Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Dan Caplis and welcome to today's online podcast
edition of The Dan Caplis Show. Please be sure to
give us a five star rating if you'd be so kind,
and to subscribe, download and listen to the show every
single day on your favorite podcast platform. The American way
is we protect the week in defenseless, innocent right. So
that is the heart of the American Way. In fact,
(00:21):
they even put it right there, I think in Declaration
of Independence right life, liberty writes from creators. So anyway,
we're going to talk about that. We have covered in
depth and we will do much much more on Senator
Padilla from California, who made a spectacle of himself obviously
planned political theater today, moving very quickly at some say, charging,
(00:44):
lunging sitting cabinet member while he yelled at her, and
then he ends up being pushed out of the room
and detained, and he's claiming he's a victim, when the
truth is it's a great example to America that everybody
should be treated equal under the law. Hey, I want
to go to the vip know for one of my
favorite segments ever. And each week we're spending time with
doctor Catherine Willer, medical doctor, and it's such valuable time
(01:09):
because obviously, if you listen to the show, you know
I think that the right to life is the foundational
right right because if they kill you, your other rights
really don't matter much. And so doctor Willer is so
critical to this conversation because she approaches it from a
medical standpoint, and that is such a valuable addition because
I personally believe the more people learn the true medical
(01:31):
facts of abortion, the less likely there is to be abortion.
So doctor welcome back to the Dan Kapli Show.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
Thank you so much, what a pleasure to be with
you and your listeners.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
Well, thank you. And what I would love to do
today is to drill down a little bit deeper on
prenatal development from the very first moment, because you're this
politicized a lot, but just give it to us pure medical.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Shape that opportunity. So we're going to talk science today,
and I thought, if it's okay, I would address two
of the most common questions, when does a new human
life begin? And what evidence do I have for that
from science? And secondly, is the developing human just a
clump of cells kind of like scraping and cells off
your skin, and then if you have time, then I
(02:23):
can go through the miracle of early prenatal development, which
is really fun perfect. So first, you know, when does
new human life begin? And so I'm taking this from
the science from medical embryology text like Keith Moore the
Developing Human who says a new human life begins at
the moment of fertilization. So that's really clear. That's my training.
(02:45):
And then from a very recent study twenty twenty one,
which was a survey of over five thousand biologists around
the world over one thousand academic institutions. Most were self
described liberal or democratic and not religious, and ninety six
percent agreed with fertilization being the time when life begins.
(03:06):
So we're talking with science, not religious beliefs, not my opinion,
not my own truth, but this is science and the evidence.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
Doctor. Could you define for those not familiar fertilization Mm hmm.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
So that's what I'm going to go into next. That's
the evidence of what actually happens at fertilization that makes
that the moment. So as background, as normal adults, we
have in every cell of our body forty six chromosomes,
but except for our reproductive cells, meaning eggs and sperm,
and they have half that number twenty three because what
happens at fertilization. A sperm enters the egg and the
(03:42):
twenty three chromosomes from dad cell combined with the twenty
three from mom cell, and now you've got forty six.
You've got the whole complement of chromosomes. But it's unique. Well,
first of all, these are human chromosomes, so this is
a human being from the very beginning. But the minute
that those chromosomes combine, the egg and the sprum dye
(04:03):
and so you've got this independent organism. And I call
it an organism, not just a single cell, because actually
every part of this single cell organism is working towards
development and the growth of the organism, and they all
work together in union, so kind of like my body is,
you know, has all kinds of different parts and they
(04:25):
all work together and can't work independently. That's an organism,
and that's what the single cell that I Goode is,
and it's independent from the mom. All of the direction
of the development from this point on is the baby's
own DNA has nothing to do with the mom. Now,
mom is important because she provides the oxygen and the
(04:45):
nutrients and the safe environment and takes away the waste
from the baby. But the baby is actually self directing
development from that very first second. So that's that's what
fertilization is in the beginning of a new in life.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
It's miraculous.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Yeah, it is miraculous. And if you think about going
from that to the DNA immediately working and starting to
make everything that's needed for a first cell division within
twenty four to thirty six hours, So this little one
is asigo for about a day to a day and
a half and then move into the next stage. So
I think, you know, the point I would make is
(05:23):
we main stages, but we actually have the exact same
human being organism the entire lifespan from the beginning to
the end. So it's pretty remarkable.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
And if it's so DNA never to be repeated, right,
I mean, you're not going to have a second human
with that same DNA exactly.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
And you know, every single egg, every single firm have
different chromosomes. There's a mixture of chromosomes that come from
the dad and the mixture from the mom, and so
when they combine, you will never see this human being again.
