This is Dan Kaplis, and welcometo today's online podcast edition of The Dan
Caplis Show. Please be sure togive us a five star rating if you'd
be so kind, and to subscribe, download, and listen to the show
every single day on your favorite podcastplatform. Think about this moment we're in,
all these years, all the liesfrom the left, and they are

(00:20):
exposed right now for the whole worldto see. And the Left is just
thrashing around wildly trying to end thepain and the misery and the damage and
the harm. And they will, they will soon, but they can't right
now. They just don't have thatcontrol. That's driving him even more crazy
as Joe Biden, of all people, who's always been so small, he's

(00:43):
always been so awful, he's holdingthe hostage right now. It's actually hunter
and maybe some chill, But theyjust don't have that power. And they're
so used to having power because ofall their money and because of all the
political power they gathered. But rightnow, at least for a few minutes
or hours or days, they can'tget Joe Biden to quit. And I

(01:04):
wish this stayed till election day,but we got to be realistic. It
won't. He'll be out soon. But every minute, every hour, every
day that he hangs on is greatfor Trump and by extension, America.
Glad you are here. Eight fivefive for zero five eight two to five
five the number text d an fiveseven, seven three nine are texters in
fuego today, which is appropriate becauseRyan, you know you hear all these

(01:29):
one hundred degrees one hundred and onedegrees, oh my lord right now,
and you know this being from Michiganright now outside it feels like maybe seventy
six degrees in Chicago. Yeah,it didn't without the humidity like the actual
right now, my lord, canyou imagine, Ryan, if we threw
some humidity into this right now.We are so lucky here, We are

(01:51):
so lucky to be here, soeven at one hundred degrees, pretty much
do anything you want. It's anoven instead of asana. No, yeah,
it's it's it is. It issoothing eight five five four zero five
eight two five five the number. So we'll continue to move through the text.
More than anything, just want tobring you some of this fun sounds

(02:13):
so you can enjoy this moment aswell, and then also look around some
corners, because that's what you payus for here, and you pay us
a lot. Yeah, you payus with your time, which is more
important than your money. So myjob has always been to look around corners.
I know it takes suspense out oflife, but again, that's what
you pay me for, which iswhy I've been telling you for a year
and a half Biden is not goingto be their nominee. And now we

(02:35):
get to savor this together. ButI'm also telling you and you think I'm
wrong, As Prime says, youknow where to find me. I ain't
hard to find. It's about toget a whole lot tougher for DJT and
the rest of us, a wholelot tougher once the Dems now formally throw
him overboard, and that leads tolots of fun conversations such as, Okay,
who's the nominee going to be?But assuming and we can't be sure

(02:58):
this, assuming it's going to beHarris, who will her VP be?
Now? Ryan, think about it? This extraordinary moment, So we wait
for Joe Biden to take the stageand to try n It's hilarious now because
he can't draw flies. They're nowhaving his rally, and like rallies,
and like small high school gems.I don't know if this is a high
school gem or if it's a cardealership, but he's living out kind of

(03:21):
this fantasy where now he walks intothis crowded room, but we could all
do that in our bathroom, rightAnd that's what's going on now. Eight
five five or zero five eight twofive five, the numbers so much good
sound of course, some of thenews of the day, the dismissal of
the charges in the uh in theshooting case, the Alec Baldwins shooting case,

(03:44):
and Kathy Walker was kind of enoughto come in earlier and let us
know of that breaking news. Andthen I did a little research during the
break and it appears what it allboils down to is there they're in the
trial right now, and the court, through some witnesses, the defense learned,
Wait a second, it sounds likethere's a witness out there who brought
some some munitions evidence into the prosecution, but we've never seen that evidence.

