow wore you know how he would have remembered a
nice note.