So when people say, well, you can just have another baby,
you know this isn't the right time. You'll never have
this child again. This child is unique.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
Thank you, doctor Catherine Willer. Our guest will continue. So yeah,
please walk us through the stages.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Okay, So you know I call this a miracle. I
think to myself being in this abortions. You know, when
you have abortion thoughts about things, when that's your default,
you quit seeing the miracle of development. But when you
quit saying when can I kill it? All of a sudden,
it's just it really is miraculous. So fertilization happens about
(06:35):
halfway through a woman's cycle, about day fourteen, and that
happens in the fallopian tube. And you can think about
the flopian tube as being kind of like a pathway
goes from the ovary, which the egg releases from the
ovary into the fallopian tube. Fertilization happens in the filopian tube,
and it essentially connects the ovary into the uterine cavity.
(06:59):
So the baby job at this point is to continue
these divisions every twenty four to thirty six hours and
arrive in the uterine cavity about day six after fertilization
and at this point to actually implant within the utering wall,
which the mother in this part of the cycle, her
uterus has been preparing for this and prepares for this
(07:20):
every single cycle, and so at the time of implantation
you actually start developing the placenta. And so now we're
moving into the second week of the baby's life, and
the baby's already gone from one cell to developing two
cell lines, and then developing three cell lines within a
few days. And every single one of these cells in
(07:43):
these cell lines is destined to become a part of
a specific a specific part of a specific organ. And
then within another day or two you've got what's gone
from a ball of cells to kind of a flat structure,
and the cells migrate into the center into a line
that's called a primitive streak, and from that point the
(08:04):
baby goes from flat to starting to fold. And so
a lot has happened in developing a body plan in
the second week of life. And then we get to
the point where the woman misses her period, and all
of this has already happened. In that very next week,
organs start to develop and the brain starts developing. First
(08:25):
the heart very quickly afterwards. I mean we're talking days
or parts of a day now.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
Week two or into week two now, so.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
We're into what would be considered the sixth week of presurey.
Third week, yeah, I'm sorry, the fifth week of yeah,
the week after her period is missed, right, So it's
the third week of the baby's life, and the baby's
already gone from one cell to ten thousand times that
size in just a couple of weeks. And so in
(08:54):
that week, the heart is the first functional organ to
start to develop. So by the sixth week, between five
and a half and six weeks from her last period,
the heart is already pumping blood. So when you hear
that there's only electrical activity, this is actually a heart
that is pumping blood. And there are videos that sometimes
(09:17):
for certain reasons, they have to be with a scope
in the uterine cavity in this early development, and you
can actually see the baby's heart pumping blood. At this point,
the brain is again developing, the lungs are developing. At
this point, the bones and the muscles are starting to develop,
and over the next several weeks, by the time you
(09:39):
get to ten weeks, every single organ, major organ that
the baby has is there, is present. Of course, there's
going to be continuing development and function. But by the
end of the tenth week from the mom's period, the
baby's the baby looks very human. Of course, looking like
a human doesn't make you human, but the baby actually
(10:00):
appears very similar to us already in that short period
of time. Every one of the major organs is there.
The baby's already moving, responding to touch, already has brain waves.
You can already do an EKG, you can get EKG
kind of patterns like a newborn. And the baby moves
from an embryo stage to a fetus stage at the
(10:22):
tenth week. But again we're just naming stages, and the
embryo names means that the organs have already developed at
that point and we're moving into essentially continuing growth and
development and function.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
And doctor Catherine Willer, our guests remarkably done in a
short period of time. And the point in the last
thirty seconds we have today and then we'll pick it
up from there next week, is that, as a matter
of medical science, this is a human. This is a
human from fertilization forward and ending that life is ending
an individual human life that will never be repeated on
(10:59):
this planet.