(04:09):
And long story short, it lookslike during the testimony during the trial.
And I've got to tell you,I've seen this happen in my trials and
it's always been very fun and excitingwhen all of a sudden, you know,
you're cross examining a witness and youfind out witness second there's something the
other side's hiding or didn't disclose, and the defense seized on it, and
the prosecutor said, wait a second, no, there's there's munitions. This

(04:30):
ballistics evidence. These bullets don't lookanything like the ballistics that were unseen in
the shooting, and therefore they're notrelevant to this case, and we didn't
disclose them. And the judge said, well, let me take a look
at them to see if they looklike any of the bullets or casinges from
the fatal event. And so thisreally dramatic scene apparently where the evidence is

(04:58):
brought in in a sealed Manila envelopeand the judge puts on that the blue
gloves and comes down from the benchand opens up the envelope and looks at
the evidence herself, and I'm paraphrasing, but says, looks pretty similar to
me. Case dismissed. So soit is done, and it's dismissed with
what they call prejudice, So it'sgone and it ain't coming back. So

(05:21):
that's kind of the gist of whathappened in the Alec Baldwin case. Hey,
one guy who doesn't think Obama's goinganywhere is the guy who went somewhere
because MSNBC made him leave. Thatis Chris Matthews, who I always enjoyed.
I mean, I disagree with himpolitically. You said Obama's not going
anywhere. No, I said aguy, no, no, no.

(05:42):
Before that, you said one guywho thinks Obama's not going anywhere. I'm
sorry if I misspoked. I justblame it on the peine. No,
no, it's not a Biden moment. It's the pain. I understand that.
I was just thinking, you meanto Obama, because but Obama is
going somewhere, like behind the scenesthough well, and he's not been trying
to be behind the scenes. AndI made the point earlier, and I
want some credit for that. Waita second. Since the Biden debate debacle,

(06:08):
we haven't heard anything from Michelle Andyou would have expected many, many
many statements from she and her peoplethat know she's not going to consider being
the nominee, et cetera, Butwe haven't heard any of that. Christmas,
how's he going to listen to Jillor George Clooney, I'm telling you
it's personal. He's had the elite, and it's so true about the elite.

(06:30):
He is absolutely right about the elite. Look at President Obama. He
served for eight years loyally, andyet Obama fact Hillary Clinton for president and
didn't back him. I Harry nevereven invited him upstairs. Yeah, now
that's kind of brutal. Okay, because we've taken the public tours of the
White House, right, So ifyou're the president and okay, you're lived

(06:51):
right upstairs there and you've got thesame VP for eight years and you never
say, hey, Broke, comeon up for a beer. Hey,
come on, look around a beer. I mean, that's got to be
really personal, doesn't it. Ryan. It's well, I'm coming with Chris
Matthews on this. Yeah, ChrisMatthews is one of these pugilistic old school
kind of like you old school democrats, working class, you know, blue

(07:12):
collar, and I don't think heappreciates the way that the Obama's treated Joe
Biden, and I don't think JoeBiden does either. And his broader point
that I'll win in on is,you know, the more pressure is alleged
to have come from the Obamas. The more the Bidens are gonna dig in,
including doctor Jill, the more they'regonna want to dig in and listen
when it comes to when it comesto having oh go ahead, my friend,

(07:35):
they're seemed disgusted. I am extremelyLike again, I'm trying to live
in the real Okay, in thereal. Give me. Are they gonna
go in and drag Jill physically out? How are they gonna make that happen?
What if the Bidens they're willing toundergo whatever embarrassment comes from, whatever
pressure campaign comes from the outside.Frank, help me here. You've been

(08:03):
asking that fair question for months, and I've been answering it very concretely for
months. You have a very fairquestion. Biden won the delegates. How
do you get him out? AndI've been talking for months about Okay,
here's the playbook, here's how theyget him out. We watched the playbook
unfolding, right, and part ofthe playbook is you cut off the money,

(08:24):
You cut off the money, nomatter, still stay in, no
matter. Well, okay, soyour your theory is that Hunter Biden will
will have Joe Biden stay in thisrace till the very end without the money
to compete. They're they're determined togo down with the ship. And what
I'm saying, Dan, is whatit's going to take, and it might
this might not even be enough. The Obamas, Pelosi, Clinton's whatever,