Speaker 2 (11:01):
That's exactly right, and you know, incredibly complex from the
very beginning. And I think if people are looking for
a line again, the question is always when can I
kill it? And you know when you quit asking that question,
like there's no point in this continuous human development that
gives you a right to take a human beings life.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
Beautifully said, and thank you so much for the medical
science and we'll look forward to next Thursday and we'll
again continue it from that point.
Speaker 2 (11:29):
Thank you so much. I appreciate you.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
Thank you, doctor. You take care of that? Is that,
doctor Catherine Wheeler. You're on the Dan Capler Show.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
And now back to the Dan Taplas Show podcast.
Speaker 4 (11:41):
It appears that he was arrested outside the room. Christina,
I am now in possession of video that was taken
from a different angle of this same incident. The video
you showed earlier show Senator Padia being escorted out of
the room and quickly ends thereafter. The video that I
have seen shows that what happens when he goes into
that hallway, he is further pushed into the hallway by
(12:02):
somebody wearing an FBI shirt. He is then pushed onto
the ground and placed under arrest with his hands behind
his back as he is face.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
Down on the floor.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Yeah, and has anybody been able to explain why that
should not have happened? Why should it be any different
when you're a US senator, it should not be in
a different as a texter pointed out, you should be
held to a higher standard of behavior. So yeah, so
as I understand the facts, Yeah, Christinome is addressing the press.
It's not a Q and a session. All of a sudden,
(12:36):
this individual comes moving, some call it barging, some call
it charging, let's say, moving quickly in her direction, yelling things.
And of course he stopped, and he's then being pushed
back out of the room, and then he resists, Then
he resists, and then he says, I'm Senator Padilla, but
a what difference should it make? And be at that point,
(12:58):
when you've been observing the behavior of this individual, is
it going to be credible to you that it's a
US senator who would behave that way? And then they
get him out in the hall and they put him
on the ground, and then the kuffham and now he's
trying to say the fact he wasn't arrested is proof
they were wrong to cuff him. No, it's proof he
got a break. Three oh three someone, three eight, two
five five the numbers. So he's getting what he wants, right,
(13:19):
I mean, before today, who in America, even California was
talking about Senator Padilla. So he's getting what he wants.
And I'm fine with that because I'm getting what I want,
which is the American people seeing how whack the left is.
And one of the many different ways they're whack is
thinking they're above the law. And I bet you lots
of Americans who would never even admit it are cheering
(13:41):
as they watched that video, saying no, nobody should be
above the law. That's what the left always says, right
while they while they act above the law. And it
takes a lot of different forms. So we're going to
get you some hot take sound on that. I do
want to get your react to it. Three oh three someone,
three eight, two five five the number insurrection. Chuck not pleased.
He might picture himself being.
Speaker 5 (14:02):
Next mister President. I just saw something that sickened my stomach,
the man handling of the United States senator.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
We need immediate.
Speaker 5 (14:12):
Answers to what the hell went on, I yield to floor.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
You know what's interesting, I never heard Schumer say it's
sickened his stomach when Trump was shot. Did you ever
hear that, Bryan, No, did he ever say I just
saw something that sick in my stomach. I saw Donald
Trump get shot on that stage. I never heard that. No,
not at all. Yeah, yeah, you know what, It's sicken
Schumer's stomach because listen, he's the guy who committed a
(14:40):
very very serious crime in public and got away with it.
The last thing he wants is for us senators now
to be held to the same legal standard that you
and I are.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
I want to.
Speaker 6 (14:50):
Tell you, Gorzatch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh, you
have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the pride.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
You will know what hits you.
Speaker 5 (15:03):
You won't know what's hit you if you go forward
with these awful decisions.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah, targeting by name, and then of course somebody comes
to kill Kevin on his home Justice Kevinaugh. So clearly
a crime should have been prosecuted. Does you have The
last thing Schumer wants is for out these senators to
be treated the same way. Can you imagine? Can you
imagine somebody barges under the floor of the US Senate
yelling things like that. Do you think Schumer and Padie
(15:32):
are going to say, oh, okay, you know that. Hey,
that's your first Amendment right, just yell anything you want,
charge right at me whatever. No, they're going to say, hey,
sergeant at arms, police, get that guy, tackle a mancuff them. Yeah.
I think Americans are sick of this double standard. It's
one reason that Trump won. So let me rip through
some text as well. We got a lot of different
topics going down. I've heard that once sperm enters the egg,
(15:53):
a flash of light occurs. I've seen some of that imagery.
It's really pretty cool. Dan Mayor bass is calling for
an end to the riots and peace inner city, saying
that the peace must start in Washington, and then it
goes on a great length from there. Again, the behavior
of all these lefties, including the latest from Newsom, is
just so helpful, so helpful in defeeding democrats across the country.
(16:18):
Listen to this text from Newsom, and I don't mean
to play goodie two shoes or anything like that. I mean,
but his text says, and it's a picture of Senator
Padia on the ground being handcuffed. If they can handcuff
a US senator for asking a question, imagine what they
will do to you. And what this text proves, this
(16:39):
tweek pardon Me proves is obviously he's just a bald
faced liar, and he wants you to think he's a liar.
And this comes back to something very important people need
to understand about the Left. It is street cred within
the left. It is a badge of honor within the
left to lie. That's why Newsom tells such an obvious
lie here, because it'll be street cred in this Democrat
(17:02):
primary that he's willing to lie because the Left cannot
win on the truth. So whoever the better liar is
is more likely to become their nominee. Because Newsom absolutely knows,
and he knows everybody else knows because they can see
the video. Is Senator Padia didn't get pushed out of
the room in handcuffed for quote asking a question. He
(17:24):
knows that he got pushed out of the room because
he was moving quickly at a sitting cabinet secretary, yelling
things at her, and then resisted when the FBI tried
to remove them. But so Newsom is taking pride in
this lie. Think about that well three oh three someone
three eight two, five to five the number check d
(17:45):
an five seven seven three nine. Now, normally you'd be
frustrated by something like that, right, but it really is
the opposite because the spell's broken. America can see it.
They prove that on election Day. So stunts like this
from Padilla and Knew someome lying about it. All the
rest of the garbage were seen out there madden into
(18:09):
a certain degree, but again opening so many eyes across America,
and we have a lot of that going on in Colorado.
Want to play some sound of an interview with Diamond
Mike Johnston, mayor of Denver. You're on the Dankpla Show.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
You're listening to the Dan Kaplis Show podcast.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
Glad you're here on this pretty afternoon in its own way,
Every summer afternoon is pretty If you just joined us.
Thank you doctor Catherine Wheeler for the weekly segment at
five oh six. Medical doctor, former abortionist talking and now
a pro life hero talking about the medical realities of
prenatal development. Very very helpful to the effort to save
more children and abortion. A lot of the show devoted,
(18:51):
of course to Senator Alex Padilla tried to pull this
political stunt during a Christy Gnome address to the press,
was then, if you haven't seen the video yet, pushed
out of the room and handcuffed, and we're covering the
fallout of that. Right? Wrong? Where does it go from here?
I obviously believe that he was wrong and the response
(19:11):
was right, and no senator should be above the law,
even though these lefties all think they are. So we'll
take it from there. We're keeping an eye on a round. Obviously,
the president's signaling that there may be a strike on
Roun's nuclear program soon. Obviously wouldn't be US troops. But
is that an effort piece through strength or is there
really something coming? Should there be? Taking your text and calls,
(19:34):
let's go to beautiful birth in Colorado. Talk to Craig.
You're on the Dan Kaplis Show. Welcome Craig. Hello, Craig.
That's a pretty big build up for Craig.
Speaker 7 (19:47):
Sounds like a seventy eight record one of your great grandfathers.
Soft spoke that comes Craig, circle.
Speaker 8 (19:53):
Going around there.
Speaker 7 (19:54):
Yeah, can you remember now you would be a little
kid here Dan, But like your grandparents' generation, or maybe
the one before that, with those old phonographs that you
pull the speaker down with a needle, and they were
really big, dense circular albums that were seventy eight speed,
not forty five and not thirty three and fives.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
Can you tell me how sick thick glass is?
Speaker 3 (20:19):
Why?
Speaker 1 (20:20):
Because I'm tempted to come through it at you? What
is wrong with you? What is wrong with you?