(08:46):
They're going to play dirty and they'regoing to take Joe out and I mean
with like all means necessary, andthen so doing could destroy the entire campaign.
My friend, all fair questions, all fair concerns, I've got the
answer, and I mean I've gotthe answer when we come back. I'm
sorry there isn't time to do itbefore the break. I know this is

(09:07):
cheap, but when we come backat five twenty, I'm going to lay
it out concretely how they get himout and when they get him out,
and there will be no doubt. You're on the Dan Capla Show and now
back to the Dan Kaplas Show podcast. Now, I'm telling you people are
gonna end up rooting for him inOctober because he won't have a comeback and

(09:28):
in this elite fashioned attack on him, they're going to pay for it.
But in the end they're going toknow up voting for him. So I
think Biden will be the little guy, will be the Democrat in this race,
the true Democrat, and he's goingto get people to turn for him
in October. It's going to bestunning. He is not quitting. He
has not built to quit. That'swhat I think. Oh, let's hope

(09:52):
Chris Matthews is right. And rightnow we're watching one of the most fun
things imaginable on a screen, andthat is Biden walking in to I don't
know what it is. It lookslike a high school gym in Michigan and
the crowd cheering loudly for him,and it's so beautiful to behold because you
just sit here thinking, you know, he's always been so small and selfish,
in my opinion, you just sithere hoping that he's thinking, I'm

(10:15):
not getting out. I'm not gettingout. I was able to fill a
high school gym, you know,And in his mind it may be like
the stones in my eye. Hemay think he's filling an arena. So
let's hope. Let's hope it keepshim in more than any other president.
Think about it this way, Dan, do you think any other president has
been more insulated in terms of yesmen and not having people? You know,
mister President, I don't think that'sa good idea, or I think

(10:39):
you're wrong, or I don't likethis number. I believe he is so
inculcated with people telling him what hewants to hear that he believes it.
Well, yeah, and they allprobably have a lot of butt kissers,
right, But you're right. Imean, he's so much more sheltered because
they're trying to hide his infirmity fromthe public. Correct. I mean that
story that came out the other day, and how many people knew this for
how long and hit it from usand had a regular cabinet meeting since October

(11:01):
second, and look at this thing. I mean, that is weekend at
Bernie. So we're in my wheelhouse. We're in my home state, Michigan.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer not as rally. No hold on, why wouldn't she
be at this rally. She's onehundred percent behind Let's go Joe. The
only Democratic elected official that I've seenthere is Representative Debbie Dingle, who was
in that district. Yeah. No, hey, hey, Whitmer's busy getting

(11:24):
ready to run for vice president probably, but maybe president because you know what
Carville's pushing, and we could playa sound again. But is this whole
business of this speed dating kind ofmini primary where they have these town halls
around the country and Obama and Clinton, Bill Clinton Moderate and then anybody wants
to be in the race, theycan jump in and have their say,

(11:46):
and then the convention becomes this greatspectacle. Peggy Noonan wrote a tremendous piece
on this as well, and sheis so right, and it was titled,
Hey, Dems embraced the chaos. And if they did this, they
would be so wise. Right. They could go from having dead campaign walking
to having all that excitement and havingeverybody watching their convention. If it was
a true open convention, now there'llbe a lot more interest in the DEM

(12:09):
convention, right because because even ifit's a coronation of Kamala, it'll be
something different and you don't see thatall the time, and there'll be more
people watching. But if it wasa true like who done it, Who's
gonna win kind of deal, canyou imagine the ratings? And then since
it's like the latest convention ever, isn't it, they're coming out of that
convention at the end of August andthey're rolling pretty much into the start of

(12:33):
early voting with no real time tovet the nominee, and you know there's
not going to be a debate.Do you think Trump is going to debate
whoever their nominee is. If hethinks it's in his best interest, he
will, but don't bet on therebeing any debate. So yeah, yeah,
I think this campaign is about toget a lot tougher for us and