Speaker 9 (20:26):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (20:26):
No, sorry, I didn't get to see that because I
was playing with pebbles and bamband. Holy cow, Oh man,
you're lucky. This building does not allow concealed carry. Actually
it does. You know, any video is the wrong idea, Dan,
I assume that mister Padilla could still be arrested. Is
that correct? Now that he drew the wrong conclusions, maybe
(20:47):
the prosecutor should clarify things for him. Listen. Bottom line,
I don't want him to be punished any more or
any less than anybody else would be under this same circumstances.
I have to believe anybody else doing that would have
been treated the same way but then arrested. So if,
and I honestly don't know the answer, if an arrest
(21:09):
is justified, then they should arrest him, Dad, I believe
the senator wanted to get arrested anything that makes Trump
look bad. Give him exactly what he wants to the
fullest extent. I don't think there's any doubt that's what
he was after. And again, whoever talks about Alex Padilla
are at his dinner table. They probably don't talk about
Alex Padia, but everybody's talking about Alex Padia today. So
I think he got exactly what he wanted. But you
(21:32):
know what, the rest of America got what needed because
they got another look at who these lefties really are.
And you're gonna have a lot of people who just
don't like that, including a lot of people who normally
vote for Democrats. Some wrong ones here thanks to those
who keep them short. Dan, I think you should pull
all the troops and let California burn. I don't. We are,
(21:55):
by the way, awaiting a ruling from the federal court.
There are some credible commentators in the courtroom who now
believe that court is going to enjoin stop President Trump
from using the California National Guard based on a technicality,
based on the specific legal form of the order that
was given. So that is not confirmed at this point.
(22:18):
That's the speculation from the courtroom. Will keep you posted, Dan.
They've been threatening us with the possibility of Iran getting
a nuclear weapon since two thousand and eight. Chicken little
disguise falling. Why now, I don't trust any of these people.
A lot of people who feel that way, Listen. I
think the reason it's been talked about since two thousand
and eight is because Iran has been working very hard
to get a nuclear weapon since before two thousand and eight,
(22:40):
and it would obviously be horrific for our great ally
Israel and the world and this nation if the regime
gets a nuclear weapon. They're the last people on Earth
who should have a nuclear weapon, and so Israel has
ingeniously interrupted that nuclear weapons program in Iran since dating
back before four two thousand and seven. So I do
(23:01):
think Iran has been very close many times. They may
even have one now, but the idea is to stop
Iran from becoming a fully functional nuclear power, at least
under this current regime. So yeah, I don't consider it
a chicken little thing. I considered an ongoing battle to
save Israel and the civilized world. So where it goes
(23:22):
from here, I trust President Trump to get it done
and is he at this point just as he removed
non essential US personnel from the region because of his
belief that it's actually about to happen, or is it
part of leverage to get a deal one way the other.
Iran cannot have a newq which he has said very
very clearly recently clearing up some confusion on whether he
(23:46):
might be ready to permit Iran to be able to
continue nuclear development within country, to refine within country, and
he's made it very clear he will not permit that.
Speaker 10 (24:00):
Well, I don't want to say imminent, but it looks
like it's something that could very well happen. Look, it's
very simple, not complicated. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
Other than that, I want them to be successful. I
want them to be true, will help them be successful.
We'll trade with them, We'll do whatever is necessary. You know,
I stopped a war between India and Pakistan, and I
(24:24):
stopped it with trade. Nobody. I don't think I've ever
seen a story written about it, but it was pretty
pretty cool. They were getting ready. Pakistan was now who's there,
turned ahead and eventually they're going to go nuclear and
I stopped it. I called each I respect each leader greatly.
I know them, and I spoke to them and I
talked about trade. I said, but you're not trading with
us if you're going to go to war, if you're
(24:46):
going to start throwing nuclear weapons around. And I said
it to both of them, and they were both unbelievable.
Actually they understood it exactly. They stopped. I stopped at
war with phone calls and trade. And do you hear
right now negotiating a trade deal in Pakistan's coming? I
think next week. And I'm very proud of that. Nobody died, nobody.
(25:09):
Uh the nuclear weapons. They each have very severe, very
very substantial numbers of nuclear weapons, and I think we
should get some credit for that, you know, the whole
Republican Party should, because that's their mindset.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
See Trump is a peacemaker and that is a beautiful
thing to see. Look at his first term. And sometimes
and it's a last resort, but sometimes making peace and
keeping peace takes violence, right, I mean, the alternative would
have been let Hitler rule the world. But Trump has
been a master at avoiding violence, preventing violence through strength.