(12:54):
just going to have to rise tothat occasion. Now, I will predict
this, Ryan, and I willbet all of these tomahawks stays that you
and Kelly are about to lose tome win. Yeah. Right, So
we bet tom Hawk stakes and whetherBiden would be the nominee on election day,
and I'm about to win my betthat he wouldn't be. But here's
the point. This will bring out, This will bring out the best in

(13:16):
Trump. This will bring out thea Trump. I agree, and he
knows it has to, right becauseright now, as long as it stays
Biden, it's like you're running againstyourself, and it's like you're running on
a posed for student body president. You just want to make sure you don't
lose. And then Trump's a reallysmart guy. He knows Biden's not going
to be the nominee. He knowsit's going to be tougher, that everything

(13:37):
I just said is true, andso that's going to bring out the best
in Trump because he's going to needthe best to win. Rate this as
far as best of Trump. Thisis a truth social post that he just
pinned today and I know you're lookingforward to it. It goes as follows,
Joe should immediately take a cognitive test, and I'll go with you and
take one also for the first time, will be a team and do it

(14:00):
for the good of the country.I love that, And from now on,
all presidential candidates should be mandated totake a cognitive test and aptitude test,
regardless of their age. I absolutelylove it, and it just shows
me. I mean, you know, that's either the a Trump or Trump
having a really good team around him, or both. And we've seen a
number of really smart things from Trumplately, starting with hey, just get

(14:22):
out of the way and and letpeople focus on the dem implosion, and
then throwing in you know, thesecret video and this and that, then
challenging him, you know, givinghim twenty strokes and playing for a million
bucks to charity, stuff like that, and then this thing is great because
he gets to take that head onand say, yeah, I've said I'd
go, let's go take the cognitivetest together. So Colins bluff, Yeah,

(14:46):
I have really smart stuff. Whatabout laughing Kamala and by laughing I
mean L A F F I napostrophe? He said that about her?
And what was the most recently point? That shows that it was real smarts
on the part of Trump, becauseif he had gone with that, you
know some people say cackling Kamalin, right, if he had gone with that,

(15:07):
that then he might be open toyou know, sexism, this ism,
that is everything's in ism. SoI think he's really smart to go
with the laughing versus the cackling.Hello, we're breaking down. How laughing
with an apostrophe? It's better thankat But don't you see what I'm saying.
I agree with you, ye yeah, And Carvil knows what's going on

(15:28):
right now. He he agrees withme. You're proposing town halls with Democrats
competing for the nomination, with PresidenceClinton and Obama moderating. I don't know
how you bring that together, butyou know you're the magician. You could
do it. But is that chaosis that the recipe for chaos. And
you've got Chicago, the memories ofnineteen sixty eight. If there's no peace

(15:50):
breaking out in Gaza, you've gotdemonstrations, you know, and it might
be chaos. I'll tell you whatwe're doing right now. We're doing exactly
what Donald Trump and Morlago wants to. It's right. Anybody doesn't believe it.
Read Tim Alberta, one of thebest journalists in America. And if
the Democratic Party is held bent onpleasing Donald Trump, then go ahead and
do this. That's right. It'sjust that simple. That's right. That

(16:14):
is right. And again the factthat I mean Biden was awful last night
by any realistic measure, but becausehe wasn't as bad as the debate,
he looked better. Let's hope thatkeeps him in the race longer. Just
like this high school gym thing orwhatever it is in Michigan. That's all
we can hope for. Every singleday he stays in the race. Is
great for Trump eight five or Zfive A two five five the number text

(16:37):
d A N five seven seven thirtynine. What about and lost in all
of this, Ryan is it isNormally we'd be spending today talking about who's
the VP going to be? Who'sTrump's VP going to be? Well,
I guess now that Trump is Biden'sVP. Maybe that secures the whole conversation
joking about yesterday. But who doyou think gets time? Oh wait a

(17:00):
second, stop, Uh, Ididn't deliver on a tease. I've got
a note right in front of methat I made before the break. Oh
how they get Biden out? Howthey get Biden out? I tease that
before the break, and the formulais very simple. Biden acknowledged it last
night. They make it clear toBiden he is certain to lose. That

(17:22):
is what gets him out. Now. There are other ways to get him
out, but once they make itclear he's certain to lose, he gets
out because he's not going to bewilling to have that be his legacy,
losing to Trump. And they havemany different ways to make it certain that
he's going to lose, and they'redoing a bunch of it now, including
cutting off a lot of the moneyright turning on him. You've got all
these Democrats calling for him to getout. All that's going to take now

(17:45):
is something very very public. Oneguy alone could do it and Obama and
the rest may operate through Clyburn. But Clyburn comes out and says, now,
Joe's been great, but it's timeto go. Washington Post came out
against him today, so they justmake it clear to him any certain to
lose and then he gets out.But there are other ways as well.
I'lex found on After the Break eightfive five or zero five eight two five

(18:07):
five text d an five seven sevenththree nine. Who do you think Trump's
VP is going to be? It'sjust days away. You're listening to the
Dan Kaplis Show podcast. No.I mean, I think this is a
natural part of aging that we've seenour parents go through, our grandparents.
I mean, you see this allthe time. What I'm saying is that

(18:27):
it's become more and more noticeable. There seems to be an acceleration of it,
as many have commented over the lastsix months, over the last year,
and I anticipate, because this isthe way things work naturally, that
that's going to continue and may evenaccelerate more. Do you think the goalposts
have been shifted here? Though?Hose I want to make this point.

(18:49):
Joe Biden was elected in twenty it'sa little too long winded, hularin Costro
saying, no, it's it's timefor Biden to go. I have to
tell you, I just had somuch fun to in the break I which
he could have been with me forthat, and it is. We've got
Joe Biden now speaking in what looksto be a high school gym in Michigan,
filled with the union workers. Andthere are many union workers who support

(19:12):
Trump, but filled with you unionworkers. And I got to tell you,
Ryan, I think he got someone Hunter's good and stuff, good
stuff, some of the Hunters beststuff. Because this is the best Biden
I've seen. I agree, thisis the best Biden I've seen in a
year. And he is all pumpedup and he's being pretty articulate, and

(19:34):
it is so beautiful to see becauseit means he's probably going to stay in
the race longer. And so yeah, this is wonderful. If somebody would
come down, well, somebody wouldjust say, okay, Dan, I
can guarantee you Joe Biden's going tobe their candidate through election Day. I
would be the happiest person in America. I'm America is not going to reelect

(19:55):
Joe Biden. I've done that well, I guarantee you. I'm sorry,
I should have been more precise ifsomebody could accurately say that, Oh yes,
but no, there's no chance. And again they're running him out before
eyes. I'll go to the phonelines, I'll go to text. But
the way they get him out isfirst they make it clear he cannot win,
and he cannot win without a lotof money, and the Dems are

(20:17):
cutting off the money. Now justanother story today, ninety million in contributions
being frozen. He cannot win ifa substantial number of prominent Dems turn on
him. That's already happened. Andwait until they greenlight the corruption stories because
this guy is very corrupt. Thingand once they greenlight those stories, they

(20:37):
don't care. Dan, Here's thething where again you're so right. That's
why you're wrong, is the Bidensdon't care. You've said it yourself.
They want to run this thing intothe ground. If it's not them.
They want the Democratic Party to lose. So they're gonna stay come hell or
high water. They don't care ifthe money drives up. They're just gonna
stay in the race and run itright into the ground. They're not going
to drop out They don't care aboutany that stories. Those are already out

(21:00):
there. I think they're impervious tothis. They are not going to let
go. They are staying in it. They are in it to win it.
I agree with Chris Matthews. Thatis not what I've said. What
I've said is that Biden wants whoeverthe DEM nominee is going to be,
to lose. He doesn't want theDEM nominee to lose if it's him.
The last thing he wants Joe Bidenhas always been about Joe Biden, Right,

(21:22):
But let me jame. He canblame those donors the money drying up
on losing. If they just wouldhave given me the money, I would
have won. He the last thinghe wants is for the last memory of
him, the legacy of him beinglosing to Donald Trump. Once he's convinced
Ryan. He's said it last night. It's one of the only honest things
he's ever said that I'm aware of. He said last night, if he

(21:44):
was convinced that he would lose, they are going to convince him that he's
going to lose. They're going tomake it impossible for him to win.
Then he's going to sit there andhope the DEM nominee loses. Of course,
he is Leo in Beautiful Hudson. You're on the Dan Kapla show,
hopefully not the river itself. Welcometo the show. Thank you. I
fear Kamala is going to be ournext president, and I'll tell you why.