(25:45):
Because nobody doubts he will do what needs to be done.
I e. Is Sola money. But at the same time,
sometimes it has to go further and literally pray it
does not here. But bottom line is you cannot allow
hour Run to have nuclear weapons. And if that does
turn into military use of forced to stop that nuclear
(26:10):
weapons program, obviously that'll be Israel I would expect with
some material assistants, etc. From the US. But let's hope
it doesn't get to that. But I do not doubt
that if that is what it's going to take, that
President Trump will permit it to happen and will assist
it behind the scenes. So many texts coming in on
this padilla stunt in La today, but we'll deep dive
(26:36):
that after we get out of this next break. I
do love this texture, Dan. I disagree that US senators
should be held to the same standards as everyone else.
They should be held to a higher standard as someone
who represents the state or the people. It's a shameful
way they act. I agree one thousand percent on that, Dan.
Michael Brown has talked about those security pins frequently and
(26:57):
that most all the time they wear those and they
wear them very proudly, making sure you see it. He
had to take it off to intentionally make a scene.
We talked about that earlier, FBI saying that Senator Padilla
did not have his security pin on. Now, what are
the chances that was an oversight? No, I think he
wanted to have happened. What happened, or some version of it.
(27:17):
Why wouldn't you wear a security pin? Now, I don't
think he should have been treated any differently if he
had a security pin on. If he's doing the same thing,
you know, if he's barging in, he's barging toward her,
he's yelling things at her, and then he's resisting as
they try to move him out. Security pin or not,
I think he should be treated the same way. But yeah,
ask yourself why he did not have it on, and
(27:38):
ask yourself what he and Schumer and the rest of
them would want to have happened. If somebody did that
on the floor of the Senate, somebody just barged in
from the outside, yelling, charging up toward the podium, You
think they just say, oh, yeah, no, no, no, let
him go, it's his First Amendment rights. No, they'd have
him on the floor, they'd have him coughed, they'd have
him in jail somewhere for a year You're on the
Dan Kapla Show.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
Now back to the Dan Kaplas Show podcast.
Speaker 9 (28:03):
The Flintstones made the Flintstones from the.
Speaker 8 (28:13):
Stones the Immortal Departed John Candy from Plants, Trains and
Automobiles when he and Steve Martin and Neil Page are
on the bus.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
Portion of their trip. Beautifully done. What a part of Americana.
What a great creative piece of art. The Flintstones? Oh
really yeah? Absolutely yeah? And the Jetsons. I was more
of a Flintstone guy, but loved the Jetsons. Of course.
Speaker 7 (28:42):
The Flintstones was a direct take off of The Honeymooners
and a very similar era period in television history, the
Golden Age of television, Dan, which you were alive for.
Speaker 1 (28:52):
You need to go to the trivia ball. Yeah, thank you,
my friend. Hey, we're talking about all of this uh
Senator Padilla stuff today. He and the Left thinking they're
above the laws. So great to have it made clear
to them they are not. And then taking it from there,
let me go back to Craig in Berthid on The
Dan Kapla Show.
Speaker 2 (29:10):
Hey Craig, Hey, Dan, how you doing.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
I'm living the dream? How about you? Good?
Speaker 4 (29:15):
Sorry about that?
Speaker 9 (29:16):
It was had that lovely drive between the Boulder.
Speaker 1 (29:18):
Lions out there surf brutal, Glad you're here.
Speaker 9 (29:24):
Yeah. So anyway, I don't ever look at mainstream media,
but I just had to today just to see what
their take was on us. And I think you're exactly right.
This thing was pretty much See, he got exactly what
he wanted, so he could put it out there as
to this is what's happening all around the country, especially
in l l A. And when I looked at the
(29:47):
CBS News, they had a story about what may be
going on with Israel and Iran. And I think it's
respectful as the president because the referred to him as story.
There is never a mentioned, say, play that he's the
president of the United States. Yeah, even.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
Craig got that. I think we're losing it. I think
you're still in a bad sell spot. But your point
well taken. And I think Americans see that right, and
they saw it during the campaign, and I think it
backfired against the left and in favor of the president.
But you're one hundred percent right about that. And and
like this Padia stuff today, Yeah, he's un CNN right now.