(22:07):
From from a Catholic evangelist point ofview, if one looks at the
Book of Revelation, the beast thatrises out of the earth. Earth is
feminine in Hebrew, Greek, andLatin. It could very well be a
woman, and her name if youtransliterate it in Hebrew is sixty sixty six.
Oh no, notally, come on, it is no, it's even

(22:32):
her even yeah it is. Yeah. But but Leo cut to the chase.
Wait, what are you saying, because I just flat disagree with you.
Are you trying to tell people thatKamala Harris is some kind of evil
figure? Uh, I'm just sayingthat it's possible that he was prophet guided
to be the next president two thousandyears ago. No, no, I

(22:55):
Leo appreciate the God. Just completely, absolutely, totally disagree with that.
Kamala Harre is a typical far lefty, a secular far lefty who supports a
lot of policies that do evil.I don't believe for one second she's some
kind of evil being. She justsupports a lot of policies that inflict a

(23:15):
lot of evil and take a lotof innocent lives, and I think she
will lose unfortunately, the way thingsare setting up right now, let's assume
she's going to be the nominee, and that's up to Michelle Obama. But
let's assume she's going to be thenominee. The problem we have is that
she's going to get that nomination solate in the game. They'll be very,
very little chance for Americans to getto know the real Kamala Harris.

(23:37):
They will have her you talk aboutthe basement campaign, this will be the
above ground basement campaign. They willhave her above ground, they will have
her out there, but she'll beso cocooned, so protected, and of
course you'll be able to use herpast statements and everything else. But this
is the only way she could possiblywin in just a rocket docket campaign.

(24:00):
I mean, by the time shegets the nomination, assuming that's the way
it goes, early voting is justgoing to be weeks away. So yeah,
it is about to get a wholelot tougher, whether it's hurt or
somebody else you say tougher. ButI see it the other way with James
Carville here, and I know he'slike, you got to do something,
which means let's just do change forthe sake of change. And Dan,
you know this better than anybody thinkscould be bad, but they can always

(24:22):
be worse. And you throw thisthing into the jackpot and you've got chaos,
and you don't know who your nomineeis, that your base is going
to vote for you anyway. I'mtalking about the people in the middle.
They're not going to like this instability, this chaos. And why did you
tell me Joe Biden was fine onlyto pluck him out and now replace him
while Donald Trump and the Republicans lookas stable as ever. That's a more

(24:44):
attractive choice right now, right Ryan? So what do you want to do
when you've been busted? And youwouldn't be able to relate to this,
nor would I because we're honest people. But a dishonest person, a dishonest
company, a dishonest entity that's nowbeen busted, and that's corporate. The
left right, Yeah, yeah, they've been busted. What do you want
to do? You want to changethe channel, you want to divert attention.

(25:04):
So what you do at this pointis, yeah, all of a
sudden, you have this quote openconvention, and now you have all the
focus. But guess what, man, and you know this is true.
There are an awful lot of peoplein the middle. They crave a new
face, they crave somebody younger, they crave a change, and they don't
fully appreciate the accomplishments of Trump theway we do. And so yeah,

(25:27):
so the Dems are in a reallyright now. They're in an awful situation
right because they can't end Biden quickly. They will end him, but they
can't end him quickly. But oncethat changes and he steps aside, advantage
Dems. And that doesn't mean wecan't win. We can win. And

(25:47):
I do believe Trump will be KamalaHarris, but it's going to take the
a trumpet. It's just going tobe a lot tougher than it's been.
That's where our yours and my Kamalavenn diagram that she loves so much overlaps
that I think if it's not BidenI agreet Thick wadhams it has to be
Kamala. It will be there couldbe a sugar high, but I think
it'll be really short lived. Butit's a short campaign. I don't think

(26:11):
even think thats to early voting.People aren't going to vote for somebody that
they don't know, they don't trust, they don't like. They She's not
well liked Dan, She's very muchhated and people think she's annoying, like
there's a general Her approval level hasalways been lower than Joe Biden's, and
this recent set of poles is onlygoing to inbold in Biden. He's up
to in this latest poll. There'stwo polls now that'll come out recently to

(26:33):
show him up. What incentive isthere for him to leave when he gets
site? Separate pole, separate issue. This is beautiful because as I started
the segment, Biden is likely tohang on longer, whether it's an hour
longer, a day longer, aweek longer, all of it's a blessing.
We never even got to the maintopic for this segment, so let's
talk about it in the next segment. I will get to a lot of
text as well. Who is theGOPVP going to be. That's a think

(26:56):
about it. This moment's so wonderfulnow with the Left being exposed and in
full cannibalistic disarray, we haven't eventalked about who the GOPVP is going to
be, and we're gonna know ina matter of days. I'll give you
my picture on the Dan Capla Showand now back to the Dan Kaplas Show
podcast. Oh yeah, Billy Joeltonight. Right, of course, you

(27:17):
guys are going. We are going, Dan. It's a family affair.
I guess you could say you gotKelly and Adam and yours truly and listeners
Summer are all going. Rob Dawson'sgoing from the KOA newsroom. Yeah,
and a beautiful night, right,Mandy Connell will be there, fantastic.
I'm got a little curious because youkind of hit these things that that eighty

(27:37):
wouldn't really want to go to this, and then you wouldn't be taken,
you know. I I've got alot of work to do this weekend on
a case, so I believe itor not, I am working tonight.
But on a level playing field, you'd probably be going to this. Oh
my goodness. Yeah, Okay, now if it wasn't for if it wasn't
for a case, you're ready fortrial. Yeah, I would be there
eight five five four zero five Atwo five five the number. It'll be

(27:59):
a glorious out there, Texter.Dan. With Biden having dementia, if
he pushes harder and harder, willthat not have a negative effect on his
health? Maybe a total meltdown?Sure, And I'm not rooting for that,
not at all. But yes,I mean you saw it in the
debate, and we're going to seemore and more of that. He's having
the best day today that I've seenhim having a year. Is in michiganjo
which is great to see. Yeah, because you know, and go to

(28:21):
at Dan Kaplos on Twitter you canget the full parody song I wrote to
hang On Sloopy, hang On Joey, Joe, your numbers fall down as
low as takid Joey, let toonumbers. Also, though you're behind Kennedy,

(28:52):
I'm particularly proud of that. Likethat line, Yeah, the Kennedy
one. You can't get that toI had, Like I told you,
I got up at two in themorning that Dan was in my head.
I don't think you saw it either. There was a text that said that
very same thing, Dan, thismorning. They just they love it.
Oh that yeah, because it's ait's a parody of hang On Sloopy in
that song of them that some ofthe Texters and made them angry though the

(29:17):
song made it just it made themangry, kind of like Uncle Buck's hat
in John Candy with that. Idon't get that. I don't know.
Did you hear Michael Brown this morning? Yeah, he was talking about he
played I love his show. Italked into his show this morning, but
it was earlier. He played itin the eight Yes, ok, crricuum,
Michael appreciate well, and then healso repeated it in the nine.