He's getting what he wants. But but it's really good
(30:32):
that that America saw two things. One is again another
example of lefties acting badly, losing their minds, revealing who
they really are. But the other is that that no,
this administration saying everybody's going to be treated equally, except
that in the end, Padilla, you know, Senator Padia got
a break, right. I think most other people would have
been arrested, certainly somebody who did that on the floor
(30:55):
of the Senate. Just somebody who did never right to
be there, barged in. You know, let me take back
that didn't never write to be there. I don't know
whether he did or not, but the behavior ONTs there. Yeah,
that would get anybody else arrested on the floor of
the Senate. They are not above the law, and I'm
glad America got to see them being treated equally today.
Schumer not so happy, right, because he's so used to
(31:16):
being above the law.
Speaker 5 (31:18):
Mister President, I just saw something that sickened my stomach,
the man handling of the United States senator. We need
immediate answers to what the hell went on.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
I yield the floor, yeas I pointed out to Ryan earlier,
though I don't remember Schumer saying that it's sickened his
stomach to see the video of Trump being shot. Right,
this guy is such a phony and heat should have
been I hope every American can agree on that Schumer
should have been prosecuted for serious crimes over this.
Speaker 6 (31:48):
I want to tell you, Gorzach. I want to tell
you Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will
pay the price.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
You won't know what hit you.
Speaker 5 (32:01):
You won't know what hit you if you go forward
with these awful decisions.
Speaker 1 (32:07):
Yeah. Yeah, direct threat of physical violence against named Supreme
Court justices if they don't vote a specific way rule
hold on specific cases, and then of course somebody shows
up at Justice Kavanaugh's house to kill him. That's a crime.
Should have been prosecuted, and it doesn't look like the
Trump Justice Department is going to do that. I don't
(32:27):
know if that's a statute of limitations issue or just
for political reasons not wanting to go there. My last
cut of the day, I'm going to throw this out
there because I do think we're entering into an important
dangerous phase here.
Speaker 4 (32:43):
Could you provide an update on I ran we're hearing
reports that US personnel are being moved out of the
region with a striking business.
Speaker 10 (32:50):
Well, they are being moved out because it could be
a dangerous place, and we'll see what happens. But they
are being a we've given notice to move out.
Speaker 1 (32:59):
We'll see what I is.
Speaker 4 (33:01):
There anything they're gonna be done to dial the temperature
down in the region.
Speaker 10 (33:05):
They can't have a nuclear weather person, they can't have.
Speaker 1 (33:09):
Al We're not going to allow that. Yeah, let's hope
it's peace through strength. But I don't see any way
that this ends without one of two things. Either Aron
agreeing to a deal that means they're not able to
refine in country and only then to certain levels from outside,
(33:29):
or Israel is going to get green lighted by the
Trump administration to go take out aroun snooke, Because I
think it has to end one of those two ways,
and not a year from now or two years from now, right,
So I do think we're entering into a critical phase there.
In the last minute of the show, Ryan, how do
you want to see that end? I think I may
(33:51):
have lost my friend Ryan back there.
Speaker 7 (33:53):
And some strong reaction from one Nick Ferguson behind Oh
how's Nick doing? He's basically in locks up with our
assessment of today's events withator.
Speaker 1 (34:01):
Okay, well that about summarize. That's some bull crap. Okay, okay,
we can have that on a family show.
Speaker 3 (34:07):
We did.
Speaker 1 (34:08):
Yeah, no, but that's my point, right, I mean, I
think across America, Yeah, that's going to be the reaction
of most people. Uh, just not liking the senator's behavior
at all, and very happy to see the law finally
enforced equally against somebody on the left, at least until
the point they didn't arrest him. But yeah, so anyway, Hey,
(34:28):
we'll have a lot to talk about tomorrow. We're still
waiting on that ruling from the federal judge. He had
made some comments during the hearing to day suggesting that
he might enjoin I East stopped temporarily President Tim from
using the National Guard in LA. You can bet that
we'll go quickly up and to the US Supreme Court
if that happens. The Marines would stay in place tomorrow,
(34:50):
the Friday before Father's Day. One of my favorite segments
before Father's Day and Mother's Day. The best advice your
father ever gave you. Thank you, Ryan Kelly. Please join
us tomorrow.