(29:37):
Nice because when I got here thismorning, I walked in and Dragon had
it blasting, and I was like, and so you know, there were
different people that had different ideas, but the best part about it were the
texts that came in. Yes,I love it, hang On beautiful,

(30:00):
thank you, thank you, No, that's great, tyr, And thank
you to Michael Brown who does agreat show each morning. Six thirty Kitchen
of you Denver, Dan, areyou not worried for a country security?
Having seen Al Joey as president foreven one more hour. Of course I
am, and that's why my startingpoint was the twenty fifth should be invoked,
and I would put I would putthe good of the nation right now

(30:22):
ahead of the electoral advantage for Trump. Yes, yes, but there is
zero chance the twenty fifth is goingto be invoked. And since that's the
case, since we're stuck with Bidenin office anyway, wouldn't you rather see
him stay as the nominee so thatTrump has a better chance to win.
That's the whole point there. Referringto the heat, a Texter says,

(30:44):
speak for yourself, office dweller. Those of us who work outside don't find
it soothing. That from Kimberly, which is fascinating to me. Kimberly,
I hope you call this show becauseyou're talking to a guy who caddied for
years on the South side of Chicagowithout any sunscreen, wearing long pants.
I didn't wear shorts until Amy andI had been dating a month maybe,

(31:07):
and she just said, you walkaround in those long pants and eighty degree
weather, you know, for anotherweek, find another girl for I mean,
she didn't, she didn't say that. I just got that impression.
Maybe it was the look. Butno, no, So Kimberly, please
understand, I will. I canassure you I've been subjected to working in

(31:30):
more grueling temperatures than you have. And not only not only the one hundred
degree ninety percent humidity stuff in Chicago, but then parking cars in the winter
where you couldn't wear gloves because youcouldn't handle the keys. Oh wow.
And the sport was I'd come infrom you know, getting some cars,
and people would literally they and thesewere the country clubbers. They would you

(31:51):
know, light matches or lighters undermy hand and it wouldn't burn me because
my hands were so frozen. So, Kimberly, no, I am not
an office dweller. Job first job, right now, I am not an
office dweller. Oh some other greattextures. But let's talk about VP.
Yeah. Yeah, it's been somuch fun watching the cannibalism of the left

(32:12):
that we haven't even talked about it. And it's about to happen, right
it's he's going to announce it atthe latest Sunday night. Oh you think
so that early? Well, he'sgonna run to you know, he's a
showman. He wants to lead intothis convention. The vice presidential person will
probably speak Wednesday night because Trump willspeak Thursday night, thinking he'll drag it
out as long as he can.Well, you got to get the person
time to prepare. Although I gotto imagine they already know. You think

(32:35):
they know right now? Yeah?Okay, yeah, So who should he
pick and who do you think hewill pick? Marco Rubio should should be
the pick? Who will it be? If I had to bet the family
truckster here we go, I wouldbet on either jd Vance, who I
think could be very strong, orGlenn Youngkin. Youngkin's been coming on of

(32:57):
late, a name that's you mentioned. Yeah, you could sew this up
in Virginia. If he wins Virginia, Trump and all these other state poles.
Hold, let's say Nevada, Arizona, Georgia. He doesn't need any
of Wisconsin, Michigan, or Pennsylvania. But a guy like Youngkin's going to
have an effect beyond Virginia. Ibelieve that too. Yeah. I like
Youngkin, just like Jadie Vance Ithink has an effect beyond Ohio. I
think he helps you in the UpperMidwest in other ways as well. But

(33:19):
Youngkin man, I think he woulddo it for you. I think Marco
Rubio would of the finalists not I'vealways wanted Sarah Huckabee Sanders. For the
record, I don't think she's inthe mix. And at this point I've
got Burgamania. I think it willbe Doug Burgham, and I want it
to be Doug Burgham. I'm curiousas to why now. The reason it
very well could be and I wouldn'tbet against you is is I think Donald

(33:40):
Trump wants his son Don Junior tohave a true shot at succeeding him.
Interesting, and therefore you'd want topick a VP who is going to be
less of a threat to that.If you pick either Rubio or jd Vance
or Youngkin, then they are nextin line for sure. Because Burgham knows
his role, he'll play it well. Yeah, I think he's the pick.

(34:01):
Interesting. Well, Kay, youhave a fantastic weekend. Great job,
Ryan as always my friend, andRyan does a great show two to
four in the Denver market, sixpoint thirty kidsch at w do make a
point to at that every day orpick it off the pod. Kelly,
